Child Protective Services, CPS, has devastated and destroyed hundreds of thousands of families in America during the last thirty years leaving a trail of broken hearts, broken dreams, and shattered childhoods.
Rather than helping families, government agents have used unconstitutional laws in Juvenile Court to rip children away from their loving parents, break asunder God-given, natural, parent-child bonds, and adopt the children of the grieving out to others who profit financially with large monthly adoption subsidy payments.
Child Protective Services must be stopped! The law that started this, CAPTA, must be repealed. We must work tirelessly to inform the public of this very dangerous travesty of justice. We must keep faith knowing that if there is a God, there is an answer and a way to end this heartache.
Child Protective Services Agents - please come to your senses! Family destruction on false or trivial grounds is wrong, reprehensible, and inhumane.
Fosterers - be aware that for the money you get you are holding much-loved children away from their grieving families while the parents are forced to perform a service plan that is anything but a service to them. I call this hostage holding for the government. This is not kindness - to help misguided government agents destroy family relationships and break loving bonds.
CPS workers and fosterers - I ask that you now let the children of the innocent return to their homes where they are truly valued, adored, and loved by the parents God gave them.
Family rights are God-given rights. And they should not be ignored or postponed. Every moment these loving parents and children spend separated from one another is a torment beyond what anyone should ever have to bear.
It is unworthy of human dignity to allow this terrorism and torture of families to go on without saying something, speaking out, and trying to make a change.

Please pray for my 3 grandsons, Michael age 7, Bryon age 4, and Ricky age 3 to be release from an illegal bondage of adoption by CPS. We want our grandsons to come home were they are loved and were they lived for over 9 months before CPS stole them away. Please pray for my 3 nephews Zach 4, Eli 3, Josiah, 1 and my Neice Sarah 2 to be returned to family care after they were taken from Ohio to Florida to be split up and placed in foster care. The 3 year Eli is autistic and does not deal well with change and has now been parted from not only his family but his brothers and sister and placed alone in a foster home. We believe they had no right to remove them from the state of Ohio and now they are doing everything possible to keep them in Florida.

Please pray for my daughter her husband and my 5 little grandbabies that cps has taken away on false accusations.Cps is so heartless my daughter gave birth to twin girls Jan 25,2008 and they took her babies from the hosp from the NIC unit, they were premiees.We watched my daughter plead with them not to take her little babies.Please pray that deciency and real justice be restored in the cps system and that all evil and followers of evil be rebuked in the name of JESUS CHRIST.Please pray that all 5 of my grandbabies be brought back home to us.

Please pray for my 3 children Zach 12, Mckenzie 11, and Damaion 10. I am going into court on March 11, to finish my trial and get my final verdict. Right now it isn’t looking good for me. I have already given up my rights to Damaion and now I am afraid that I will lose the other 2 as well. They want to come home, and there is nothing I can do about it. The judge had her mind set about me the first time I walked into her courtroom. I don’t want to have to say good bye to my babies. Please pray for us.

please please we beg of any one to please keep us in your thoughts & prayers!!!!! My children were taken from me & I’m a widow with a terminal illness yet we didn’t even live in the state that took custody!! We did nothen wrong other then the fact I made the wrong person mad!! I refused to drive from FLA. to NC so my daughter could be questioned about a report made on my ex. I offered to take her into the FLA. office. my youngest has almost died several times from beattings recived in their custody & from drugs they forced him to take like seraquil, ambillify, xanax etc. I’m trying to raise money for an attorney but it’s hard!!! I can’t sleep for nightmares!!! How can I breath knowing my child is crying for me to come put my arms around them & make it better when I’M NOT EVEN ALLOWED TO SPEAK TO EM’ MUCH LESS SEE EM’!!??? OH DEAR GOD I PRAY THE LORD WILL SEND US AN ANGEL,,,,please pray for my family as I WILL ALL OF YOURS!!! On Feb 19th of 2008 CPS had gone to my babysitters home and removed my 19month old son(Chance Fate). Their reasons are all heresay. My family, sister and step mother, are hateful people that love to bring pain and misery to others lives, and this time I was their target. I need my son back, he is my everything…. CPS is a joke and I too was raised in their system, they messed up so badly with my case as a child they are trying to fix it with my son… This is tooo damaging to the soul.

Please pray for my 2 kids Damon and Hayli who are about to be put up for adption even though the DYFS supervisers said that we never abused or niglected them but we dont like DYFS so we cant have are kids back Please pray the Kevin Ryan will do the right thing.

