Please pray for me as I go through this battle with CPS here in Florida. My kids were removed from me last Monday and although I have supervised visits, I dread coming home to my empty apartment every night.
I go to court next week to plea guilty or not and of course I will be pleading not guilty to child abuse charges. If I would be granted in-home services I could get them back, but it is ultimately up to CPS. And their goal is to keep them away
I want my kids back home. All I see in my head are their little faces. To all of you experiencing the same dillema, and to the others that can’t even see their kids, my heart is with you, and you are in my prayers. I pray that your children are safe, and will be returned to you soon. Hang in there, we have to be strong for our children, and even stronger to fight CPS. To my boys, I love you, and we will be together again soon.

OK YOU GUYS IM BACK….. its been awhile since ive been here ….im the woman whos fighting a C.A.S.A.(court appointed special advocate) worker who droped off my case and filed for custody of my child and won yea……….. well tables have turned and people are figuring out the truth. ive been fighting for 4 years now..and with a new judge and LOTS OF prayer now i have at home visitation with the GAL there (( but thats a good thing ))) 1x per week up until december..then custody gets transferd im soo happy . my 6 year old daughter had been through so much and of course we gonna have to continue therapy….. but DO NOT GIVE UP HOPE EVERYONE my case all started with false allagations too…. even my proof at the time did not help. i can promise that when this is all over with yall will here my whole story on the news and in papers there has only been 1 OTHER known case in the U.S and IN the other c.a.s.a. worker case the mother relinguised custody to the casa woman ………I HOPE MY CASE WILL INSPIRE THE HOPELESS AND FRIGHTEN CPS,C.A.S.A.,DSS AND COURT SYSTEMS BECAUSE I WILL MAKE SURE THIS WILL NEVER HAPPEN TO ANYONE THIS WAS SO WRONG IN EVERY WAY……….TO MAKE IT CLEAR………THESE PEOPLE IF THEY WANTED YOUR KID FOR THEMSELVES ( LIKE IN MY CASE ) ITS LIKE PICKING OUT CANDY OUT A CANDY SHOP……..HUMMMMM I LIKE THIS KID I THINK ILL KEEP IT <—–THAT EASY FOLKS!!!! i will pray for ALL of you that yall will continue to have strength

Please pray for me as I fight CPS tooth and nail.
Four years ago they told me to sign my three kids to a guardian, I foolishly trusted them. Only four years, two court dates and much unpleasantness later, I finally get to see my kids after Child Protective pretty much looked the other way, no, WALKED AWAY from the situation when the so-called guardians pretty much would not let me see them, and advocated to the world that MY kids are THEIRS.
Now, these same “friends” have sicced the dogs on me again this time for my stepkids, I will NOT bend over this time!!! I will protect my stepchildren with the ferocity I should have protected my kids with but had no clue how to stand up and fight. And I am still fighting to get MY three back.
I know if I just trust in God everything will be OK it might not be hunky dory right now, but everything is going to be restored. To my kids: I LOVE YOU, and NO ONE, and NOTHING, will EVER change that. EVER.

My son Daniel Ayson Viloria Died in the Care of the (CASA DEPARTMENT SYSTEM) He was seven years old and tree months, His Birthday is December 24th, 1996, My son died March 3oth, 2004 My son was badly injured and died at the since right away, His older brother Emilio Keioki Ayson Viloria was badly injured also, My older son Emilio saw what happen too my son Daniel, He was place to a different foster homes run aways several times and got involve with the wrong crowed, He did not like too be in foster homes, He wants too come back home too me, but i will go to jail if i go and see my kids with out getting any visitation agreements, Even do my son life is indanger being aut side walking on the street like a homeless people, The (CASA SYSTEM DEPARTMENT) IS SO SO SO SO BAD BAD, THIS SYSTEM IS NOT BUILD TO MAKE THE LIVES OF THE FAMILIES IN A BETTER PLACE, THIS (CASA SYSTEM DEPARTMENT) IS BUILD TOO ATTACK INOCENTS FAMILIES LIFE, (CPS SYSTEM DEPARTMENT) MEANS, (CHILDRENS IS FOR (C) PROSSICUTING IS FOR (P) SERVICES IS FOR (S), THATS THE DEFINITIONS OF THE (CPS SYSTEM DEPARTMENT) THEY ALSO ATTACK MY OTHER FOUR CHILDRENS, AND ME, BECOUSE THEY CANNOT MAKE ME SIGNED THE PAPERS SAYING THAT EVERYTHING WAS ALL RIGHT, CHRISTMAS IS COMING AND MY SON DANIEL AYSON VILORIA HIS BIRTHDAY IS DECEMBER 24TH, 1996, EVERY CHRISTMAS I HAVE TOO CELEBRATE CHRISTMASS @ THE CEMETARY WITH MY OTHER CHILDRENS,THIS CASA SYSTEM DEPARTMENT THEY ARE ALSO INVOLVE WITH THE DEPARTMENTS THAT KEEPING THIS CHILDRENS SO THEY CAN RACE THIS CHILDRENS IN FOSTER HOMES SO THEY CAN SEND THIS CHILDRENS TOO WAR, THIS YOUNG CHILDRENS, I JUST SAW A LETTER OF MY SON EMILIO, ABOUT HIM NOT LIKING GOING TOO MILITARY, TOO SENATOR PATTY MURRAY,

