Child Protective Services Agents - please come to your senses! Family destruction on false or trivial grounds is wrong, reprehensible, and inhumane.
Fosterers - be aware that for the money you get you are holding much-loved children away from their grieving families while the parents are forced to perform a service plan that is anything but a service to them. I call this hostage holding for the government. This is not kindness - to help misguided government agents destroy family relationships and break loving bonds.
CPS workers and fosterers - I ask that you now let the children of the innocent return to their homes where they are truly valued, adored, and loved by the parents God gave them.
Family rights are God-given rights. And they should not be ignored or postponed. Every moment these loving parents and children spend separated from one another is a torment beyond what anyone should ever have to bear.
It is unworthy of human dignity to allow this terrorism and torture of families to go on without saying something, speaking out, and trying to make a change.

My youngest child’s rights have been violated by CPS and the state officials.
They separated her from her Mother, sister and brother who remained at home together while CPS selected her to be terminated from her on family.
There has not been one attorney who knows how to go up against legalized kidnapping in the state of Missouri.

I really need help my case has already been to trial and my rights were terminated to my three young children. I am now about six months into the appeal process and my appeal attorney is not even trying to fight for my kids. I have written him numerious letters about the issues on which to appeal but he had not addressed any of them in the appeal brief. The appeal that was filed on my behalf was total crap I was not informed of the content of the appeal until after it was filed despite many letters and phone calls I made to my attorney to request information. I have already recieved the respondants brief and the reply brief and based on those I dont have a chance in hell for the judge to reverse the T.P.R. order. There is so much to my case that is not in the transcripts, so much evidence that was never submitted by my public pretender I never had a fair chance from the beginning. I want to go after the department criminally I have proof of their lies and the evidence to defend myself. Please help.

I got pregnant at fifteen, I was living with the fathers family in Indiana, when I called my mother, whom I ran from at twlve, to sign custody papers of me over to his family, she said to come back to WA and she would sign them. I was met by a CPS worker, was not told about my rights, had my child taken, and was accused of sex abuse and neglet.
At the end of the battle I was told by my worker that she had found a family that wanted an open adoption and would work with me as she got older so she could, ‘come hang out’ over the summer when she thought she was ready. Everything sounded great, and I THOUGHT this was going to help. I went into to sign papers, was told there was ‘no need for my lawyer’ because I only had to sign one paper, I signed it. Come to find out I signed away all of my rights to any child I might once have. I am now a twenty four year old student with three children, and no contact with my oldest daughter. I am at my wits end with this and need help ASAP. I can’t loose my kids. Please.

my husband was accused of sexual abuse by my daughter and later my daughter recanted her story of sexual allegations both on the stand and in writing. My public defender has done nothing for me not even call any witnesses to the stand to help me out and the judge says my daughters testimony is not good enough as well as her hand written letter is not good enough. Can anyone help me please I can’t afford a lawyer at least a real one. please call me at 760-975-7625 my name is elizabeth.

my so was take from us on1/29/08 by a dhs worker for medical neglect. all the evidece he used was all fabricated by him. my kids made false allegations of abuse against us in school beause they had gotten in trouble in school.this was in oct.2007. these allegations were unfounded and these cases were closed. in jan 2008 a dhs worker visited our home he began ordering us around and talking nasty to our family. after showig him med. documents of good med reports of our children. he decided to focus on our son with diabetes. we cussed him out ad put him out of our home. he got mad used his authority and the legal system to have our son removed by the police. their is alot more to this. if i the philadelphia area please help.

Well my situation is devastating as well. My kids father had called and reported child abuse and neglect on my boyfriend and I, as well made police reports about it. The investigator came to my house and took pictures and interviewed my kids one on one. I didn’t have a problem with that knowing that I had nothing to hide. Well just a few days ago, I received a letter from the DHS for my boyfriend, oldest daughter and myself to come in for a meeting. Well my boyfriend and I attended the meeting alone. We were told that it is true on my behalf of Child Neglect - failure to protect my kids and leaving them home alone (which by state law my oldest is old enough to care for little sister and brother until someone makes it home - she is eleven). It was said that on my boyfriend it was found true of Child Abuse - Throwing a child. My heart dropped, because I knew that none of those allegations were true. So after getting home and talking to my kids about what they had told the investigator when he visited them the second time at school, the youngest two didn’t tell him any thing against my boyfriend and I, but it was my 11 year old. She told them things from when he spanked her, she said that he threw her and her little sister, only because she dislikes him and don’t like him discipling her when her own father don’t, which don’t care if she is coming or going. This matter has me sick to the stomach. I need to know how to fix it.

my son passed away due to a faulty heater in nc a few months ago. cps has since taken my daughter from me. they have first wrongly accused me of many things then, they lied about a potentially serious court date, they will not allow me to even be alone with her. they are basing claims off of a statement made by someone who wasnt even there. i cant type everything in 500 words but i need serious help here i just lost one baby and now theyre trying to take another one from me. please someone i need help!

We need help! My family is being threatened by Utah DCFS, two different lawyers told us that we have to basically jump through their hoops and play nice. But their allegations are all false and untrue. Nothing that they have written in the petition is true….

I need help in fighting CPS in Vista, California. On February 18th, 2008 CPS was called by a deputy sheriff who responded to a call from my fiance on February 17th, who had set off my truck alarm after we had a heated verbal argument. She initially refused a TRO, but the sheriff and eventually CPS coerced her by threatening to remove the child. She spent the night at her house sitting job. On February 18th, I recevied a phone call from CPS asking me if I had a plan to protect my family, and I said I did have a plan. I told them that we should seperate for three months and that my fiance and the baby could go stay at Grandma’s in Pheonix. I had just opened a new business that day and a client showed up. I asked CPS for their number and told them that I would call right back after I talked to my client. I called back within 10-15 minutes and they stated they had my son in custody. Then the train ride began. They ordered us into many state run programs for counseling and substance abuse assessments. The petition was written by a case worker and signed by a different worker who had not written the statements. It stated that reasonable efforts were made to keep the child in the home. (such as Counseling, Case Management, Emergency Shelter, Parent Training, Transportation, Other services.) I do not know what was offered to my fiance, but I know that nothing was offered to me, except the comment that we have taken your son into custody. I have been overwhelmed with paperwork and classes and still do not have a clear picture of the how fast this all occured. It was the first visit by CPS and it seems that they have taken my son prematurely and without reasonalbe efforts at all. I almost signed a waiver to take it trial, but had second thoughts and requested a tril. The date is set for 4/15/2008. My public defender is not responsive, but appears to be a good attorney who is loaded down with cases. We are both college educated parents and the child has never been harmed or neglected in any way. However we are now all three seperated and traumatized. I need to find some legal help, and have not had much luck. I love my child and my fiancee very much and CPS has ripped us apart unjustly.
Please help me to reunite my family.

Hello, my wife and I are fighting DCF over false allegations and blatant disreguard for the constitutional law of the U.S. and Florida. I also have recorded conversations of not only the investigator, but the supervisor as well admitting to refusing to forward blatantly false reports and criminal activities to the proper local law enforcement for investigation and prosecution. We are up to about 8 total false reports and none have been released to police, not to mention they have failed to forward abuse of said child in question by the biological father for examination and told us to take it to civil court. I hope these recordings and documentation will be useful for someone wanting to nail their proverbial nuts to the wall but everyone seems to be too afraid to go after them.
Thanks to anyone who reads these posts and I hope what I have will help someone go after these common criminals!!!

I really feel for all the people that have to jump through dhs hoops I have a 7 yearold a 2 year old and a 6 month old that dhs has took from me because my house was not up too there standards the worker i have will not tell me what she wants me to do to get my kids back any ideas

i have been trying to get my grand children for months and again and again have been put off sighting that there is never enough time to here the case. when judge jenkins awarded us two of the children back and left two with dss they then went before another judge still with no time to here the case but enough time to remove the two children judge jenkins gave by making up lies and never allowing us the chance to defend their statements. even the orders he odered at the time were never carried out as he the judge had ordered. dss is doing what they want and disreguarding judges orders. they even sort out one of my grand childrens father who was behind in child support and he not make no effort to see the child in over 5yrs gave him visits with the child then placed him in his home. my grand son did not know him until they found him and now is living with him what they should have done is placed him back with us and allowed him visitation here first so that my grand son could have got to know him but instead they are doing all that they can to keep them from the people they know and love. if this in the best interest of my grand children i can not see it. please talk to my grand children then you will see dss is just being vendictive and is not taking my grand childrens interest to heart. please talk to the two oldest children they will clearly tell you what they want. we have never hurt them all we do is love them. we love them so much. if i had only known that one of the children father would hurt them if only i was a mind reader which dss seen to think i should have been then he would have been gone long ago. but if you check the hospitals in the area you will see that my grandchildren were never in for any broken bone or anything like that. please help me my heart hurts i love them so much i have taken care of them since they were born providing them with a roof etc. and i didnot ask for walfare checks or assistance from the state. my daughter recieved food stamps and medicade but that is all. please help please. and please forward a copy of this letter to judge robert jenkins.

