Rather than helping families, government agents have used unconstitutional laws in Juvenile Court to rip children away from their loving parents, break asunder God-given, natural, parent-child bonds, and adopt the children of the grieving out to others who profit financially with large monthly adoption subsidy payments.
Child Protective Services must be stopped! The law that started this, CAPTA, must be repealed. We must work tirelessly to inform the public of this very dangerous travesty of justice. We must keep faith knowing that if there is a God, there is an answer and a way to end this heartache.
Child Protective Services Agents - please come to your senses! Family destruction on false or trivial grounds is wrong, reprehensible, and inhumane.
Fosterers - be aware that for the money you get you are holding much-loved children away from their grieving families while the parents are forced to perform a service plan that is anything but a service to them. I call this hostage holding for the government. This is not kindness - to help misguided government agents destroy family relationships and break loving bonds.
CPS workers and fosterers - I ask that you now let the children of the innocent return to their homes where they are truly valued, adored, and loved by the parents God gave them.
Family rights are God-given rights. And they should not be ignored or postponed. Every moment these loving parents and children spend separated from one another is a torment beyond what anyone should ever have to bear.
It is unworthy of human dignity to allow this terrorism and torture of families to go on without saying something, speaking out, and trying to make a change.

Hello, I have looked everwhere in Michigan for help getting my baby back. I adopted a crack baby 8 yrs ago, and begain to have servier behavior problems with him. I’ve asked for help for him with no sucess. I did try couseling but it only made his behavior worse. He has stolen, lyed, ran away, got into many fights and have a long record with the school. Jan 2008 Cps took him and my biological child. I’m filing for a Delayed appeal today in an efford to get my children back. I’ve tryed everwhere if any one can help me please contact me.

MY GRANDAUGHTERS ARE IN CPS CUSTODY IN PINAL COUNTY ARIZONA AND THEY HAD A VISIT WITH THEIR PARENTS TODAY AND MY GRANDAUGHTER WHO JUST TURNED TWO HAS HELD HER PRIVATE AND SAID PEE AND PEE AND BEGGED HER MOMMY TO CHANGE HER AND SAID OWIE!!! MY OTHER GRANDDAUGHTER CRIED ALOT AND I JUST SAW THEM A WEEK AGO AND EVERYTHING WAS FINE AND THE GIRLS ARE COMING HOME SOON THAT IS WHAT WE HAVE BEEN TOLD SINCE FEBRUARY. MY GRANDDAUGHTER HAS BEEN IN 4 FOSTER HOMES SINCE OCT. AND MY SON AND DAUGHTER IN LAW HAVE JUMPED EVERYTIME THEY HAVE ASKED. WE NEED THESE BABIES BACK IN OUR FAMILY MY GRANDDAUGHTER WAS HURT IN A PREVIOUS FOSTER HOME IN PINAL COUNTY IN JAN. HER ARM WAS SO HURT THAT WHEN A PARENT AIDE WENT TO PICK HER UP SHE SCREAMED IN PAIN FROM HER ARM. iam ion orange county, california and deperatly need a cps atty to help me with my SSA case. this agency is braeking thier rules all over, making new ones up as they go along, arent following court orders made by the judge, have been caught lying about factas or omitting pertinent ones…the judge, nor my attorney care and play as if it is not a big deal I can go on and on. I will completely explain in detail when Iam contacted…its such a mess…The SSA is recommending TPR and ive been told my only recource is a 388 motion and that can only be filed if i participate in counseling, parenting class and substance abuse testing all at my own cost….however i have complied withthe case plan since 2005 and completed 1.5 yrs of counseling, parenting classes, testing, family counseling, substance abuse programs (completed), please contact me to discuss and advise me in my case…awmom3@yahoo.com….angela

My children were taken under false documents. Police records were provided and then cps reworte them in their own words to take my kids. Also my lawyer comitted legal male practice.

I have been told that I have to go in front of a commetee to defend myself as a mother. The fact is that the children are not abused neglected ect. This is due to my husband and his abusive behavior towards me on three occassions where the children were asleep. I phoned police and he was charged a very long story but we need an attorney. I will not be victimized or my children by them anymore! Please help.

I am seeking an attorney that is not afraid to “Do the right Thing” and fight for the return of my Grandbabies to their rightful loving family. If it is illegal for an apt manager to enter my apartment without my consent, claim she filed for eviction two weeks ago and didnt as of last friday may 29, 2008, and she allowed dfcs in to search, lies spoken, they called I am so tired….now will writ again later……..so my son 16mo and I have not been there since fri nite…. Afraid of the lies….!!!help us please

my son ended up drowning in a safety seat in the bathtub. he passed away and my daughter got taken away from me since feb 21 2008 i have been fighting with children services to give her back there is a criminal investigation on me too. everything came back accidental but now my daughter has had a broken leg burnt tongue from a hot chicken nugget bloody lips and bloody nose also bruises all over her what do i do please help

I in invoved with DHS in Canon City, CO and they have rencent took my kids into custody and wont give them both back to me even though I showed them that they didnt even need to take my kids and now I do not what to do there is more to be told but I will explain it all later please contact me back

My Daughter is married with a 5mo old baby girl that CPS is threatening to take away. She was babysitting 2 children the baby she was watching was picked up and dropped or pushed off the sofa by the toddler she was watching she ended up with a scratch and a bruise but is fine. she contacted the foster mother immediately and she seemed unbothered by anything. Next thing we know CPS shows up and interogates my daughter and puts her baby on protective orders. she had nothing to hide and talked to them. Our grandbaby is well taken care of and happy and healthy. We are going thru hell please someone help us.

My daughter lives with us along with her two year old son and her two older children from her long time marriage. I won’t take time to go into details here but I would love to hear some advice about a certain aspect of our problems with CPS and with the ex-husband.
The new step mother is mean to my grandchildren. She punishes them by denying them food, she makes them stay in their rooms for days, she denys them medical treatment and other things. The father is afraid of her and afraid of looking a fool for marrying her (my opinion).
CPS has been contacted five times that we know for sure (twice by us). No investigation has gone forward. The father bragged that his good friend and fellow church member works for CPS and protects them from these “bogus reports.”
We do not have money for a lawyer, let alone a private investigator. My husband and I are retired and my daughter raises her children on disability due to severe physical illness.
What can we do????
At this moment, the father has a court order keeping our daughter form seeing her children. It was given to him on his testamony with no evidence of any wrong doing on her part. He is without a job and we are afraid he may be planning to move out of state.

