Child Protective Services, CPS, has devastated and destroyed hundreds of thousands of families in America during the last thirty years leaving a trail of broken hearts, broken dreams, and shattered childhoods.
Rather than helping families, government agents have used unconstitutional laws in Juvenile Court to rip children away from their loving parents, break asunder God-given, natural, parent-child bonds, and adopt the children of the grieving out to others who profit financially with large monthly adoption subsidy payments.
Child Protective Services must be stopped! The law that started this, CAPTA, must be repealed. We must work tirelessly to inform the public of this very dangerous travesty of justice. We must keep faith knowing that if there is a God, there is an answer and a way to end this heartache.
Child Protective Services Agents - please come to your senses! Family destruction on false or trivial grounds is wrong, reprehensible, and inhumane.
Fosterers - be aware that for the money you get you are holding much-loved children away from their grieving families while the parents are forced to perform a service plan that is anything but a service to them. I call this hostage holding for the government. This is not kindness - to help misguided government agents destroy family relationships and break loving bonds.
CPS workers and fosterers - I ask that you now let the children of the innocent return to their homes where they are truly valued, adored, and loved by the parents God gave them.
Family rights are God-given rights. And they should not be ignored or postponed. Every moment these loving parents and children spend separated from one another is a torment beyond what anyone should ever have to bear.
It is unworthy of human dignity to allow this terrorism and torture of families to go on without saying something, speaking out, and trying to make a change.

I am so grateful to have found this website. Although our investigation by cps began due to a relapse of drug use, the cps worker really explained very little to us, nor did our court appointed lawyer. I am disabled and she failed to research my medical limitations. we later found out it was her first case and another DHS employee has indicated that she knew our case had been mishandled. You have given me hope and knowledge that I can use to get my children back at home. We just recieved an unfounded disposition in regards to my oldest child who was traveling back and forth between my home and my mothers, at the time of the original investigation, but could no longer be at my mothers due to the mental abuse. although that is 1 of the 2 places that my babies are allowed to be without supervision. IT IS A CORRUPT SYSTEM THAT TEARS FAMILIES APART!!! Godbless all who struggle with these people who claim to work in the best interest of children!!

Please register on the Message Board portion of this site to network with others in your state who have similar problems with CPS.
First case by worker?: Incompetent—may not be aware of pain meds and their legal use. Disabilites, of course, represent a specialized area of the law.
Much is involved with the legality of medications.
Linda has done a wonderful service for folks all over the US.

Here to determine what my course of action will be with CPS and their actions. My entire family was removed from my home on November 21st, 2007. No reason(s) were stated only a “worker” and 2 sheriff deputies showed up to get clothing.

THIS IS WORTH READING AND SOMETHING WE ALL SHOULD DO.
It was published in the December Guest Book but it is a sample of how to BEAT the CPS Corrupted System.
The problem in America is that we are lazy, hope that someone else will resolve our problems, and we forget too easy or are scare to use our rights.
Read what this person handle the situation. My hats off for him/her
know that it helps to share our stories with people who suffer as much as we do, but that is not enough, if you are really interested in having your love ones back into your arms not for a few hours but for the rest of your lives.
My question to you is this. Besides writing in this website, which by the way is one of the only one in the entire country that has the guts to support us, what are you doing? Maybe you are looking for a lawyer to help you. Great! Give your money to the lawyer who may or may not help you. He or she can care less about your problems, although they have the right words to convince you that they do. Do you really think that they will do anything against the hand that feeds them? Of course the CPS, DFPS, or whatever you want to call that corrupted group of unscrupulous individual FEED THEM. How? By doing exactly what they are doing to you, and to hundred of thousand of other people just like you, and me. THINK!
This is what I have done.
1) I wrote a LOOOONG and VERY DETAILED e-mail including the names and telephone numbers of every person involved in the case and stating each action by that individual, including their emails, and the transcription of the conversation with that person which I taped in with a tape recorder. DO NOT LIE, but emphasize what is wrong and what is illegal specially what illegal action the Case Worker, his/her supervisor did or said to you. You can follow my example if you want, but if I don’t know what is legal or illegal, I just called “ILLEGAL.â€
2) Look in the Internet, in your local, state and federal government website, for a list of people who represent you, the Senators, the governors, the attorney general, everyone you can imagine and find out their e-mail address. THEY ALL HAVE EMAIL ADDRESSES AND IT IS THEIR DUTY TO PUBLISH THEM, but they normally don’t, because if they do, they will have to start working instead of playing golf, or going to the next party. You should find at least 20 to 30 people who YOU are paying to represent you. (Your taxes maintain them, remember?) I even sent a letter to Mrs. Barbara Bush, and Vice President Cheney, and believed or not, I got an answer.
3) Look in the internet for every main television broadcast network, every single radio station and get the email of every single person in that company, who might spread the word or talk on the radio or on their TV Program. DO NOT ASSUME THEY WON’T BECAUSE THEY ARE ALL IN NEED OF “NEWS†AND YOUR E-MAIL CAN BE “VERY BIG NEWS FOR THEM†This can be local, state of country wide. I recommend you do it countrywide.
4) Look in the internet for the representatives of the opposite party to those who are in power not, and get THEIR E-MAIL.
5) I DID LOOK FOR A LOT OF OTHER GROUPS, INSTITUTIONS, LIONS CLUB, ROTARY CLUB, COMPANIES, CHURCHES, CLUBS, ETC. but I guess you got the point.
6) Sit down and create a DISTRIBUTION LIST for ADDRESS BOOK IN YOUR E-MAIL SYSTEM.
7) Attach the loooong letter to the DISTRIBUTION LIST AND HIT THE “SENT†BUTTON.
Hit the same ‘SENT BUTTON’ every day from now on. Repeat it until you find help.
9) This is NOT A SPAM. This is a letter from desperate people asking for help.
10) You will receive some letters that tell you that this is a SPAM. If that is the case, reply to the sender and send a copy to the ATTORNY GENERAL of your state.
This is a lot of work, but if you are really interested in the wellbeing of your love one. DO IT.
I DID, AND I GOT THEM BACK IN LESS THAN A MONTH. BUT THAT’S NOT ALL, THE 3 CASE WORKERS WHO GAVE ME HARD TIME, WERE FIRED AS WELL AS THEIR SUPERVISOR AND NOW THE ENTIRE DEPARTEMENT IS UNDER INVESTIGATION.
REMEMBER,
L. Immunity from civil damages.
A CPS worker is not liable for civil damages
arising from “a recommendation made
or an opinion given†in the capacity of
guardian or attorney ad litem. TFC
§ 107.009(a). That subsection does not
apply to “an action taken or a
recommendation or opinion given†in
bad faith, with malice, with conscious
indifference or reckless disregard to the
safety of another, or “that is grossly
negligent or willfully wrongful.†TFC
§ 107.009(b). Note that the immunity
applies only to “recommendations or
opinions†but that the exception for bad
faith applies also to “actions†taken in
the role of custodian.
CPS ACTS IN bad faith, with malice, with conscious
indifference or reckless disregard to the
safety of another, AND IT is grossly
negligent or willfully wrongful.†And what is very wrong, THEY DISCRIMINATE.
Start your letter with a sentence such as this and then explain why you state that.
ALSO REMEMBER, THEY ARE COUNTING WITH YOUR FEAR, AND THEY DON’T EXPECT FROM YOU ANYTHING ELSE BY STICK YOUR TAIL UNDER YOU LEGS AND DO WHAT THEY SAY, JUST LIKE A DOG. BECAUSE THAT’S WHAT THEY THINK YOU ARE.
It is time that people start exercising the rights that the Constitution of the USA grant them, and expose this cancer that is destroying family after family.
Go ahead and consult with a Lawyer, most likely he/she will tell you not to do it ( it happened to me). Remember, he/she wants your money.

My family and I are being harassed by a New York City Police Officer. After I evicted him from my home, he and his girlfriend called ACS on me on December 22. These people know the system so they are banking on remaining anonymous. For a police officer to blatantly use the system to seek revenge is abusive and does not deserve to remain anonymous. I have a right to face my accusers. Now I have a permanent unfounded record with ACS. HELP PLEASE.

However, caseworkers may hold ERRORS OR OMISSIONS OR MALPRACTICE INSURANCE.
Or call those attorney$ up. Folks must utilize this to make it profitable for atty$.

Richard is right!
My granddaughter was taken away and almost died in Foster Care.
CPS was hiding her from my daughter… she would show up for her visit and they told her whoops, forgot the baby. How do you forget a baby?
She was in desperate need of medical attention. They (CPS) blatenly denied her of the medical help she needed.
We got an Investigative Reporter to call CPS and get my daughter a visit.. And it was video taped.
I (the grandmother) was able to get custody of her then. Attorneys psssht!
Fight them, DO NOT BACK DOWN! If you do then you will never see your child again. After every phone call send a fax or a letter..
They do not return calls and then will go to court and say it was you who did not return the call or cooperate.
We just recently sued the person who called the report in on Judge Judy’s show… and WON!
It hasn’t aired yet.. She did it because her brother (my granddaughters father) will not party with her anymore.

Have I known what Richard and Diando did, I would have done that long time ago. CPS took our children (4) away because we brought my wife mother from Spain and she did not speak English. There was absolulety nothing else that they could find wrong with our family. The judge ordered CPs to return the children, but after 5 weeks they did not do it. We called every Monday, and the monkey from CPS said that they were extremely busy, had other concerns about us, and would meet with her supervisor (the orangutan) either monday or Tuesday and would call us on thrusday or Friday. They never did. After calling them, on the last Monday, I went and parked my car in front of the CPS building where I could see both of them thru the windows and check what they did. It was not surprise that by 9AM, both of them left the building laughing and jumped into a car. I called the office and asked to talk with the sMonkey and they told me that she and her supervisor had gone to the field to visit parents. Well, I decided to follow them and the first stop they did was a
beauty parlor. They spent 3 hours in the beauty parlor and from them they went to have a relaxing lunch of 2 hours in a fashionable cafe. From there they went to see a “B” movie and at 5PM they returned to the office. I was furious and I went into the office and confronted them. They denied everything to the point that hey have a witness, the supervisor secretary, who never left the office, that they worked all they.
The next week I got a call to appear in court because they accused me of attacking them in anger and they told tthe judge that they could not put the cchildren in a house where the father was undergoing anger management.
As usual, my lawyer look and me and said “It is the decision of the judge”
He is not my lawyer anymore and I am suing him for malpractice.
Then It click to me. I was scare and shame that those bunch of decrepetics, F..S., took my children away. Why. I though. They are nothing but a bunch of (You can put here the word you want.)
I am telling you now, and watch the newspapers and the TV- I sent an e-mail to Glen Beck and for sure he aswered. He is the only one who will stand for us. The I will sue the CPS and name as defendants, everyone BY NAME starting from the Commisioner who never returned my call. I am tempted to sue them for at least 25 million dollars, but I might even go to 40. One for every kid.
Hell. We are so dammed scare of that system that we do nothing. Come on, guys,. start sterring up and let everyone, i MEAN EVERYONE KNOW WHAT THOSE SIPHILITICS ARE DOING WITH THE MONEY THEY GET (rICHARD IS RIGHT) our money.
Wake up, This is the right time to start action.

