I’M a aunt thats been raising my niece from 7months -6years as of now to date.mom gets out of prison proroles to my home.heres the truth they allowed her 1 time ,but 2 & now the 3rd times too do so? she has &had alalong had a no!! contact order too her child I have been careing for ! too this child!! but they have the gual to claim I have made a poor choice to allow her to see her ” get this” I never was told !? cps takes my 6yr. old after she first took her within 24 hrs.out of prison.out my home , drunk I call police &cps look at me like i’ve done something bad? 6yr.old in cps arms me&baby suffer .I feel as if i’m on trial.this is wrong!! wrong!! I am in located in the City of Lansing, County of Ingham, State of Michigan.
I believe i have a Civil Case against CPS. I have 56 errors in the narrative and numerous violations of PA 238 1975, PA 45 (CPS Policy), They have removed me from the CR, removed the substantiation, all w/o a hearing because they know it would not hold up in an AH. I am told by a CPS caseworker that is an old trick. I have lost my job because of their error and I have not had contact w/ my children since Sept. 2007! I have met recently w/DHS Director and am awaiting their offer.

My husband is being accused of child abuse agensit a boy he babysat. He has already been removed from our home and the case worker her self said she did not have any evidence that he did it. She tells me every time we talk that she will take the kids from me if I defend my husband. I have offered her affidavits from my children’s doctor stating they have never been abused, plus their medical records. I have other people who my husband has sat for saying their children were never hurt (and the mother is a Nurse so she would know). I am being harrased by CPS and they are trying to terminate my husbands parental rights even though our children have never been hurt. I need help to fight CPS.

I am in the Cleveland area and need assistance in filing an appeal after an investigation to neglect was found substained. My daughter has a P.D.D and it is believed to be Aspberger’s Syndrome. After a difficult kindergarten year, her teacher called CFS with ridiculous accusations on the LAST DAY of school. This was clearly an attempt to keep her from returning to the school next year. (i.e report sts she had “rotting teeth”. All of her teeth were pulled at age 3, and her “fake teeth” just look rotted because they are SILVER w/ white on the front, resulting in a “decaying” color). I am crushed by these accusations and pride myself as being known as a “wonder-mom” by everyone in my community. How do I fight the courts AND THE CATHOLIC CHURCH? Please help! 440-605-1505

My child made up allegations of sexual abuse against my live-in boyfriend then recanted. She was then taken claiming I have made her recant. She off/on claims she wants to see him but wont give a final answer. She is mildly retarded.
I feel I have had no due process and no lawyer thru this and would like help if possible. I have lost job and home because of this.

I recently relocated to the N Y area in an effort to reestablish a better life for myself and two teenage daughters ages 12,and 15 in short I was not less than humiliated and constantly harassed until CPS took my children into custody under false accusations.
I was living in a family shelter facility, where one of the reqiurements was to file my family with CPS for a special type housing voucher called child advantage. because I was not willing my children were removed stating this environment was stressful to children and a form of abuse.

I am looking for someone who can help me with a case in Royal Oak, MI. I called the police for a domestic violence incident, and the police filed a complaint with CPS. The investigation is still ongoing because the worker is mishandling it. My child was not hurt in the incident and there has been only one minor incident almost two years ago, yet the CPS worker said my child is abused. I am worried that she is lying in the report because she keeps lying to me.

My granddaughter was taken from my home. I took her home from the hospita and she has been with me all of her almost 2 years. I am in the process of adopting her, and I have gone through background checks, house checks, monthly visits for almost 2 years. Now the social worker removes the child from my home. WHY? I want her back and I need help. I go to court this week.

I am here to ask for your help with my CPS case.

See, last year, when I learned that I was going to become homeless and live in my car, I called CPS and asked if they could find a home for my daughter until I “got on my feet”. It has taken awhile, some because of my depression, and some because of the obstacles facing homeless persons today. But, I have come a long way, and I’ve had to do most of it on my own. It really changed when I learned I was pregnant again. I wanted to do everything I could to get my life in order and make a good home for me and my children. I have done everthing CPS has asked me to do, and then some, including parenting classes and therapy. Around the holidays I was working 2 jobs, and then in January, I started going to school again.

I had Benjamin David Lauritzen at 4:29pm on April 2nd, 2008. He was 8 lbs 1oz, and he is just beautiful. Today, he’s over 13 lbs, and just starting to smile.

On Thursday they took him.

I have never abused either of my children. I have never been on drugs. I have never neglected any of thier needs. But, they said my son was “at-risk” because we were staying in a shleter and that I was given “ample time” to find a new place. Me and my IHS case manager have been working furiously over these past few months, especially since Angel’s next court date is in August. I have over $1,000 saved up, and my church is willing to pay 1st month’s rent and deposit, CPS has said they would too. I am on Section 8 & the Affordable State housing lists. I am also on about a dozen other waiting lists at different agencies for affordable housing. I also look at craiglist daily and have gone to several apartment showings, only to be told there is a fee, or a credit check, or numerous applicants, (sometimes over 100!!!).

They can’t do this, can they? He is beautiful, and healthy, and happy. I’m glad that he is with his sister, but they belong with me, both of them. Please help me, if you can’t, please find someone who can, anyway they can. Please.

My girlfriend and I live in Northhampton County Pa and we are being railroaded by cps here we had our 2 sons in counseling because there father was coming home from prison and we wanted to make sure they would adjust well to the sitiuations that would arise. During this counseling our youngest son(4 years old) had told the counseler about some experimental stuff going on between him and my gf’s little brother (6 months older than our boy) well after a bunch of talk and thinking we would handle it the counseler called CPS now we didnt know our rights and they came to our house and interviewed us all and now they believe he has been abused somewhere…..we dont know our rights and need help ASAP.

