Child Protective Services, CPS, has devastated and destroyed hundreds of thousands of families in America during the last thirty years leaving a trail of broken hearts, broken dreams, and shattered childhoods.
Rather than helping families, government agents have used unconstitutional laws in Juvenile Court to rip children away from their loving parents, break asunder God-given, natural, parent-child bonds, and adopt the children of the grieving out to others who profit financially with large monthly adoption subsidy payments.
Child Protective Services must be stopped! The law that started this, CAPTA, must be repealed. We must work tirelessly to inform the public of this very dangerous travesty of justice. We must keep faith knowing that if there is a God, there is an answer and a way to end this heartache.
Child Protective Services Agents - please come to your senses! Family destruction on false or trivial grounds is wrong, reprehensible, and inhumane.
Fosterers - be aware that for the money you get you are holding much-loved children away from their grieving families while the parents are forced to perform a service plan that is anything but a service to them. I call this hostage holding for the government. This is not kindness - to help misguided government agents destroy family relationships and break loving bonds.
CPS workers and fosterers - I ask that you now let the children of the innocent return to their homes where they are truly valued, adored, and loved by the parents God gave them.
Family rights are God-given rights. And they should not be ignored or postponed. Every moment these loving parents and children spend separated from one another is a torment beyond what anyone should ever have to bear.
It is unworthy of human dignity to allow this terrorism and torture of families to go on without saying something, speaking out, and trying to make a change.

Those publicized pleas for more foster “parents” are an open invitation to child predators who want to harm other people’s children in an unsupervised living arrangement.
Here we have yet another case that proves this point:
“Bergthold admitted that during the time he acted as a foster parent for the Arkansas Department of Human Services, he had sexual contact with and produced several photos and videos of a minor who had been placed in Bergthold’s care and custody.”
“Bergthold also pleaded guilty on the same day to a one-count criminal information filed in the District of Oregon, which was later transferred to the Western District of Arkansas, that charged a separate incident of production of child pornography in Oregon.”

WHEN WE MASS ENOUGH PEOPLE WE WILL PROTEDT CPS…I cant do it all i got a slow internet connection and so many hours…

This Arkansas Case took place in the same COUNTY (BENTON) that my brother had his daughters taken from him by DHHS. Once taken DHHS CONVICTED him of MOLESTING his own children NOT the FOSTER PARENT! Where I know for a FACT in did happen by the FOSTER PARENT….very long story! All of them are! BUT guess who is serving a 35 year sentence for the crime!! MY BROTHER not the FOSTER FAMILY! DHHS in ARKANSAS are corrupt and I have JUMPED UP AND DOWN YELLING IT BUT no one is listening and A innocent man sits in prison while DHHS continues to convict the parent not their own!!

What exactly is your point here? Do you want me to post the litany of biological parents who have outrageously abused and neglected their children? Your whole site is a joke. CPS isn’t perfect, but by and large promulgating the message than scumbag drug addict parents should have their children no matter what is simply evil. 95% of the time if CPS takes your kid away, you deserve it and much worse.

Yes your right there are some families that deserve to have their children taken from them and more needs to happen if they can not get their act together and raise their kids!! BUT This website is for the ones that have been wrongfully charged, convicted and children adopted out all in the name of federal funding!! Parents that have a messy house, or financial problems, or may have fallen on hard times and find their children being taken away, put in foster homes and find their children being molested and abused while they are trying to get their kids back or maybe trying to get back on their feet and then find them selves maybe being accused of raping or doing harm to their own children when the harm started while in cps care………don’t think it does not happen because it does. This web site helps those that can not afford to help them selves and it gives them support to continue to fight cps and not let them walk on you and if they do this web site informs you HOW to stop it…………UNTIL YOU WALK A MILE IN THE SHOES OF A PARENT THAT HAS HAD THEIR CHILD TAKEN FROM THEM FOR AS LITTLE AS FALLING ON HARD TIMES……YOU NEED TO STICK A PIPE IN YOUR COMMENT. I WISH YOU FORTUNE OF MAYBE STEPPING OUT IN FRONT OF A MOVING CAR DOING 80!

look, i’ve had CS called on me by my childs father. MANY times!! when he could not get me declared an unfit parent, he walked away from his son entirely.
but it helped my family that my 2 best friends are socialworkers! they walked me through stuff that kept CS from taking my child. it also helped that i am a somewhat intelligent person and had taken several social work classes myself. i documented EVERYTHING!! tape recorded phone calls w/ proper notification of course..etc etc.etc.. it is SO VERY true that if your poor you are targeted by CS, no matter the state!
my son has never been abused by me. his fathers wife? (they married a couple years after i broke up with my sons father) yep, his fathers wife abused my son. now how does one prove that? didn’t matter. i knew every-time there was a court date dealing with anything with his father ? i could expect within a week before the court date, to see CS knocking at my door.
it’s seriously like clockwork, many (NOT ALL) fathers involved with a thought of paying a dime of child support will automaticly call and make accusations. it’s utter crap. i’m sorry but here recently there’ve been 2 children beaten to death because CS didn’t do their job RIGHT!!
i hate this. i know at my local CS that there is 1 out of a hundred case workers that truly give a damn about the kids. the rest? most CS caseworkers i’ve ever met were children of rich parents who want to look morally superior and can’t really get any other job. i went to college with a bunch of em…i know wherfore i speak.
in the end the only thing that got CS off of me was when i told the director himself that after 7 yrs and 7 different visits or so, that obviously the calls against me were harrassment and that if i got any more visits , i’d sue him personaly, the agency and then go on every talk show around the world & could he & the agency REALLY afford that?
thing is? i’d have done it. it wasn’t a threat it was a promise. not seen hide nor hair since. *crossing fingers*

janelle, i sympathize and no what you all are going thru. my sister is going thru the same thing. read my post on the jan 2009 guestbook. we are also dealing with the dhs in ark. They talk so much about protecting AR Kids, what protection? false allegations, abusive fosters, taking children away from a loving, protective mother, the dhs of ark are no good pieces of garbage.

Numbers work much better then being alone. BY the way……I read your whole story, lawyers asked my brother to take a PLEA, my brother refused, he wishes now he would have done it because being out of prison is much better being in prison….even if you have to take a plea and live as a registered sex offender, he said he would much rather have done that! But now he is serving 35 years. AND Arkansas was trying to pass a law were the death sentences would be an option for prosecutors to ask for when it comes to crimes against children such as rape….but what the prosecutors do not take into to consideration is the false convictions that CPS/DHS are putting on innocent parents. SOOOO another words, my brother could be an innocent man on Death Row for a crime he never did!!!! BUT at least if you are on death row, lawyers at least work on your case to keep you alive! ALL of my brothers appeals are UP. WE sit and wait!! THis is never easy!! BUT I am not giving up!