Unfortunately you right it is ALL about the money. CPS picks on the lower classes because they know we can not fight them. Prime example, why do you think they have not been involved with all the allegations made against Britney Spear…because they know she has the money to fight them. We hired an attorney for our case which gets worse at every turn and all out lawyer basically says is lay down and take it. Too many scared to fight them unless of course youhave a lot of money to put in the pot.

It does not matter if the Case Wrorker has ERRORS OR OMISSIONS OR MALPRACTICE INSURANCE.If they have that kind of insurance is just one more fact that they are doing a lousy job.Let the Insurance pay, that’s why they are there. Do not let that frighten you to stop distributing your letters, or e-mails or whatever to the rest of the world.
People like John Grishmanns, who wrote the comment above, are the best example of how we americans think and how we americans are going to loose our rights if we don’t fight for it. The “no see, no hear, no say” syndrome is typical of 95% of americans, it is killing our democracy and it is being abused by activists for the wrong cause.
To Michelle McDaniel. You have done what you were directed to do. OK you have a past. Remember what Jesus said :” Let the first without sin throw the first stone.”
Everyone has a past and you can be sure that most CPS caseworkers have not one but 10 past actions to hide.
Now what you need to do is to follow the advise of Richard above. Stop being sorry for yourself and start working for your SON. If he is not worthy of your sacrifice, you are not worthy of him.
If you don’t know how to write, (80% OF AMERICANS DON’T) get someone who does. State the facts, including the most insignificant errors commited by the CPS. State dates, times, and actions. No one is asking you to write a Shakespeare dissertation, but to write what is Right and what is Wrong.
Don’t let people convince you that you should play low and do nothing.
That’s what CPS wants, so they can sell your kid to the those who pay the best. It happened, Believe me.
And you have the right to be angry. Even Jesus was angry and throw the money exchangers and thiefs from the temple. Well CPS had invided your temple (your family) and you have the right to throw them out.

I am sorry to rain on your parade but, could you tell me ONE, just ONE thing that your God sent Senator Nancy Schafer did, apart from making “RECOMENDATIONS” that in real life actually means nothing?
She is laughing of all of us who think she actually did something, when in reality she only ran a political show for their voters.
If she was as concern as she said she was she has the legal power to demand d-e-m-a-n-d a reestructuration of that organization. Did she? Or didn’t she? It is going into two months now from the date of her God Sent Letter. Have anything changed?. She will not do anything against CPS. I do not know who is worse.
I will bet you a million dollar that she wil not move her little finger to support us when it comes to make a selection.
Think again and open your eyes. She is a politician, and like Robin William says in his movie “The Man of the Year” : Politicians are like diappers, you need to change them often, both for the same reason.

I will not get into an debate with you about religion. I believe in God and that is that I never asked you to. I do not care too much for politicians either. But, open your eyes. With this paper she gives us something to back up what we are saying. Did you even read it? There is a lot more then just recommendations in there. What are you doing? I have personally sent letters to all my reps and have included a copy of the paper. If enough people continue to complain eventually something will be done. Today I plan to send her a letter thanking her for the paper and asking her why she has not demanded reconstruction. So what will you do? Sit there and continue to complain and attack God, or DO something to help? My parade will continue rain or shine

Lets not make this website a fighting ground among us. I do not sit and complain, I act.
Here is part 1 of 79 of the list of people I write (email or regular mail) every other day, normally from 11:30PM to 12:30AM and sometimes on saturdays because I work from 6AM to 2:30 PM in one job and 3:PM to 11PM in another job to maintain my family. Karen: I do apologize if I slammed ‘your’ God. I would never do something like that intentionally, I do no have too much experience in theology. I am a modest working woman who has teached religious education every sundays for 17 years except the month when my husband died.

Keep notes, write down everything. Everytime you called….. Everything in the conversation and fax it over and don’t forget to get a fax confirmation so they can’t say that they didnt’ receive it.
If it is a real important conversation, fax it 10 times and get 10 confirmations… Cuz they are going to say they didn’t get it.
I have the State Attorney lying to the Judge, I got the court transcripts and a copy of the test results where they said that my daughter tested positive for marijuana…. Guess what? She didn’t test positive….
They flat out lied… I filed a complaint against him… I also told the Court Reporter after I got the transcripts that I had that report….
Guess what happened in Court the next date?
The Court Reporter wasn’t there. I wonder if she got fired. We were also taken to a court room across the hall…. MMMM, I think well, I’ll explain later…
I have hours upon hours of audio recordings… The last one being when the Case Worker that was fighting against us was asking me for advise on what to do with her own kids….
She doesn’t even know what to do with her kids, but she is telling mine that she can’t be a parent…..
The last words before she left were, “we mommies know whats best for our kids don’t we?”
I’m the grandmother, yes, I do know what’s best for my daugher and granddaughter—– for my granddaughter to go back home with her parents…..

Thank you. I misread not only the intention of your reply but also misread your words (thought you had meant “tell me one thing “your” God sent the Senator to do”) and for that I am sorry.
I agree with what others are saying. Individually this could take forever. Lets band together compile ALL of our stories and issues and send them to EVERY Senator in Congress, EVERY Governor, EVERY Representative. Heck maybe even news stations. It may just have a lot more impact receiving many complaints at once then receiving them individually. I would LOVE to help with this in any way possible.

You said you want to help.
For starters we MUST educate the rest of the country and let them know, voice of mouth, articles in newspapers, magazines, radio, television,gossip,( whatever it takes, CPS rely on gossips, so why not us?).
People in the USA don’t know the truth about this corrupted organization and I have come to the conclusion that our Senators and Representatives are a bunch of chicken, because they don’t want to loose their play time, or loose their position by figthting for the truth.
That does not mean that I will stop sending them my letters and e-mails.
A strategy would be to select ONE senator to which we ALL (including those firends and relatives to whom we have told about the abuse of CPS) will send One letter (cost = 41 cents) ON THE SAME DAY. If we can get at least 500 letters it will make and impact.
The next day we send the same letter to the another senator, and we continue until we cover all of them.
The letter MUST DEMAND an investigation of the corruption in the CPS system and DEMAND a PUBLIC DISCLOSURE of the secret or not secret action. ALSO IT SHOULD DEMAND a list of the names of CPS people in each state.
This section of the campaing will cost approx 25 dollars. But it will be the best investment of $25 we have ever done.
The ideal situation would be to send the same letter to the state representatives, to the president of USA, the vicepresident, the governor of the state and to the media (Newspaper, radio, Tlevision, etc.)
I do not have too much timenow (I work 16 hours a day), but in 2 weeks I will be on vacation for 5 days(the first in 3 years) and I am willing to collect the names and addresses we need. This will probably make my list grow to a couple of hundreds from the 79 I have now.
When I have the lists ready, I am willing to compose a letter DEMANDING what I mentioned above and submit here for anyone to correct or add whatever they think.
Then we can set a day to start the campaing that will culminate on a PROPOSAL to dismantel the CPS to be included in the ballot during the Presidential election.
Which brings another strategy here. We MUST send letters to the CANDIDATES for president DEMANDING to address the corruption of the CPS in their campaing issues.
I am willing to do all of the above ONLY if I CAN COUNT WITH THE COMMITED SUPPORT OF EVERYONE WHO WROTE, WRITES OR WILL WRITE (in the next 2 weeks)IN THIS WEBSITE.
During the next 2 weeks I hope to see in this website the response from everyone who claim to FIGHT THE CPS, with a unconditional COMMITEMENT TO SUPPORT THIS CAMPAING.
Lets see who is trully on our side and who is not.

I’ve sent my story to everybody imaginable (talk shows, newspapers, Glen Beck, Rush Limbaugh, Senators, congress critters, the governor, the president, etc) & SO FAR, NOTHING! I’m gonna keep making noise until this injustice is covered by the media. This needs to be a campaign issue as well (vote 4 Ron Paul). I live in a corrupt, lesbian infested backwards hick town in Colorado, where even the ‘family court’ judge doesn’t have any family values and is a known dyke! Our caseworker is also lesbian (she lives with another woman) and she is against traditional families! This is the epitomie of cunt-trol. Sorry for the language, but that is the way it is here & the hell I am going thru. Please get me & my family the F*CK outta here!

i have been fighting for my kids since the night of feb 21,2007 when they were illegally seized from my home without any kind of warrant or proof. Adjudication has been put off, postponed, knocked off the docket completely, and is currently being drug out till the 15 month mark when by federal law the have to start terminating our rights. No criminal charges are against us–the detective and car seat specialist from local sheriff’s office are some of our witnesses against the allegations that cps have yet had to even begin to prove.
I look forward to the 2008 rally and am trying to get a local rally going here to get media involved. Everyone I’ve contacted here have just passed the buck or not responded to me at all. mle2b1@yahoo.com

I live in South America for 31 years and I got used to the strong family ties and family respect everyone have, including the government. In Chile there is a saying, “Una golondrina no hace verano” wich means “a sparrow alone does not make a summer” which is very appropriate for this situation. Is everyone keeps going alone to talk shows, newspapers, Glen Beck, Rush Limbaugh, Senators, congress critters, the governor, the president, etc), it is one sparrow lost in the system, Why do you thing that great causes are won? Because the people who believe in them are united.
Just food for thoughs. All I see here are complains and winning, So far there is one one person who suggested something rational and nobody has yet signed up to accept her proposal. Maybe the same people who complain are of the same idea of that guy above who think this is sooooooooooooooooo much work!

im am 17 years old and i have been cps involved for a long time the first year i was in cps my family and i had 15 social workers and seens then i have had about four more thats not including the ones my brothers have well they took us from my mom split us up they told us we could be together that was a lie they did put us with our aunts but it was not the same.we wanted our family and the reson why we got put in the system i because my aunt keep calling and calling my mom did have a drug problem but we had no other problems she never hit us we never seen the drugs ya we knew that she did them but that was it she worked we ate i mean when i was 13 i weighed 238 is that not eating crap man she wanted me to go on a diet i said i did not want to so she started to make evey one eat healty but that was for like one day we where a fat happy healthy family yes we haed are diffrenses but what family dosent the cps want every faimly to be like the brady bunch it will never happen and they dont get that.they bounced me back to my grandmas they told my that she would get us iif she got clan she did but they did not give us back to her till after 2 years well then we found out that my father is a pig he went to court and was let go my mom fliped went home took some pills to help her relax they tested her the next day found it and took us on x mas eve well i went bak and forth to my family well my aunt no longer wanted me so she said i was crazy and put me well got me put in a mental hospital they said a fter five days i was fine and could gop home well she stll did not want me still so she called cps and when they came she said that she will do anything to get me put in a group home and they said no she is going to her grandmas my aunt almost died when she said thatwell i have top go im in school but ill write the rest later

Thank you for that list it should prove to be helpful. I am in Oregon anything I can do to help in this state please let me know. CPS actions are governed by a pre set listed course of action. Here in Oregon the CPS policies on assessments has had 4 different versions in one year. I know because every time they fail to follow their own rules I throw that back at them. In the process I have found the The GAO is useless. The GAO in theory is suppose to be the oversight to Oregon CPS. I have 1 letter from that office indicating that DHS/CPS has corrected misinformation in their file and apologized. I have multiple letters from said agency indicating the exact opposite, that no information will be corrected or apology issued. Ask the GAO to elaborate on their finding and I am told they don’t need to explain their findings to me. Comical.
I will use any means at my disposal to hold them accountable, we all should.

