Child Protective Services, CPS, has devastated and destroyed hundreds of thousands of families in America during the last thirty years leaving a trail of broken hearts, broken dreams, and shattered childhoods.
Rather than helping families, government agents have used unconstitutional laws in Juvenile Court to rip children away from their loving parents, break asunder God-given, natural, parent-child bonds, and adopt the children of the grieving out to others who profit financially with large monthly adoption subsidy payments.
Child Protective Services must be stopped! The law that started this, CAPTA, must be repealed. We must work tirelessly to inform the public of this very dangerous travesty of justice. We must keep faith knowing that if there is a God, there is an answer and a way to end this heartache.
Child Protective Services Agents - please come to your senses! Family destruction on false or trivial grounds is wrong, reprehensible, and inhumane.
Fosterers - be aware that for the money you get you are holding much-loved children away from their grieving families while the parents are forced to perform a service plan that is anything but a service to them. I call this hostage holding for the government. This is not kindness - to help misguided government agents destroy family relationships and break loving bonds.
CPS workers and fosterers - I ask that you now let the children of the innocent return to their homes where they are truly valued, adored, and loved by the parents God gave them.
Family rights are God-given rights. And they should not be ignored or postponed. Every moment these loving parents and children spend separated from one another is a torment beyond what anyone should ever have to bear.
It is unworthy of human dignity to allow this terrorism and torture of families to go on without saying something, speaking out, and trying to make a change.

Fighting Child Protective Services False Accusations

Lynn Paddock, 47, and her husband, Johnny, adopted six children from foster care. For people who adopt so many, I use the term “child collectors”. Now Johnny has divorced Lynn and she is on trial for suffocating four-year-old Sean.
Lynn Paddock is accused of suffocating Sean by wrapping him in blankets so tightly that he couldn’t breathe. She allegedly did this to keep him from wandering around in the hallways. She is also accused of using tape to bind another adopted child. She may stand trial for first-degree murder and child abuse at the same time.
Sean’s grandparents are suing the Paddocks and the social services agencies who placed him with her. Although my source article didn’t state it, I wonder if this is one of those cases where the social services agency refused to place the child with his grandparents. He was originally placed with an aunt and uncle, but was taken from them and sent to foster care. The article states, “The case has revealed flaws in the state’s child welfare system.”

I wonder to Linda??? My mother is has been going to court for over a year now trying to get custody. They have nothing against her, I just don’t understand what the big deal is. They know I moved out of the state across country so there really isn’t a way for me to visit them everyday. It is too bad this happened to this family. I fear for my youngest, since she has been placed in 6 Foster Homes in the past two years. We don’t even know if she celebrated her 6th birthday?

My exinlaws lied to DHS and the courts they wanted my children for the money they have been giving me problems for 16 years because I divorce my exhusband because he abused me now that he dead they are punsihing me their names are Kathy Sheehey and Phyllis and Dean Rote they are the most eviliest people that ever lived they wanted my child support and plus my children ssi since their dad died plus whatever the Federal Goverment is giving them you wouldn’t believe all the shit the have done to me.

As an update, Lynn Paddock was found guilty of first-degree murder in the death of 4 year old Sean. She was sentenced to life in prison.

My grand-daughter is in the hand of marting county DDS. It is just a joke. Its like a puppy mill. This is not a large town and at least one child is taken every Friday night. They have just taken my best friends grand-daughter after she broke up with her husband. She had 4 wisdom teeth removed and was taking pain medicine. He caused DS and said that she was addicted to it. This is just outrageous. I cannot believe what they get away with. The have my granddaughtere, the excuse, I kept her on a bottle too long, a water bottle. It was her security thing after her mother deserted her and I did not have the heart to take it away from her, we were working on it when she was taken. These people are totally NUTS.

IM IN MY SECOND GO AROUND WITH DSS,AND FAMILY COURT,MY FIRST WAS A DIVORCE,WHICH MY EX LIED TO TRY AND WIN,IT TOOK 3 YEARS AND THOUSANDS TO SEE MY KIDS AGAIN,
I NOW HAVE JOINT CUSTODY,BUT IT STRAINED MY ONCE CLOSE RELATIONSHIP WITH MY KIDS,NOW MY GIRLFRIEND AND I HAVE TWO KIDS,BUT 4 YEARS AGO SHE WAS PREGNANT AND HAD AN OUTSTANDING ARREST WARRANT,SHE GAVE BIRTH IN JAIL,AND SHE GAVE HER COUSIN TEMP.CUSTODY,WHEN RELEASSED THEY WOULDNT GIVE HIM BACK,AND MADE FALSE ACCUSATIONS TO DSS,THE CASE WAS UNFOUNDED BUT STILL THEY KEEP OUR SON,AND FAMILY COURT ONLY HEARS THERE SIDE,
WE HAVE EVEN PROVEN THEY LIED,AND COMMITED SEVERAL CRIMES,BUT THE JUDGE DONT CARE,AND HAS HAD ME ARRESTED TWICE FOR JUST SIMPLY STATING THE FACTS ON MY SPACE BLOGS!!!