CYS took my kids from me on ‘hearsay’ that I was moving to CA from PA to be with my children’s father I was given an order to appear to court on July 11 at 11am, I told my caseworker I don’t think I will be able to make it. Since I still have an open case, apparently I can’t leave the state??? An hour later an other order was processed for them to have custody of my children because it was in the best interest for them, I just need to know what I can do to get my kids back before I move to CA without this long drawn out process

I am being railroaded by cps. They took my son on Feb. 14 going on heresay from my boyfriends vindictive ex wife. they talked to my son son at school without my permission and found no marks on him. But he was told he could go live with his dad if he went along with them. Huntington county cps is known for always getting their way and my attorney told me to plead guilty to a general admission and now my son is with his father and I only have an hour unsupervised visit with him. I want my son home…his father has been an absent parent for 9 years of his life and only has seen him less than 40 hours in a month. I hate the injustice that is going on here between the court, cps and lawyers. Someone please help!

Be sure to check this blog out. I refuse to allow the state of Florida to destroy my bond with my daughters. They ask us to surpress our animal instincs to protect our children while punishing an entire state for the poor decisions of one MOTHER. This blog exposes the real issues and reguardless as to what took place that caused our children to be removed. The states primary focus should be the restoration of florida’s Future by preserving and helping to rebuild the family unit.

I need legal advice in the Indianapolis, Indiana area. The police came to my boyfriend’s apt. (NOT my apt!) and unlocked it and let me in after he locked me out. They came into his apt. and there was a marijuana bowl on his table. They are now saying I have to submit to a urine test. I KNOW they weren’t allowed to take pictures of stuff in his apt. because he wasn’t present. They had the maintenance man give them the key so I could get diapers. At the end of the school year I was contacted by CYS. My step son was mad at me and went into school saying that I had hit him. I later finding out from some of the other children at my son’s bus stop he was slap boxing one of the boys at the bus stop. I had told the woman from CYS my side of the story and I never heard from them again until recently. Now I find out they have marked me as a child abuser with childline. I have been a volunteer in my children’s school for the past 9yrs and I also make my living working with children. With this on my record I may not be able to do what I do for a living. They say I can appeal the decision when I get the notice in the mail. Is this legal can they go on a Childs word, there is no police report they interviewed him without a parent present. He was looked at by a doctor and he said there was no evidence of abuse. Should I get a lawyer or is something I can appeal on my own.

Will here CPS goes again, I told them something happened again this week, with my sonm I told dorthy torres that Little Aaron was hidding something, she told me if I find out what happened, to call the hot line.
that they would call her. my son told me that his babby sitter, had choked him, so I did what CPS( Dorothy Torres) told me to. they did nothing about , that they made a report, and it would be filed. who are they there for?? why are we paying them,Just to cover things up???: they do not pretect kids they put them in harms way.

My son was taken from me April 25. I have a court appointed but he is ok. We went to trail and the only thing that is not bring my son home is that my husband is paying the bills. He does not live here because of the restraining order CPS asked me to get. Also, I have finshed one of the classes and working on my 30 week class. I don’t have money to get a better lawyer. Good luck to all of you on finding a “good ” attorney, thats hard enough. But finding one who will actually fight for you and stand up to the tyranny from the SS and the human dung sacks who call themselves judges. Maybe it’s just my cynical self but in my experiences most attorneys are just as happy working with the SS as they are opposing them. After all it’s just business to them.
My grandfather used to say a man can’t walk on both sides of a four foot fence without losing something. I think what most lawyers have lost in our courtrooms today is their souls.
Right is right, and wrong is wrong, and all the sugarcoating, lawyer babble, and spin doesn’t change it one damm bit.
Throughout history the only thing tyrants have ever understood is a force larger than theirs which has come to destroy them. Have we reached that point yet? I don’t feel for a second that anyone of the slimebags that has hitched their career onto the family court wrecking machine can or should be given a chance to change. And that applies to ALL players, the judges, the lawyers, the SS, and the GAL’s .
We can’t expect to change the rules and have the same people running the show. Hell they didn’t follow the old ones, ya know like constitutional rights and that kind of stuff. The whole damm lot of them need to go, peacefully or otherwise.
NO forgivness for what they have done, they are just as guilty of crimes against humanity as any of the bastards we hung at Nuremburg and so rightfully deserve the same type of justice.

PLEASE HELP. I was walking down the beach (Daytona, Fl.) with my 8 year old daughter and the police came up to me, said they got a call on the child abuse hotline that I was intoxicated and questioned me. They left and 10 min later (all documented in police report, with no mention of “intoxication”) came to me again re another “anonymous” call. This time they said they were going to send me to “detox”, I told them I am disabled and needed medical attention if I seemed to be intoxicated, and not detox. I demanded they do a breath, blood or urine test to prove I was not intoxicated before they haul me off, and they said it could not be done because it was not a criminal case. So they put me and my baby in the back seat of a patrol car where we waited for over SIX hours for DCF to show up and haul my baby away. I was told I could get her when I got out. This was the first of many lies. This was 6 weeks ago and I still don’t have her. I have not even had the chance to defend any of the allegations at any of the hearings that I have to travel 200 miles for. I started recording all conversations with the case worker after the first hearing when I realized they were lying to me and trying to keep my baby. I live in Alachua County, Fl. (Gainesville area) and the case is in Volusia County, they won’t even transfer it, although they keep saying it is possible. I had recently kicked my husband out due to his drinking and drug problems, which I did not want our daughter subjected to. I had been comforting her since daddy was gone now and we were going to have to sell the house and move. Now she is the one suffering at the hands of an organization that is supposed to protect children. My story is too long for this post. If there is anyone out there that can help I will give anything I have in exchange for my baby. I just listed our house for sale as per the divorce order. I just don’t have any cash at this time. I will sign a promissory note. My sweet innocent little girl does not need this injustice; she never even went on a school field trip without my chaperoning. Now her whole world has been shattered. I need to know how I can find out who keeps calling CPS in Michigan. They won’t tell me who. CPS says its confidential. They come out then say everything looks fine. Close the case then a year goes by then I get another unexpected drop in visit. Said someone reported me for abuse again. I believe it may be my ex husband or one of his family members. I’d like to know for sure. I have nothing to hide its just upsetting for my kids. How do we find out who is doing this. The system needs to work on a new strategy when We’ve become the victims. Its becoming to easy to pick up the phone and report someone just to make there life HELL. There has to be something we can do. Were paying there salary for them to waste time.