IN 11-07 my exboyfriend made a false report to DCF they did an investigation i took 2 drug test and passed and about 2 wks after that he made a false police report and had me arressted i spent 15 days in jail DCF placed my daughter with my mom they would not let me have her back and in 3-08 the states ATT dropped the charges DCF still would not give my daughter back on 3-26-08 I went to family court and they told I had to take a 10 hr $300. anger management by 4-30 class and they would dismiss the case if I didn’t finish by 4-30 i would be back at ground zero CAN ANYONE HELP ME

I first want to start off by saying…
Social Services has been in my life about 2 yrs now. First of all… my ex mother in law called them n made false accusations.. ( she didnt like me…this was her sick way of tryin to get at me…..)
Finally after yrs of a bad marriage…I left him n been on my own for bout a yr & a half.
I called Social Services not long after my seperation because my teenage daughter needed some help….she was very violent towards me..She would hit me,kick me….has pulled out knives on me….i have holes all threw my house..about 15 holes….cops have been here over 30 times because of her unrealistic behaviour. My daughter got to know the law very well…she looked at me ..said i can do what i want when i want…i dont have to go to school ..ill hit u ..break ur things…i wont listen to a damn thing u say because u know what law says u cant kick me out…
I had done everything social services wanted including taking inhome parenting…counceling……..etc
Thing didnt change ….. last hope for my daughter was…to place her because i had other children at home it was effecting.
I have been told several times by social servies…placing her was not an option…( i still dont understand)But it was ok with them that myself n the other children were abused emotionally n physically on a daily basis. I ended up havin to kick my daughter out…n still they faught me…slapped me with neglect…i went to court n now have to take more parenting…counceling etc…(which i am doin now)
Last month…..I charged my boyfriend with domestic abuse….(first time) He pleaded guilty…n will be senticed this wednesday……(my kids were in bed n may of over heard it…not sure…they never ever really seen anything….
Me n my boyfriend have talked since then.. n… have come to agree that drinkin was an issue…he changes when he drinks but…When not drinkin had no problem with him at all…he is my best friend.
To date he has 12 days clean…n I have 8…….
Social services came two days after n made me sign a document stating that i am not allowed to see him at all in the presence of my children…..Bein confused at the time…i signed it…and At that point bein still upset…..I didnt think my boyfriend and I would get back together….but we both talked n realised drinking was not good for us….When not drinkin we got along fine n there were no issues at all….
I confronted social worker n asked them to lift the conditions…told them we were gonna try n work things out. My boyfriend and I both agreed to do whatever they wanted…. Parenting classes…aa…..councelin whatever we will do it all…..quit drinkin…anything…they said no…n said they will be goin to court to make sure it stands….Want to know what my rights r? N the form from social services…was not court ordered….could they come n take my children if we r around him…but doin everything rite?

My name is Elizabeth Gomez, I am the mother of Emily M. Gomez (9/29/00), Nevaeh E. Gomez (10/25/03) and Abigail D. Lamotte (5/20/05). I am writing this letter to request for my Case to be heard by a Judge for the following reasons:
My story is the following: (Copy of my Complaint Letter: Briefly)
My case with DCFS was opened on May 3, 2007. A CSW arrived at my home and informed me that a report had been made to the child abuse hotline by an annonymous caller who alleged that I was using ilegal drugs and abusing my children.
The Detention Hearing was held on May 16, 2007. The Referee ordered for my children to remain released and remain with me.
Mediation was on June 21, 2007. On that day the Mediator informed me that there were no allegations against me because they were “unfound”, she also informed me of the “new” allegations that were “found” and “sustained” against John Lamotte. Mr. Lamotte is the father of Abigail (5/20/05). Mr. Lamotte and I had been separated since September of 2006 due to Domestic Violence (I was the victim) and I had a restraining ordered against him issued in April of 2007. Mr. Lamotte was to begin having monitored visits, to which he did not agree and decided to take it to trial. I was informed by the Mediator that the trial hearing was scheduled for July 2007, in addition, she told me that I did not have to be present because there were no allegations against me.
On June 22, 2007, another hearing was held but I don’t know what happened on that day. “Court finds report was received from DCFS”. (Jurisdiction/Disposition Report?)
On June 29, 2007, I was arrested for “possession of fraudulent documents” and my children were Physically Detained with no court order, and without informing me. My children were placed in a foster home without making any effort to contact their grandmothers.
On July 5, 2007, (Orig. Hearing: ADJ, Actual Hearing: ADJ, Petition File DT: 07/05/07) Changes were made including but not limited to 385 WIC Petition Hearing was held, First Amended Petition was Filed, Petition Filed on 05/16/07 was Dismissed, My children were ordered: Detained, and Children ordered detained in: Shelter Care. I was not served with a Notice of the Hearing, nor was my Removal Order from County Jail submitted. Therefore, I was not present at the Hearing. It should be noted that a couple of days later, I was informed of the hearing by one of the family members involved in the case. “The Court states that it has read and considered the DCFS report dated: 07/05/07″. (Detention Report?)
The reports from DCFS “Jurisdiction/Disposition Report” (Children remained with me) dated 6/21/2007 and the “Detention Report” (Children had already been placed in a Foster Home) dated 07/05/07, state the complete opposite of one another. However, the Detention Report was all the evidence that the Referee had when she ordered for my children to be detained and placed in Shelter Care.
On July 10, 2007, my Removal Order from County Jail was submitted and I was present in Court for the Adjudication Hearing. I was not informed of any changes nor was I informed of the “new” allegations against me. The Referee did not read out the Petition to me, and “the Court found Good Cause to Continue the Adjudication to 7/18/07″. “Mother and Fathers are ordered back to court on 7/18/07 without further Order, Notice or Subpoena. The Court did not Order for my Removal from County Jail and I was not present for the following Court Hearing.
On July 18, 2007, I was not present for the Hearing and neither was my Court appointed Attorney Dennis Smeal. I am not sure of what exactly happened on this day and I was not provided with a copy of the report from DCFS. It should be noted that Melanie Pellerin, Dependency Investigator CSWII, did not serve me with the Notice of the Hearing as stated and signed by her on the “Proof of Service” letter. (7/18/07 at 3:00pm, Personal Service).
On July 25, 2007, I was present for the Hearing and was informed by my Attorney that we were there for a trial hearing, however, he did not inform me of the changes in my case. After waiting for almost two hours, my Attorney approaches me and informs me that “Mr. Lamotte had decided that he did not want to take it to trial after all because he did not want to waste time” instead “he was willing to waive his rights to fight the allegations and just worry about getting the children out of the foster home”. My Attorney “adviced” me that “it was the best thing for me to do as well, just sign and waive my rights and concentrate on getting the children returned to me”. I took my Attorney’s “Advice” and waived my rights. However, I did not find out until 2 months later that I had actually “admitted” to the allegations against me.
On August 15, 2007, my 4 year old child was separated from her sisters and placed with her father without my approval. I did not agree with this decision and was told by the CSW and my court-appointed attorney that I had “no say” to where my children should be placed. I later discovered that I should have been given the opportunity to come to an agreement through Mediation. I also discovered that I did have my Parental Rights. Please read Letter from Parole Officer of Joe Perez, who is the father of Nevaeh, this letter is attached to the “Addendum Report” and should be in the Court File. If your Honor would prefer for me to submit a copy of this report, I will do so immediately.
On December 26, 2007, I mailed (certified) a written request to the Referee to change my court appointed attorney because of “wrong advice” and I attached a copy of his “professional background” and a copy of my complaint form to the CA State Bar. About 2 weeks later I received a voicemail message from my Attorney telling me “I must have had a bad Christmas and that I shouldn’t be writing letters like that to anyone”.
The 6 months review Hearing was held on January 23, 2008. I did not agree with the Recommendation from DCFS and I decided to take it to trial. Trial was scheduled for March 14, 2008. I was the only parent who had completed the Parenting classes, I showed proof that I had been drug testing for two different labs, all my test results are Negative, I had proof that I am currently supporting my mother (relative caretaker) and my children and I was the only parent who had constant visits with my children when they were placed in the foster home.
On March 14, 2008, I was present in Court, however, Referee Truong was out sick on this day so the matter was continued to April 3, 2008.
At this point. I don’t feel like anything that I have provided the Court has been taken into consideration. In addition, several court orders have not been followed by the other parents and/or DCFS and still the Court continues to consider DCFS reports and recommendations. I would also like to inform your Honor that the last two Reports from DCFS that have been submitted to the Court are inaccurate and state false information.
I can respectfully provide the supporting evidence, proof and/or witnesses that I have available. In addition, a lot of the information should also be in the court file.
NOTE: Last minute information: The Trial Court Hearing held yesterday 4/03/08 was once again continued to May 21, 2008. DCFS recommended that I start “Monitored Visits” again, however, my children’s Attorney did not agree with that recommendation and asked the court that the visitations remain the same. I had filed a Petition 388 and the Referee decided that my Petition and the Trial hearing would be heard together (two in one). In addition, I finally met the new CSW who is handeling my case, I had a face to face contact with her at the Wilshire Office, she did inform me that the CSW and SCSW that referred me to Family Preservation Services in 12/05/07, had made a mistake in providing me with those services and that she would make sure to correct it and terminate my Family Preservation Services.

