Child Protective Services, CPS, has devastated and destroyed hundreds of thousands of families in America during the last thirty years leaving a trail of broken hearts, broken dreams, and shattered childhoods.
Rather than helping families, government agents have used unconstitutional laws in Juvenile Court to rip children away from their loving parents, break asunder God-given, natural, parent-child bonds, and adopt the children of the grieving out to others who profit financially with large monthly adoption subsidy payments.
Child Protective Services must be stopped! The law that started this, CAPTA, must be repealed. We must work tirelessly to inform the public of this very dangerous travesty of justice. We must keep faith knowing that if there is a God, there is an answer and a way to end this heartache.
Child Protective Services Agents - please come to your senses! Family destruction on false or trivial grounds is wrong, reprehensible, and inhumane.
Fosterers - be aware that for the money you get you are holding much-loved children away from their grieving families while the parents are forced to perform a service plan that is anything but a service to them. I call this hostage holding for the government. This is not kindness - to help misguided government agents destroy family relationships and break loving bonds.
CPS workers and fosterers - I ask that you now let the children of the innocent return to their homes where they are truly valued, adored, and loved by the parents God gave them.
Family rights are God-given rights. And they should not be ignored or postponed. Every moment these loving parents and children spend separated from one another is a torment beyond what anyone should ever have to bear.
It is unworthy of human dignity to allow this terrorism and torture of families to go on without saying something, speaking out, and trying to make a change.

I’d like to start this month with a prayer….
Dear Heavenly Father (or the Higher Power to whom you believe),
I ask that you keep all these parents and children who are in distress because of the evil that roams this world to ruin families and souls in Your Loving Arms.
And please, dear Lord, give everyone Your strength to fight this evil entity called CPS and help us expose their lies and cruelty. Help us to destroy the enemy that is CPS.
God Bless all of you. I am in your corner and will fight with all I have.
To CPS workers and lovers who dare enter this site and degrade those who have been hurt by you, please believe I will do my best to destroy you. God knows who is lying, and trust me, you WILL have to answer to Him at the end.
Parents - don’t get frustrated…..get MAD! Bring the media in! CPS HATES the media and they HATE getting their inconsistencies on tv!

I feel for everyone who is going thru the same thing as I. Since 2004, I have had 22 CPS cases filed against me. Out of those 22, 17 of them have been ruled out or closed all to-gether. That leaves 5. One case alone was on going for almost 2 years. I didn’t hear from any caseworker for over 8 months. Then all of sudden here they were again. I fullfilled their requirements and the case was finally closed. The latest one is the hardest. My 12 year old daughter has been, with my permission sent to her biological fathers house, that or foster home. My two granddaughters, ages 3 and 5 have been in a foster home for over 2 months. Their parents visitations have been terminated for the time being. Who are these people called CPS? What gives them the right to horrify and torment our families? My 3 year old granddughter asked her mommy on one of the earlier visits, “Mommy, I’ve been good. Can I come home now? All that became of her plea, was when here Mommy went to court, the Judge found out that she had tape the conversation and she (judge) went ballistic. Why are our children not being heard. Why are they the ones to suffer most, because of actions of others? Please pray for 12 year old daughter, both of my grandbabies and their Mommy. And I too will continue my prayers for all of you out there. Tammy

Please pray for our family. Our children were removed in February. We go to court next week and find out if the reunification process is going to be okayed to start.
Our children have been ill since they were removed (they were not ill before), they have both had constant diaper rashes (including two weeks where our younger baby had an open sore on his butt… they very rarely had diaper rashes here).
We need them home. They need to be home. We’ve jumped through all the hoops they set in front of us (nearly to the point of my husband losing his job because of lost time). They need to be home. They’ve been sick the entire time they’ve been there and the weather is going to start getting colder soon… I can’t imagine how sick they’ll be if they have to stay there for the winter!
Our family needs to be together. Please pray that it happens soon.

