Child Protective Services must be stopped! The law that started this, CAPTA, must be repealed. We must work tirelessly to inform the public of this very dangerous travesty of justice. We must keep faith knowing that if there is a God, there is an answer and a way to end this heartache.
Child Protective Services Agents - please come to your senses! Family destruction on false or trivial grounds is wrong, reprehensible, and inhumane.
Fosterers - be aware that for the money you get you are holding much-loved children away from their grieving families while the parents are forced to perform a service plan that is anything but a service to them. I call this hostage holding for the government. This is not kindness - to help misguided government agents destroy family relationships and break loving bonds.
CPS workers and fosterers - I ask that you now let the children of the innocent return to their homes where they are truly valued, adored, and loved by the parents God gave them.
Family rights are God-given rights. And they should not be ignored or postponed. Every moment these loving parents and children spend separated from one another is a torment beyond what anyone should ever have to bear.
It is unworthy of human dignity to allow this terrorism and torture of families to go on without saying something, speaking out, and trying to make a change.

Fighting Child Protective Services False Accusations

Yesterday Becky left a comment here on FightCPS.Com that brings up an issue that looks important enough that I should share it here on the front page of the site.
Becky suggested that we communicate with the chairman of our state legislature’s auditing committee. The point would be to have your county’s CPS agency investigated and audited for unfair fiscal practices such as taking non-abused children so they can garner federal dollars, or double-dipping by taking money from the state or feds for the same things they’re charging parents for via child support dollars. Becky wrote that her state’s auditing committee is helping her.
CPS deceitful financial practices must be stopped, and this is something every taxpayer should want exposed and corrected.
Did you know that CPS is draining the Federal Social Security Fund by taking reimbursement money for all those “services” you’re forced into?
Do you have any other suggestions along this line?
Can you suggest what we might tell the chairman of our state’s auditing committee, regarding what CPS is doing wrong?
Becky, any more information would be gratefully appreciated. How did you get this started in your state?

DYFS, now called DCF in NJ, has just indicted at least 6 DCF employees for stealing gas.
They are giving their swipe cards to friends. Of course, our states WILL NOT even program the computers to shut off the gas pump when they see the same card swiped 3x a day.
And, of course, there will now be fradulent activity on the part of cw’s who are NOT TRAVELING AND CLAIMING VISITATION with foster children. They can also submit false expense reports. BTW, that is the way CPS tracks down fradulent activity on the part of cw. They often do NOT fill out mileage reimbursements when they do NOT visit.
Medicaid providers who service CPS clients also are fraudulently embezzling $$$ from government coffers.
Finally, will CPS now pay the $5.00 a gallon to get fosters proper family and sibling visitation? This excessive driving will have to be curbed.
Heck, in some states Gvt cannot fund school busses in rural areas.
MEDICAID FRAUD IS THE BIG ONE. Kids improperly placed on psychotropic meds are an immense drain. And remember, even the NY Times had a front page story about psychiatrists NOT REPORTING THEIR MILLIONS IN KICK BACK MONIES FOR TOUTING PSYCHOTROPICS FOR CHILDREN AS YOUNG AS 5.
Another area where the public is fed up.
Psychotropics for children are an important and viable topic in many states. Most state legislators are concerned about excessive use of pricey, new psychotropics, most of which are prescribed *off-label *to children and tweens.

CPS is not fully investigating received referrals on allegations on our parents and do not listen to us the children on the false accusations made by relatives or the guardian based on them being relative or grandparent they also neglect our phone calls
and complaints of enduring verbal and physical harm done to my self or done to my sisters by guardian. my mom called social worker on the case and she was placed on probation this was never reported to the court or placed under children statements. i feel that CPS neglects are right to speak on our parents behalf and make there recommendation’s with out fallowing the 387 welfare institution
to present facets and reasons proving that removal is necessary from the parent do to it being true that we are in any kind of physical harm.they have also falsely accused my father who R.I.P. in the last report of allegations of sexual abuse that are not true. social worker on case sign and submit this to court that every thing is true under the penalty of perjury and is vary bothered by the false accusations placed on my father. this should be brought up in court and should not happen. these are the kind of social workers hired by CPS based on here say and falsely accusing our parents and taring us apart from our parents that we wish to live with.