I am looking for an attorney in the State of NV who is willing to fill a case against CPS.
CPS filed false allegations against me of emotional and mental abuse of my then 15 year old daughter when I told them that I did not believe her allegations of lewdness (Gross Misdemeanor). Please note that dispite not believing her I protected her and sent her to a court appointed therapist, I went to a therapist, I took all of their CPS’ required non-offending parent classes, and I divorced my husband. The Juvenile Court magistrate (not a judge) then dismissed the charges against me, and then with his next breath, denied the resoration of my custody and ordered supervised only visitation and no overnights until the civil case CPS had against my ex-husband was finalized. The D.A. and CPS then postponed for the next year and a half his Juvenile Court Evidentiary Hearing. I spent that year and half in Family Court trying to get at least unsupervised visitation back which was finally granted to me. CPS refused to acknowledge the Family Court Judge ruling and will not allow me unsupervised visitation. I feel that the Juvenile Court Magistrate had no right to take my cusody away based on the trial date of someone I was no longer marrried to. I feel they went through the motion of due process. If the Judge had not dismissed the charges against me, I could have had a trial in which the worst outcome would have been making my daughter a ward of the court. Instead, he admitted I had done nothing wrong and still served me up with the worst case penalty. To let you know how surreal this situation is; the same Magistrate gave my ex-husband unsupervised visitation with our daughter, born 2 days after my oldest daughter made her allegations because he felt all the delays by the D.A. and CPS were unwarranted, but did not give me back my visitation. My daughter will be 17 in a few months. I miss being a real Mom to her.

Today at hearing to withdrawl my attorney because of improper defense,
misguiding me, not filing an objection to the petition to terminate my rights

I was told by Judge Dobrich after I showed the judge an attorney grievance
complaint on the attorney, that I could represent myself or be forced to go
to the TPR hearing next week June 11th (1:30pm) 12th(9:30am) &13th(9am)
represented by this attorney. The attorney (whom could not believe that I did
follow through with the attorney grievance commission) stood up and
stated “there is no way your honor , I can represent this defendant after she
had filed a complaint on me” the judge quickly recessed and the attorney
quickly tried to leave.
I ask her “hey we got alot of work to do , when can we meet”, she told me “I
do not know, I got to call about the complaint”. I have been in conflict with
this attorney for over a month.
Further, I was refused the tape of the hearing and told by Naomi Criswell
(Judge Dobrich’s secertary) that “The Judge does not want YOU to have such
media”.
Me and my children need anyone whom can support us to come to the hearing.
I’m sorry about the short notice but I had ask the attorney a week and a half
before she file the withdrawl to file the withdrawl plus I was sure I would
be able to get a new attorey since the attorney did not file an objection or
evern meet with me since the last hearing.
I guess I underestimatied that Judge Dobrich will do what ever she wants.

1) Charlette Pugh Tall has other responsibilities and interests tied into the State of Michigan which create a conflict of interest in regards to my case (summated in the letters below). When I found out of this conflict of interest she had already been my attorney for almost a year and should have disqualified herself.
2) Charlette Pugh Tall did not provide competent representation to me as her client. Though I had paid her well ($6,000) she left only one week before my termination of parental rights hearing to meet with me and prepare for my case leaving no time to do investigations, depositions and go over evidence for my case. She further denied me competent representation by telling me that she was not going to research my case which had many inaccuracies in the reports from Cass County DHS and she further misguided me by telling me the information was not relevant. I found this to be untrue when I received the termination petition and realized that the past information was being very much used against me and I had to scramble around at the last minute to summit the evidence in time because Charlette Pugh Tall failed to meet the time guidelines on filing an answer to the petition and I had to file my own answer.
3) Charlette Pugh Tall further demonstrated a conflict of interest in representing me and favors the opposition by not mounting a proper defense for me; no answer, no time for evidence, no depositions.
4) Charlette Pugh Tall is further in defiance of the scope of representation and allocation of authority between client and lawyer by not abiding by my decisions to present evidence, file an objection to the termination, put in a motion to resume my parenting time, explain to me at the last hearing (March 6th, 2008) what it meant (to wave my rights) and why Charlette Pugh Tall waived my rights to further hearings and allowed the filing of the termination hearing. This has never been explained to me though I have asked several times and never did give permission to have my rights waived or have an understanding of what that meant.
5) Charlette Pugh Tall abandoned my case by not filing an objection to the termination petition which I had very much requested several times and felt was at the upmost importance.
6) Charlette Pugh Tall further mislead me by telling me after the March 6th hearing (after I once again suggested that I summit evidence to prove that Cass County DHS did not have accurate facts) that I could get evidence ready in case we lost the case so I could appeal when in fact I found out that evidence must be put in before the decision to terminate my rights is reach.
This is a email from my fiancé (whom is also on the service case-plan) and has communicated many times with Mrs. Tall and had my permission to do so. This email was never answered.

On a different note, I went to Dr. Haugen’s office and took my court ordered psych evaluation. He gave me the “test” on a copy machine copy, then while I was taking the test, he told me I could go home and fax it to him when I finished. I told Dr. Monroe how he gave me the “test” on a copied piece of paper and she said that was illegal, as in bootlegging, because psychologists are required to buy the answer sheets because they are copyrighted - in a sense, if one copies it, they are stealing it, just like a move or DVD.

On Sept. 24, 2005, DCF picked up my children, 2 days prior I had gotten into an argument with my boyfriends sister, whom we were living with at the time. The police were called out, they asked my boyfriend if he could get his car fixed and out of that household,he did and we left. We were driving down the street and i told him to let me out and i told him to go get his friends car becausethe brakes were bad on his car, an officer pulled over and asked me if i needed help and i asked to use his phone, i called his sister and she came to pick us up. The next day DCF came to the house and removed my son from the house and picked up my daughter from school. Dcf claimed me and my boyfriend were fighting, i went to court a couple years later and they took away my paternal rights. I completed all the classes and drug test that they required. The court said i didn’t do it in time, but i did it when my caseworker told me to do it. Every time i asked him about the classes he would tell me there were no classes to take. So, now they want to adopt out my children, and i feel that is wrong because i did everything the court asked of me, i feel like i had insufficient counsel. If you would please help me to get my babies back.