This a link to the executive policy DHS-010-005-01 regarding the handling of client complaints and how it is suppose to be done. They violate their own policies over half the time, the reason the get away with it is because we the people don’t know it.
James Fenimore Cooper said it best when he wrote:
“It is a governing principle of nature, that the agency which can produce most good, when perverted from its proper aim, is most productive of evil. It behooves the well-intentioned, therefore, vigorously to watch the tendency of even their most highly prized institutions, since that which was established in the interests of the right, may so easily become the agent of the wrong.”
While the basis for CPS originally was founded on good intentions it has now been perverted into something that needs to over hauled or abolished.

God bless you all. If we fight this together we could change this horrible system. We have been targeted for false allegations of drug use and had to hire a lawyer. We took it apon ourselves to get hair testing done and shocked CPS with the negative results. It is a shame that they investigate our children without our knowledge and harrass for over 8 MONTHS NOW. They have nothing and keep probing. We are suing to make this better for everyone involved with these crooks.

Marla, let me bow to you for what you are doing. Although you have never a problem with this repulsive group or monkes, you are working 16 hours a day and sending mail and messages from 12:30 to 1:30 in the morning and saturday you want to help us. I did not know there were people like you out there. CPS took away my sister 6 ywears ago and we didn’t know anything from her during that time. One morning about 4 AM we have a call from a CPS shelter asking to go to their location TO PICK UP THEIR BODY.
You can imagine what we felt at that moment, but what we found out later was even worse. She was put for adoption 4 times but everytime the adoption was to be finalize the CPS retracted and pulled her back to a shelter where she lived for 6 years. 2 of the potential adopters file a lawsuit but they didin’t win because the judge was on CPS side.We found out that a few days before singing all the papers, the potential adapters were called by the CPS Manager and asked $12,000 IN CASH to proceed. Of course it was a surprise for the future parents and they some could not come up with that money or the ones that could told her that they would not pay, so the CPS supervirsor came out with some story “she found at the last minute” to discredit the adapters. The last adopter found about it and the day of the adaption they paid the CPS supervisor the 12,000 dollars she asked. They had an secret investigator follow the supervisor for 2 days until she went to the bank and deposit $3,000. While she was still at the bank, the new parents of my sister appear at the bank with the police and they arrested her. She denied any wrong doing but when they asked the cashier to show the money she deposited they fond that every bill was marked with a code number, the same code number that the parents wrote down in a list they gave to the police the day they adopted my sister.
Would you belive that the Judge rule in favor of the CPS worker. Oh! yes you can believe. He was in with her in the deals. Both are now under investigation but they both receive their monthly salaries and live happy without working.
The terrible part is that the same judge anulled the adoption papers and returned my sister to the shelter.
She could not take it any more and she killed herself. And the reason they called us is because she killed herself, Had she died for any reason caused by the CPS shelter, she would have been burried in a comon ground property of the CPS.
She died 3 weeks ago, For the past 2 weeks I am printing 1000 fliers with the picture of my sister and her story and distributing around the neighborhood. I am only 14 years old and I don’t have much money but I know that these criminals must pay and I plan to go downtown next saturady and distribute the same fliers from the mos popular corner in downtown.
Marla. Count with me. I’ll do whatever is necessary to crush and destroy the criminal CPS system.

My story begins in June 2002, when social workers and the sherriff’s department showed up at my door after a domestic violence dispute with an unsigned paper from family court to remove my five children from our home. Since drugs were being used and it was after 5pm on a Friday that the Jugde signing it was just a “formality”. If I volunteered for a psych eval at a mental health hospital over the weekend that things would probably go well for me. So I checked myself in.{mistake #2}Mistake #1 was not slamming the door in their face for not having the forthought to get to the Judges office before he left for the weekend. Nor did I know that by law to take my kids they needed that court order signed. I was also not told of a court hearing scheduled for the following Monday where guardianship for our kids was to be decided. I was later told if I had been able to simply show up at that court date that the kids would have been place back in my custody. I was not discharged from the hospital until 4 that afternoon. Both my husband and I completed treatment. Monitered visits were a nightmare. On my sons 6th Birthday I was only allowed to see him although I was escorted into the daycare by the social worker in charge of supervising and each annd every one of my children flew into my arms the SW then told me that it was just to be the birthay boy whom I was allowed to see. The day care workers had to peel the younger three off me my 4 yr old boy sceaming for his mother.I begged her to allow all of them but she kept saying “It’s my understanding that it was just to be Jesse”. We were allowed t mett for 30 minutes in the Principals office at the school. Upon return to the daycare my other son was still sobbing and heaving uncontrolably so one of the daycare workers stopped me at the door and calmly explained that they had just gotten him to settle down a little bit and it would be best if he didn’t see me. I quickly ducked behind the door. We had gottten Jess a new suite for his BD and he wanted to show me what it looked like…So the thoughtless SW threw open the door and yelled for him, leaving me fully exposed to the room and there, right across from the door sat my youngest son who litrally flew across the room screaming MOOOOM! The daycare worker hurried to shut the door after which the daycareworke berated the SW for her insensitivity and the both our surprise and dismay the SW started laughing!!!!! Needless to say the daycare owner forbade her to go in her daycare anymore so a new SW took over visits. When she went on vacation I was again assigned the 1st SW. I showed on the scheduled Thurs only to find out that because of the change I would’ve had to call her personally to make another schedule, one that suited her. Unfortunately the school had not been apprised on the change either and one of my daughters was already in the office. I called SS offices to find out why the SW was’nt there yet only to be told that the visit wound;nt be happening because I had not called. I tried to pleed with said SW over the phone since my Daughter was already there and would be crushed if not allowed to have the visit. BY this time we both were crying. The visit did not happen and I had all visit revoked. because I had cause my 8 yr old girl emotionally upset by my crying in front her and thus “Making her cry”. MY hhusband and I went through 6 months of drug testing which happened at least 3 times a week, parenting classes,and 6 month of ater care drug consouling and were finally able to visit the kids at their Grandparents house. For my kids the eldest after 3 months orf counciling with anotherSW tried to cut her wrist he had her so despondant, the 2.5 yr old spent 6 weeks in a body cast after a broken femur,the eldest was eventually committed several time suffered axiety attacts and sent to a different town to live.

my * yr old went from middle of the class to dang near flunking and just when things were stating to get back to normal cps got a report of someone seeing us in a restaurant “Looking drugged out and as though I had been beating on my husband” which was a crock. SO good old Social SErvices revoked our visits without even investigating the claim. We eventually on the advice of a laywer signed over legal gaurdianship to my in-laws but maintained all parental rights thus eliminating SS from the situation. WE started after school visits to help with homework and weekends staying at our house by the end of the school year they moved back permenantly. We,ve had them back now for3.5 yrs and things are going great. during the last yr we’ve been reported by “well meaning citizens” twice for concerns over extreme dicipline.Heck, we don’t even spank our kids. luckily both time its been deemed unfounded. But thanks to your website I found out just how they work and because of you my kids know their rights to have a parent present at any and all questioning.. The first couple of years this sight was my Bible. SO for all of you out there, there is hope and follow the advice found here..it really does help and bring peace of mind. After all your kids and your family have gone thru, are you going to sit there and do nothing instead of helping to bring justice where justice is due. After the death of my sister I can’t stand people who winning but do nothing expecting others to do the work. I am 14 years old but I plan to do everything possible to destroy that sistem before I am 16. That’s why I joined the Cruzade started by Marla Dawn. (read above). You owe to your children to do the same.

Although I am a Canadian I believe we share a common foe, The CPS. It respects no boundries and I believe it is going to take a concerted effort on bothsides of the border to stop these NAZI’s. As a result of being raised in the system as a youth and later in life becoming a father I found that they haven’t changed but only gotten worse. Once they abuse your rights as a child they think they own you and your kids for the rest of your life. Along the way I found (or He found me) the Good Sheperd. The Lord Jesus has given us power over all the power of the enemy. Understand that many of these social workers are under the control of Satan whether they know it or not. Believe and receive, there is nothing the devil hates more than a praying believer. Its time to take our Rights back as Nations under God.

this is sharron agein well my aunt never really said thats what i was told by some one my aunt was nice and sweet to me but when i was being dum she just walked away any how we got this supervisor that was sooo horriabel she was the one that said that about my aunt well any way she did all kind of crap to my family and said all kinds of mean things to my mom i am not aloud to see my little brothers only if its supervised i am 17 and sitll they wont let me work why i have no clue they want to kick me out when im 18 my family will hwlp but the point is they want to help when people dont need help they hurt me in so many ways i cant even list them all but i can say they messed my schooling up fro me and they labeld me as bipolar when im not they dont want to deal with the problems so they drug you and thats one of the reason they took me from my mom because she used drugs it makes no seens no they could not leave it there they messed up my aunts life and still are she did what she had to but they wont stop she got laweres everything she had to and they are trying to make up new shit for no reason my aunt had my brothers but they took them she got my youngest brother back but that was it and when he was in a group home they gave him so many drugs he would not play nothing it was like he wasent even ther with us but when my aunt had him he played had fun and everything they wont let my other little brother out of his home cps dose not help they hurt my life was great and fun they told me things that my family said they hurt my aunt and my family to this day my aunt is fighting to get my other brother and to get her kids case closed she needs help but no one will help her she will not stand and watch them hurt and lie about things that never happend in her family she did what they wanted but they still mess with her they need to stopshe is fighting back but she need info And help i told her to come to this web site and i hope she makes a diffrents!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Well this is just another situation where CPS was a failure. I have 3 children with my Xhusband one girl two boys, and to make it short one of my boys live with dad the other one(wich has bipolar) and my daughter live with me, during the boys weekend visit with dad my son came home an told me that he was awakend in the night to dads other son from before he was with me who was 13 at the time, pulled down his boxers and he was awoke to penetration. So it came out that my son who lived with dad had been being molested by dads son for many years and now pretty much raped my son that lives with me, family court did nothing CPS did nothing and said since it is child on child we can do anything but if it happens again it will go against dad, well about six months later when my son was there for a weekend visit it happend again , and yet again CPS did nothing nor did family court. Then also come to find out the dad has another little girl with another woman other than me and the girl he is with, she is 4 and she just told that the dads 13 year old son sexually abused her too, CPS did nothing and neither did family court, now the court is saying that my kids can be around the 13 year old but dad should not leave them unsupervised LMFAO, he already did when my son was sexually abused again. I am stuck not knowing what to do, my poor kids see nothing is done for what was done to them, and dad thinks its no big deal, my son who lives with me had bipolar and knowing that nothing was done for what happend to him is making thing worse. I want to do whatever I can to change things something has to protect the kids and it is pretty sad when the ones that are supposed to do NOTHING, yet they are taking kids away from parents for stupid things instead of helping make situations better. Ulster county cps and family court are a big joke, and I want to pursue this as far as I can if anyone has any advice on things I could do please let me know via email taintedlove51799@aol.com.
Also I just read in the local paper that a girl was taken into the bathroom at the local high school and raped by 3 boys , those boys are arrested, and they were pretty young why are they arrested and being dealt with and dads son just walks around with no consequences or any kind of help for what he has done.