c.p.s. fails to see the damage they cause to our children by not doing there job conducting a full investigation of referrals made to agency to see if they are true …they also convict the parents with out true findings of these accusations and treat us wrong even if we do comply with every program,they forget they make mistakes to and will not keep in mind the struggles and changes our children and we go through because of our social worker not doing there job looking into what is reported and fully doing a investigation by talking to those who’s life’s are torn. the children and parent who is being reported to find if its true before removal ,but are quick to use your past history to cover there neglect of not giving u the services or even stopping by for four months ,you relapse and none of this is reported they feel they given you all there efforts to change based on your past thats it . your done terminate services and never was the neglect or the fact that you were not given any services by the social worker heard or brought up nor the reasons why this case was recommended open for 6 more month by mother do to her needing to transition into her own place, expressing that she was retuning to were she lived and voiced the worry’s to new social worker in a team meeting were former social worker met new social worker and concerns were expressed . all my accomplishments have no value and permanent placement of my child is ordered. i feel i’am human and took owner ship of my wrong the court should have made aware of the social workers failure to visit new client and failure to provide me with services when i moved on my own with my child for 4 months. because of c.p.s. not checking that new client be given services when placed on new case load and given new social worker my son and i will be torn apart. using a persons past is no way of helping someone whose living life on life terms after 9 years of c.p.s. do to a referral by mothers mother false statement of mother abandoning children ,but voices to officer that she is worried for the children that mother may come and take her children and adds shes homeless .we were homeless for 24 hours only so she was not worried she was had made other referrals and they were investigated and found untrue .c.p.s . dose not protect children they look out for the way to keep making money self-seeking just as my mom “A MOTHER WHO ABANDON HER CHILDREN DOSE NOT RETURN FOR THEM OR LOOK BACK!!!

I think anyone who is trying the government for their rights, needs to be commended. My husband and I stated in our court hearing, that we were starting a organization called Good Parents Of America. It’s for the same thing your doing. The judge actually felt that we needed her to commend us for “our hard work” to get our children back. I just feel all victims of cps brutality need to come together. When we do that, we’ll be an unstopable force. They will have no other choice but to uphold our families rights in court.

I have been thrown into this world of child protection in last last few months. Before that, I didn’t even know these things were going on. I guess I thought all the kids in foster care were either true orphans or proven to have been severely abused. I assume that this is what most Americans believe also.
I have to say that my case workers have been nothing short of professional and courteous and I am thankful of that. At this point, I have really not seen any outright ‘wrongdoing’ on behalf of the state and my husband’s child should have most definitely been removed from his mother’s home. The case workers have tried extensively to get my husband to sign his rights over but they have not been ‘sneaky’ about it in any way.
One way or another, I am extremely upset over learning about how children are being taken away and ‘terminated’ from loving parents whom they love in return, regardless of whether or not the parents had made a mistake. This is absolutely abuse of children on the part of the state.
Therefore, I was wondering if anyone has ever tried to set up a fund, or donation collection, whereby the money would be used to create a billboard campaign. These billboards would try to inform the general public of what is going on in America in virtual secrecy in family courts; abuse in foster homes, govermental funding to remove children, legalized ‘child theft’, etc, and lead them to a website full of more information. I believe a nicely designed billboard on par with the billboards created in support of calling child protection and in favor of foster parents could be quite effective and bring attention to the issue real fast. An effective, nicely designed, professional looking website with some organization or association attached could also substantiate or make the problem appear very real and in need of attention. I believe Americans would be outraged if this was presented to them in the right way.
I’m not really sure if the money is there, and I would be the first to donate what little money I have or design a website or billboard or whatever, but something needs to be done. Is there already an organization doing this or are there any recommendations of who to contact? I know if enough people contributed, it could be successful.

In Texas I have contacted Gov. Rick Perry, Rob Or office, The Senator. e-mailed both of our new President Elects,and e-mail the spokes person for the House of Representatives. I have complained to Consumer Affairs and I have e-mailed Oprah. I want some-one to aknowledge our desperate need to protect our children from the worst baby stealers that exsist. They sell them monthly for the money they draw is a monthly benefit. Especially if your child is a special needs child. I eat,breath,and sleep CPS and have for the last 7 weeks. I research daily and I know I will find the right person that will not be scared to front CPS. One real problem even the judges are afraid of them, if they rule against them and the child is hert in the news it goes,what are the chances of this judge getting re-elected? We are in real trouble if this agency is not stopped. I am doing everything I can to do my part to change this. It is going to take some-one like Oprah or Dr. Phil. I am even trying to get a e-mail address on Montel Williams. Some one powerful,respected,loving and that cares about OUR NATION and Our CHILDREN, FAMILY VALUES. Then only The President can really change this. If we would all contact The President with every story, I am sure it would open some eyes. It is going to take all of us. Not everyone is lying about the accusations. I am sure that some children dont need to be with the parents due to true abuse. Yes I know there are children that are abused, we all know this but not all these kids are abused that CPS has. It is all about money. Lets stop it.

