FightCPS does not advocate or condone violence or illiegal activities of any kind.
FightCPS is intended to help people learn enough about the law to be able to successfully defend themselves and their families against false accusations using legal documents and strategies that put parents in a stronger position when they go back to court.

Child Protective Services, CPS, has devastated and destroyed hundreds of thousands of families in America during the last thirty years leaving a trail of broken hearts, broken dreams, and shattered childhoods.
Rather than helping families, government agents have used unconstitutional laws in Juvenile Court to rip children away from their loving parents, break asunder God-given, natural, parent-child bonds, and adopt the children of the grieving out to others who profit financially with large monthly adoption subsidy payments.
Child Protective Services must be stopped! The law that started this, CAPTA, must be repealed. We must work tirelessly to inform the public of this very dangerous travesty of justice. We must keep faith knowing that if there is a God, there is an answer and a way to end this heartache.
Child Protective Services Agents - please come to your senses! Family destruction on false or trivial grounds is wrong, reprehensible, and inhumane.
Fosterers - be aware that for the money you get you are holding much-loved children away from their grieving families while the parents are forced to perform a service plan that is anything but a service to them. I call this hostage holding for the government. This is not kindness - to help misguided government agents destroy family relationships and break loving bonds.
CPS workers and fosterers - I ask that you now let the children of the innocent return to their homes where they are truly valued, adored, and loved by the parents God gave them.
Family rights are God-given rights. And they should not be ignored or postponed. Every moment these loving parents and children spend separated from one another is a torment beyond what anyone should ever have to bear.
It is unworthy of human dignity to allow this terrorism and torture of families to go on without saying something, speaking out, and trying to make a change.
Site mission: To provide information and support for families attacked by Child Protective Services and child welfare agents, especially those families facing false or trivial accusations of child abuse or neglect; and for researchers working to protect natural family rights.

Fighting Child Protective Services False Accusations

July 28, 2008
Are your legislators doing anything to help reunite children with their rightful parents? Do your legislators care whether you’ve been unjustly accused? Are they working on your behalf to help the the wrongfully accused to be vindicated, and their children returned?
For most of us, the answer is Of Course Not!
There are a few good legislators out there who have indicated they care… Senator Nancy Schaefer of Georgia comes to mind. But most legislators aren’t doing a thing to help our cause and therefore we should be very interested in having them replaced with legislators who will help us.
Unfortunately most legislators are hopelessly brainwashed or blackmailed, or bribed. (The three B’s of public office.) For one reason or another they won’t lift a finger to change the really awful laws and regulations of this country like CAPTA and ASFA. (If you’re a CPS client and don’t know what those laws are, you should.)
So… I’m presenting to you a link to a fearless, brilliant, and concerned writer, Devvy, “The Dynamite Redhead”. Her article, published today, is The Case For Hanging Errant Public Officials.
Don’t worry - she’s not recommending a lynch mob. What she suggests is that we use our option to vote for ‘write in’ candidates that agree with our issues.

Susan… to vote no on what?
Comment by Linda — July 29, 2008 @ 9:05 am
The Adoption Incentives Act. I got the message from kidjacked@yahoo.com saying we have to call in to stop the Adoptions Bill that could pass as soon as Friday before Congress goes on break. There are some key states, CO is one of them, whose legislators are on the finance committee. This bill just brings in more money for pimping kids out to foster homes and for NON PARENTS to have other people’s kids.

I strongly believe that in this election year there are a few topics that should include CPS involvement. Those topics are child support and reparations. Any subject of reparations towards mistreatment of humans by the government; African-Americans, Native Americans should also include biological families who have been torn apart needlessly and without cause (no charges of wrongdoing). Any topics of cracking down on child support should also include addressing the legality of whether or not the persons asking for child support have “legal” custody. I am referring to “foster parents”.

Also, please candidates stop asking for campaign contributions or my vote if you are not willing to listen. Thank you

To all Candidates,
My family has been a victim of the modern slave organization called C.P.S.. They can just take your children and give, or sell them to someone else. Who is going to stop them! So far noboby !
I’m a conservative Republican, I think I must be the only one. How can something as unconstitutional as CP.S. be allowed to exist? The only Conservative Ive heard come out against CPS. is Michael Savage.
I’m anti abortion, these “pro lifers”, are pro abortion. Do they think people are all mentally retarded. The fear of having their child taken away from them sends a lot of women to the abortionist.
No true Conservative can support C.P.S., They violate our Constitutional rights, and are creating Communist families.
Is their any candidate with guts enough to come out against them? Is there any candidate who believes in the rule of law, and in REALLY interested in protecting the American family?