I do not know what to do, I need help. About 3 months ago m daughter was following me home after dropping her sister at school. She was behind me, I got home first, allowing my 8yr old to follow behind.our safe neighboorhood.
Apparently, a bored cop went by and picked her up assuming neglect. I went outside when epecting to see her playing, but she was gone. For an hour I looked for her only to find out she was at the recieving home. The workers were horrible that entire day.
I was grilled becuase of my car not running, I was brought to the point of tears and 9 hours later when we could see my daughter, I was tired and upset. They took the 4 year old questioned her ad after 10 hours of mental anguish sent them home with a “safe plan” . The supervisor was cold and immedatkey labeled me as angry because of the ordeal I went through.
We have Sacramento County CPS worker who constantly flakes, can’t get information right and wants us to take parenting and anger management classes: even though I am a passive.
They are basing it on 2 old t reports that were dismissed due to the fact the workers felt there was nothing wrong.
One other report was a family who wanted custody of our kids so they could collect welfare. Myself and boyfriend are very heavy metal looking and very loud: we have face cold shoulders , noses ups and instant labeling due to our lifestyles, but this is by far the worst circumstance.
Right now, we are not a court mandated class: however, if I do not take Parentling and anger management classes, we wil have to go to court. I have to choose between making a living that could provide a good life for my kids or the classes. We have a 3 seater truck, 4 people, so transportation is hard. saturdays and Mondays are days I use to work if I can , but they do not ccare. it is like they want to get people on welfare! We cant afford daycare for night classes and in al honesty we do not deserve this.
This all started becuase her jacket was dirty and my car doesn’t run. Not because my children anre aboused or neglected and by CPS own admittance, we are a great family by their standard. Or so they say.

I HAVE A 16YR OLD DAUGHTER WHO IS ENCOURAGEABLE, DEMONSTRATEING THE FOLLOWING DIFIANT BEHAVIORS STEALING, TRUANCY,LYING, AGGRESIVE VERBALLY, RUNNING AWAY, WILL TAKE NO DIRECTION FROM ADULTS, SEXUALLY ACTIVE, USE OF ALCOHOL,I HAVE LEGAL GUARDIANSHIP OF MY BROTHER HAD HIM SINCE HE WAS 4 WKS OLD I HAVE CSW APART OF MY LIFE FOR 2YEARS DUE TO MY BROTHER AND THEIR HAS BEEN NO PROBLEMS UNTIL MY DAUGHTER BEGAN TO ACT OUT. MY DAUGHTER HAS MADE FALSE ALLIGATIONS AGAINST ME, MY MOTHER, AND SISTERS ALL HAVE GONE UNSUSTAINED HOWEVER MY DAUGHTER REFUSES TO COME HOME DUE TO RULES OF MY HOME DPCS GOT INVOLVED AND NOW MY DAUGHTER HAS A OUT SHE HAS MANIPULATED THR SYSTEM TO NO END AND IS ENJOYING IT DUE TO MY DAUGHTER MY BROTHER WAS DETAINED FOR WHAT? 2 MONTHS AFTER MY DAUGHTER RAN AWAY FOR THE 5TH TIME THE POLICE IN MY AREA IS TIRED OF HER AND HAS GIVEN STATEMENTS TO DCFS HOWEVER SHE REMAINS IN FOSTER CARE JUST CAUSE SHE WANTS TO BE THERE. MY SON IS EMOTIONALLY STRESSED DUE TO SOCIAL WORKERS IN AND OUT OF HOME, N TRAMATIZED DUE TO THE REMOVAL OF HIS UNCLE, HE DOESNT SLEEP WELL AND IS HAVING DIFFICULTIES IN SCHOOL. THE COURTS ORDERD MY BROTHER BACK INTO MY HOME AND STATED THERE WAS NO CAUSE FOR REMOVAL AND DISMISSED DCFS ORDER FOE REMOVAL. MY BROTHER HAS SUFFERED A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE HE CRIES ALL THE TIME AND WHEN IM NOT IN HIS SIGHT HE IS SCREAMING AND YELLING MY NAME. WOW HAS DCFS ACTED IUN THE BEST INTEREST OF MY CHILDREN. NOT!!
DID I MENTION THAT AT A TDM AFTER THE REMOAVL OF MY BROTHER COUNTY COUNSEL TOLD THEM DCFS THAT THEY HAD NO CAUSE TO REMOVE THE CHILD. THEY SAID HE WAS AT HIGH RISK FOR ABUSE. WHAT! BECAUSE MY DAUGHTER WAS NOT IN HOME THAT IS HER CHOICE. I AM SEEKING LEGAL ASSISTANCE, FOR EMOTIONAL STRESS, WRONGFUL REMOVAL, DEFAMATION, SLANDER AND LIBEL. PLEASE HELP

AMMENDED FORGOT TO ADD THAT DCFS HAS FALSIFIED DOCUMENTS, ALTERED STATEMENTS AND OMITTED COMMENTS MADE BY MY DAUGHTERS THERAPIST. THEY ARE REQUIRING ME TO TAKE CLASSES THAT THE JUDGE REFUSE TO ORDER ME TO TAKE. DCFS HAS TOLD ME IF I DIDNT SIGN THEIR CONTRACT THEY WOULD REMOVE MY BROTHER AGAIN DISPITE WHAT THE JUDGE ORDERED. To Kelly in Pierce COunty Washington, there is in Lacey, Wa Gary Preble (Preble Law firm) who specializes in CPS cases. He did not look the high cost lawyer type but did a very good job with our foster kids.

I REALLY NEED SOME HELP! they took all 6 of my kids, cause i made a police report on a sixteen year old who was living in my home and came in 1am in the morning drunk and high and tore my house up and stabbed me and hit me with hammers in my head.now cps is saying they took my kids due to domestic violence. I am a single mother with 2 beautiful children. I gave them up because I found out my little boy was molested. December 24. 2006 Cps and an officer showed up at my house And told me my baby boy was hurt when I was at school. I turned to my parents. Who I was not raised by. I was broiught up by christian foster parents. I believed in them.Then m y real mother tried to kill my father.
Then life controlled my inner being. I felt so lost. I tried to take my life on March 17th, 2008. I purposely wrecked my VW Jetta. thought I would pass away. Guess what it didn’t happen. God had better plans for me. I know that know. I hate myself for asking for help because it turned against me. I turned for help and it backfired. I believed in the wrong people. God please help this broken home.

Please contact me in regards to a care and protection order that has not been yet filed by a judge but has been asumed reasonable by the Department of socail services. Their allagagtions are that my daughter has some bumps under her eye and a split lip!! my daughter who just had an allaergic reation to some lotion that was used and a piece of dry skin hanging from her lip that was peeled and left a little sore on her lip that was being treated with vasiline and lip treament. They not only stold my daughter from school but also my four boys whom had nothing to do with this allegation. I need help first to get my children back second to file a class action law suite in sight of what emontional tramu that have put my children through.

I would like advice and counsel on a false claim against me. After my son had a calcium deposit on his hand, which started coming out, I pulled the top of it out of his palm as he was playing with it.
His mother then filed with cps against me for medical neglect. I would like to file a complaint against her and am fed up with her false slander and this report filed against me.

Cps came in my life six months ago. Since then I have done everything they wanted. Now they still wont give me back my son bc they say I dont have proper “parenting skills”. My 3 children were stolen from me on May 28,2004.People made false reports to cps about me.I live in a small town where if someone gets mad at you then thats how they get back at you call cps and lie.Every report against me was unfounded.CPS workers went in my home while i was not there I have witnesses.In court my lawyer never did anything to help me.Infact she lied about me and to me.While my children were in the first foster home they were sexually,physically,and emotionally abused.My youngest daughter 2 1/2 at the time was found to have genital warts after being in that foster home for 2 months.My oldest daughter has a broken nose that can’t be fixed until she is done growing.My son has a fracture in his leg.All of this happened because my children were wrongfully taken from me.There was nothing I could do to protect them.When they were with me they were safe.There was never an investigation done on those foster parents.My children want to come home they don’t understand what is going on they want me their real mommy.someone please help me.Also at my fact finding hearing my lawyer and my counselor told me that if i went through with the hearing that I would never see my babies again,that the judge already had his mind made up that i was unfit and neglectful.No one would listen to me they would take everything i said and turn and mix up my words to make me look bad.I need my children to come home if there is some one who can help I need it ASAP.PLEASE HELP ME

