Child Protective Services, CPS, has devastated and destroyed hundreds of thousands of families in America during the last thirty years leaving a trail of broken hearts, broken dreams, and shattered childhoods.
Rather than helping families, government agents have used unconstitutional laws in Juvenile Court to rip children away from their loving parents, break asunder God-given, natural, parent-child bonds, and adopt the children of the grieving out to others who profit financially with large monthly adoption subsidy payments.
Child Protective Services must be stopped! The law that started this, CAPTA, must be repealed. We must work tirelessly to inform the public of this very dangerous travesty of justice. We must keep faith knowing that if there is a God, there is an answer and a way to end this heartache.
Child Protective Services Agents - please come to your senses! Family destruction on false or trivial grounds is wrong, reprehensible, and inhumane.
Fosterers - be aware that for the money you get you are holding much-loved children away from their grieving families while the parents are forced to perform a service plan that is anything but a service to them. I call this hostage holding for the government. This is not kindness - to help misguided government agents destroy family relationships and break loving bonds.
CPS workers and fosterers - I ask that you now let the children of the innocent return to their homes where they are truly valued, adored, and loved by the parents God gave them.
Family rights are God-given rights. And they should not be ignored or postponed. Every moment these loving parents and children spend separated from one another is a torment beyond what anyone should ever have to bear.
It is unworthy of human dignity to allow this terrorism and torture of families to go on without saying something, speaking out, and trying to make a change.

Please pray for our family to be reunited by the end of this month..its been a longgggggggggggg 6 months..over false allegations and trumped up ones from CPS. Our children had to go thru a Lincoln Hearing in April…pray for them also..they want to be home. CPS totally lied to them from the beginning..during and are still telling them lies. They are well aware of them now. Told them to keep praying also..we are waiting on a court date and a verdict. thanks everyone….thanks for the prayers from around the world…this state and all states need to have child welfare reformed we need to keep praying that someone somewhere will listen and tell the right people to get this in motion.it is not in the best interest of children and families the way it is now..its all a MONEY MAKING SCHEME FOR THE STATE FOR FEDERAL MONEY..and A FAMILY DEMOLITION IN THE PROCESS OF IT ALL!!!!!

Please pray for my two children.They have been gone for 3 years and we are still fighting CPS and the Family Courts. I have an attorney and he has now proven that the allegations were false given by disgruntled grandparents in Texas. I finally get my day in court on June 4, 2008. I have not seen my kids since August 2007.

Please pray for my brother who in now in jail because of CPS and false allegations. What started as minor has now turned in to something very serious.
I know God is in the miracle bussiness. We have to keep praying and believing for this unjust system, that just does not work!

Please pray that our family is reunited soon. Please pray that my rights are not terminated and I get another chance to be my childrens mother. Please let us be a family lord, please watch over Sierra, Benjamin, Blake , Claudell, Anna, and Rickey. -mom

please pray that my daughter’s attorney speaks with her and gives her proper representation, that she be allowed to be in court and allowed to speak and tell them what she wants.

Please pray for my children, Abi 6, and ChloeAnn 2, who were taken from me without regards for their feeling and best interest. Pray that they may find peace in knowing I will never give up fighting a seemingly endless battle. Pray for God to protect them and show them my love until I am able to physically do so myself. I love you my babies…

Please pray for the FLDS who had their families torn apart and their children taken to be INDOCTRINATED and ABUSED by CPS GESTAPO FACILITATORS..I may not agree with ALL they believe but most of us know how the CPS DESTROYS FAMILIES. This may very well be Genocide…Pray that Gods Will Is Done and the Children protected from these CPS GESTAPOS.

Please Say a little Pray.
My name is Samantha and my son, Vernon (18 months). I hope you can help me. Before I start I am not a druggie or a alcoholic. In this case I am a victim of a domestic violence. CPS came in on Friday April 25, 2008 at about 11ish and removed our son from us with no warrant or any other paper work to take him. Monday 28th of April we had a court hearing and was dismisses because my hubby’s lawyer knew someone in his family so it was postpone to Tuesday 29th of April. We saw our son for one hour on the 28th at the CPS office and has not seen him since. I do talk to the foster parent and because Vernon is so young he can not talk on the phone. CPS keeps telling me that they want to place my son with me or with a family member but nothing on that. My husband has moved out and so my son can come back to me. They told me that I will only get to see Vernon 2 hrs a week and the father can not see his son. One of there agents said it would be 6 months before we get him back. I can’t afford a lawyer, so I have a court appointed one. But its hard to get a hold of him to talk about my case. I understand he has other clients but I just want my son home with us. A lot of things in the report that was presented to the court was false or taken way out of contain. Our next court date is May 20th. Right now its 7 days that we have not been with our son. I would love to get our son back in time to celebrate Mothers Day with my son. I really don’t know what you can do to help but I i had to give it a shot.

Please pray for my little family. CPS has been hounding me, my husband and my 3 children since September 2007. The charge was neglect. Now at the time my kid’s were ages 3, 6 and 8, needless to say my home is never spotless nor is all of the laundry done, with 5 people in the home it’s not easy keeping up with all of the work. It also doesn’t help that I live about half a mile behind a landfill and just found out about a year ago that my home sits on a landfill, so of course I have a bug problem. But despite the bugs, my kid’s are healthy, clean and happy but because of the bugs and the fact that my husband barely makes more than minimum wage and we can’t afford an exterminator, CPS found me guilty of neglect. They haven’t taken my kid’s but the threat is still there. They gave me all kinds of guidelines and I have followed them, all of them, but it’s just not good enough. They pop in all the time here at my home and bother my kid’s at school and never seem to be happy. They look through every room, the bathtub, even the toilet and refrigerator looking for something that they can use to keep this going on for as long as it has. My home is clean, my kid’s are clean, my kid’s are well fed and well taken care of and very loved but this isn’t enough for CPS. I know that bugs are not the nicest thing to have around but as far as I knew… it wasn’t illegal! I just want to breathe again! Please pray for us.