I think we should all put a HUGE sign on our rooftops saying “MY CHILD/CHILDREN WERE KIDNAPPED AND I WAS RAPED BY CPS”.. See how much attention we get THEN.. I’m sure the News Media’s would see it, and everyone flying high in their planes.. I’m sure it would get some attention!
On the Orange County CPS site, they even state that they take 2700 children per MONTH away and by their own admission, 36% NEVER COME HOME. I was told by a CPS worker that 50% of them are taken ONLY to justify their budgets for the next year. WELL.. that means 1350 children are STOLEN from GOOD homes each MONTH, and of those many NEVER go home. If 32,400 children are taken each year in Orange County alone, can you imagine how many rooftops would have these signs?? It would, it COULD NOT go un-noticed!

My son was taken away by Orange County CPS.. simply because he has Cystic Fibrosis (which I might add, is in good health)

LA CPS already said there was no signs of neglect or abuse, and was going to close the case, but since we were released from the hospital (where I had taken him for antibiotics do to his Strep Throat), they had to transfer the case to OC CPS. OC CPS started a whole new case, stating that we had a prior. I have a voice message from the CPS “investigator” (yeah right she never investigated anything) threatening to take my son away “permenently”. She went against court orders, and after contact the Board of Supervisors office, she was taken off my case. HOWEVER, my son is still in the system.. I too need an attorney, but can’t afford one.. unfortunately there is a price for life.. and I can’t financially afford the specialized lawyers that handle these such cases. SO.. I AM CONSIDERING on REPRESENTING MYSELF.. scary huh.. I know..
Any attorney that perhaps might have recieved my letter, or is interested.. I have a lot of infomation, (oh by the way.. I forgot to mention.. OC CPS has changed some of their policies and proceedures, and have hired new workers, as well as seperating medical cases, and now if a child is on a CRISP (conditional release) a single CPS worker can NOT take the child away again unless they consult with the CRISP worker.. all on OUR CASE. They are all aware of THIS CASE, all the way to the top of the ladder. THATS GREAT.. I DID SOMETHING RIGHT.. BUT IT HASN’T BROUGHT BACK MY LITTLE BOY.. I NEED a REAL attorney.. my public defender, though a nice guy… has YET to defend me.. anyone interested?? email me

My brother has been stripped of his parental rights of two beautiful girls. It is going on two years. We heard that there was child reckattering at the Light House INN, in Adrian, MI. 49221,. If there is anyone that has any information that we can use to reguarding a lawsuit towards this Non-profit organization please write back. We would love to have an Attorney that would help us out.. We are currently waiting for the Adoption to go through from the Foster parent and my family memeber. We are desperately trying to get the girls back to the parents due to wrongful accusations. I really need a defense lawyer in GA. I had to give my son to DFCS because I was being detained. I ended up serving 30 days in custody. now DFCS is givivg me a hard time with giving me my child back.

My two children missed one dentist visit. The dentist visit had to reschedule because the children had the flu a week prior, and the dentist office refused to see the children based on the complications that could arise when a patient has been sick recently and under going anesthesia in the same time frame. When cps was notified of the rescheduled appointment they immediately arrived at my door with a sheriff’s deputy and informed me that they were removing my children and placing them in foster care. Cps then took my children. 90 minutes later cps called me on the phone and informed me that they were sorry and that they were returning my children to me. All charges were dismissed and I currently have my children. Now I want an attorney, during the 90 minutes cps had my children they subjected them to a wide range of medical and psychological test. I need a Lawyer that’s willing to sue CPS. Without even hearing my side of it, can look at my transcripts that I called and said I wanted over a period of years, till they took my babys-legal kidnaping-then giving me my children after a frighting horrific 2 months, for the judge to drop all charges and we were amended. Requirded we take all 2 parenting classes before we were able to have our life back. That was dropped too, but we did it on our own with our own money and lives at stake It’s damaged a family and I personally have taken a tole and now I’m on disibillity, having to take all kinds of meds and I shake all the time. I never took asprin for anything. I had natural childbirth didn’t want any meds(That’s then..not now..now for the last two years I’ve lost my memory, lose everything, cann’t go shopping I filed in April this year and have been approved a week ago.).
I told them I was being horrassed (this lady from cps) and wanted all my paper work from the very start, and they sent them to me. over 200 pages, and you wont even get through the first case without seeing their errors Another county comes to my home. now. I doint have to point out were they must have changed things and didn’t read what they wrote because it’s so sad and full of lies that they didn’t and must not of read what was wrote. Placing people at the same time different places-flat out lies that you don’t have to know me or my case-just read what CPS sent to me after that I have my own documents from those periods. At night I wake up scared having horrible dreams of my children for my children and our home. Sincerely,

I just want to tell you that I’m so sorry that you’re going through this, living through it, empty inside, but the time will come. And I’m sorry for all whos been through it.
What Goverment doesn’t want a stable family to prosper for it’s future? Our children should be taught that no goverment should beable to pull a family apart for another agenda. Our babies are the ones who suffer not having a solid ground to grow up on. We the People have a freedoms that some how got into the wrong hands.
I believe in the idea of CPS, but I hardly ever hear good success stories…We the People NEED more backing and we should make the Goverment Of The United States accountable for the actions of State Where did our freedom go? Legal Kidnaping for the sake of money,vengence, jealousy,POWER., and control over another mothers child. A fathers right to play ball with his boys without it meaning something, to beable to disiplin them without worring.
How dare these people be allowed to walk in and not like how you manage your home. Taking care of kids means there is always a mess somewhere-especially during certain times of the day.
If you have a loving home it’s busy. We are rapped up in our lives with each other: and THEY look for reasons to take it away. Why?