THERE ARE ALOT MORE THINGS THAT I NEED TOO SAY, BUT! ITS GETTING LATE NOW, THIS (CASA SYSTEM DEPARTMENT DESTROYED MY DREAMS FOR MY FOUR CHILDRENS, THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA DID NOT HAVE SEX WITH MY HUSBAND TO GET THEM PREGNANT TOO JUST COME AND ACCUSED ME OF NEGLECTING MY FOUR CHILDRENS AND DIE, ALL OF THIS SOCIAL WORKERS THINKS THAT THEY ARE TAFF BECOUSE THEY ALL WORK FOR THE GOVERNMENTS, WHY DONT ALL OF YOU SEND YOU SELF AND YOUR FAMILIES TO REAL WAR AND SHOWED TOO ME WHAT YOU ALL GOT, MY SEVEN YEARS OLD SON DANIEL AYSON VILORIA IS DEAD, AND HE IS NOT COMING BACK HOME, SAME WITH MY OTHER CHILDRENS AND GRAND DAUGHTER, THERE ARE SO MANY THINGS THAT THIS SYSTEM DID TO ME, IS THERE ANYBODY WHO ARE TAFF THAT ARE WORKING FOR THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT THAT ARE HONEST TO DO THEIR JOBS RIGHT?, YOU ALL HAVE TOO REMEMBER THAT IF THE GOVERNMENT DO NOT CLOSED THIS (CASA SYSTEM DEPARTMENTS) MORE CHILDRENS AND FAMILIES ARE GOING TO DIE AND DESTROYED, EVERY SINGLE BUILDING AROUND YOUR NEIGHTBOUR HOOD ARE GOING TOO BE JAIL HOUSES, ALL THE CHILDRENS THAT LIVE IN FOSTER HOMES ARE GOING TOO BE NEXT HOMELESS PEOPLE, SAME WITH THAIR PARENTS AND FAMILIES IT WILL COZ ALOT MORE MONEY TOO THE GIVERNMENT STATES, YOUR NOT REALY SAVING MONEY, MY LIFE WAS TERORIZE BY THE (CASA SYSTEM DEPARTMENT) UNTIL NOW I’M STILL SUFFERING, WHERE IS THE LAW AND JUSTICE WHEN YOUR OWN DEPARTMENT FAILD TO PROTECT MY CHILDRENS FROM DIEYING?, WHERE? WHERE?, THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT DID NOT PROTECT MY CHILDRENS FROM GETTING HURT AND DIE, UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT NEGLECT AND ABONDEN MY FOUR CHILDRENS, IS THEIR A LAW AND JUSTICE FOR WHAT YOU ALL DID???????????????????????????