My husband and I have been married over three years, after 30 yrs of marriage to others. My youngest son has always been a Mama’s boy and was so jealous, he hated him. He recently became engaged and she is pregnant. Son told me grandchild will not be allowed in our home because of alleged inappropriate touching. This is during hugging as they enter our home. My husband is 58 years old with a large family and many children he has helped raise. No one has ever accused him of anything until my children entered the picture.
I cannot believe I will be deprived of my grandchild because of my son’s erroneous perceptions and accusations. I don’t know the best plan of action. This is so vile, neither of us wants it to be made public, afraid someone will believe him and our other grandchildren will no longer be allowed to visit.

This site is ludricous. I worked for years as a CPs worker for the state of AZ. It takes an act of congress to pull a child unless the child is in obvious danger or serious risk of harm. If you want CPS to do a better job than start with our law makers on Methamphetamine abuse. I speak to CPS workers all over he country and all work the same and all have the same issue that is overwhelming. It is called meth addiction. Children are almost always tried to be put with family or relatives, after that it is close friends. The problem is most families are tired of putting up with these families and are burned out in trying to help. I don’t buy most of these comments. If a mom is suicidal then her children are at risk, look how many mothers/fathers who were suicidal took out thier children. I am so sick to death of hearing about CPS mistakes but never about the good we do. Do you know how many familes were reunited and lives were turned around because of CPS involvement. Do you know that many Social workes carry a load of over 50-100 cases when the standard of management is 17-20. I don’t mind hearing about CPS mistakes but get your facts right. CPS is not the problem here. They are not the bad guys lurking around every corner to take your children. If it were not for confidentiality I could name you plenty of names of families who were greatful for our help because their grandbabies were going to die if they stayed in the home, or their daughter was going to die if someone had not helped her to get off of meth or away from the abuse she was living under from the man who beat her and her chidlren constantly. I for one am sick to death of people bashing CPS when they have no idea what they are talking about. Get your facts, people lie, claiming alot of things, most of which is untrue. To the person who made the comments about where was CPS when a parents killed their children, they were probably on an investigation from a neighbor who was cooking methamphetamine while nursing her baby. Come live a day in our lives, than you got room to talk. The abuse we see done to children is unimaginble for most as many have told me I could not do your job.

I couldn’t do your job! I’ve said that to the worker who comes here. I have no doubts in my mind there are families out there who need your help. I know meth is a big problem but don’t think every family has a meth problem. People post here because they are not abusive parents some simply made a mistake, some pissed off an ex friend or neighbor, some are going through a divorce and it is a custody issue where somebody decided to use cps to gain the upper hand and cps fell for it (my case), heck on some of the cases presented on the message boards people took something too far know it want help but can’t get it. Cps does some good in some cases the cases that are here are the cases where somehow a mistake was made and like it or not CPS makes mistakes in some cases. I have not seen a meth addict post on here probably to high to do it. I’ve not seen a wife beater post on here, probably doesn’t care enough to post or find help. What I have seen is people who love and care for their children trying thier best to find help to either get them back or get CPS out of thier life. So don’t lump us all into that meth addict group it is worse than us lumping ALL social workers or employees into the group of power hungry family distroyers because a few are doesn’t mean all are.
You know I’ve personally seen cases go both ways. I’ve seen cps do an investigation and leave kids in a home where mom’s boyfriend raped them every night. Or send a child who ran away because mom’s husband raped her back home to be raped again. I’ve also seen cps get involved in cases where they had no business being there and taking kids away when abuse was alleged but could not really be proven. I’ve also seen them straiten some people out and provide help to the kids and the family. I by no means think my case is the norm. I know its a horror story where something somewhere went terribly wrong and that is who posts here mostly. Check out the boards read around even if only some of it is true isn’t that too much? And hey, I hope you get all the meth head, child rapers and child beaters but don’t assume every home you go into is like that. They aren’t.

This is the exact same garbage they use on my side of the border to justify all their family crimes. If only we had the true figures of all the abuse that happens under CPS. Most families have been to badly traumatized to even speak anymore. But thats the intent of the sick system. Censor all your crimes but there is a God in heaven that knows them all.

o The CPS throws them into the “office†or the shelter and tells them to stay put until they finish “the paper work†(SECOND IRREPARABLE PSYCHOLOGICAL SHOCK of the day. These poor children are so scare that they will do whatever the Case Worker (Or Investigator in this case) tell them to do. They are hungry, cold, desperate and wanting to run from the place.
o The CPS either finds a) an Agency that handles foster kids (the worse and most inhumane is “Mentors†or “Alliance with Children†as they like to be called, and they find a foster parent that will take care of the kid or Kids “for a wile†, or b) they cast off the children at a shelter (if there is room) or bring blankets so they can sleep in the floor. (Houston, Chicago and New York are famous for that)
o The CPS tries as much as they can to avoid putting the children in the care of family. (If that occasionally happen, CPS does not receive any money, and of course the Case Worker is reprimanded for that)
o The CPS presents to the “Judge†all the lies they have accumulated under the name of “evidenceâ€, although for the judge does not matter whether they are lies or not, he already made his decision and he will turn the CPS to the CPS, so he can receive his little commission.
o The CPS abandons the children in the care of some strange people who tries to help the children. (Why do I say that? Because I WAS A FOSTER PARENT FOR 19 YEARS and ME, MY WIFE AND MY FAMILY worked VERY HARD to meet the parents of the kids and help them to get the children back by supporting them in their struggle with drugs, alcohol, temper, ignorance, lack of money or whatever was the case and most of all in their fight against the CPS helping them to find lawyers or advocates they would help them in their uphill battle with the little money we could gather. For those who think that Foster Parents are handsomely paid, I would like them to take care of those children for $ 0.87 an hour. Yes, Eighty seven CENTS and hour.
o The CPS finally accepts the fact that the parents have the divine right of raising their children.
87% of the children we cared about were returned to their parents, some as soon as a month, 10 % the parents did not want anything to do with the kids, 3% were adapted after we exhausted every venue we could to make the parents accept the responsibility God gave them.
NONE OF THE CHILDREN WANTED TO LEAVE OUR HOUSE OR OUR FAMILY.

I can give you statistics of how many children died in 2006 BECAUSE of the involvement of CPS. You can find them in government reports on the Internet. Each city have their own list, here I will give you 3 main cities and if I am wrong, come back and dispute my numbers and give me the source of the data. Houston, Texas = 3617 kids died during 2006 because of CPS involvement . New York City, New York = 7221 kids died during 2006 because of the involvement of CPS, Chicago, Illinois = 6239 kids died during 2006 because of the involvement of CPS. When you dedicate the 1hour and 44 minutes you have at your disposal to investigate FALSE ACUSATIONS, there is not enough time to PROTECT the kids that really need. Especially when it is so much work to handle a case where the CPS was WARNED 5 times of child abuse, the CPS visit the house where 16 people live in one room, but found nothing wrong with it, until one day the poor children were taking to the hospital because they were dying of drug overdose (HOUSTON) . Or the mother in Washington who called CPS 3 times saying that she will kill her daughters and need help, but CPS workers were too busy attending personal matters to take seriously her desperate call. Or how about the Teacher in OHIO where he called the CPS because he saw wounds in the 4 years old child and the CPS workers ignore for 6 weeks and the father threw his 3 children over the bridge. God Bless the CPS, they were very busy preparing for a party to award diplomas to the workers for attending improvement classes. Well you see, 3 children are death but you guys have your diplomas.

My case is a little different. We adopted a hard to place 8 y/o from the foster system -he was in the foster system for 7.5 years, d/t Iowa CPS mishandling this case we have not been able to reach our SON despite mulitple interventions paid for by our insurance. Long story short-our Son became more physically abusive with us (his big 6′ 190-were small) got arrested for burgularly refused to come home then after he was kicked out of multiple shelters reported us to CPS fin El Paso for neglect. The CPS caseworker filed a neglect charge soley on what our manipulative Son told him w/o an investigation. We are now forced to fight this battle in the courts. I am a nurse and these charges could prevent from ever getting another job again. Any advice?

Dear Debbie- You are a poster Mom for what is WRONG with the CPS system.
As an RN or LPN, you seem to feel you are vulnerable. May I reassure you that you are a PRECIOUS COMMODITY.
CPS statutes are so VAGUE, that almost anyone can be charged. And who is more pliable—a middle class family with much to lose or one who is familiar with lying and manipulating the system.
Since I understand that even addiction to hard drugs does not necessarily mean banishment from the profession…..I would chill out a bit.
Yes, CPS is very dangerous to the middle classes……After all, who pays their salaries through their taxes?
My dear, every *system whore* wins when laws are written unconstitutionally vaguely.
And that, too, is another failing of the CPS system—which is a gift to Family Courts and attorneys, too.

Another nurse, from Maine also adopted 2 children from Maine DHS.
Her disgust with the system was so extreme she wrote a book “Memoirs of a Babystealer”.
She came to understand that CPS, as an institution, is a deeply-flawed, money distribution enterprise where the true needs of the children are often not considered. I believe Linda has a link to her book on this site, somewhere.

June of 2007 I came home from work and was greeted by the police, investigators, CPS, and poison control. It was brought to my attention by my 5 year old son that his step-father had beaten him. I was accused of knowing what was going on, and was taken to the police department. It was asked if I would place my son with my parents for a short time. I was never irrigated by CPS nor the Investigator on this case. I was then served with papers not but 5 weeks later stating that my mother was trying to gin custody of my son. I went to court and was told that CPS was stating that I was an accomplice and allowed him to beat my son, and that is why they were giving my son to my mom. How could I have allowed it when I was at work, and my son was at home with his step-father, and two other adults who supposedly witnessed but did not stop this from happening? I am at a major loss. I was unable to get an attorney for I couldn’t afford one, and was told by the other attorney that the court wouldn’t appoint me one in this kind of case. I need some help! I want my son back! I don’t understand why they took him from me, when I wasn’t even there at the time. Can anyone help?? This Case is in Denton County, Texas.

