I’m losing the battle…due to outright lies by DHS. I’m not even clear why my daughter was removed from me on 2/17/07. As the case progresses, it gets worse. Her “therapist” has cultivated trust issues with my daughter towards me. I am now not allowed to even have phone contact with her.
I am seeking legal representation to sue the Larimer County CPS.

My grandson was kidnapped on July 18, 2008 by DHS. They are terminating her rights on Aug. 18, 2008. They want him for the Adoption Inncentive Bonus program. They have told lie after lie and now they have doctored a drug test to make it look like she is smoking marijuana. I can prove that the test has been doctored but can’t get any help.

My son and I have been trying to get his girls out of fostercare for nine months. my son did not abuse his daughter. missouri cps knows this I in the last 2 weeks fournd out that CPS and others labled the abuse incorrectly it should have been abuse1 yet labled abuse the prosecutor after my many calls looked at the file he was so mad he personaly filed the paper work and took it to the court house to have the abuser arrested. CPS according to the prosecutor had no legal reason for placing the girls in fostercare instead of the dad. I as the paternal grandmother intervened. I need an attoeney who can help both my son and mysek=lf and the girls I have financial means not unlimited but enough.. My husband is a physician and makes a good living please, please hellp us this case per the prosecutor is a grest case for a lawyer plenty of expert witnesses in our corner and great for media attention for many reason to many to list,

If there is any Pre paid legal Lawyer in San Diego county to see my situation as a cause to fight for and can figure out a payment that will not break the bank and or possibly we can sue those who stole my son legally illegal then please responf. I am the mother of two beautiful autistic boys. I filed a workers compensation case against Solano County and i feel that the county has retaliated against me by falsely accusing me of child neglect. They have placed my children in Foster care in seperate placements, and they have self injurious behaviors that have increased since they were removed from my home. Please help my sons return home with our family. Thank You

my friend and her brother and sister are in foster cae and they have a place to go home to there grandmother she just bought a brand new home but cps in ohio wont let let them go to there grandmother in westvirginia so they might be adopted out

The night that I called your office, you may not have relized it was friday and the kids are to be returned on saturday morning, you told me to call the hot lkine they would get in touch with you, before I sent them back that wa why I called some many times.
I took you at your word you are just like the rest of them, I thought you were better then them , you said if I found out what had happened you would take care of it before my kids went back to mom, I had hours, if it were wednesday, or thursday I would have waited till the next day, CPS let my son be choked by cheasley and did nothing about it.I was told your office was one of the wroste in the state I think that is ture. you people think you are ubove the law, you are not! your S#!T smell just like the rest of us only you have to live with your smell, GOD IS WATCHING YOU maybe after the lies you told on me, and now the lies you are cover up so you dont get in trobble, I am glade I didnt go thru with that eval,that would have just sealed the deal, that was why you got so made that I cought it before you set me up all the way.

bolth my sons where taken by cps on july 3rd for alagaition from a freind of the family cause she wanted to adopt my eldest son of 3 years and i said no so she the went down and said that i lock my oldest son in his room and don’t feed him i beat him and all other kinds of alagations but they portain to me and my oldest son and cps took bolth my kids refused to let me see them tell my youngest sons frist b-day witch was july 27 and now won’t even give me a lawyer to fight them my girlfreind of 3 year has one but won’t do anything for us and i still have no say in the case what so ever

I have a temp. custody order in oregon where the father was suppose to go through safety matters for visitation. CPS wrote a letter in support of this because they believed father to be a danger. After the judge signed an order stating visiting remains as ordered or per written parenting plan by DHS, the worker calls on a friday and says the father gets a home visit the next day supervised by his mother, whom I expressed concerns about. She wrote a parenting plan for that date, can she do this? What if the grandmother tries to pick up the child this Sat. Do I have to let the child go as the plan was dated for 8/2/08 not 8/8/08. What are my rights. Both father and grandmother have alcohol and drug abuse in the past and now.

My 7 year old son is in state custody. All the allegations are false and i have evidence to prove that. the caseworkers and law enforcement lied on the witness stand and got away with it. i have not talked to my son nor have i seen him in a month and a half. i was given a court appointed attorney who is worthless. She called me one day before court and had not even opened my file. someone please help me. with a good attorney we can win this, i am currently filing an appeal so the next hearing should be in the court of appeals.

I have an old case that i just found out about because i was trying for custody of my son’s half sisters. Supposedly the allegations were founded and they sent results by cert. mail-that i never got…children were never removed or threatened to be removed but now i’m being told cant’ open a daycare or be a foster parent. Need help fighting this

My daughter gave her one year old daughter a bath and gave her to her boyfriend to get her diaper and clothes out of the car. He stupidly sat her on the hood of the car on a 100 degree day, the towel had slid off of her butt. She sustained burn on her buttocks only. My daughter is being accused by cps of burning her in hot water ever though there are pics of the skin on the car.

CPS has taken all of my children because of false allegations of the mother and constant neglect by her. They have teamed up against me to keep my children away from me, CPS, Assistant Attorney General and the Jugde, who at my hearing told me I was wrong because I refused to accept CPS services of evaluations. So they kidnapped my children from my home without a warrant and threatened to take me to jail for obstructing justice, I reminded them of my 4th amendment right and the courts as well. They say it doesn’t count here, who has rights to our children, the state or the parents, the outcomes would show the state has assummed it has more power than parents, look at their actions. Now CPS is telling my girlfriend she has to move out my house because of my other children being taken because she has a baby girl. They told her to get an order of protection on me even though we are fine and we have no domestic violence or issues at all, only issue is CPS’s invasion of privacy.

My grandson, age 3, was removed from the home by CPS in Plano, TX because he wandered from his home. Unfortunately, this was not the first time.
Daughter seen her son for the first time today (8/8/08) in almost 3 weeks and she said he didn’t even seem to know her.
He was not himself. She thinks he is being drugged.
Daughter was supposed to meet with her CPS caseworker, but, caseworker was in court all day.
Daughter has another son (6 months) in the hospital that due to being bi-polar/post-natal depression, she made a comment about a “vision” she had been having.
Daughter needs an attorney. Unfortunately, being a single mom, she cannot afford to come up with a lot of money.
Anyone out there that can give her legal help either pro bono or on a sliding scale.
We, the boys’ grandparents want the boys, a family friend has offered to take them in until they can go back to mom, however long that takes.
CPS will not answer our calls, messages, etc.
Our “baby” needs to be with family…not strangers!
Please…someone…help!

Note to above…

The reason the infant is in the the hospital, is because he is a miracle baby, born @ 26 weeks 1 day. He weighed 2lbs. 2 oz. and was 12 3/4 inches long.

