CPS agent took my kid’s.My girl friend had a premature baby.When aked if she had ever used drugs in her life her dad cutted in and started making up statements that she was depressed and suicidal.Her dad is skipsafrinic and has sphyciatric problems.We explained to social worker and she stated to me and my girl friend she was going to do everything she can to keep are kids away from us.She stated “anyways you guys are to young to have kids.

We need help.
The Buncombe County DSS has come by with anonymous tips three times now.
Before we knew better we cooperated and it went away. This time we’ve decided to stand up for ourselves and are paying the price. Threats of obstruction charges are being waved around.
We’re looking for a lawyer but as we’re homeschoolers with one income we are unable to afford competent representation.
We need help.

Hello,
my children were removed from their home, charge was neglect, abuse. They reside with their grand parents. I maintain visitation with my children.
To the point, i was served some court papers stating that I have been sued, but does not explain why or what for. It also mentions that they intend to terminate parental rights from me. I have never spoken to or with anyone at the CPS office concerning this situation. I feel that they (CPS) are being a bit trigger happy in attempting to permanently remove my children from their home. I haven’t been afforded the opportunity to try to accommodate the needs of my children to integrate them into my home. I feel my rights as a parent, and my children’s rights are being violated. I need help, i am not sure how to combat this to the fullest. If all you give is legal advice that would be great. But I really want to hit them where it hurts. The pocket book, maybe that will wake them up.

i never did any drugs but when i had my baby at valley care medical center i was so shocked to hear that my baby had perscripon and illegal drugs in his system and not mine i was so afraid that cps would take my baby i admitted to the accusations and now i have my blood test back and i need an attorney any one have a good one to help out my email is allbadcyn@yahoo.com

we need to find a lawyer that is willing to sue the entire state of EV from the governors office down to the social worker and DHHR all of which took place ins major illegal cover up of federal crimes including medicaid fraud and witness tampering resulting in the loss of children and termination of not just parental rights but of all biological rights including grandparental. the court records will show that all of the major experts hired by the state sided with us the family yet this judge and prosecuting ignored their expert opinions. including one of their Key experts that stated that he believed no abuse took place. We are not looking for money but justice however understanding you get paid if we get paid we are willing to ask for whatever you sujest.also the social worker involved with the case was removed form her job a day or two after our ruling came down. and When the governors offices was shown hard evidence that witness tampering had taken place their response was that it was no big deal in so many words.

I am not affiliated with this group, however, they will help homeschoolers harassed by DSS.

Sounds like you are NC or SC. There is a huge history in NC with DSS. Suggest you Google this or go down to library and read about the Stumbo case v DSS.

Ask someone to research it. The homeschoolers won v DSS. In Appeals Court.

In any event, look up hslda= Home School Legal Defense Assn.

There’s lots there in HOT TOPICS on parental rights.

Please also network with other HS in your county.

They often can give good info.

I have had cps harrassing me since april 19, 2007 due to my son playing outside and hiting his head during a fall that resulted in him being in PICU. They have lied to me and set up false appointments then behind my back showed up at his school to look over his body with out my knowledge and ask my five year old what I believe are inappropriate questions then my son came home and was worried about being taken from me. I was being cooperative but since they found no grounds for abuse they have closed that case and opened another on false drug accusations they tell me I have to take a drug test I agreed to take one but they wont tell me where it is it has been four weeks I called the investigator with no response and they are telling me I have to comply with a long drawn out drug evaluation I a currently pregnant and a high risk pregnancy I just got out of the army and am a very active mother in my sons life so I dont understand why they are able to terrorize me and my child legally, or are allowed to tell everyone they talk to who knows me I am a drug dealer and drug addict these are FALSE accusations and they are ruining my and my sons life please help!!!!!

My grandson was taken away from my daughter under false pretenses he is 3 months old he has been in custody about a month in a half. My problem is my daughter wants to sign custody over to me but lawyers i have talked to say that you can’t fight dhs to do that why does dhs\cps have that right? they wont let me visit my grandson, I have done nothing wrong, why am I being punished by not being allowed to see him?The paternal grandmother is I guess friends with the foster mother so she goes and visits him. We don/t even know for sure if she is the grandmother I don’t know that the father is the real father we just don’t know.I just want help getting custody of my grandson and getting him away from the money hungry county or Rogers county. I tried to pick up my 8-year-old Daughter as court order states and my Daughter got in the car crying, telling me she just was choked by ex wife’s boyfriend as I sat in my car.
I called the police. When doing so my ex-wife and grabbed Kenzie and locked her in the house until police arrived.
The out come was “child out of control”. The whole time they carried her
to the ambulance, she was screaming Daddy, Daddy, Daddy I want my Daddy.
The next morning Thanks Giving. Ex-wife sent our Daughter away against her will, with her Grandpa she doesn’t really know, 350 miles away to another state.
I missed my weekend w/Daughter. The county wants daughter to tell others instead of me. Next time she called me crying lock herself in bathroom, I asked if she would tell her Teacher in the morning.

The next after noon I herd ex wife / boyfriend disciplining her while she screamed I was told to tell, he told me to tell my teacher.

Since money ran out. I lost my lawyer spring 07.
Ex-wife, Caseworker, a counselor, and I are meeting to fix things.
Problem is our Daughter is constantly being Physically and Emotionaly abused by Ex-wife, boyfriend, and my 18-year-old Daughter. Over the last year I have taken Daughter to Dr office because physical abuse. I have pictures and my Daughters face.
Daughter told the investigating Social worker about being choked by ex-wife and boyfriend, slapped left a mark on her face for 5 days, pulled by small hairs to her room by ex-wife and my 18 year oldest Daughter. In the last month, I told Counselor and caseworker about abuse. I even herd Daughter being abused on the phone. They tell ex-wife every time, then Daughter is disciplined for telling her Dad.
In fact, they refused evidence a number of times. PLEASE HELP DIRECT ME.

