Child Protective Services, CPS, has devastated and destroyed hundreds of thousands of families in America during the last thirty years leaving a trail of broken hearts, broken dreams, and shattered childhoods.
Rather than helping families, government agents have used unconstitutional laws in Juvenile Court to rip children away from their loving parents, break asunder God-given, natural, parent-child bonds, and adopt the children of the grieving out to others who profit financially with large monthly adoption subsidy payments.
Child Protective Services must be stopped! The law that started this, CAPTA, must be repealed. We must work tirelessly to inform the public of this very dangerous travesty of justice. We must keep faith knowing that if there is a God, there is an answer and a way to end this heartache.
Child Protective Services Agents - please come to your senses! Family destruction on false or trivial grounds is wrong, reprehensible, and inhumane.
Fosterers - be aware that for the money you get you are holding much-loved children away from their grieving families while the parents are forced to perform a service plan that is anything but a service to them. I call this hostage holding for the government. This is not kindness - to help misguided government agents destroy family relationships and break loving bonds.
CPS workers and fosterers - I ask that you now let the children of the innocent return to their homes where they are truly valued, adored, and loved by the parents God gave them.
Family rights are God-given rights. And they should not be ignored or postponed. Every moment these loving parents and children spend separated from one another is a torment beyond what anyone should ever have to bear.
It is unworthy of human dignity to allow this terrorism and torture of families to go on without saying something, speaking out, and trying to make a change.

I would like to request prayer for me and my children, Ashlei, Matthew, Adam, Amanda and Michael to have the strength to deal with our seperation by cps untill we are together again as a family. I would like a prayer for protection of my children. They are all special needs children and from what cps says are “extremely” challenging. Please pray for my son Ashton Ludlow who cps stole from mine and his father’s arm’s the day after or baby boy Caleb’s death! and even though we have complete proof nothing happend to Caleb we’re still being told it will be a year before we get Ashton back. Just please pray for both my beutiful baby boy’s!

To whom it may concern, I can write a
book about Sonoma County CPS. After one and 1/2 years of dealing with them, they are managing to take my 6 and 7 year away from me…They originally took them away due to my “failure to protect” them against their father who was occasionally doing meth at his moms house. When the first social worker came to my house and before she entered it she said there must be “cat shit all over the house” because I told her to be careful driving up as I have 5 cats. I was a stay at home mom and they took my kids from my brothers in the middle of the night 3 weeks before my now 6 year old was to start Kindergarten!!! One time when I was going to see the kids for a visit - when I got there they told me that there was not going to be a visit but instead walked me over to the toxicology lab.They never let me see the kids that day at all.While talking to that court appointed social worker she told me that a mom was about to lose her two children that were under the age of 3. She said that they only give the mother 6 months to get kids at that age back. Apparantly the mother was able after 5 months to follow “their agenda” and the social worker told that mom that it was too late to get everything done that she needed to in order to get the kids back…I assumed they didnt tell the mom she only had 6 months to get them back and said…”well, you have to tell parents they only have 6 months to get their kids back” and she just looked at me. Mind you they had set up “family maintenance” 5 days prior to taking the kids away…And they took them to Valley of the Moon, then to a foster home, then back to Valley of the Moon, then back to that foster home then to a different foster home in a different town and they did this in the first 3 months after they took them away from us. These people never asked me any questions about mine or my husbands relationship with the kids or the kids with each other or our relationship with each other….They did alot of assuming based on what they heard and what they thought….They lied lied lied in their reports that went before the judge…They never gave me any handouts about the rules and regs. and what CPS is about…I had no idea until dealing with them —what a nightmare they are….And, because they appointed what is probably a county attorney she has basically talked to me like she is on cps side and has already talked to them about what is going on with me and my case…..She has only made matters worse for me…
I will tell you that what ever they have asked me to do I have plus more and at 16 months am still willing to do whatever I can….but, today they told me that I am losing my kids….I just am so upset…..I don’t know how they can take them as they have NOTHING on me….. This is just a little bit of the nonsense that I and my children have endured …it’s heartbreaking and you are welcome to write me back or send this or my email along to any official that is intelligent and able to change the CPS system…Best Regards, K. Please pray for my mom and I as we are needing backup prayers combating neighborhood witchcraft as well as other sources, as well. This is ongoing warfare and we back it up with constant prayer and Bible reading.
I am also dieting to lose a total of 100 lbs.Please pray for me for the needed strength and discipline to carry out the diet successfully!
My 70 year old mama needs healing in her arthritic knees as it is very hard for her to get around.
Praise Report:I am receiving very helpful psychological therapy to overcome horiffic abuse of the past. The
Lord is blessing my doctor with wisdom and insight so I can get well from OCD, PTSD, and bipolar II!
Thank-you Lord for such wonderful and caring people who devote themselves their time to other’s people’s
lives with supportive prayers!