MY FIRST VISIT
I TOOK THEM AND BOUGHT THEM THEIR WINTER CLOTHS, AND HAD AARON HAIR CUT.
I BOUGHT THEM BOTH NEW JACKETS.And two new pairs of shoes SCOTT WILL CONFIRM

THANKS GIVING VISIT
SENT KIDS TO SCHOOL WITH OUT JACKETS
AND THE KID COME IN DIRTY CLOTHES,
TONI WEARING AARON’S CLOTHES
ASKED THEM WENT THEY TOOK A BATH LAST THEY TOLD ME ABOUT A WEEK AGO.
They told me that Cindy an the new couple sleeps in the same bed every night.

MY FIRST VISIT AFTER COURT
THE KIDS TOLD ME THAT CINDY HAS BEEN MAKING THEM CALL HER NEW BOY FRIEND DAD.
THEIR CLOTHES DIRTY AGAIN WITH A NO JACKET AND IT WAS RAINING, Aaron was stabbed in the back with a pencil from little Donnie.
Toni was stabbed in the back of the neck with a fork three time , and then sent to her room for the rest of the night.

they told me that their mother is sleeping with the couple she moved in with them.
and what ever they tell her to do she does.
Little Aaron told me if he didn’t do what big Donnie told him he could just leave, with out him, he and his mother would be on the street.
she didn’t have the kids do their home work over x mas holiday vacation I had to have them catch them up.

my second visit
I had to take Little Aaron for an emgency dent ice to get his tooth fixed ,do to his mother lack of care
He had 11 cavities and almost had to have a root cannel, I asked him when he bushes his teeth he told me he don’t remember,
he thinks the last day I was living with him.
also she sent the kids to school without jackets , and it was the first coldest day of the year.
Toni told me that the little girl ally was beating her up and when she would hit back she would be the only one in trouble.
I told her to protect her self .
she didn’t have them do their home work this again I had to catch them up again

my third visit
Big Donnie sent a message with my son told him to tell me, if I tell my kids to protect themselves again, he would come
over to my home and kick my ass, that night he showed in front of my home.
they sent the kid again to school in dirty clothes, and even after they knew I was taking them to the dent ice
the kids have not been brushing their teeth
also Toni teacher told me that Toni gets out of school at 2:30 and her mother has been making her sit out side till her brother get out of school
for 45 minutes. I told the teacher that I cant talk to Cindy that she would have to call he and tell her that Toni needs to be
picked up at 2:30
she didn’t have them do their home work this again I had to catch them up again

Toni was sent to school in Little Aaron clothes, and was dirty again
and she had torn shoe’s , even after I bought them new shoe’s not more then three month ago
today the teacher was very upset with me telling me Cindy is still not picking up Toni on time
I told her my hand were tied I only have them two days a week , and they will be picked up on time
on my days and I am sorry for Cindy not picking up Toni on time.
she also made the commit that Cindy might want to wash her clothes sometime.
Aaron has only taken one bath since last week when he was here, this is what he told me
she made him take a bath because he would be with me and she didn’t want to look bad
Toni only took two baths since the last time she was here.Toni said the same thing
She took a bath because she was coming here.
and They have not been making them brush their teeth, three day ago was the last time they said they brushed their teeth.

the kid were running round like crazy people till I called thru law office.
Cindy told them to try or make me as upset as they could.
if I called Ernest to stop right away because it would look bad on her.
my kid now use cuss words that were not aloud in my house.

these are not the kids I left,they are picking up bad habits from the people they are living with.

today when were in court again Cindy sent Toni to school with out a coat again , so she gave the coat the lawyer filling in for Ernest.
she said Toni forgot to take it with her, it’s not Toni Job to remember it’s her mother or father job.
Cindy didn’t have Toni do any home work, I had to ketch her up again
this week Cindy chopped off Aaron hair, ever after Aaron asked them not to.
big Donnie said Aaron looks like a girl, and he has gum in it any way we could take care of that long hair.
Donnie should have nothing to say about my son, and what he wants something needs to be done about this man
He should be told to stop making decisions where my kids best interest is
Cindy scared that she don’t want to upset him she went along with cutting off Aaron hair.
Aaron has been trying to grow his hair to the way it was for over a year. He look at me and starting crying.
asking me please Daddy let me stay with you. I don’t want to go back there.
Toni told me she has not brushed her teeth sense last week when she was here.
after all the work on Aaron teeth he told me he brushed his teeth only 3 times.
Cindy know Aaron had 11 cavities she should be on top of this
this is a very cold winter , this is not summer you don’t cut a kids hair off and make them bold.
I bought them a video game system today, I think we could all play together and take turns.
in October Toni couldn’t even play ’s now she better then me ???
I limited them to one hour a day , Aaron told me this is all they do.
I asked him if he goes out side , he said no. I play on the x box most of the time.
this is not healthy for them, they should be out side with the other kids,
I made them go out side at least 1 hour a day , Aaron said he like’s playing game’s better.
Cindy told Aaron and Toni to act the way daddy showed them, when there are with me
or it would look bad on her, and I could take them away from her.
I told Aaron and Toni they should act the way I showed them all the time
Because It looks bad on both of us, I told them don’t be like those other kids.
no hitting no bad words , tell your mother when one of the other kids hurt them
so other parents can take care of the other kids.

Toni called Aaron to fucker for not letting her play.