Richard – I am Sherri Eckert. I started mine by getting on the United States Government web-page. On that site you will find different commitee representitives, I e-mailed everyone of them on that site. I sent numbers such as there are 500,000 children in foster care as of 2007. 70% of our prison inmate population were previous foster care children. We the tax payer pay for the children in foster care and then we pay for the prison inmates. I ask you why the foster care children are going to prison if we are paying the foster homes and CPS funds for these kids to have a better life??? It is a out standing number of funds we pay for each child. On U-Tube CORRUPT CPS there is a gentleman that has the numbers pretty close. There are several CPS videos on this subject. Especially former CPS workers telling their story. One that is very true- How she can call in a report make it sound very true to the point of a worker doing a full investigation and coming to conclusion it is a founded report. In fact it was false A false report. Just e-mail anyone you feel will make a difference. Dont stop with one I e-mail weekly. I type in corrupt cps and go on every page. I know not everyone has the time to do this everyday but WE THE PEOPLE HAVE TO BE HEARD TO SAVE THE CHILDREN OF THIS NATION. WE ARE ALLOWING CPS TO STEAL OUR CHILDRENS HERITAGE AWAY FROM THEM. Placing our chidren with total strangers, different family values,if they have any. Such as I make bisquites and cornbread from scratch, as small as that is it is something my Grandmother taught me and something very small I want to teach my Grandchildren. My Grandaughter is in foster care on false allegations and with total strangers. I hate it. I hate she is not at home. She is 12 1/2 years old and made a false outcry. It has turned into, to being the worst nightmare I have ever dealt with. That is how I got involved in this. I am not going to stop no matter the outcome of my case this mission I am on to STOP CPS. I have read to many stories of heartbroken parents,grandparents,aunts,uncles ,sisters, brothers, the list goes on and on. I hope this helps you in some way. The Chidren deserve better than this!!! Sherri, I HAVE contacted the Montel show many times by e-mail and once by regular mail. I think his show is over with now & they are just showing reruns. I have also contacted my senators, congressfolk, representatives all to no avail. I’ve e-mailed Dr. Phil & Oprah too. I’m sure they’ll have to listen if a bunch of us keep bugging them. The national media NEEDS to expose this corruption.
Raeanna, I think the billboard idea is excellent. Only problem here, is that this town is SO CORRUPT that the newspaper won’t print my letters trying to tell the truth about CPS. Another good idea would be to print out ‘Abducted Baby on Board’ bumperstickers for CPS Nazis cars, like in that Amber Alert commercial :)

I recently found out that both of my grandkids (4&8) had broken wrists while under cps “care & supervision”. The story on the 4 y/o is that she & another 3 y/o were unsupervised (isn’t that a cps job), and that 1 knocked the other down & broke the wrist. Worker did not check on her for a week. Noone told the mother except the 8 y/o when mother asked where daughter was. They have not offered a lie about the 8 y/o yet. THe article about money that cps charges for “alleged services” would love to know that when my daughter was getting 900+ for ssi for her disabilities-cps lied to a hospital & promised her care that doctors ordered-singe sex,locked unit, long term care-her plan was to kill her brother-the result was a a 13 y/o found on the freeway dodging cars at midnight, top of a 4 story building, raped, drugged & kidnapped to florida. no thanks to cps-she was found a year later by the Texas Rangers after a detective was brave enough to tell cps to go to hell and contacted the National Missing & Exploited organization. She was geting over 900 a month in SSi, I had blue cross/blue shield for her, AB32-36 and other coverages. She never got any of the money, never got clothes except what I brought her. Under their “care” she was freeley able to drive cars at 12 y/o, get cigarettes and drugs, get taken advantage of and disappear for 4 preannounced runaways! She could sue and win millions especially since it involved san bernardino, ca cps who holds the record for most dead and injured kids along with riverside, ca. 6 mos after she had been gone I checked with social security-they had never reported her missing or returned her money. I was told if I had done that-I would be in jail. since it was cps-it was ok because agenices work slower. My son cannot see his kids even though he sends money to his kids but gets no credit for it unless he takes pointless classes that cause him to lose jobs-his choice is lose the jobs or lose the kids-at that from the “aloha” state which is now as heartless as the mainland.