PLEASE GO TO ANOTHER STATE TO HAVE THAT BABY AND STAY AWAY UNTIL YOU CAN HIRE A GOOD LAWYER .COURT APPOINTED LAWYERS WORK FOR THE STSATE NOT FOR YOU. Hello, It is so good see that somebody out there is on the kids side for real, I have been running from CPS since I was 13 with my little sister. My mom had problems with drugs but CPS caught up with us when everything was going smooth. And now she has slipped back, but anyhow I am 17 now and Im on my own my sister and me are fine. The only thing is I wish my little sister had the opportunitty to go to school with out CPS tracking her down.
So I am getting a job and so is she.
I pray that God gives her that
I can get my GED,but shes only 15
I believe that my caseworker Latoya Duffie will get hers, one way or another.
She doesnt have children she doesnt understand how painful it is, out of the 2 years she was my caseworker I didnt even have a relationship with her. She would just dump us at homes that she could reach and visit every once a month.
She tried to seperate me from my sister the only family I have, but I got her and we are safe.
She tells me ”Theres all these benefeits when you age out you can get free collage and the state will help you with your apartment until you are 21.”
No amount of money or shelter can keep me away from my sister and feel my heart with happiness.
no strangers for that either.
I used to tell myself I wanna be a case worker because I would make sure there truly happy and that there safe.
But now I want nothing to do with it, it is the Ultimate Childs Prison
I pray for those other kids out there, lost and lonley, on the streets having to make all on there own.

Please pray for my family and my son will who was kidnapped by cps 4 days ago. I have not slept and can not eat. My son has mental health issues that he shows mostly at home so the school thinks i am the mental case. cps has said i said things i never said. Our familly just wants our son home the ache is to much to bare

Please pray for me and my children i have been attacked so badly by cps i have bearly been able to survive it. I am constantly made ut to be a bad mother or to be mentally ill. I am having a hard time as to why GOD would let these people to take my children. Why give me children that someone would take away. i know they say dont question GOD but i cant help but wonder why. Why cant i hold my baby at night, why does the man that abused us get to take my child to his first day of school, why is my family allowed to become another victim of the system. Why do i get to watch other mother afford the blessing of mother hood and have mine stolen from me. do you even hear my plea lord am i not your child did you not in trust these children to me. If my children are taken away permently I cant not bear it. Please pray that GOD will send some one to helps us and reunite me and my children so we can live like so many others…together.

It seems like everything is against us. i pray and i keep praying..God that you put your hands upon my boys and let them feel my love through your love. let them know i am here with them in heart and i miss them with all my being. i will not forget them..Mommy always comes back. i am gonna fight with every inch of what i am to get my two sons home. I Love you babies with all my heart and nobody will ever come between us i promise.

Tomorrow is the day for us. It’s our 6 month hearing. I’m terrified. Our kids need to be home. I can’t breathe without them here.

You….are..all in my prayers. I wish the best for you and all your famalies. and no matter what happens just know GOD has a plan for everything that happens in life good or bad. I think i am misscarry ing my second time and theres nothing i can do..The doctors say if its gonna happen it will. The only thing i can do is rest and pray. From there i just kept telling the fetus that i love her even if she means nothing to the rest of the world right now i wanted this and i love her because…I just Love her. Tell your babies you love them, that you miss them and you will always be thinking of them and they are the first thing you think about in the morning and the last at night.

Hello, I live in Missouri and I also need prayer. I have had my three boys taken from my home. I was an almost adoptive mother of these three boys. It was a family member situation and they have removed them recently. I have had to hire an attorney and after reading what they wrote about me and all the lies that can be proven to be lies are very upetting. I got these boys after a fight in the first place. They took over a year to get to me and 7 foster homes up to the point when I got them. The youngest are twins age two and they did not even know how to socialize when I got them. It was sad. WE had them for a year and should have already adopted them when the oldest boy was involved in some unapproprate behavior. I am the one who hotlined it (now wishing I would not have but as a foster mom they told me I had to) and the next day he was taken from me and went back to yet another foster home. two mo. later they told me they were charging me with neglect in the case and took the twins. They have been in 9 foster homes now and it was VERY tramatic when they left my home. In my home they never went to daycare, never left my or my familys site. Now just taken and moved again, it makes me sick. I am fighting and trying to start a group in my area. If anyone has ideas or help for me to be able to get people in my area to come forward please let me know. I know there has to be others. I would like to pass a new law and at the moment I am working on trying to figure out how to do that. I just pray everyday, that my boys are safe and taken care of. I get told they are doing excellent, but have no idea on how they could be. Please let me know if anyone has ideas or informaiton on the Missouri CPS. I thank you very much that I was finally able to find this web site even though it might now be to late to ever see my son again. God I know that you never said that it was ok for them to say that our daughter had to pass on in order for me to get him back. All the suffering still hurts. I have a very hard time trusting people now and I pray you can help me learn to trust some people again. God I really need you. When I had that bad car accident I never thought I would not need to ask for anything ever again since you let me live out my life. I dont much sleep well. God I am so confused and lost now I need all of the help that I can get. I pray I get to see my little boy again and I know you are taking very good care of Alyissia thank you very much. I know that you knew that this was going to be tough but even if I only have five more minuets with him to let him know that I will ALWAYS love him like you do. I love you god. Please help me father for you are the only one I ever had.

