C.P.S came out and said they were there for a call of spots on Beau my son that looked like chicken pox and that Stephany showed no concern for the spots on him. The C.P.S worker stated to me and Stephany that the nurse at Beau’s school stated that Stephany showed no concern about the red spots. Stephany then explained the day before when he got home she did in fact call the school and ask about the spots and the school stated maybe there was a virus going around then Stephany called her doctor which her doctor said “ I really would not worry about it is probably a allergic reaction to something” She set up a appointment anyway for the next day, also she stated he showed up to school once or twice with dirty clothes on (which is false) she would of never let him got to school with dirty clothes on Either me or Stephany bring him to school and he never had dirty clothes on. And also being numerous times late to school and numerous times absent. I explained to the lady that Beau was in fact most of the times on time but because he would go into the cafeteria instead of his class that is why he was late and a week prior the school had a over the phone interview with me and Stephany and we all agreed that that was most likely reason he was numerous times late to school. The absences to school were due to them Leaving Beau and losing Beau at school twice and she was looking for a different school to enroll him in. We went to the doctor and it was in fact stated that Beau Mitchell had a allergic reaction to Strawberry milk. The dirt on their faces that Kristen said they were dirty before she got there they were playing out in the back yard and then when they came in they had pizza so there faces were dirty,. She took Karley in a back room and gave her a piece of candy and told her to pull her shirt up and took a picture of her stomach (and then later she denied the candy, denied that Karley had a shirt on). She took pictures of the kids the house etc. Then she stated we did not seem surprised that she was there and we explained Dodie Thompson our landlord told us she was going to contact C.P.S. We told our landlord we were moving and she is crazy got mad and told us that. Stephany then told her to give us drug tests because Dodie Thompson was probably telling her we did drugs she said no and Stephany again asked her to give us drug tests and she gave me my roommate and Stephany one. We explained to her Stephany had been taking a lot of medication due to medical crap and she been in and out of the hospital numerous times in the past 3 months for pregnancy issues, nose bleeds, cancer things etc. Then Stephany sent her 2 girls to Dallas 2 weeks before Christmas due to not having child care and Beau was in school all day for work. The last week before xmas she drove to Dallas to get the children while she was there Kristen knocked on the door told me that my roommate and I passed the drug test but Stephany failed the test and had “cocaine metabolites” in her system she said she had failed the drug test. I told Kristen there was no friggin way she ever had done drugs before and that we both either worked together or were around the children so there was no possible way for her to do drugs. I had Stephany on the phone and Kristen said can I speak to Stephany and Kristen told Stephany she could not bring her kids back to Austin she had to leave them their in Dallas. And to come back to Austin. She also told Stephany I would have custody of Beau until they gave her back custody and that Stephany could not be aloud alone with her son. Kristen told me that the prior night before on her off time she went onto the internet and was looking up the medications Stephany had taken and in fact there was multiple ones that Stephany had taken that could of made a test show positive she told me that if she comes back and does a 2nd test and goes and collects all her medical records as well as Kristen said she would go around collecting it also that if it comes up negative then they would be able to drop the investigation and she could go get her kids in Dallas. Stephany came back the following day and she went to do the drug test and then we spent the next 3 days trying to get all of her medical records. Stephany gave Kristen her medical records that she had and stated that there were a few papers missing because the hospital would not give them to her and Kristen said no worries she would get them. The next day C.P.S went with Stephany to her probation officer and her probation officer tested her on the spot and she came up negative also her probation officer told Kristen that over the course of 2 years she gave Stephany multiple random drug tests and she never ever failed any of them. The test in her office came up negative also. The next day Kristen stated that that drug test came up negative also that C.P.S had done but she would need to do a hair follicle test. I stated that you told me Kristen after it showed up negative you were going to drop the case and she said now we need this. So C.P.S again told Stephany she could not go get her girls in Dallas Texas for Xmas and she had to leave them in Dallas. Stephany did not get to see her children for Xmas. Stephany took the hair follicle test and failed for Methamphetamine and cocaine in the last 3 months. Stephany stated that she did not know where the methamphetamine came from but the cocaine was already established as prescription drugs and over the counter flonaze for her nose. So they wanted to know where the meth came from. Kristen set up an appointment with both me and Stephany to come in and talk with them and Kristen stated she was in the process of getting her medical records from Round Rock hospital.