Every times I read the prayers, I cry, It husts so much to see what the state is doing to are familys, I fight for 1 1/2 years to get my son and little girl back, I feel for you all, My heart bleeds from the hurt that the states put upon we the people, I can not believe this is what my tax dollar goes to,

Please pray for my family. We have our court hearing March 19. CPS has left a report that says there is emotional abuse and neglect to the children. This is absolutely false. I’m afraid the kids will be taken away. Please pray our family stays together. Thankyou. God Bless!

I hope your lawsuit goes well, stick in there this will take years, don’t take a settlement go all the way make it public knowledge what happened to your family, hopefully others will make a stand and sue too if you know other’s that should sue do everything you can to help them were all in this together and together we stand we demand real justice! not kangaroo courts with no due process.

Please pray for me as I go to get my 3 children back who were taken away from me do to something my husband pulled in October and CPS decided to get involved in January. I just can not believe all the families CPS breaks up and has really no time for. Please pray as I fight to get them back this month and as I also face charged myself. Thanks for your time and ears. Please pray for the return of my four children to their loving parents home! This month makes 1 year my babies have been in the system! The judge still has not made a decision in the case and my family is devastated beyond repair….Paige, Kady, Evan and Makiah…we all pray that you stay safe in placement and justice is done!

Please pray that the honorable judge knipps is given the wisdom and clarity to see that our little Jayne belongs with her god-given genetic parents who love her much more and care for her unique beautiful soul and life in a way that her possesive and deceptive foster family can never do. Please pray for my granddaughter in Anchorage Alaska that has been more than abused by OCS by taking her children , taking her newborn baby, and breaking up her marriage by getting her husband to divorce her so they could give him his baby back. Pray that God will over rule these liars that have devastated so many lives and take their power away from them and give it back to the parents that they are taking babies from for the money paid by our government. Keep my gratgrandchildren safe from the sex offender that OCS have placed these babies in danger from him. Pray that all parents that are being falsely accused will get their day in court to stop this terrorist organization. Pray that God will step in and wake our country up to the dangers of this organization and stand beside them in finding a way to send these people to their much needed demise and punishment on this earth. My story is so unbelievable that its easy to pass it off as coming from a dellusional crackpot. That is what the powers that be are hoping for I believe by dragging out litiagation and trying to induce trauma in myself and my kids. It all started when I was in an institution as a youth where there was sexual abuse taking place from one of the directors. After escaping the institution I made myself a target. They wanted me bad and went to extreme measures to try and insure that the abuses would never see the light of day. That was in 1974/75 and I have been systemically targetted ever since. For the most part I escaped the system by keeping a low profile and my mouth shut. I managed to get myself married and had three kids. The first of which was later found out to be parental fraud. I never knew this until he was 20 years old. By this time my wife had been dead for 9 years already. I started getting attacked badly in AB and losing several positions of employment for no apparent reason. I decided to move to BC so that I could try out there with the help of the maternal aunt who was living out in Surrey, BC and offered help with my girls. The attacks on employment never ceased and they were then compounded by false allegations of the aunt. She was vindictive because I told her that I didn’t want my kids over there as she had been drinking and fighting with her boyfriend. There was furniture that was broken as told to me from my kids as well as police called. She had also had her two children taken away from CPS years ago. That didn’t stop her from inciting my kids to rebellion when I was at work. She would phone them after they got out of school and answer all the questions they had about their mom. She basically laid all the blame on me for there mothers death. She incouraged my youngest daughter to go with her and make a complaint against me to the CPS. The CPS seized on her youth and encouraged her to make a complaint against me of being abusive. Nothing came of it but a rapid response worker was dispatched to take my daugher and her belongings to the aunts. They did this against my objections and telling my them about the drunken fighting and furniture being broken where the police were called. They would here non of it as there mission was only to empower my daughters rebellion against me. The aunt then took my daughter out of the province and to a party in AB where she was raped and abandoned losing her virginity at 14. The CPS then sent me a letter stating that I was not to leave my daughter at the aunts where they had placed her.
Long story short they have been committing crimes against me ever since this episode took place to cause extreme trauma on all of us.
I went back to AB to try and reunite my family and was had to fight to get my daughter back and the legal aid lawyer that was provided for me was involved in the collusion and coverup. I opposed the temporary guardianship order and they continued postponing court dates where the case could be heard. The eventually withdrew the application and returned my daughter to me after she was just about 16 years old.
During this time the government sent organized crime against my other daughter for me trying to oppose the temporary guardianship order. She was kidnapped and beaten up so badly that her face was puffed up like a football. Many police new about this guy who had done this to her and his heavy involvement in the drug trade. Before this incident happened he tried running me off the road three times. I was beaten up with baseball bats by him and his friend and the police wouldn’t do anything. Everytime I laid a complaint and filed a statement it was ignored and nothing was done. This while he was on parole for trafficing in cocaine. Finally after my daughter was so badly beaten up they charged this guy although they would not even come to the emergency room where she was treated. I had to take her there after she escaped his vehicle and phoned me from Canada Place in Edmonton. That was on February 11, 2007. He was arrested and immediately released on $2000.00. The charges were later thrown out of court when I was not there and for reasons unknown to myself. They claim this is a matter of national security or something. (These people are nuts). Anyway she was later kidnapped once again from this guy and he tried running over two police officers after she had escaped. The police called this in and this guy was not even pursued until 5 days later?
The court case was later shutdown by a federal prosecutor and no police were allowed to give evidence?
Because of all this my daughter had been so thoroughly violated from the lack of protection of the court system she ended up staying with this guy and they are trying to say that she is in the battered womens syndrome. I think its more accurate to describe it as the Stolkhome syndrome induced by the legal abuse syndrome.
She desperately wants to get away from this guy but the criminal system keeps empowering him against myself because it is after me. Because I had a no contact order on myself and apartment where I was staying in Edmonton she said that she will stay there with her sister if I leave. So thats what I did. This is in Feb 29/08. The court date has been put off until June 20/08 for when he tried running over the two police. She is staying with her sister and there is a court order in place that he can’t go within a 500 meter radius of that address.
This is the best that I could do to try and protect my daughters as the system is trying to kill me. I have received death threats in emails saying that I will be assasinated and no one seems to care.
Why is this happening? Its because the system has a criminal ideology. It has a criminal mind that says the end justify’s the means. The end is to create a homsexual government that is allowed to molest children with impunity. Systemic discrimination and I’m on there shit list.
There is many more things that the system has done to me during this time, some subtle and some blatant. I am currently in Ottawa trying to find a human rights lawyer. One that will not be afraid to take on this system but they too are targetted.

