Child Protective Services, CPS, has devastated and destroyed hundreds of thousands of families in America during the last thirty years leaving a trail of broken hearts, broken dreams, and shattered childhoods.
Rather than helping families, government agents have used unconstitutional laws in Juvenile Court to rip children away from their loving parents, break asunder God-given, natural, parent-child bonds, and adopt the children of the grieving out to others who profit financially with large monthly adoption subsidy payments.
Child Protective Services must be stopped! The law that started this, CAPTA, must be repealed. We must work tirelessly to inform the public of this very dangerous travesty of justice. We must keep faith knowing that if there is a God, there is an answer and a way to end this heartache.
Child Protective Services Agents - please come to your senses! Family destruction on false or trivial grounds is wrong, reprehensible, and inhumane.
Fosterers - be aware that for the money you get you are holding much-loved children away from their grieving families while the parents are forced to perform a service plan that is anything but a service to them. I call this hostage holding for the government. This is not kindness - to help misguided government agents destroy family relationships and break loving bonds.
CPS workers and fosterers - I ask that you now let the children of the innocent return to their homes where they are truly valued, adored, and loved by the parents God gave them.
Family rights are God-given rights. And they should not be ignored or postponed. Every moment these loving parents and children spend separated from one another is a torment beyond what anyone should ever have to bear.
It is unworthy of human dignity to allow this terrorism and torture of families to go on without saying something, speaking out, and trying to make a change.

In my wildest dreams you might choose to join Squidoo (there’s a link at the bottom of the page) and create a page about CPS – one that I can link to. The more of us there are exposing the injustice, the better it will be.

Our state is DCF(Fla). Juvenile Justice (circa 1899 Illinois) is simply unconstitutional because it is a “quasi-”civil law (sub-standard) that meets neither standard of civil or criminal law of the ratified U.S. Constitution, nor ever changed by an Amendment, and civil rights are sworn to be protected by all empowered of “government” under Article VI.(sworn to support and protect the constitution which guarantees rights)
thru obliquy (strict censorship of both truth and facts, embellishing information negatively as some actual true criminal charge using hearsay to harvest children thru government-sponsored legalized black market enterprise sole for governmental monetary benefits), lawyers are not political until thru practicing law to legislate laws, based upon ignorant objective teaching rather than subjectively taught. Rarely are they aware of what is or is not actually constitutional. Ex post facto laws has several definitions, not simple retroactivity in application of law(s). When rules of procedure or evidence are changed, it is a violation of the constitution prohibiting ex post facto law, which juvenile justice changed the fundamental civil law of the constitutional when invented plagerized, and passed on to the Feds since 1974, and ignorance of the people is preyed upon by these politicians you keep electing and refusing to pose proper questions. These same changes were occurring in England in the Court of the Star Chamber and High Commission Courts giving immunities to those Administrators of Law by extension of the impunity (exemption) the Monarcy King’s Royal Prerogative, which was denied the usage of those tricks in our form of Republican Government (see Federalist #39 explained in part by Madison) as titles of nobility (immunity, impunity, and exemption, the First 14th Amendment of due process and equal protection of law, rather making no classes of citizen’s in regards to rights) as any title of power is empty without greater privileges in the monarchy(See Sir William Blackstone’s Commentaries on the Laws of England Volo 1-4 1865-1869) as ALL the lawyer “founding-father” delegates studied law under Professor Blackstone before drafting the U S Constitution. (See also Marbury vs. Madsison 1803 “No man is above the law.”)
Law was to be simple for easy understanding for the people to be able to obey. Not thrown a curve by new law which circumvent every known good of the constitution, such as chilling your speech of the 1st Amendment in juvenile court, or violating the rights of yourself and children by a warrantless seizure of your children’s person’s, or being threatened to sign family case plans or lose your kids if you do not, like the privy council courts of england mentioned, which if you refused to sign in those courts, it was an automatic confession of guilt, whereas Government actors state unwillingness to cooperate. the actors supercede criminal and civil law, including taking over cases of regular dutied law enforcers, like Hitler gave such Power to the Gestapo and SS, etc. The people’s trust is blessed with the political bliss of ignorance and too lazy to care to defend your family and country you love from the enemy within those offices you elected them to hold in trust. Being poor, you are robbed due to your ignorance and willingness to lick boot and let anyone to recklessly come in thru deceptions and then take your children as a thief who thinks they are unable to be criminally or civilly punished. Now you want to defend with an attorney who will not listen to your snibbling except if you have $$$$ for them to play the role for that roll. Florida’s Dcf has a role they want others to pay or in 9 months, your kids are harvested for adoption….
There is so damn much more. I am not a lawyer, but I am telliung you what you need to educate yourself quickly, lawyer or othrwise. Don’t believe me or anyone else until you read it out for yourself. Wanna call me: 321-216-7052

