The allegation by her daughter has since been retracted by the 12 year old however the dept still continues on for the past 9 months in court. They wont let me have the children in the interim of the proceedings as they say I lied to them about where I was living with the children. I have proof that they are the ones lying to cover their bacvksides because the file should have been transferred 2 years prior. The department also said I did not protect the children from something that did not happen. The department have take an extreme dislike of us and have placed the children wkith the father's twin sister who has never been in the children's lives ever before. The father has just got of of jail for the break and enter and rape of my daughter in her home. While the children have been in this placement there have been 35 Risk of Harm Reports on my grandchildren including sexual abuse of the 3 year old by this woman substantiated, violence, domestic violence, coercion, physical abuse, mental abuse, psychological abuse, lack of medical, dental care and a lack of love, care, understanding and cuddles. The department because they APPROVED THIS PLACEMENT after a two hour interview with her will not back down even when wrong. I was not a party to the proceedings and was refused legal aid. I have written to every possible Minister, Govenor The Director general and they write back and say "TALK TO YOUR CASE WORK MANAGER". Considering that they are in collusion with each other I found it impossible to get any help. Thsi department have lied. exaggerated and added to reports to make out things were bad. If they had ever sat down and talked with us asbout their concerns we feel we could have resolved this and the children not have been taken into "CARE>". The Department acted on the allegations of an 11 year old girl who has now admitted to lying. Our story was in the Sydney Daily Telegraph Newspaper on 7th. April, 2009 page 9 and 14 in another edition. 'GIRL LIES TO DOCS." ALL of THE 3 CHILDREN TAKEN. I have a great deal of evidence and I have no way to address the Court and I am worried for my grandchildren. They are suffering more now than they have ever suffered before. My daughter is starting up a following CITIZENS AGAINST DOCS. Similiar to you guys and maybe we can share some information and expertise to help to each other. We are both pensioners but have a friend who is starting up a corporation and a web site. I will let you know when we are up and running. P.S. Not one Docs worker has ever been charged with perjury. They can just say whatever they want to the court and do not have any proof. They are saying my daughter has seen many psychiatrists and has been in and out of mental institutions. I have been jumping throught hoops for these people (eventhough not found guilty of anything). I am facing now for my children to to be adopted. I am terrified and heartbroken. My children are everything to me and I love them with all of my heart and soul. But I am not the only hurting, my oldest is torn apart by this seperation. The first seperation from her siblings due to CPS. My children is foster care are being lied to about me and I am not allowed to tell them the truth during my 1 hour supervised visit per month. We had people staying with us that could not pay their way to live here, so they went back to the state that they come from. Little to our surprise we got a visit from CPS stating they got a report. At first it caught me off guard because they showed up with the police and stated they had already interviewed the children at school before they came to the house. This was on a Friday so they made me sign a piece of paper stating we would not physically harm our children until she came back on Monday for an interview with me and my wife. I said hey no problem as we discipline our children but we not not abuse them. First thing to disciplining our children is to never be mad or upset when we do give spankings and we only give out spankings on rare occasions when they have been real bad and out of control like throwing desks or kicking teachers etc. At this point we try to make our children understand that, that kind of behavor is not exceptable by any means. And we has parents play an active role when it comes to our children by keeping an open door with the school and their teachers. A lot more than I can say for some parents that we know. Anyway, I did some research on what rights they CPS has and what rights that we have. I wanted to be prepared for our next encounter. Monday morning at 0830 she was suppose to be here and she is not. She finally comes at 0905 and before the interview starts I inform here that according to our rights we have the right to document everything that takes place and that include video taping which we had ready to go. Once I informed her that the interview was being monitored, she packed her things up and stated that her department does not allow such things and she ended the interview. She was turned into CPS that same day due to not bonding with her child, my sister was 19 and had an emergency c section. Kaylie is now 15 months old, and has been in 3 different foster homes. How can you bond with a child that is not in your home? My sister completed all of the services that the judge asked her to do in the time she was allotted. But they still won't see that she isn't a bad mom and return kaylie to her home just because they say it is a broken home.