Due to baby having to of course, grow, he recently had a tube inserted into his tummy for nourishment because baby does not like to drink from the bottle and when he does, he throws it up…anyway, the incision needs to heal.
Upon visiting with the social worker at the hospital the other day, she said she had also been in touch w/CPS in Plano, and no calls her back, etiher.
She does know that the CPS case worker that removed the 3 year old grandson was due to have her own baby any day, her cases have been shifted to co-workers, and some of those cases had been shifted…I am so afraid my grandson is going to get lost in the system.
Please, help…

I am trying to help my brother and his girlfriend find an attorney in Hernando County, FL. They are being bullied by DCF, they dont know their rights, they have been TPR’d on 8-4-08, our mother has child, DCF worker is calling and making threats and false accusations to both of them. PLEASE HELP, they are good parents, took daughter to hospital to have her checked out fearing that she had ingested a pill and everything has spiraled out of control from there…so much for trying to protect your child..

I just want to say that the Solano County CPS, Yolo County CPS are two of the worst Child Protective Services around.

PS workers take kids away from parents with out doing a right investagation, they do not do the job right, they lie, they never have the facts, they right up a fast repost and they think not of the injustice done. When things come out in court and it is seen that the CPS workers did not do the job right and kids should not have been taken they blackmail the parents, holding a child as the reward to the parents stateing that the parents can get the child back ASAP and have all right again, if the parents sighn a case plan. I wish I would have gave the CPS a fight and I know I would have won and they also knew if I did fight that I would win but they had the upper hand, I did not have the money and most important they had my child and they seen that I would do anything just to be with my child even if I had to swallow my prid, I did not care about the case plan and I still would have done it the same just so I could get my son back, Thank God, I have my son.

I know other parents have been done wrong by Solano and Yolo county CPS and I wish something would set things right and stop the wrong that is done to parents and kids and the wrong is done by the Solono County, Yolo County CPS.

IT IS NOT RIGHT, My son stoped talking when the CPS took him and put him in a foster home and he was not eating and his health was fadeing and they seen it ans even talked to me about it, but they did not care due to the fact they seen what was happening to my son and they still left him in the same foster home and I think that right there is what CPS should not do, they took my son and put him in danger and they seen it and seen my son had stoped talking and my son was at the age where talking is a big part of tjhere life and he was just starting to talk real good but the CPS put a stop to that when thay took him away.

Sorry this is so long but I had to say someting in hope that the SOLONO county CPS will have something done to it that will make people see how they are not legal, not right, and how they do not care about a child and about the parents who are good and who love there child.
Sometimes the best thing is not to take a family apart, thats not the way you fix things and even more so, when youu take things apart that should not have been taken apart.

To Whom It May Concern
We are looking for some advice, guidance and/or representation in hopes of reuniting our family. CPS in Orange County took custody of my daughter based on allegation of abuse by my husband, her step father, in Dec 2006. Custody was given to her biological father in Jan of 2007. When CPS finally decided they should interview other children in her fatherâ€™s homes, her father fled the state. He left my daughter in the custody of her maternal grandfather. Shortly after her fatherâ€™s hasty exit from the state, I was once again given custody of my daughter. After a very lengthy and expensive trail I was force to sign a settlement before the court ruling. I had just been diagnosis with cancer and need to start chemotherapy. On the stand during the trail, my daughter admitted that she had lied; however, I just didnâ€™t have the strength to continue to be bullied and manipulated by CPS and the system. I needed to focus on my health issues and get CPS and the court out of our lives. Part of my agreement with the court was that my husband agreed to sign a civil restraining order; however, he was not allowed to have representation in the court. I agreed to have my daughter in therapy with a psychologist outside of the system. These were things we intended on doing and felt needed to be done at the time. We also believe it would end the invasion of CPS in our lives and I could focus on my health and my daughters well being. Only later did we find out that CPS did not intend on leaving us alone and continued to harass us for several more months. I was forced to sign a voluntary agreement with them. We were told if I did not sign the agreement, they would take my child and re-file charges to get me back into court to force me into an agreement. Under threat of my child being taken again while undergoing chemotherapy treatments, I really had no choice but to sign the voluntary agreement with them. I no longer had the energy to fight them. Unfortunately, we did not know what their true intention was, if we did, we would have never signed the settlement in court.
My 11 year old daughter has been in therapy for over a year now and it is clear to the therapist that no abuse by her stepfather has ever taken place. My daughter, as well as her therapist, would like to start conciliation with my husband. My husband and I would like that very much but want to make sure we do it correctly. We do not want to put my daughter in any jeopardy of being taken again by CPS. My husband and I have followed every letter of the agreement, even in the most difficult of situations during with my illness. We are looking for some guidance to see, that within this crazy system, if it is at all possible to start reunification.
We know from being in the system, CPS and the courts are able to do whatever suites them, with no consideration for what is in the childâ€™s best interest and with no accountability. My husband and I are committed to see this through. We will wait out the additional 2 years on the restraining order if necessary. My husband has been the father figure in her life since she was a baby, nobody involved believes waiting is in my daughter best interest, unless it puts her in danger with CPS. My husband, my daughter and I are all in individual therapy with experienced therapist, 2 of which are PHDâ€™s. Will the courts listen to the experts or is it all about what the untrained CPS workers want? If we have to wait out the 2 years on the restraining order, what happens then? Is reconciliation possible? Is there a way to reunite my family?
I have now completed my cancer treatments, and praise God, am now cancer free. We pray that God will guide us in this endeavor and help show us the correct path to take. I really believe ifs it God will we will be able to once again be together as a family.

I am not an attorney so I can not give you legal advice, But I can direct you to different options that may or may not work.
If I were you and if, as you say, your daughter is willing, I would investigate your state laws and consider hiring an attorney -not a Guardian Ad Litem for your child. A GAL is a guardian, taking on a parental role, so to speak. An attorney for the child is a different thing altogether. An attorney for the child may draft and file motions etc. A proactive advocate.
You might start by contacting any University Law School Clinics in your area. Also, although, thank God, you are now free of cancer, reach out to any and all cancer victims and/or survivor organizations for help.

Cast a wide net.

CPS is a terrible entity. If they would only play by the rules, maybe some good would be done. But they do not play by any rules, not even the Constitution.

My heart goes out to you and your family for having to have endured so many troubles.

My parental rights were taken away and I have been trying to find help in fighting cps. They have lied falsely accussed me and with held evidence.
I was granted a 388 hearing and they switched out the judge and he threw it out. I never was heard. I live in san jacinto ca. Desperately need help.

my 12 year old daughter was taken today for not attending school in this state my adress and home is in another state. i have to leave my job and lose my job to get her back. i will have no place to live but with family i dont think my chances of getting my daughter back will be high. she was going to school in an online school. what can i do? someone plz help me.