I need help. In February, 2008, I was arrested for child abuse. My 16-year old son (6′0 tall) called me a fu%%ing bitch. I slapped his mouth, he then took my shoulders and threw me to the floor. I called the police to have him removed from the house, but they insisted I call a family member to come get him. I called his father.
His father is $58,000 behind on child support, and at that time only had visitation per my supervision (public place) for 2 hours each week, due to his drinking and drug use- and being caught for lying to the court about what he’d put the kids through. I have three kids by him.
Shortly after my son was picked up by his father and Aunt ( father has no driving privaleges for many years yet), State police came to my home and arrested me.
I plead guilty as a plea bargain so the event would stay non-public, and I was put on probation for 6 months.
In April, I took my children to a hotel (a yearly tradition for them to swim). I had drank vodka before going to the hospital (there was no walk-in clinic in town) to have them checked for lice, as I was told I had it a few days before that.
The hospital staff said I probably should not drive, so I voluntarily handed my keys over, yet they initiated a call to police. The police did not arrest me, and they even gave us a ride back to the hotel.
I called my ex-husband and asked if he could help me get a ride back to my house. I realized I would be better off taking public transportation, and told him to forget it.
Several hours after arriving home, child protective services came to investigate. The next day, they removed my children from my home, and I was arrested a few days later when I arrived for an appointment I had set with the probation officer to explain my contact with the police.
Child protective services removed the children on a basis that “I was hallucinating about bugs, convincing the children they had them; driving drunk with the kids, and other”
My ex-husband has been secretly (no taxes, or income to prove) working for his sister for the last two years. She owns two houses on a small farm, one which my ex lives in- all bills paid by her, for compensating his labor.The sister volunteered to be the relative foster parent. Now my children are with him full-time (secretly- cause it isn’t ordered that way, just not provable).
He abused me for many years before I finally ended up in a homeless shelter with the kids. Now he has his support lowered to almost non-existent payments, which he only pays when a show-cause hearing comes up- generall 4 times a year, approx $2000 yearly. He hired (or his sister did) an attorney to say he no longer makes $20 an hour, he is only part-time minimum wage. He has avoided taxes (NEVER has paid!!) and the lawyer recently documented this was due to alcoholism!
I’m stuck…and scared, and victimized just as I have been for the past 16 years of being a parent to his children which he gladly uses as an outlet for his abusive nature toward me.
I have a court appointed attorney, and a trial date tomorrow for assuming just cause for the children’s removal. The attorney (Stacey Rentfrow) says it doesn’t take much for the court to decide to keep them wards of the state…and she thinks they have enough. I really don’t know what to do.

We refused to watch a Shaken Baby Syndrome VHS video at the hospital after having our 5th child.
We were then interviewed by two social workers and one CPS agent visited our home and I refused to speak with the agent.
We have not been charged with anything yet.

My two children where taken out of my home in 2006 revolving from faulse acusations including my ex-husband for a crimminal case pending, child support owed and two restraining orders ordered. He was involving himself in the home while two resraining orders where ordered and retaliation against me because I was in a new relationship. I was put into a mess when my daghter 14 was not getting her way by contacting her father and grandma because of the rest orders. In the process, I was put into juvinile court with a pd defender who broke client confientuality, and did not represent me fair. I reported her to the bar. I wrote the courts before every hearing contesting. I was ignored. My crimminal case got dropped and my daughter recanted and said she lied on two occasions. The c.p.s investigated it was found unsubstainciated, inconclusive, and un founded. The second attorney did not get me what I wanted and was dicrimantory towards me. I reported him to the bar. In the process, I was put in pro per when I was not present in court even though they siad I was incompitent! I wrote asking for a lawyer before the contestment hearing and the courts and services denied, my request at the critical stages of the hearings and then relieved my current lawyer when I wasn’t present in court. All along ignoring all my letters of contesment of all aligations to be faulse. The social services discrimminated against me the first time I came to the office, while asking me to sign thier mental health forms of incompitence. I did not sign, and I contested against thier abuse. I was put into a situation where I was given no leagal help from the biginning. I am now in appeal for not being allowed due process of my civil rights. The cps job is to discrimminate due to faulse alligations, ruin families so they cannot re-unite and break civil laws in the process. I never in my nightmares thaught this could happen to me I am a good mom who supported my family alone, got off of wellfare, and got rid of a abuser in the process. I am having a problem getting CPS to actually do something to protect my daughter. She is 4 yrs old and was being molested by her father over a year ago. There was an eye witness that caught him in the act. CPS closed the case and gave me a paper saying that she couldnt be around her father until the criminal case pending against him was resolved. This was a case closure agreement. When I took this paper into the divorce courtroom the judge told me that it is heresay and gave him supervised visitation. This is emotionally disturbing for my daughter and for me as well. Just knowing what he has done to her, and yet he still gets to see her. That is just sick. We live in Van Zandt county in Texas. If you have any info that would help, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks and by the way, she didnt outcry to cps but she did to her therapist, the therapist reported this to cps in june of last year, and we still havent heard anything regarding it.

I am loosing my 5 kids to Ventura Co. CPS in California. Basically the courts order something to be done by the caseworker and she is not following the orders by the judge. There was suppose to be referrals made that were told to me by the judge that needed to be done in so many working days.This was never completed therefore making me look like I am not following the case plan. 2nd I cant seem to work with my caseworker due to no contact with me when I call or ask questions.I am also not getting my court ordered visitations with my boys that are in a different foster home. I am running into a no end situation with the system and I am on the verge of losing my children. I feel that I have been treated very unfairly and I am a victim right along with my children to this system. I am not being heard or explained to what I need to do. And when I do as recommended, it is not properly noted in the files. There is always missing information in court paperwork. My offense was basically a disordered room due to some other issues during the day. It wasn’t dirty but disorganized with a knocked over ashtray and a box full of items in rubber maid containers. I live in a home that has many other family members due to financial issues as a single mom. I am doing the best I can to raise my children in todays economy. It isn’t easy. There were other children in the home besides my own. They were not removed with the same circumstances as mine. I dont fully understand many terms that the CPS uses. Also when I try to make the correct statements the CPS people refuse to hear it. I am fighting a losing battle. Can someone please help me before it is too late. My next (last I think) court hearing is June 16th, 2008 at 8:00 am. Also can someone please explain to me about contempt of court procedures and appealing cases. I need help. My parental rights were terminated and I appealed (which by the way was not informed about the possibility from the start). I won the appeal based on ICWA act but cannot prove my heritage. I am at my wits end. I know that alot of mistakes were made, as well, false accusations. I forgot to say that my court is out of san bernardino and my case is being re-heard on the 19th of june. My daughter will be conveniently on a field trip and unable to attend the hearing. They are not allowing her access to the people of importance i.e. family, attorney, judge. She is claiming that the current social worker is lying and is being told that she will never come home because I am mentally ill and cannot take care of her. Also they currently have her in counseling and is being convinced that I am unable to take care of her.