I need help immediately to help me w/ a current ongoing and open CPS case in San Joaquin County/Stockton, CA … The case started 04/14/06 and my next court date - 10/31/07 where they are tryng to terminate my parental rights prematurely and fraudulently…. i have substantial proof to back up my case against them… Also, I’ve done extensive research on my case at all levels and angles w/ the laws to back up my case since I’m a paralegal workng now in the same local system thats doing this to us and they are railroading me the entire way. There are an abundant amount of dscrepncs and acts of fraud on their behalf and a purposeful and delberate/malicious behavior that has been the utmost opposite of my daughters best interest and she has endured an extreme amt. of emotional distress she stll seems to be having trouble working through, w/ everyday intense psychological treatment.. durng her tme under CPS and foster care here she was physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually abused and was allowed no support from Advocates nor attorneys on her behalf and i was unable to help much due to 3 deep supervsed (1hr. Vsts.) took me 5 mnths. to get them to send her to my mother in Wscnsn.(U.S.Mrshlls.tk. her.) they even threatened my, had her at crt hse ready to testify aganst me on stnd n Juv. Dep. Crt. proceedngs.. Frm 4/14/06 -05/27/06 was allowed no vsts. w.her and no one else was allowed contact w/her not even her brothers…

Let me start from the beginning and try to chop it down to as little as I can. My daughter in or around 2004 remarried a man that at first I wasn’t real happy about. He was in TDC for a crime. But, as an adult she was capable of making her choices. Anyways, this man when he came out proved us all wrong, has turned his life around and worked since his return home 3 jobs at a time to support and take care of his family. He also paid his price to society, but as we all know people don’t look at it that way. People feel he is a criminal no matter what he does with his life now. This is how the judicial system fails us all. He has proven he is a ”GOOD FATHER” and husband but that doesn’t count in anyone’s eyes who is part of the so called system that is suppose to protect us all. Here’s my story or dilemma. I am the grandmother of 7. I am extremely proud of that. But lately I think that maybe I would have been better off never having a family. The system fails you everyday and the pain is more painful then life itself. In late May my daughter went ahead and let her x-husband have their two children for the entire summer instead of what the divorce creed stated. And this turned out to be the biggest mistake of her life. MY son in law Doug, is a strict man, and in late April he grounded my granddaughter for not cleaning her room. She is 12 going on 25 or so she thinks. Anyways on that Saturday, the day after Doug grounded Brittany he called home where he was working on his 2nd job, to see how his wife and children were doing, and my daughter Frances said they were fine all watching a movie. Doug said I know Brittany isn’t, she is grounded. So my daughter told Brittany you will have to go to you room for you are grounded. Well, about 5 or so minutes into Brittany sitting in her room she came out and told her mom ”Doug is Sexually Abusing ME!” My daughter said what are you talking about? Brittany again accused Doug of sexual abuse. Frances called and told Doug to get right home NOW! She then called me and told me I told her I wanted to speak to Brittany, who got on the phone and said this to me, I proceeded in telling Brittany that if Doug did this I was coming and blowing his brains all over the wall! I said ” Britt I have to know if this is TRUE”, she said I just want to go live with my DAD. I said Brittany I have to know this is going to get someone killed or hurt, if this is a lie then you better say so now or I was coming to Katy. She again repeated I just want to go live with my DAD. Well Frances got on phone and said MOM I’ll call you back. A few hours later Brittany called me back and said” Nena, I am sorry I lied, Doug didn’t do it!” I started crying again hysterically & told her such things could get someone killed. She again said I’m Sorry! Well the next day they came over for dinner and I took Britt to my room and asked her again and again she said NO!, that she had lied. OK well in late July she decided she wanting to live with her DAD and my daughter at first said NO. But after I talked with my daughter and said hey look let her she will see it isn’t a party over there too and will decide to come home soon. Finally she agreed. But wanted them to come home for the week-end. Which they refused. Then David, her x called and told her if she tried pushing it he would make a report to CPS that Frances’s husband sexually abused their daughter. She told him you know that was a lie and he said yeah but all it takes is an accusation and all hell would break loose. Now in April he wasn’t concerned when he was called and didn’t go get his daughter when she told him the lies and then recanted and all he said was ”Brittany you shouldn’t lie about people”, now 3 mos later he reported those lies to CPS around the end of July. Since then Burleson County CPS came in and took Britt’s statement but refused to talk to any of us on what we were told back in April from Britt. This has caused my daughter to be in CPS eyes guilty without checking out the entire story. She has had all three children removed from her care and all based on lies or so Britt told us was lies months before. CPS found my daughter with REASON TO BELIEVE that she didn’t protect her daughter from being Sexually Abused. And found DOUG guilty of SEXUAL ABUSE also without checking into it thoroughly. This is now the middle of Oct and no one seems to be getting any closer to getting the facts and we are all denied seeing the grandchildren. I know this is not making sense but I am trying to give a short version. Cutting out some of the details. But anyways to make this shorter. CPS in Burleson County without a through investigation has documented this as ”REASON TO BELIEVE” and never once spoke to all of us. Now at one point they told my daughter they believed this was just a case of a custody fight. Now Senator you know if for a moment I believe that my son in law had molested my granddaughter the only person that would be on trial is me! Three months later we are no closer to getting the truth and my daughter is still without her children. I can give you the names of 50 plus people who would tell you if this was a fact that my daughter would not be married to Doug and I would not be defending him. I do know that CPS in Harris County talked to us all and have found many lies in Britt’s story but yet we still no closer to closing this and my daughter getting her children back home. Also Britt has accsed this in the past on another person and has told many lies in past to hurt people. Doug from the beginning never considered my grandchildren as step children they were his children and that was it as far as he was concerned. He loves them and would I know in my heart never hurt one of them. Then Doug and Frances had a daughter in Dec of 2005 and that really helped to change Doug into a great DAD as well. I can also promise you that DOUG would not let a person ever harm the children. Besides, do you or anyone else think I would ever in a million years defend a man that could possibly have done such a horrific crime against one of my own blood. NOT EVER! There would be no case, or no trial for that man, just one for me. The system is broken! I see on TV and here in Waller where people kill someone and walk. But you can just get accused and be guilty without a trial. Today I saw a woman working at a little store that killed a man last year and was arrested and then got out on bond and skipped was gone several months recaptured and sit in jail a few months and is again out on bond. And all that for killing someone. An innocent person doesn’t’ stand a chance evidentially in the courts or with CPS. Nor can one effectively fight CPS when they get a hold of their cases. They form an opinion right off and that is how it stays. Ms. Tiffany Taylor told in so many words to Doug the first time she spoke over the phone with him that he was guilty and that was before she talked to a soul. Which again let me remind you she didn’t speak to any of us really, she did call or CPS called Doug’s niece who was in the hosp sick she is 17 and the first words out of CPS mouth is why you in the hospital are you pregnant? Now what did that have to do with the pending case. But a little FYI the young lady prefers girls over boys and last time I checked you can’t get pregnant from a girl. Then another way that the judicial system is failing us all, Burleson County allowed David to file TRO’s against Doug and Frances and in them he swears that Doug is his boyfriend and he fears domestic violence. He also swears in the TRO that Frances is his BOYFRIEND and he fears domestic violence. Well, Excuse me but I gave birth to Frances and she was and is all GIRL. Also, I can prove where she gave birth to three children and if a boyfriend can do that please tell me where I can go and let this story out for my DAUGHTER ooops I mean SON gave birth and we all going will be rich. Now not sure what kind of education one needs to be an Attorney or Judge but I think I would like to be one. I can say and do anything and have no consequences for my actions. That sounds like my kind of deal and to be rich to boot. Also I can say DOUG has never been DAVID’S boyfriend. I was told by my sister that these are standard forms all typed up and one is suppose to go change any words that aren’t correct which wasn’t done and then David suppose to read and swear that it is the truth. Well looks like to me none of those steps were done or either they all a bunch of idiots and actually believe a man can give birth to three children. Also we been three times to court to hear them reset court date which means my hard earned dollars was wasted three times already. Not to mention my tax dollars wasted on frivolous CPS checking. Of course I want the truth known, If I am wrong about DOUG and GOD I PRAY I AM NOT, TRUTH needs to be told and learned and taken care of swiftly not drawn out dragged out and lots of money thrown down the toilet so to speak. Again I not making lots of sense here I am sure but I am trying to shorten this. How in the WORLD can anyone stand a chance to prove their innocence if CPS decides before talking to witnesses that one is guilty. And then if CPS believed it to be true how can they not offer services to the victim? In the report Tiffany Taylor states that CPS will not be offering any further help. EXCUSE ME if they feel Brittany was abused then I believe and I aren’t that smart but I feel physiatrist help is needed to recover from such an ordeal. I know myself first hand what this has done to me. I have gotten 2 ulcers and have lost about 40 or so pounds from this ordeal so I can only imagine what it is doing to my Britt. Even though she is the accuser and the one lying there has to be a reason for the lies or accusations and the only one whom stands a chance to get to the bottom of this would be a trained doctor who specializes this type of cases. We have no recourse against CPS for 1. Not doing a complete investigation, 2. No recourse for the lies that Tiffany Taylor has told to us 3. No recourse for the damages it is causing all of us 4. No recourse for the pain it has caused us. 4. No recourse to repair the damages this is doing to my family. Even if eventuality this is settled we will still be a family torn apart forever and a day. All I am asking and pleading here is to get this resolved with and only with TRUTH! Let it be known and settled this three and half months of dragging it out and having three different counties involved and each one dragging their feet is doing no one any good and we not GETTING ANY CLOSER TO THE TRUTH! All it is doing is causing real “CHILD ABUSE TO MY GRANDCHILDREN”, by CPS, the JUDICAL SYSTEM and the PARENTS. That is where the real child abuse is. My two year old granddaughter doesn’t understand why she can’t go home with her daddy and her mother. My 10 year old grandson I understand is staying pretty upset and wants to see his mom which by the way was ordered four weeks ago and still hasn’t happened either. WE are told the judge in Burleson County has not signed the order yet. Darn didn’t know it takes almost 4 weeks for that to happen either. First kink in the order was David’s lawyer playing trickery lawyer and then slow moving in getting it to the judge then the judge dragging his feet and in the mean time the real child abuse is being done against my grandchild by the SYSTEM not by Frances or Doug! So in conclusion yes my grandchildren are being ABUSED but not by their parents but by the very SYSTEM that is suppose to PROTECT THEM! I would like to sue the manufacturer of a teething toy that burned my six month old daughter, but i am having trouble finding a lawyer because I am a low income mother. Cps was called when I took her the emergency room, I took the baby for follow-up with their chosen doctor and he said yes the toy could possibly been the cause, However the social worker said when he left the room this is not over, its still a case of neglect, I dont think so, this is my fourth child, I have no drug record, or child abuse record, no previous record with cps of any kind. I want to sue the manufacturer so i can prove to the cps that this is not a case of neglect.

