Does anyone know where I can read the Colorado law to make sure my rights as a parent are not violated? I will spend every dime I have on an attorney before I let my kids be subjected to some ridiculous, unfounded DFS search. I have informed my kids of their 4th ammendment rights...that no one they know is allowed to enter the house, even police, without our permission or a warrant from a judge. I have also told them the Miranda law applies to them and they have the right to remain silent, if some jerk from DFS ever tries to interrogate them again!!!