You have to be very careful when you cross up cps-even honest judges are afraid of because they may suddenly become “funny uncles”. The crooked judges like the one we had in San Bernardino, Ca who was promoted to superior court after he destroyed thousands of families. in our case when my daughter was missing for over 400 days-all the judge and her so called lawyer talked about was their golf date-fortunately he is dead now so her can’t harm anymore families. The cps worker (child prostitution services” B.Stewart from there told me earlier that I should taake her out of the hospital and dump her in the street “just like they do”. Clearly cps is a proud member of the world’s oldest profession-they just prostitute the kids and enjoy the profits-this is an entry level job-no training was required. Even when your kids are grown out of this communistic terrioristic bunch of heathens-you may be a grandparent and they will try to destroy your next generation. oprah, Montel, Phil and all the others do not have the guts to fight them and the legal system makes too much money to care.

I understand this exactly. I am on the prayer page. My grandaughter is now ill due to a foster home and CPS and not caring what I say. I am only the one who has taken care of this special needs child for ten years,with no ER rooms or infections in several years. 7 weeks is all it has taken them to make her ill. I have warned them and warned them about the trips the foster home takes. I told them it would not be 6 weeks until she was sick. I missed it by 1 week. Their answer they have a doctor OKing this, problem is, it is not her doctor she has had for the last 10 years they changed her doctor right away. Imagine That. CPS could care less about my grandaughter, they show it everyday.

I also want to say, I am trying to figure a way that every State Capital in of course every State comes togather with a CPS meeting. By us THE PEOPLE OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA in a hotel or a banquet ball room some place that would hold many people,hopefully all of the families that have lost children to that State. Swarm the news stations in every State the exact same day of the year. I know some families cant afford this but there can be a way that they are aknowledged. Who ever heads that State can have a picture of that family. I dont have all of this idea worked out but I do think if this was done all the Nation the same day every news station the Supreme Court and the PRESIDENT would have to listen especially every news station every State all over the news stations. Lets face it not everyone knows that this is even going on. There has to be a way to get it out there to everyone. They have motorcyle ralleys in every state why not A Protect Our Children Ralley or Family rights Rally, or even the real truth Fighting CPS CORRUPTION. Ralleys are perfectly legal in every State granted they may have to be organized a little different from State to State. Anyway just an idea open for options. Once again Thanks. I am all for it. Just hire CPS auditors just like they hire IRS Agents to investigate for any wrongdoings, just look over the documents to see if CPS Workers had made a mistake. Why not? They hire additional CPS Workers all the time, what’s a few more? In fact, they will decrease 50% of all the mistakes that CPS Worker makes. probably a big portion of it. if the CPS worker is caught lying and fabricating the reports, the Auditor (just like any mandated reporters calling for abuse/neglect) needs to report the CPS Worker to authorities.
I mean if that is the way of correcting CPS organization for illegal actions, I bet you it would make CPS act accordingly to the LAW! That way, CPS worker will do the job the right way and avoid Prison time all together! :) It would be much, much better world to be if we were to do this. 100% totally agree! Even save unnecessary tax dollars who was just wasting away by their lies and fabrication of such reports. We would be looking at additional more money that would go toward for the best interests of the children! more stuff for the children, not for the pockets of a CPS Worker.

cps in every state lies to get kids like they way they did me back in georgia still to this day i wonder if i will see my kids and tell them the truth i have a story to tell but would it help i dont know i moved to iowa for my other kids to get better education but the just keep coming back just to see if they can get my other kids i wish i could tell the dhs or cps to look around them and leave me and my kids the hell alone

The US Attorney General may be who to contact about investigations. The Feds could pick any state and uncover corruption and children who never belonged in the system.