My husband and KY state police came and took my kids when I was asleep in the night ,said I was PI,they woke me up and said step out side.I was aslee waking up,on floor with my daughter on bean bag! He does not want to pay child support.Grant county.My life has been ruined by this man and his friends at KY state post .

My kids were taken from me after my son was brought to ER for multiple fractures. this has never happened before and i was at work when i got a call that my son was being taken to the ER. they r investigating this and they don’t believe that i did it but that my boyfriend did do it. what can i do to get my kids back? I think that it is sad that this stuff is not being taken care of. who are “we the people” it is started to seem like it is the corrupt people. The system is protecting the people doing wrong. this system is way too flexible. They are abusing the kids mentally and physically. FUNDED BY US! THE TAXPAYERS! I never felt so stupid in my life!!!! But you know what it wont happen again!

My wife and I are Christians members of an AOG church in Spokane, WA. In Augest of 2007 there was a complaint filed by one of my family members to CPS. Our son was removed from our home and has been gone for two months. We are in the process of taking this case to court. However I was not able to aquire a public deffender due to my salary. I only make 24000 a year. After bills and the child support that is being asked for it leaves us almost negitave for monthly money. My wife has a public deffender but they are slow and seem to just do whatever possible to please CPS. I need help! I love my son, he is my world. I need a deffence attorney that can help me! It seems that being male in this system makes it even worse. I am getting railroaded. I work night do services all day. I’m so tired half the time I can’t even keep track of what’s going on around me. Please help…

please help me. my son was taken from me on 4/20/07, and my cps worker has done nothing but lied from day 1 to me, my son’s daddy (my boyfriend) and his family and in court. i have a public defender but she doesn’t defend me at all. she gets paid by the state so why should she! i don’t know who to turn to who will listen to me and to my story. my family should be back together by now. this is ridiculous and everyone thinks so except cps. please help me.

Hello….I am not sure where to even begin…..
My case has been long and drawn out fir nearly one year now. I have completed all the services required by CPS successfully and my parent aid has closed my case Cps has still put in for severance, My Case Manager has lied to the courts and I have proof and evidence of such events. They may seem to be petty lies but they build up a derogatory character reference that even I would want to return my children to me.
There are so many details that I dont have enough space on your site to start writing them out.

What I am looking for is a lawyer that could help me or at least provide consultation to inform me of my actual rights as I am getting snowballed by the court system and CPS.

