Child Protective Services, CPS, has devastated and destroyed hundreds of thousands of families in America during the last thirty years leaving a trail of broken hearts, broken dreams, and shattered childhoods.
Rather than helping families, government agents have used unconstitutional laws in Juvenile Court to rip children away from their loving parents, break asunder God-given, natural, parent-child bonds, and adopt the children of the grieving out to others who profit financially with large monthly adoption subsidy payments.
Child Protective Services must be stopped! The law that started this, CAPTA, must be repealed. We must work tirelessly to inform the public of this very dangerous travesty of justice. We must keep faith knowing that if there is a God, there is an answer and a way to end this heartache.
Child Protective Services Agents - please come to your senses! Family destruction on false or trivial grounds is wrong, reprehensible, and inhumane.
Fosterers - be aware that for the money you get you are holding much-loved children away from their grieving families while the parents are forced to perform a service plan that is anything but a service to them. I call this hostage holding for the government. This is not kindness - to help misguided government agents destroy family relationships and break loving bonds.
CPS workers and fosterers - I ask that you now let the children of the innocent return to their homes where they are truly valued, adored, and loved by the parents God gave them.
Family rights are God-given rights. And they should not be ignored or postponed. Every moment these loving parents and children spend separated from one another is a torment beyond what anyone should ever have to bear.
It is unworthy of human dignity to allow this terrorism and torture of families to go on without saying something, speaking out, and trying to make a change.

My sister is in prison, Chowchilla, and CPS wants to take away her parental rights. She was a drug addict and she was trying to get into a rehab program while she was still in county jail, but a girl fought her and had her sent to prison before she could get into that program. She wasn’t able to get into the program because her parole officer was supposed to contact the program and he went on vacation, without letting anyone know and without designating someone else to help my sister out. She has been tutoring women in learning to read and write English and to speak English, for those who spoke mostly Spanish. She also was aiding the deputies in doing their laundry, and cleaning, and other miscellaneous tasks. She is a wonderful mother, but CPS does not want to see all the progress she is making, they have sort of become enamored with the grandparents who are taking care of her daughter and son, and refuse to see the change she is going through! My entire family id going to her court date on Feb. 26. 2008 and regardless of if we have a lawyer, we will do whatever we can to make sure her rights do not get taken away! In spite of our determination, however, we would love to be prepared in terms of legalities and would greatly appreciate it if a lawyer would defend my sister in court. We can pay you. I am a single father with joint custody. My child was taken out of my home with my mother and I present.. Get to court a couple days later, read the report and was totally shocked of the false allegations that were presented! I then mentioned to the court appointed attorney at this point that the mother put my daughter up to lieing, so she could live with her mother the(best friend) instead of her father the (displinarian) the bad guy!! Well they instantly took my parental rights away and I fired that attorney on the spot and then got another worthless attorney!!Told cps and casa and this attorney how manipulitive the mother was and controlling and EVIL she was which was truth and that she put my daughter up to lying!! I showed them police reports of abuse in the mothers home as well as restraining orders from four other people against the mother!!Finally almost a year later i get to speak and see my daughter, finally to make a long story short I mentioned to my daughter all the things that they said she said about me and my daughter said she did not say these things as well as tell me her mother put her up to lieing and sticking to the story.. My daughter was finally put into foster care because of numerous things including the one thing that cps actually believed me about the mother and that was drug use and to TOP IT ALL OFF ANOTHER YEAR LATER UNDER THE CARE OF THE AUNT AND GRANDMA AGAINST MY WISHES AND I MADE IT CLEAR TO EVERYONE AGAIN THAT THE WHOLE FAMILY IS DYSFUNCTIONAL AND THAT SOMETHING THAT WOULD EFFECT THE REST OF MY DAUGHTER’S LIFE WOULD HAPPEN IN THIER POSSESION, MY DAUGHTER AT 14YRS AND JUST TURNING 15 RECENTLY IS PREGNANT AND I AM BEING TOLD 6 MONTHS LATER FROM MY DAUGHTER, THIS IS WRONG,HELP I WANT THEIRS ASS NAILED TO THE WALL AND THEN SUM, I DEFANATELY KNOW MY LIFE’S CRUSADE IS TO MAKE CHANGE IN THE SYSTEM!!! I have a 15 year old son which the state to him from me.They have lied all thru the court hearings..They promised me I would get my son back when I get a two bedroom apt.I got a two bedroom than they lied again about things.I need a attorney to help me get my son back..My state attorney is on the states side.

My uncle recently committed suicide because of CPS believeing lies and gossip. He had been sharing custody with his ex-wife until she and her sisiter-in-law started making false accusations toward him of drug abuse and rape. They also accused him of negligence, which was all false! CPS came and saw the house and the conditions the kids were living in, he took a drug test and there was no record of any rape. They took his kids away they day before he ended his life, My uncle’s sister in law and his ex-wife planned to mess around with him but I don’t think they ever thought they would push him to this. The sister-in-laws sister works at CPS and I am more than positive that she was the person that made all of this possible (taking away his kids) for no reason, at all. The social worker that was on the case was very unprofessional as well and was leaking information to the sister-in-law as well as the sister that works at CPS. In his memory I want to make sure that these two people that are employed by CPS get what they deserve, because my uncle did not deserve to be threatened and made to feel that his life should end because his life, his kids were taken away. PlEASE HELP! His whole family wants to make sure that this NEVER happens to anyone EVER again!

When I lived in covington, Georgia I was working as a loan originator. My kids were attending this daycare were me and the provider became close friends. A friend of mine came to me one day and told me that my childcare provider had said some things to other parents about my children. I did not like it and decided to remove my children from her care. Well a couple of weeks later I had to go to the doctor for a check up and one of my friends told me that she would watch my kids for me. While I was away I got a call from this lady who said that she worked for child protective services and that she was at my house with my kids and no one else was there. When I got back true enough they were there alone. I called my so called friend to tell her that child protective services was at my home with my children and to see why did she leave my kids. The first couple of times she did not answer her phone, then she came back to the house. She explained to the case worker that she was watching them but had to leave to check up on her kids. I was told because they were my children that I was at fault and that they were going to start a case on me. Well I did everything that I was suppose to do and I remind you that the case started in May 2007. It was August and my lease had ended were I was living, due to no public transportation. I wanted to move. The case worker told me that I had done everything they wanted me to do and that the case would be closed. Well I moved to Gwinnett County September 1,2007 and my oldest son moved in with my godparents in Clayton County Georgia because he needed help with his reading& math and my godmother said that she would help. Mid December this lady came to my home and stated that she had a referral to check to see if my kids were attending school, I asked her why was she at my house instead of the school and she then asked if she could come in. I told her no because she told me that she only wanted to see if my kids were attending school. She called her supervisor and told him that I would not let her in and he stated that he will see me in court. I asked her on what grounds and she left. I contacted the DFACs office so that I could speak to her supervisor. He stated that the case was not closed in Newton County, that it was transfered. I told him that my son was not in my home and he said he still needs the information of where he was and to see if he was in school. I told him that he was but why was they so concerned about him and that I thought it was about verifying if the kids who lived with me were in school. The case worker came back to my house but I had my godmother and grandmother there with me because I did not want to be there alone with her. She asked my godmother did he in fact live with her in another county and my godmother stated yes after the lady left she called and asked me for my godmothers information. I asked her why and that I would have her give it to them. I did not understand why they were trying to get her information and was so concerned about my son that I told her and verified with her that did not live with me.Please help me understand this, what can I do because I am not understanding and I need help and a lawyer. Also the caseworker from Newton County emailed me and told me that the case was closed,but her supervisor wanted her to do a follow up to see if they were in school.From my understanding the caseworker told me before I left that the case would be closed and not moved to the next county. Now no one will call me back to give me an explanation of what is going on. I really need some help.

The Fremont County Colorado DHS stole my 3 children from my husband and I over a year ago and gave them to my lesbian mother and her ‘partner’. I do have an attorney, but he isn’t doing much. I don’t want my kids raised in a lesbian household. I was and I have severe depression and anxiety! I was also physically abused by some of my mother’s many ‘lovers’. Also the judge involved in this case is a known lesbian and there are many lesbians in this corrupt county. The Social Services caseworker didn’t even let me see my kids for Easter or take them to church,when I have NEVER been accused of abusing them! My case is based on the fact that my son, who was 2 at the time, was left outside for a mere 30 seconds, and a nosey neighbor called The Fremont County CO Dept.of Human Services. It took them 6 months (with plenty of ‘help’ from my mother and her partner) to invent a case against us. In April of 2007, my attorney has informed my husband and I that the children’s Guardian Ad Litem had hired a private investigator who had supposedly seen my husband drinking. Is this even legal? This is pushing the boundaries of government spying to a new level! One of our ‘caseworkers’ also distorted, I mean reported, that she had seen my husband drinking at the bowling alley (he bowls every Monday night). Our case is only a dependancy/neglect. I feel that the government is taking this way too far. Our caseworker is also friends with my mother & her ‘partner’. She has been over to their house on social visits and even admits to that. That is a big time conflict of interest, but I reported her to the State Board in Denver, who just sent the complaint back to DHS here in this county, who of course, found nothing wrong! I attended the rally in Washington DC on August 18 to help put an end to abuses by Child Protective Services! Please help me or refer me to somebody who can

i need a lawyer to help me and my husband fight cps,they took my grandkids away. from us my daughter needas a new lawyer too. they gave my grandkids to a drug person my daughters ex. he does drugs in front of them also he throws toys at them . my grandson has a bump on his head they didnt take them out of the household. i think its bull that they gave a drug dealer the kids . also they arent being taken care of. its like cps dont care where they put the children. my daughter only gets 2 hours vistiontaion.. he all ways got them on weekends over night. its getting really bad. please help us we dont know what to do anymore

I cant even imagine all the corrupt,evil things cps has done to my family fitting in 500 words or less..all i know is im at the end of my rope without my kids there is no reason for me to be in this life….I need help, my boy has been molested while in cps,hes being drugged and my baby was abused by an adult in a foster home…I cant take it much more, and i wont…Something has got to happen…Please help me

I’m looking also for a lawyer willing to sue CPS for harassment. They will not leave business card, will not give me anything in writing regarding a pending investigation and have now summoned me to a dependency hearing (the first written document I’ve received). They stated that if I subpoenaed any records, they will “deny ever being here”.