* Kristen denied that Stephany asked for her to give drug tests. She stated that she knew she was giving us drug tests before she came out to our house that’s why she brang them but we have a roommate that she knew nothing about and she had one for him also.

* Kristen denied telling us that after the first drug test that came back negative that the case would be dropped and that Stephany could go get her kids.

* Kristen denied that she gave Karley a piece of candy and made her lift up her shirt (which the 3 yr old child told us she made her lift her shirt up and she gave her candy) *

* Kristen denied that she told us the school told her that Stephany acted like she didn’t care about the red marks on Beau.
(The school had Kristen on the phone when we showed up at the school and told us to be quiet and said that Stephany told us that you said we told you she did not care about the red marks on her Beau’s body and Kristen denied it on the phone and said I never told Stephany that)

* Kristen also stated that the school told her she had too much traffic coming and going from her residence. (A complete lie, Because the address at the school for Beau and the address Stephany was staying at was 2 different addresses).

There for these were all the reasons that they felt the children were in neglect. The dirty drug test and hair follicle test and these other items that are or will be discredited.

So after that Her mother called me from Dallas and stated she could not keep the girls any longer and I thought well I already have been approved from C.P.S. to watch one child well I went and got the other children. C.P.S freaked out and told us that they would either take the kids or they had to go to her ex husband. Her ex husband was going to court on charges of abuse to Stephany Mitchell and her newborn baby, also he was being investigated for running a escort service also he was living in a motel with know prostitution going on a slummy motel Days Inn Round Rock. C.P.S felt that was a safe place for the children or Stephany would never see the kids again from the mouth of C.P.S. So then at this point Kristen closed the case said she found no reason of neglect to the children and that was it. Then Round Rock C.P.S picked it up and re opened it for the dirty drug test. We went to their office they told us it did not matter why she failed the drug test and she refused to look at the medical records stating we really don’t care you failed a drug test and that is all that matters. I stated The only reason she is not aloud to have her kids is because of the dirty drug test correct. The lady said yes and we stated well Kristen never got all of Stephany’s medical records Kristen lied and said she got them all. She didn’t and that These hospital records show the drug afrin was used to pack Stephany’s nose the 2nd time from bleeding and that afrin will make a drug test come up positive for meth. The lady again refused to look or see the papers from the hospital. She again repeated that she could care less about the hospital papers and that if we wanted to fight the dirty drug test that we had 2 options 1) to wait until the C.P.S investigation is closed and fight it or 2) to get an attorney but either way Stephany would not be able to get her kids back. She stated it does not matter why you got the dirty ua except you got one. I became hostile to them because I said you are accusing her of something and you are telling her you are taking her kids from her from the dirty ua and she has proof to stop it and you don’t care. As we were leaving her office she told us that she and C.P.S was only looking out for the best interest of the children and that Her and C.P.S does not appreciate people that lie and make up stories about drug use that it would be better to just tell us you did meth or cocaine than to lie. They also made us again do drug tests She also stated that C.P.S does not help or do any dna testing to find out if I am the father (which The Taylor office told us she is lieing) She also stated because I have not had a dna test done that I was nothing to my daughter and that they could not disclose anything or tell me anything or let me see my daughter Karley) Said Stephany could come visit the children but not me………………
So then we Went to a attorney, The attorney said C.P.S. did not have a leg to stand on but unfortunately to fight the case would cost 3 to 5,000 dollars. So we agreed to hire an attorney and when we called C.P.S back to find out when we could see the kids they told us they were not aloud to speak to us anymore because we “lawyered up” and she hung up on us.

C.P.S has lied to us numerous times, we have taken off of work numerous times to do the several drug tests, hair follicle tests and the numerous times she wanted to meet us and the numerous days it took us to get all Stephany Mitchell’s doctor records. They lied to us about the whole investigation with in the reasoning as stated below:

The problem was they told me to shut up and quit causing trouble or they would throw me out of their office. So they never aksed me a question so how could I of lied???????

C.P.S has called her mother, her father, numerous relatives and numerous friends and told them lies about Stephany Mitchell. Both Offices Round Rock and Taylor.
They have also told me lies and they have not once helped us we went and got all the stuff ourselves.