I have had accusations about me that have been unfounded and I didn’t even get to speak before my children were taken from me. Hello my name is Amanda Lloyd, I am writing because two of my children have been wrongfully taken out of my care by The State of Michigan.
I n 2006 my ex husband took custody of our two children. I did have visits. In November those visits stopped. I called my ex and he told me my kids had the flu. Weeks went by and still no visits. I then called the state. I was told there was a flu going around.
December came around and I called the state again nothing happened again. Christmas passes and on the 26th I called the local police department for them to go over and cheek on my two children. The police called me back and told me my daughter was taken to a foster home. I asked about my son the police then told me my son was in South Bend Indiana in the hospital and they did not think he would live through the night. I asked what happened they then told me they believed his father and girl friend, had beat him. I went to the hospital to find my son with bruises, bumps, burns and tape marks covering his whole body except the bottom of his feet. He had a tube in his mouth breathing for him. A tube in his nose to feed him and he is in a coma. I tried to stay the night but they wouldn’t let me. I went to court for a year fighting for them. Then in 2008 they terminated my rights and are now placing them up for adoption. They never even gave me a chance. I was not even showed how to take care of my son. Who is real special needs. He has a feeding tube a pump on the in side that gives him meds for his tone and a lot of different meds for head trauma. I did tell the courts that I did not think I could care for him. But I love my son and wonted to be able to try or to even start caring for him slow so I could learn. T he case workers would always tell me that Daniel wouldn’t be able to come home but Roberta would and I would still get to see my son. If you can please help me in any way write me back and I would explain more. I at least would like for the whole story to be out so maybe I can prevent this happing to other children. His father and father’s girl friend got 15 to 80 years for my son’s torture. But I feel that is not long enough they took a normal 4 year olds life away he can never so the things he’s always wonted to do. I also have two children at home they know what has happened and would like to see their siblings and cannot. They’re really suffering as well. M y oldest daughter has seen some of the abuse for a little while but was afraid to say anything because she might get hurt as well. I m really dealing with a lot from her because she don’t get to see her brother and sister. Some parts of her think it’s her fault because she did not tell. She doesn’t sleep at night is afraid to leave my side because of her being hurt still. This is hurting my family so bad. We need some help I’ve been every were I can think of here for help and I get nothing. I m on disability and cant afford to hire a lawyer to fight this. I also don’t have the fund to get any thing ready for my son like a home that a is wheel chair ready, a car that can fit all four of my children in and a wheel chair. I’ve even thought about hiring some one to come over a few hours a day to help me with him. I would enjoy just being able to see them and let them no I care. I can understand why my son didn’t get to come home but I have two daughters at home, so why can’t I have the last daughter at home with visitation to my son? Well that is some of my story I hope you might be able to help.

Hello, my name is maribel when i was 14 i had a baby girl named gabriela. by the time i was 15 she got taken away from me because her farther and his friend’s.They called cps and said i was doing drugs and hitting my baby and making up lie’s because i left him.
I tryed everything to get her back i passed all the drug test’s, i went to 4 parenting classes and they still kept her form me.one day the cps worker told me i was nothing but a chola and mexican’s dont need anymore kid’s she said she was going to do everthing in her power to take her from me.I asked for a new case worker i thought that she would at least help me more into getting my child back but she allowed the old cps worker to help her and tell her lie’s.By the time i turned 16 i was already set to have another baby
i was about 7 months, i went to court and the cps lady told me if i did not sign my rights away she was going to take my unborn child away. So i did.
after all that the cps worker smiled at me and walked away.
but now im not scared and im ready for whatever it take’s to get my child back.
because where she’s at now is hell
my aunty popped her arm out of the socket twice and my aunty just married a man off the internet after only knowing him 2 months and hashim the same home as my baby girl.he hit’s her and screams at her and my aunty allows it to happen.
so if anyone is reading this please help me get my baby back and help me fight cps and the state for allowing this to happen.

I need help quickly because CPS are going to try to put a motion in to sever my parental rights in August, 2008 and it’s already mid-June. They have my 3 year old son on a drug for his aggressive behavior but he is only acting out because he wants to be home. They stopped my visits in January 2008 because of his behavior and then placed him on this pill. The pill is not approved by the FDC for children under the age of 5 and it has serious side affects one being sudden rare cases of death. And recently in reports the pill hasn’t even been affective because he is still acting out aggressively towards people. I am running out of time and it’s serious I don’t want to loose my children to these money hungry devils using my babies to make them wealthy. They had no reason to take them in the first place. And if there is anyone out there that reads this…. has anyone ever heard of C.P.S. giving a child especially one that is supposedly being neglected an I.Q. test.. In which my 6 year old scored 119 on the first part of it and they never told me the end results of it? I still haven’t come across anyone who they have done this to.

My husband and I are interested in finding an attorney to help bring to light the gross negligence of Guilford County CPS. We are currently involved with Piedmont Family Services, Child/Victim Advocacy Council, and Guilford County Sheriff’s Dept - but all as it relates to my children being the victim of sexual assault. This case began two years ago with the arrest and conviction of Richard “Chip” Williams -Former NASCAR Spokesman. It is well documented or lack thereof I should say, how we are the victims of a catastrophic system failure by Guilford County CPS. It is time the spotlight of interrogation is shined back at them only then can we hope to spare more families the emotional torture their ineptness and cruelty causes on a daily basis.
Guilford County CPS is currently trying to “save face” by harassing my husband and I with their Gestapo tactics and threatening to take our three small children from us. The scenario is too in-depth to describe via this forum but I am begging for help. This CPS agency as well as the citizens/victims of Guilford County are in serious need of a wake up call. My husband and I cannot do it alone and we are begging for someone to help us bring it to light. We are willing to fight for not only our rights as parents but to help those who can’t fight for themselves.

