Child Protective Services, CPS, has devastated and destroyed hundreds of thousands of families in America during the last thirty years leaving a trail of broken hearts, broken dreams, and shattered childhoods.
Rather than helping families, government agents have used unconstitutional laws in Juvenile Court to rip children away from their loving parents, break asunder God-given, natural, parent-child bonds, and adopt the children of the grieving out to others who profit financially with large monthly adoption subsidy payments.
Child Protective Services must be stopped! The law that started this, CAPTA, must be repealed. We must work tirelessly to inform the public of this very dangerous travesty of justice. We must keep faith knowing that if there is a God, there is an answer and a way to end this heartache.
Child Protective Services Agents - please come to your senses! Family destruction on false or trivial grounds is wrong, reprehensible, and inhumane.
Fosterers - be aware that for the money you get you are holding much-loved children away from their grieving families while the parents are forced to perform a service plan that is anything but a service to them. I call this hostage holding for the government. This is not kindness - to help misguided government agents destroy family relationships and break loving bonds.
CPS workers and fosterers - I ask that you now let the children of the innocent return to their homes where they are truly valued, adored, and loved by the parents God gave them.
Family rights are God-given rights. And they should not be ignored or postponed. Every moment these loving parents and children spend separated from one another is a torment beyond what anyone should ever have to bear.
It is unworthy of human dignity to allow this terrorism and torture of families to go on without saying something, speaking out, and trying to make a change.

I desperately need an attorney to represent me in a civil lawsuit against the state of Washington (CPS). They illegally, unnecessarily and too hastily removed my son from my care and placed him in foster care. This nightmare began in my life nearly three years ago. I do not know how to go about filing a civil suit or represent myself in one. Furthermore, like many people CPS attacks, I do not have money upfront and could only pay an attorney on a contingency basis.

I have been seeking help with regaining my children from MS DHS/CPS since 2004 to no avial, Either the Attorneys I talk to wont or cant repesent me in Miss. I have since 2004 returned to my birth Place to Reno, NV to have stable income. I am sapossed to return to court sometime in January 2008 to find out if the Court is going to continue to allow my children to remaine with my Ex-husband, whom was also abusive towards me durring our marraige, I have spoken to my children and they (when alone) have told me they want to be with me,they told the SW in 2004 that they wanted to live with my Ex, They had been in Foster Care from the end of “04″ untillAug of this year.

I live in Tucson Az. I am currently involved with cps. My son was taken Jan 1, 07. I have not had any contact with him since. The first cps atty made me sign a letter that I would not fight allegations. I signed under false pretenses. She said I had to. After relizing she lied, I fired her. The new atty has not attempted to rectify the prob. In fact he has failed to represent me. I have tape recordings of cps employees lieing, mostly the case manager. I have tons of documentation of said lies. Cps has not allowed me to attend cft mtngs. They have kept me from knowing anything about my son for 8 mnths. In reports to the judge case manager has stated ive done nothing toward a case plan. Ive completed case plan 6 mnths ago. Both case manager and atty have all doc. Current atty expressed to me that this is a good case. We have a good shot at a law suit however he;s concerned about losing his contract with cps. The judge is now asking for severence claiming ive done nothing toward my case plan. They also took my son on false allegations which can be proved as such. I need help. No one wants to get involved. My son is in so much trouble from what I understand. Again, I have tons of documentation, tape recordings cps is not aware of. Case manager has continuosly lied in reports to the judge under the assumption she would not be challenged. That makes this case easier. Since Ive pushed for a hearing 2 supervisors were transfered to admin. I have them on tape as well. They have no evidence to support anything they have reported.

I need help. I too have problems with DFCS in Mississippi. I was charged with neglect in Mississippi in 1999 for getting beat in front of my children, even though I had the man arressted the same day it happened. My children were taken and placed for adoption in 2000. The welfare has refused me my records. I need help.