DESPERATE MOTHER!!!
I need a lawyer to sue DCFS/In California,the office on Olympic.I also want to sue the band EARTH WIND AND FIRE.My boyfriend who worked for them gave my baby to dcfs claiming I abandoned him,lied that he was my landlord and they immediately took him away..I have allthe records and documents to prove that they lied continuously ,so many lies the case has went to the appellate court.Judge perluss and woods agreed with judge birman at edelmans children court.
They took my healthy white baby and sold him to a stranger.

i am a single mother with a child who has a disability..cps came to my house under false accusations against my boyfriend..we agreed to do sessions with a diffrent worker as a family… my boyfriend is an out of area seasonal worker so we set up to do the additional sessions after he was home so it could all be done as a family…this was agreed upon…then the social worker who made the false accusations…(Martha Karish) called me to set up a cps meeting i said we did not need her as agreed upon earlier…she said she will file a complaint to take my child!!!! i hung up and now have a court date with twisted events and false accusations…i cannot afford an attorney…my ex pays little to NO support for his son….he owes 30000 in5 years…help please!

Same old story. Need help of an attorney to fight Kern County, California CPS and DHS. My daughter has been ill since 2003, and is required to wear a “Pain Patch” on her arm at all times. She had an emergency “C” section in early 2007 to deliver her third child. The hospital did a drug test and found narcotic type drugs in her blood. It was from the patch, but they notified CPS, who acted before they had the facts. Now her children are gone because they think she is a drug addict. Never mind the fact that she was under a doctor’s care prior to the C-section, and was drug tested on a regular basis. All test were negative. She has had numerous drug tests since the babies birth, and all have been negative. When CPS found out that they made a mistake, they did not back down. Instead they created more false accusations to justify what they did. You can not talk with them, or reason with them. The last year and a half have been pure Hell for us all. There is so much more to the story, but I think you have heard it all. It should be an easy case to win. NO attorney in Kern County wants to get involved. All accusations have already been shown to be false, but still they won’t quite. I am currently talking with the ACLU, Senator Roy Ashburn’s office, and the State Attorney General’s office. But it takes so long to get anything done. I am afraid that my daughter will not survive this terrible injustice. She sure could use some legal help. As with the others, she is dirt poor, and now abandoned by her husband. Please contact me at the above address if you can help!

I need legal advise on fighting a false CPS claim. A woman filed a false report on me because I sold a puppy she wanted to someone else. She’s never even seen my kids and only the outside of my house. She didn’t give her name to CPS, so they won’t help me. But I know that her phone records would show she placed a call to them on the date of the incident. Is there anyway I can demand they check her phone records?

I have been lied to, deprived of basic rights, reused equal any and all rights by DCSS and the Monterey county Courts.

Becasue of the Department of Child Care Services in Montrey Calif, I have been descriminated againist, refused council–or they refused to work with counsel I hired 7+months ago, so he quit, and they know I am disabled. I was made to sign false statements, stolen from, and DCSS of Monterey county has STILL NOt given a MODIFIATION-disabled sine April 2007.

Without question the court, since 2002 (original order) has shown “No Proof” of any reasonable or sound judgement skills, Can Anyone Help ME? I live in Texas but case in Monterey county California. I have much documentation backing “every single statment made below” All statements below; and I have more, can be proven beyhond any doubt.

I have been harmed, medically, emotionally, and financially, and now mentally. I have another Telephone hearing 08-19-08- there is so much more like HIPPA violations being broken againigt me by DCSS complaint resolution worker recently, (she started calling off my medical records asking my Physicians offices’ questions-after I filed records with court, etc.Heck, 1 physician had to write a note to berify I was a patient and verify his signature was valid on a medical record. Of course I was called by the physician. I need help. There is so much more..

Facts: NO MODIFIATION (16-months after sending documents of public assistance, disability medical proof records,and benefit application infomation over 9x to DCSS and state agencies)..Here is a brief on events in short.

Divorced 12-98 (joint custody I was - CP till 02/2002) so, this case did not involve a divorce directly, the divorce was a few years prior, i was the CP till 02/2002. (nasty custody suit)

On 02/2002, A Calif. Resident; however income was Presumed because I WAS on Welfare (food stamps and Medical).. yet ordered to pay based on income of over 5,000 mo. File 9k on tax ret. year, 7k year before. Where they got 5k was beyond me.

From 02/2002–CP and I had signed agreements, which I abided by paying in FULL each month

NCP paid as agreed from Jan-02 to March 2008 because even he knew I did not make enough to cover order.

04/2007 was terminated- Disabled-Back on Texas Welfare system- Food stamps. Medical not offered to adults in Texas.

10/2007- simply ran out of money, Short Term Disability Pmts ended long before, I simply could not pay the full agreed as I had been- Requested CP lower support 10/2007- CP went DCSS, DCSS requested Increase of support not decrease, even after I explained I was unemployed now for 7-months.

10/2007- NCP receives from DCSS “Past Due in Support” Notice of $700.00? (Remember, I am current, I do NOT owe any past due, and I have ALL receipts; which I provide over 9x to DCSS)

10/2007-11/23/2007- Faxed, cert. mailed x (4) termination, welfare, including, Income & Exp, and all pmt receipts, I request Audit on account, and accounting report.

10/2007-”I” NCP- Mailed DCSS-My full audit of all payments from 2002. To this date-they have never provided an accounting report- They either do not have one or have refused.

11/2007-”I” hired Council in home state, who practiced Calif. Law for Modification.

11/2007- Current on payments, yet still getting Now DCSS states I am: “Past Due of about 1,200″ and I am now back to paying the court order amount; therefore, I am NOT past due.

11/2007-02/01/2008 (Texas Council completed Modification papers, mailed certified to DCSS, and court Attorney; however both entities REFUSED and 3-weeks later ALL papers were returned. Texas Council, then faxes DCSS; they acknowledge receipt, but in apparently lost the papers in April.

12/2007- 11/2007- Current on payments, yet still getting “Past Due Notices-Still stating I owe over 1,200″. I still am making each months payments.. I am NOT past due on anything.

02/08/2008- NCP Council Quit. DCSS “County of Monterey just would not respond to letters, calls or faxes now from hired council.

02/2008- DCSS states to NCP regarding the “Past due Fees of about 1,200;” CP will waive all “Past due fees” if I will sign a stipulation, I state, “I’m not past due, and tell them to update their records, and send them a full audit from my records again. DCSS mails me, NCP letter stating that I may have a credit-This is their (4th) letter since October stating their conducting an audit on the account.

ON 04/08/2008- AFTER WRITING GOV. OFFICE.I have everyone involved on this from Sacramento- to Monterey..Still Monterey has NO accounting Report, and refuses to produce one, states CP only has to “state-money past-due” but needs no proof. I have ALL the proof, all the recipes; however DCSS is not documenting any of my payments, or receipts. DCSS mails me a (5th) letter since October stating their conducting an audit on the account, and the account is now placed on HOLD.

04/2008- NCP, then Receives “Notice of Motion” from DCSS requesting increase in support, they want to deduct the 46.00 I have in my bank account, and they are requesting I place insurance on child. I call them and write them as well, I state-”I have (1) child myself here, I have (2) Surgeons letter and medical records indications I need surgeries, I am currently disabled myself, I am not getting the proper medical care I need; therefore, I will be damned if I pay for a secondary for my son fully covered with a co-pay of 10.00 through his father”.

