Child Protective Services, CPS, has devastated and destroyed hundreds of thousands of families in America during the last thirty years leaving a trail of broken hearts, broken dreams, and shattered childhoods.
Rather than helping families, government agents have used unconstitutional laws in Juvenile Court to rip children away from their loving parents, break asunder God-given, natural, parent-child bonds, and adopt the children of the grieving out to others who profit financially with large monthly adoption subsidy payments.
Child Protective Services must be stopped! The law that started this, CAPTA, must be repealed. We must work tirelessly to inform the public of this very dangerous travesty of justice. We must keep faith knowing that if there is a God, there is an answer and a way to end this heartache.
Child Protective Services Agents - please come to your senses! Family destruction on false or trivial grounds is wrong, reprehensible, and inhumane.
Fosterers - be aware that for the money you get you are holding much-loved children away from their grieving families while the parents are forced to perform a service plan that is anything but a service to them. I call this hostage holding for the government. This is not kindness - to help misguided government agents destroy family relationships and break loving bonds.
CPS workers and fosterers - I ask that you now let the children of the innocent return to their homes where they are truly valued, adored, and loved by the parents God gave them.
Family rights are God-given rights. And they should not be ignored or postponed. Every moment these loving parents and children spend separated from one another is a torment beyond what anyone should ever have to bear.
It is unworthy of human dignity to allow this terrorism and torture of families to go on without saying something, speaking out, and trying to make a change.
Site mission: To provide information and support for families attacked by Child Protective Services and child welfare agents, especially those families facing false or trivial accusations of child abuse or neglect; and for researchers working to protect natural family rights.

Hi my name is Brandi and I am currently fighting CPS in the Houston area……I love my children dearly and want to get them home ASAP….but it is very difficult….their current plan is to adopt out my 2 beautiful children. This is unecessary because they have a mother and a father that love them with all our hearts. I thought that CPS was supposed to give you a plan, you complete the plan, and then your children come home…..as many know that have been in the “system” that this is not the case. Is it really true that they receive bonuses to adopt children out? Isn’t CPS supposed to help work on the family and its problems to make the family stronger and more aware of their parental responsibilities??? Is their anyone out there that can help??? Please e-mail brandilynn1025@yahoo.com
Thank you….and please pray for my family and I it would be greatly appreciated….

Yes, they do get adoption incentives, but there is much more to it…
They claim they are here for family preservation… But actually they divide and concour. They will rape you of everything including but not limited to your dignity…
They tear you down, rip you apart, chew you up and spit you out…
They do not return your calls and then tell the Judge you are not cooperating.
I could go on and on. Although, anyone involved in the system already knows…

We are grandparents, and have not seen our two grandchildren for three years. The mother still has temporary custody and claims our son abused her and the children. She has borderline personality disorder and has declared that our family is evil! We have no recourse! This is a terrible situation. Our son and the rest of our children and grandchildren are crushed. We have had no news of our two “disappeared” grandchildren who were taken at age 5 and 3! Is there no justice!

My grandchildren were taken last week and separated into different homes. I am the grandmother and can take perfectly good care of them but instead they go from foster home to foster home. The system sucks. If I had known how corrupt this was, I never would have reported my daughter using crack in the house. Anything would have been better for a 1, 5, and 7 year old that already have mental disailities. I guess Cps is just going to them down until theres nothing left of the poor babies. Anybody wants to contact me my address is karensjolly@hotmail.com Any suggestions or help is greatly appreciated. I feel like I will never see my grandchildren again and its all my fault because I believed in”the system”. People, please don’t use CPS, they are not there to help anyone, they are there to take the kids and never plan on you seeing your children again. They say they will go to the closed relative that will take them but that is definitely not true. PLEASE don’t beleive anything they tell you. I feel so guilty every day for reporting my daughter. I would give anything to take it back. She doesn’t speak to me, which I don;t blame her and I will never get to see my grandchildren again. Houston, Texas sucks, Karen Jolly