I recently in Aug 2007 Had my 2nd daughter , and along with that there were problems with my babys daddy that led me to get a restraining order. Well after I had my 2nd daughter I had no help, up night and day ,all alone til one day I couldnt handle it….i was busting my — while their fathers out playing stupid games. I fell into post partum depression and was brought to belive that it would lead to me becoming a bad mother so I decided to let my mom take them 4 a while until I could settle my mental stability, I let my mom keep them until october because she kept on fighting with me until she took it to court to get gaurdianship but will only admit so, shes trying to go 4 them 4 custody. So I went to court and fought to get them back and was put on a 6 month trial period by cps and the judge .well 1 month into getting them back i was having a couple drinks at my house when i got into a verbal dispute that turned into a physical dispute with a guy that i was dating at the time.noone was seriously hurt. I went to jail for the night because I was rude to the officer and was released the next morning meanwhile my mom came and took the girls. well the girls father came back into the picture a couple weeks later and put both of my daughters on his taxes and was supposed to give up half but he ended up beating the **** out of me and putting me in the hospital and left meanwhile welfare cut me off of TANF because I did not comply with their wanting me to file for child support because he told me he would give me $ and the taxes and i belived him. so I practically was surviving on everyone helping me until I could find out how to get stabilized.financially Then my worker shows up at the door and takes me to another city for a drug test including hair sample which came back inconclusive pee test 15ng of marijuana and hair strand test negative 4 everything.so my final court date was in like 2 weeks for final custody, after I did everything they wanted like taking parenting classes, mental health, got a job, filed 4 child support, gave up permission 4 them to get into everything state related i did everything they wanted.everything. and all I was told was they were going to take my kids for neglect cause of domestic abuse and for being incarcerated those are the reasons they are trying to get me 4 and i think its stupid so anyways they said the kids were not gonna make it with me because i was not stable money wise 2 but i got a job but still heard it wasnt good enough so when they said it the last time i told them they werent gonna get my kids and signed them over to my mom. They went to court and she got gaurdianship while i got a letter in the mail saying i got a 432b100-101 and i dont know what 2 do I have to go against the letter to take it back to court and prove thAT CPS was telling me all that crao making me belive i wasnt good enough and because it is the gov i belived them when i could of kept my kids and not had this emptiness and seperation anxiety from them. All I know is that I know tcps messed up somewhere big along this case and i said something to them when my worker mcgriff said that she would get her lawyer to go against me so i assume that i can get them 4 something but i dont know where 2 start because I have never had problems like this until i moved to this town and thats all they do here all day is call cps on eachother even if there is a little scratch from the kid learning to walkand the town is all connected 2 cps thru welfare, mental health, the doctor office, the polce department and human services thats all thats in this town other than mcdz and its like theyre all in for trying to take everyones kids for nothing and some 4 real reasonswell i have like more to write but will leave it at that 4 now all I know is cps is deceiving and evil and there is nothing good in the system i know i grew up my whole life in it and suffer still my worst fear is me not raising my kids and cps getting them. help me

ACS of NYC showed up at our door tonight. I had written to my childrens’ therapist of 2 years terminating our relationship last weekend. This therapist kept telling me one of my daughter’s was psychotic and needed meds. I am in the process of getting a second opinion and OBJECTIVE testing. The therapist got very angry I am doing this and made a long and outrageous report to ACS… therefore their visit. Tomorrow I have to take my daughter to the ER to see a hospital shrink AGAIN so she can tell him its her IMAGINATION and doesn’t really see things!! She has had zero behavior problems in school and no problems until THIS came up.

I live in California. The father of my daughter was arrested for falsely kidnapping our daughter. CPS took my daughter and wont return her to me. They won’t return her to me unless i lie about her father, who was alleged to be a target in a high profile CHP murder. They say i have to agree with there version of what happened or they won’t offer me services to get my baby back. If i lie in court and the truth comes i know i will never get my baby back.

My dil took my grandsons and moved to her mom’s… She is telling my son that she cannot let him see his kids. She says CPS told her not to… My son has not seen his boys in a month, but she lets him talk to them on the phone, and they constantly ask him to come get them.
Their son hit his head, and she claims my son did it. He is the best dad, his kids love him so much, to see them together is proof. She has cheated on him and always runs to her mom, and I think this is a made up thing to get free.
What can I do to help? Does he need a lawyer? Shouldn’t there be some ORDER in place for her to keep the boys from him? If I go get them and let him see them, can we get in trouble? This is breaking my heart. I was going to call CPS and ask if there is a case or investigation, but having stumbled on this site.. I am not sure about doing that.

I had a child in 1999 i was 15 and cps severed my rights and my daughter was adopted by her paternal great grandmother, in 2006 the great grandmother passed away and now my child is on the streets living with whom ever will take her. I need a lawyer asap. I called cps to see if they could maybe help me get her back legally and they said there was nothing they could do. I have alot of evidence in this case that proves Cps wrong. Medical records, Police records, and some court records, I am currently trying to gat ahold of the case from cps themsleves but it seems nobody is able to locate the complete file! Since my daughter i have had 4 more kids and 2 of them were removed from the home and sucsessfully returned home after about 1 month. the cps caseworker that was handeling the case (the first one) was fired due to child abuse and child neglect to her own kids. I have a good case against cps but I need a lawyer to put the case together and file the law suit. If you have any info on lawyers that have the guts to file a lawsuit against the cps please contact me asap.

To the woman gloria that posted june 30th about her son and his boys, you don’t have to call cps you can go the superior court and a judge will determine if your son is allowed to see his kids and cps won’t be involved unless the mom of the boys or your son are abusing the boys. i wish you, your son and your grand kids the best.

it may just be me. but we are being reactive, instead of being proactive, if we want this proble with cps to stop. them taking kids out of good homes, turning good perants into crazed monsters, lieing to the court the list could go for days, we need to get together and stop them. they are not above the law, but if we react to them in stead of stopping them we will just be here, I have heard many crys for help here, and my hart goes out to all of you, right now you fell alone, your not! CPS does not know what to do if they fell you do care what they are doing and you are watching them. lets watch them, write every thing down, show them your not playing with them. tell them you are writing things down and can they repete that.use so what you said was? But what about the case workers that take one side with out facts and with lies, and then when they are shown the lies were not ture, and they still hold on like pitbulls. Just so they do not have to admit they mess up.
We all make misteaks and so do they .
We are made to stand accountable for ours why should they not excpt responibilty when they mess up. They could just say they made a misteak and right thier wrong .this should be the way it done.