04/28/2008- DCSS states now Past Due over $15,000. I Receive Stipulation from DCSS; their declaration has many errors and misrepresentations, I request they fix, DCSS Refuses.

04/2008- NCP: I call to inform them that their declaration is grossly mis-stated in many places. In fact, the declaration DCSS submitted to the court was 80% false. Heck, I showed I had a credit w/ CP, not owed. I request DCSS correct their mistakes, misrepresentations, and errors. ( I was told NO-DCSS refused to fix any misrepresentations or errors).

DCSS also sets COURT DATE-06/17/08..

04/2008- I, NCP file as “In per Pre” Reply to Motion, as well as: Request for original order to reviewed, based on Presume income.

04/2008: Find that DCSS Never placed account on hold, which is in writing. I was Lied to. In Fact, out of the 1,440.00 I was to receive on my refund they took-$737.00 to cover 2007 delinquencies, and dispersed to CP. I have PROOF I was NOT behind nor delinquent in ANYWAY in ANY months through 2007. I will swear on the bible..I don’t need too I have Proof, and I provided this over (9x) to DCSS. I also have either postage recipes or fax confirmations they received this information.

04/08: DCSS stated Tax confiscation was an error, but nothing they could do anything-DCSS showed I owe money.

04/2008: I demand on an accounting report and a FULL AUDIT. They refuse to provide one.

05/2008: Now, DCSS continues reporting late and past due, however now I should have a HUGE CREDIT.

05/2008: DCSS Now takes Stimulus payment of $900.00, and given to CP.

05/2008: Now: I should have massive CREDIT.right..? DCSS refuses to do anything about the payments still from 2007 .There is just so much to all this..I have everything.

DCSS is using WRONG ORDER: “I” NCP, informed DCSS that they are also going by incorrect court order.There was the original filed March 31, 2002 and a Modification filed by CP on 12/2002. They are using the 1st.

DCSS stated- “It was my responsibility to put the correct order in their hands, as they do not go by the most recent orders-they only go by the most recent provided”. ( I have this in writing too)

05/2008: Managing Attorney for DCSS: e-mails me: States, Audit will be performed, Account IS on hold; please remember, I have been told the account would be audited fom October, and Account was on hold since April. ( I have this in writing too) I also have in writing from the managing attorney, they are correcting my CREDIT REPORT. ONLY when this case is settled it will be determined whether I owe, had owed, whether CP owes me money back, or were at a zero balance.

DCSS has reported to all (3) Credit agencies going back to 2002, now reflecting on credit report I, was 30 days late in March. (I e-mailed them asking how can this be-as I showed a credit)?? I was e-mailed back by Managing Attorney NOTHING would be reported on CREDIT, and they would fix until this case was 100% settled.

DAY I LEFT TO DRIVE TO CALIF. FOR COURT. (RECEIVED IN MAIL FROM DCSS)- on 06/14/2008 a filed motion from DCSS to the court requesting that Neither my “Reply and Motion” or my “Request for Mod-based on Presume income” be looked at. I literally got this as I was pulling out of my driveway to drive the 1720 miles to Calif.

COURT DAY- COURT GRANTED DCSS request.Nothing I submitted was even looked at. Not one of the (8) papers marked “MOD” by DCSS, the Hold they said they placed on the account, the fact, DCSS had ruined my credit yet no accounting report had been done, the fact, I was on Welfare back in 2002, the fact, I was on welfare “now” and disabled..

NOTING was looked at, The judge told me to get a job-and MOVE. No one heard me. (MOVE-I am disabled and on Welfare-I was on welfare back in 2002 when order was set-Judge did not look at 1-piece of paper)

NEW COURT DATE: JUDGE SETS TELEPHONIC HEARING FOR AUG. 19TH 2008.

06/2008: I In court-Per Judge told to Provide current Dr. Report or Get a job working 40+ hours a week. DCSS stated, “Report was “old.” Fact was, it was less than 1-week old, and judge would not even look at it. So, come back home go to Dr. and Provide report to DCSS within 1-week.

06/2008- send faxed copy to DCSS of Court Dr. Form. Dr. mailed original. (turns out DCSS refused to submit to the court; therefore, I sent this to the court with Telephonic hearing request- w/ declaration.

06/2008: I-NCP wrote all (3) credit agencies requesting they remove the negative reporting based on the letters and e-mails from both Complaint resolution and managing Atty at DCSS, stating the “holds” and NO credit reporting should take place.

07/24/08: Credit Agencies contacted by DCSS; DCSS refused to remove and confirmed all negative reporting, and refused to correct erroneous reporting. TransUnion and Equifax spoke with Managing atty.

06/28/2008- NCP- I am still requesting DCSS modify Stipulation to show accurate information, I am told, “We are changing nothing, you either sign it or you don’t. If you do not sign it you owe CP over 15,000-if you sign it your balance will be zero through April 2008.”

06/2008: I replied: stipulation is STILL incorrect, I beg for them to correct the errors for my signature; furthermore, DCSS added to stipulation I release them from all financial, emotional, and physical harm. I stated they fully knew the information was clearly incorrect. It was sent e-mail back, “We will not respond to you no further, and we will make-no revisions”

07/23/2008: Signed Stipulation: Mailed on 07/23/08.

08/01/2008: Received Credit Alert: DCSS has reported again In July and now again on 08/04/2008.

Above ALL: I STILL HAVE NO MODIFICATION.16 months later after I was declared disabled and can seem to get no help. I am now in jeaporty of losing my home as well as other “trickle down effects” from the retaliation, descrimination, and theft of my civil rights.

CP refuses all joint custody visitation rights.

My Re-finance fell through due to credit derogatory’s on credit report from DCSS

Student Loans were denied-Now, all 3-years gone and cannot find funds to finish 4th years.

My son, who is 17, and lives with, has suffered from this.

DCSS stole my Tax refund-Stimulus pmt; designated for Home and Car Ins.

DSCC Refuses to provide accounting report: Fact is, I have PROOF, I was NOT behind, even thru current date.

What has happened to me is horrible and I cannot get them to stop! Your Reply is greatly appreciated

I am in need of a CPS lawyer in Wayne County Ohio. I have been under investigation because my mother-in-law called and told them my house was filthy and that my daughter, who is Deaf, did not wear her hearing aids enough. She wants my children and hates me.

After they came out and basically said they just needed to check my house one more time (due to clutter on my entertainment system) she called them again and gave them information from my kids daycare file (she works there…they do not go there now) about a diaper rash, my daughter’s hair not being combed on a few occasions (I was working and one of her teachers told him she would do it for him), and other seemingly mild things. Oh, and they said they were concerned because we do not vaccinate our children.