There is also strong evidence that the judge is most likely related to the foster parent than is desiring to adopt and I dont know how to proceed to request a new judge without prejudice against me and my children.

we all need to hang in there and keep our heads up ive been fighting the system since my daughter was 2 and shell be turning 6 in march and to top this all off im fighting my former C.A.S.A worker who has custody what happned to keeping the family together ? i was pinned against false allagations ……….and i had the system against me from the very start ……all of it based on lies or what others thought…….all of it was droped nothing proven……..well why dont i have custody back of my daughter ???????? IVE DONE EVERYTHING THEY ASKED ME TO DO …………………..all we can do it pray

My family is going through some horrible things because of CPS. The birth mother has had no legal counsel since July and the permanency hearing is 10/26/07.The CPS social workers all the way up to the Unit mamnager and Director have led my family in circles of lies for 7 months. They cannot decide between 3 versions of their story and lead my family through hoops with no result or end in sight.There are willing and able family members to adopt the children, but CPS states it is too early to assess placement-yet twice the grandparents have been called to come and pick the children up–they have still provided no reason for denial of placement.Too many things to list here, but a nightmare that I am findig is very common in dealing with CPS.The attorney for the grandparents has now dropped them because he does not have the experience and has not done what they have been asking him to do for weeks. Help!

CPS is trying to take away my 7 year old daughter from my wife and I because of a false allegation that was made, by a family member that doesn’t even live with us, about me sexually abusing her. CPS came out and investigated and concluded that the allegation was false and that my daughter wasn’t abused by me or anyone for that matter, yet they want me to comply with an order to have supervised visitation or else we lose my daughter to the state. This is wrong and we need help. We can’t afford much but any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

My case was first based on false accusations.That was a year ago.I have never tested dirty! I have tryed everything I could on my end for my caseplan. I have seen no results.
It has now been a month and a half since ive seen my kids.Not sence I made a complant about their foster Mother,That I felt my chidren were in danger.They constantly have bruse’s and sores on them.Also my old’est has a permanate scar on his face.Would someone please help me?

I am stuck right now…school counselor decided my 9 year old is depressed and must be something wrong at home, called DFCS and then called my in laws (who live 8 hours away out of state) to come take my 3 younger kids or they would put them in foster care. No case was opened, there has been no investigation, but my in laws have my 9 yo, 8 yo, and 3 yo as of Tuesday the 30th. I don’t know what to do, can anyone help me? i live in long beach ca. my kids were unjustly taken from my care november 08,006. i have not recieved my court order vistits with children since the case stated. the principal felt that my lesbian lifestyle was emotionally damaging my three who attend here her school. so she called cps and of course lied and my kids were removed from my care. had cps properly investigated social would have found out that this principal was lying. but they didn’t. and as of today i have never got to tell my side of the story. my kids have not recieved court ordered services from social services. this has been a long fight i just want to tell my side and present my evidence and be cleared. please help if there is help out there.suga_bare20@yahoo.com anyone who wants to call feel free. About 20 yrs. ago I was falsely accused of child molestation by my son and at the time I did not know the language that well, not that I know it better now… I still have a long ways to go, and I will get there! also did not know too much about the laws here in the USA, and came here as an legal immigrant with my family: mother, father and brothers and sisters and so on. Going back to this false accusation I pleaded guilty to charges that I did not commit, I left everything up to the attorney to decide… but I feel that have been misrepresented and would like to overturned my case/ clear up my name because my life and the life of others have been destroyed to the max. When my son got older he came back to me and told me that he was sorry about things that took place when they were young. I love my family very much and all people around me, and what hurts me the most now is that I can not get close to my family and people that I love the most because of this terrible and ugly false accusation. This here all started when I hit son one day because he started taking money from me and I hit him with my belt, they dropped this charge, but they gave me this other one which is what I have now, a felony. My children were taken away when my daughter made an accusation that her step father had molested her after getting in trouble. She later recanted. I was told he had to leave the house when we were in washington which he did do. I later asked how it would affect the case if i were to move to California to be closer to friends and family and to get help with my financial situation with him being gone. The cps worker told me the case would be dropped if i were to move to California. i than moved and moved the step father back in the home with the kids. The case with CPS was not dropped like I was told it was going to be if I moved. They found where i was living and took away all four of my kids. They wanted us to complete services that we completed all of except for him to enter a sex offender class which would consist of him stating he is guilty and being convicted and becoming a registered sex offender (at least this is what we are told by the counselors that work at the place that offers the classes) It has been two years not and we are still fighting for our children back. They have put off a bunch of court dates. They never have the reports ready on time and I am now being charged with more child support than i can afford to move out of the home to get my children back. The cps worker is now telling us that he should have done the classes because he would have never been convicted. There was never any kind of investigation completed what so ever. The father was never questioned about anything and no proof was ever found in this case yet our children are still not back after two years.