Please…I need a lawyer. I have a special needs 3 yr. old that has been in and out of the hospital for the last 3 months. Each time…even though I insist that they are wrong…they tell me he has a virus. The time before this recent visits I had been doing some research of my own and mentioned that maybe they should look at his pancreas. Now this time. low and behold, there is something wrong with his pancreas that is causing him not to be able to breakdown enzymes properly, resulting in his failure to thrive. Still, after this discovery the hospital called child protective services because they think I am neglecting my son!!! He has a condition and I refuse to sit back and let them destroy my family! I am a single mom, divorced for an abusive man who doesn’t know how to take care of any one but himself. If they take Keaton from me and give custody to Ryan or anyone else I’m afraid this will not only destroy or family but Keaton’s health could be at risk. I am almost certain that if he lives with his father he will die. Please help me I am desperate, scared and angry! Any advice on help would be greatly appreciated.

I am going through a big mess with cps. I am to the point where i have no more strength left dealing with these people. They are now putting my mom through the wringer cause she wants to take the kids. They called her up today and asked her twenty questions and now because of her answers shes afraid shes not going to get them either.

MY GOD CHILDREN WERE TAKEN FROM THERE MOTHER BY LAW ENFORCEMENT. TEN MINUTES AFTER BEING SEEN BY CPS AND A NURSE . THE NURSE THAT WAS WITH THE CPS WORKER ASKED HER WHAT SHE WAS FEEDING HER 10 MONTH OLD BABY, SHE TOLD THEM SHE WAS DRINKING MILK WITH CEREAL . THE MOTHER JUST RAN OUT OF FORMULA FOR THE BABY IN THE MORNING. THE CPS WORKER TOOK THE TWO CHILDREN BECAUSE SHE HAD NO BABY FORMULA. WHEN CPS ARRIVED THE BABY HAD JUST WOKEN UP FROM A NAP AND NEEDED TO BE CHANGED IN THE MIDDLE OF BEING CHANGED CPS ARRIVED AND THE BABYS DIAPER WAS CHANGED BUT NOT HER CLOTHES CPS GAVE THE MOTHER NO TIME TO ANSWER ABOUT THE BABY BEING IN THE SOILED CLOTHING. CPS TOOK HER SON BECAUSE HE HAS STAINS ON HIS SHEETS AND HE HAD BUMPED HIS LIP THE CHILD IS ONLY A 3 YEAR OLD LITTLE BOY, KIDS RUN AND BUMP INTO THINGS. I WANT TO KNOW HOW CPS AND THE LAW ENFORCEMENT CAN COME RIGHT IN AND TAKE THE CHILDREN WITHOUT ANY PROBABLE CAUSE? I’VE TRIED RESEARCHING ONLINE AND ALL MY LINKS COME TO YOUR SIGHT. Our problem stems from fasle allegations of sexual abuse. We hired an attorney. But he is basically wasting our money telling us to lay down and take it do whatever CPS says do not stand up for your rights even though you did nothing wrong. We need a lawyer that is NOT afraid of CPS. Perhaps a lawyer that would take on a class action in Texas. Something has got to be done to stop CPS and make them accountable for their unethical conduct. CPS should be swept just like the Texas Youth Commission was. If enough people complain enough cases reach the courts maybe the RIGHT person will listen and all this will stop.

I need an attorney. I want to fight for my granddaughter and my grandparent rights. When did the CPS system become above the law? No investigations and a promise to steal and give a child to someone else? Why aren’t ppl fighting this corruption harder? If I went and took a child without a reason I’d go to jail, why are they before a judge even gets involved?

I’m going to tell you something that might piss some people off but at this point I don’t care. My conclusion to the amount of children placed in the foster care system all over the country is simular to the way in which children are inslaved all over the world for forced child labor. The government is fueling the economy of a failing country off the foster care system. At the same time lesbian wica witch craft workers are at the four front off all the problems in this country because thet would like to take it over and have a big lesbian we hate men party. My son has been in the custody of dcf in hartford conneticut after a lesbian worker nanichie johnson lied on me and put a hit on me along with the mophia and had a guy named malik living in conneticut from rochester, ny attempt to kill me. I’m going to tell you something that might piss some people off but at this point I don’t care. My conclusion to the amount of children placed in the foster care system all over the country is simular to the way in which children are inslaved all over the world for forced child labor. The government is fueling the economy of a failing country off the foster care system. At the same time lesbian wica witch craft workers are at the four front off all the problems in this country because thet would like to take it over and have a big lesbian we hate men party. So please no female attorney’s do not contact me I am a female that doesn’t and will never allow women to be of any service to me. My son has been in the custody of dcf in hartford conneticut after a lesbian worker nanichie johnson lied on me and put a hit on me along with the mophia and had a guy named malik living in conneticut from rochester, ny attempt to kill me. At the point I had to leave the state applied to have my son interstated, they never sent him I wrote the whilte house a witch craft working witch in the department of children and families never contacted me as the white house requested, as a result after having two more children in Rochester, NY the police, mophia, and clan with help from the mophia state snatched them too and just to see what my net worth is to hurt me or one of my children they are sending the monroe county child protective unit to my house night and day to harrass me and distract,(while the children are in the custody of the people they placed them with) me so that I can go in the hospital like brittany spears I can’t call the police because the police are working in cahoots with them while the mob came in the house described as a time warner worker. ADT, TIme Warner and your local phone company are all the mob-mophia, get a cell phone and get rid of all there services, at the time stop shopping and don’t by shit but some food. I don’t get mad I get even. If a lawyer don’t e-mail me I’m going to shut the whole system down of the whole country like hitler or sadam etc…. and tell everyone to stop shopping don’t by shit but food. And fuck the system like they tried to fuck my childrens lifes up. When I get real mad I’m going to do like Michael Jackson and move to the middle east but before the sure to happen war starts in this country I will be in another country.

In 2003 I was charged with neglect aginest my daugther, for leaving the doctors office, under the influence of the medication the doctor gave me to take. weed and crack was found in my UA test I requested. I beged for help from my Doctor and the CPS worker. Now in 2007 I was let go from my Job because this is on my Name. I need this Off my name.

I am not sure I need a lawyer just yet. What I am sure of is I need some advice. 3 days ago CPS came to my house and removed my husband on allegations regarding our daughter. In the last 3 days the police have been back to search different things and we were told not to have any contact. I am scared as I am sure my husband is. How long will I need to sit and wait? What will come next? Am I going to be told we have to divorce or I will lose the kids. Please help me!!

What was the precipitating factor which caused the complaint to be brought to CPS?
CPS cannot remove your husband. So I think you need to look at sexual abuse or physical abuse cases.

and I was dened a new worker.
and now the judge on my case she is taking about my case outside the court room,I have brought this to my appoint attorney he tells me there is nothing he can do…and as far as my witnesses go he tells me that was the past…now its been two years now

Well, in July 2007 my children were removed from my home under neglectful supervision. I had had prior dealngs with CPS in March. They told me that there was never a police report filed b/c there wasn’t enough evidence. My daughter had made alligations that my ex-husband had been molesting her. So when my children were removed in July I was furious. I didn’t understand how they had enough evidence to get me for neglectful supervision but not enough to arrest him. They never even arrested him and then release him for not havin enough evidence. Now in the mix of all this CPS drug tested me and I tested + for marijauana, I have entered drug counsouling but yet my drug test keep coming up + I have been clean so I think something is up. Also CPS is clueless to anything about drugs and there time in a persons system and how long it takes to get out. I am looking for feedback on how to handle this situation the best to my ability b/c my service plan has now been changed from family reunivication to termination of my rights. WHY? I don’t know either. I have also completed EVERYTHING CPS has wanted me to and they keep sending me to something new every month. Thanks for letting me share and keep your heads up as will myself. B/c GOD chooses what we go through, WE choose how we got through it.

I am looking for anybody in Oregon, especially SDA 15. While I could the services of a attorney I am also interested in organizing in mass protests and public awareness. The more that come forward the better off we all will be. CPS in Kentucky got blasted in the media because enough people came forward. As far as my case goes I have been lied to, lied about and falsly accused. I now have a founded for neglect because I apparently left my children with the custodial mother. The comical part of this is that is where against my strong protest CPS originally placed them. Superceding a criminal court no contact order on their mother the juvinile court judge issued a 200 foot restriction on the home I once lived at with my children and only allowed me phone contact due to the information provided by CPS. My record is clean and yet I was treated as if I was a criminal, CPS will continue to engage in this kind of conduct with no accountability if we the people continue to allow it.
We need to make a united front and stand and drastically improve public awareness if we are to stop this.
I urge anyone in Oregon who is dealing with CPS to contact me. Thanks

Since this was wrote, I have been arrested with the charge, false report of sexual abuse in Jim Wells County. I dont see how in the world a grand jury indited me on this , when the findings through the cps report, which i have copies of , says FINDS are UNABLE TO DETERMINE. I have to go to court for this charge on Feb 5 2008
I have about three boxes of documents. He, my son has been in play therapy, was this presented to the grand jury, PROBABLY NOT. as it is in the county where my x father in law, the accused is best friends with sheriff, and his wife works for the voter reg office, and worked for city hall, for the school district for 20 yrs. I wish I could say I was in shock over the numerous, NUMEROUS stories that are all the same, in the means of CPS being crooked,dishonest,devils.
What in the world is it going to take to get this to stop.This is just the sadest thing in the world, how do we not let it get the best of us? How do these people sleep at night? must be the money in there pillows comforting them!

Unless there are egregious violations of rules, most attorneys will not touch your case pro bono. Legal Services MIGHT aid some low income families.
You need to network, talk to local legislators, the newspapers, etc., and learn all you can.
Since folks in KY got together and complained about DHS, legislators have started listening.

Please help. I have had my 4 children taken by CPS for having a sucidal thought and getting help for myself. I did NOT harm anyone and 2 of the children were not even with me at the time. I have a lawyer, but I feel that he is not qualified to handle CPS and we are getting our butts kicked. I live in Manatee County in Florida. I am in need of an attorney! I have court this month on the 23rd, my son is in foster care with his mothers ex boyfriends mother. And they are wanting to terminate the mothers right, and place my son with me, sounds great uh? But the foster mother is turning my son against me, because she wants to keep them. I pay child support from day one, and cover him on medical, and i have never had any court ordered visitation rights. But they are telling me in order to get my son i have to adopt her other son and be responsible for him also. but the foster mother is making false allgations on me to DHS, and i dont know what to do. It is not healthy for my son to be put in the middle like this, my trying to make him know and feel i love him, and want him and always have, but then the foster mother telling him to say things that never happened. what do i do?

I was accused of knowing what was going on, and was taken to the police department. It was asked if I would place my son with my parents for a short time. I was never irrigated by CPS nor the Investigator on this case. I was then served with papers not but 5 weeks later stating that my mother was trying to gin custody of my son. I went to court and was told that CPS was stating that I was an accomplice and allowed him to beat my son, and that is why they were giving my son to my mom. How could I have allowed it when I was at work, and my son was at home with his step-father, and two other adults who supposedly witnessed but did not stop this from happening? I am at a major loss. I was unable to get an attorney for I couldn’t afford one, and was told by the other attorney that the court wouldn’t appoint me one in this kind of case. I need some help! I want my son back! I don’t understand why they took him from me, when I wasn’t even there at the time. Can anyone help?? This Case is in Denton County, Texas.I have been trying to find ways to fight this since then. A friend recommended this site, since they took her girls for having my Ex in the house, and now she is getting them bak. I need some help PLEASE!!

