mY STEPSON AND HIS WIFE STILL DOES NOT HAVE HIS KIDS BACK CPS TELLS HIM HIM CAUSE HE ALLOWED A KINSHIP PLACEMENT THAT HE WAVED HIS RIGHTS TO A COURT APPEARANCE AND WILL GET THEIR CHILDREN BACK WHEN THEY (AS IN CPS) SAYS SO MY SISTER IN LAW REFUSES TO LET THEM SEE THEM NOW AND HIS YOUNGEST SON’S BIRTHDAY IS IN 2 DAYS SHE EVEN WENT SO FAR AS TO DENY THEM TO SEE THEM AT MY DAUGHTER IN LAWS FAMILY’S CHRISTMAS DINNER. MY HUSBAND AND I ARE THE ONLY ONE IN HIS SONS CORNER EVERYONE EVEN MY STEPSON’S OWN MOTHER ARE FOR MY SISTER IN LAW AND HER HUSBAND GETTING PERMANT CUSTODY. MY FATHER IN LAW NOW TELLS ME AND MY HUSBAND TO STAY OUT OF IT AND AWAY FROM MY STEP SON OR HE AND THE FAMILY WILL CALL ON US AND GET OUR BABY GIRL TOOK AWAY AND GIVEN TO MY SISTER IN LAW PLEASE PRAY FOR MY FAMILY SOMETHING TELLS ME THINGS WILL NEVER BE THE SAME

One person complaining can be picked off. Five or ten are a different matter.

I was previously married to an abusive man. We had two children together, my prides & joys. After years of abuse I finally asked the Lord to help me to stand. I filed the necessary restraining order against him and his (at the time) girlfriend who threatened to kidnap my children. The Lord heard my prayers and granted both of them. Years later I moved on and married a wonderful man of God. We were to move out of state so he could finish his schooling to become a pastor. I would leave without my children.

A month before our move (I was 7 months pregnant with my husband & my baby, my 3rd) and it was high risk as I had a tear in my uterus. Anyways, I made the mistake of calling my mother to tell her we were going to file the paperwork to move out of Florida with my two children. She called DCF and filed a false report against my husband. My little boy had a bruise from playing with one of those metal tonka trucks that she gave him. She told them my 6′4, 220 lb, military trained husband BEAT my 4 yr old son. That was false. He had become their “daddy Jamie” filling in when their own father refused to even call them let alone visit them. Also to mention my mother’s husband took a shower with my son, who was 3 at the time and I was refusing him to be around my son.

The DCF worker shows up, not to investigate, but to accuse my husband. He made my son strip down to nothing to take pictures of a BIRTHMARK on his stomach saying it was a bruise! I have pics to prove he was born with it. When the social worker was outside the officer apologised and said it disgusted him & that DCF is NOT the law, though they try to be.

Feb 2, 2006 my ex used that to his gain to get my children ripped from their loving home in the middle of the night. I almost lost our baby, who now has two holes in his heart and a valve condition- probably due to the added stress since it was not detected till after the fact.

I am STILL fighting to get my children home. My ex has a criminal and violent history. He has failed to go to Anger mngt the second time, which was to be ongoing. He has failed to go to AA as well. I still have a rest order against him and yet he is still violating it. His wife has abused my children with wooden spoons, locked them in room (my former BIL saw this and called me- we don’t even get along and he told me this but as he fears for his mother’s safety from their father he will not testify and they will no longer allow him or his mother to see the children).

My husband and I have clean records. We are good people. He served 12 years honorably in the Army and got injured in Iraq. Now he is in the National Guard as a Chaplain’s asst and in school to be a minister and I for women, family & youth ministry. All I want is help and the system seems to give in to them!

Tonight while talking to my children for the few minutes the step mom will allow (breaking court order as usual) she started ripping at my daughter in the background. She is 8. I asked my 6 yr old son if everything was ok, he then got quiet and withdrawn. He seemed afraid to tell me. He first said it was the baby. No baby boy (same age as my youngest) screams like an eight year old girl (my daughter). Then the woman got on the phone threatened me & hung up. My children were scared and I am states away and can’t get through to them! I called back (I record everything) and demanded I talk to my children to make sure that they are ok. She threatened me, and more… Then threatened my daughter to get on the phone saying her mommy is threatening her. Why would I do that- and I recorded it all! I then called the local PD, who this time didn’t even talk to my children but to her. He said nothing is wrong. NO, I have it all recorded. He said that’s nice. I did take his last name and badge number, if it is real.

Now I contacted DCF for the second time. The first time was for physical abuse, with the spoons and locking in the rooms. They wouldn’t do anything since my children would not talk to them. I pray that a GOOD social worker will see through the lies and controlling and HELP my children!

Please pray for the safety of my little Ciara and Antonio. Please pray for the return of them to their mommy in a loving Christ centered home. They have only seen their baby brother 1x. They have asked repeatedly when they are coming home. We miss each-other and love each-other so much. I have no idea what they look like anymore- he won’t let me see them. I am tired, but God keeps us going.

Please join us in prayer that my babies come home & that justice is finally given to the just and not the unjust and abusive.