Little Aaron got up this morning , after breakfast he said I love coming here ,We get to eat before we go to school.
I said you don’t get breakfast?? He said no they just say eat breakfast at school, you don’t have time.
a parent makes time it the parent that wakes up the kids , they said the have the food but Cindy does not get them up in time to eat.
she wake them rushing out the house saying your going to miss the bus. She could miss an extra 45 minute sleep to make sure
the kids get off with the right start, food feed the brain, if they don’t eat they will not think as well. Is this good parenting I think not!
on the way taken them to school ,Aaron told me he was going to run away me home last week, he walked about three blocks,
and then turn back because him didn’t know how to get to my house. he told me he does not to go back that house and those kids.

the First thing out of Little Aaron month Was Big donnie made them sleep in the car,last Sunday night.
Cindy told them that she was going to kill her self and end this night mare,Toni was sent to school again with a jacket.
she Ws sent in a dress with nothing but under ware no legs uncovered it was about 38 dreges that and raining, and windy.
and their home work was not done again. aaron brushed his teeth today ago,
Dig Donnie told Little Aaron that he wants then to atsy with me and save him the trobble.

To day when I pick up my kids the first thing Aaron said was that his mother said, that she wish that he was with his father and at that he was not wanted,
at that house donnie and adona wish he was with me, things would be smoother for them.
the only thing she wanted , was Toni .things would be better with out him,
Toni had a scratch on her face , she told me that, alie, or aaron or the cat did it she don’t remember.
this is a horrible thing to say to your owe son.
also spoke with their teacher about the way the come to school, she has notice Toni and aaron coming to school dirtier then normal but were in a
poor area so its common that kids come to school dirty, I asked if she been been picked up on time
the teacher said Cindy has been better about it, I asked about Toni and her coming with a jacket, she told me she has extra in the class
and that Toni use’s it often, I told her Cindy was to send her with a jacket, and to please let me know if the is not happening.
she also said that there is some sign of neglete, but giving the area these thing happen.
as I was washing toni’s hair , I notice sign’s of hand fringer print bruses on her legs, she told me they can from the other kids in the house draging
her down the hall way , all three hitting her, she told her mother and she did nothing about it.
I have pitchers. They told me that they are beging sent to bed with out eating, when donnie, addonna said they were bad.
kids need food to grow, it helps them think, At this point if my kids are being treated this way , while going thru court.
how do their kids being treated, are they being feed, bathed, ?????? You take game’s away/ tv away / put them in the corner, but you always feed kids,
then snd them to bed early. Kids have to eat, to help them grow
also cindy keeped toni home work so I could not get her home work done per court order.

this week thing seem to be a little better, because Cindy had two complaints at cps, said they were made to take a bath every day
and brush their teeth. Aaron seem a little more aggressive then before, and Toni has wet her self 3 time in to days.
they told me that they were moving very soon but he does not know how to get there but it a far dive.
they also told me that they all cleaned all last weekend because they didn’t want to look
bad in front of cps. Aaron told me they had gone to the store and finely they have food.
cps came to my home ,and asked me a ton of questions, and talked to the kids again.
the lady from cps told little aaron that her told her two different story’s the one when she went to his school.
and then the one in front of Cindy, I told little aaron to tell the truth, even it hurts daddy but tell the truth.
her told that his mother made him lie to the court, and what he told Stacy was not the truth.
his mother talked about the story over and over with him, so he would not fore get.
again cindy keep Toni’s home work this is noq the second time this has happened

2/27/2008
this week aaron said he only took a couple of baths, but had been brushing his teeth.
Toni was made to take a bath, because she was coming here , she was not made to brush her teeth.
Aaron told me Cindy was in the hospital, because she a vain in her leg burst, while she was taking apart her bed
getting ready to move. I asked him if they found a place he said he thinks so but not sure.
when I asked where it was he told me they were the car forever and very close to Marsha house.
this is the out side of Sacramento.
Aaron told me that Donnie , and Adonna have been punishing them .
these people have no right to punish my kids , they have no relation to them, Cindy should be the only
one that is punishing this is giving mixed messages to my kids.
again Cindy keeped Toni’s home work and again toni did not do her home this week.
I can not be held acountable for their home work if its not been sent with her.
spoke with the teacher about the problem, she said she wood send the pkt with her
on wensday.
29-Feb
on the way taken the kids back to school, Toni started crying saying daddy please don’t let me go back there.
Aaron said he hate’s them, I asked why she cry’s when I let them off on Friday.
she said Adonna puts her in cold shower’s, Aaron replied and Donny too ( this Male should not have any right to touch my daughter let along she has been
molested by her uncle that Cindy let go for over 6 months before I caught him ,and made him turn himself in to the police. )
Cindy should never let him give her a bath in any way.
these two people should never man handle my kids, and Cindy cant say anything or they will walk on her.
these people can do any thing they want to and she will give in to what they want from her.
or they will walk on her. My kids are being hurt in so many way I can not protect my kids from this.
All three of the adults sleeping together will this make these kid normal???
I was taken to jail for assault on Cindy on her word alone, why is the court looking away ???
the court needs to listen to my kids. They don’t want to live with those people.

Toni came with a massive burse on her leg, and again no home work for Toni Aaron had his home work.
Aaron told me Donnie was yelling at him and then Toni told me her mother hit her really hard
because she would not go to sleep. Now Cindy is hitting the kids!!!!
and their clothes were very dirty, had to wash them twice to get them clean again.
she also came with out socks, and under ware.

last night I seen Toni in her room playing with her private part, I didn’t say anything I walked away
then she asked to sleep with me I said ok, she wet the bed she started crying and said please daddy don’t be made at me
don’t put me in a cold shower, I changed then bed gave her hugs told her its ok these things happen
I told her that daddy had wet the bed when he was little she smiled gave me a big hug ,and said daddy I love you.
I took Toni to see the doctors she was not acting right , I took her to the Kelly center, I didn’t know where to start.
so I went back there , the lady there told me this was not the dept I wanted , and to take her to her
regualer doctor, so I went from there straight the her doctor.
I told him I not sure what is wrong with her she is not acting her self.
I told him where I took here , he did a once over, and said how did she receive the burse.
she replied my mommy did it last weekend, she picked me up off my bed by my leg and beat me.
Little Aaron said the same thing, Cindy was arrested for child abuse, she is now in Jail.
Friday the 7th

my son came with a massive sun burn on his head.
I asked him if he wore sun screen on his head , he said his mother only put it on toni.