Hey you guys. Firstly I want to say something but I’m not sure what. I guess thank you for all of the help I have faith I’ll recieve from this website. I want to thank you I guess for just being here and for having this website. I am begging you guys to please help me and my family. We got involved with CPS a year ago. ( I will gladly give details if asked) We like just basically tried to wait it out and kinda tried to fight it as much as we could with limited money, and it all came down to me leaving my husband ( which i’ve done recently) and we aren’t allowed to have any contact and all these other catches. Im sooooo scared you guys. Now their thing is OH well you waited to long, and they’re not changing the case plan from severance. Im so scared and upset, and it’s just this humongous mess and i don’t know wha to do anymore. I’ve done everything, But if it ain’t one thing it’s another…. I have been looking for people like me who have gone through just as much hell as i have. my name is Leah im 17 years old, i have a 5 year old brother who is in foster care with me. My mom (who they took us away from) is like my best friend. I would do anything to get back with her. Me being 17 years old i can cop with things a little bit better them my brother can, really what 5 year old can.Hes been crying saying he misses mommy, wakes up at night crying, even will watch spongebob and cry cuz he usto watch that with mommy. My brother and i have been in foster care 2 times so far. The frist hose we went in to they with touch my bother and hurt him, and me being his older sister and all he has i steped up and said sumthing, was i rong to do that? Now we are in aother home who we have been in befor (this time around and last time after i steped up) when i got in this care i was 130 now i am 100.. now how do you think my brother is if im like this. Theres nothing i can do. CPS has wronged us in so meny ways its not funny. They try and say my mom doesnt take care of us when in real life she does everything she can for us.She does things for us befor she even does things for herself.She the best mom ever, even my friends say “oh i wish i had your mom”. CPS has said that we took apart our back deck to make heat for my house when really a tree fell on it in a bad storm we had a few months back, i mean you can even see the haf of the tree still at the bottem of our hill. They have said that my mom does drugs that she hits us and doesnt take care of us when really i think me and my brother have more close more then her.Im never understood why they are doing this to us and our family. We have always had a close family. Me and my brothers daddy past aways 3 years back so since then we have be came closer then ever.CPS is trying to say we have problems and we need theraphoy ((sorry cant spell)) but really we never needed it untell now. My poor brother is going to rember this for the rest of his life, these should be the years that count the most right? we had his 5th b-day in fostercare… how mest up is that? i just want someone to help me.. i cant stand being disrespected and mistreated the way me and my brother are. they make foster care sound so good but its NOT! NOT AT ALL. i have never seen my brother so sad and not want to do anything. frist his daddys gone now his mommys gone he doenst understand..and i try to be around him and help his out and make his happy and they told me that they dont want me around him and are now telling me that they will put me in another home if i dont leave him alone so now they are trying to take all he has left in the life witch is now hell. I little boy shouldnt be liveing in hell he should be haveing fun going places going to the park ((witch they wont let us do)) they wont let him go anywere. CPS is a nightmare no good parent should have to face. Every attorney I know and have spoken to had nothing nice to say about them. One attorney/friend even told me that since he had children of his own CPS was a group that gave him the “toe clenching night frights”. I don’t blame him. I was an idiot. I foolishly thought a good parent was just that and nobody could take or harm your children or investigate you unless you gave them a reason. I have been involved in a bitter child support/child custody case in Alabama where my ex’s mother is Clinicial Director for CPS. He swore he’d see me dead before he would ever part with one dime to me in child support. All of a sudden with no warning I’m being investigated by CPS. Every attorney I’ve spoken with said the same thing that it sounds like because I’ve not backed off with my lawsuit my ex is having his mother put “the squeeze” on me. I retained a great Nashville attorney (I hope) to deal with this but I’m very frightened and I feel like mine and my children’s rights are being violated. The tactics these people used were shocking and extremely heavy handed. I hope it all comes out ok but who knows. They told me not to inform my children they would be interrogating them but I feel like if I didn’t tell them that would be bad parenting. The kids are afraid and even my ten year old son said when I told him a woman from CPS wanted to talk to him that he thought this was some trickery of his father’s and his grandmother. I can’t believe in this day and age its ok for these people to operate the way they do. I always knew they were corrupt but I had no idea how bad it was until I got caught in the tidal wave myself. These people can legally snatch and grab and ask questions later. One attorney even told me the sad part is that well meaning parents think in the beginning of these “investigations” opening your home and answering the questions or letting them gain access to your life is fine because they’ll see there is no problem and just go away. He said, “These people have an agenda and they are out to prove some allegation so they will poke, prod, and rattle cages until they think they have something they can twist or use to suit their purposes – hire an attorney right now and don’t say a word to those people. They do not have your family’s best interest at heart.” I did and I’ll admit a I feel a bit safer but I’m scared they’re just going to keep coming if I don’t drop the lawsuit against my ex. There needs to be immediate and swift changes in the laws that govern these agencies and there has got be some sort of legislation put forth to bring a greater level of protection to parents and children. It seems that even if you prove you are a wonderful parent you are already in the line up and they won’t leave you alone. It should be harassment and its such a violation parent’s should be able to sue. People have no idea that no parent or family is immune – all it takes is one phone call. One attorney said that anyone can have an axe to grind with you and with one phone call they can drop an atomic bomb on your dinner table – it should be against the law but instead it is just a cautionary tale in law school.