Today is March17,2008 and as of today I received my kids back on the 14th it has been along hard road don’t give up it has almost been a year but cps is now out of my life and that is they way I want it to stay all charges of sexual assaualts have been dropped against my fiancee and we stuck together through all of this and we now have our family back Thank all of you for listeneing and i wish everyone the best

My little girl was taken from me and fiance. The cps agent has admitted she dosnt think we hurt our little girl, but during the investigation the cps agent said i was being rude and told me that “you dont want to get me angry, you havnt seen me b*tchy yet” like she was some hero in a movie…..it was the next day that she pried my little girl out of my arms at the shelter hearing. Please pray for us, i dont know what i will do if the trial goes badly. Know that my prayers are with anyone that is going through this.

Our children we taken almost 6 yrs ago, Anthony 17, Annaclare 13, Andreas 9, Angelo 7, Adrieono 6, thats their ages now. We have’t see them in 5 yrs, we hear they are all being in trouble doing things the forst home, adt people they live with are doing bad things to them. When our oldest son seen them last, they were dong bad, they think Iam dead , they told my children their mother died!!! Becouse they wanted to come home!!! My oldes son , get all this infomaton for us. We just don’t know what to do or what to think . We don’t trust anyone, talk to anyone. We can only live off of our thoughtsof our kids!!! God don’t plan of us to live with out them!!!!

I am tired. I have been fighting CPS on behalf of my close friend for almost 7 months now. We are weary. This young mother did nothing wrong; the CPS and even a police officer who took the first report lied terribly.
Please help & pray for Josie and her son Jason. These people trying to steal Jason are very evil. I can’t quite put my finger on it, but I really believe there is witchcraft at work..and that the CPS and its affiliates, are intimately involved.

They took our 18 month old daughter on Monday March 17th. We have a hearing on Thursday March 20th and hopefully it can be resolved. We took our daughter to the pediatrician back in Nov. of 2007 because she was losing weight and we we’re concerned and they reported us to CPS for “failure to thrive”. We have had several hearings and things keep getting delayed and postponed. The judge hasn’t even heard our side yet he’s only heard and seen CPS’s side of the story. Thursday will be our chance to let him know what really happened. We have 5 other children and we’ve never had any problems with diet before. As a pastor of a small church I’ve seen many people have to deal with CPS but I never dreamed that I would be dealing with them like I am today. Please pray for our situation.