A CPS worker is forcing me to keep the father of my child out of the house. He pushed me, and I called the police (I only called because I wanted him to leave). I didn’t know he was standing outside trying to drop the dog off. This person is claiming she will take my child away if I allow my son’s father a couch to sleep on! This seems unfair, and I’m worried about him because he is literally on the streets right now! I need some advice! I am complying with the CPS worker, but I feel like my rights are being abused. I’ve researched how “DCF” and other organizations are run. I know if my son is taken from me he will be abused, and mistreated. Please! Someone help me and my family.

my children where recently taken from me and i feel that my present lawyer is not representing me on behalf of me or my rights. i also feel that my children where taken without legitament reasoning. also i believe the report to cps was in fact done out of malles and i was recently threatened in court because i wanted to take the dependency hearing to trial and the cps lawyer threatened me to sever my parental rights if i didn’t agree to the allegations made by the cps investigator and i agreed on duress and i need help because my lawyer isn’t representing me and my children are suffering severily for all of this and they need to be back in my care so they can be happy and normal like before they where taken from me.

I heard that false allegations reported to CPS is just as detremental as true ones. I would like to find out how to stop someone from making false reports. Is there a law to make someone responsible for paying the money back to an innocent person that they have to pay a lawyer to clear their name? How do I clear up these reports that the agency CPS has said were unfounded or inconclusive. I will pay a fee upfront. I live in CO. I do not have an agenda against CPS. There have been some things and actions that were correct but also they made some mistakes I just want those mistakes to be resolved and to prevent them from happening to myself and children and any one else in the future.

I have the same question as my wife and I were investigated with our case found unconfirmed or inconclusive. The problem is we have four adoped children, all who are in need of or in counseling, where such allegations arise. Once you have one or two false allegations they come after you anyway like you are really criminals. False alligations are a real problem because CPS considers them to be probably true. So they people who are really out there trying to help kids who end-up with false alligations get hit really hard when the police and CPS come pounding on your door.

is there a specific time limit that CPS can investigate you on false allegations even the agency has come to the conclusion the reports were unfounded. all reports were not accepted unfounded or inconclusive. I have had 48 accepted refferals made. two of them were founded one for lack of supervision and the other for family physical abuse. I would like to dispute these and file a grieveance because of a conflict of interest between the reporting party and the agency and myself and children. I live in CO. I will pay attorneys fees.

My grandchild was ushered away by hospital staff and CPS as soon as she was born. I just learned from my daughter that a tox screen showed she was under the influence of cocaine. I had no idea that she had this drug problem. Anyway, CPS rushed her during the time she had an epideral and two injections of Fentanol (sp?). Also, they tricked her into saying things she shouldn’t have said under the guize of “helping her”.
This is a tremendous loss for everyone and YES WE NEED A CPS LAWYER HERE. PLEASE!!RESPOND.

To Rachelle- Are you dealing with Family Court?
Suggest you might wish to Google Family Court in the state where u reside. There are many activists who despair of Family Court.
Also, as you know many holdings are Unpublished and are NOT precedential.
You should register here on Message Boards and get some direct feedback on such a specific question from someone who might have experienced such.

has a fairly good Family discussion group.
Please—get back to us and let us know if you have been helped. Yes, often you do NEED an attorney and they DO NEED TO DO RESEARCH on current cases.
However, the FC Judge is the arbiter.

my 2 children were taken without police or court involvement. On accusations and heresay of domestic violence. CPS is now making me do random U.A.s for the next 3 months because even though the kids are gone they claim to have gotten numerous reports of “concern”. My kids are my life. My infant granddaughter received a minor burn to her 3rd, 4th and 5th finger of her left hand on 12/15/07. Her mother was changing her diaper near a space heater and the baby accidently struck it with her hand.
Her mother called me, as I am a nurse and I had her bring the baby right over. I treated her minor burn with a burn cream and wrapped her hand. The mother and child stayed with me that entire day and at no time was my granddaughter in any distress. She ate normally, smiled and “talked” her baby talk to us. She was drooling also, as babies do.
The next day the great-aunt was babysitting her and as she is also a nurse, determined that she needed medical care. She brought her to the hospital where she works and is well known. There she told emergency personnel that the mother and father are drug users and in her opinion the burn was not accidental. The emergency record also states that the baby’s fontenelles were sunken, indicating dehydration. That is an outright lie, as I assessed this my self the previous day. This great aunt had attempted to entice the babiy’s mother to live with her during her pregnancy and after the baby was born, promising to help raise the baby and send her mother through college. She also has done extensive internet research on adopting babies.
Enter CPS. The Emergency room visit was at 1030 on 12/16/08 and the parents were not notified by CPS at all. Kayla’s mother notified her at Kayla’s work at 4 pm that evening! The great-aunt was given emergency custody, while an “investigation” was conducted. The baby and both parents were drug tested. They were all negative. The rest of the investigation was aparently based on the parents past legal histories.
Their “advocate” didn’t explain adequetely their rights and at court they were sequestered with a CPS case worker and presented papers to sign. The parents are only 18 and 19 years old and naive. They asked what would happen if they took their chances with the judge and were told that the baby could be permanantly removed. My son asked if he could speak with me prior to signing and was told no, that the case worker was “in a hurry for another case”. They signed.
My son, Chris and his girlfriend, Kayla are the young parents of this infant, Journi. While young and inexperienced they love her as any parents do. I feel that a great injustice was done to them and their daughter!
They now get the honor of “visiting” their baby girl for 1 hour a week and I as grandmother get to see her for 15 minutes a month!
Please help us get our precious Journi back!!!

There’s many of us that have been wronged by cps and sadly we don’t find out about this website til after we’re screwed and then it seems it’s only those of us that are screwed and stumble upon this site who learn the truth, by then it’s too late. We can try to tell other people we know but how many of them believe us and take the time to invesitage on their own.
I have two ideas I believe could greatly help our cause.
We need to make bumper stickers with this website and the other websites that speak the truth about cps and also the bumper sticker should include the healdine “inform yourself of the truth: see where billions of your tax money is going”
Also anyone who knows how to send mail out like the junk mail people get, we should make up pamphlets and start mass mailing. We can’t even begin to win this fight without getting the word out there on a regular basis to the masses. The bumper stickers especially would help with that. Heck I see people painting their whole cars too in support of a business, as a form of advertising. If anyone has a car or better yet a van they’d be willing to paint with the truth and the websites on it, DO IT! People are curious and if you mention billions of dollars in their tax money, they will investigate.

I am losing my babies to adoption in 2-3 weeks i am desperate for help. I don’t know if i am too late, but i have tried everything else. I did use drugs but have been clean for 2 years but i had two drinks at a casino and was in a car accident and the driver almost died. The driver is my 2 yr olds daddy. He was in the hospital for almost 3 weeks but cps told me they understood if i wanted to stay there with him and i would not get to have visits at that time. Then they said that i missed numerous UA’s and “what if the kids were in that car?” but that makes no sense to me because if the kids were home we would NOT have been at the casino and the kids couldn’t have been at the casino with us if we did go. Before that we were getting usupervised visits at home and they were being transitioned home. I understand that i made a mistake but how can this be it? PLEASE HELP ME!!!

I have been falsely accused of neglect and had my child removed for two weeks. I have passed my required drug tests and have allowed around twelve different people into our house on about sixteen different occasions. Now DYFS is accusing me of feeding my teenager soap (r they kiddin’?). My daughter has glowing letters of recommendations from her current teachers for specialized schools she has applied to and has a better than average academic record. Take a look on Youtube.com on WLKY’s investigative series. There is also an attorney mentioned on the youtube Website.
Suggest you contact the Ombudsman in KY and the various support groups there.

I just went to court and lost my kids to my ex wife, she falsly accused me of sexual assult on my kids. i would never hurt my kids and she knows this, but that was the only way she could get custudy. both of my children were removed from my home on jan 11th. The only reason for all this is because i was a victim of domestic violence. My child has CF I made a doctor mad she called cps I have proof of the lies I can’t afford an att. my daughter is being mentally beat where she is.we got sold out in orange, ca. time is of the essence. please HELP! Ifight cps all the time.there is no lawyer that is able to help you in a dependantcy matter. The lawyer is a court officer and will oppress you for the court to do so as they wish. Dependantcy court is nothing but a financial agenda that’s all. You cannot go into a corrupt court and expect justice. I am sui juris I take my own case on I witnessed first hand on what happens to lawyers that help they get dis bar ed. If you need asvise call me 6268171441. my sil has been tryign to get my daughter since before she was born , she tried to forcefuly take her from me once before and because she didnt get her away she told me she was going to call dhr and get custody of her.
they did a home visit and said everything was fine. they came because cloth diapered my daughter oh the other reason they came was my daughter supposidly had ring worm on her bottom because the dogs were suposed to have been sleeping in the crib with her (which she dont even stay in her crib i cosleep and the dogs have there own room) thank god i had the doctors report from her diaper rash being were i let my sil baby sit her when she was 3 weeks old she gave her toddler apple juice and it gave her the rash(which i had told her not to do)

ok being a ex foster child myself i can personly tell you it messes a child up.ive done nothing wrong but dhr probaly thinks i did because being abused in a foster home as a child has scared me so bad that if i here the word social services i cry if anyone saw my first post i need help so bad , i can honestly say i will not survive if they take my daughter from me even if its for an hour, i need a lawyer badly but i dont have the money to get one any help or advise would be so welcomed

