I recently had ONE of my Four children taken from me while he was at achool by a zealot CPS worker. He thought that he had the case of a lifetime with all of his hearsay on how we emotionally abuse our son. Just him though! Anyway, a great family law judge dismissed the case after my contested dependency trial. HE stated that all of the allegations were actually the work of above average parents (US) who utilized specific disciplines as to raise a healthy, happy child. CPS was flabergasted. Obviously they don;t have a clue. I credit this site as being a friend in my fight. Thank you Linda.

I still have the kiddos – I have been coached by counsel – we give them NOTHING.

Starve these people of ANY and ALL information, enforce (not JUST assert) your rights, sign nothing, and they should have only what they have created… bullshit.

Rough seas make excellent sailors. I look forward to slitting some careers in a court room someday… when I have endured enough, and can afford to, I will sue.

But for now, the real problem is located at the HEAD of the various agencies… the way to kill off pests is to eliminate their food. So go forward and hunt for all those who have been bitten badly, and attend the funding meeting and produce an accurate accounting of the WASTE that DYS has committed, and seek the cutting of THAT amount to the budget – make them PAY – financially – for any mistakes.

How long ARE we going to just stand here and take it?? For me, not much longer. I am already looking at law schools to attend.

Anyone aware of any pro bono or affordable legal counsel to save children from the grips of these incompetent and uncaaring individuals? We were told that without a specializing attorney we should consider this child lost – a thought we do not want to accept and an incentive to turn every stone and get some help. Their behavior is an abomination and totally contradictory to their alledged purpose. It is shameful and more importantly, destructive and harmful to children. Any suggestions are greatfully welcome. Cuurently- 9 months since they were supposed to have provided referrals for compliance with things they requested and no papers! However, to CYA, they simply tell the court that my son is non-compliant to which he reminds the court he cannot comply unless they do their job first. A round robin of BS and a definite attempt to complete their pre-determined agenda which for some unknown reason is to keep my granddaughter away. Thankyou once again – I look forward ot responses.