Aaron and Toni both told me, Cindy had told them she don’t care if I get custy of they them . they don’t care about her any way.
then on Saturday 3/30/08 they told me their mother tried to jump out of their car to kill her self, going over the dumbarton bridge.
she said she didn’t want to live any more,donnie had to pull her back till they could pull the car over
then she got out and started walking , and donnie pulled her in the car man handling her.
telling her she is going with them.
this is turning out to be like a colit.
and had not sent toni home wor for the last two weeks, it inpossible for me to take care of it if I don’t have it to do with her.

Cindy did it again, she tried to get Little Aaron put on a seventy two hold to cover up what she had done.
cps Interviewed her and she amitted that she in deed shit in little Aaron face and held him down.
then tried to have him put in the hospital.
cps told cindy that was over the top, and that was asalt, and she could have gone to gail.
I choose not to do what cindy would have to me. I could have call the police but did not.
I don’t set people up!

she let me tell my kids we were going on a picnic, @ 9 or 9:30 last night she texted my sister telling her that the kids cant go
per orders from C.P.S, and the court orders state she needs to pick them up at 10AM
we all took the day off to have this picnic.I am not sure if C.P.S realy told her not to let me have them for the day
I have called Gary , and Renee about this issue they have not returned my call as of yet.
she is using the court order when it fit her needs, and throwning the kids under the bus when it don’t.
she again is bringing them into our problem ( She needs to see they are kids and leave use out )
I let her go to southern california with them and it cut in to my visit and said nothing
she fells that she can through the court ordes around at her will.

toni came with a lot of bruses,I asked Aaron thoose bruse’s are bad

he said mom and toni had a fight toni was not getting dressed.
toni pulled away and cindy fell on top of toni makng the bruses
Cindy should get down to toni’s level
she is 6 years old
she needs to stay in controll of our kids and not get to their age and fight with them.

Cindy got kick out of the program, now our kids or on the street when is the court going to see.

sence then she has interduced my kids to yet another guy, and CPS placed her in the same place she was in before.
I have found out that she helped the bennets that have a restraining order (they can not be any where around my kids)
the same week the we were in court, she helped then get in the home less shelter she is in.
Cps was in full knowlage of the restraining order and still placed my kids in harms way..
I have informed the county manager office, and they are not doing anything about CPS actions.

Last Friday and this last Monday Dorothy Torres told me that I was not in voialation of the court order.
That I was doing what I could, by Following the case plan as ordered.
they prommised that they were going to take care of the phyic eval and the therpy order by the court.
I signed the case plan that stated that they would take care it it a month ago.
Gary Beasly has put the hold on he is in brech of contract.

I got Dorothy To addmitt that they do talk to the home less shelter system.
I told her that I gave her enough time to make other Accomadition and that my kids did not have to be at that unit.
she replied she does not make those dessions, I told her I grow up on the wellfar system.
and I know how the system works.
I told her that my syster and my mother was do on hud, and I know how it works.
I told her that the social worker places the person in the shelter, and put the on a case plan.
then slowly works on getting them housing.and work.
the worker works hand and hand with the shelter.
his replied that was how it works , I asked then why did you put the kids back in the shelter with those people.
In full knowlage of the protective order. She replied she was not going to commet on that.
I told Her about the court order in enough time so my children could be place in a safe place.
She keep saying Gary is stopping every thing, and she want to help but her hand are tide.
she is stuck in the middle and I fell sorry for her.
Something needs to be done about Gary Beasley, and his abuse of power

Hi my name Gene. Well cps jus took my cousin’s away on allegations. My parents have been watching them for a number of years now . The youngest is 12 years old my parents had him since he was 2 and his brother is 13 my parents had him for 8 years of there life. Well they set up a metting and asked us who would be able to take them and I said I could. The worker said she would do background checks on me and my wife I know for a fact that we are clear. but come to find out they went to someone else wat can we do to get them back even though law says there my cousins to me there my two brothers. please help us any way you can please. my name is cory . I am 25 years old and have lost 3 children in foster care in las vegas .I moved to start over and try to be a good mom two my three year old little girl and now cps has taken her away because the hospital in amarillo called and said I was being an abuseive mom because I got frustrated and raised my voice to her in waiting room . Now they have had her in a foster home for almost 6 months. IF YOU HAVE ANY ADVICE PLEASE CONTACT ME

When I was in high school( over thirty years ago); an incident took place with CPS. I ended up being a parent to my younger sibling for a short period of time as this incident escalated which involved my mother and father. I was a minor 16 or 17. The incident began with my mother arguing with the elementary school prinicipal and an emergency court order was issued after he contacted CPS. Anyway, CPS should have known there were other minors in the family. I feel strongly that I should have received compensation for caring for my younger sibling. I truly would like to charge CPS in El Paso with intentional child neglect and enotional abuse and for failing to compensate the minors in the family. I would like to know if anyone knows if there is anyway to file for compensation. I really would like to know if as minors we were entitled to foster care payments. the cps took my tow granddaughters and said i cant have them because they dont think i can care for them but i can for i have been doing it for the last three years all they are are lyers

I am from Henderson, ky where the last social worker was killed and the boni bill originated. They have recently downsized from the bill after two years.

THE PURPOSE OF THIS INFORMATION IS TO GET MY DAUGHTER INTO A BETTER ENVIRONMENT.