Oh yeah I also forgot to tell you that since our children have been in foster home’s that our oldest son Joshua has gotten 6 stiches above his eye.I asked the foster mom what happened and she laughted and said “oh it was funny he was on the back of the couch and fell off and hit the wall”. Well from my opinion he had to of hit the wall pretty HARD.He has bruises all the time up and down his arm’s.And now he act’s totally different he cower’s down in the corner like he is going to get hit or something.My husband and I have never even spanked him. And our youngest son is in a different foster home with my husband daughter from a preveous relationship and our newest daughter.But our son got merca on his butt.They waited to take him to his PCP then when they finally did he sliced it open sent them home and it got worse so they ended up going to the hospital they had to slice it open again then he had to stay over night because it was so bad. I really need help….PLEASE

my best friend is accused of hurting his 3 week old son he took the baby to the hospital when he wouldn’t stop crying and they found that the babys leg was broken and he has 2 small fractures in his scull he has told cps everything and they wont listen the mother of the child has already had one child taken away he has a speech empetiment that makes him sound drunk all the time no one will listen i flew him to houston when i was pregnant with my youngest and he took care of my 2 kids and my new born he would never do anything to hurt him please help me help him he lives in houston tx now

my brother has 2 teen girls and a 13 yr old son. the 2 girls made accusations that their dad did unspeakable things to them (rape related). my whole family knows for a fact its all lies. they are just retaliating against their dad for moving them to indiana.In florida he made good money, was very involved at their church, and they all had a really nice life style.Moving to indiana to be closer to family meant great sacrifice for everyone. A large cut in pay,and a great deal of laboring on the land they were buying.Trying to build a house, cramped into a 10×40 trailer, and heavy labor for all on the 22 acres of land they were buying.Not to mention my sis-in-law was beyond lazy.Didn’t cook,clean,or anything.With all this to burden, yeh,the stress got to him and he was sometimes a tyrant to live with. But the girls seen a way out by saying he did these awful things to them. After near a year in foster care, and now having the same therapist for all 3 kids, CPS has brainwashed my nephew into believing his sisters. Funny that for the first half of all this (with a totally different therapist) my nephew was supportive and defending his dad all the way.For the first 6 months my nephew got to visit his mom and had his own therapist. Now he has the same as his sisters,and his mom is refused visits with all the kids because (by their attorney’s advice)she stopped attending therapy because she and her husband had the SAME therapist and it was being used against them.Is there a law that protects against things like this? How can they force my bro and his wife to see the same therapist? How can they have the same therapist see all the kids and not be a conflict of interest?There is currently no evidence of dna to convicy my brother. Yet the system is managing to railroad him into a terrible outcome.All there is is 2 pissed off teenage girls with an outrageous story, and a now brainwashed boy who is buying in to it after being cut off from all his family.There is so much we as a family know to be fact, but the system won’t listen because they figure we”re family, of course we’ll try to protect him. It’s more than that, it is the facts we all have that no one will hear.My brother faces 100 yrs. in prison for a crime he didn’t do. I found out abuse my daughter disclosed to me that had been going on for atleast three years on visitations with her step dad..he ofcourse denied it, and has gotten the law guardian to fight for him, my daughter almost eight months ago was placed in the custody of her abuser, sleeping in the same bed he shared with her for three years and abused her in. I do not even get to see her now, she has admitted the abuse to therapists, police..the law guardian has also met with my daughter privately and said “your mother is a liar”

I work in a peri-natal drug rehab and I watch mother’s struggle to get clean just to have their kids snatched and adopted out by Fresno CPS in California. I am a family advocate and need direction for legal help for these poor frustrated women. I have advocated for SED children but I have never seen anything like this, Fresno County is nothing more than a snatch and adopt agency disguising as CPS. Help me please.

My daughter has been falsely accused of 2nd degree child battery.
It is false and CPS knows it. She was arrested and taken to jail, released on a bond. At the hearing Judge said there was probable cause. The one filing the complaint ,x husband is a police officer and they have another friend who is an officer they with the judge brought these charges against my daughter because Candy, the aunt of the child was blackmailing by daughter’s husband that if she ,Candy could not see the child or if he did not leave my daughter, she would have her arrested and the children taken away. This happened. OUr attorney is not very helpful after promising to fight for my daughter. We need help. This is against God’s law.

Here I am again, no sure what to do. I am in Texas and am most definately sure that I NEED an attorney. It has now been 22 days since Cps and the police came into my home. This morning Cps called me stating my daughter had been around my husband and that they were going to remove her from my home. I told the caseworker that I would call my mother to come for her and they said I had to sign over guardianship. I asked how long the investigation was going to take and he could not tell me. I have done what was asked of me and then some and yet tonight I will go to bed with my daughter not here. My daughter has told me that the Cps worker and the officer used words she did not understand and they asked her several times before she relunctantly said he did what they said he did. All my daughter wants is to be home and all I want is my family to be together. I had surgery almost a week ago and my daughter and my husband were taking turns being here with me. I have lost my job for fear that something is going to happen to my son. This eats at me every day and I am finding it very difficult to do anything. My husband up until this happened was a police officer with this same department. He was a good officer but he made some waves and doesn’t have many allies. I was told they brought in a cps worker from another county so they would not be biased yet they brought an officer from the department that my husband worked for. Somebody please help me!!!

i was in foster care for 2 years between the ages 5-6 years old. with my sister who was 6-7 and my brother 4-5, when i was in the foster program i was mistreated and abused ,in ways that are unheard of and most in humain. the list of abuse will go on for a while but the wierdest part of this mess is, that the foster mother i was with was a retired police officer who was dieing of a disease. she was a monster among humains i had no rights ,no help and when i told cps what was going on thay acted like thay never heard anythaing i said. thay told her and thaings only got worse for my family a pure hell .people have made movies on thaings like this. and untel we were adopted back into the family and the oddist part of all this. is when i spoke up again cps told my family that if we spoke out we would be taken back into the hands of cps and then told us youll keep youre mouths shut if you know whats good for you like the mob or somthing but the thaing is i wated tell i was 18 out of fear of going back or something to happen to my family. and now that im 18 i wont to do all that i can to show people that cps is corupt ,i wont to sue .i have made a recored of this throught the years, and i wont to know do i have a case????

MY brother recently married the wrong woman. Before they were married they informed us of there upcoming parenthood. Both have had drug problems in the past and his new bride had already had two children removed from her care or more that she handed them off. Naturally my family was quite concerned with this upcoming child. Well nothing prepared us for what happened after her birth. The mom immediately started freaking out shortly after the birth because they wouldn’t let her go smoke 4 hrs after surgery(she smoked about a pack a day preg.) Them when she was released 4 days later she started dropping the baby off to anyone who would take her. She missed 2 appts. for the baby and finally my husband and I told her we would take care of her. The next day sitting in the waiting room for the baby’s Dr appt she calls me and tells me she used while preg. and ever since she’d been out of the hospital. They signed power of attorney over to us and we took care of her for a week. Then after they picked her up for a while she decided not to return her and after missing another well needed appt. the baby ended up in the hospital. She has been there now fro 3wks in the NICU and is diagnosed with DiGeorge Syndrome and possible diabetes insiphidus. The mom decided to go get high the most of the time the baby was in the hospital. I have been there every day keeping up with tests and Drs. reports and the nurses. I told CPS that I was willing to do whatever they wanted on my part to get that baby in our home again. I did have a CPS case several years ago that was a shut and close case and they said that pretty much took us off the list. As I said that was several years ago and since then I have done nothing but better my life. I now have another child. I have been vice president of my younger children’s school twice, I’m on the VIPS at my daughter’s middle school, and I’m a girl scout leader. Not to mention that my son is in boy scouts and my husband has been asked to take over the troop next year. We spoke with the caseworker several times and told them to check the references we provided, drug test us, check our home daily if they wanted to but please work with us because we know that we can provide the best stable, loving home with all the care she is going to need with her condition. My husband owns his own business and I work at home for him in between all the volenteer work I do. We do have our own 4 kids that are outstanding children.(11g, 09g, 07b, 03b) I know I made a mistake in the past but I have changed and become a better person from getting through that. Its not fair that they will not even work with you, to even see that you can prove yourself. My niece is going into foster care this weekend because CPS only saw a past case and not the future a family has made that is willing to love and care for this child as if it was there own. Instead they are placing her with strangers we don’t know instead of the family that loves her. We need help to resolve this. She needs a lot of medical attention that I can provide and worry about how attentive strangers might be to that. Thank you

i will give you 1 example of the abuse that can go on. i was heald in a room for a month not let out the room was pitch black door and windo were locked and living in my own filth it was winter and there was no heat and the onley way i survived was by the food and my brother would give me amd the water that would leak through the bottom of the door and
mothers out there it took my grandparents 3 1/2 years to get us and thay were brought up christains and thay live by that there is not a lot of hope for stuff like this but it is up to all of us to make a some real change happen thay are not in this for the good of the child but for themselves

well ill tell you i thought that dhs sopose to help familys in need but i guess i was wrong im 42 my girlfriend is 30 i love her more then any thing on this earth she was getting help at the dhs office ive had congested heart falure 2 years and my doctor told the wworker not to work at this time but she kept on insisting to atack me my girlfriend has multi-personality disorder and instead of them helping her putting her exempt they thru more on her which at the end destroyed our loving relationship depriving me of my rights scaring my other half saying im a deadbeat and sharing info to my mother in-law which nobody gave them a right to do so now here i im alone heart broke over alligations not true inbursment plus vialated me to the max but i guess rtthats ok lisence destroyers can someone help me i cant even see my kid untill perternity astablished they even made her get volence restraning oreder when it should have note put in place if someone new how much i love rochell wright my girlfriend i would do anything for my sweatheart back i love herrrrrrr.

HELP WANTED - Looking for a lawyer in Riverside, California. Recently my case was terminated after waiting 8 long months to have my son returned to me. I never did attend any classes or comply with CPS’s recommendations. I strongly upheld my rights, filed my own appeal, and wrote numerous letters. My court appointed attorney was replaced, due to conflict of issue. My caseworker and the bastard commissioner were also replaced. What a difference. Finally I was able to have my case terminated. However, my life was a living hell for 8 months. CPS caseworkers misconstrued, fabricated, twisted and lied constantly through every report. How on earth do they get away with this without any punishment? How on earth did they become so righteous and powerful? This is truely a tragedy and injustice to all tax paying americans. So many innocent families are being torn apart and innocent children are being used as a means of punishment. When is this going to stop? Perhaps when thousands and thousands of lawsuits are filed against CPS government caseworkers? I hope everyone that has visited this page has sent a letter to their legislators. Maybe one day every elected official will wake up and have the integrity and guts to stand up and do what they’ve been elected to do and the laws will be amended and the authority of CPS and the judges/commissioners will be diminished. I am trying to find a lawyer for to fight C.P.S.,, C.P.S came out to our house and had nothing on us to take our children away. Nothing I know it is hard to believe but they have nothing on us they dropped the chrages and everything and then they picked them up again and took our kids 1 day ago. We have all the proof to clear our names and get our kids back but they stated that it did not matter and would no tlook at the evidence (even though) it was proof to stop the reason for them taking the children they gave us the paper work back and stated with a lawyer we will look at that, We need help once a lawyer looks at the paperwork they shall see we are innocent and we will get our kids back! But we want to go one step further and fight them to clear our name for future parents