I think the billboard / advertising re: CPS crimes is a good idea. There has to be some way to get the truth about CPS out to the masses. Once enough people realize what is happening, the politicians will be forced to make changes. The laws won’t change that much until enough people are aware. I would gladly give a donation to support anti-CPS advertising. Monthly donations are best – everyone here would probably give $10 a month or more. That would really add up. We could hire an exceptional graphic artist and copywriter in order to make powerful ads.

I live in Ohio and never thought that this could happen in our country. There are thousands of children being kidnapped right out of their parents arms by the state, and no one is able to help. We need to band together and form a group to inform the public and put a stop to this legal kidnapping of our children. This is a commonly known accounting maneuver to defraud large institutions and the taxpayers out of money.
Looks like the FEDS are now involved in more closely auditing CPS with its *confidential records.*
Phantom agencies and ghost employees are standard scams to defraud the US taxpayer and possibly contribute cash to coffers of politicians, county funds, etc.
What are the FEDS DOING in your state to audit CPS?
New Yorkers, particularly should be aware of this. NM just was audited and a cw was sentenced just this week.

I would like to do a yube tube on the internet tell all what has happen to me give all the CPS names and the Judges who where behind it I think everybody should do a yube tube I don’t know how to do it but I am willing to learn I think everbody should get together and do one big yube tube I am willing to do anything the DesMoines Register is a joke they won’t help you even if it is a good story they print stupid stuff and this DHS this is very important and they chose to ingore it.

Joyce the Ombudsman told me once that they can’t go against the courts decision i wish that where true. There should be a bus that a person drives around reporting what DHS does to people and people should sign their name on the bus have the bus full of names and then drive the bus to washington DC and present it to the US Supreme court also I want sombody to help me do a you tube and put it on the internet about the scum DHS does to poor people people should get together and do a you tube together make it a darn got one how many people is willing to do it I am for one come on people lets do it

I went to the Ombudsman bldg and talk to a lady name Angie said she couldn’t help me she said that they make sure the cps follows the rules and I told her no they don’t I told her what Cps and what my exinlaws done to me the people at the pmbudsman bldg is on cps side they are not following the rules and they know it.

the cps in lincoln county west virginia are dirty and wrong they took my son when he was like 1 week old and its been 10 months and im still fighting with them and i think that the judge is wrong to he is letting this happen cps told me that they dont like me and the judge has said he knows me and i just need to know what i can do because i am getting ready to have twins and i need help so they dont take them to see the ppl that called in on me and my girlfriend is who they placed him with and we went to vist him and seen that his skin was broke out all over his body and also that he had scabs on the side of his face and cps acted like that was no big deal but if they came to my house and found him like that they would have took him

I have a question for anyone that can help me My are still in a foster home. It was a intake worker & 2 police officers never shower me no papers & did not give me nothin they took both of my kids they only told me that they was going to a foster home it is not right for someone to come to your houese & walk out the door with your kids I have been reading a lot they can take your on a emergency removal it is not right because they are doing that so they can take your kids easy. they took by of my when nothin was wrong with them I had went to the police station to get a police report the women told me she did not know what i was talkn about she said that it was only a call for them to come out I told her my kids was takin away from me I dont know what to since the police officers did not make out a police report I live here in canton ohio i need a lot of help to fight cps if anyone can help me send me a e-mail kindnessohio@att.net