I finally get whats going on. cps.took my grandson in Jan. The same as everyone else, false accusations, and lies. They can’t prove the medical neglect charge but they won’t drop it. The court appointed attorney told us they dropped that charge, come to find out they didn’t.I don’t trust him. I thought he was on our side but I don’t think so now. He is letting this drag on.Most recent letter to him from cps says they want to keep my grandson until the 6months and from there they think he would be better off placed for adoption. I have done alot of reading and it took awhile to sink in but it’s all true, these twisted people are in it for the money. The keep this dragging on, they will get alot of money if they are able to adopt him out. Oh God, I can’t let this happen. I have to talked to a different attorney, she doesn’t know if she will take the case yet but who do I trust? Who can we belive will take on these people? She has before but I don’t no the outcome of her cases. We just talked to her 3 days ago. Does anyone no of any attoney’s in NV that believes that what is going on here is true? It is really hard to swallow that this kind of kidknapping of our children is real, Please, everyone who was like me, not believing, not doing some research, WAKE UP it’s true! Hello, I am remaining anonymous to keep animosity to a minimum. I have something that has been on my heart for a little while now. I have lost enough sleep over this and I feel that it is only right that I speak up. Someone’s life has been ruined. I it were me and I found out what I now know I would pray that the other person would speak up.
I don’t know how to start this so I just will. For as long as I can remember I have been friends with a man named Cory Powell. I am using “man” very loosely. You see Cory is the type of person that people put up with but they don’t really like. He takes things way to far and this time is miles past the limit. Cory is a very self centered alcoholic. He is just that guy, everyone has that one friend who drives them nuts but their still friends. Well I need to get to the point of this letter.
A little over a month ago I was hanging out with Cory and some guys. Nothing special just “the guys”. The usual guy talk was going on, person life, home life. Somehow Cory’s ex wife was brought up. He was asked how stupid he could’ve been to have fucked that up with a great woman. He kind of shook it off and proceeded to tell us this story…
“Yea, well if she’s not gonna be with me the bitch aint gonna be with sum nigger,” we all knew or thought we knew of the story with their kids, but what I am telling you is crazy. Cory lost his wife Paige by being the usual dick head that he is. After they split Paige went on with her life and started to date again. After being asked what really happened he proceeds into this. “when me and Paige split up I was pissed off at that bitch and I still cant stand that bitch.
I think now I will list the quotes that I have from what he told us.
“I started telling Ivey(his daughter and oldest) to call her (Paige) all kinds of funny shit. She would say mommies a whore, mommies a cunt. One time Paige came to get them and Ivey said hey motherfucker momma, then she cam and gave me a high five.”
“I had them to say fuck and shit. Carson wasn’t talkin good yet but he tried.”
“When they would come to my house we would play fuck mommie!”
“they knew that when they went home to mommies to pour their cups on the floor and throw their plates on the floor.”
This was the start of things wrong but it gets worse. He went on to tell us that when Paige told him she was dating someone exclusively is when he got really dirty. He said that he knew Ivey would do anything her daddy told her, even if she knew it would get her in trouble. He said Paige told him that Randle, the guy she was seeing was very sweet and loves kids, he treated her with respect and was involved in his church. He had two kids one of which wasn’t biologically his. Cory went on into this…
“I tried to be cool, but I couldn’t stand it that she was fucking someone else.”
“I told Ivey to tell him that, my daddy doesn’t like niggers.”
“My daddy said that black people are ugly”
“My daddy said that black people have nasty hair”
“black people have ashy skin.”
He said I know she told him cause her mom ask me had I been telling her stuff to say to Randle. I just said,” Why the fuck would I do that, I don’t give a fuck about that nigger!”
“Every time she left my house she knew the next time she saw Randle to tell him my daddy doesn’t like you.”
He also told us this story,” One night I got real fucked up. I went to her apartment and busted out her drivers side window, just because I felt like it. I took all the fuses out of the box so she couldn’t drive it either.” he thought that was real funny. The next day she told me to just come get the car, I could have it. When I went over there. Randle came out to see what was goin on. I told him that my kids don’t need a nigger daddy and to fuck off. The pussy wouldn’t even fight me. I don’t know what was wrong with him. That’s good cause the motherfucker was huge. There was people everywhere watching. Some of his friends lived there and came out side and I thought they were gonna jump me but he said to leave me alone it wasn’t worth it. I somebody is fucking my ex wife imma wanna fight, get my ass kicked or not. I finally left and when I pulled out I saw his brand new truck right behind me and I slammed right into it. It only dented the bumper but it felt good to me. He finally started running after me, I got my ass the fuck out of there then.
He went on to tell us that since Carson was so young he would scare him with pictures of black people to get him to not like Randle. “There was little I could do to get to him besides that. Till I realized that as he got older, he got rougher. Really rough. He climbing on the highest things he could find and jumping off. Running into tables and cabinets. He fell down the stairs at my parents more than a few times. He had all kind of busted lips and bruises. He would try to get out of the tub soaking wet slip out and fall face first every time they would take a bath at my house. He always had a knot on his head or a scratch or a bruise some where. That’s when I figured out how to get rid of Randle. I could convince Paige that he was hitting the kids then she would definitely get rid of him.
“From that point on I started saying to her. Where did these bruises come from? What happened to Carson? She wasn’t paying much attention to me, so I start getting in Theresa’s ear.(they day care owner) I knew her and her husband don’t like blacks and Mexicans so I figured she would be influential to Paige being that she had the kids every day. I slowly started to ask her, did you notice Carson’s bruise? He has a knot on his head. After a while I just said I think Randle is doing this to him. Then later I told her that I thought Randle was hitting the kids. She said she ask Ivey after that and she said no. Finally she said something to Paige. Paige was offended and called me to ask if I had said that to Theresa. She was pretty pissed. I Just blew her off again.
“I started asking Ivey about things and she was hard to get to on this. You know how kids are with the truth. Every time I would ask what happened she would say Carson fell at day care or he jumped off the couch.”
“I started trying to make her think that Randle was doing it, but she wasn’t having it. I finally coached her that if any one asked what happened to Carson, to say back randle hit him. It took a while but she came around. She would say but daddy Randle didn’t hit Carson. I just told her that she had to say it if she loved daddy. I would say you love daddy right?
“This is where the shit hit the fan tho.” I guess he climbed out of his bed at Paige’s house, fell and busted his head. Randle dropped the kids off at the daycare for Paige. When Theresa asked Ivey what happened she said exactly what I told her. But instead of calling Paige she called DHS. I had no idea they would take the kids away. I was just trying to get rid of Randles black ass. They took the kids and then came after us. We were in court all the time. We couldn’t see the kids. It was fucked up. But what could I do then?
“Paige was sick as hell. Crying all the time. But we did start to hang out again. But she told me she didn’t want me like that. Once the initial shock was cooled we were able to go out n stuff. I thought we were getn closer again. A few times I got her real drunk. She passed out before we got back. I helped her in the house. When I got her in bed I couldn’t help it and I had to fuck her. She woke up crying about it the next morning. She said that wasn’t what she wanted. She couldn’t remember anything until she sobered up. Then I did it again a few weeks later, she woke up while I was doing it this time and passed backout. She was pissed bout it the next morning this time.
I’m telling you Cory is sick. What he has done is not right to her or this man.
He started telling us that he hired a girl that was friends with Randle’s ex. Sharlene, she started telling him that Randle was real sick and wasn’t taking car of himself. He was upset that the people that mattered didn’t believe that he didn’t hit Carson. He was always depressed and dragging around. But the didn’t care, he thought it was funny. He said as long as Randle wasn’t with Paige he was satisfied.
Something has to be done about this. Its not right that just because this guy is black he is guilty before proven innocent. Cory said that they didn’t even investigate Randle they just threw it on him. He was immediately guilty. Its not right that Cory ruined this man’s life. Its not right that Cory got away with teaching his kids to be racist. Its not fair that he did this to his kids mother. He even said that he knew she really loved Randle but he couldn’t stand it, so he wanted it to be over between them. Its not right that Grady County DHS didn’t look into this man better. Its not fair to this man or to Paige. Cory said that the original case worker got caught lying on the stand. Its funny that-that was never brought to the light.
I am going to send this letter to everyone I can this of; district attorneys, case workers, the heads of OKDHS, state representatives, the governor and the NAACP. Something has to be done. This has to be fixed. This man didn’t do anything wrong. Yet he is being looked at as an monster.

My husband and I are foster parents. We’ve have 3 children and had 3 foster children. we were in the middle of adopting. We have had alot of trouble w/ the oldest two, they recently went to school and made false accusations against 2 of our children which I know did not happen… The CPS in our county cleared my bio children but the county where the foster children came from hasn’t yet, This just happened Friday… The youngest foster child is 5 and is innocent and should be seperated from siblings so she can have a permenant home. They took her too and even if she can’t come back to us, she needs something done so she can have a permenant home. The 2 foster homes before us had problems w/ the oldest 2 as well… Please help..I am at a loss…

We’re the Advincola Family and we’ve been: harrassed, followed, and both physically /verbally attacked by the neighborhood gang called “The Bloods. At the end of our wits, my husband and I went to our son’s school inorder for the guidance councelor to ask Children’s Services to aid us in an emergency transfer. ACS sent over Ms. Sherise Wilson (718)239-5114; an: unbalanced, out of control, and manic. To make a long story, we’re in court, Judge Richards says their no reason for us the be there, Ms. Wilson fabricated facts and the Judge scolded and the ACS attorney for it. How can a 60 day evaluation take 7 months, if we asked for help, their no evidence of abuse, and Ms. Wilson sent my family to a preventive service where the Judge stated that he didn’t order it and the supervisor Ms. D. Poque also stated that my family doesn’t belong there? Help my family please because Ms. Sherise Wilson is a power hunger anger individual that can bring ACS hundreds of lawsuits. No family should undergo the: pain, distress, and violation that our 4 sons, my, and I’ve gone through. Call or fax us 347-275-7794 their both the same number? Stop ACS workers like Ms. Sherise Wilson, her co worker Ms. Toni T., and the ACS attorney; who doesn’t want to put an end to this case when Judge Richards has stated numerous times that theirs no evidence that a crime was committed.