An ex girlfriend and I decided to get back together after she was pregnant by another man. We decided to move in together and I would father a child was not biological. My girlfriend’s name was ——-. She developed a serious alcohol problem and would consume a 5th of whisky at a time while being pregnant. She explains to me that she is trying to miscarry this child and that she does not want it. I tell her that its insane and to stop drinking because the child could wind up being deformed even. One night I came home from work and found another man’s close laying next to the bed a cowboys hat to be exact. She was very drunk and had said she had got the hat from driving up and down green river road. I packed her bags and ended our relationship that night. I then proceeded to take her back home to her mother’s in Owensboro and she grabbed the steering wheel of the car and tried to kill us by steering us into a oncoming car. She actually grabbed the steering wheel while I was driving.
Two years later she arrived at my residence with her mother. She informed me of a two year old little girl and that this child was mine. Then she proceeded to ask me to get back with her or pay child support. And I explained to her that she needed to serve me papers since it was going to cost me fifteen hundred dollars. For her would be free through the state and if the child came back to be mine then I would have to pay system only five hundred dollars. I told her there was no chance for her and I and I looked forward to receiving papers from the courts. She said she did miscarry the child and got pregnant by me.

I lived in the same residence for two more years and never heard a word from anyone about my child. In fact I did not hear anything until the child was 5 ½ years old. I would have been easy to find the entire time due to college, employment and fairly stable residence. CPS never searched for me. It is protocol to do a missing parent search due to the office of the ombudsman.
One day I received a phone call from her stating “it’s time for you to pay me for all these years for back child support and you don’t have a chance to be with me cause I’m married”. I asked her why she waited so long to do this and she gave me no answer. At this point I felt that she was actually not lying so I took this very serious and I moved to Owensboro to start a franchise and get to know my child if she is in fact my kid. I was strongly concerned with the possibilities of a bad environment for my child knowing how her mother is and the fact that she is married to a man twice her age.
After taking the paternity test by Polaroid picture and cotton swab of the mouth I was determined this child’s father and began supervised visitation. As time proceeded I was being allowed to pick my daughter up from school and one day I found a large scab on the top of her nose, the teacher was standing there . I asked her what had happened and she said she did not know, I asked the teacher and she said she did not know that it must had happened at home. I then assed her with my EMT knowledge from working in an ambulance in larger cities. And she had both of her nostrils caked with dried blood. I asked her how in the world she could not know about this caused she bleed profusely. During this time I am conversing with the maternal grandmother and my baby mama are screaming for me to quit talking to her mother. The maternal grandmother is telling me that she has witnessed my child be abused from being smacked around and that my child was burned on the burner of the stove for punishment. And even made to kneel on pencils while facing the corner so someone could thump the backs of their ears with their fingers. This terrible news have me very alarmed and dealing with CPS was nearly impossible but I did manage to get copies of previous court documents and doctor statements explaining rape and removal of my child into the hand of the maternal grandmother that seems to be telling me the truth so far. A week later my daughter had a serve burn that had blistered white on her finger as if she had been held to a burner on the stove. I reported this to CPS and they told me they would do a home study on it and check things out. CPS ended up telling them that I made the accusation which was suppose to be confidential so when I arrived to drop my daughter off after having her for the weekend I was verbally assaulted and threatened by my baby mama and her husband. I could sense there was going to be a confrontation due to the manners over the phone. So I wired myself with a voice recorder and then when I arrived it was very obvious these people were on meth saying that CPS had told them I complained saying they were unfit people. He threatened to kill me and if I had gotten out of the car he may have in front of my child. But it wasn’t wise for him to be chewing on his tongue and hollering threats to me with his head inside the passenger side door because I had a microphone taped to my wrist underneath my long sleeve t-shirt. The next day while my baby mama was getting a restraining order against her mother for talking to me and to keep her from seeing the grandchildren, I was at the DEA office explaining what was going on and that the maternal grandmother was also telling me that the step-father was a large methamphetamine dealer and also made it inside the garage. I showed them the previous methamphetamine convictions on the step-father’s record. I also knew these people were on methamphetamine because ambulance school taught me how to look for drug use in patients
.
The DEA had heard of these people before and decided they would do a home inspection. They found things that CPS did not find. The police reports I have saved say they were arrested for drug paraphernalia and drug possession, possession of a controlled substance and marijuana to be exact. In the report it says they found baggy ‘s with methamphetamine residue, marijuana, xanax with out prescription, and cut up straws with the children running around bare footed. The audio recording was enough to have Dewayne charged with terororistic threatening (A Felony) also.

CPS told me I needed to form a better bond with my daughter since we just met not too long ago. And that there would be no chance for me to be a custodial parent at this time. CPS also says that the need to do a home evaluation on me because they had received an anonymous phone call stating that my home was unfit. I have been begging for a home evaluation for sometime now, but with all the weirdness going on I had decided to move in with my mother a month previous who is a registered nurse next to a large golf course and a beautiful home. It took them 6 months to do the home study…….