Hello, I have never felt as depressed as I do right now. I have a twenty year old daughter that has a four year old daughter herself. She rcently left her baby’s daddy to go with her second cousin and now they are expecting a child of their own. Her four year old daughter refuses to live with her or her father is their anything that I can do to prevent these child from being taken from her grandparents. Also is their anything I can do to help my daughter to come to her senses and come back to live with her daughter.

Our children ages 15 months and 2 1/2 months were taken away from us by dfs on Wed, (A week ago today.)
My son learning to walk fell on top of my daughter while she was in her bouncy seat. And there was a mega block under the left side of the seat when he fell. She ended up breaking 4 back ribs and a collar bone on the left side.
despite what i told the dfs and the detective and doctors what happened they do not believe us. They were placed in foster care.
We had our hearing on Monday (the 17th) and they remained in foster care pending the walk through of a relatives house to see if they can be placed there. We are however allowed 1 hour supervised visitation rights.
We only have 15 months to get our children back or they will be placed up for adoption. But we may not be allowed to get them back because of a criminal past of my hubby’s. Though he did his time and paid his debt to society they still see him as a threat. Even though this is 10 years ago he did this.
Pray we get our children back. Even with my hubbys past. God has changed him!

I ask for prayer for my nephews, charlie, 12. thomas 8 and niece kristena 10. and our entire destroyed family. they took them from their home over the home needing repair. they were allowed to be placed with an aunt and uncle at first. CPS has grossly misshandled everything in the case. we were denied visitation or phone calls. through an advocate present at hearings we know that CPS has lied, showed up to court with incomplete files, changed their story of why they took our angels. been yelled at by the reffere for these things yet the court still terminated my sisters parental rights last month. and have now sepperated the children by again tearing them apart and taking the oldest to a foster home with strangers. please pray that GOD takes back what is his and puts his hand in the CPS. GOD bless you all. thank you.

Not sure what denomination you are personally i am non denomination before that i was pentecostal and before that Lutheran. But from one believer to another let me encourage you … God is in control. Remember He is bigger then any problem we face! Claim the victory.
Pastor Thacker my former pentecostal preacher once told us… we can not have victory without going through the battle first!
I will be praying. In fact i laid my hand on each of these that requested prayers.
Was your child bottle or breast fed. I know my hubby even though breast fed didn’t get enough to gain weight. And my daughter started to gain more once she was on another type of formula.

Please pray for our family. My sister is fighting false allegations. She was to be in court yesterday for the criminal charges but the judge was sick and had to postpone. I believe our last DHS hearing is the 27 & 28 of this month. We have never been tested in our faith like we all are now and need every prayer we can get as well as Carmen. I pray for God to help change this agency who puts families through trauma and the money that exchanges in each hand employee each caseworker each supervisor and etc. vactions paid, retirement benfits, insurances; disappear into a department under one roof of counslors to work together under the guide of families to be together with plans in placed. Imagine all the money saved and all these workers fired! I cannot imagine how much this all lost this state in Maine and I am a tax payer!

Please pray that the Judge will see through all the false allegations brought forth by Social Services and CPS. Jordan is 10 years old and we have a very special bond. I have provided a very loving home for him, and have taught him about Jesus’s love. The Judge will be making his decision by May 1, 2008. This decision is wether to return Jordan back to my home or adopt him to another family. Please pray that he stays with his loving family, where he belongs!

please pray for my son Kishon 4 and my daughter Assyria 2. they were taken from me on Oct 2006, i’ve yet not gain custody back but am fighting the system. They were taken only becuase of my ex. I don’t understand the CPS sometimes because there’s mother’s out there that actually do hurt their children and get them back but the mother’s that do good and protect their children don’t get a chance to get them back. Please Lord help all those in need. help the families that were broken up for no reason at all. We all need justice. For Christ sake these are our children their taken from us. Our loved ones we care about. Only if someone out there in the Government that has a good heart would see what CPS is doing to us. Only God will judge them when the day comes for him to return. God bless all and i will be praying for all families in need.

we got to see our kids Thursday. Praise God they seemed ok! i have been dealing with a lot of stress through this and may be pregnant again. all signs are there. If it is not pregnancy then it is stress making me that sick. keep us in prayers

How does one stay strong when CPS takes the children and keeps moving them from home to home and going back on visitations. Not allowing the children to call. Not allowing the parents to attend parent teacher conferences. Or school functions?

