Since thier have been allegations again against my daughter, on 3-26-12. 3 of the children have been placed with me and my stable, nurturing and loving domestic partner mike (of 27 years). I have Parkinson's disease but not to the progression of mr. j Fox...I still drive, cook and clean, etc. The oldest of these 3 children is 10 years old from a father who has been incarcerated, about a year or less ago...these 3 children were taken out of thier classrooms and questioned by the female (the Bellingham, WA DCFS worker) recorded the conversation and asked my grandson about my health and she said that I may be too sick to care for these 3 children. So, I'm sending a complaint so I'm sending a letter of complaint to the WA State Dept of disabilities...This female DCFS worker is not a DR. or a mental Health provider. I do take meds via Dr.s prescription to help w/ the unbearable dystonia and sometimes a side affect of parkinsons stiffness, but I have an unbelieveable faith and am living life to it's fullest. I'm incredibly sad and cried all day on that friday. From bringing the children to thier supervised visit with my daughter turned into a "blind-side" and a removal of these childeren. She also said I was "mentally unstable." Yes, I'm grieving over losing the relative care of those children, but my emotional feelings are a result and diagnosable as part of the grieving process...It felt tragic...Especially, with the lack of closure...I just can't imagine how the children are feeling...My guess is probably 10X worse. (Gee thanx CPS--NOT) I am currently in physical therapy and working with a fitness trainer and seeing a counselor due to the depths of my daughter's issues and the stress CPS has put on mike and I. I had my DR. write a letter and also my MHP. I have also dedicated over20 years of my life as a counselor to vulnerable adults and children, but recently took a sabatical prior to these children being removed from my daughter. My daughter is willing to seek therapy and other services on her own. I was also severely rear-ended and just settled that case. So, I'm working on fitness and taking care of myself as well. My sabatical was a God send as I found myself w/ a week later custody of 3 children whom both mike and I love tremendously and needed their grandparent's and a familiar and loving environment. One of the supposed fathers finally came into the picture after 8 years...Not even a birthday card, etc (Except he is a stranger to my two grandaughters...Also, I was at the twin girls live birth while there supposed father (since he has denied paternaty many times--DNA has never been done)was in jail for trafficking drugs and then, spent over 2 years in a Tacoma detntion center...He is from a village in fiji and did get caught w/ a large amount of drugs (Bricks)...He was almost deported, but decided to comply w/ the prosecutor...I know for a fact he was involved and his boss conspired to kill one of our prosecuting attorneys...Anyway, he is still married to my daughter (although they are not together and lives w/ another wife in tacoma--I believe we call this polygomy...Although, it was not done in a traditional U.S. way...He was married to this other woman who gave up a child for adoption in a fijian matramariol ceremony...So, the stage is set, except the other two children(=5) are with thier biological father by mutual agreement...Anyway, the kid's were placed w/ us (the oldest for the 3rd time). I have never ever had a problem w/ CPS placement or ad lituem until this placement...The DSM-4 says that the worker has 5 or more signs and sx's of narrcisstic personality disorder, but reading these other letters, it leads me to believe that doing everything they ask is not enough because she re-traumatized these children by removing them from my care on 4-6-12...For NO plausible reason @ all...And NOW the father (who the 8 year old twins is supposedly supposed to be thier father comes forward...They children were also broken up into different foster homes...She even did it w/ a smile... and there was NO closure...The children don't understand and think I abandoned them...This supposed father is also getting UNsupervised visits and the children want to come back to our house...This was made clear @ a "family meeting" today ..Both my physician and MHP wrote a letter like I said...Mike and I were not using state funding...We don't need food stamps etc. Although I did ask for one gas voucher prior to them being ripped out of our care...It is inconcievable to me that since we are NOT felons, abusers, and we are very nurturing and loving and self-sufficient for these children and can offer them worldly support, love, and attain any services they need, that this CPS worker and supposed father who "has a Past"feels they are better off in foster care, and seperated from siblings and family that they have known their entire lives...I am convinced that this system has ice coursing thru it's veins...I don't even know what to think...Hopefully, their 93 year old great-great grandmother can see them before she passes...Even others in my family have offered to take these children who are familiar...It just doesn't make sense, so someone's gotta' be getting a "kick-back" to wanna' cause this much grief and / or this department is why we have such a red defficit...I will continue to fight for the rights of my grandchildren, since the dept isn't looking @ their best interest. Senate bill 5452 parental reunification after termination of parental rights was passed in 07 because I helped pass it because of what happened with my children. The child has to petition the court to be reunited with the parents. They were placed in a foster home taken out put into two more foster home and then returned to the original one within a year and a half. The worst part is that 7 months ago my children finally had enough courage to file a abuse complaint against the foster home that they were in for most of the 10 years, it wasn't until my son locked himself in his room refusing to eat or come out for any reason that the Colville DCFS finally put him into a different foster home until he was returned to me a month later. My daughter however had been forced to move to Walla Walla with the foster family and two months ago she had the foster dad arrested for sexual abuse and now the Colville DCFS is trying to place her back in our home. I don't know what to do for my children or our family. My son is now being treated for PTSD due to the abuse he suffered and my daughter is in intensive therapy for the abuse she suffered. My entire family has been through a significant amount of trauma due to DCFS and I don't know if I should be seeking reparations for the damage done to my children and my family on a whole, or if I should be trying to press charges against the foster parents, or if I should just be thankful that my son is home and that my daughter will be home soon and just do my best to pick up the broken pieces of my family and go on quietly to avoid any further persecution. I just don't know what to do and I'm hoping that someone might be able to give me some ideas on what I should be doing now. Jennifer’s former attorney wasn’t helping at all, confusing her, had Jennifer convinced, to sign over parenting rights to Foster Caregiver, Laura Anderson. My son, has stated to me, he is also being intimidated into signing the guardianship document, told he would lose rights to Shayna. These threats, intimidation, arm twisting and bullying by the State of Washington, D.S.H.S. and Children Service’s Must Stop!! It cannot and will not be tolerated. It was never proven that Jennifer was an unfit parent or unsuitable . The whole time Jennifer was being tricked into signing over Shayna Krueger to Foster Care. Jennifer was intimidated from the beginning to sign Shayna over to Children Service’s, they even brought along a Police Officer, to further intimidate. I am Demanding that Shayna be put back into the home, with Jennifer Krueger. Children Service’s, fiasco has caused enough grief and hardship to my family and the tax payers of Washington State. I Demand it, Stop the Bullying, and threats to the parent’s of my grandchild, give the Child to her Mother, Jennifer. I have expressed my concern to Governor Gregiore, Senator Cantwell and Mr. Wickham, the Judge in this matter, it’s reported that he is a, Yes Man and flunky for Family Court. Sir, Washington State is Out of Control, stealing children out of the home. Please Help!! with this matter. My son Jarel Lawson and I feel that he and Jennifer Krueger, parent’s of Shayna Krueger, are being intimidated into signing an agreement of guardianship concerning Shayna Krueger. Jarel and Jennifer are being told by the State of Washington, the Department of Children Service‘s, if they didn’t sign the guardianship document then both would lose Shayna to adoption, forever.