I need a defense lawyer to help 3 kids get their mom back. We need support in Kern County, CA. We live in Rosamond, and their mother has been taken to Bakersfield, CA to await a first hearing. All 3 children 2 adopted, 1 biological have been taken by CPS. They have a grandmother and great grandmother in the area. I am thirty year old father that has had his rights terminated based on no evidence, and perjuries. I was misinformed on the appeal process. My daughter was first taken away for a weight issue that I brought to my Doctors attention to find out the medical reasoning that my daughter was unable to gain the proper amount of weight. After a year and a half of intensive testing and thorough doctors examinations, the only diagnosis was acid reflex and on going test also revealed asthma. At this point I was only doing what a parent naturally does . I went to doctors for help. During this time I had roommate whose children were invloved in a DHS/DFS/DHHS case in Saline County Arkansas. During a routine visit to our home a social worker questioned the physical condition of my daughter. I showed her the medical records which were thought to be bogus, the incident was reported to the local DHS office and the nightmare began . I have no legal rights to my daughter she was taken from me in December 2005. Since that date the DHS office has failed to comply with all their obligations . I have done all that was required of me only to be mislead and given false hopes of reunification. I feel because of my inability to be correctly counseled and represented. I was not properly informed of the appeal proccess. I am no seeking new counsel and would like to hear from anyone that can help us in this situation. All I want is to be the father that she deserves to have, we need to be together not apart . My daughter is my life and being without her is unbearable. If anyone reads this and would like to launch an investigation on the Saline County DHS please contact me. 2 months ago i had left my exe who has physically and mentally abused me. We share our daughter Hope who is 2 yrs. Father is a known drug addict/crimminal.. 5 days ago cps came to my door re neglect. cps made the mistake of saying who called them. and of course it was my exe. the call was made with malice. Cps workers told me that i had to do a drug test. i made attempts to do so but i llive in a small town and the cps office is in nogales az. and idont have a vehicle. I work 2 jobs to support daughter. I am currently buying my home to have a stable environment for her. My exe still lives with mommy.. 2 days ago cps workers came and removed hope into temp custody in nogales some foster home. They still want me to drop but i am afraid because of all the bs that i read i am scared to be set up or have something go wrong and lose hope. I need my little girl she was the one that made me realize that leaving an abusive relationship was the right thing to do for her and i.. If someone could please help me and guide me in some direction .. i am confused scared and alone.. My daughter(11 yrs)spent the night with a very good friend of ours,in fact she spends almost every week-end over ther.CPS was called on a false report ,of a sexual nature.well. since Im her mother they came to talk to me about it,I told them that they had called me immmediatly after the accusation had been made,and ther is no way it was true.I was in no way worried.Well,since I have a PAST HISTORY with them,they asked if iI would consent to a drug test.i complied,i went immmediatly to the test place, but i could not be tested because my case worker had not sent them my paperwork yet.i was told to leave,and contact him,and to come back.i didBUT WHAT I DONT GET IS THEY DID A UA AND A HAIR FOLICLE TEST ON ME !i havent had CPS on my doorstep for two years…..and now they have it out for me.All i need to know is …..is it legal to come after me just becuse ive hade a case with them before?i pasted my ua,but not the hair folicle…….can they come get my kids?

My name is Melissa, and my daughters name is Aliecia.I am nine months pregnant and CPS has already told me that they will be coming to the hospital when I give birth to my son. I have never had a drug problem of any kind, and I do not have a criminal background. I am 19 years old fighting CPS for my children back! On May 3rd 2007 CPS took my daughter from my custody and put her into a foster care home. I made a huge mistake by leaving my baby with a man named Greg Johnson, this man abused my daughter leaving her with a fractured skull! I have an HPD case against him but the detectives in the case are waiting until I give birth to my son so that they could do a polygragh test to make sure my alligations are not false. Just two weeks ago my CPS caseworker notifed me that she will be terminating my parental rights, and she does not have to take me to court to do so! When I asked Mrs. Hunt why would she do that I have done everything they have told me I need to do, plus some, she told me “because Melissa you just won’t move forward!” I was just speachless I could not understand why she would want or even expect me to “just move forward”. I can not let CPS terminate my parental rights! I can not lose my baby! She’s my life, she’s the reason I keep going day by day, she’s an angel God sent to me! My daughter misses me so much, it’s really sad how CPS can live knowing what they are doing to these chldren everyday! Cps case worker lied to you melissa, she has to take you to court to terminate your parental rights. she cannot do that without a judge hearing the case finding you guilty and ordering your rights terminated. This worker knows your young an dumb (no offence) but she knows you don’t know your rights. Post on the message boards others here have learned loads that can help you. You need a lawyer a petition will be filed to terminate your rights if that is what they are going for and the judge must appoint you councle. You do have rights. You have to get on top of things like yesterday. Find all the information you can.

HELP! HELP! Twelve years ago, in Texas my two oldest daughters were taken into custody by CPS on neglect allegations. I was a single parent then. I went through the whole process of their plans laid out for me, Long story short, my family advised me that I go ahead and sign my parental rights away seeing that I had no chance of regaining custody of them, so I did. Now I have another little girl and I am married this time, and I am being investigated again by false reports against me due to my wanting to gain visitation rights with another older daughter who resides with her father, they made false accusations against me in order to stop the process my visitations being taken to court, however when they came to my home I had a dirty kitchen and living room, Two trash bags next to the trash can, but it wasn’t to the extreme filthy. Since the caseworkers visit I have kept my home extremely clean and well kept. She says that I don’t have anything to worry about and doesn’t see any foreseeable abuse or neglect, and doesn’t see anything serious other than the dirty kitchen with the trash bags, that she would have to do one more home visit and if that my living conditions do change for the better she will close the case. It has now been 32 days since the initial report was done and she hasn’t been back to do the home visit and won’t return any phone calls my husband or I make. I am really getting to be worried now, questions of whether they can plan on taking my little one that I have now due to because a case 12 years ago are running through my mind. I have been researching this and have come up with contradicting answers of only persons who rights were terminated involuntarily are the only ones who are flagged to have any future children removed to either voluntarily and involuntarily both are flagged to have any future children removed from their homes. I need the services of a lawyer to clarify and possibly help me to keep my daughter I have now. I am a good mother and I refuse to be a victim of Texas CPS again.

I am the grandmother to two precious baby boys. One is 17 months and the other is 4 months. DSS has held them captive from the time they were born. The tpr hearing is set for Dec 3, 2007 and we need help FAST!!!! They have lied, discriminated, right down to refusing my son visitation because he recently changed jobs. The visitation is court ordered. Also when my son’s attorney subpoenaed his DSS file, the social worker told the judge it had been shredded. I found out last week that they still have everything. My exhusband & his sister have been making repeated false claims to CPS here in fresno county. Always before, the worker came out, saw the house was reasonably clean, and left. This time, the worker had decided that because there were so many complaints, there must be something wrong, before she even stepped through the door. I had dishes i the sink, because I had already washed everything that would fit in my dishrack, and was waiting for it to dry before I washed the rest. I was out of cat litter & had no money to get more for 2 days, so the cat pans were in a bad state, but cats were never allowed out of my room, and had not pottied anywhere else, except it looked like one cat had just overhung the pan when he used it, and consequently missed (that wasnt there when I had started a load of laundry an hour or 2 earlier). But the house did smell bad because the cat pans were dirty. Originally the police officer said there wasnt enough to keep the kids, but the worker convinced him to do it anyhow, because there had been so many calls. In the report, it claims that there was trash, debris, and animal feces throughout the house. It says the living room was littered with chip bags (I rarely even buy chips and hadnt even gotten any for over a month), and I just found out that the police report states that my boyfriend would place cat feces on soap & make my 4 year old eat that. I havent been allowed to see the police report, so I dont know. But either way, we had rubbed fresh soap on his lips, not placed it in his mouth, when he mouthed off. I had actually had a CPS worker out just 5 days earlier who looked around, saw nothing wrong, told us the soap could be constituted as abuse, and left. When he told us that, we had discontinued using the soap, but never even thought of putting cat droppings on it. The detention report says the children are in danger not only from my boyfriend, and that I was failing to protect them, but also from me. I apologize for such a brief post earlier. I am so overwhelmed with this CPS case I have. I have been FIGHTING for 3 years as of April 11, 2008 to have my children returned to me. EVERYTHING THIS WEB SITE TELLS YOU IS ,TRUE!!! Everything F.C.P.S. said that would happen DID happen to me. I have been harassed, blackmailed, blackballed, and more. My family no longer talks to me and my husband was forced to leave the home completely, then I said I will divorce him and they said NO PLEASE don’t do that … and it was to hold my case up longer. I have done EVERYTHING and BEYOND what they have asked me to do ….. I EVEN FED A HUNGRY SOCIAL WORKER …. (You know…. since I don’t have food in my house). Every time I go to court the G.A.L. is very wishy washy. She says the kids should come back home and then she changes her mind. THEY ARE NOT INVESTIGATING ANYTHING …. EVEN THE POLICE INVESTIGATE …. They never find any discoveries on my case BUT manage to continue to hold my children from me. I am not GIVING UP …. but I am very tired and weary. I have had all the evaluations they wanted me to take and they state some very odd things about me that are not true.