Pray for me and my family. I am going through false allegation of child abuse. Well my son was going to school and you know he got autism. His teacher said she have been having behavior issues with him. She have been telling me a couple of days before he got taken by DFCS she believe he need to be on medicine because of his behavior. She said to the police she seen marks on his legs and arms that she believe is a rash for 2 days. She never call me and said Mrs. Brown your son have something that appearance to be a rash on his legs and arm. Instead she call the police when I sent him back to school the next day. She waited until 12pm the next day to call the police after my son been in her care ever since 9am.
They would not let me see my son and they ask me question about marks I did not know nothing about

please pray that God will remove the power of CPS workers to determine who our children should be placed with. They have too much power and take the rights away from many parents whom have not neglected their children but have based it on many false allegations.

Please pray for my 2 children macy 10 and liam 5 to be able to live with their mommy and daddy and not to take away my rights.DFS in nevada are thieves .My kids are so close with me and I need them in my life as do they need their mommy not just daddy.They are doing this because I have been prescribed a medicine for 5 yrs they dont want me to take because they have no other thing to hold against me.I dont abuse my meds and they know that.Please pray for the Phillips Family. My friend just had her daughter taken away, they voluntarily placed her with me then took her away because my fiancee has a charge when he was 12, that was 13 years ago and it got dropped. I am under the idea that they came into my home ready to take her.

all of you are in my thoughts and prayers…Please pray for my family. My husband is facing loosing his rights in May 2008. I have the kids under trial reunification but they have been taken 3 times for absurd reasons. They are threatening to put them up for adoption if I fail. My kids have been thru hell. We are a loving family and just want to be left alone. We did NOTHING wrong.

please pray for grandchildren for safe return home from homes they don’t wish to be in. 13 year old boy and 5 year old boy. The 5 year old child clutches to his mom and sister when it’s time to return to his father. The boys want to come home. They tell everyone this but no one seems to listen. The C.A.S agency created lies and so this is the result Please pray for God’s perfect will and timing.

Please pray for me and my daughter she was taken from me four years ago by CPS of Logan County West Virginia. They take children out of good homes and place them in bad homes. I have never done drugs I don’t drink. The took her because of lies from my ex-husband who is a drug abuser. So please say a prayer that I can get the money for a lawyer so I can get my daughter back Thank You and God Bless everyone

Please pray for my sons, Mikah and Adam. Their father was under investigation of molesting both of them. The CPS worker assigned to their case had a sexual relationship with their father, and deliberately withheld evidence, putting a 3 and 7 year old into the hands of a predator. “SW” will face her judgement by the Lord and she will have to answer as to why she LIED in her report. We have identified over 50 outright lies that she has submitted to the court. She is NOT a doctor, yet she dismissed a doctor’s report of rectal bleeding in a 3 year old. She is corrupt!

please pray for my for my family. my 6 yeaqr old daughter was taken by cps back in august and given to. i have my mother(who filed the claim) she has been trying to take my daughter since i became involved withmy husband because he is black. my daughter is part white and very fair-skinned. i have two other smaller children whom she had no intrest in. cps has been playing games with me constantly telling me that if i chose to remain married to my husband i will not get my oldest daughter back.

well praise report to report… we got my husband a very good lawyer. One who use to be a family court judge himself and judged on the same thing were fighting for. There may be loopholes as to getting our kids back. Long story short my hubby has a past and there trying to hold that against him.
Keep praying next court date is the 5th of may. and by the way the pregnancy feeling still isn’t going away. donno if its nerves or am i truly pregnant? And am not really sure if i heard the Lord say this or not but i believe it was him… “Yes my child, you have conceived a son and you shall name him Isaiah Samuel which means God is salvation and God is His name. They will see that I will save you from the trial and they will know it is God that saves!”

Please pray for Alexandria 4, and all of my other children, Ashley 12, Emmanuel 8, Heather 7, Bradley 2 and Gabriella 1 month. My husband is now fighting criminal charges. As I read all of your stories. I feel for all of you. Don’t give up that is the worst thing to ever do. I will pray for all of you. I got my children back march 14th i never backed down got scared and sick missing my children but now i am a 100% better they r home it is a long hard battle almost a year jus don’t give up