Great reply…. As to Dawn…. CPS took my granddaughter over a spiteful phone call, false allegations made by the sister of the babies father.
She did it because he will no longer party with her… He is a parent now and doesn’t want to party with her..
CPS then put my granddaughter into Foster Care where she was severly neglected and abused..
Then, when it came time for my daughters visitation they told her “whoops we forgot the baby, we need to reschedue”
My daughter rescheduled for 2 days later and guess what “whoops we forgot the baby again”
How do you forget a baby… You don’t they were hiding her to cover up how sick she was…
An investigative reporter got us a visitation with her the next day… Yes, we video taped her illnesses… Ear infection, diaper rash so bad it was bleeding, thrush of the mouth, blisters in her mouth from a virus, asthma, conjunctivitis……
We asked if she had been to a doctor they said yes, they also stated that it wasn’t a rash because she only cried when she urinated…
Our Peditrician offered to see her anywhere and anytime. CPS said No.
Not only did they say NO, but they yelled at the doctor for calling them…
Now, you tell me…. you are there to protect children? No, you are there to steal them for the Title IV funding….
We sued the aunt that made the false phone call… She was found guilty by Judge Judy…
Yes, it is going to be publicly known as to what CPS does….
Also, John I am working on something else can you tell me where you found the information on how many kids died in Foster Care in Houston.
I am working with a news reporter to air our story and the wicked ways of CPS…

Also, the Caseworker and State Attorney lied to the Judge in court telling him that my daughter tested positive for marijuana…
Guess what, we were able to get a copy of the test from the hospital…
She did not test positive for marijuana, and yes, I filed a complaint against the State Attorney…

I have a situation where false alligations were filed against my father. CPS did their investigation and found these alligations to be unsubstantiated and we are now able to return to our normal life. We were told by CPS that we could not file a civil suite of slander against the person who filed these false alligations, because people who file complaints with CPS get ammunity. Is this true? Anyone can make alligations against someone slander their name and just walk away with no repercussion to there malicious behavior even when the alligations where found to be false. No wonder there are so many famlies being torn apart. Why should persons who file false alligations get ammunity, seems to me that if they were held accountible for their actions there would be less CPS cases and then CPS would maybe be able to handle the real abuse cases that are happening. People would not be so quick to files these false complaints to cause other’s problems with CPS, if they knew there would be legal actions taken if complaints were unfounded.

Stacy, it really depends. If you can prove that the person did it then yes you can file a civil suite. problem is that cps can not varify who called that person has immunity and thier name cannot be released. Hey when they call they don’t even have to leave a name. Unless this person said to you in front of witnesses who will testify that they called there is no way to prove it therefore no way sue. Hence why there are so many problems with false reporting. The only ones who really can prosecute the maker of the false report is CPS and they don’t do it so as not to scare off reporters of abuse.

Diando, I think Mrs. Marla Dawn said that she would be on vacation in 2 weeks which is the 19 of January. During that week and IF we have enough commited people she will start adding names to the list with addresses, e-mail, positions ect. But if we can’t get enough people committed to work hard she will dedicate her vacation to her family. I think it is fair enough, she works 16 hours a day and this is her first vacation in 3 years.
I hope all the lazy people out there start sending their commitment to Mrs Dawn in this website, otherwise it will be everyone on their on, again. WE ONLY HAVE ONE WEEK LEFT.

hi, i have three beautiful blond hair blue eyed children all under six yrs. old and i miss them so much they have been gone for a year and a half. i dont even know my new baby cause she was taken 8 hours after i gave birth to her. the nurses, my doctor, the on call worker, even the hospital itself falseified documents and made untrue alligations to illegally detain my newborn from the hospital while at the same time my other two children were being kidnapped by two social workers accompanied by two police officers from my home for no reason w/out any proff of any wrong doing. my husband called me from my home while i was in the hospital the staff told me they were taking my baby to the nursery so i could get the phone. my husband was crying and i could barely understand him he said cps came and took our kids i immediatly went to retrive my newborn and the nurses wouldnt give her back they wouldnt even let me hold her i was only able to see her through the glass. the next day i had to leave the hospital w/out my baby and go home to a house full of my childrens things but no children. that was the most horrible day of my life. my heart actually hurt. my kids are now being adopted out because my rights were terminated after over a year of trial. i am appealing the decision but it doesnt look good my appointed appeals attorney filed an appeal that is such crap he is going on what the transcripts read from the trial and of course the social workers recomendations. i dont know what to do the brief for my appeal is bullshit my lawyer wont keep in contact w/me i want to know what is going on for too long i have been snowballed and kept in the dark too long i want to be a part to my appeal and i want my appeal attorney to actually be there for my children.

To Tasha. I want to let you know that I have first hand knowledge that you are entitled to free representation by your state. In the case of my two nephews who live in Nacogdoches County, both parents that have been accused of gross negligence and abuse by the state received free legal counsel for the termination trials.

Just go to the Judge Judy website and fill out the form to be on the show.
Also, according to Texas State Law CPS has to tell the police who the caller is.
Don’t know that for a fact yet as we are waiting for our show to be aired.
We will then take it to the police and see. This way we will already have the proof.
I’m getting the feeling that it may not be aired at all….

To Dawn Mac: Please read the ’sociopathic tendencies’ of a caseworker and ’social workers fit the profile of domestic abusers’ on the AFRA website! That fits you to a T! Most of you are glib, fake, manipulative, authoritarian excuses for human beings who like to regard yourselves as ‘heros that save children’. This is ad nauseum! You are ZEROS! I’ve done some investigating on the ones involved in my case & have found that:
a. they make WAY too much money & have too much time on their hands to actively pursue non abuse cases.
b. Come from abusive households and try to vindicate themselves by inventing abuse/neglect cases on kids where NO abuse/neglect ever took place!
c. The intake worker here in Fremont County doesn’t even have kids of her own! What’s up with that???
d. Immoral lifestyles that should NO way have anything to do with children or families. They also promote immoral lifestyles that go against the Bible!
e. NOT CHRISTIAN (or Jewish or Muslim for that matter) I know it’s far-fetched, but do they secretly worship satan in the mountains???
f. Work closely together with a corrupt immoral judge & other corrupt immoral attorneys. There is a body count too - suspicious deaths ruled ‘accidental’ by the lesbian coroner.

Diandro, You do have a good suggestion, though, for folks with iron-clad ( Or so they think , cases) to go onto Judge Judy.
Remember, folks, though, JJ served in Family Court for years.
And if your case upsets the applecart—why you may cost billions of dollars of loss to the FC industry.
However, consider all the false, unsubstantiated allegations CPS receives. They should eliminate those for the good of families and taxpayers.
TV shows where folks on CPS reform have had good receptions include
MONTEL.
Folks should network—especially KY folks should get together, since they have been successful in taming DCBS with the investigative TV reports presented on WLKY.
How about a group of people from one state talking about the illegalities perpetuated on them by CPS. Linda’s Message Board is your friend.
But be discreet—don’t reveal too much until you can network face to face.

If you know for a fact who called CPS on you, you can go down and file with the small claims court to sue them.
I got many phone calls from other shows.
For some reason, yet to be known, this is hot. Although, our case hasn’t aired yet. In fact it may not ever air..
It won’t be the first time. The reporter that got us in to see the baby interviewed my after court and never ran the story.
It is a very controversal issue… People are scared… Media is regulated…
It’s worth the $80.00 bucks to try….
We at least got a free trip to California and $5000.00 to boot. Plus 200 and something to eat on…
What really stinks is we didn’t do it for the money… We did it for the statement of what can happen… if you make a false report to CPS….
Ok, we also did it because I was told by my attorney which was told by the Ad-Litem that she was continually making calls.
As soon as we got back from California, Animal Control showed up…..
She called in to say that the dogs were mistreated and being beaten and abused….
She is an evil, evil person….
Unfortunately, I’m going to have to file charges against her in order to get her to stop…
I was hoping to put a stop to the calls by the Judge Judy thing but that didn’t completely work…
I feel sooooo sorry and bad for my son-in-law…. He is such a good man and good father, just goes to show you…. you can come from evil and still be good!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Agreed, you have the RIGHT to a court appointed attorney. You were lied to. My husbands case is also in Denton county. They have lied to us on MANY occasions and falsified court documents and lied to the judge. We applied for a court appointed attorney but were told we make too much money money and that we could afford a lawyer HAHA. So we hired an attorney and are now struggling like crazy to make ends meet.

I have a 5 year old daughter, that was taken due to a bruise on her but from being swatted for dumping med. baby powder on a pet snake and then lying about it. My brother called it in, and five min, after the call My daughter was taken by CPS.This was in aug.07 because of this my husband and i split he had completed his service that he was required to due before first court date which was in Oct. 07. I agreed that she should go to father, me not completing the therapy that going to take years, that they want me to do. They still have my daughter in foster care it is now jan. 08, There was a court order for home visits however caseworker talk to the child therapist and stated it’s too much drama for my daughter to be allowed for home visits, We go back to court in feb, All my lawyer does is sit there and smile and his tells him to not do anything. We have jumped though the hoops they have nothing else for me or the father for services to do. We are at are wits end with this. We found out that my family has gone behind my and his back and has demanded custody of our daughter so we facing a full trial again. We both agree that my family should not have her. I am afraid that they will abuse her like they did me. I dont have anything against them but “hearsay” I dont know what to due, We have talk to case aides and they are saying we are being railroaded. we talk to the caseworker but she is lazy we talk to her boss nothing and so on. We have now left emails all the way up the chain to the white house. Can anyone tell me what the next step is?

I am appalled by the lack of commitment form those who are winning but don’t have the interest in doing what is necessary to get your children back.

Case aids are worthless pieces of crap! They do not work for CPS. They are there solely for the money..
They do not care… Nor can they be held responsible for anything..
Did your husband and you split because you wanted to split? Or did you split because you were told to by CPS, you know the ones that are there for family reunification?
As far as the Case Aids they are going back to CPS and telling them everything you tell them.. It is then being turned around to be used against you…
Look yourself in the mirror! What do you see? Did you do something so terribly wrong as to have your god given children taken away from you for good?
You are human, humans err, it is not the Governments place to make that call!
Go and look at your rights. The Constitution, 4th and 14th Ammendments, learn what they are and stand up for them!