These people are absolutely crazy … I never was the type of person to judge but they are!!! They are trying to convince me that I am insane … because I will not conform to what THEY want me to be nor like the fact that I speak my mind. They have also tried to use my children against me and once they saw that it did not work … they looked for something else to reach for. I am constantly looked at as a liar and a frigid person … Get This!!!

While my children were in care … I have been financially caring for one of them alone…. The care taker was not providing any care for my child at all….. I have the receipts . NOT to mention … I had to take him to school … pick him up from school …. feed him …. just so she could go out with her friends and get high. She has left him at my doorstep at 11pm at night without calling or asking NOR …. scheduled ….. and the Social worker told her to do what she wanted …. and I better get him … I called the hot line and they did nothing … The more you love your children , you are the crazy one …. My son has been sexual assaulted while in care … and also physically abused and was kicked down a flight of stairs … and choked unconscious and they found THAT case to be inconclusive …. I HAVE THE PICTURES!!!!!!!! I took them …. I ran to his school after he told me about it and I SNAPPED THE CAMERA! I am not at sleepless night completely … I haven’t slept since they have been gone …… my home is empty and I have no family any longer. They have managed to destroy everything about me … and before I let them have my children and my soul … I still have some FIGHT in me. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME …. I am down on my luck and I can not find any help …… I am running out of many options. I appear in court on Monday and I will request a continuance to research the discoveries I have … I am doing this alone …. My “Court Appointed Attorney” is NOT HELPING!!! and she is as bright as a BRICK with things …. She doesn’t collaborate, investigate, congregate, articulate, or anything else for that matter …. My name is Jason Zajicek I am in Knoxville Tennessee and I am in desperate need of an attorney who will help me defend myself against D.C.S., C.P.S. I have been accused of abusing my daughter although 2 separate doctors reports on the same day, (our primary care physician and Children’s Hospital of Tenn.((Where CPS worker requested an examination of her.))) both give my daughter a clean bill of health, my daughter was still taken from me. I am fighting in Juvenile court in Knox county. I am on disability so funds are tight but I can make a down payment and monthly payments. I previously hired an attorney, ‘Robert E. Nichols’ who thought this case would be dismissed, however if you are familiar with him than you are aware his license is suspended and was at the time I hired him 9-5-07, although I am cooperating with the TBPR and will be at his hearing, my chance of recovering these funds are limited and the Lawyers fund of Tenn. said at the earliest it will be JAN. of 08 before they will decide if I am entitled to a refund through them.
I have both medical documents involved in this case and other important information concerning this case. I may also have a lawsuit due to the fact that I am being denied my daughters records by the therapist currently seeing her by orders of the G.A.L although this is a violation of the Parental Rights Amendment. I, Kim Larson have been fighting CPS in Jackson Cnty. Or. for over 13 mo. They removed myh children without a warrant and were accompanied by a male officer who came in my home and put his hands on me. My children were both in school at the time. They did not take my kids because of abuse or neglect only on the assumption that I was a meth user. I admitted that I had used meth. They never offered me help. They took my 5 yr. old duaghter off the bus and they picked up my almost 7yr. old son from school, while school was still in session. I did not see them for two weeks. CPS did not give me any paper work or any thing. I was not arrested or charged with any thing either. Please help me they want to addopt my kids out to an abusive home. The foster care Mother has already been trned in three times for abuse and I did not turn her in. Who did and what kind of abuse are they enduring? They said this is her third and final chance! Please help my children and I fight this horrible situation. We only have until Dec. 6th. They also lied horribly on the police report. I do love Robert&Rogue very,very, much. We will not be ok untill we are together.

I, Kimberly Larson forgot to mention that I have been sober for over three months now. I had to seek treatment on my own and was diagnosed with PTSD and am seeing a 60.00 dollar an hour overly qualified counselor with great credentials,M.A,LPC,MFT,CADC1and attend Smart recovery groups as well as Celebrate recovery gruops I also participate in random UA’s. They are trying to say I am to late,but if they would not have taken my kids I would not have delved into addiction so horribly. I am clean and have moved from Grants Pass to Boring Oregon and completely done a 180, thats turned around but not in a complete circle.
Thanks to who ever started this and I am so sorry to all who have such horrible heart wrenching stories to tell.

I’ve just been told that my internet joking on a private message forum caused (unvalid) concerns to a couple of racist folks who don’t like me very much. They posted my name, my kids name and their school on the internet and claimed to file charges against me with CPS. Sadly, these people know my real names.

NOw CPS can come by any day, they’ll find nothing. But am more concerned that this is harassment from the internet into my real life world, and not sure how to handle it. Any advice?

My family needs help. CPS came to my home and removed my children without giving any reason for the removal beyond “obviously your children are not your first priority”. I will be the first to admit that I am not the perfect parent, but I am in no way abusive or neglectful. I gave my children everything that I have, and now they are gone, all because of a stranger that I had only met 4 times before. A stranger who did his best to find a reason to take away my children, tried avenue after avenue when the others had failed, despite the fact that the original false accusations that he was sent to investigate were proved false.

