Child Protective Services, CPS, has devastated and destroyed hundreds of thousands of families in America during the last thirty years leaving a trail of broken hearts, broken dreams, and shattered childhoods.
Rather than helping families, government agents have used unconstitutional laws in Juvenile Court to rip children away from their loving parents, break asunder God-given, natural, parent-child bonds, and adopt the children of the grieving out to others who profit financially with large monthly adoption subsidy payments.
Child Protective Services must be stopped! The law that started this, CAPTA, must be repealed. We must work tirelessly to inform the public of this very dangerous travesty of justice. We must keep faith knowing that if there is a God, there is an answer and a way to end this heartache.
Child Protective Services Agents - please come to your senses! Family destruction on false or trivial grounds is wrong, reprehensible, and inhumane.
Fosterers - be aware that for the money you get you are holding much-loved children away from their grieving families while the parents are forced to perform a service plan that is anything but a service to them. I call this hostage holding for the government. This is not kindness - to help misguided government agents destroy family relationships and break loving bonds.
CPS workers and fosterers - I ask that you now let the children of the innocent return to their homes where they are truly valued, adored, and loved by the parents God gave them.
Family rights are God-given rights. And they should not be ignored or postponed. Every moment these loving parents and children spend separated from one another is a torment beyond what anyone should ever have to bear.
It is unworthy of human dignity to allow this terrorism and torture of families to go on without saying something, speaking out, and trying to make a change.

please pray for me and my two children, I wrote a letter to the childrens advocate, tio inform him of things that were going on with my children I go to court in two days December 19, 2007 I hope that he can speak on the childrens behalf and ask the Judge to let my two children come home to me. SO please Pray for me as I pray for all of you. my childrens names are Alexzandra and James.

We are currently involved with DSS in a case involving our 4 children. There is no physical, drug or alcohol abuse involved in the case. I don’t know where to get help. I’m starting here of course. Please pray for me and my wife Crystal and our 4 children

mY STEPSON AND HIS WIFE STILL DOES NOT HAVE HIS KIDS BACK CPS TELLS HIM HIM CAUSE HE ALLOWED A KINSHIP PLACEMENT THAT HE WAVED HIS RIGHTS TO A COURT APPEARANCE AND WILL GET THEIR CHILDREN BACK WHEN THEY (AS IN CPS) SAYS SO MY SISTER IN LAW REFUSES TO LET THEM SEE THEM NOW AND HIS YOUNGEST SON’S BIRTHDAY IS IN 2 DAYS SHE EVEN WENT SO FAR AS TO DENY THEM TO SEE THEM AT MY DAUGHTER IN LAWS FAMILY’S CHRISTMAS DINNER. Please pray for me and my 2 children! Apparently I’m being investigated by CPS for the 2nd time this year. I think it’s all from a neighbor that doesn’t like me. The social workers are angry that I’m standing up for my family’s Constitutional rights, and I’m just so afraid. My daughter said she was afraid to go outside because “the mean lady would get her”! Please pray that they will close the case soon, and that my family won’t be tormented anymore. God bless everyone in this situation.

Please pray for me, My ex husband is trying to make my life very difficult since he found out that I have moved on with my life. He called CPS against me… I have never dealt with CPS. So right know I’m really scared not knowing what is going to happen. I’m a great mother to my kids and I would never hurt them. Please Pray for me and my daughter Mya.

Please pray for my children to be reunited with me as soon s possiable, They are now living with my former husband, who has always threatend to keep them from me, My children are beginning to ailenate theselfs from me now that we have been seperated for 4 years,I know they still Love me, but they are upset with me because I couldnt keep them out of foster care. Please pray for my kids. They were unlawfully taken by CPS in 2005 in Surrey, BC. My youngest was placed with her aunt who had made a complaint on me. There was no substance to her complaint but the CPS didn’t care and took my youngest girl and placed her with this aunt who had her two kids snagged from CPS about 15 years earlier. I was a single dad at the time raising my three kids the best I could as there mother had died 10 years earlier. While my youngest was with her aunt she took her out of the province to AB where she was raped and lost her virginity. After this she was abandoned in AB. All this happened under the direction and care of the BC CPS with no court order. I still had my other two kids with me at the time in BC. It later came out that in BC 1000 kids in state care had died between 1996 and 2006. When I went back to AB to try and get my daughter back the CPS AB started attacking our lifes out there. They held my daughter for 18 months and would not let me into court to get her. They held her illegally with no court order. Although they applied for a Temporary Guardian Ship Order they never did get it but held her for 18 months anyways. While in care I was not alloowed to see her and they tried to program her and alienate her from all of her family. There was drugs given to her and medical proceedures were done without my knowledge or consent. Just before her 16 th. birthday they gave her back to me. By this time she was thouroughly traumatized. It was during this time that I had found out about the rape and her losing her virginity. They have devasted our whole family. They have abused our rights badly because when I was a kid I was in a youth facility where there was government abuse that was covered up. All my life I have been targetted because of this early stay in this government facility. The truth about this evil system must be made known.
This is a bad social experiment down to us by mad scientists. Please pray that these government perpetrators will be brought to Justice for there crimes against humanity.