I am really needing some help here. I am a single mom of two in the state of KS and I have been falsely accused of child abuse. My 10 year old daughter was taken into state custody on Dec 27, 2007 and I have only been able to see her twice since then. They have no evidence against me and even my daughter has told them that I have not hit her yet they are going off of something that apparently she said to one of her classmates, who in turn, said things to an adult. They are basing everything off of hersay and have now given me a list of “tasks” that need to be complete before she can come back and God knows what after that. Please someone, anyone help me…

My sister is in desperate need of help. Her two kids were taking away from her. She was wrongly accused of child endangerment. She is really going through a hard time and is severely depressed ever since they have been removed from the home.She’s had one visitation so far. They want to adopt them away!. we come from a low income family so it is hard to find a good lawyer to represent you. Everyone says that they’re helping you but in all actuality they use every thing that you say or do against you. In a way its kind of comforting to know that you’re not alone. Or the only one going through abuse in the system. So if there are any other mothers out there going through the same thing and need any support or can help can also contact me. Kansas isn’t listed within the states’ list to the left of the page. Make no mistake, though, SRS (CPS’ name there…ironically, Social and Rehabilitative Services) and JJA (Juvenile Justice Authority) are out of control and targeting the poor and disabled. We escaped that system, but I don’t think one ever really loses the sadness and loss of innocence of lives interrupted and tormented by a System gone awry.

What can be done about two parents one who has lost custody of a child–and second parent who has custody now become a drug addict themselves and cps will not even investigate it becuase nobody has seen him actually do the drugs but they have admitted to it even asked someone to take their child home so he does not see his parent that way and then go pick him up while on coke and cps would not do anything. the child does not want to live with his mom or dad but would rather be with his step mom and that was stated is not possible. please help

I am looking for a no holds bard lawyer who has enuff guts to stand beside me and fight the state and a school district on harrasment and false alligation charges. It is a every month visit that I get from CPS. Mainly due to the schools in which my children attend. Every time they come out they have no findings, but I am tired physically, emotionally ! State of Texas CPS investigated me and my living conditions after my abusive EX live in called and reported that I was in an abusive relationship (with him) they put our son in foster care, after hours of therapy and drug counsel (which I never did) the therapist reported him crazy me sane. He had his uncle represent him in court, he got custody with supervised visits for me, BY HIM, I had a protective order. Unless I marry him or sleep with him I cant see my son, now its been almost three years since I have seen or talked to my son, the protective order is gone but he is running from police, assualt charge, towards me, again! I found them and want my son away from this maniac. Help!

I won a small battle, but could be huge to many. The Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals reversed the District Court dismissing my Lawsuit on June 11, 2008, therefore me and my wife can go forward and sue those bastards that stole our kids due to their fraud. DO NOT GIVE UP!!!!! i HAVE TWO CURRENT lawsuits pending, and I am going all the way.

cps has been in and out of our lives for years since my son was small. ever since nov of 2007 they have been even more relentless. our son is in college and doing well. our job as parents is to protect our children! who new that we are not fighting the people that are supposedly there to help and protect the family. Our daughter is 9 years old and lives in constant fear that these people are going to take her away from us. This has caused more strain on us then anything. We are not giving up so if there are any lawyers that do pro bono work please contact us! we truly need your help. I do not want my family to be torn apart i have worked to hard to get this far for that!

Texas CPS used falsified pictures given to them by my x husband and his parents. If child abuse was evident at the time of the picture taking why are they NOT in Jail, it is a law to report child abuse! The meta data on the pictures prove they were touched up with photo shop! I have paid over $30,000.00 to attorneys to defend my innocence! I now want the state to pay me back for allowing this travesty of injustice! I lost both of my parents and my children suffer from the two years it took me to regain my rights! Both my children were abused by their biological fathers and their spouses. Please help me prove CPS and the court system needs new rules and real PROOF of child abuse before they destroy lives! Email me and I will give the whole story. There is so much to prove that I am a good mother! So many things CPS and the court did against the laws of our state! I have proof!

you know this site means well.but the fact of the mater is.i have been in court many times listening to cps and there crap.but get this you have no rites in court.i have seen this first hand.so all this about the constuion.does not mean crap in court it is sad but true.this is planet earth and here you have no rights

Needed a good attorney who is willing to stand up and take a stand for victims of DHS.
Paid thru “emotional gratification” not cash as we have no funds to pay for representation.