I have 35 women and their children on my caseload. Everyday I see the broken hearts of women and their families broken up due to drug testing at birth. Recently one woman was enrolled in our program and I personally tested her with a very reliable UA test. It was negative for drugs. She resided here for 5 days before going to the hospital and having her baby. They (CPS) said the tox screen came back positive because “she sweated out the drugs in delivery.” They took her child!

Many of the women in here have need of legal advice and I just don’t know where to begin. I don’t want to incure false hope but I need to help them get their children.

When these women come back from court I just hug them. Hugging them is not meeting their needs. Is there a compassionate, pro bono attorney who could answer questions for me? These women are clean and sober for months, they go to court and are denied reunification services. Yes they have histoires but most of them are too young to have much history. I need direction as I can’t just sit here and watch the distruction of their families any longer. I’ve tried to help one women with a writ but I don’t think we did it right. These women have counselors, supervised visting, random testing, and love for their children and life. How can I help them?

Some of their children are just a few weeks old and CPS is looking for adopting families for them. Is that even legal?

i left my baby girl at the time two months with a friend who was watchin other kids. i was gonr for about a hour and a half. whe i came back she and her husband where sleeping the door open i walked in. i found my bay naked and bleeding with the kids. i to mak it short i rushd her to the hospital. i guess cps was called and they just came and took her. mystory is very long and i have been treated so wrong. the attorney well aint doing nothing

What i dont get and I am so sorry but mabey i was born a few cards short of a deck, not the sharpest knife in the drawer, lights are on but no ones home but how oh how can social workers do such acts to children ? And mabey a biger question , Where oh where are the attorneys?
Come on , where are the class action lawsuits from parents and the children being kidnapped by all of the states? And if children are taken away say from say for no lights,food or real abuse and i am not talking about spanking your child why dear GOD above can someone tell me How come children are not given over to a family member at that moment? I have a loss for words except to say GOD dont like ugly and sometimes he dont like pretty, but he sure as hell has a problem with hurting children. So I hope and wish all of you luck I believe after 6 years of living hell I have found an attorney who will help me, dont give up only losers quit and dont worrie “one of these years a harvard lawyer is gonna jump on this that is when the crap is gonna hit the fan just a matter of time and hey mabey he or she will invite us all over for steak and shrimp lol

I spanked my child in public (four times on underwear-covered behind with an open palm) but someone who thought I was his “babysitter” called child abuse hotline. The social worker on the case, when asked how we can avoid this in the future, said simply “just don’t spank your kids.” Spanking by a parent is legal in CA! But because of some other lies told in the report and what appear to be the SW’s prejudices, I’m convinced he’s going to report this to the CACI as at least unsubstantiated. We are seeking to adopt and this will effectively cancel the adoption because no homestudy agency is going to support us since I admitted I use corporal punishment sometimes. We need to get this accusation declared “unfounded”!

Legal Aid in Kansas will not represent grandparents seeking visitation with grandchildren unless they are going to adopt them or become guradians. In some cases that is not always possible. I need an atty in Johnson County Kansas who can represent me to file a petition with the court seeking visitation. I am on a fixed income and would need a pro bono lawyer….so far no luck. Please advise. CPS in Jo Co KS is just as scandalous and many around the country. My grandchild also has medical condition ‘neutropenia’ which flares up andshe gets so sick and they won’t take her to her real doctor. We have been having problems with Bowie County Texas CPS. My grandson (lived with me and his mother) reported to the Bowie County
Sheriff and then CPS, my three year
old grandson is being molested by his
half brother. So far we have been treated like liars and crooks. There
is a restraining order keeping us away
from my grandson. It seems we are
being treated like crap. The baby’s father, stopped the CPS investigation. We do not have alot of money to throw away on a attorney.
We had an attorney, and he did nothing. The court got a social worker to do a home study. She ruled
we were better home environment than the baby’s father. Then she got
up on the stand and lied. We have been accused of “being the problem.”
Found out the father’s ex-wife wanted
a son, since here died two years ago. We need help.

help us please! our our 4 yrold daughter who is in the process of being dignosed with an A.S.D. has been taken from us by CPS, and i have been falsely acused of sexually abusing her, dispite the fact that there is no evidence that it happened and indeed didn’t happen. The court has ordered us to take a CvSA test which i later found out has no value or validity as a lie detection devise. i’ve been cruelly interogated and durning the course of those interogations have been forced to diclose in explict detial my memories of being sexually abuse when i was a child, as well as the sorid detials of my being raped when i was in jail. i believe that cps has or is in the process of coersing through grossly illigitimate and unethical psychological/ inerogative practices our daughter to make a statement against me and or her mother. i am a stepfather/ live in boyfreind, i took on that role because our daughter saw me as such and me and her mother agreed that it would be the best for the Renea and the family sit. as a whole. we have indured repeated abuses from cps during the corse of this, and we just dont know what to do to get past this and get our baby back. though i have done countless hours of reseach on this, i still have so many questions, and because of my status as a stepparent i have found that i dont have the right to court apointed council and being a college student i can aford one. we’re working on getting the report from cps, but it’s hard because they’re rebuffing us at every turn can you help us and if so please we’re begging, for help here. we miss our baby and we want her home and back to normal. cvc & cjh

CPS has taken my 4 children back in September, and placed them in Relative care. My 8 year old had burned her finger when her step dad was showing her how hot an object got that she was playing with. There was a no contact order on him and me, not the children. My daughter got a small blister on her finger, the next day the school called the sheriffs and cps, they took custody of all 4 of my kids. I’m being charged with neglect and they wont let my kids come home, I get to see my kids 3 times a week for 2 hrs each. My court appointed lawyer wont do anything for me she has made me sign the dependancy paper work, I’m doing everything they are asking me to do- Drug & alcohol assesment (don’t do either), counsling, domestic violence classes. They keep saying Iam in a domestic violence relation ship Not true they state there has been several charges against my Husband, Never been charged with domestic violence. No one will listen. They just say cps is right. please HELP!! I need my babies back. They are suffering where they are at even though it is with family they are being emotionally abused by CPS they need to come home!