I have been fighting CPS in Conneticut and New York along with the mophia and kkk for the last 8 years I haven’t seen my son since he was one and my two daughters are crying perfusely because they miss me. I’m fighting against a bunch of Wica working lawyers, social workers, legal assistants, visitation workers and judges Ruhlmann & Alexandria are deafly jealouse of me and glad that I don’t have my children. As a devoit christian I can see that the females involved in my case are lesbians and want me and my fiance to brake up. Jesus please step in this is a heavey load. Bless those that bless me and curse those that curse me.

As I read these I know that I am not alone in a request for prayer for our family. It breaks my heart to think the very country my husband fights for can do this to good, descent families.
I was previously married to an abusive man. We had two children together, my prides & joys. After years of abuse I finally asked the Lord to help me to stand. I filed the necessary restraining order against him and his (at the time) girlfriend who threatened to kidnap my children. The Lord heard my prayers and granted both of them. Years later I moved on and married a wonderful man of God. We were to move out of state so he could finish his schooling to become a pastor. I would leave without my children.
A month before our move (I was 7 months pregnant with my husband & my baby, my 3rd) and it was high risk as I had a tear in my uterus. Anyways, I made the mistake of calling my mother to tell her we were going to file the paperwork to move out of Florida with my two children. She called DCF and filed a false report against my husband. My little boy had a bruise from playing with one of those metal tonka trucks that she gave him. She told them my 6′4, 220 lb, military trained husband BEAT my 4 yr old son. That was false. He had become their “daddy Jamie” filling in when their own father refused to even call them let alone visit them. Also to mention my mother’s husband took a shower with my son, who was 3 at the time and I was refusing him to be around my son.
The DCF worker shows up, not to investigate, but to accuse my husband. He made my son strip down to nothing to take pictures of a BIRTHMARK on his stomach saying it was a bruise! I have pics to prove he was born with it. When the social worker was outside the officer apologised and said it disgusted him & that DCF is NOT the law, though they try to be.
Feb 2, 2006 my ex used that to his gain to get my children ripped from their loving home in the middle of the night. I almost lost our baby, who now has two holes in his heart and a valve condition- probably due to the added stress since it was not detected till after the fact.
I am STILL fighting to get my children home. My ex has a criminal and violent history. He has failed to go to Anger mngt the second time, which was to be ongoing. He has failed to go to AA as well. I still have a rest order against him and yet he is still violating it. His wife has abused my children with wooden spoons, locked them in room (my former BIL saw this and called me- we don’t even get along and he told me this but as he fears for his mother’s safety from their father he will not testify and they will no longer allow him or his mother to see the children).
My husband and I have clean records. We are good people. He served 12 years honorably in the Army and got injured in Iraq. Now he is in the National Guard as a Chaplain’s asst and in school to be a minister and I for women, family & youth ministry. All I want is help and the system seems to give in to them!
Tonight while talking to my children for the few minutes the step mom will allow (breaking court order as usual) she started ripping at my daughter in the background. She is 8. I asked my 6 yr old son if everything was ok, he then got quiet and withdrawn. He seemed afraid to tell me. He first said it was the baby. No baby boy (same age as my youngest) screams like an eight year old girl (my daughter). Then the woman got on the phone threatened me & hung up. My children were scared and I am states away and can’t get through to them! I called back (I record everything) and demanded I talk to my children to make sure that they are ok. She threatened me, and more… Then threatened my daughter to get on the phone saying her mommy is threatening her. Why would I do that- and I recorded it all! I then called the local PD, who this time didn’t even talk to my children but to her. He said nothing is wrong. NO, I have it all recorded. He said that’s nice. I did take his last name and badge number, if it is real.
Now I contacted DCF for the second time. The first time was for physical abuse, with the spoons and locking in the rooms. They wouldn’t do anything since my children would not talk to them. I pray that a GOOD social worker will see through the lies and controlling and HELP my children!
Please pray for the safety of my little Ciara and Antonio. Please pray for the return of them to their mommy in a loving Christ centered home. They have only seen their baby brother 1x. They have asked repeatedly when they are coming home. We miss each-other and love each-other so much. I have no idea what they look like anymore- he won’t let me see them. I am tired, but God keeps us going.
Please join us in prayer that my babies come home & that justice is finally given to the just and not the unjust and abusive.

Please pray with me, that God’s Will, shall be done. God covets family. God doesn’t make mistakes, when He places a baby with a family. And though, everyone of us makes mistakes, my God is rich in mercy, and I do not believe the action of ripping families apart will do well. My God is a friend to your friends, and an enemy to your enemies. IF God is for us, who can be against us? If David could do it, why not us. If Job could do it, why not us. NO WEAPON FORMED AGAINST US WILL PROSPER, AND EVERY TONGUE THAT RISES UP AGAINST US WILL BE SHOWN TO BE IN THE WRONG! My God loves families. Surely CPS is an appendage of the beast in our last years on earth. I pray for you all, and the safety for the brave warriors that fight for you all. My appeal is September 10th please pray I can get the judge to see the injustice DHS has done to me and my child and that they will see the contradiction in the DHS report by my ex husband, and that my name will get taken off of that list, and his put on, and that DHS returns my daughter to me. Because of his lies I can no longer serve in childrens ministries. I will also pray for all of you