the worker named jenifer seller of county of sacromento cps has done nothing but bad things for my family.I have two little girls that is still daddys girls. this worker needs tobe fired at onece. her back ground needs tobe checked . I really dont think she is fit for the job she has mentle ishuse of her own that neds tobe delt with. my wife has benn doing classes for her for the last two years. We have come to find out that she has been deliberutly putting her in the rong classes,hopping things will go rong so she can try to terminate my wife services.When My wife takes them to tryle and tells the jugde of the rong doing. HE sides with the worker and gives my wife no credit
for the two years of completing rong class and drug testing contiuesly.the classes my wife needs is a dueodienosess two classes in one what the worker new two years ago and admitted it to the jugde of her
rong doings to keep the moneys coming through cps’s acount.now remember she has lied under the so called oath of the court. But did the jugde do the right thing of letting my girls come back home after two complete terms of cps?No. HE wants to do what the none perfeshinule worker wants again. wich is keep the kids away from the mom and dad and start her services all over again,Keepteeling My wife to stay away from the dad like it’s all my fault.all the worker keep saying is braek up your happy home or I will continue to terminate your services and let your public pretinder reinstate them like i want her todo so we can keep the cps’s acount open.Me the father is getting real fedup with the holething.my family has ben telling me to hold back this is a temperary thing for your girls they will be home in no time this was ayear and a hve ago. my wife and i have had another baby 10/22/2008. and the worker is telling my wife to get on the grayhound to visit our to girls aset an karlisa fortune when thats her job to bring the kids to her with they county car. Thats what the moneys are for,Has she done that onece yet ?NO.? You tell Me What Would YOU DO? MY email-darrrian@yahoo.com the case is under aset fortune and karlisa fortune when i herd of the problem.I stept in to help and got dubble crosseded by cps. when it is all said and done and all the evidance that i have aginst cps including them lieing under oath to the jugde what they seem to take very serious when the shoe is on the other foot and admitting to it.i allso have documents to. ,that will prove my case hands down. they wont to house my kids so bad as far as togo out they way todo it.I want to sue then for a brand new house for me and my family to start a new beginig with me my wife and all my little presious girls. think you .

Please pray for Christopher! He is my step-son and is in a very bad situation. Please pray that he is safe. He is with his Mom and she is abusive in many ways. Please pray that we will be able to get him. Due to false allegations we have not been able to talk to him for a month now.

Please pray for our family. We have spent over 20 thousand dollars fighting for custody of our granddaughter for the last year. She is with our daughter’s former boss, alledged to be foster parents. We have to come up with another 5 thousand before Christmas for our attorney to go to court on December 18 in attempt to get custody since the psychologist and home study are finally done. They recommend our granddaughter needs to be with her family. CPS of course never called us to take our granddaughter, even though we have her older sister. This all occured while my husband was in Iraq. Now my husband is retiring so he can stay home with his family do what’s in the best interest of our granddaughter, Isabella. Please, pray that this nightmare is over and a miracle happens, I believe that they do. I believe that CPS lies and cover-ups will come out. I pray that everyone’s children will come home for Christmas.

Although, I will never get my children back. My youngest is suffering. My mother gets information, since her rights are still in place. She hasn’t seen my youngest and found out that she was moved for a 6th time, in the past two years. They wanted her to adjust, so her grandparents have been unable to see her since June. I have not seen her for over a year. I get visits but since my children are still in DSS custody, they will not allow it. She is suffering from mental health issues and she has stayed back in Kindergarden. I just want people to pray for her that she has strength though all of this. She is only 6 years old.

I will pray for everyone tonight. I pray that we can heal one day, and that one day what cps have done to us happens to them. I highly believe in Karma, I hope they get everything they deserve. I know how it is to go everyday thinking about a child that wants nothing more than to be with her mother, or her father. I know how it is to cry at any given moment, because the pain just don’t go away. I know how it is to pray with everything inside you that god will bring our babies home. Why? Why? Why? I know how it is to have this empty hole in my heart, to get good and angry, to say things that couldn’t possibly be appropriate to even say. I know how it is to have my child stolen out of my arms only to never have them return to me. Why? So some self centered #@*&! can ruin a family, take a mother’s heart and soul from her leaving her empty and heart broken. Time and time again, I know! Lord, please help us, all of us, as parents who feel what we feel everyday, stay strong, stay focused, stay alive, because what we feel is enough to make a “Normal” person go completely nuts! Lord help us, for what we go through everyday,with the pain, with the pain, it is so unbearable sometimes I don’t know how we make it through that day! Lord please bring our hearts back, Lord help us beleive in miracles again, for I know you are capable, please show all of us the light again, for we live in darkness and misery everyday. I pray that all of us see that light, because “I know” at the end of the day we cry deeply inside this big black tunnel we are stuck in, and I pray God can bring back our the little sparkles that light our lifes up, make us smile, keep us going, and make life worth it, back to us once again, show us there is a light at the end of the tunnel, that there are angels, and that we want them back. WE JUST WANT THEM BACK!!!