My autistic son is now 18, and I spanked him in 2000 because he kicked my younger son in the head, and continually abused him. I was reported to the registry with no recourse, no charges ever filed. Now I am unemployable and CA has spread the information all over the country. I am trying to leave the country so I can be employed, but it’s a struggle. I can no longer support my children. Hello My name is Amanda and im 20 years old. I live in Texas but i need all the help i can get. My step dad was released from prison in January 2002. His crime was against a lady and to this day he still doesn’t know why he did it. When he was released he had served his time to society but for some odd reason Texas Parole Board put him on parole illegally. Before my dad got out of prison my mom had been working for CPS in Waco for about 8 years. They told her when they hired her that her being married to my dad was okay and that she didn’t need to worry. But if his crime was against children then they would to intervien. Well my dads crime was against a grown woman NOT A CHILD! When my dad was released from prison i was in Arlington Texas visiting my aunt and uncle. But somehow in the time while i was there (2hours away from my parents) there was a false accusation to CPS that i was molested by my newly released father. We come to find out that a lady that worked with my mom was at a lawyer party and a lawyer came up to her and told her “I hear one of your employees is married to a registered sex offender and he is about to be paroled. And thats when everything began. CPS came to my home and made a case out of it. Even though there had never BEEN A CRIME they convicted my dad of molesting me. I told CPS over & over that i had never been molested by my dad. My CPS caseworker would threaten me that if i didn’t get a psychological and went to therapy weekly that i would be taken to a judge and probably put into juvi and then into a foster home. Cause of all of this we have a continuing battle with parole not letting me be around my dad. They treat him as a PEDOPHILE and not just a sexoffender. My dad finally got to come home but for him to be able to come home i couldn’t be anywhere near him. So i was farmed out to all of these different places luckily they were friends and family but it is still tramatising to a child. I was thankfully home schooled during all of this but since i was suffering through depression, paranoia, I’m now over weight i suffer from migraines i cant hold down a job cause im so scared that something new is going to happen and it did. My parents have a very successful lawn mower and computer repaid business. Parole has let my dad work on computers since day one of him being released from prison. They have had this business for about 5 years and no problem of my dad working on the computers. But suddenly in i think February or March of this year my dad was charged by Parole for using a computer. He has now been in prison for 9 months. My parents business is suffering not only cause its the winter months and my dad was the only person who knew how to fix trimmer, chainsaws etc… but also he is just a very intelligent person when it comes to electrical things. CPS & Parole have ruined the lived of me, my mom and my dad. When he was first released from prison we wanted to start a family and live free, but we haven’t been able to cause from day 1 we have had problems from CPS and Parole. Parole has made my dad seem worse then these people that cut off their ankle bracelets and dissaper for months. My dad was an offender many years ago but he isn’t any more hes hasn’t done anything wrong since he has been out of prison yet he keeps getting wrongfully accused. My mom and I are now suing Parole & CPS cause of all the wrong things they have done to us in the past few years. O yea i forgot to mention when CPS was in our lives they fired my mom for “wrongful supervision.” Saying that she put me in danger being married to my dad. So now my mom and i are taking charge and are trying to find a lawyer or lawyers and other senators to help us fight back for the pain and suffering we have suffered and to finally bring back my dad so we can start a family AGAIN. I hope someone will see this and try to contact me and help i would great fully appreciate it. Thank You!

My daughter was taken yesterday after saying that my son molested her 4 or 5 years ago ( she is now 9 and he is now 17 ) the police were called and everyone was questioned.. The police not only declined to press charges but told myself and my husband that they did not feel my son did anything.. Then the officer made sure to pull my son aside to let him know he did not feel that he had done anything.. Even after that and the fact that my daughter changed her story… To include who molested her to what was done to her the CPS “lady” took my daughter anyway for her protection… AFTER we even offered to have our son stay with relatives she declined to let our daughter come home with us.. We have a hearing on Wednesday the 19th of December… What do we do??? Please help us… Thank You Michelle

My case is a Chips and DHS is treating it as an Adoption. I have Custody and Gurdianship but yet since my girls where placed in Foster Care I have had no rights. On the few visit I did have with them, eventually they were taken away all together because of some made up reason. They have had numerous false reports against me that can be proved becuase at the time my girls were in Foster Care. Its a long story but now one of my girls is in a Mental Hospital age 7 and her behavior is worse while been in Foster Care than the behavior DHS is claiming as to why they took them from me. my story is my grandchildren was removed from my daughter sepy 2007 for the 4 yr old hiding in the doghouse she call 911 for help they called cps the children were taken the 4yr old had previously followed a dog onto the train tracks and was picked up cps closed the case when the 2nd time happened they chose the firist report to use in court it now has been over 6months she has been taking parenting classes when the teacher is available we have been to court several times the next court date is not until sept 2008 it will then be over 1 yr the children or with me i dont get ant help because i am what they call uncerifited by the state my wish is that the chilren are back with their mother she is now working has passed all drug tests the workers involed in this case keep saying that the state pays for the care but i dont see it i supply the food shelter colthes whatever i recently asked for help with daycare for the children you dont know the trouble that was the cps worker is hard to get ahold of for questions the father of the 18mth old spent 10 mnths in jail for various charges the child didnt even know him and he gets more rights than i do called the cps worker to ask that she talk to him about using the carseat when he picks her she says i should talk to him my problem with that is that he gets a bad attitude i really want these kids back where they belong with their motherthat is the natural order of things and i think that all parties involed have been punished enough how can that close a case then go back to that HELP!!!

There is too much to the storey to be able to list it all here, so I will make it short and brief.
My brothers two sons and newborn twin girls were taken by CPS today. The boys have been taken by CPS on two prior occasions. One of which my mother stepped up and since she has already passed a background check thru the state because she watches my son while I am at work, they evaluated her and placed the boys in her care for about 4-5 months. The boys went back to their mother and then the twins were born. I am not exactly sure why all the children were taken this time, but I was asked by my father to find a CPS lawyer that could be present at a hearing this upcoming Tuesday, May 27th, 2008. Hello, Last month my 14 year old daughter made a false accusation in her school that I had molested her. The school called CPS and the Police. CPS forced me to leave my house and not contact my children while they investigated the claim. Last week my daughter retracted her allegation stating that she lied to get back at me for taking her cell phone away and other discipline actions due to her failing grades. The Charges were dropped. CPS had a interview with my wife and daughter today and their conclusions were to keep me away from the children for a indefinite period of time while my wife and daughter go to their therapist. Once complete the told my wife that I would be allowed supervised visitations with my youngest daughter of 4 years old. There has been no hearing in court . No court order preventing me from seeing the children and no charges. I have no criminal background of any kind. I have complied with all of their requests. There does not appear to be an end in sight. I am going broke with hotel bills and defense costs. Can they do this? Can they really keep me from my kids without a court order?