I always vote for Libertarian candidates because they are against government interference in the lives of citizens. Most are willing to see that CPS is a rogue agency removing children from many families that should not be destroyed.
Unfortunately the third party vote has been diluted with the introduction of a lot of little parties. Therefore all the people who don’t want to vote for Republicans or Democrats are scattered between a group of tiny parties - none of which stand a chance of succeeding because they are too small. Still, I won’t vote for candidates I don’t want in office and that includes Obama and McCain. I don’t believe in voting for “the lesser of two evils”.

I don’t either! I’m gonna vote for Ron Paul.

All I can say is that I was born and raised in poverty. How life has changed for the poor biological family is unreal. There are the biological parents whose lives are shattered. Nobody cares. I grew up in poverty. I think about all the poor children besides me or did they all end up in foster care. Defuncting the Aid to Dependent Children program was probably the biggest mistake of our lives. I to needed to think about how to support myself after 18; but I guess because I wasn’t handed everything (foster care) perhaps I knew the answer. Knowing that my parents were living in poverty also always made me think of them not myself. My family was my biological brothers, sisters, parents; no matter how poor I was.

I just want to say that I worked for 6 months for CPS San Antonio back in 2005. It was the worst experience for me. Allthough there are cases that CPS needs to get involoved in, ie; 9 month old babies being prostituted out to random passers by for money, (TRUE story), and parents having sex with 2-16 year olds, there is at least a 2 in 5 ratio of situations that are absolutely ridiculous. There is blatant abuse of power by case workers, and there is verbal abuse and misuse of power towards both parents involoved in the system as well as the children that were under our care. After removing a 2 year old from his home and placing him in a foster home the size of a shoe box with a woman already housing 3 other foster children, who spoke no english, I resigned from my position. I could not get through to anyone, and could not get anything changed, so rather than continue seeing this gross abuse I walked away. God Bless everyone who has to deal with them, and I apologise for not sticking it out to make a difference.

Gina, please consider the need and right to help others in this fight. Do something now that you have inside experience into the abuses of the system.

I think Title IV funding should be abolished. What are they thinking? What about the struggling American men and women who are just trying to make ends meet? What about the struggling American biological family?

names of people in my county to avoid or refuse to vote for:
Anyone who works for Tuolumne County, not CPS, the DA, the public defender, any of the judges, or the sheriff’s department. They ALL commit perjury and condone it to themselves. I believe I have pretty much had contact with ALL of them and not one of them has ever told the truth. They even say it’s okay to tell THEIR TRUTH.
Avoid State Assemblyman Berryhill… “CWS is an entity unto themselves and no one regulates them.” Not Dan Lundgren, I’m not in his district so I can’t even talk to him.
People I’m still waiting to hear from: Senator Diane Feinstein, Senator Barbara Boxer, Assemblyman George Radanovich, and President George Bush. Not really holding my breath. I’ve already tried Governor Schwartzenegger, he just ignored me. Bush has already sent me one automated response, trying again. Radanovich is a jerk, had to deal with him once about military child support (or lack of it) when the x was receiving dependant benefits and not giving them to his children, things like health insurance.
Still trying, but hitting a major brick wall. Why so these people win elections?
I have also e-mailed both major canidates to see where they stand and of coursr they are too busy to address the issue.

I just wanted to update that the Adoption Incentives Act will come up again on September 10th is what I read. It does have provisions for “Relative Guardianship” but what about the families who have already lost children. What is society going to do for us?
Comment by gingerroot — August 15, 2008 @ 7:40 pm
Not calling for a lynch mob, why not. It’s not like we would be getting rid of humans, just human debris. As far as I’m concerned once someone saddles their future onto the great family wrecking machine they have forfeited their humanity and are fair game. This applies to all players in their game, judges, lawyers, politicians, social service slime, the GAL’s , all of them. It is way past time we give these bastards some payback. They love to use their power on us and make us live in fear of them, it’s time we return the favor. Long before I had the oh so pleasant experience of dealing with the bags of shit from the SS I was a soldier, well trained in eliminating scumbags. It’s time to take the trash out.