Now, they said I will be getting paperwork stating that they are seeking temporary custody. I am so scared. I am a good mom and I love my kids very, very much.

Someone please help!

Without probable cause…a phone tip from a drug dealing neighbor, caught by my daughter….My grand kids were taken by Bucks County Pa. 10/18/07
from day care.Fabricated lies, and evidence has kept them in foster care, with adoption as a secondary plan IF my daughter doesn’t follow their plan which is full of catch 22’s. Civil rights violation for starters, with so much more. Refusing me foster kinsmanship without checking me out at all? I want a Federal Lawyer that wants to make a lot of money this is a huge case….you can google some of what I have wrote WE PRAY FOR HELP!

(We live in oklahoma but are fighting oklahoma and texas cps.) Between my boyfriend and I we have had 4 children removed from our home (for alledged child abuse) 1 of which is our 3 month old son. Who was voluntary safety planned to a friend and was removed from the friend and placed in foster care, (supposidly for violation of the safety plan). This all started on july 10th 2008. His 2yr old son was placed back in a home he was removed from by texas cps 9months ago .I am begging please help us get our kids back. I know without a doubt we have a STRONG case against oklahoma cps. We just need help. We are lost and havent known our rights until now while doing research. Our first case worker has been fired because of her handlings on our case. Our new case worker is telling us to confess and we will get classes to correct our problem. We are innocent. And we need help. they have messed up so much and not done things the right way. right now they are trying to cover their mistakes. Because they have made so many. PLEASE HELP!!

In regards to my other comment, My family hasnt even been considered for placement of our 3 month old. I have shown them papers of our rights and turned in info on family members for kinship. But they have excuse after excuse on why he couldnt be placed with his family. PLEASE PLEASE HELP!!

I need some advice on my situation with CPS. I have 4 children all removed for reunification they say. My oldest has threatened suicide and ended up in a hospital, now he is going to a foster group because my sister wants nothing to do with him because he requires to much help. many more things have happened but I need some advice on how to stop all this from proceding on in this course of lies and the hurting of my children this way.

I really would like to know what the lawyers are going to do about the families who already have lost their children. A young woman who gives birth to a healthy baby is precisely what it is (a healthy baby). So, I just want to make sure people comprehend what I am saying. So, I really would like to know what the lawyers are going to do for couples who lost their babies at birth because they gave birth to a healthy baby. What are the lawyers going to do for the grieving aunts and uncles who weren’t allowed to have custody. Why should that selfish, selfish, arrogant, good for nothing adoptor have his happiness at our expense????? Why did that “foster mother” who knowingly knew that she wasn’t interested in raising my nephew till he was 18 continue to stick her nose in our business. Why didn’t you just keep your nose to yourself????

I am divorcing my abusive husband. He was abusive to me mentally and physically. He gets so mad when things done go his way that he will punch pretty much anything in his path. When my 4 year old daughter didnt listen to what she was told he would spank her so hard that it would leave hand prints on her legs and her back. When she was tucked in for the night, she was playing around and kicking the bedroom wall. His mom pounded back on her wall because it made her mad so he went in her room and I had put 2 ponytail braids in her hair, Well he literally picked her up by her hair. That is just 1 instance in the entire thing. I got tired of it all and I met someone that would take me and my daughter in. He got mad & made up false accusations about me and took it to CSD. Because the house wasnt spot free like they think it should be. They took my daughter from me. They made up stories about me exposing my daughter to a sex offender but there was no sex offender here. The CSD worker totally violated my rights. I have done nothing wrong to warrant my daughter getting taken away from me. My husband went as far as telling CSD that he got a letter in the mail saying that I was on Heroin to get back at me and to take my daughter away. Now I cant find a lawyer that isnt working with CSD. I am not going to play there game. I am going to fight this as hard as I can. I just need help so I really need a good lawyer. I am also launching a full on suit against CSD for what they are doing. They really did make things up to get my daughter away from me because my husband told me that if I took my daughter away from him, then I would never see her again. This is killing me inside. I need my daughter back & REALLY need to get her out of that situation. PLEASE HELP.

In regards to my last comment. I have already gone to court once & the judge awarded my daughter to the state but let her stay with her dad. I have to do what I can to make sure that she is in my care and that she is safe. I have done nothing to deserve losing her. I cry everyday because I dont know whats happening to her. I cant even call her because he wont let me talk to her but yet he keeps on sending harrassing emails and phone calls after the judge told him to knock it off. I am going to fight them but I really need help with this.

I need help. CPS has waged war on me. I am an educated single parent whose only crime is being overworked. They could find no evidence that my children were ever physically abused, never psychologically abused, and never mistreated or neglected. My partner is very sick and we argue because… because he is frustrated and we can never even make a plan for months in advance because it is likely he will not be around. Because they invaded my home and questioned my very influential 5 year old, they placed my childrens father in my home ( a house i own on my own) and have taken the opportunity for a successful career away for me. All due to arguements, which my partner underwent counseling for grief and other issues and many of the problems have stopped. I am looking for a lawyer that can protect me and my children. I worked in a group home when I graduated college and my children do not belong in a place where they can be abused physically and emotionally.

we need a lawyer or even an advocate for me and my husband , we are in New Hampshire,seems this witch hunt goes on all over the united states, we really need help, our story is just as long and sad as many people here. we do have some odd aspects though, that I have not seen elsewhere,my 6yr old was taken by a friend to someone elses house , a stranger , called cps and talked to her at this persons house about things she supposedly said , later she said no such things to any workers at the interview center,as a result of this lady calling in the reported “stories” cps and the police came to my house , of course, and they entered without a warrant,found it “messy” and made us have our kids stay with grandparents for a week, we cleaned the house and the kids are home, but
we are now being charged with neglect, and have to start going to court as of wed aug 20th ,08, we got the papres reguarding this whole matter on the 14th.there are 32 allegations , mostly bs things added in, with no proof ect,and some things in the afidavit are completely false or exaggerated of course. can anyone help us ? what I find strange is the one sidedness of all this , for example there is no advocate a person that is on OUR side to come to our home, and help us . to be OUR witness ect. my email chicklettes6@aol.com