After months of false accusations made by my sons school, without ever contacting me first. Cps started investigating me, a single hardworking father of 3 young boys. Never once did they ever find Any evidence of neglect, infact just the oposite. Then while trying to help an obviously abused ex daycare lady that had shown up at my house unexpectedly by providing her shelter and food for the day. She tried to kidnapp my middle child that night by making him jump off the roof of the house. I caught her, she was obviously on drugs, and I called the police. Well the next day the police arrested me for suposedly raping her and beating her. Cps took my kids. There was absolutely no evidence to support their claims, and the timeline didn’t fit at all. Took almost a year and I got 2 of my children back, Cps took custody of my middle child saying he has ADHD and is a danger to himself and others, and I don’t have parenting skills for him. Now they may try to take my youngest because he is acting out in school. What do they expect? Hell, they totally disrupted his life. Obviously those charges were dropped for lack of any evidence, but at what cost? My job, home, familly, my belongings! If anyone wants to help me end this madness, I live in Minnesota. My wife and I really need help! We have court on March 16th, 2008 and we need an attorney asap! My wife and I took my three kids to a place called Kidsquest and where previously my two younger sons got into an arugment (6 and 3) and my older son slammed the door on my younger sons face and caused a bruise. Well, CPS came down to collect my childrent without our regards and they took away all three of my kids under investigation. I had post partum psychosis after delivering my daughter. I had a tubal to prevent any further pregnancies. My husband took to beating me, and I managed to reach a phone. Long story short: he is bipolar. Initially my baby and I could not be around him, per DYFS (nj) order (we never saw any paperwork) they threatened to arrest us BOTH if HE wasseen in the vicinity of our home, whether invited or not. All was going well till DYFS found out I had PPP.
“WE don’t want another ANDREA YATES” they said. They made me sign my daughter to the man who beat and raped me (”he’s in counselling now, it’s that or foster care and they’ll take both your rites if you don’t sign her over!” they said).
As I can never get pregnant, I can never get this disorder again! I made this clear to them - they ignored it.
Anyone want to set themselves up to be in a precident making motion? Somethign about denying me my ONLY child due to an illness another woman who had FIVE children (thus she was really really ill) and could STILL reproduce sounds like a violation of some type of godsgiven right!
It’s more detailed AND they broke some confidentiality rules, such as the doctor they had my eval thru… I worked with him before and we did NOT get along then. The counsellor? Yep, knew her too. And, there is much, much more.
I’M READY TO STEP UP AND TELL ALL BUT I NEED A BRAVE ATTORNEY TO ASSIST.

I think my right is violated by a after school teach I want to know how I can protect my rights. He wanted to use a basketball to hit me, but he missed. He keeps on calling us(me and my firned) gay, but we are not. He has been like that for months already, at first I took it as a joke, but he doesn’t stop. So, I feel abused phsically and verbally. look i have a 4 month year old baby right his mom dont take care of the baby she leaves in the middle of the nights with other guys and she dont go back to her house till like 3 in the morning without her mom finding out and i know cause i have seen her and some of my friends have seen her she dont like to take care of the baby and her family is putting my baby in danger cause they like to cause alot of problems and then those people come back and do something to them like bout two weeks ago somebody went to go break their house windows and the glass fell on the baby and they didnt even take him to the hospital or anything like that and they didnt even call the cops at all and then also the babys moms step dad is always smoking weed and doing cocaine and i know cause wen they used to live next to me he would always do it and i would see him and then last time wen i passed through there house i saw my baby outside with his grandma and his grandmas husband was outside smoking weed ok and that is not good for my baby the mom and the grandma and all the of their other family are problem causers and that is not good for my baby they are just putting him in danger and stuff and i know i am just 15 years old but i could take care of my baby if he was with me im already gonna turn 16 and then i could get a job and buy my baby anything and i just want to know wat i could do in order to have my baby with me and not with them

If what you say is true, then neither one of you should be raising this baby. You are 15 and from the writing skills I’ve seen, you need a lot more education before you try to comunicate any messages.
Quite honestly, it sounds as though you are throwing stones; not at all mature enough to care for this child yet.
As we’ve all found out ANY woman can have a baby, but that doesn’t make them a parent.
To the rest of us— sorry if that sounds calous, but this girl really needs to grow up first before trying to be a mom. The mature thing to do would be to request relocation of the child. Put the child 1st.

Hello, I need some help and advice, maybe even legal representation. My mother and some of my family members have disliked my wife from day one. My side of the family has somewhat out of the ordinary bounderies when it comes to touching children, showing affection and some other behavior like changing in front of the kids or grandkids, even showering, all acceptable to the child is a certain age, but they think it is ok way beyond the age my wife and I feel is acceptable. My mother has tried to have a personal, bonded relationship with my first son that is more like a mothers relationship than a grandmothers. My wife is upset by this, and with the touching of my side of the family has limited her time and how she can visit with the kids. My mother wants nothing to do with the 2nd son and tries to take my 1st out of town with her, stay the night etc. My wife and I won’t let it happen. last week a CPS worker showed up at my house and said we had allegations of drug abuse and neglect. We invited her over the day she left a note on our door, but she was too busy. When we met she asked us to take s drug test and we agreed, but when she got back to her office she called and said that her supervisor told her that we need to be on a color system and if they call our color we have to go that day to take a random test. Just because a person made an allegation we have to do this! We have no drug priors and take no substances and feel we are being treated as guilty without evidence or warrant. This is degrading to have to pee in front of someone so they can see our privates because someone accused us of this. I need help from someone. I cannot be pushed to do this for no reason and no proof. My mother did this just to try and get custody of our oldest son, not both. She said my wife lost 20-30 lbs. in a week and has open sores on her face. Both of these were straight lies. The case worker did not see any thing of the sort and our children are taken care of excellently, to the best any parent can do. I tried to have the case worker call my wifes Dr. whom she sees once a month and check her weight history, my mother is jealous of the love and attention our children give her, because they are healthy and happy little boys. Please help we have the ability to pay an attorney what we can. Thanks for reading and any advice is appreciated.

I have a cps case in mich. The case has been going on for over a yr. My daughter was taken and returned six months later. For the last yr I have submitted to and passed about 3o in home drud tests. Of recent the courts found that my daughter has been encoragble and sent her off to a 30 day accessment at a theraputic lockdown establishment. I asked her lawyer to motion that the case be transferred over to juvenile and cps be removed. He said “They won’t” Question…
If I have completed everything cps demanded of me and continue to pass drug screens…why wouldn’t the court dismiss cps and transfer the supervision over to the juvenile…By the way my daughter is 15 and will turn 16 in may.

The other day my husband was arressted in Palm Beach County Florida for “child neglect”. What happened that evening was that the two of us were on our porch talking while he smoked a cigarette. We were having a disagreement and didnt want to argue in front of the baby. We were not loud or disruptive and the baby was inside the house secured in her cradle by “harness” several feet from the door. We werent able to resolve the issue at that time so he left in his car. I watched him leave and then attempted to enter our home and found that bottom lock on the door had been turned to “lock” when the wind blew it closed. I wasnt frantic because I had my cell phone and called him immediately. Unfortunately it went strait to voicemail. I visually scanned the area for his car but he was gone. I had no way of getting in and so called the police for assistance. Well they got me in but the “arressting officer” misconstrued everything I said and screamed at me in front of my baby, threatening to take me away then and there as well as my child if I didnt sign something stating that my husband had left me locked out of the home. I had no choice and so I briefly alluded to that without sounding too incriminating, and signed. I never thought the system was this bad. I am beside myself. My husband was arressted and has been given a no contact order and has been forced to leave home. My daughter is only 11 weeks old and is my first and I am forced to care for her alone now. On top of that the state is trying to bring charges against me now for “purgory” because I spoke in my husbands defense. I am terrified of what they are trying to do. Can someone please give me some advice??? I am devastated…

hi my name is sabrina and i need some help my parents had temp coustody of there 3 grandchildren until the parents were able to get them bk..when my parents got there grandchildren they were never given any papers stating they needed to do anything with there home no requirements at all we were pretty much told the house needed to be clean which it was all the time and tuesday(april 15th of 2008) the case worker showed up for her visit and said everything seemed to be fine..my parents were suppose to have the oldest child put in kindergarten in a certain ammount of time that tjhey requested but in the state of nevada it is not manditory that a child be in kindergarten but they claim it is also the childrens case worker does not approve of our living and has wanted the kids removed from our home since the very beginning but had no grounds to do so i think that she is trying to make things up in order to do so the children were always feed clothed loved taken well care of never abused or neglected in any way very happy very bright and cps is making there childhood not so enjoyable this is the time in there life were they should be living care free and with people who love them we love them and we are trying to make there life as amazing as it can be but cps is trying to ruin it they should be able to have a voice in this(the children) there is no reason why they cannot be here with us until the parents get them back if you can help it would be greatfully appreciated

my case has been going on for about almost 7 years now, for things my husband said while being medicated in the hospital. After everything the judge ordered my daughter back to me. So I moved to another county and city and those social workers played the same game again,so I was told just recently they put the same thing on my case as before I didnt know that they could do that. Plus added their own stuff to it. My lawyer doesnt do anything for me. My daughters lawyers do nothing for her to. She stays at a fostercare where they dont feed any of the girls dinners. I have my child on the weekends, and I had to call the on call social worker Sunday to get permission to bring her back on early monday morning. Well I tried to contact our social worker, most of the day and have had no luck. they are threating me with all kinds of things, but I have been trying all day,to send her back. Now we are going into tuesday and I am starting to get a little afraid I dont have bail money to get me out and I am afraid I wont be able see my daughter. please HELP ME,I AM GETTING DESPERATE!

I am looking for an Oregon State attorney to file suit against DHS Child Welfare. They have taken my children on the word of a lying drug addict who was mad at me for turning him in for sex abuse against my daughter, and not allowing him to hang around my house. I had found out he and my daughter had sex again and told him I would have to turn him in again. So he went before I could to the detectives and told them the lies.I was forced to stipulate at the jurisdictional hearing and told if I didn’t I would be charge with sex abuse for “Allowing them to have a sexual relationship” and go to jail and never get my kids back. I have also had to stipulate to being a drug addict and alcholic when in fact I am not nor have I ever been. All because this angry young man knew how to play the system for his own gratification.