I am a sigle father of eight years who has been lyed to buy a social service case mngr. The case worker because my child had called because
she had been caught smokeing, lieing and stealing all inthe same day.
I grounnded her for the rest of the summer and althought i have never spanked her or hit her i told her if she violated the rules again i would spank her with my belt, I have been trying to deal with her behavior for about 9 mounths.and given her opportunity to straighten up for quit some time anyway she called social services on me while i was at work when i was leaving work on 8-01-08 i called to let my live in babysiter that i was on my way home.he then informed me that s.s. had come and taken my child with them. icaslled the worker and whent and gave astatement she lyed to me and said i shoul volentary let them keep my child for one week and she would be given counceling and evaluated I told her that I was so upset that i was unaware of what was happening and i coul not read thes papers without my glasses she asured me that this was the best thing to do for ny child once i signed the paper she quick tallked me and sain by the way we do these contracts on a month to month basis and we would disuss a safty plan on mopnday she pretty much came to the meeting and said she had establish things against me from the mothers side of the family who woul discretit me for personal gain and refuses to allow any evidence to prove her wrong they want my child tostay with them for six months witout esablishing that facts.can anyone please help me i casn prove that i am not an abusive father baut am not being allowed to do so .310 328-3881

I live in Adrian, Michigan 49221. My 2 daughters were takin from me on a bunch of lies. i was 16 when i got pregnat with my first one and i was living with my uncle at the time becuase he was my gaurdian. when he found out that i was pregnat he gave me till my last trimester to find another place to live because he didnt want a baby there, he already had my two cousins, 6 and 7, my aunt, her 16 yr old son and his best friend and me living with him. well i had gotten into some trouble and the juvinile judge court ordered me to live in a home for abused and homeless women. well i lived there and did everything that i was supposed to had my kid and was an awsome mom well about a month later i was in so much pain and i was that way all day well come a little after my curfew time it got worse and i wanted to go to the hospital so i called my mother to come and get me and i called my fiance who at the time was in work release and the ladie in charge at the time told me no i couldnt go to the hospital and my mother was already out in the parking lot. i told the ladie that i was going to call the abulance if she didnt let me out of the house and she told me that she would tell them that it was a false call when they showed up and she tried to take the phone away from me i moved her hand away from it. i ran up to my room and about 30 mins later the aministrater came up to my room and said that i was kicked out so i moved out and lived with my fiance’s mom. well about a week later cps shows up at my door with a paper saying i needed to go to court but no warrant, and they took my daughter. the place that i was living at said that i never fed her bath her or dressed her when i had witnesses proving otherwise. wekk at the court date my lawyer said that even though i had witnesses and could prove everyone wrong i should plead guilty because it would be quicker and easier to do the classes, he didnt let me go and talk to my family to see what i could do and thinking that i could trust my lawyer i went with what he wanted to do. well that was my mistake. i was doing the classes and everything that i was supposed to do. some of my classes the couslers or teachers said that i was done and told the workers taht i wasnt. they lied about a bunch of stuff about me and my fiance. a few months went by and i got pregnat again well toward the end of the pregnancy which was supposed to be the end of the case but they kept posponing and posponing till i had my second daughter then 2 days after i had her they took her from me from the hospital. my first one they took when she was 1 month old. well they terminated my rights lied to me about the appeal saying i only had 23 calender days to appeal and it was right around the holiday so most those days they were closed. and then the foster parent got visitations approved after our parental rights were terminated and after 6-7 months of seeing them the foster care worker showed up at our apartment, no phone call, no letter, nothing, saying that there is to much confusion in lansing so we can no longer see our children and that the foster mom, her and us could get in trouble for seeing them. anyways the basic jist is, is there anything that i can do now? i heard the only thing i can do now is sue them. and for whatever i can do i need a lawyer and i dont have much money. PLEASE HELP ME GET US BABIES BACK!!! WE MISS THEM SO MUCH!!!!!!!!!!!

I need to find a lawyer in Georgia who will take on a very strong case of CPS injustice. My sons were stolen from me four years ago on alligations only. No abuse, neglect or anything but one case worker’s word that I was “unfit”. Since then I have had 3 more children, one was taken by the state but returned to me. I went to counseling for 16 months where I got a letter from him stating my sons should be returned. The GAL stated they should be returned (all this I can back in paper work). Family wanted my sons but DFCS never did anything to make sure they were placed with family. They were “sold” to the barren foster parents who had also adopted two other children. My rights as a mother have seriously been violated and I want a good lawyer with a reputation for winning. I had hired a lawyer last year and invested thousands. Now I am broke so I need a lawyer that will accept payments (and a lawsuit). Please someone help me. I haven’t seen my sons in two years. They are my life. I need a lawer to assist me in the death of my grandson who was born to my teen-age daughter while she was in the system of dcf. She was abandoned and neglected very badly by her case worker and his suoervisor , which led to the death of her newborn baby. She now suffers with a host of mental illness because of all the pain and suffering she is going through please help me and my daughter? This is clearly a case that needs to be looked into asap thank you pat and jennifer

I need someone to help me. My grandchildren have been in foster care since June 2007. My daughter’s case worker lied and manipulated court documents when i requested custody, the case is being drawn out more and more. Now the caseworker has “resigned” under mysterious circumstances. My daughter has been trying to work her case plan. And there seems more and more coverup. Please help us get our children back. there are five babies out there and they are our lives. Someone please help us.

hello my name is Brian carter and i have recentely been notified by c.p.s. that i have to vacate my home and be away from my girlfriend and children, it all started in bout feb or so of 2008 when they knocked on the door of my home to tell my girlfriend patricia and i that a neighbor had called them because our kids were malnurished,now mind u at that time patricia is pregnant and our twins were born premature and only weighed 3 and 4 pounds a year and half prior.So we let them in to investigate our fridge was full of food {it fell on ground when caseworker opened fridge}and the kids were healthy they started us on a nutrition program for the boys {twins}and requested a lot of meetings wich were always while i was at work everything was ok till about last month when patricia and i split for a 2 week period to gather our thoughts we then got back together and caseworker came while i was at work and made patricia sighn a paper stating that i was not to be around the house or my kids unless caseworker was there she told patricia to sighn or she could take the kids so now i have a court date to find out whether i can be with my family or not this caseworker is tearing us apart we were fine before she came into our lives we were happy and i dont know what to do i was hoping to find a lawyer to help me out with this i’ll pay the cost no matter what.sad thing is patricia and i had our new child on 8-23-08 and i just enrolled in four year college a dream torn away since i have no family or friends to stay with in our town.PLEASE HELP US CPS IS DESTROYING GOOD FAMILIES.
