We have been fighting for my daughter since the first week of september. I lost my first child in 2007 to SIDS and CPS was never notified at all then this year in 2011 i lost my second son to SIDS. ever since i have not allowed my father to be apart of my childrens life he has tried to ruin mine and my husbands life and torture my two year old daughters emotions by having CPS snatch her away from us. I am terribly ill at the whole situation to have the death TWO children and then have my only living child took from me because someone (my father) got mad and deciced to call in false accusations. Even though the boys auptopsy reports are back there is notihng they are doing trying to help put my family back together. my daughter has been coming home since thanksgiving and of course we are now at 12/26 and nope she is not at home. the mind games and the emotions they play with are so unreal. i am a very good and loving mother along with my husband who is a great father to our daughter and to the two boys as well. but there is no justice for us innocent families because people try to get vindictive and ruin your life and your childs life. The CPS social worker we have has been in trouble with CPS before as well but in a different state so you would think that she would understand the hurt but of course not it is a power thing and she tries to make your life a living you know what. i am so hurt by the events that have tooken place by these people who are suppose to actually look out for a childs best interest but instead they are terrorizing these children. i feel as if when this is all over there should be much restitution for everything these people have put us through along with my father for the hate he has with me and my husband because we will NOT allow physical or mental abuse aroun d our kids. very very very sickening people who will take everything you say and twist and make it into whatever they think it should be. i have never seen anything like this before in my life. but i do know that my daughter is in a good place even though i would prefer her home with me but at least she is with her grandmother who loves and cherishes her as the rest of our family does as well and was not sent with just some stranger. i would have absolutley lost my mind over that. my daughter is so sweet but now when we have to walk out of the room she is terrified we are never coming back/ we do get quite often with over night visits when given permission. but our visitation change every week because these people do not have a clue how to manage each family because they are so overloaded with bull crap that they cant keep up with all the families that they are given because they are so worried about raking that money in as if our children are some dollar bill walking around. i could go on and on about these people but i know karma will get each and everyone of these people.... Price of Doctors & medication, a therapist-you name it. On top of that, I am so, so worried that at any given time or place my kid can be taken from me AGAIN. For no reason. I would like be updated on anyone who knows about a class action law s., or possibly just a group of Southern CA CPS victims who ma justy want to get together, talk or take some action. Remember, although it is so unfair, do what they ask and you will get your family back. I'm still waiting for me and my child to be a family again with his father....Almost 3 years apart. My family has been victimized by CPS 3 times. My daughter talks about them constantly. She's always afraid of the 'mean lady' (social worker) kidnapping her. It's just sad that a little girl is living in fear because of their actions. This time around, I fully intend to sue. I am hoping that my attorney will agree to take my case to court. Less than 2 weeks ago, 2 social workers and 4 cops coerced entry into my home, which is unconstitutional and doesn't count as actual consent. At various times, I was threatened with prison and that my disabled son would be institutionalized. They found dirty dishes and a stack of boxes and that warrants further government involvement in my life?! I explained that I was moving. Even the dishes were due to moving since I'd taken everything out of the drawers to wash before packing the non-essentials. These people are ridiculous and need to be stopped from harming more people. I've had to call off my move because I don't feel free to pull out anything to pack.