I am still interested in filing legal action against Child Protective Services in the State of Texas. My first experience with CPS was when I was 17 years old (a minor). The emotional trauma that I suffered because of this experience was traumatic. I did not understand how society could allow CPS to simply waltz into a family’s life and disrupt a family and worse kidnap a child out of her elementary school. She was my younger sister. This incident began because my mother was arguing with the elementary school principal in regards to her younger daughter’s education. He wanted her in special classes. With the help of police officers; an emergency court order was issued and my younger sister never came home that night. I did; to parents who were upset and crying. I was stunned and shocked. The anger that I felt towards CPS for invading our peaceful existence in such a horrific manner and attacking peacful parents was unbelievable to me. I was not spanked nor was I abused in any way shape or form while growing up as a child. I worked hard as a child due to poverty but I also had a wonderful time in concentrating on the positive aspects. I was not exposed to drugs or alcohol either as a child in my parent’s home. Nothing compared to the horror of being victimed by an agency of the United States Government. In self defense, my father did the only act that any father would do; he took his daughter back on a visit and fled the United States. CPS jailed my mother until he returned back to the states. I along with my twin sister and my younger sibling became parentless and now I became a breadwinner of the family. What was stunning to me was the fact that we were treated as if we did not exist. I was taking care of a six year old and fending for myself and nobody cared. CPS did not offer us an attorney. CPS did not offer food or any monetary compensation whatsoever during the short time we were left parentless. When my father eventually came back I told him how they had jailed my mother and now she was on a hunger strike. My father then turned his youngest daughter back to CPS. This was the only way to bring the family back together. This story happened over thirty years ago. My father is deceased and my younger sister is one of my best friends besides being my sister. I am glad my parents fought for us. In some ways, I am glad that CPS and the judge chose to ignore us as probably this is what was best for us. What I don’t forgive is how our family was treated with total disrespect. As the years have gone by I never thought about hiring an attorney because I was to busy raising my own family; but I was never able to forget what took place. I still would like to file a negligence complaint against CPS for intentional child neglect and intentional emotional abuse against three minors. I also believe I should have been entitled to foster care payments for having to take care of a younger child which I certainly did any way without payment. However, the “foster parents” of today receive compensation and minors all receive attorney’s. I and the other minors in the family received not a single dime from noone. The internet was not available but we were to poor to have a computer even if it was in existence (1976). However, I still tried to tell the world to no avail. Sadly, this was not our families only experience. My oldest brother and his wife gave birth to the their first child. I remember growing up in poverty was rough and while I was concerned; never again did I believe that they again would simply waltz into our lives again; and simply take a healthy newborn infant (no drugs, no alcohol, no birth defects); nothing. And certainly, as the mother and father did nothing wrong; I at the very least did not feel they could ever come to the conclusion that they simply were going to give my niece to strangers and that again I would be ignored just like when I was seventeen again. I was not poor at the time and had a very nice home. I know in my heart that if my niece and nephew could have simply found their way to my doorsteps; I would help in taking care of them just as I had done with my younger brother. My nephew was born while my niece was living in foster care; they took him right from the hospital room along with the help of police officers and emergency court orders. So , you see in several instances there was no abuse or neglect (two healthy newborn babies and a healthy child). Ladies and gentlemen; this is not abuse. When people use these words together I get extremely sickened. When I listen to people there ignorance is very apparent to me. However, I realize that had I not experienced it first hand; I to may not have realized that peacful law abiding citizens do get victimized by Child Protective Services with yes, the help of police officers. I always thought we had rules of laws in this country and how is it that people who commit no crime are treated worse than people who actually commit a crime? I would like also like to file wrongful use of emergency court orders against the two states involved (gingood@comcast.net)

I need to find an attorney to sue C.P.S., and an organization called Warm, and pehaps some other people who have destroyed my family and my life.

My son, Steve and daughter-in-law Jeanene had their first born child taken away at birth directly from the hospital by C.P.S..in 1986. There were no charges of wrongdoing, they were a married couple in their 20’s. They were staying with me at the time.My husband (Steve’s father) and I were forbidden from helping Steve and Jeanene. We were not allowed into the hearings although I was mentioned in the hearings. I was arrested in connection with this case. (trespassing) My husband and I raised six children and our youngest at the time was an honor student in high school.After several years of living in several different foster homes; they were forced to sign their daughter away to adoption or face losing their son also who also had been taken away at birth directly from the hospital (no charges of wrongdoing). When she became 18, I tried to find her. I gave WARM $ 300, their fees for reunions. Instead I got a letter from my granddaughter threatening me with legal action if I continue to look for her.Neither me nor anyone else in my family has done anything to deserve this abuse. I need legal assistance.

I have been in the wrong side of the system for 4 years, I have done every thing that has been requested of me! How do you fight lies that are obviously concocted to destroy my creditability? I have never done drugs, Smoked a cigarette, or drank alcohol to excess. I have never neglected or abused my children. My biggest faults is being poor and handicapped! Why is the very system that is their to protect me destroying my family?….

My grandson was removed from my home after the judge said to leave him where he was. His mother had my grandaughters taken from her for leaving them unattended. I had my grandson in my care when this happened and he had been with me for 2 months prior to the incident. The state of washington is no saying that i have a shoplifting charge against me from almost 5 years ago i am a danger to my grandson. why didn’t they come get him 30 days ago. cps worker came to my house and found nothing wrong with my house. They say because i work at night its an issue of who will provide care then and when i am asleep. it looks as if they are searching for reasons to keep the three children in foster care. I know that this is a money-making agency. also thurston county is the most racist county in the state of washington. yes we are african-american. people make mistakes in their lives but when others continue to hold it against them whats the use of trying to change.

when my daughter was 4 months old an extremely mentally ill “ex” crack addict called CPS on me and my fiancee saying we have no baby clothes or diapers, malnourish(breastfeed, which she didn’t believe in), neglect, scream at and shake our baby. CPS came and took her to the hospital (as we were on our way to a parenting class) and the hospital concluded there was no evidence of any abuse and that she was healthier than most her age as well as developmentally ahead, happier and more social. After a meeting at the CPS office it was determined that we have financial stressors (my fiancee has no job despite his efforts, the job market in Tucson is terrible,) and that we argue because of said financial stressors but the woman who reported us was likely nuts and that our home is a safe environment for the baby, we were allowed to take her back. We voluntarily accepted couples’ counciling in order to show we were cooperating. They told us to move to the other side of the complex, work on our communication and persue assistence from DES, we did. The toilet in the new apt. doesn’t work well, so we put in a work order for it, we’re still waiting. Frank has been fixing it himself.
The first counciling appt. was at 4 o’clock on a Tuesday, we had mistakenly scheduled it for 1 o’clock and when the case worker didn’t show on time (or what we believed to be on time) we called to ensure it didn’t get blown off. We made the next one on time and about that time our neighbor hired Frank (my fiancee) on with his drywall company. The company that did the steel framing for his first drywall project messed up and Frank’s start date was put on hold, this was two weeks ago, we’re still waiting. Our second (would-be third) counciling appt. was scheduled on a Wednesday, we again messed up and had it scheduled for Thursday. When they came knocking we were having sex and didn’t answer the door. We were bashful about it and told them initially we’d been out and they must’ve heard the TV, unaware they had pressed their ear to the door and heard us say “oh sh** CPS.”
They showed up again after I left with the baby to meet a friend and when I came back Frank told me we had to call, they were taking her again. We did as they asked and called. I understand their reasoning for taking her, that does look fishy from the outside perspective, but they never looked at the baby to determine if she was in fact in danger, which she wasn’t. At the next meeting they said the apt. was a health hazard (because of the toilet), we had failed to comply with our VOLUNTARY counciling, claimed we were about to be evicted (we were a little behind on rent but the manager told us and CPS not to sweat it unless another 2 months passed unpaid) and then were saying they think Frank has anger problems because of the message he left after the first “missed” appt., he’d sounded angry appearently, and they think I have depression because I’m quiet and “my affect is strange, and they’re worried I’ll teach Ginger (the baby) the wrong kind of affect.” They also said the lifelong muscle and joint pain I have is a symptom of depression, despite the fact that the pains are triggered by atmosphere and are worse in the morning and have nothing to do with my mood, which is generally up-beat anyway. The toilet is working now, but they’re ordering us to first have an income and to take psyche evaluations (I was diagnosed bi-polar as a minor because I told my mother I had been sexually abused and she told me I was crazy. The cousilors I’ve spoken too since disagree with the diagnosis and believe I deal with it exceptionally well.) The soonest psyche evaluation I can get is Oct. 2nd in 1 1/2 months and their attitude seems to be “oh well.” They say out of one corner of their mouth that we’re excellent and dedicated parents, but out the other that they’re worried because of the poor examples of parents we had. They seem to be digging for reasons to keep our daughter out of our care. Anyone who knows us will say we are happy, level-headed parents, a few have even called CPS to say so, but they keep bringing up more and more things, all untrue, that they didn’t see as an issue before. I really don’t know what to do, I’m complying with them but it never seems to be enough.

