is this still going on i have a active cps case they have put in false information that me and my fiance did not say they are trying to adopt my kids out already they just got taken in march and they have been trying ti adopt them out since the beginning i need help i have a public defender who dose not do anything can some one plase help

My son was taken from my home after my wife attempted suicide and i called 911. they told me that he could not stay at home since i had been drinking. he is in a temp foster home and i would like to know what rights i have to challenge the decision to remove him. i am willing to continue the classes and treatment, relinquish my med mj recommendation, and stay sober from alc. – i just want my son back at home – any advice is appreciated – kevin at k t finance dot com

I was part of the mass hysteria of the late 80′s. My supposed victim has recanted but no one cares. My case might help due to the fact it all started because the grandparents wanted to raise a child and they did a lot of lying to achieve that

In 1985 the CPS workers went to the schools and told the kids if you want to change things at home we can help you and they coached the kids on how to get what they wanted..My 2 kids had friends who did it so they want to do it also. I still have the court records.But today CPS is now CWS the new and better system bull same but with a new name.

I had 2 of my children removed from my home and placed in to CPS back in 1985 . I had no rights as was told by pubic deffender . My kids said they had lied and want to come back home but CPS had them and would not let them return home. Now 30 years later they ask why would CPS lie to keep Kids away from a loving homes and people who love them. Today I have to fight for a grandson that is in the CPS system. They said he is very adoptable at 18 mths old.. Endless circle ..

I have suffered horribly at the hands of cps. I need to be part of this class action lawsuit against cps. I lost my first son in june 2004. Born Randy Miller. I faced false allegations of failure to protect. They made up things against me that I never did. They took my son right from the hospital. I tested clean for all substances. This was in San Bernadino county, ca. Now years later I had my 2cnd son removed at 2 an 1/2. …. I have complied with the service plan 100% but the social worker is trying to say it’s not enough. It’s been almost a year now and still the social worker conspires against me. I have letters of support from my service providers. I have only been able to see my son max 3 hrs per week for 10 months. I am in nevada county now. I love Elliot so much. I breastfed my son for 2 yrs. 3 months. He is attached to me. Now my son is emotionally suffering at the hands of this corrupt system. I am on facebook and twitter. Contact me there or by email babsbunny777-at-yahoo.com. P.S. A mother hung herself last friday due to cps corruption and hopelessness. They must be stopped. This happened here in Nevada County. She left 2 children behind. Pray for family preservation.

Dcfs took my babies away it has been almost 2 years for my older kids and 5 months for my baby it has tore use apart they Dont do anything to get us back together the foster parents abuse my kids and i do something about it but the social worker just tells me that it happeneds i have done everything that they have asked 2 times and its still not good enough i want my babies back i have missed out so so much and i want it back