After reading all the comments, it seems that the problem is not DCF itself, but the people they have put in charge of making the decides in the begining. In my case the investator was the people that starts the ball rolling and everyone else go along with whatever is written down. I have talked to,written to,e-mailed,faxed to everyone that has anything to do with my case. Everytime the answer is I am sorry Ms. Holton,but we have to go along with what is written down. It doesn’t matter that the statements are false, it doesn’t matter that my little girl and I can only see each other twice a month and she is failing in school because of all this. It just matters that DCF can not admit they were wrong. I am 51 years old, I have raised 4 other children. In my 51 years I have never had a DUI, or never been arrest for drugs, I have passed every drug test that they have given me, but still after 4 months Destiny and I are still not together. I wish someone would tell me how a stranger has the right to break up my family just because someone made up stories about me. I to complied with all that my case plan stated and then some, they said 90 day treatment program I stayed for 160 days then went beyond what was being asked of me by entering a mentor home which is closely tied to foster homes only it is a place where a mother involved with system can be & live with her kids under the watchful eyes of the mentor family ( the family whom opens their homes to parents and children) after our stay was over 6 months I moved into a transition apartment complex located in the social service complex I was so close my social worker would call & tell me I left my patio door open at times. and yet it has been 8 years next month I have been fighting to get my kids, while in transition apartment I was in a car accident & was unable to care for myself or my kids and since cps was already involved they felt it necessary to detain my kids again until I recovered or at least thats what was said at that time, needless to say with out my kids I no longer qualified to live in transition apartment so I became homeless therefore I was denied my kids and just 1 thing after the next until I finally had a time line of reunifying with my kids about 3 years ago that was when accusations of abuse by me were made and I at first upset thought ok this is the last thing they can possibly try to stop me with since I passed the 5 years of B.S. they already put my kids & I through so I was then prepared to fight my final battle or so I thought. accusations were made 3 years ago finally dismissed 1 1/2 years ago due to my lack of being willing to plea bargain to false allegations that were determined unsubstantiated almost from the begining of being accused, yet I was not able to see or speak to my middle son for the first year & a half of this battle and I just recently Oct 08 was finally able to see and speak to my youngest after almost 3 years of not being able to see or speak to him only communication between him and I were letters I wrote and sent faithfully every week to him although he only received 1 every few months at least I know I tried all I could to under the circumstances… so I understand your frustration and I wish you well and the best of luck in your fight, I know I WILL NEVER GIVE UP FIGHTING FOR MY KIDS ONLY MY DEATH COULD STOP ME…

CPS has been called on my wife and I a total of 5 times that we know of, were currently going to a forced non court ordered rehabilitation program because the caseworker, claimed she smelled marijuana. I am a member of the Chewah Cherokee of Canada and was burning sage and mullen in the traditional way of using an abalone shell with a sweet grass twist. This is the smell she claims was marijuana, furthermore, when she first came to our home, which we own outright, we were told that she didnt need a warrant and that if we didnt let her in then our children would be taken from us and my wife and I would be placed under arrest for obstruction of official business. I unfortunately agreed to the home invasion at the time, and only after the fact found out that she, Margie Roberts, of Pike County, Ohio CPS, Violated our 4th amendment rights.
Im begging for help, my wife and I are living in constant fear of CPS whom I have come to call the “Gestapo”. To anyone who doesnt know, the Gestapo was the nazi secret police responsible for the rounding up of the jews for transfer to prison camps.
Please for the love of all things good, I am begging for help and advice.

Just a question, but has anyone tried starting a petition on that petition starter web page?? Or talked to the civil liberties union? I found a statics published in a newspaper (web based???) that said 2/3 of all child abuse reports are false claims!
It might help if we banded together and state by state until we had enough support then go after the US law makers make a law to punish deliberate false reporters to the fullest extent of the law, with such things as defamation of character, slander, undue emotional distress (all parents who have had their families stressed & traumatized can attest to that one!) and other laws currently in effect that apply to the individual false claimants. SO many of the false claimants seem to be doing it out of hate, anger, vindictiveness and just plain witch hunt mentalities! Just ask the Bridges brother who wrote the book “Promises We Make Ourselves” (about his divorce!)!!! Maybe HE will help! I know I’m getting tired of false claims (this is false claim number 7, but 2nd in this state!)

Correction, went and looked at the book I mentioned….turns out it was Alex Baldwin, not Jeff Bridges who wrote it. He does get involved with causes he believes in!