Clear my name and make C.P.S quit bullying people. They had no reason to take our children. No grounds to take them. So the story goes with C.P.S.
C.P.S came out and said they were there for a call of spots on Beau my son that looked like chicken pox and that Stephany showed no concern for the spots on him. The C.P.S worker stated to me and Stephany that the nurse at Beau’s school stated that Stephany showed no concern about the red spots. Stephany then explained the day before when he got home she did in fact call the school and ask about the spots and the school stated maybe there was a virus going around then Stephany called her doctor which her doctor said “ I really would not worry about it is probably a allergic reaction to something†She set up a appointment anyway for the next day, also she stated he showed up to school once or twice with dirty clothes on (which is false) she would of never let him got to school with dirty clothes on Either me or Stephany bring him to school and he never had dirty clothes on. And also being numerous times late to school and numerous times absent. I explained to the lady that Beau was in fact most of the times on time but because he would go into the cafeteria instead of his class that is why he was late and a week prior the school had a over the phone interview with me and Stephany and we all agreed that that was most likely reason he was numerous times late to school. The absences to school were due to them Leaving Beau and losing Beau at school twice and she was looking for a different school to enroll him in. We went to the doctor and it was in fact stated that Beau Mitchell had a allergic reaction to Strawberry milk. The dirt on their faces that Kristen said they were dirty before she got there they were playing out in the back yard and then when they came in they had pizza so there faces were dirty,. She took Karley in a back room and gave her a piece of candy and told her to pull her shirt up and took a picture of her stomach (and then later she denied the candy, denied that Karley had a shirt on). She took pictures of the kids the house etc. Then she stated we did not seem surprised that she was there and we explained Dodie Thompson our landlord told us she was going to contact C.P.S. We told our landlord we were moving and she is crazy got mad and told us that. Stephany then told her to give us drug tests because Dodie Thompson was probably telling her we did drugs she said no and Stephany again asked her to give us drug tests and she gave me my roommate and Stephany one. We explained to her Stephany had been taking a lot of medication due to medical crap and she been in and out of the hospital numerous times in the past 3 months for pregnancy issues, nose bleeds, cancer things etc. Then Stephany sent her 2 girls to Dallas 2 weeks before Christmas due to not having child care and Beau was in school all day for work. The last week before xmas she drove to Dallas to get the children while she was there Kristen knocked on the door told me that my roommate and I passed the drug test but Stephany failed the test and had “cocaine metabolites†in her system she said she had failed the drug test. I told Kristen there was no friggin way she ever had done drugs before and that we both either worked together or were around the children so there was no possible way for her to do drugs. I had Stephany on the phone and Kristen said can I speak to Stephany and Kristen told Stephany she could not bring her kids back to Austin she had to leave them their in Dallas. And to come back to Austin. She also told Stephany I would have custody of Beau until they gave her back custody and that Stephany could not be aloud alone with her son. Kristen told me that the prior night before on her off time she went onto the internet and was looking up the medications Stephany had taken and in fact there was multiple ones that Stephany had taken that could of made a test show positive she told me that if she comes back and does a 2nd test and goes and collects all her medical records as well as Kristen said she would go around collecting it also that if it comes up negative then they would be able to drop the investigation and she could go get her kids in Dallas. Stephany came back the following day and she went to do the drug test and then we spent the next 3 days trying to get all of her medical records. Stephany gave Kristen her medical records that she had and stated that there were a few papers missing because the hospital would not give them to her and Kristen said no worries she would get them. The next day C.P.S went with Stephany to her probation officer and her probation officer tested her on the spot and she came up negative also her probation officer told Kristen that over the course of 2 years she gave Stephany multiple random drug tests and she never ever failed any of them. The test in her office came up negative also. The next day Kristen stated that that drug test came up negative also that C.P.S had done but she would need to do a hair follicle test. I stated that you told me Kristen after it showed up negative you were going to drop the case and she said now we need this. So C.P.S again told Stephany she could not go get her girls in Dallas Texas for Xmas and she had to leave them in Dallas. Stephany did not get to see her children for Xmas. Stephany took the hair follicle test and failed for Methamphetamine and cocaine in the last 3 months. Stephany stated that she did not know where the methamphetamine came from but the cocaine was already established as prescription drugs and over the counter flonaze for her nose. So they wanted to know where the meth came from. Kristen set up an appointment with both me and Stephany to come in and talk with them and Kristen stated she was in the process of getting her medical records from Round Rock hospital.
* Kristen denied that Stephany asked for her to give drug tests. She stated that she knew she was giving us drug tests before she came out to our house that’s why she brang them but we have a roommate that she knew nothing about and she had one for him also.
* Kristen denied telling us that after the first drug test that came back negative that the case would be dropped and that Stephany could go get her kids.
* Kristen denied that she gave Karley a piece of candy and made her lift up her shirt (which the 3 yr old child told us she made her lift her shirt up and she gave her candy) *

* Kristen also stated that the school told her she had too much traffic coming and going from her residence. (A complete lie, Because the address at the school for Beau and the address Stephany was staying at was 2 different addresses).
There for these were all the reasons that they felt the children were in neglect. The dirty drug test and hair follicle test and these other items that are or will be discredited.
So after that Her mother called me from Dallas and stated she could not keep the girls any longer and I thought well I already have been approved from C.P.S. to watch one child well I went and got the other children. C.P.S freaked out and told us that they would either take the kids or they had to go to her ex husband. Her ex husband was going to court on charges of abuse to Stephany Mitchell and her newborn baby, also he was being investigated for running a escort service also he was living in a motel with know prostitution going on a slummy motel Days Inn Round Rock. C.P.S felt that was a safe place for the children or Stephany would never see the kids again from the mouth of C.P.S. So then at this point Kristen closed the case said she found no reason of neglect to the children and that was it. Then Round Rock C.P.S picked it up and re opened it for the dirty drug test. We went to their office they told us it did not matter why she failed the drug test and she refused to look at the medical records stating we really don’t care you failed a drug test and that is all that matters. I stated The only reason she is not aloud to have her kids is because of the dirty drug test correct. The lady said yes and we stated well Kristen never got all of Stephany’s medical records Kristen lied and said she got them all. She didn’t and that These hospital records show the drug afrin was used to pack Stephany’s nose the 2nd time from bleeding and that afrin will make a drug test come up positive for meth. The lady again refused to look or see the papers from the hospital. She again repeated that she could care less about the hospital papers and that if we wanted to fight the dirty drug test that we had 2 options 1) to wait until the C.P.S investigation is closed and fight it or 2) to get an attorney but either way Stephany would not be able to get her kids back. She stated it does not matter why you got the dirty ua except you got one. I became hostile to them because I said you are accusing her of something and you are telling her you are taking her kids from her from the dirty ua and she has proof to stop it and you don’t care. As we were leaving her office she told us that she and C.P.S was only looking out for the best interest of the children and that Her and C.P.S does not appreciate people that lie and make up stories about drug use that it would be better to just tell us you did meth or cocaine than to lie. They also made us again do drug tests She also stated that C.P.S does not help or do any dna testing to find out if I am the father (which The Taylor office told us she is lieing) She also stated because I have not had a dna test done that I was nothing to my daughter and that they could not disclose anything or tell me anything or let me see my daughter Karley) Said Stephany could come visit the children but not me………………
So then we Went to a attorney, The attorney said C.P.S. did not have a leg to stand on but unfortunately to fight the case would cost 3 to 5,000 dollars. So we agreed to hire an attorney and when we called C.P.S back to find out when we could see the kids they told us they were not aloud to speak to us anymore because we “lawyered up†and she hung up on us.
C.P.S has lied to us numerous times, we have taken off of work numerous times to do the several drug tests, hair follicle tests and the numerous times she wanted to meet us and the numerous days it took us to get all Stephany Mitchell’s doctor records. They lied to us about the whole investigation with in the reasoning as stated below:

The problem was they told me to shut up and quit causing trouble or they would throw me out of their office. So they never aksed me a question so how could I of lied???????
C.P.S has called her mother, her father, numerous relatives and numerous friends and told them lies about Stephany Mitchell. Both Offices Round Rock and Taylor.
They have also told me lies and they have not once helped us we went and got all the stuff ourselves.

I have an attorney, but he is a scared piece of sh@! Though I gave him all of the evidence that he needed to discredit cps, which was provided by my current husband’s attorney, he didn’t use any of it to help win custody of my kids from my alcoholic ex-husband, who, thanks to the false information that cps gave in court, now has temporary possesion of my kids. This whole family law thing confueses me a great deal, and it scares me to think of how much more I will lose if I don’t obtain another attorney. He’s not really there to defend me because I am right, and they are wrong. He’s just representing me to keep collecting money. He made this obvious when he wouldn’t get off the subject of how much I would be making if I switched my official position at my job. He NEVER asked how I am holding up without my kids, without my husband (who has been forced to leave our home), he just wants to know how much I will be making at work. I need a strong attorney, and I need it now.

My husband lost his wife in 2006. We were married in April of 07, combining our 5 children. ( 3 his, 2 mine) We reside in Ohio, in a beautiful, clean and safe environment. We were also respected foster parents! We decided not to renew our foster parent license at the beginning of January, due to the extensive difficulty we had working with Job & family services. Our two foster children were placed elsewhere and we continued on with our lives. On Thursday the 27th of Jan, CPS appeared at my door to take my husbands three children from the home in an “emergency placement.” They would give us no details. The next day at our hearing we requested that an attorney be appointed to us. We were given the Allegation claim, which included multiple ( and untrue) allegations of abuse and neglect, against mostly myself.( completely unsupported by any evidence-because there couldn’t be any!) We are devastated and want our children back. We have done nothing wrong, and provide a secure, loving, and emotionally sound environment. We believe that these allegations are being made by one or two estranged family members, stemming from personal matters not relating to our children. we are unsure if a court appointed attorney would be able to fight strongly enough with our best interest in mind. We need help!