I have had a terrible experience with CPS. There are some allegations of mistreatment against an exboyfriend of mine who is no longer with me. CPS has told me that if I try to testify on his behalf for the defense, I will “force their hand” into taking my children. I was 6 weeks pregnant and lost my child due to the stress they have put on me. They are in my house every week educating me on Domestic Violence and even suggested abortion when I was pregnant. There is no open case on me - yet they are in my home every week insisting Im a good mom, but they need to be here. Im tired of it. What can I do?

I have been on this site, and have put down my problems, and still have not received any help. My daughter Kristina was taken from me April 25, 2006, and has not been returned, because they say she is a danger to society. Kristina has Asperger`s and ADHD. At every hearing it is the same thing, nothing changes and my daughter is being affected by all of this emotionally and mentally. She has already tried to kill herself 5 times! My court appointed attorney is doing nothing to get her home, and this keeps dragging and dragging. I Need Help! If there are any lawyers out there with compassion I would really appreciate the help. CPS in Hazleton PA took my son Legolas into foster care. He was only one month old. Their reason for this is. “Your daughter (who is 7 years old) Was molested by your infants son’s father and you knew about it” Then they promptly had six cops at my house Stole my son out of his bassenet and practically ran out of my house. We took their drug test. We took Their lie detector test. We have proved That I didnt know anything about this Molestation and two that My infants father didnt do it.
I went to Public Lawyers since I can’t afford one. And guess what They dont help with CPS!!!
I served 5 years in the Army Active duty. I served over one year in Iraq. I was also Nominated for person of the year in the Standard Speaker in 2007 for stopping a robber while pregnant in the Uni-Mart on South Church Street.
Why did I fight for this country and get raped by an Iraqi National??? What point is all of this if I can’t even be with my own children…

My 4 month old son was taken from me after several threats by my sons father to take my child, he reported that he feared for his life and my sons after finding out that i had filed for child support causing cps to come and “investigate” remove him. I was falsly accused of neglect which i have documentation to prove i wasn’t, among other things i was given supervised visits at a relatives then had them taken away from me because of a new worker taking the case because the old one was not doing her job. i have had my words twisted and turned around on me, by everyone at cps, this is another form of control by my sons father who was also charged with neglect and has failed to complete anything on his psa agreement. i have tryed to explain the continued abuse by him and the judicial system. I have completed and am undergoing everything on my psa. I am a very loving and caring mother looking for a attorney to help me get my 8 month old son back. my wife and i are about to loose our kids. i am the accused my wifes daughter is the one to make the accusation. but there is no proof and because of that the police have dropped the case but cps wont go away and better yet they have not only told me that i can not see the kids (that includes my son) but they have now taken them from my wife and have told
her it is because she still has contact with me so she is there for a bad mother. our PD’s arent doing anything they havent even contacted us we had a cps meting the other day cps didnt notify pd’s so my wife asked that it be rescheduled but cps said no that our lawyers didnt need to be there. went to pd’s offices and was told that our pd’s didnt have to be there if they so saw fit not to be there even at our requests asked to speek with them there not there have been trying to contact them for at least 5 days now no response. now they want me to give copys of all court docs because they dont have anything. i had to file a letter with cps to get our file i had to get police report i have had to find all info on my own can anyone help PLEASE!!

I am having a situation right now with my oldest son and his father. First my ex is in violation of our court order that I am to be able to talk to my son on the phone whenever I want to and that I am to be able to take him for visitation. I have since found out why I haven’t talked to him. My son was taken by DCF from my ex for abuse. The details on that aren’t clear since I don’t know what happened. All I know is that my ex went to jail for hitting or beating up his other children’s mother and apparently there were allegations of child abuse on the youngest who is just a baby. I am not totally sure but what I want to know is that can I get my son back. He is with his grandmother and I was under the understanding that when DCF steps in the parents who are non offending are contacted about the incident and given the chance to take custody of the child. I really need some advice on this matter because my ex says that he will sign custody to his mother before he will allow our son out of the state of SC to come and be with me and his younger brother and older sister. Please help me thanks.

To Whom It May Concern
We are looking for some advice, guidance and/or representation in hopes of reuniting our family. CPS in Orange County took custody of my daughter based on allegation of abuse by my husband, her step father, in Dec 2006. Custody was given to her biological father in Jan of 2007. When CPS finally decided they should interview other children in her father’s homes, her father fled the state. He left my daughter in the custody of her maternal grandfather. Shortly after her father’s hasty exit from the state, I was once again given custody of my daughter. After a very lengthy and expensive trail I was force to sign a settlement before the court ruling. I had just been diagnosis with cancer and need to start chemotherapy. On the stand during the trail, my daughter admitted that she had lied; however, I just didn’t have the strength to continue to be bullied and manipulated by CPS and the system. I needed to focus on my health issues and get CPS and the court out of our lives. Part of my agreement with the court was that my husband agreed to sign a civil restraining order; however, he was not allowed to have representation in the court. I agreed to have my daughter in therapy with a psychologist outside of the system. These were things we intended on doing and felt needed to be done at the time. We also believe it would end the invasion of CPS in our lives and I could focus on my health and my daughters well being. Only later did we find out that CPS did not intend on leaving us alone and continued to harass us for several more months. I was forced to sign a voluntary agreement with them. We were told if I did not sign the agreement, they would take my child and re-file charges to get me back into court to force me into an agreement. Under threat of my child being taken again while undergoing chemotherapy treatments, I really had no choice but to sign the voluntary agreement with them. I no longer had the energy to fight them. Unfortunately, we did not know what their true intention was, if we did, we would have never signed the settlement in court.
My 11 year old daughter has been in therapy for over a year now and it is clear to the therapist that no abuse by her stepfather has ever taken place. My daughter, as well as her therapist, would like to start conciliation with my husband. My husband and I would like that very much but want to make sure we do it correctly. We do not want to put my daughter in any jeopardy of being taken again by CPS. My husband and I have followed every letter of the agreement, even in the most difficult of situations during with my illness. We are looking for some guidance to see, that within this crazy system, if it is at all possible to start reunification.
We know from being in the system, CPS and the courts are able to do whatever suites them, with no consideration for what is in the child’s best interest and with no accountability. My husband and I are committed to see this through. We will wait out the additional 2 years on the restraining order if necessary. My husband has been the father figure in her life since she was a baby, nobody involved believes waiting is in my daughter best interest, unless it puts her in danger with CPS. My husband, my daughter and I are all in individual therapy with experienced therapist, 2 of which are PHD’s. Will the courts listen to the experts or is it all about what the untrained CPS workers want? If we have to wait out the 2 years on the restraining order, what happens then? Is reconciliation possible? Is there a way to reunite my family?
I have now completed my cancer treatments, and praise God, am now cancer free. We pray that God will guide us in this endeavor and help show us the correct path to take. I really believe ifs it God will we will be able to once again be together as a family.