His name is MikeHanson and if you do a search on Youtube you will find that it appears he will video your experiences with CPS and show it to the world.
Try searching under MikeHanson archives to see his body of work. I think he may live in SA, Texas.
For DCF in Florida, there are many folk who are actively trying to reform DCF through actual video clips.
Search under DCF Florida on Youtube.
Another filmmaker and Mom predated upon by CPS is named Patience Poet and her accounts of her children seized by CPS are palpable and heartbreaking.
I think you might also find a reference if you do a site search on some one called

I fwd this to Annette ( also CA resident).
Folks, if you search under Youtube under the name of your state’s CPS agency—for example, DSHS, DHR, DCF ( CT, NJ & FL)
you will find many examples of folks actively protesting CPS’ actions.
Often these folks corner people outside of Family Court.
In networking with others from your own state, you have a better chance of getting what you want out of CPS.
So do your research and post it here.

Dear UK Secret Courts:
Kudos to you for discrediting MSbP diagnoses and for acting against unjust, ill-informed, or just plain malicious cw actions.
However, you must realize that the size of GB would only take up around 2 of our states, maybe TX and CA.
Each our 50 states has its own specific statues, pertaining to CPS.
Remember, George Orwell was a British writer and many folks in the US draw parallels to an Orwellian universe where Big Brother ( a jobs creation scheme) surveys citizens for perceived infractions.
We must realize in a post-industrial society that jobs are scarce and that SS MAKES JOBS FOR FOLKS.
And you do have a courageous MP, Heming, who is acutely aware of the harm that Social Services can inflict on an innocent, naive family or single Mom, struggling to raise her child(ren)
AFRA networks internationally and we do have have good relations with Canada, in particular.

The video, archived from the AP ,highlights the criminal efforts of Ms. Leekin and her 11 disabled children, adopted from NY. Kept handcuffed and often without proper food.
Ms. Leekin took NY state for around 1.7M dollars.
The Leekin story was a BIG ONE IN NY.
The NY Post featured the horrors Ms. Leekin perpetuated on several paper covers.

better i feel all i did was piss off a nurse at the hosp.she called cps.they made me sign papers giging up my rights i guess,2 days after she was born,they kept saying i was not mentally able to care for her,because i could not stop crying.i had just given

There is a massive campaign against CPS which has been documented by folks posting examples of illegalities on Youtube.com
Read the comments on this one. One poster feels that CPS misconduct has now reached the *Tipping Point.* For those into current sociology, it means that the volume of public responses is becoming massive and overwhelming and that some type of reform is desperately desired.

Fern I would like help on doing a youtube i don’t know who to help me I live in Iowa (DesMoines) I would love to bring out all the names who are involved but I don’t owned a computer I go to the library to use one if you know anybody to help me let me know because I got a long list of names of cps workers and Judges and attorney generals and county attorneys and my exinlaws and CASA workers and therapists and people who are in volved I want the whole world to see and let everybody know that our governor is a joke

my ex-husband dr. donald tynes ran for mayor and he drugged and raped our children and me damaged my neck and spine and tor up our properties had our children unjustly taken 2 days before my court ordered spousal and child support was due and judge virgil smith who knows him along with others on my case he knows block evidence and fail to report crimes we need help soon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

my ex-husband druged raped our sons and daughters and told he druged me against my will to cps and the children told he druged raped choked abused animals made them go with out food and more. when i went to a safehouse to protect our kids and myself while he stalked us and contiune to stalk me and he have the children. cps gave my children back to him detroit michigan.