We’ve been fighting D.S.S. since Sept. 2007. We already have an attorney, but this is her first for this type of case. We are happy with her, but we are also inexperienced and the D.S.S. appeal went against us. Now we are facing the judicial review. Before now, we were unable to obtain an attorney because, there was no arrest and the children were not removed from the home, so they asked why we needed one. We need one, because the social worker (Kelli Hodge) has falsely claimed that my daughter said that I sexually abused her, so they want to put me on a list. The report has several other discripencies and lies that the police officer, my wife and daughter can give witness against. We also have some dirt on the social worker.

North East indiana. My daughter, then 15 months old, had a bout of hypoglycemia. I called 911 and she was rushed to a nearby hospital. After calling one of her 3 regular doctors, discovering I did not finish 1 dr appt (drug rep came in and after waiting 3 hours I had to go pick up my oldest 2 from school, an hour from the doctor). She has consistently had a low ‘prealbumin’ blood level so is diagnosed with malnutrition. at 15 months of age, allergic to cow’s milk (with a test result to prove it that the doctor is ignoring saying the abnormal result is not abnormal enough) and having the same symptoms to soy milk, i gave her rice milk with baby cereal in it (also because the rice milk had more sugar content than the soymilk). she also eats much table food - mostly meat, fruit, and veggies. she is a smaller twin with a heart condition and other issues.
hospital called CPS who said sign the paper basically stating I was guilty as if a court appearance was requested the child would be removed. So I signed the paper. This occured in the first week of April 2008. Today, my CPS worker came with a paper titled Information and asked me to fill it out, for them to know about our income. The entire paper says only things about where the child was removed from, I refuse to fill it out without first consulting am attorney.

I am a mother of three very beautiful kids. One of whom has passed away 2 years ago. I lost the other two to Larimer County of Social Services about 5 years ago. During the fight to get my kids back I had a lawyer. I feel she did not represent me to the best of her ability. My first case worker was fired for unknown reasons. When that happened I was transitioning my kids back to me. Social serivces took my kids from me, due to the fact that my case worker never “leagaly” document it. They said I was in contempt of court. i tried to tell the judge about it and my lawyer told me in the middle of court to sit down and shut up. After the hearing was over she pulled me into a room to tell me to stay out of it. i would do what ever she said cause I thought it would get my kids back. Ultimately, SS slowly took them away to the point were I hardly ever saw them until finally they took them. I need to know if there is any recourse I have due to this fact. i know I can not appeal the case because of a “20 day clause” like that is long enough. I can’t aforrd a decent lawyer so that is why it has taken me this long to try and persue this. I just wan tmy babies back in my arms. Please help.

I am in need of legal council. A report with CPS was made alleging my fiancee and I of physically and sexually abusing her then 13 year old son. The CPS and Police investigations were unfounded. Neither department would release any details. We feel that is was a false and vendictive call made from a family member out of spite. What can we do to pursue legal action and prosecute the false accuser? Please help. We are running into dead ends left and right. Cass County Michigan Department of Human Services has committed perjury through out my case. I can not get a straight answer to why they have my kids or why they where taken. Liz Pant and Kim Vincek 269-445-0286. Were my caseworkers that have recommended termination? These two caseworkers do not have licenses except Liz Pant has a cosmetologist license. Kim Vincek leaves my children in homes and with foster parents whom do not properly supervise my children, abuse my children physically, mentally, educationally, constitutionally, and verbally. Kim has a job, working for the state to steal kids and exploit them. My oldest daughter is on street drugs, allowed boyfriends, and failing high school. The foster parents get $2,000 extra dollars a month if she stays on drugs and they call their home a ‘treatment’ home. My 8-year-old has been put on a cocktail of drugs with out my knowledge. I made them take him off the drugs but they are once again adding up the prescriptions.
There is no incentive to return the children to their parents. The state has spent hundreds of thousands of dollars in this conflict of interest type setting called the family court system. My psychologist will testify that I have made progress however the States 10 therapist will testify that I have not made enough progress. The state paid ‘parenting therapist’ Julie Reising (269- 445-2135) has purchased a new car and brags of the money my family is making her. She has made comments in my therapy such as, you should have never had your children, you were not loving your children when you were with an abusive person, you should consider adoption, its enviable that you are ever goanna change, I got a 150 units from your case the most I ever got. But she admitted to my psychologist that if she would have met me today she would not have a problem with me. She is basing her “therapy†off of the bullshit is the reports from CPS and that’s why she wants me to lose my rights. Plus the fact that she is very close to everyone else involved and they want that federal money.
The foster parent has made many improvements on their homes. My children and I have suffered pain and misery!! My visits have been stopped because the court has received the petition to terminate my rights. My nest review hearing is in May and my termination hearings for my 5 children are in June.
I’m doing much to inform the public of this county’s exploitation of my children. Please people every where go to your local dollar store buy 33 cent poster paper and a Black permanent marker and a staple gun. Then fine all the trees in the County and tell the ignorant public about the truth!! I’ve talked to the commissioners and posted signs in that community to make people aware of the corruption but this county is relentless. My children have suffered much from this and they are spread out in 4 different homes. My grandoson was snatched by CPS last March 17,2008 because my son in law’s father called CPS in Orange,
CA to tell them that both my daughter and his son are mental and my grandson needs protection. This is base on some paranormal beliefs that they had e-mailed to my son-in-law’s parent. Please help us. The CPS Barbara Mautino is falsifying some of the records and even coach the intern psychiatrist that saw. Since I don’t believe that my daughter and my son-in-law will harm my grandson, she won’t even allow me to have the custody of my grandson if it comes to that. Please give me advice of what to do. This CPS person sounded like she was taking this personally.

My daughter was taken for alleged sexual abuse that she recanted to the worker. My dad intervened and said he would give her back if I would allow him to have custody. I did. He changed his mind and told me I wont see my child til she is 18. That is in 31/2 yrs. I need a lawyer and need help badly..

In Texas my grandchildre were given to a caregiver by CPS and because I am working out of State in Oklahoma - I was not considered. My son and daughter in law are drug users and not working to get kids back. I want to raise these kids but do not have the money to take them to court and fight to get them. I have a secure job and have worked for 30 plus years and would love them and raise them, I need help with what to do. CPS said I wasn’t a choice because I am working in Oklahoma and the case is in Texas.

My daughter Angela (age 24) and her son Frank (age 19 months) live with my husband and I and has for the last 4 years.
My grandson is a very healthy and happy child and my daughter is a very good mother, always putting her son’s needs and wants before everything and anyone.
On April 24, my daughter was arrested for drug possession. She has not been convicted or even indicted. There is the possibility of the charges being dismissed, because of illegal search and not having her rights read to her.
On April 29 CPS showed up at my home and kidnapped my grandson. My husband and I were on vacation and received a call from my daughter telling us that CPS was there and was taking Frank. I spoke to the CPS worker on the phone; she refused to give me her name, phone # or what steps I needed to take to bring Frank home. My husband offered to fly me home, but since the earliest flight we could get wouldn’t arrive until 6:05PM I was told “oh we would be closed by then” My husband’s, my daughter’s, my grandson’s and my Constitutional Rights were totally disregarded and when I brought up this fact and questioned the legality of them kidnapping my grandson, we were told “CPS supersedes the law” We were also told that if we didn’t do as they demanded that they would have to go with other options and that Frank would not be going home with us. Can a lawyer in the Tucson Arizona area please help us?

children have not been removed. parent was on sick leave from job. health insurance was cancelled too soon. parent corrected problem with health insurance organization. but, during the interim when health insurance wasnt active (when it should have been); doctor billed family. vindictive pediatrician was angry that his bill to family had not been paid. he told them verbally that he filed a medical neglect acs allegation report because they had no medicaid. acs worker came to home and discovered other children in home with medical issues that affected their school attendance. schools are in receipt of physician’s statements outlining childrens health issues. acs worker constantly comes to home making threats of removal. parents are dedicated hard working individuals who adore their children. 3 months ago worker was supposed to close the case as unfounded. yet 3 months later she is still harrassing us. please help. in ny

I have a friend of mine who’s daughter was taken by DHS/CPS of Oregon based on false allegations made by the mother who has been diagnosed as bi-polar and borderline personality disorder. I know the law states that the court must review what has been done to place the child back in the care of the parent. DHS keeps telling him that they have never encountered such an involved father. DHS has been stalling, messing up appointments, rescheduling, case workers calling in sick or leaving early for the day, & it has been almost 2 months and they still do not have the discovery documents ready for review. They are not returning phone calls to lay & expert witnesses or the father’s lawyer. I know they did not do their homework before they made a hasty decision to take his daughter away and I know he has a strong case to bring to suit in court. Are there any really great lawyers out there ready to tackle this or that have already tackled this type of case and going after DHS? That is what he needs. A lawyer motivated to tackle DHS. He has the evidence, just need someone who can intelligently fight it for him. Remember, he is in Oregon. Please, Please, Please, let me know of anything that will help. Michigan residents requesting the assistance of an attorney willing to assist our Family in fighting Muskegon Protective Services..We are licensed Foster Parents with a local Private Agency. We have had allegations made against me by one of our adopted 17 yr old RAD,Dysthymic Disorder and a Compulsive Sexual Behavior children..
Julie Shafer from CPS interviewed 3 of our Special Needs children ( of which we have adopted 10, all special needs).Directly after speaking with the 3 children (and after seeing her allegations) took the information to her Supervisor Mary Jo French and insisted she had/has a case. I just received the report from her investigation and I am considered a high risk and listed our case as category 2. When my children read the report indicating what they had supposedly said all 3 stated “that’s not what I said”.. We trully need an attorney that is willing to Stand Up to CPS and Fight beside us, with us and for us..please contact me if you are interested or you know of an Attorney in the Muskegon, Michigan area.