I have three little girls ages 7 5 and 18 months my father called cps on me to get back at my mother trying to keep me from letting her see them which has happened numerous times before by my mother but anyways my girls are very well taken care of have anything and everything they want well to get cps off of me i just signed them over to their father until the case was closed. cps did not want me to have any contact with them whatsoever and the father left them with me anyways well my mother found out and was calling in on me so on march 12 2007 cps in gregg county which is in longview texas took my children from me mona nolen was my sorry case worker. we tried to call family to take our girls but mona nolen refused to allow us to and said that it was too late for that. my girls were placed in foster care against our wishes and we had numerous family members that would have taken them till everything was settled well when we went to court a few days later it was put in our court documents that we were asked if anyone in the family would be willing to come get them and she was told no. which obviously is a lie since we were already calling people to come get them then she asked my sister in law that if the judge would allow it would she take them and she said yes but in court documents mona nolen said that she told her no she did not want my girls. anyways i have since gotten another case worker because they were removed. i have since completed all of the classes i was requested to attend and have done different evaluations but they still have not given me my girls back. my girls were finally removed from foster care about two months later and after everyone in our family being denied of being able to care for them except one person and we had alot of trouble allowing them to place them with her. i have done everthing i am supposed to do and they are still keeping my girls from me. i get weekly visits with my girls but every week the day of the visit they call and reschedule and it is always a different excuse sometimes it is two to three weeks before i actually get my visit with my girls. i really need some legal help and financial help to pay for the legal help because my girls want to come home and i want them home what cps does not realize is that they are not just messing with the parents they are also messing with these poor defenseless children that do not deserve any of this my girls badly need counseling now because of all of this we have never even been seperated for a week much less months that is fixing to turn into a year. if anyone has any information that will help me with my case or help me get legal help please contact me my email is chastitydavis1999 @ hotmail.com please contact me if you have any information whatsoever because i do not want to lose my children just because i dont know how to fight this or just dont have the finances to get them back my children never deserved to be taken in the first place the only type of neglect they could get me with is not disciplining my girls because they get away with everything because i was an abused child so i dont want to do the same thing to my children but there is nothing that they can say about me that can keep me from getting my children back because i have done everything that has been asked of me and have never abused or neglected my children

cps has filed a tpr for my case in 3 weeks this is due to the fact my court appointed lawyer never faught for me and never helped me stand up for my rights nor help me understand what was happening i need help im so scared to lose my children.I have completed all the things thaey asked of me yet i am told i have not “demonstrated” what i have learned and that they believe supervision will be neglegted those are the only grounds for tpr they have please help sombody i have been so confused and have never been told or knew about this kind of site. I am just like so many parents on this site.I it so sad.
I am losing the fight for my 6 yr. old daughter. CPS will not do anything to help, even though I provided them with pictures of her bruised bottom ( done by her father) and taped recorded verbal abuse. I have been accused by the father of being a drunk, abusive and he filed a restraining order against me that was false. ( He won) CPS believes him not me. I hired an attorney in San Mateo,. Ca to help modify child custody arrangements. he took the $2800 and did nothing to help, accept charge for answering e-mail that were why asking ‘why’ he wasn’t filing any motions.I cannot afford to hire another attorney.I feel the whole su=ystem has let me and my daughter down. Need a reasonable divorce attorney with CPS experience. I have already hired a CPS attorney trying to turn over a “reason to believe” I physically abused my toddler son for checking myself into a hospital for postpartum depression. I do not want to disclose my exact location as I’m sure my investigators would love to let my husband know. He is aggressive, yells at me constantly and has started yelling at my child. However, I am in Texas and I have never been in such agony - stuck in an abusive relationship - with the abuser because CPS clamped down on me for being a good mother and getting help. Is there not a social service to help women like me. I am in hell. I guess when the knock comes we all are. I did not know all of this advice and “cooperated.” Now, I am branded a criminal. Good luck to you all. We will overcome. Please write your Lawmakers. Flood them with your letters. After the West Texas FLDS crisis, this has become a national issue.

My daughter was taken out of my care tonight at 6pm. They removed her when they knew my partner Kevin was at work and after 6pm; I feel they did this in order to prevent me from being able to call or contact any persons that could help me. 99% of the information in the report about my conduct is false nor does it have anything to do with my daughter. They based their removal of her (from my interpretation) on allegations from over 20 years ago about Kevin. I want to fight this. I have already set in motion for letters to be presented as to my character and ability to take care of my daughter and other children. My apartment manager and friend is going with me on Tuesday 8-26-08 to speak on my behalf. The only thing I am lacking is someone with legal standing in the community to take on my case. Foster Care told me “A Social Worker told us people in your situation self-sabotage. But don’t worry: we are going to get her (meaning my infant daughter).” shortly thereafter, the male foster Care kissed my daughter on the lips in my presence.
My daughter was home after 10 months of Reunification services; I had an amxiety attack; my daughter was taken ; my parental rights were terminated. I am filing a writ of error coram nobis as I found out there was a meeting without my lawyers presence. Also, the Social Worker is somehow related to the foster care

my daughter has made false accusations towards my live-in boyfriend. both of our daughters made the same accusation. our girls have been out of our home since august 16th, 2008. cps said that the girls would be gone for the weekend while they did their investigation. the weekend has come and gone. on monday, i called the cps worker for info. and was given the runaround story. we voluntarily placed our girls with family members but the “investigation” is supposed to last as long as two weeks or more. HELP !!!!!!