Somebody Please Help!!!
I had my baby boy in July and CPS came and took him from the hospital because I had a prior case and failed to reunify. Noone warned me that this would happen and was completely heartbroken. I had been clean for months, been attending counseling and drug testing all on my own accord. As soon as i found out I was pregnant I got myself together. I am doing everything they are asking but they stick it to me every chance they get and I am not comfortable with trusting that they will give him back as long as I do what they ask. My boyfriend had never has a CPS case and was also clean and they took the baby from him as well. I don’t want to just assume they will give him back I meed to make sure I do everything I can to make sure they do. I need a lawyer for sure. We go back to court in March and I really want to have a lawyer when we do. Does anyone know of a lawyer that doesn’t charge an arm and a leg, at least not at first. i will pay but I don’t have it all at once. Some one please help!! windylew-32@att.net

Hi my name is CPL Julie Witherspoon I am a CPS victom of Orange County CA. Unfortunatly ladies and Gentlemen the reality is that there is no LAWYER that can help you fight CPS weather you have a private councel or a Public Dump Truck unless they are willing to throw away their BAR card they cannot and will not help you! I have carefully by expierience and counless hours of studying other CPS cases and have mp3 recordings of Lawyers who said out of their mouth that they are court officers and they have to protect the intrest of the court if they want to continue to make $400.an hour. I know its sad and we are all desperate but don’t waste tour time looking for a lawyer that can help you as you all know and have expirienced them anyways private or public they are all worthless in juvie court. The only for sure thing they will do for you is take your hard earned money. We need to all take a stand against these corporate terrorists and show them who’s boss! Well I was messed up for a min my cps worker said if i signed a paper given my sister gardianship over my son and got thing’s together that it would be eaiser to get him back well i now have thing’s together and they say i cant have him back they say there is not a case but if i were to bring him home he would be put in foster care they told me i had to call and have a case opened well when i called they told me that they could not open a case unless there was a sorce of abuse and there is not my sister that has him is ready for him to come home she know’s how well i am doiin and i call and offer to do or say what ever they want me to in order to get him but they say they can have me do anything because there is not a case but still wont open a case because he is not being abused i am at a lose here i don’t know what to do he is my life and it hurt’s me so bad when i talk to or see him and he ask’s me why he can’t come to his house what am i to do i don’t understand any of this my life is in arm’s reach and yet i can’t touch it please some one help me thank you for you time

My brother and his wife are in the process of getting divorced. They have three small children. The oldest one, Morgan, was starting to have anger problems, so the wife went to the county for help in getting him a counselor (mistake #1). She thought the caseworker was there to help her, but quickly found out this caseworker was just building up her own case to take the boy away. His younger sister, Brianna, was molested one day at the apartments where they live, and said a neighbor boy did it. Then one day, the police took Morgan from his grandmother’s house, wouldn’t let the grandmother be present and questioned him alone concerning the molestation. They claim he confessed to it, but he says he never said he did it. He had to go through an evaluation at a treatment center, and it was recommended that he be institutionalized. He’s not allowed to spend the night under the same roof as his brother and sister, and has to stay at his grandparents house at night. My sister-in-law was advised by an attorney to voluntarily send him to a nearby center for their short-term evaluation and treatment program. She started having second thoughts, but then indicated a willingness to do this. Since she had initially changed her mind, however, the county got a CHIPS (Children in Need of Protection or Services) order to make it happen. She recently found out that the CHIPS order has all the children’s names on it now. The social worker has lied and misled that family about so many things, there isn’t enough space here to print it. My sister-in-law had been told that once Morgan attended treatment, he would no longer be in danger of being taken away, but has now found out that he can still be taken at any time. She has an abusive ex-boyfriend with whom she conceived a fourth child after she was separated from my brother. This boyfriend is now petitioning the court to get custody of this child, because the social worker fabricated a new anonymous allegation against Morgan and turned Morgan’s confidential file over to this boyfriend. My sister-in-law got a court-appointed public defender who, so far, appears to be in way over her inexperienced, incompetent, apathetic head. These children’s lives are headed for ruin because of one sociopathic social worker’s bloodlust for money and power, and it doesn’t seem as though there’s anything anyone can do about it anymore.

My name is Nicole and i really need help badly.Im so scared.I have been harrassed by a cps worker as well as threatened.Everywhere i turn for help she has either access to records as well as influances,she works everywhere shes told me to go for “help” or required me to go she told me if i dont go im going to lose my daughter.I have been a victim of domestic violence for years by the hands of my mother i finally decided to get help and my mother and i are still trying to “get along” but recently i have been staying at her home until my new apt is fixed up and i was again a victim of domestic violence i was trying to protect myself and get my mother off of me while i was backed into a corner,my mother then called the police and claimed i was seeing a phyc. doctor (who im seeing because of the violence) and claimed i was “crazy” the police said they didnt know who to believe.CPS was called because they mis understood they thought my mother hit my daughter instead of me.Because it was me she hit and because my daughter was in the house the worker kept threatening to take my daghter if i didnt do this ir that which included forcing me to sign a hippa release form against my will.The worker made commets like why ist this 4 year old potty trained? my resposne was im working on it in every way i can she told me to leave her in wet pants and eventually shell learn.She made comments about my daughter being on social security because of a developmental delay she told me she shouldnt be getting social secuity although the doctors say yes.Today i was told that she had finding against me because of my daughter being in the home while i was being beat on and said the case is closed but that the findings will prevent me from finding a job in certain areas like schools or day care.Ididnt do anything wrong and my daughter is well cared for.I don’t have any money and im not working due to a car accident im living on barely anything and i dont know where to turn.The worker told me she wants me in parenting classes that she teaches asap and if i dont go and they get anouther call again (my mother calls on me when she is mad at me but never any findings until now because iwas hit in front of my daughter) the worker told me they are going to take my duaghter right away without any investigation and that the findings will definitly prevent me fromk finding a job and be on there until my duaghters 28.my daughter ust turned 4 a couple months ago. Please Help! I will pay whatever i have for a lawyer its not much but i will do anything i love my daughter and im worried and scared.

I was accused by my ex in superior court of inappropriate touching after I took him to court for child support and legitimation. The case was transferred to juvenile court in Gwinnett County GA. I live in Forysth County. As far as I know, the ex has not reported the allegations to CPS or DFACS but I think that the court most likely will. I feel that all of this is happening because I wanted more support and forced the issue by taking my ex to court. He is resentful of having to pay child support at all and seeks to punish me. Please contact me right away. I think that the ex can be forced to pay any attorney fees.

In 8/2002 I moved back to KS and reestablished relations with my daughter in 1/2006 only to learn that she suffers from bi-polar disorder, panic attacks and has attempted suicide three times. This did not surprise me as I did not think that Joann and her third husband (Miles Kennedy) would give Cheryl a good home.
Cheryl has visited me twice and with both visits she had to abruptly leave because of the panic attacks. From my point of view, the psychological harm that Wyandotte Cty. Case Management was so concerned I might cause has been done and my relationship with my daughter suffers for it.
I would like anyone’s view on this matter and even though my daughter is now grown, whether or not a lawsuit is possible.

cps has ruined my life!My ex wife called me and told me I would never see my kids again.At that piont,she was making my kids life a nightmare everytime they saw me,espiecaly if something good happened(like buying my daughter a prom dress,and her mother telling her she couldn’t go after)My kids made false accusations AFTER getting caught parting at my ex’s house,and I have not seen them since.They talked to me once,caught the mother in a bunch of lies,and haven’t talked to me agian Since then,.My youngest is getting ready to quit school,They have both been arrested multipal times,and when people call me and urge me to get back into thier lifes,I can’t–cps will not talk or even hear what I’m telling them.The pain for me is the worst I’ve ever felt in my life and everytime I hear something else ,it gets worse.They have no interest in finding out the truth,even though the judge threw out the charges,I still can’t see them,and cps went back to court for orders of protection.THIS SYSTEM IS WRONG!I feel like I live in a communist state,and the people that are really getting hurt are my kids!To boot,my ex is using this to keep me out of my own bussiness while she has taken thousands of dollars from it in my name–Please help–This system needs to change,they have detroyed everything I’ve worked for my whole life,and the pain of watching my kids,not seeing my kids is unbearable

My name is stephenie and I am married with four children. My youngest son is enrolled in a state funded head start program. When I refused to let the head of the program into my home to do a “home check” she retaliated by calling cps stating that I don’t bathe or feed my kids enough. This is all untrue of course, but it is hard to fight them with out help. please contact me if you have any advice for me.

CPS is forcing my ex (she has custody) to sign a modification of the parenting plan or they will take the kids away from her, she is scared to death of them and is going to sign it, this will reduce my time with the kids to hours rather the two days as allowed by the decree.
I have told her that without any proof of wrong doing, I will not be signing any modification, and I contacted CPS to ask if this form of blackmail is standard operating procedure, they of course refuse to answer a direct question, but rely on obfuscation instead….please help

I am a single mother of 6, who being independent of any assistance, was accused of neglect. They allege that I left town for a period of 5 days without any adult supervision for the kids. My son has aspergers syndrom. Defax put him in a program. They said I neglected his medical needs. They gave me a service plan. I don’t have the finances to achieve the plan. They keep lying to my son turning him against me. They want to terminate my parental rights. I don’t have drug/alchaol/ or any neglect or abuse. I don’t have family or finances to help me. I think they are trying to keep him for his ssi and cps perks. I just want my son home with me. He is 16 and has only a few years left to be part of a family. They require that I have medicine for depression. I get side affects from it. I can’t afford a reliable car and can’t afford the gas at this time. Where I live you can’t get any where with out a car. Town is 6 miles from where I live. I really need help. They make me look bad in court. I also have medical problems that interfere with working. I have copd, insominia, fatique, migrains, social problems from prior abuses, and tell the truth which seems to be my worst problem.

Please, to anyone who wishes to do what is right and just and good for my and my children and my husband who are part of a world “village.” I call on you for assistance whether it be a well wish or legal help for me and my husband. I love nothing more in this world than my family. I am a disabled mother of five intelligent, happy, well-adjusted children who excel in their advanced classes in school and are great kids. I smoked pot outside my home to help with my anxiety and depression. I also take medication. I was charged with a felony count of child abuse and abandonment after the police entered my home without my permision, photographed my home, and told me to leave my home even before obtaining a search warrant. I have never in all my 12 years of parenting commited a crime nor have I been reported to a outside agency for harming my children. I am in a small town of racist, cliquish law officers. There is so much more to the story but I have been jailed and am begging for help. I love my kids more than life and I want to do my job and raise them. Please help.

Well Im writing to see if any lawyer is interested in a lawsuit against my childrens school? They are asking my children inappropriate questions I do not do drugs! I do not hit my kids nor neglect them the school is certain Im terrible and called CPS on me without telling me and pulled my children out of there class to ask them if I was a drug addict? what the? all because my kids poop for a long time in the bathroom and didnt wipe properly? and one of them had a bruise from her trampoline Is it not illegal to question minors and give them the creeps without the kids parent present Im pissed and Im willing to go so far as to sue this school for many unorthodox thing! they also tell my son hes not a normal kid because he cant comprehend some math problems! please help before I transfer there schools and this happens to other children!

This evening (2/06/07) my daughter nad I were awakened at 10:30 pm by LAPD (West SFV) and the officers requested to talk to my daughter alone. 20 minutes later they informed me that my daughter said I touched her inappropriately and that she said she did not feel safe in my apt. When I subsequently asked my daughter (10 y/o) if she told the truth, she began crying, was visibly distraught and told me that she was told to say these things by her mother (who has been diagnosed as clinically depressed and borderline personality disorder). I am in need of legal counsel and possibly representation. The allegations are false. Sorry, I forgot the rest of this evening’s calamity - the officers gave me the choice of having my daughter taken to the police station for further questioning, possibly being booked for child abuse, or allowing my daughter to go home with her mother and await DFCS investigation. In the interests of my daughter’s well-being, I opted to release her to her mother’s custody (after explaining my rationale to the officers). At 8am, I will be at the local DFCS headquarters demanding an expedited questioning of my daughter by the DFCS investigator in order to decrease the amount of time her mother is able to continue coaching my daughter to make false statements regarding my care of her.