I am a single full time father of a 5 yr old boy (A), and until a year ago, I was a part time father of 12 and 10 yr old boys (KZ), with the regular every other weekend schedule parenting plan.
KZ mother had another child that tested positve for meth. I did not father that child, I did not give her meth, I do not do meth, I was in no way apart of it, yet CPS gave KZ to the greatgrama (GG). GG then tells CPS I’m a druggie and abusive and blaa blaa blaa. I got my parenting plan in court with it known full well that I am a marijuana user, in fact I am a (not so active) activist and advocate for N.O.R.M.A.L. (National Orginization for the Reform Of Marijana Laws) all of which I told to the GAdlitem that investigated the custody dispute we had 3 years prior. I do not involve my children in that part of my life, it is my own battle to right a wrong I see, they do not even know about it. I have never abused or neglected or in any way endangered my boys. There is not a single police or CPS report on me ever for any kind of violence of any sort. CPS tried for the past year and a half to give them back to the mom, but made the reguirements so difficult she was doomed to fail, and has, she just signed off her rights and moved away. CPS is using all these false alegations (same ones used in custody court to deny me custody but give me the schedule I had) to deny me my visitation, forcing me to fight for full custody or loose my parental rights. And after them first asking for 30 days random UAs with decreasing levels of THC, which I did, a new CW decided it wasn’t enough, and demanded more and when I didn’t do them CW had a court hearing, I didnt know about, to take away any unsupervised visits. I am on the verge of the Termination being filed and I am torn on if 1.) I should just try to comply with the services they want me to do even though they will still file the termination and the fact that even if I perform everything they want I could still loose KZ. Or 2.) Just tell the court and everyone that I will not perform any of it and that it all puts me in a hardship position to be able to raise my other son, let alone better myself enough to have the other 2 come back full time, I am a single dad after all and the requirements of random UA’s alone get in the way of any kind of regular schedule, and I’m a self employed mechanic so I need to work when I can and dropping it all mid day to go do a UA doesn’t cut it when people need their car fixed. The 2nd would force the court to make a decision pronto and if it was not in my favor I could appeal to a higher court. The 2nd would also be standing up for what I beleive in and what I know in my heart is right. The 1st, Complying with CPS demands, would force me to do things that could make it worse for me, like a drug evaluation, what do you think the treatment is for a marijuana activist, I’ll bet it would take a long time to brainwash that out of me. And for what reason should I do anything when I had nothing to do with the action in the first place. Theres also a twist in there I forgot to mention. My youngest, A, his mom had a case open on her just before he came to live with me full time. I didn’t know until 3 months after he was living with me. They tried to transfer the case over to me and at first I started to cooperate, then the CW from A’s case told the court in KZ’s case, I was about to loose A to CPS. That was at the same time they took my visits. I immediatly tolds the CW in A’s case there would be no more cooperation and if they have what it takes to take A from me then I’d see them in court. That was a year and a half ago and I have not heard about it since, and I still have A in my home full time, yet CPS says it doesnt matter, that was a different case.
I just got a new lawyer, but it’s court appointed so I dont know if he’ll do me much good yet.
Theres probably a ton more details but I think most should see what they are doing to me.
I would like any input or help anyone can offer in this matter.

I have a friend who is a good mother. CPS is hovering waiting for her to screw up. No matter, they will twist facts around and harrass her. It builds stress and then she gets all flustered. I could not believe this was going on. I would like to know about what is happening August 2008. I don’t have kids but I will go.

Get everyone that you know (neighbors, relatives,friends,doctors,clergy) to send letters of recommendation for you to your caseworker, childs lawyer, an all other people in chain of command. This usually works.

I tried this chain of command it did not work,SW was on the case was so powerfull that all the written evidence.notes, they pass them. those 2 girls are my grand children, towards the end she (SW) asked me what nationality I am, when I told her I am from Amman/Jordan middle east, she said oh I thought that you are hispanic. I tried everything in the book. After the case closed and took the children away she left her job.

In regards to your shild being Alaskan Eskimo and Black, the protections are with the tribal laws. My niece and nephew are Yuppick Eskimo and White. We had custody for 6 months while my brother-in-law(white) took care of his requirements. My sister-in-law(eskimo), who has an alchol problem, finished rehab but not all the requirements. But the courts in the US fall second to any and all Native American Tribe, including Alaskan Eskimo. Contact the tribe and request that your husband (baby daddy?) and the child(ren) be registered as members and inform them of the situation and they might help with the process.

Ok, Orbit, sure there are families who need services, but its not cps services they need. Read the horror stories here, keep reading, then read some more. Hope you never have to feel their wrath, you’ll have a much diff. outlook. No one has called them God other then their ownselves and they think they are when they show up at your door. Most of us feel they are very evil, red some more.

I don’t know Orbit, you seem to be an advocate for CPS. Are you getting paid? What does that picture prove that was posted? Don’t you know that families are targetted and CPS has to justify all there crimes? Don’t you know that there is no checks and balances to protect the public against Nazi tactics? Don’t you know that rogue systems operate in the dark and hide been confidentiality laws to perpetrate their terror on the citizens? I know its easier to believe their lies than face such truth because its really quite shocking, but if half of what people say on websites like this is true it should outrage you. I would do more homework with an open mind. I with Susan who suspects many of them are Satanists. What a better cloak to hide behind than atheism which they try to claim is morally neutral but isn’t.

Where I’m from CPS is run by all blacks….
They take all white, oriental and spanish children..
Do you know why? I can tell you….
Because in their findings throughout the years (this is from their own reports).
Black people will not do the classes. White people however will, and so will the Spanish… and they have lots of kids, which mean lots of classes, which means, lots of money for the Government…..
Black kids, die every day! Why is that?
Blacks are overrepesented and whites, and spanish are under represented….
I can go on for hours about this. And copy and paste CPS’s own words….
What it boils down to is, CPS doesn’t make any money off of Black Children! Black people won’t do the classes, which bring in money,.
So why bother… It clearly states, that they are undesirable, linger in the system too long and the parents do not cooperate! Which in turn, means they (CPS) doesn’t make money off of them.
You can call me racial if you want…. that’s fine with me… Because, Yes, I am… So, CPS leaves, not just black children, but others, in the homes, to be abused and die….
The children that really need the help can’t get it becuase they linger in the system too long, why? because the parents won’t do the classes, they dont give a damn…
So, let’s (CPS) that the children that are taken care of, and that will do the classes, which will bring in more money for the state, and create more jobs for the state…

Orbit…so you have pix of a filthy home. I can show you the very same filth in a foster home that CPS sent my 4 grandchildren to instead of giving them to their grandparents. They pulled them from a clean 3/2 home over 1600 sqf and sent them to a foster home of only 1/1 720 sqf. At least their parents home had HOT water, A/C and heat. This foster home does not!!! And they said the reason they took them was becasue the home was not sanitary?? Yeah, that makes sense.
And if one is dilegent, they can beat CPS and get their kids home. I won’t kid anyone. It takes WORK! More work than you ever thought possible. But we have succeeded. All the service providers cases have been authorized to close already and the CPS case will close next Tuesday after more than 1 year.
Three of the girls are already home full time and the 4th will come home permenantly next week.

Ok orbit, is this Gideon a criminal for having a dirty house? DHS made the same claim about my home. Yes, we do have pets but no shit or piss festering on the floor! We don’t have dirty diapers lying around, mice or rats, or roaches either. They said my house is ‘cluttered’. DUH, both my husband & I work our asses off FULL TIME & still can’t afford a maid. I did tell the feminazi from DHS that the cleaning supplies are under the sink but she didn’t find that too funny. My case is based on hearsay & false allegations of neglect. Funny, my kids never lacked for love, food, shelter, clothes,& have plenty of toys as well!
Let me address the ‘atheist comment’. Last year, my mom & her lesbian partner had temporary custody of our 3 kids & weren’t speaking to my husband & me because I said some things (the truth) to DHS. We were only allowed 2 supervised visits a week at Nazi headquarters. Anyways, my husband & I met with DHS and the corrupt GAL and we agreed we could take the kids to church on Sun. I did take the 2 youngest on Mother’s Day. Our oldest used to go to church when she was younger, but now no longer believes in God since she has been is that lesbian household. After that one time in church, the ‘grandmas’ decided that they didn’t want the kids in church because it doesn’t represent their lifestyle. Excuse me, but WHAT kind of Sunday school class would discuss homosexuality to preschoolers & toddlers??? Anyways, church was nixed!
I also tried to discuss religion & the Bible in our supervised visitations, but the nazi agents got VERY offended & tried to stop those kind of conversations.
Last but not least, orbit, I am just 4 classes away from completing my Bachelor’s DEgree in human services/management. There is NO license for dhs workers. I have to renew my license as a nursing assistant every 2 years, but this corrupt state has NO license requirements to snatch kids away from loving 2 parent homes as mine were! They don’t even have the information of where to file a complaint posted anywhere in their office. Every nursing facility I have ever worked at always has such information posted in plain view. This is supposed to be our government, for the people, by the people right??? Incidently, the DHS here wouldn’t even consider hiring me, not because I fit the qualifications of the job, but because where I go to school, the UOP, requires critical thinking classes. They don’t like that!
Also orbit, why don’t you help out Gideon’s family by looking after their kids or helping them clean up, instead of saying how crummy they are? That would be the ADULT thing to do!

Not to glout but, what CPS did not count on is that although they got involved in my daughters and son-in-laws lifestyle which had little income but enough to survive and keep their children fed, WE, the 4 grandparents (by divorce and remarriage) had plenty of income and stash to get GOOD lawyers!
We filed our letter of intent to sue at the Federal Court Building in AZ. on Jan 3rd. Low and behold, 3 weeks later, they want to close the case. Amazing what a 3 good lawyers can get done! And after 14 months of family scathing for money. We have a press release prepared for the press when we are ready to comence the final petition.
We have pix of our homes and the foster home, inside and out. We also have pix of the foster parents playing illegal poker in an establishment which is up for losing it’s business license and driving with my grandkids in the car though neither has a valid drivers license.
GOOD lawyers come with GOOD private investigators!
The final straw for CPS was when their perfect foster family was ordered to take a drug test after hearing repeated testimony from the children that they use illegal drugs daily…and failed it! The judge immediatley ordered 3 girls home.
They had even enrolled these people in Adoption classes so that they could take my granddaughters away from all family members, and give them to the foster family.
Responding to Brent…what to do… when the government has become the criminal. When they don’t follow law, they are just that; criminals!

gee orbit, don’t you work? must be nice not to. i wish i had that luxury! My husband & I work different shifts so one of us is always home. Why does it matter to you? Most kids are taken care of by outsiders anyways because this is 2008 & women HAVE to work to make ends meet. I am & always will be personally responsible for my children. As for my career, i have absolutely NO respect for cps. They have ruined my family and they will pay for it. Maybe not sooner, like i want, but karma will catch up with them. I want to be a family advocate & help others who are falsely accused by this dispicible excuse for a govt agency!