We live with my mom and some other family members. I was betrayed by someone I trusted and we ended up mixed up with CPS with a bunch of information twisted around and taken out of context. I have been accused of “mental health issues,” specifically “bipolar” on account of having been doped for behavioral issues at 13 (and I am not extremely young now, not to mention that even my psychiatry-fan mom no longer believes that label) and “postpartum depression” on account of the fact that I have an infant and that that my life is far from perfect and I am trying to work through many things.
There is an appointment on Monday at 10:30. Please pray that I’ll know how to prepare and do a good enough job of it; that I’ll know whether to take my mom, my dad, or someone else; that the other person and I will know exactly what to say; that the baby, who will be there with me, will be well and happy; and that things will go very well. Pray especially that this will be the very end of this and that they will leave us alone completely after this. Pray also for my spiritual life.

we need all your prayers to correct this unjustified removal of my grandchildren : ive been fighting for my grandchildren for 2 1/2 years now . everything was fine untill i decided to move into a new town.now wait let me give you a little background here.i lived in Martinsburg wv. bad state if you are here get the hell out if you want to keep your children!any way the adoption was set for may 2 of this year, now mind you the girls have been with me for 2 1/2 years.the only reason for that was dhhr hasnt done all the home studies that need to be done before you can adopt. i have had 4 home finders on this case the last being rachael snider.Whom you cant get to answer her phone let alone call any one back.i have tried to reach this person for two weeks everyday with no response. so i called diane snell the adoption worker to let her know i was BUYING a house in bluefield wv even gave this woman the address. was told their wouldnt be a problem as long as i stayed in west virgina.and she knew where to find the girls,and when i was leaving. fine i gave her the address of the new house and told her i would be leaving the 5th of april. which i did. well guess what? there was a problem! or should i say is a problem within three days diane snell showed up here and took the girls. they claim i didnt let them know i was moving, i didnt allow rachael snider to do her home inspections, and i didnt have a job. i have a witness to the phone calls made to them about this move,and as far as rachael snider goes how can you speak to someone who doesnt return phone calls or at least answer her phone, and the job thing i own my own business. besides i lost my job in martinsburg in december of 07. that wasnt a problem when i was in martinsburg but all of a sudden its a problem now! go figure that one? I am now holding a new job besides the home business. i have a court date in july,but im not allowed to see the girls untill the judge says i can, you would think i hurt these girls in some way. all i did was move them to a new town that was cheaper to live. we dont even know if the girls are together they are 2 and 3 years of age.i was told all i could do at this time is file a grivance letter which i have done only it goes to the supervisors in the same department as these workers now how much of a chance do you think i have that this will be over turned? none! so you tell me how do you fight these people?i cant aford to hire an attorney. they have made damn sure ive spent my entire savings fighting for them all ready. especilly now since i have went out and bought these girls a home.that no one could take away from them well i thought wrong dhhr prove that to be true they took their home away from them for no reason except i move the girls and they now have to do more paper work. which that havent done since this has all started. so where do i go now? if anyone has some answers for me please contact me at sassiedana@yahoo.com any and all help will be apporiated. for those of you who have the same battle let me know if there is anything i can do to help you ill be right there doing what ever i can to help! may god be with us all in our battles for our CHILDREN !!!!!! comment made by dana logan at sassiedana@yahoo.com

My son who is adhd and bipolar that is extermly depressed due to his medican was wrongfully taken from us thrusday. These people said they were here to help us cause we had little money and couldn’t aford all the help he needs. We thought they were here to help us. I only wish that i saw this website before now. They said it our fault he is depressed and not adhd. Please lord bring him home. His b-day is three weeks away.

I pray that CPS is reformed very soon. I will do everything in my power to educate people about this agency. I have been investigating CPS for 5 months and the information I have confirms this agency needs reform. They are very unethical and they destroy families. They are money motivated. CPS is nothing more than an agency who hides behind it’s name. They hurt more children then they help. They have devestated and ruined many lives all for profit. I hope that all of us can join forces to reform CPS. If that can’t be done then this agency needs to be permenantly abolished.
I pray that my daughter will survive experience and being a hostage. I know she has been profoundly affected by these NAZI’s. They don’t care. She’s only a number to them. I hate this agency with every fiber of my being. They took away my only child and I will dedicate the rest of my life to help others who have suffered the same way.
I had promised my daughter so many things when we moved to San Luis Obispo a few years ago. I wanted her to go to Cal Poly. We had big dreams and I was going to take off work for a few years. I hope she will someday forgive me for moving us here. (I’m sorry Jenny. Please forgive Mom).

I caught my 11 year old daughter smoking on May 1st 2008, i spanked her on the butt. She called CPS and now they have removed her from our home. They have told my husband and me that because we will not allow her to listen to what ever kind of music she wants to and exparament with diffrent “life experances” that we are emoshionally abusing her as well as physically abusing her because we spanked her. I don’t know what to do or where to turn, we have hired a lawer but i don’t think it is helping. I just want my daughter home. Would you please pray for my family. Cps has been abusing us for two years now. I feel picked on because Im poor. They mistake poverty for neglect, which is wrong. I have electric, food, running water, all that stuff. I even have a tv, a phone, a computer and service to use them all. Just because I live in a small home and its cluttered due to lack of space and so many things needing to be in that space. I also have a disability and I feel picked on because of that. I have a new worker on my case, who I have only met once, and it wasnt a good visit. Please pray that they will leave my family alone so we can move on with our lives.