Back in February CPS showed up at my door one day when I wasn’t home.My mother was babysitting my 4 children .The worker took each of my kids seperately in a room and talked to them and basically brain washed them without my consent or anyones .The report was made all cause my 7 year old son got a bruise on his cheek after me and about 15 others was having a pillow fight me and him bumped heads.I explained to the worker what happened and she don’t believe it even though my kids told her that is what happened. She is also stating my kids are not happy with me and told her they don’t think I love them .I asked my kids and they said they never said any of that .
The worker also asked me if me and my fiance hug & kiss in front of the kids and I told her yes…she told me it is inappropriate behaviour to HUG & KISS in front of your own children basically!!!!
She could see she couldn’t do anything about the small bruise so then she tried to claim my kids are unhappy woth me?!?!?!
She is now making me do a psychological evaluation and me and the kids do therapy .Which I don’t mind …but she made me sign a service agreement saying the kids can stay with my mom until the evaluation is done but she has still not ordered it and everytime I call her she never returns the call so I called her supervisor ,which upset her some .She says she has never gotten any of my many messages on her machine .
She refuses to tell me who is doing the psychological evaluation or anything and she will not return any of my calls ..,..
My kids are upset and wondering why they can not live with me and it is killing my family….
SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME!!!
If I signed a service agreement ,can I leave state with them and my mother legally or can I get in trouble??

I fought for my son to be back home. However, I am a little problem and would like some feedback. First, my case has been close almost 2 years. However, my children are considered in the system has foster kids. I have did the chain of commands to get it fix and let them know that my children were never in a foster care system except one and that was temporary care. They claimed that it’s fixed. However, it still shows up in the schools, doctors and hospitals that my children are in foster care. However, how do I get that cleared up and removed. Second, my son is being harassed by teachers and principal. The Principal said to the kids including my child. That he would call the social workers on them if they don’t be quiet while they was eating lunch. Third, Since, my case is closed. Sitters keep following me. Do they suppose to do that? Fourth, I would like to file a lawsuit against DCFS for defamation and false allegations, violations of my civil rights and my children rights. Can I sue them myself or do I need a lawyer.” I have more than evidences, pictures etc., Fifth, How do I obtain information about myself and children that’ s in the caci database?
I would like to clear my children of being in foster system that they been expect one of them. I want to sue DCFS and I want to clear my name from the CACI DATABASE.
Last, what do I do about this Principal.

2 weeks ago my boyfriend slapped our daughter and left marks on her face and bottom, I handed him my cellphone and told him to call the police and turn himself in, which he did, CPS came to my home the following day and did an in home investigation with all 4 of my kids and told me my home was safe and i was portecting the kids so there was no reason to remove them from the home. She called me this last tuesday and asked if i had filed a PO against my boyfriend who was still sitting in jail with no way of being bonded out, and i told her no, i didnt have a way to get the 40 miles away that i have to go to get said protective order, she told me i had until friday to get it or she was removing my children from my home, and i told her i didnt understand why because he was in jail and not getting out and she continued to bully me on the phone and i asked to speak to someone else because she wasn’t explaining it to me, and she said no and told me i had till friday and i said well do you think if i asked an attorney he could explain to me what the hurry is if he is still in jail, he cant hurt anyone from jail.
She hung up on me and would not take my phone calls from that point on, that evening she came out to the baseball field where i was watching my kids practice and she came with a sherriff and took my children from me for failing to protect them even though she gave me until friday to get the PO against my daughters father.
I got the protective order the next day and she said great youll have your kids back tomorrow but when we went to court they said they thought i was a threat to my children and they recomended them staying where they were and the judge said he agreed with them and that we could clear this up on the 2nd and the assistant DA said no her caseload was too heavy they couldnt do it until the 9th and now they are telling me i have to have all these assessments done by DVIS and i am suffering from some battered womens pattern.
I just dont understand how a piece of paper got me into this mess, and once i got it they went from one extreme to the next, right now my kids are in my mothers custody, so not only have i lost my kids which they will not let me see, i cannot even see my mother, which is my only support system.

I have had an on going cps case for a year now, theyve never been able to prove any abuse theyve accused me of yet the have ripped my children from my arms once for a 72 hour hearing in which I got them back. Now theyre trying again to remove them to either foster care or their dad, which has had minimal contact with them. He is cheering the abuse case on and adding his own allegations to try & strengthen it so he can take my kids away to HURT me!! Thats his only goal in life.

We are in a battle with CPS because the biological mother got them taken away. CPS is making us do rediculous things and they are making us look bad so she can get them back. I am marring the biological father of the children and they will not give us the kids. They have been in foster care for almost 6 months. please help!!

We have been made to do drug testing and we were told to move so we could get custody which we did and then we took the two year old out of a foster home for being sexually abused and since we had no physical evidence they put her back in the same home!!!

I just keep thinking about how the reason they took my kids was NOT because I’d hurt them (I never have or would) or neglected them (within three days of losing everything I had a roof over our heads, clothes, and food aplenty) but because they couldn’t FIND me–I hadn’t called in 12 hours. Oregon CPS took a 2 month-old, breastfeeding infant (my milk is running low; I spent the weekend after they took her trying to get someone on the phone to get breastmilk to her and was told, “Well, she’ll just have to get formula for now.”) and my two year-old boy. It’s only been three weeks but it’s been torture.

I know this is going to sound wierd. But i just need a few questions answered. CPS has decided that a caller who is unknown of course said Caller stated that she saw my wife give her my daughter ADHD medication from one child (With RX) to another (Without RX) now i was home all day that day and never saw this happen as well as we had only one vister that day for approx. 5 minutes. My wife was standing talking with this vister for those five minutes holding my youngest daughter. Now neither me or my wife are allowed to be around our Children Unsupervised. We were asked to sign a safety plan and until now i thought it was a good idea. I dont think there was probable cause for the first visit much less this safty plan. Of course i was told this is volentary but if we refused she would have to take legal action and we would lose our kids. This woman even bragged about how she had 4 removals this week. I am in Oregon. I went to trial and plead to 2 admissions (that I am emotionally and mentally unstable at this time). Who wouldn’t be if they just took your child, and they would not accept it. They wanted me to admit to my Husband battering me. He has NEVER battered me. He is from another culture and it is just simply wrong to lay your hands on a woman for any other reason but to love. I have read transcripts that are false from agencies and interviews of myself, friends and family. All false and they are very angry. They also want to help with filing a suite. My son has been in foster care for 2mo. I was also pulled from a visitation and told not to (I gave him one for his birthday, which he loved) give my son a miniture flag from his Phychological Fathers Country, I cannot talk about him, his country or anything about it. I called the supervisor and called it Predjudice and they pre-dated a letter that was a bunch of crap and lies, we filed state dicrimination and civil rights complaint, been in contact with the GAO and my court app. attorney who just sits around and tells me I won’t win the trial anyway called me up yesterday and said I have to move out of my appartment from my husband or I will never see my son again. Now, we’re willing to pay whatever to beat these people becasue we’re not getting help from anyone.

These stories are never ending and are a sign that our government has turned it’s back on the constitution and due process of the law. Until a revolution breaks out, there is little hope for change. Until then, we should gather as much information as we can on these tyrants and create our own registry to list stories and make a black list of bad DSS employees. I have the first name to be added to this list (Kelli Hodge in Missouri). She has created a personal vendeta against my family. She has fabricated a story of sexual abuse and DSS protects her by not allowing my wife and daughter to set the story straight. Furthermore, a background check on Kelli Hodge, reveals that she has used multiple identities and social security numbers in the past. Still, DSS would rather protect her than give my family an opportunity to tell our story about what really happened after Kelli came to our house. She threatened to do what she is doing, but I had no idea that our government was so corrupt that she could get away with it. No matter the number of witnesses that I can provide to testify against her statements, DSS is still going by Kelli’s contradictory report over everyone else, including a police officer and another social worker. I say that we make our own registry and check it before hiring, granting credit or anything that they request. They created the new set of rules without due process, we should just learn how to play by the new game. What’s fair for us should be fair for them.

My two children missed one dentist visit. The dentist visit had to rescheduled because the children had the flu a week prior, and the dentist office refused to see the children based on the complications that could arise when a patient has been sick recently and under going anesthesia in the same time frame. When cps was notified of the rescheduled appointment they immediately arrived at my door with a sheriff’s deputy and informed me that they were removing my children and placing them in foster care. cps then took my children. 90 minutes later cps called me on the phone and informed me that they were sorry and that they were returning my children to me. All charges were dismissed and i currently have my children. Now I want an attorney, during the 90 minutes cps had my children they subjected them to a wide range of medical and psychological test. My children still wake up crying, afraid that cps will take them from there home. I want justice!