Become a Kinship foster parent and
have the State move your granddaughters into your home. Sign up for fostercare licensing and become a licensed foster parent to your grandchildren. Hire an attorney and ask for party status in the court action. Keep on top of everything that is going on with your granddaughters and if you suspect any form of child abuse, sexual or otherwise, you too are entitled to call the CPS hotline and make a report.
CPS will have to investigate. Doing nothing but standing by and seeing what CPS and the State does in your grandchildren’s behalf only makes you as guilty as those who are hurting the girls.

i am writing this because florida dcf took my babies and they wont give them back not even to my mother all dcf dose is lie about everything. i am looking for a good lawyer that will represent my kids to be there lawyers to get them out of foster care they are 18 months old and almost 3 years old. dcf is tring to take away my prental rights now. i am scared because with all there lies they have been getting away with everything and now my poor babys are suffering bad. my mother passed her home study to get the kids they even told the judge that and now they are saying she didnt pass so she cant have the kids. all my babies do is crying for mommy and daddy please we need a lawyer for them.

almost 3 years back i went thru my divorce here in buckhannon wv.i had been happily married, ex’s family got her addicted to drugs and alcohol..i spent the 17grand i had n my 401k on a lawyer, ruin my credit fighhting for daughters well being , still no luck, court system dosnt care the lawyer i hired more or less sold me out so he could get in a better posistion on other cases he had.
so i see my daughter every other weekend and and put up with her moms hassles about this
6 weeks bak my daugter and i returned from beach, i took her home xplaining id see her wednesday and the weekend just aftr that. that wednesday rolls around.daughtr is missing i search for days only for local police to tell me “THERES AN INVESTIGATION STAY AWAY FROM EX”S RESIDENCE” Im thinking finally ive caught the break i needed maybe her mom has finally got busted- and i can get daughter back and things will be well. after looking for days for my daughter, cps calls me and says im being investigated. im like u gotta be kidding. im not the functioning alcoholic drug dealer here. It just so happens that the ex wife had been taping me when we had a verbal dispute and yeah i probaly said some wrong things, but after two years of fighting for your child’s welfare who wouldnt. the court system just dosnt care and neitheir does cps. they xplain to me now that im a “VERBAL ABUSER’, and they suspect no drug problems in my ex’s wife home at all. and now if she gets busted they wont give my daughter to me but to foster care. my ex actually moved my daughter 3 hours away to the roughest most drug nfested part of wv where she lives with her family (who are convicted drug felons) here in upshur county wv the lawyer that represents exwife use to work for fam court judge, so its hard to get a fair say at all. i have a new lawyer now who seems fair-but im wondering if he has gumption to fight for whats right or if hes just goin thru the paces.
so im outta money my credits ruined and i constantly worry wondering if my daughter is okay. Im supposed to have supervised visits now an hour a week untill this whole matter is resolvd ,,in last 7 weeks ive saw my daughter two hours,,the ex has managd not to show up for two of the visits..but i still pay my required 600.00 a month support …once in the begining 3 years back she was even two hours late picking up child at a wv funded visitation center,,wen she finally arrived . the visitation center tells me she over slept ..lol who over sleeps at 7pm wen they are supposed to pick kids up. whats a man to do-do i mortgage my house and hope i can hire someone who can help me. all kids give is love and all they want is love back and this little girl deserves a good upbringing with her dad who has no subatnce abiuse problems.
i constantly toss and turn losing sleep worrying about her and if shes okay.
last time i saw her her legs had lots of flea bites. i dont even have an addres or a nubr for child ,my lawyer says its so she cant make any false allegations.

Need Legal Assistance.
My 8 month old grandchild was removed from his home July 14 2008 due to a ‘filthy home’ he was placed 8 hrs away. Since that July day, My son and daughter-in-law have kept a clean home, as witnessed and photographed by the Army, cps and various others who have been to their home. they have been attending 2 different parenting classes, marriage counseling and individual therapy as per Cps. the only paperwork they have been given lists the ‘end date’ as august 14th 2008 they have never been to court.
I have traveled from Northern Virginia to Killeen, TX to try and help. I was told in July (by phone) that CPS would do a background check on me so that I might keep the child in their home as a supervisor. I have been in Killeen now for almost one month and am still waiting. I also requested that we have a visitation schedule set up. But no one returned my calls. Yesterday 9-8-8 I finally got ahold of a supervisor at CPS and he was unaware that my grandchild was not in the home or that he was placed so far away. (?)
They have been without their child for two months now and CPS seems to want ‘a do-over’ where cps can start the whole process over from the beginning. ?huh?
I need the assistance of someone who is knowledgable with CPS procedures. From everthing I have read about Texas CPS online and how the system is supposed to work… I can’t find anything nor anyone to help when it has been horribly mishandled.
I’m still here in Killeen, Tx. waiting for someone/anyone to help.

WELLL HELLO MY NAME IS MARIELA. i am currently a foster parent & also a student at the university. i will graduate next year with my B.A. in human services. i need a lawyer. in 2005 i got placed in my home a 9 month old & an 18 month old cauasian. everything was going good until we got the last social worker last year. we were doing the homestudy & everything that involved for us to adopt the children. every month county work would show up to the home & say negative things regarding the children & my family. at one point she said that the child was gone be a psychopath & he was gone kill it was gone be are fault cause he had been in our home the majority of his life. dont teach him spanish cause his wiring is not connected & your confusing the child. well we let the children go. they left in on March 27,2008 the boy got removed on April 6,2008 cause he was too much to handle by his prospected adoption parents. county work has misinterpert everything. i have witnesses & also documentation stating that i have taken the children to the dr.s , receipts of clothing and so on. this county worker didnt do her job. everyone is covering for her. she lied to the parents that were gone adopt the children she told them they were biological brother & sister that is a lie. please help me!!! my babies are separated as we speak they live in different homes they arent even getting therapy as needed.

Need help in Ventura County w/ CPS. I was arrested and charged and my two kids have been taken by VC CPS because of an accident w/ my youngest one. Mostly due to the county not being able to keep their facts straight. Hearing is Tuesday. Need legal help now.