I am a single mother of thre girls 13,9 , ad 5mo. I have been trying to get my kids back for almost 2months. I have tried to do what i can to get them home. they were taken form me unjustly based on an assumtion. I work hard for my girls and want them home. CPS has us all in counceling but nothing has been court ordered. I am not sure what to do next. the kids are begging to be home and say how bad th foster home is. Please help me my PD has a large case load and i have yet to speak to her in over a month despite all my call to her. I am deparate please help me so my kids do not become another paycheck and i can watch my kids grow up.

My three older children were taken from me on September 17, 2005 when I asked my oldest child to call the police for help! My boyfriend and I were arguing and i was afraid, the police tried to break my arm and threw me out my front door. in October I got pregnant, CPS immediately seperated my children and tried to give them to their dads, which failed. Even though i have the Social worker on video taping saying their is no reason not to reunite my family and take my baby when he was born …Anoka County MN did and terminated my rights on all four of my children. THey already had my kids adopted out before the appeals were even over! I have not seen my kids in a year. I will never stop looking for them!!!! NOr will I give up hope my case is at the United States Supreme Court In Washington DC right now. peace and love

Arthur Bracke Middlesex county Virginia Social Worker has been charged with arson and sex abuse on boys ages 6-13. Type in his name read articles. In my case my nieces were taken out from their home. Arthur Bracke put on many cases the children were near death, failure to thrive. Upon removal if the children were all this they were not taken to a hospital or no photos and the parents were never charged with anything. This town of Middlesex county Virginia needs a Lawyer that we all can trust to re-open cases. This man has displaced children with false alligations for 21 years. His foster son said on Wavy tv-10 news in hampton that he heard rumors that this Social worker/foster care provider was messing with boys from 21 years ago in a New Begginings home he started for troubled boys in Virtginia. We can not trust this man or his office anymore.Recently some of his office quit or resigned for some reason. We need a Lawyer to re-open cases that have the proof of no such child abuse. Please come on Wavy Tv-10 news to let these children and families know who can hanle re-opening these cases.Many families there are saying the same.

Do not use the @ symbol. Please read Linda’s reason why at the top of this topic.
You also need a state posted. Lawyers practice WITHIN STATES.
Also, unless you have a real egregious violation of your child’s civil rights–you may have to go with PD or free attorney.
Sometimes you can request that you child have an attorney or GAL (Guardian Ad litem) appointed.
Substance abuse issues are difficult to defend unless you are in treatment.

My name is Brittany Johnson my case number is MSJO4-01778 and I have five children and three of them were taken from me in September of 2004 I started getting really weak from 2000 to 2003 the progression was very slow but then in 2003 it became a lot worse I just rapidly started getting weaker and weaker I had to quit working I had to quit going to school I was attending silicon valley college for medical assisting it was becoming very hard for me all together it was like I always felt like I was going to fall it was a real overwhelming felling up not being able to stand up after about 15 minutes then eventually It was getting harder and harder to hold my girls they are nine months apart so there were times that I would hold both of them at the same time and I was homeless so it was very hard to carry them and all there things and my sons things around from friends houses and motel rooms I had no income I applied for disability but its takes a while and I was denied the first time so in march of 04 I asked my sister if she could care for the children because I didn’t know what to do I didn’t know what was wrong with me or what to do about it I just knew that I was getting really weak and I have tons of emergency room reports of my cpk levels and how the numbers just kept going up in the months prior to making the painful decision of asking my sister the children’s aunt to care for the because at the time I couldn’t and I thought that I was doing the best thing a mother could do to see to it that my children were cared for my sister then got cal works assistance for the children later she tried to get foster care for them and they told her that the children would have to be wards of the court in order for her to receive foster care so she then took the children to the department and told them that she couldn’t take care of them then she turned around and applied to get them but was denied due to a felony ( I have proof o all of this) well then children and family services then gave me a class plan to do and at the time I was homeless I had absolutely no income because my disability didn’t not get approved yet I had no means of transportation I had a doctors note that stated I could not ride public transportation due to the fact that bus stop don’t always have benches and I could not stand for longer that 5-10 minutes and could not walk a long distance to get the stops and so months went by and they just marked it down as me not doing these things like therapy and parenting classes but I could not get to these things all my friends worked I have barely any family and no help at all and with no money for gas no one wants to take you no where so I kept telling them this over and over more time went by more court dates they just kept telling me to do the same things so then finally they judge approved them to give me cab valtures and that took them 3 ½ months to get those to me and when they did I immediately started going to my classes and getting a lot of stuff done I was unable to drug test because of the hurricane Katrina I guess the lab was out there and no one from here was allowed to test im sure that is documented if not I will get that proof but after all of that I go to court and they terminate my services after I started doing things they said I was taking to long to get these things done but see I had to do a lot of things differently because the services that they provided that were suppose to help me I was unable to utilize due to my disability and all that time that went by while they sat and did nothing to help me was all used against me and soon my time was up and I continued to beg them and explain to them that I need them to provide me with an adquit case plan that I can take part in properly and they refused they just kept saying we don’t have services for parents with your disabilities and we have never had a case like this before so we have no idea what to do and I understood that but also they are supposed to figure that out but all they could come up with was to terminate my parental rights because the bottom line is everything that was wrong in my life I changed completely the only thing that I cannot change is the fact that I am disabled I have no control over what is happening to me when I was having my children I was very unaware of this it just started one day and I have had to deal with it while fighting for my children whom I love very much I don’t think anyone can question my love for my children I have fought very hard and I never gave up and I never will one time my lawyer and my worker at the time Diane Cohen sat me down in the court hallway as well as in the snack bar at the court house and tried to talk me into agreeing to give my children up telling me that if I love them I would let them go and don’t I want someone that can go to my sons games and cheer him on and that the foster mother can do that and I should want my children to have the life that I would not be able to give them and when I refused is when everyone started to turn on me and all the sudden the people that were all there to help me suddenly became my enemies they acted like I was the scum of the earth they started loosing things in my case papers that I turned in to them there were no more smiles we were now playing hard ball and all I did was refuse to stop loving my children and give them to someone else no one will ever love them like I do. this is the short version there is so much and have all my proof there are a few more big points I would like to point out and then I will wrap it up one is the fact that I have been asking them for copies of everything in my case that I am entitled to because there is a few court reports that I never received they just kept telling me they would get them to me so I talked to about 5 or 6 different people about this I started asking for them in November of last year 2006 and everyone just said they would get them to me one worker even told me that she was working on it and I have asked over and over for a whole year then finally one day after the adoption of my daughters was final they call me and tell me that I can have my papers and that the worker and her supervisor were getting then together as we speak so then I call a few supervisors and the ombudsman’s office and tell them about how for a year I was suppose to be getting my paper work from them and then one day after the adoption is final all the sudden I can have them and then I call a few people to look into this and now they say I have to get a lawyer in order to receive my paper work and that’s the only way and they know that I cannot afford a lawyer I need something to be done I am a great mother I do things a little differently because I now have had to learn how to be a parent that is sitting at all times but I have overcome this obstacle and anyone can tell you I take care of my kids better then some people that can walk I don’t deserve to miss out on my children growing up because I have something wrong with me that I cannot control and what they are doing is against the law I don’t see why they Also the judge Louis Hyatt when she was wrapping up the trial she said that the reason she is not granting the 388 is because she questioned my credibility she said whose apartment is this when I brought her my original lease and in the court report they put that I brought in a apartment broucher and pictures they said nothing about the lease I do still have this and it can be verified and also she said I believe that mother has a dystrophy but also mother is extremely over weight and that is a disability all in its own then she criticized me for not taking medication when in the months prior I was criticized for taking the medication so I stopped then she used it against me and said that I should be taking pain medication and I do believe that I have the right not to take the pain medication

My name is Brittany Johnson my case number is MSJO4-01778 and I have five children and three of them were taken from me in September of 2004 I started getting really weak from 2000 to 2003 the progression was very slow but then in 2003 it became a lot worse I just rapidly started getting weaker and weaker I had to quit working I had to quit going to school I was attending silicon valley college for medical assisting it was becoming very hard for me all together it was like I always felt like I was going to fall it was a real overwhelming felling up not being able to stand up after about 15 minutes then eventually It was getting harder and harder to hold my girls they are nine months apart so there were times that I would hold both of them at the same time and I was homeless so it was very hard to carry them and all there things and my sons things around from friends houses and motel rooms I had no income I applied for disability but its takes a while and I was denied the first time so in march of 04 I asked my sister if she could care for the children because I didn’t know what to do I didn’t know what was wrong with me or what to do about it I just knew that I was getting really weak and I have tons of emergency room reports of my cpk levels and how the numbers just kept going up in the months prior to making the painful decision of asking my sister the children’s aunt to care for the because at the time I couldn’t and I thought that I was doing the best thing a mother could do to see to it that my children were cared for my sister then got cal works assistance for the children later she tried to get foster care for them and they told her that the children would have to be wards of the court in order for her to receive foster care so she then took the children to the department and told them that she couldn’t take care of them then she turned around and applied to get them but was denied due to a felony ( I have proof o all of this) well then children and family services then gave me a class plan to do and at the time I was homeless I had absolutely no income because my disability didn’t not get approved yet I had no means of transportation I had a doctors note that stated I could not ride public transportation due to the fact that bus stop don’t always have benches and I could not stand for longer that 5-10 minutes and could not walk a long distance to get the stops and so months went by and they just marked it down as me not doing these things like therapy and parenting classes but I could not get to these things all my friends worked I have barely any family and no help at all and with no money for gas no one wants to take you no where so I kept telling them this over and over more time went by more court dates they just kept telling me to do the same things so then finally they judge approved them to give me cab valtures and that took them 3 ½ months to get those to me and when they did I immediately started going to my classes and getting a lot of stuff done I was unable to drug test because of the hurricane Katrina I guess the lab was out there and no one from here was allowed to test im sure that is documented if not I will get that proof but after all of that I go to court and they terminate my services after I started doing things they said I was taking to long to get these things done but see I had to do a lot of things differently because the services that they provided that were suppose to help me I was unable to utilize due to my disability and all that time that went by while they sat and did nothing to help me was all used against me and soon my time was up and I continued to beg them and explain to them that I need them to provide me with an adquit case plan that I can take part in properly and they refused they just kept saying we don’t have services for parents with your disabilities and we have never had a case like this before so we have no idea what to do and I understood that but also they are supposed to figure that out but all they could come up with was to terminate my parental rights because the bottom line is everything that was wrong in my life I changed completely the only thing that I cannot change is the fact that I am disabled I have no control over what is happening to me when I was having my children I was very unaware of this it just started one day and I have had to deal with it while fighting for my children whom I love very much I don’t think anyone can question my love for my children I have fought very hard and I never gave up and I never will one time my lawyer and my worker at the time Diane Cohen sat me down in the court hallway as well as in the snack bar at the court house and tried to talk me into agreeing to give my children up telling me that if I love them I would let them go and don’t I want someone that can go to my sons games and cheer him on and that the foster mother can do that and I should want my children to have the life that I would not be able to give them and when I refused is when everyone started to turn on me and all the sudden the people that were all there to help me suddenly became my enemies they acted like I was the scum of the earth they started loosing things in my case papers that I turned in to them there were no more smiles we were now playing hard ball and all I did was refuse to stop loving my children and give them to someone else no one will ever love them like I do. this is the short version there is so much and have all my proof there are a few more big points I would like to point out and then I will wrap it up one is the fact that I have been asking them for copies of everything in my case that I am entitled to because there is a few court reports that I never received they just kept telling me they would get them to me so I talked to about 5 or 6 different people about this I started asking for them in November of last year 2006 and everyone just said they would get them to me one worker even told me that she was working on it and I have asked over and over for a whole year then finally one day after the adoption of my daughters was final they call me and tell me that I can have my papers and that the worker and her supervisor were getting then together as we speak so then I call a few supervisors and the ombudsman’s office and tell them about how for a year I was suppose to be getting my paper work from them and then one day after the adoption is final all the sudden I can have them and then I call a few people to look into this and now they say I have to get a lawyer in order to receive my paper work and that’s the only way and they know that I cannot afford a lawyer I need something to be done I am a great mother I do things a little differently because I now have had to learn how to be a parent that is sitting at all times but I have overcome this obstacle and anyone can tell you I take care of my kids better then some people that can walk I don’t deserve to miss out on my children growing up because I have something wrong with me that I cannot control and what they are doing is against the law I don’t see why they I am 39 year old father who has had my children taken out of my life I was going through an ugly divorce when I mentioned to the mother I was going to seek custody the mother made accusations that i molested our daughter when all the damage was done and over I had a praternity test done to find out that the daughter of 8 years, I thought was mine turned out wasn’t I also had 2 of her friends affidavits stating she would do anything in her power to make sure I did not get custody.In the interview with the daughter I recieved a copy of it turns out there was alot of answers that were whited out in the copy that I requested pertaining to yes and no questions.CPS is nothing but a bunch of sneaks they are not there to keep families together they are there to pull them apart!!!!