I love my children. Precious gifts from God. I will always fight for, protect, and cherish them. I have been truly blessed to have been chosen to give birth to and to raise them up. I am a wonderful mother. My children are my life, my precious ones. There are many in this world that frown upon goodness, decency, strong morals, and anything godly. Children with any positive attitudes, good manners, and love for others are branded as being “socially deprived”. I have stretched my soul to it’s limits to raise my children to be good human beings. What is so wrong and neglectful about that?

My sister has been staying with my kids at their foster parents until cps can get them into their new home. My sister say my oldest son walks by the phone saying hes gonna call him mommy. and that my 5 month old has learned to roll from his back to his tummy..heheheheh they are so cute my goodness what a blessing. i am 2 months pregnant and we hope its a girl but will be proud to have whatever as long as he/she is healthy. She also say my oldees son has been kicked out of daycare for biting he is onlt 2. CPS took my boys cause when i found out i was pregnant i stopped taking my medication and started looking for a safer alternative so that the new baby wasnt harmed by the medicine…
but that is ok cause i will have my babies back and then i will place a law suit on cps foe not investigating the case a lil better. when we have prooved every bite that they were wrongfully taken. Lord, lay with my boys tonight put your arms around them tight and keep them safe and warm. show them that i love them through your love and bless these families on here who need your help as well. I pray you will all have your babies back and you can finally be happy.

Well I have been throught this before but my son has learned he can lie this time aroung and God he has lied way to far now my 4yr old daughter and almost 2yrold daughter have been taken along with him and I cant stand to be without them my fiance and I are going crazy Lord please help us at court wednesday they have no evidence to take them from us why can all this happen from a lie a 5yr old told please help us to have the strength and courage we need to fight this and get our kids back

I need help badly and many prayers for my family. My 3 children ages 4, 2, and 1 have been in foster care for over 5 months now. They were taken by cps for no good reason and I have pretty much completed the reunification plan and am not being given credit for anything that I have been doing. We have only been able to see our dear children for 2 hours every other week since they have been gone and that is not enough. They keep making little stupid excuses to continue things and not give us more visitation time. Our children are sad as well as me and my husband who love them dearly. These children are our lives and I am having a very hard time dealing with life being separated from them. We go back to court next month and I am praying with all my heart that our family can be reunited. How can we face the upcoming holidays and birthdays without them? This is the hardest thing a parent can ever go through. These children mean everything to me and I love them so much. I need them home where they were happy and loved. They cry when we have to leave and it hurts so bad. Please pray for our family. Please pray that these precious children be returned to us as soon as possible. I am so sad and I can’t live without them.

I would like prayers for my daughters safety. I know something is not right at her dads house but CPS will do nothing about it. I also would like prayers for strength as I am about to enter a horrible court battle and a battle against CPS, they are accusing me of coaching because my daughter refuses to talk to them.

chorneau, does mr pollock know where his daughter is? and do you really think your a good mother, keep the crack where it belongs, you moved to another state that is the meth capital….smart move for an addicted artist that prays on the elderly then takes the money and runs…leaving an elderly gentleman to lie on the floor for 8 hours while the lab was cleaned up prior to calling the medics, it is all on paper, beware elderly Rich men, she will strike again, she is truly a BLACK WIDOW> and she is being investigated. CPS did there job the only thing they did wrong was remove one of her children from good foster care and gave it back to her, poor child poor poor child, the truth will be known soon enough with on going investigations for fraud, elder abuse and running from the law….her only salvation was to get her child back so she could use her as a pawn….how is the system beating her up? She has truly been a thorn. no rose here, she prayed on elders for years check her history……

Pray for my daughter was was taken from me because we were losing our home, she was put in a foster home where she was molested. We have her back now but she isn’t the same child. We live in fear this will happen again.

Please pray for my grandson and help GOD to let him know that we love him and have not abandoned him. He has had no contact with his Mommy since 10/18 and is used to speaking to her and his grandma every night. The new foster care home does not allow home visits or phone calls, imagine that. Please keep him safe.

does anyone know marin chorneau? port townsend, washington? artist,crack head extrodinaire, abandonment is an unlawful thing, please blog if you know where she is> cps did the right thing in this case, she was not visiting in fla. she lived there,praying on the elderly in exchange for favors, like dressing up like a child as requested so she could get $$$$ for sex, itis all on paper, please help us find her….