My Ex-wife was accuse of physical child abuse again by a school official and CPS did NOTHING.
Nw they did a report and cinfirmed the abuse and teh CPS worker has the audacity to treat me as IF I did something….
I taped all the covnersations and dcumented all his communicatins with FAXes and emails and Now he is continuously threatening me and my family and my sons.
I filed a complaint with the regional supervisor who didnt even want to give me his name. Nothing happened.
I want to sue them to stay out of our lives and for forgery of CPS papers which 8 months later now say she did NOT abuse the kids in SPITE of the ER Doctor’s report and the ER social worker findings!!!
This is absolute conspiracy. Im looking for a lwayer to pursue the matter in LA County. Please contact me

To Whom It May Concern:
Since our last court Date:
1. Cindy has yet to return my mother belongings.
2. She has brought yet another man in my kids lives, that is touching Toni, and Aaron
Even after they have both expressed to me they don’t like it.
3. The older sister was aloud to choke Little Aaron.
4. Cindy Helped the bennets get in the same shelter as the Kids.
5. Cindy was kick out the program, I informed Dorothy Torres (CPS)
That there was a court order in place keeping the bennets away, and CPS
Placed my kids in harms away. Dorothy Torres said she had no control over where
The kids are placed. , And she not aware of the court orders.
I faxed a copy of the court order to her, Nancy at CPS said Dorothy was miss informed that there were many shelters that Edith could have place them in.
CPS was not going to tell the court that this had happened.
Nancy Morrison had no knowledge of this happening till I informed her.
6. Cindy is concerned that the Kids will not get their homework done.
But when the kids were in school I had to catch up Monday, and Tuesday home work because she was not doing it.
7. I asked if I could take the kids the canceller, because Mom was not doing it.
That was order by this court.
8. She ganged up on my son with his first consoler, trying to make him admit
He had touched the bennets little girl, and that made him sad.
9. My son told me mommy is still smoking, but they were black, and smelled funny.
They are called blunts (pot)
10. Cindy told the court that her credit is so bad that no one would rent to her.
11. The court told Cindy to keep the kids in the same school till the court has settled
This mess. She is now trying to take them out of the school they have known all their life, and yet cause more instability in their life.
12. CPS has placed the person that started this mess (Nichole Hayes) Back on this case, as the case supervisor. Nichole told me she was going to try to take my children from me.

14. Garry Beasley was told by Rene smiley to take care of the canceling, and the psyche eval he just ran the clock out.
They sent me to the same consoler as Cindy, I told her my concerns, and that I was there to go thru with the eval. (Dorothy Edith, Martin and Nichole were discussing my case plan with Cindy, and Cindy Told my niece Raquel that the court was going to take to kids from me. The consoler cut the eval, All along Dorothy lead me to believe that this consoler was a separate consoler, in full knowledge that I would fill unconvertible in having her do my eval.
15. If the court would like me to take urine test on a regular basis, I will be willing to
Do so (at the county expense) but I would like to remind the court that Cindy said the same thing about Todd, Terry, and now me.

You told her to take the kid in for concealing, you told her to return my mothers
Things, you told her not to take the kids out of San Mateo and she was going to

You told her not to move the kids out of their school she is trying to any way.

18. She took my daughter and gave her all of her ammunitions shots over,
So she would not have to face the kid’s doctor, because she knows she was wrong. All she had to do is go there and get a copy of the records.
And they have had insurance thru my work all the time. But she took them to a homeless shelter doctor. Her doctor said this could have made her sick.
19. Nancy Morrison told me that Cindy told her that I evicted her from the apt.
Cindy Lied to her face, Nancy also told me that she was going to write the recommendations as they were before even before we began talking.
She implied I was a liar before I got out the gate.
She said I call the mom a liar, the only time I did was when the mom told my children that I was a murder, and I replied that is a lie.
20. Nancy is getting very forget full, I asked her to help me get CPS to do what was
Order by the court, and what I was promised by CPS and she did nothing to help me, she said that she would call over there and try to get them moving, And call me latter that week, she never did. I think she forgot or didn’t care.
21. Cindy told Nancy that she has beening seeing a canceller all along, she started in late June she has only been see five times. I would have started when my case plan was singed, But Gary Beasley ran the clock out, and I could not afford 75 dollars a week.
22. Little Aaron was sick for almost three weeks, I follow what the home less shelter
Asked from us, Cindy knew about his medication, she didn’t have him finish his
Prescription.
23. Debbie Crandall Cover up
My lawyer was brought involved in this matter, she had been calling Ernest office (at the last minute) Monday the start of their spring break. Trying to get me to take the kids for the week.
I had asked the kids two weeks before when it was because I had a feeling she was going to have me take them. I was going to take the time off.
When I said I had to work, Cindy set my son up, and tried to put him in the hospital 72-hour hold, she called Ernest (my lawyer) said Aaron was trying to hurt himself. And he was on his way to the hospital.
What came out was Cindy was trying to get he to dump the garbage he refused.
She pushed him to the ground and spit in his face. I took the week off so I could watch them, and get them out of Moms hair, then in court she said he was just trying to give me visitation Really the Bennets wanted the kids out of the house for the week. Debbie Crandall said went way over the top but did nothing about it.
24. Nancy said Cindy was breaking no court order to speak of what about this list.

HELLO EVERYONE. MY PRAYERS GO OUT TO YOU AND YOUR FAMILIES. BEST WISHES BE TO GOD THAT HE RETURN EACH AND EVERYONES CHILDREN BACK TO THEM SAFE AND SOUND. CPS IS NOT A GOOD PLACE FOR CHILDREN TO BE AT ALL. THEY ARE LIARS, KIDNAPPERS AND, CRIMINALS. MY KIDS WERE TAKEN FROM ME 10-23-07 AND THEY TOOK THEM ON ALL FALSE AND ILLEGAL ACTIONS. THE HOSPITAL PLAYED A BIG PART IN THIS.THEY STOLE MY KIDS FROM ME AND THE HOSPITAL THAT HAS A PROCEDURE TO FOLLOW WHEN CALLING CPS DID NOT FOLLOW IT AT ALL.THE HOSPITAL MISREAD MY SON’S X-RAYS SAYING THAT HE HAD 3 BROKEN RIBS AND A BROKEN PELVIC BONE AND PHENMONIA (HOWEVER YOU SPEL IT). SHE TOLD ME THAT THIS WAS GOING TO BE A VERY LONG JOURNEY AND THAT WAS SO TRUE.THE CASE WORKER WAS NEW AT BEING A CP WORKER AN DIDNT KNOW WHAT SHE WAS DOING AND SCREWDED UP EVERYTHING. SHE TOOK MY KIDS JUST CAUSE SHE FELT LIKE THE KIDS WAS IN DANGER WHICH WAS ILLEGAL CAUSE A CPS WORKER PERSONAL FEELING’S HAS NOTHING TO DO ABOUT HER FOLLOWING GUIDELINESAND RULES. SHE MADE ME LEAVE MY SUPPOSE TO BE BROKEN BONES 8 MONTH OLD SON IN THE HOSPITAL UNATTENDED. SHE DID NOT GET OR HAVE A COURT ORDER TO DO ANY OF THAT. SHE JUST SCREWDED UP BIG TIME. I CALLED THE CHILDREN OMBUDSON TO INVESTIGATE HER AND WHAT SHE DID AND NOW THAT I HAVE PROOF OF ALL THAT SHE DID WRONG I CANT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT.WHEN WE WENT TO COURT THEY JUST KEPT ON LYING ON ME SAYING I SAID STUFF WHEN I DIDNT. AND JUST LYING AS THE TRAIL WENT ON. MY COURT APPOINTED LAWYER DIDNT BELIEVE ME EITHER THAT ALL THIS WAS CAUSETHE HOSPITAL MISREAD HIS X-RAYS WRONG. BUT TO CUT THIS SHORT. THE JUDGE DISMISSED MY CASE AND SAID THAT MY CHILDREN BE RETURNED TO ME ASAP. THEN TURNED TO THE CPS WORKER AND SAID NEXT YOU SO CALL YOURSELF INVESTIGATING SOMEONE TO REMOVE THE PARENTAL RIGHTS MAKE SURE YOU DO IT RIGHT. THE CPS WORKER WAS SO ASHAMED AT HERSELF AND THE NOT SO GOOD WORK SHE DID SHE DIDNT EVEN LOOK AT ME TO SAY SORRY. SHE TURNED TO MY MOTHER AND SAID ENJOY YOUR GRANKIDS. I JUST WANTED TO JUMP ON HER BUT I COULD’NT STOP CRYING WITH TEARS OF JOY. IN THE END MY LAWYER DID DO HER JOB. I need agressive representation in prescott AZ. I was out of town and my 5 year old was with my parents. My mom had a alcohol and drug overdose. Dad called my brother and had him take her for the morning. CPS became involved and our lives have been a living hell ever since. 928-227-3733

I need a lawyer. I gave birth to my son on 10/02/08 and CPS waltzed in and removed him from my care the following day just as we were about to be released from the hospital claiming I had failed more than one drug test. They also claim that I had another drug test in Michigan (where I am from) earlier in my pregnancy that I had also failed, yet there was no drug test done in Michigan so this is a flat out lie. I know for a fact I have not taken any drugs and CPS removed my son without a court order on a Friday. They proceeded to tell me Monday morning that the emergency hearing their handbook states must be held the following workday which I have the right to be notified of and attend was not going to be held because “the handbook is a regional handbook and Liberty County, Texas does not hold that particular requirement”. HOW CAN THEY DO THIS? They are not providing me with information on these drug tests and are not thouroughly investigating ANYTHING as they should. Bottom line is that I need a lawyer and don’t know where to turn.