My 8 children were taken away from me in 2005. They terminated my rights on 7 of the children. I have since been divorced. I have remarried and want to regain custody of my 14 year old son whom I have not lost my parental rights to. My son is in the cps long term foster care. CPS in Westchester County has harrased and thretaened my ex wife and autistic son for over four and a half years, causing my son to develop seizures due to constant anxiety and his mom to become psychological devasted and almost disabled.
Recently they took my son away from his mother for reasons that may not exist at all and placed him in a group home where he is the highest functioning by far and in essence have broken our family apart.
I wish to sue the Agency and NY State for damages suffered over the past 5 years epecially oin regard to my son, who experienced a vast arrested development during the time CPS continulayy enterred their home and caused them extreme anguish.

I have had custody of my grandaughter since 1999. She made a false allegation on not one but two of our family members and in the same year which supposidly happened last year. She did this at school and CPS took her. She has a medical condition which requires a doctor check-up often. I am the only one who has cared for her all these years. I have a tape of her admittings she lied and why. Her dad was in prison and her mother has two children already adopted out through this CPS office. My grandaughter has always been interested in the foster care system for this reason. She states all of this on the tape which CPS has a copy of. Other than her health I see her once a week she is wearing clothing very provocitive for her age. I have complianed on each visit. I have pictures of her breast only 1/2 covered. She is very well developed for her age. Back to health I ask them not to put my grandaughter in water at water parks this time of year. She has no spleen or gall bladder due to her illness and the common cold can turn into pnemonia. They informed me that they would get a clearence from a doctor I stated you can get as many clearences as you want the doctor does not know her weakness or her tollerant level,only I know that. When I saw her on the 27th I was shocked she was burned to a crisp and showed me her burn line in which she is wearing a string bikini that barely covers her nipple. I took pictures of the burn line. She had been in the water for 3 days all day long. I ask myself why would a foster mom even allow her to dress this way in front of her husband. I never allowed this at all. She may look 21 but reverse the numbers she is 12. This whole thing is rediculose. CPS knows it also. I have drove myself crazy with worry. There are other things with this CPS office that concerns me. Her mother not really involved with her at all now she also gets visits even though she has a mile long record with this very agency. I really need to speak with someone. The attorneys in this county really dont want to get involved it, it is a whos who county. A real kangoroo court. I cant sleep I worry all day long about this. I love my grandaughter and all of these case workers know it. My grandaughter has a home and she does not belong in foster care. Another concern the judge the same one who sent my son to prison. The paperwork full of lies ,dates wrong, yet they got a judge to sign it. I dont get it misspelled words the list goes on and on. PLEASE HELP!

In portland oregon, Joan Wagar and Eric Carlson are in A Murder conspiracy together.
And Clackamas Walmart are acttively helping them by hideing Eric’s employment there from me and my family.

This latest wife wont allow the health care providers to talk to me. I have always been nice to her out of respect for my father but she is jealous of my relationship with Daddy and she doesnt think he will live. I do.

In 2006 I was involved in a CPS case where I failed a drug test from being around it all the time. Then I came back down because my kids dad beat my oldest child which by the way he jumped through all the hoops and got her back but is on probation. But in 2006 I told everyone that it would happen. I moved up to Tennessee then came back down here in 2007 of November because of my kids dads case. I was told by CPS that they wouldn’t take my youngest daughter and that I caould take my oldest daughter back to Tennessee with me. But instead December 21st 2007 they took my youngest daughter and never gave me my oldest daughter back. I have been having problems completeing their case plan. On the part of I had no transportation and live in Grapevine TX and the case is in Denton TX. I run 3 home businesses and have not generated any money from them, I had to let my kids dad move in with me to help with the bills. While he’s been with me I find out that CPS manipulates him into signing over his parental rights and they are in the process of terminating my rights. I have no money left so I have a sorry court appointed attorney. Who has done nothing for my case. My daughter shouldn’t had been taken anyways because she was not a TX resident and they did not put in emergency orders for removal. They have lied about everything and due to me being unable to get a hold of some of their programs it puts me a t fault and makes it look like I don’t want my daughter. There’s just a lot of stuff that I need help with. IO am suppose to do drug tests and the whole problem there is I am the one having to request them!!!! They haven’t requested me to do any drug tests, it’s all on me!!!! They want me to do parenting and they don’t even allow me to choose my own parenting course. I was told to attend NA AA no less than 5 times a week. Until my drug/alcohol assessment said only 2 times a week. So I have been doing the NA meeting since April. I really need help I have been going through this since the first hearing which was January 2008 and I didn’t have an attorney and refused to talk to any of them because I had no represntation thats when they got the conservatorship of my youngest dughter. Now I have a court date in September on September 5th 2008 to be exact in Denton County and they have in for termination of my rights on that day AND I DON’T KNOW WHAT TO DO!!!!!! MY DAUGHTERS ARE MY LIFE THEY MEAN THE WORLD TO ME!!!!! PLEASE HELP ME CPS IS TAKEN TO MANY LIBERTIES AND ITS DISGUSTING!!!! I honestly think that all CPS case parents whose cases are CPS taking control to a whole new level should band together and file a suit against them. I was living with my parents and my niece called cps making false allegations which in turn got everyone living in the home drug tested. Me and my fiances tests showed up positive for methadone which neither of us has ever done in our lives. They ordered us out of the house so now we are living in a hotel with our 1 yr old daughter, and I am not allowed to see my handicapped niece whom i have seen everyday since she was born. I believe there was a false positive on the drug test I did some reasearch and amoung the many other things that can cause a false positive for metadone was night quill. Me and my fiance were both very sick with colds when we took our drug tests and had been taking the cold medicine for about a week. I asked her to give me the levels of the drug and she hasnt gotten back with me. I guarantee the levls were very low. this is careena again, I just realized I failed to leave contact information, I severely need an attorney, For several issues, My son is currently living with his , in my oppinion, dead beat fathers CAMPER, left in the care of his grandmother, which, i wont lie, i would rather him be there, in her CAMPER, than with his adict of a wanna be father. I also KNOW that i have a case on slander, fraud, violation of our 6th amendment, my sons 4th, possibily our 14th, along with refusal to provide kinship care rights, on both of us , and my parents and my parents, along with brother and sister in law! They have now entered a no contact order so we can not see our daughter. I was just informed today that CPS has been called on me. I have 3 children, an 8 year old son, a seven year old daughter and a rwo year old son. My 8 year old is autistic and self inflicts injuries on himself. He wears a helmet but hits his head against walls and the floor. He also digs his neck and face. he is non verbal and is fed by a feeding tube so is underweight but is managed by GI doctor. My seven year old got mad at me last week and went to school and told them that her and her 8 year old brother are abused. I have spanked my daughter on a few occacions but have never abused any of my children. They are coming to my home on Wednesday evening and i am petrified they are going to take one look at my autistic child and take them away. I think i need a lawyer but cannot afford one. We both have attorneys, but my attorney will say one thing and my husbands another. We get our son every weekend, we pay child support and also we have done the DNA test to prove my husband is the father, which to me is so stupid cause they look just alike. Anyways, I am told that when we goto court on the 27th of this month that the DHR worker, and our attorneys are pushing for our son to come home, but the attorney for our son might not allow this. I am so tired of this. I want my son home, and he wants to come home. I feel like we are being screwed by this G.A.L. lawyer for my son just because she believe’s every word my mother says. And thats the problem, My mother is wanting my son because it gives her extra income a month to sit on her ass and let a 15 yo tend to him. I need a lawyer of our own that isnt involved with DHR one that is on our side. Which I believe that my husbands lawyer is on his side, but mine I am having my doubts. This has been going on for a whole year now and I want my son. I have been through hell since he has been gone. I am being railroaded by CPS. They are attempting to terminate my parental rights based off of lies by CPS workers and my childs father who my child id currently placed “in protective custody” with. My ex is very troubled and abusive in many ways along with a long list full of other reasons that he is not the proper placement for my baby. Basically all the lies and other accusations that have been made against me by all, i have proof to disprove. I also have proof about the dangers my ex persents to my babys well being. My family does not approve of my lifestyle and have done everything they can to seperate me from my partner, including using jail and now having my child taken by dfacs through accusation that my partner beats him.