My daughter and fiancee had their kids taken by CPS. They have done all the Service plans and more, but still nothing. Theyhad a child in Dec of 08 and Cps stated the child was born addicted to drugs. My daughter is willing to do hair follicle testing but they are not interested. They want her to do a 9 month residential treatment, but have given her no help to find one, saying it is up to her to prover she wants help and has to find it on her own. Bare basics. Anyone have any help or answers. We live in Mass.

My three children were taken by DCF. They were placed with my sister who has cocaine habit and a criminal history of robbery and drug related crime. We have been at odds for a while. I have been given the same case worker as her and there are no clear lines of communication and hear say being tossed about. I have asked for another case worker and was refused by the Executive Director of Children Home Society. I am concerned about the welfare of my children and would like help in order to regain custody of my children. Ultimately I feel my rights are being violated. Can you please help me?

Cynthia, even though I know nothing about your case I’m absolutely sure your rights are being violated because the child welfare system is set up to violate constitutional rights. Please register at our message board for feedback on your case.
The caseworkers probably chose that sister because you are at odds with her. They want a placement that is not sympathetic to you, where you’re unlikely to get unscheduled visits with your kids.
You don’t mention your state but you say “DCF” so I’m wondering if you’re in FL too.

My son was taken from me September 18th 2008! In the orginal petition dated September 11th 2008 the CPS Worker from Barbour County WV states the “She believes that the best interest and welfare of the infant child or children named in this petition requires that they REMAIN in the physical custody of the respondents, Shesta Bland and ******* ****** (father) but that legal custody be transferred to the Department.” First let me say that me and my son’s father are far from perfect and we have had relationship problems in the past! We have had the cops called on us for fighting ( just yelling at one another and the neighbors called the cops for us disturbing the peace) and I have hit him on one occasion because I caught him with another woman! But we are both young and have made mistakes! Which we have since then learned from! My son’s father has smoked weed on occasion but never in our house, around our son nor has he ever been around him while he was under the influence! CPS tried to say that because my son is special needs that he had shaken baby syndrome but my son was 2 months premature and was only 2 pounds so the doctors told us from the beginning before he even came home from the NICU that he would most likely have delays! My son has seizures and was prescribed Phenobarbital for them! Whenever he would have a seizure and I would take him to the hospital they would just continue to raise the medication without trying to figure out why he was having break throughs and the medication always knocked him out after recieving it so I myself over a 4 week period lower it from 4 milliliters twice a day to 3 milliliters twice a day and he would try to do more things like try to crawl and move around and sit up and stuff like that which is extreme for a special needs child and he wouldn’t just pass out after I gave it to him! It also says in the orginial petition written by the CPS case worker under the section titled CONTINUATION IN THE HOME CONTRARY TO THE WELFARE FO THE INFANT CHILD OR CHILDREN ” That Petitioner is NOT currently requesting the physical custody of any infant child named in th instant Petition. Accordingly, Petitioner states that allegations regarding whether continuation in he home is contrary to the welfare of the infant child or children are inapplicable and no finding on this issue is required of the Court.” And under the section titled REASONABLE ALTERNATVES TO REMOVAL OF THE INFANT CHILD OR CHILDREN ” That Petitioner is NOT currently requestingg physical custody of any infant child named in the instant Petition. Accordingly, Petitioner states that reasonable efforts to prevent removal or preserve the family are ot applicable and no finding on this issue is required of the Court.”
Then when we go to court on September 18th 2008 the Court made the following FINDINGS OF FACT
1: That the Department of Health and Human Resources requested legal custody of the minor child but did not at the time request physical custody of the minor child.
2: That the court is extremely concerned for the safety of the minor child and upon review of the petition contemplated removal.
3. That based upon the Respondent Parents intimidation of the Department worker, excessive foul language, and failure to bring the child to the Department upon request (my mother had him out of town and didn’t make it back in time because he lives 4 1/2 hours away) the Court hereby takes immediate custody of the minor child and he shall be placed in the physical and legal custody of the Department pending the Adjudicatory Hearing.
4. The the Court felt that both Respondent Parents needed an attitude adjustment an until sch tim as both parents choose to cooperae witht he Court, the MDT and the Department Worker, the minor child will remain with the Department.
5,That the department ahs acted in the best interest of the minor child
6. That the Department has made reasonable efforts, with the child’s health and safety being the parmount concern, to preserve the family and prevent or eliminate the need for removing the minor child from the home.
7. That there is no less restrictive alternative than the removal of the minor child from the home of he Respondent Parents.
I have cut some things out but only for things like the visitation and where he was place and so forth but as you can read here they said they had no choice but to remove him when only 7 days earlier CPS whose job it is to supposedly “protect children” thought it in the best interest of my child to remain with his parents so how does that change around that fast? We need an attitude adjustment I didn’t know that being rude or impolite meant that you were abusing your child! And I am in no way excusing that his dad smoked weed but he never was around him when he did it or while he was under the influence and I do realize that I should have just gotten a second opinion about my son’s medication if I didn’t agree with it but even that doesn’t constitute them removing him from my home! They are liars when they say they had no choice but to remove him! They are just covering their butts! My Son may be a special needs child; he has CVI, perventicular lukomalisia, seizures, spasticity in his legs and calcifications on his brain but he is still perfect in my eyes and I don’t love him any less because of it! I don’t try to push off the fact that he has problems but just because I don’t let them get to me or bring me down doesn’t mean I am ignoring them! If anyone here has any advice to help me I would really appreciate it! Thank you so much and keep my son in your prayers that he will be returned home where he belongs!

Me and my fiance Danielle, woke up one morning to find our daughter not breathing. We did CPR on her and then the officer that arrived took over on CPR. We rushed her to the ER and she passed away. We think it was a reaction to the medication that the doctor prescribed. side effects include (difficulty breathing, swelling of the throat,cheeks,tongue,lips,tightening of the chest,vomiting etc.). Because she was a perfectly healthy baby, and the first night she took it she passed away at 19 days old. Now CPS is asking all sorts of questions, and they even forced us to take a drug test today. i need help because i think they are trying to take our 2 year old son! WE ARE GREAT PARENTS!! WE LOVE OUR KIDS AND DO EVERYTHING FOR THEM AND I HAVE NEVER LAYED A HAND ON THEM! we need support! can someone please help? i think they are trying to take him away some how. we are in michigan, and we beg for help. we are good people, we just want them to leave us alone so we can grieve and start building our lifes again. thank you,