The state has removed 2 of 3 of my children so far. 17 year old still home don’t know why,may change.
Both father and I are disabled. Raising 3 special needs children. They are trying to use disabilities against us. Have PROOF of decision to remove children from home BEFORE in home contact or child interviews started. MANY more facts unjust.
Would like pro-bono but am trying to gather finances to pay a good lawyer in stead of court appointed one. So may get money to pay in future.

In July 2007 my abusive ex-husband and his wife called our local Department of Family and Children Services and made a false report against me. When DFCS came to our home to investigate the report of abuse and drug use, we informed them of the conflict of interest. My fiance’s sister was a case worker for that same DFCS and the aunt to two of my children. According to the GA Dept. of Human Resources guide lines, the case was NOT supposed to be investigated by that county when there was a conflict of interest but instead it was supposed to be sent to another county for investigation. They still investigated even though it was going against the DHR rules. After the illegal investigation, we never saw the case worker again until 08/30/07, my 25th birthday. The case worker came back to our home and told us “due to lack of evidence, and a clean drug screening there WOULD NOT be a case opened” we thought the nightmare was over but little did we know that it was just the beginning. Here is my heart breaking story of how two childless women along with my abusive ex husband were able to team up and use one of the women’s abilities as a case worker to conduct an ILLEGAL investigation and take four happy children from a very loving family in order to have them as thier own.
My fiance’s sister (the realitive case worker) was able to pull her weight as a case worker and keep the case from being sent to another county, even though it was going against DHR rules. She knew the children would remain with us if the case was sent to another county and her chance at getting her two nephew’s would be gone. On 09/04/07 I delivered a healthy 8lb 2oz baby boy. Another drug test was done, me and the baby tested positive for the horrible drug meth. I had NEVER done meth and couldn’t understand how this could happen. I later was told by the lead nurse at the drug treatment place that the OTC cold medicine I had been taking was an ingreidient used to make the drug and that was how me and my baby tested positive but it was too late, the damage was done. They took my children on 09/05/07. My baby was healthy and had NO signs of being a “drug baby.” I didn’t get to bring my baby home. He went with the realitive case worker, along with his older brother. The realitive case worker tried to say the baby went through withdrawls but what she described were very common, normal newborn reflexes. Things anyone who has children would know about. If my baby had withdrawls I’m sure the doctor wouldn’t have allowed him to leave the hospital. It makes me sick to know that me and my children have to go through this from OTC cold medicine used to make some stupid drug. The court papers were full of lies to cover up all the steps they had skipped. They even claimed they wasn’t aware of the conflict of interest, they claimed they were working with us to keep this from happening (remember the case worker only came to our home for the illegal investigation and again to tell us there was NO case) and they claimed that there WAS a case afterall. They placed two of my kids with my abusive ex husband and his (unable to get pregnant) wife and the other two with the childless realitive case worker. My oldest son has only known his dad and his dad’s side of the family since he was 4 years old, he just turned 7. He’s been with me and my family since the day he was born. So why did him and the baby go with the realitive case worker? Because the realitive case worker accused my family of making and supplying me with the drugs that I NEVER took. My parents who have seen their grandkids their whole lives haven’t seen them at all since 09/05/07 based on lies told by the realitive case worker. Since then I have gone 1-2 months at a time without seeing the two with my ex and on the days I do see them two, I see them at the same time that I see my other two. So, that’s 1 hour a week to visit with my four children, who always ask “Mommy, when can I come home? Why can’t I see Mema and Papa? They said I can’t ever live with you again” I haven’t even had the chance to bond with my baby who is almost 8 months old now and thinks the realitive case worker is his mother. I have missed birthdays, and all holidays since sept. I didn’t get to see or talk with my children on Christmas, imagine how that felt, not only to me but to them. They are 7, 5, 4, and 7mths. I don’t have ANY photos of the two with my ex husband, I don’t know about school or things they have been doing everyday. I only have one photo of my baby and none of my oldest (the two with the realitive case worker) but she has lots of new photos of them all over her walls. She doesn’t keep us updated on anything. When did my baby roll over? what was his first baby food? what was my oldest son’s grade on his first spelling test? Things get worse everytime we go to court. The realitive case worker lies about the visits and everything in-between to keep things from going forward and since she IS a case worker, the court believes her. They finally sent the case to another county but it doesn’t matter now. We have done everthing DFCS told us to do but they keep coming up with other stuff to add to it like due to my abusive marriage, I have PTSD and now have to see a thearapist for that before things can go forward. They gave two of my children to the man who caused me to have PTSD and Battered Womens Syndrome. How screwed up is that? I have passed ALL drug screenings and attended parenting and drug classes. DFCS has failed me and my children. They have allowed a childless case worker to lie and use her ability as a case worker to take our children as her own. I miss them and they miss me. I miss seeing them everyday. I miss the hugs, kisses, and the “I love you’s” PLEASE SOMEONE LISTEN, HEAR MY CHILDREN, HELP OUR FAMILY. This could be your family, don’t let it happen to anyone else.

Althrough complying with everything she was told to do, my daughter was forced by cps in Texas City to sign away her rights to her children. After researching everything THEY were supposed to do - her rights have been totally violated. Now, her children have been placed for adoption, and we need help fighting to get them back. The court appointed attorney did not help her, the case worker did not update her file as she was supposed to, and showed up at the hospital to take away her baby she was pregnant with. This is when she found out the other case worker who was dealing with her boys was not updating her file - nothing had been entered showing she was compliant! WE need help ASAP, the adoption will be final soon!! They will not even give her copies of paper work, or let her see the kids now. folks. These are human rights violations. You need to gather up your courage, and either fight them individually in federal court or as a group and truly keep on coming. THe catholic church had to topple the old protection scheme based on this very ideology. Come on now. Quit telling your stories to us, and do something about it! My story would break anyone’s heart. But it aint going to make them stop. The Nazi’s marched the jews by the millions to their deaths despite the pleas and monas so why should we be any different? If we take it, we deserve it. I say rise up, file civil rights lawsuits, go to every human rights org you can find as well as the govt, and use the system’s own bulk and weight to shut it down. Did you all know it is illegal for the Govt to fund the violation of rights on a massive scale, and that the DOJ’s collusion with every state in america to illegally list the accused who have not had a hearing is such a serious violation that that alone is enough to justify class action lawsuit with an immediate injunction to cease and desist. DOJ, oxymoron if I ever heard one.

I need a lawyer to help me appeal a report “founded” that I maltreated or abused my child. I am living in Westchester, NY. I felt betrayed by the caseworker who used against me the information I was giving her.

Please help me!! I need an attorney to fight for me and my children. I have been accused of neglect which they have no facts or proof of and yet my children still can’t come home. They have lied on every statement they have made and the court appointed attorney I have is doing nothing to help me. He says no matter what you will always be wrong when fighting them so just go with what they want. Why?? It’s not fair that I am not allowed to defend myself and prove that they are in the wrong in taking my children from me. Please help me!!