Its obvious you don’t know the story of Abraham or understand its meaning. Abraham tried to fulfill God’s promise of a child his own way, hence the fallibillity of even Abraham, the friend of God. Thanks. But I’m not awsome by any means. We were lucky to have a judge see right thru the CPS case workers; all 5 of them! And to really look at our evidence against the false allegations.
Cell phone bills can REALLY make the difference sometimes. I save every scrap of paper and although my hubby complains about it, it really paid off for us in court.
I could write down everything until I was blue in the face, and the judge took their word over ours. If it was hearsay, it was CPS’ that scored.
Can’t argue with cell phone records, minutes billed and phone #’s recorded inbound or outbound. And you can’t argue with voice recordings either. We saved every message and then downloaded them to cassette then to DVR. We were careful to allow the voice recording of “date and time” record as well.
Oh yes, we did make notes of every conversation as well. Then the judge was able to compare dates and times from the notes to the cell bills and tapes to better determine WHO was really telling the truth and WHO was telling fiction.
These are some things people may want to try. But check 1st to be sure your state law permits only 1 individual having knowledge of the tape. Some states require both parties to know about taping for it to be legal. You can open up a can of worms if you’re not careful. Then you’ll have 2 big problems, not 1.

oh dear norbit, I hate to burst your self inflated bubble, but i happen to know a LOT about the Nazis - from experience! You see, I have had the pleasure of taking care of BOTH Holocost Victims and native Germans who were actually in World War II. You need to educate yourself by reading blogs posted by victims of dhs. They DO use gestapo techniques, such as midnight raids on houses (like mine) of NON CRIMINALS or drug users, whatever. They found absolutely NOTHING…everybody was in bed asleep, so they didn’t snatch the kids then (they convienently left that evidence out at court) They also adhere to the Communist Manifesto and feminism teachings (see the AFRA website to read it). You probably haven’t even met anyone involved with the 2nd world war in your narrow minded little world so do some reading up on websites such as this one and AFRA to find out the correct information on what this movement is all about.

Yes the judge did look at the file…the private investigators file only…the one I paid for, not the CPS file. When he looked at the CPS file, he upheld everything they said in it.
Our file had proven facts. It was over 100 pages long with copies of everything from state agencies to back up our claims that the F.P’s were not running the same agenda as the court had ordered; reunification. Along with many other tidbits we found along the way.
When I was determined to put money out for an investigator, the first person I asked was the secretary at the judges office. I asked who he used regularly. She told me who’s license that judge endorsed and renewed each year.
I found that man and hired him. He did his thing. And since he worked primarily with one really good lawyer, HE asked him to take the case BEFORE I even thought about hiring a lawyer.
That lawyer and I worked out an agreement on fees and both the lawyer and the investigator showed up at the next hearing. The judge allowed them to stay as a professional courtesy. And because he endorsed the mans license, he gave the file his full attention.
I got lucky in a number of ways. But I have to think that being educated enough from the system games, helped me to think outside the box.
I do hope all goes well for you, too. When we are ready, we too will go public.

You people have all hit on a very important point that CPS uses to its advantage. It is able to make false accusations with impunity. If any parents decide to challenge them on it. Many can’t because they have been thoroughly debilitated through a series of surrepticious crimes and undermining of finances. But if any do challenge them they can just back down and still win by having put us through the process. They are aware of this and know that the punishment is in the process. Its called the Legal abuse Syndrome and well documented.

Posted at this site is our motion for sufficiency and subject jurisdiction this is the only motion we could find that you can use at an Admit/deny hearing we found it next to the judges rules and script for theses type of proceedings the judge tried four times to force a deny pleading on the record for us and then admitted on the record that he was denying us due process we go back Feb 1

My daughter had her first child in April 06 and her birth was a Shoulder Dystocia Delevery and her doctor at that time didn’t know this other doctor delevered her child and after a week from the hospital my daughter took her baby to his doctor and he said did you know your baby’s shoulder was broken durning birth and the answer was no cause the doctor didn’t tell anyone. Two months past and the baby would cry all the time and the doctor didn’t do anything about the shoulder at all and then they found his arm broken and that has been two years now just about and after the DCS took him away, then the baby’s arm was taken care of, why not before? I wolud like to know. Yesterday afternoon at 2:23 PM Thursday January 25 08 my daughter had her second child and she wanted to breast feed him and after he was born she held the baby for a few minutes and they took him to clean him up and a nurse came into the room and said you cannot breast feed the baby and you cannot see him unless a nurse is with you by the order of the CPS. Her lawyer for the first baby came and she had it set to where she could breast feed the baby but they said she could not take the baby home and that there will be a hearing monday the 28th and that’s after 72 hours like i read on this site and this state of Tennessee is no fit to live in and have children at all and i know there’s a lot of other states like this also but i haven’t had the chance to look thru everything but if anyone does read this PLEASE don’t move to Coffee County and if so have your baby in another city or just move. I have lived here all my life and never ran into anything like this before and it’s not right and these day’s you can’t find people who would want to stand up and fight and i’m one when i get started that want quit and i have been doing everything i can for my daughter and grandson but for some reason they will not put me on the stand at any of the hearings cause i was ask by the police did i think i knew who did that to her first baby and i said yes and i told them and that was all said and now i’m are left out of it but i have my rights to tell my side of the story i though but not in this state.

Does anyone know of a good attorney that is fighting washington states(SPOKANE, Washington CPS branch)?
CPS has already done its damage to my family. I should say was my family. It’s all gone now and I absolutely did nothing what so ever.
I was tore up pretty bad from what I went through. What my family went through. It’s years later and I have a good case.
If anyone has any information that would be helpful I would appreciate it very much.

Posted at the link below is the Motion for Sufficiency and Subject Jurisdiction written in response to a CHIPS petition in WINONA COUNTY MINNESOTA
The judge skipped many steps in the Admit/Deny hearing, he also tried FOUR times to force into the record a Deny pleading for my self and co-respondent Lisa O’Hanlon.
The judge denied to enter in the Motion after it was placed on his desk and requested to distribute to all parties. Due to the massive drain on our resources incurred in this invasion of our family and our civil rights.
We could not afford the $60 for copy to distribute to all parties,also his basis for not accepting it.
I did not have the composure to request oral entry after a heated exchange during which I got the Judge to acknowledge he was and knew I was being denied Due Process on the record. Then he backed off and with drew a seven day sentence for contempt order and continued the Admit/Deny hearing for February,1st. We also can not afford the $80 for the transcript and recording and are sure he will deny our forma pauperis.
We intend to take this to the highest levels as all the Supreme Court rulings we can find are for cases in which the kids have already been removed, ours have NOT been.

Hi all! I have a friend who recently gave birth to a beautiful baby girl! YAY! BUT, on the day they were discharged from the hospital, a CPS worker came and spoke with my friend while her husband was not present. They said they found marijuana in her system, and said that they wanted to investigate to try to prevent this from going to court and having her children removed from her home. (She has an older child as well.) They bullied her, making her feel as if she had to talk to them, and she admitted to taking marijuana at some point in her pregancy. They said that they would contact her next week to schedule a home visit. My friends are going to see a lawyer on Monday, as they are wonderful parents, and have a wonderful family. The CPS is acting as though they are investigating the marijuana test because they are worried about the welfare of the child. Well, now a mother, who would already be going through post-partum depression, cannot eat, sleep, or anything other than cry because she feels like they are going to come ruin her life. She is blaming herself for talking to them, for taking marijuana, etc. It seems to me as though the stress they are causing is more damaging than any recreational, or even addictive, drug use. Anyhow, I feel confident that they cannot come take her children, and that everything will be ok, but I feel so badly for this family. Hopefully, someone here can help guide me in the right direction to help her alleviate her worry. Does anyone know about a similar case to this? The parents are both hard-working, are actively involved in church, family, and their children. They do not physically punish their children except on the rarest of occasions, they do not drink alcohol or smoke cigarettes, and they do not do marijuana in front of their children. Any help? Do Not let these people into your life at first contact inform them you know you do not have to speak to them with out attorney and then say you will not. EVEN BETTER Insist all contact be in writing and get them to sign a paper saying you informed them of your right to have all contact be in writing and respond to every thing they write to you point by point and you will be able to prove the pattern of lies they will use to try and force you into contract as well as that they will substantiate by saying you refused to meet with them you have not if you informed them you know your rights if you can afford an attorney get one from outside the county you live in. Advise your friend and her family not to let them in again. It may be too late given that she already spoke to them in her own home and volunteered info. At next visit, they should tell them they wish to have an attorney present before the visit takes place. Or better yet, get an attorney now and have CPS make an appointment to visit at the attorneys office.
I already know someone personnaly in a case just like this. One time drug use by a parent. That was nearly 15 months ago when they came knocking. The mom also talked to them in her home after being bullied to come in and look around.
They were told to send the kids away to releatives if they wanted to get them back sooner. They did that. Then CPS started a non-emergency removal case, and took custody of all her kids from the relatives without any notice. It was done as a total surprise. They took the kids from school. When the Aunt went to pick up the kids, they were alredy gone.
They are just that decieptful about it. In fact, many people have said they found out their kids were taken hours after it happened by a phone call from some stranger.

I live In Los Angeles and my CPS case is in Riverside CA. I spanked my daughter with a belt so now I am fighting to regain visitation. Just a bitter divorce and she is making the kids suffer for her unhappiness. I just want visitation. Was I wrong? I don’t think so. Should I loose all visitation. Not at all. Please help. Anyone!!!!

Well, CPS, all attorneys threw in the towel and said case closed.
However, ever since I file the complaint against the State Attorney, we have had a different Judge, different State Attorney and different Court Reporter.
Thing’s didn’t go exactly our way…. Are the Judge and his side kicks in hiding?
MMMMMM, we will see… Stay tuned.

It is expected to air on Feb 5th… Can’t say for sure at this time because we are going back to court on Thursday, January 31st.

She may not have even done a UA or whatever their evidence was..

Be 18 yrs old, finished high school and a 10 wk Fostrer Parenting course..
Now, how is it that an 18 yr old has the authority, or experience to raise someone elses God Given Children..

It’s the same in AZ. Anyone 18 or over, married or not, with a 12 grade education can be a foster parent after 10 once a week, 1 1/2 hour long sessions in foster parenting classes. They don’t have to own a home or have a job or show income of any kind. Sad state of affairs, really.
Good news at court yesterday. We are getting ready to receive the last child home in 4 weeks, at the end of school grading period. The case is to be closed on or before March 1st.
Then, like you, we will file our formal petition at Federal Court and do the press release on the courthouse stairs. I am relly looking forward to exposing this case before the judge hears the 1st word. You all know the first thing the state will ask for is a “gag order”. So we are going for the gusto immediately at press release. Get all the info to the public we can as soon as possible.
After 15 months, this mishandled mess will be over with. Of course, we have discovered that CPS offices around the state, or out of state, don’t communicate with each other or share files, so WE ARE MOVING.
That’s how the foster parents in our case avoided being found out. The moved around and buried their TPR case so deep, it took a miricle to find the info. God must have wanted us to find it, because we merely stumbled on the TPR while checking out other criminal info. I have no other explaination for locating it. That TPR against the foster family is GOLD!!!!!!!! 24 Karat!!!!!!!!

Hi, new here and first time poster,
First, I would like to thank the good Lord in heaven, that I am not here because I am in need. Thank the Lord my son is happy and healthy and with me.
Now, with that being said, I’m here checking some of these sad stories. I read on a web site that mostly deals with children being abused and/or killed by parents, step-parents, significant others - someone had made a post to check out these “horror stories” - so here I am checking.
We talk mostly about - HOW the so called system could be improved to save children. Coming on here just makes a person want to fire bomb every DFS office in the country.
Most of you posters seem to have been a round or two with DFS - the Lord love you - I’m sorry for your misfortunes.
What is mind blowing from the outside looking in, is the fact, that obvious abuse is not dealt with decisively and parents who are truly loving parents, make mistakes or “things are not as they seem” and DFS is all over them.
It seems from my point of view, most DFS workers are on a power trip when it comes to parents who truly love their children and are actually scared of losing them. Then, when you have an obviously abusive parent, DFS kinda backs away - have they be told “where to go” and maybe threatened by the person who is a “true” threat to the well being of their child? What is going on? I know all of you have been asking that same question.
It just seems, they bully people who are trying to be good parents and run from the people they are REALLY supposed to be investigating.
I guess the innocents are easy work, fills up their days and work records, and gives them a pay check without them actually doing any of the true responsibilities that have been charged to them. It all makes me want to vomit…………
I pray that each and everyone of you truly “loving parents” has your child returned to you as soon as possible and that you all can begin to heal.
And for those, who may be falsely on here, begging for sympathy - If you have contempt for your child, or they just chap your butt - leave them alone and let them try to have a life. It is much easier to walk away and forget you ever gave birth than to have to spend 18 yrs being pissed off because your kid is breathing your air.

I think you may find that is false and that they do communicate at a higher level that is often not shared with the frontline CPS workers.

However if you have worked in the system and have been an abuser and perpetrator the system may be able to move you and put you out of state where you can continue your evil deeds on another community. Its a page out of the catholic church for the system to try and avoid responsibility.
I truly believe there is a double standard at work here. One for the parents and one for state child care workers. There really is no way of verifying this in a hierarchal type of system, and we are asked to trust that the best interests of the children are looked at. Well we have all seen the results of that. wrecked families everywhere.

Hello All, I’m glad I found this website. This is why i’m here.My neices and newphes were taken from my sister for neglect. It was later discovered that my neice was molested by my sisters boyfriend. At that time, The CYS agency placed the children with our mother. When my mother found out about the alleged molestation , she contacted the office and then the police department. The police were ready to pick this man up on these charges but CYS became involve, telling the police department that they were involved and that the information was unfounded. The agency was outraged that my mother filed against this man and told my mother that because they were handeling the case and she went behind there backs they were removing the children from her home; they told her the children would be placed in foster care.
My mother contacted me and asked if i’d take the children, I agreed. The agency then released the two boys to their father(he’s the one who was accused of the molestation) they said he cooperated with them in his treatment and plans for his sons.My sister who was using drugs with this man became mentally ill when he gave her some kind of drug that made her slip away. She never complied with what the CYS agency asked. So, this leaves my neice in their care. In September of 2005, I received a call from Delaware County Chidren and Youth Services. They asked me to take my neice, so I did. They then told me I had to relocate because mu house was to small; I relocated. Then I was told that I lived to close to my mother and it would be best for me to move; I moved again so that my neice would not be taken from me. I then asked if my neice could attend the same school as my children to keep her safe and out of the reach of her mother; the denied that. I only seen the caseworker twice and she never said anything about my sister involement with my neice. I knew she wasn’t supposed to see her mother unsupervised and to my knowledge that has never happened.In oct. of 2006, I received a call stating that the agency wanted me to hand the child over to them for allowing unsupervised visits with her mother. I told them no and that they should do an investigation. They said they would do just that, The next day they said the investigation was complete and I had to turn her over so, I did. I never knew of any rights and was told I didn’t have any. I later found out I did and I began the appeal process. That was denied because it was filed late. I recently appealed that appeal. I’ve been everywhere trying to get help and have been turned away. I’ve contacted the State Representative, the Senator, The offices of Children and Youth in Harrisburg, Pa.,The Directors of the Delaware County Children and Youth Services to no avail. I even held a protest in front of their office. That did receive media attention and I think that just upset them more.Even after taking the children from my mother and placing my neice with me, the agency is now reconsidering my mother as a resource once again.The one worker is stating that she should have never been removed from ny mother and that why they are reconsidering her. They have asked my mother to get several evaluations and she has, Now they keep asking her to get more things done like, getting therapy to cope with my sister’s mental illness. She went yesterday to a Docter they suggested and he gave my mother a letter stating that she was fine. We took that letter to the agency and they told her that wasn’t good enough and that she needs to go to the docter more than just once. We don’t know what else to do; it seems as if they can do what ever they like and judges stand behind them in their lying. We get to see my neice every month and all she asks is when can she come home; she is 8 yrs old. If anyone can help us please respond. This has been going on for too long(with me it’s been 3 yrs and with my moom for over 4).The plan for my neice has changed to adoption, my sister and her fathers rights have not been terminated, Please keep us in your prayers.

I agree they exchange info at much higher levels, but only for the purpose of C.Y.A. syndrome. It is not discussed with the field workers; and they want it that way. They let the case workers do as they please UNTIL they screw up, then they start talking about how to cover it up or shift the blame elsewhere or just explain it away with some other rehtoric.
Example:
At court the other day, the attorney general withdrew the states petition to terminate rights citing “things had changed since the kids were moved to a licensed foster home”. That was it for an explaination.
Then after 5 pm that same day, (after they have closed the office) I get a call from the case manager (the 1st call in over 5 months). He wants to know if I will take legal guardianship of both girls so they can close the case now. Then we, the family, can decide on our own when they are ready to go home.
But what most stuck with me was this statement: “The parents really did a 180 after the TPR was filed”.
Now excuse me, but the parents had been clean since the beginning and completed ALL the classes, and then some, before May of 2007. Mom even attends college so she can get a better job. That TPR did not file until 12/21/07, so HOW did that make the parents change to the point they can have their kids back?
Again, this is a prime example of the C.Y.A. syndrome CPS is soooooo good with. You know the higher ups said to the case manager, find a way to get this case closed before we screw it up any more than it is. This is all about trying to limit thier liability in our lawsuit. Damage control.

I will not be waiting until March after all. They called me and said they are bringing my granddaughters home this Sunday. The case will close on Monday 2/4. I will get my original guardianship papers in the mail but will have temps for school, etc. when they come down the mountain Sunday.

Yes, it did turn out as I hoped. My daughter and son-in-law are now her official parents again.
It’s been a long and hard battle, as I’m sure you are well aware of.
They fought even at the last minutes… for more classes, more counseling etc….
The DA, the new one, I don’t know if you have been able to keep up, but the last one I filed a complaint against because he lied, I got the court transcripts and a copy of the drug test fromt the birth of my granddaughter and filed the complaint.
I have managed to get the media there 3 times now. 2x with the camera…
The new DA (Biotch) she has been there the last 3 times. She was smirking and grinning from ear to ear.
I know this is all just a horse and pony show, but, the Judge yelled at her…
She didn’t do anything she was supposed to in hopes of getting another continuance.
But, as soon as we left the court room last week, well alot of things happened, God came out of my mouth and had everyone running scared. LOL!
No, I strongly recommened to my daughters attorney, that she subpoena the Psychologist, right then and now, and she did… I told her that if she doesn’t then it won’t get done…..
We get a new caseworker 1 wk before court, everytime, which doesn’t have a file, etc…
Anyhow, she did it..
And the other request (that the DA was supposed to take care of) was, an affidavit from the Peditrician..
Durh?,,,, She didn’t do that either. But, I did!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! LOL!!!!!
She stated that “I must not have understood what she was asking”
Grrrrrrrrrr!!!!!!!!
It isn’t going to stop here! I’m going to shut CPS down……

I don’t think I mentioned, last week while the cameras were there, my daughters attorney pulled her into the back room and asked her who brought them.
She told her “my mom did”
Things that I asked got done shortly after that.
I didn’t get yelled at today, in court, for the 1st time… LOL!!!!!

The same for me (grandma). Two of the 4 ARE in their parents (my daughter and son-inlaw) care now. The other 2 I am taking custody of and then I have the privelege of releasing custody when I choose back to the parents. That won’t take me long…LOL!!!!
I did the same thing..proved them as liars in court. Suddenly the DA is dismissing the petition and insisting the CPS case closed immediatley.
I know it’s a show only, too. They are trying to end this via telephone by today at 5 pm.
It’s all about trying to mitigate the $$$$ of liability. They know we are suing. They’ve been told so by our 3 attorneys while in court on 12/21/07 during the judical session.
They can play the game as best they want but:

I’m glad things are going good… I havn’t told them that I am going to sue them.. I think they know that though.
I don’t understand why the other Judge did what she did. Nor, do I understand why the new DA continued to play the game. Unless, she hadn’t been warned…
I don’t know if the attorney is taking the case. 1st conversation he said he was..
Then not sure. I havn’t talked to him in awhile. I do need to call him and have him watch the interview…

My name is Tracy, I am a stay-at-home mommy with a 22 month old son. In January I was approached by CPS and I was told that they had files on me about abusing presciption drugs, and they’re worried about my child’s safety since I was diagnosed a few years ago Bi-Polar Disorder/manic depressive. But, since having my son April 2006″ I havent shown any signs of that illness or needed meds since then. Why should I have to go to all these appointments? Psych. eval., Drug assessment, U.A. monitoring program? I just want to be a mommy, spent my time with my son, watch him grow up, help him learn. Why take that away from him? or me? He is my world, he is everything to me. Why are they allowed to do this to me? It’s not fair. My child shouldnt be ripped away from me because they “think” I’m not mentally capable of caring for him. They’re ruining lives over “false accusations, statements,” they dont know me. They dont know how I am with my son. If they knew, they wouldnt have came to my damn door, invading my space, claiming I’m a bad mother. What can I do to stop this? I dont want to be on a monitoring program, where i call to check-in everyday and they randomly tell me to come in or not. I have to do a drug assessment test just because I am on pain medication and anti-depressants because of my Fibromyalgia. It’s not fair, I have to take those to be able to function throughout the day. I really want to know what they have on me so I can understand. I know that I have no U.A. that was “positive”, never abused my son, never neglected him, and he is a very happy, intelligent child. What can I do? I cant sleep, I worry about this all night. I cant eat, my stomache is in knots. My son is the center of my universe, he is my everything, I just want to be able to be a mommy, without CPS waiting for me to mess up. My worker is determined to make a case, and I won’t let him. Please help me I need a lawyer, someone to back me up? Thank you, Tracy in Hawaii

i just want to say thank you to all the people who have agreed with what my husband has said on the website . our younger daughter has been placed in a foster home and i talked to the social worker about getting her back in the family and she was really snotty about it and she told me that she is gong to be placed in the foster home perm. my husband and older daughter were very peed off and my older daughter talked to the social worker and got ticked off at her because the social worker said that she could get a chance to get her and now they are backing out on there agreement , they even said that my father -in-law could get her too but they are backing out of that too.
