Rather than helping families, government agents have used unconstitutional laws in Juvenile Court to rip children away from their loving parents, break asunder God-given, natural, parent-child bonds, and adopt the children of the grieving out to others who profit financially with large monthly adoption subsidy payments.

Child Protective Services Agents - please come to your senses! Family destruction on false or trivial grounds is wrong, reprehensible, and inhumane.
Fosterers - be aware that for the money you get you are holding much-loved children away from their grieving families while the parents are forced to perform a service plan that is anything but a service to them. I call this hostage holding for the government. This is not kindness - to help misguided government agents destroy family relationships and break loving bonds.
CPS workers and fosterers - I ask that you now let the children of the innocent return to their homes where they are truly valued, adored, and loved by the parents God gave them.
Family rights are God-given rights. And they should not be ignored or postponed. Every moment these loving parents and children spend separated from one another is a torment beyond what anyone should ever have to bear.
It is unworthy of human dignity to allow this terrorism and torture of families to go on without saying something, speaking out, and trying to make a change.

I’m in Lake county, california.please I need help!! I’m trying to get my grand children back.I have been fighting this for close to four years.I have it tied up in appeals but for how long I do not know.My daughter got her self into trouble.CPS and the courts tricked her into signing her perental rights away.Saying that if she did so then her mother could have the children.But they were dead set on adoption from the beginning.they have nothing on me but lies and inuendo.There has got to be some one that can help me!!!!

We need a lawyer to fight CPS in Rockland County, NY Lost all parental rights. Lost 10 children. Was accused by now discoverd sex offender with 13 indictments. Need help to get daughter out of mental institution. Daughter was sexually abused from the age of 11 because of foster father. She is now 17 Permanency hearing 8/16/2007 CPS is now investigating my last 2 small children because I want daughter free.

my sisters baby died from her father shaking her. my sister has a another baby by a different man, this child has lived w my parents from the day he was born. cps came and took him from us. he never lived with my sister and her boyfriend so why can cps take him from us

in jan state took kids away i made a bad error about not telling cps i was married when i was adopting the kids but we were seperated he didnt live with and didnt wanna prolong cps by admitting it well i guess they found an accusation against him in 1999 i didnt kno about it well cps took kids i lost the court case they didnt say i can appeal so i appealed to late they wouldnt accept appeals cps is doin alot of lying tom can prove he didnt do anything but cps wouldnt believe it i had an attorney i paid for the help me he said he was child law he didnt even show up to my cases 1 of them he did i found out he doesnt even kno child law please help me this whole case is wrong babies wnna come home to me because of this my family is dying for reals there mother is dead their grandmaother id dead their grandpais dead im the only one they have lft my 4 yr old no one even wants no one loves her please help

I need information about obtaining a lawyer. I’m am being investigated by the cps. The casework as advised that I can only have supervised visits. I will not find out until tomorrow what our fate holds. My ex husband and mother in law are behind this reports. Because they were the ones who keep my kids they were their to prepare them what to say. How am I suppose to defend myself.

I lost my daughter Amy due to my mistake in babysitters. I fought for two years..jumped all the hoops needed…My public defender showed me my daughters case file. In there was proof from my daughters therapist that from the last report my daughter had been molested. She was 7 years old and defecating upon herself…She tried to tell me and I tried to tell the worker, but I know how she felt. I used to be a ward of the state of California myself. I know what low life’s they place our children with. The most sad thing is the last time I saw my daughter the foster mother gave me a picture that made my skin crawl…. My rights were trampled over and most of what was placed in the reports about me is false. What can I do after all this time…. I NEED HELP PLZ!!!

I am being investigated by Michigan DHS for alleged neglect of my 7 year old son. I’ve had family services out and they have said I’ve nothing to worry about. That doesn’t reasure me at all. I need help I am low income and getting no where finding the help I need.

HELP! CPS is trying to build a case against me based off of very little information. They have already used some very underhanded tactics to include bait and switch, bullying, and entrapment. They have also withheld information until it was most opportune for them. Please help us before its too late!

DCSF indicated me for squeezing my daughter’s check to tell her enough is enough after 20 minutes of lip service. My abusive alcoholic husband coached her and together they made preemptive move to destroy me before I filed for divorce. My husband is an abusive alcoholic. The IL DCFS social worker went right into my house and told him I said so too, after I was booted out as a result of exaggerated and false police report and an OOP! He is unstable and has a loaded gun in the house. Families these days are turning up dead in situations like ours and this is how SHE felt she could best serve our family??? I am at a complete loss. She said my husband is of no relevance in this matter, but then later tells me I am being indicated for abuse because I COULD HAVE poked her eye out!!?? I don’t get it!

I appealed my case of dependency and I won the appeal because they denied my right to a lawyer, but they just sent it back to the trial courts , remanded it, what happens now. I need a lawyer who wants to fight , because when its all done I have one hell of a tort claim

my name is daniel provorse. I am in serious help from anyone who can help! my situation: my 2 kids were recently taken from cps or whatever its called now. my ex was under investigation from cps in brawley co. and I found out about it and called them and told cps I was worried about my kids and wanted to know if they were o.k. also what was found out (abuse/y/n) . they found methenphetamines in my 7yr. old daughters system, and diddn’t even call me! it took the kids mom and her new boyfriend to break their newborn babys leg for the kids to finally be removed while I was still not notified about it. the only way i found out was i was the last hope for the kids grandfather who had been raiseing them for the last 4-5yrs. do i as a father not deserve to know about my kids when i’m worried being the non custodial parent who only has 1 month to visit during the summer? isn’t that against my parental rights? or do non-custodial fathers not deserve it? did cps break the law? my court date is aug. 22 and is a public defender is going to cut it? what should i do? please help/advice PLEASE!!!!!!!!

Help. I have been screwed by Orange County California CPS. They have lied and exagerated stories in their case. They have done ZERO investigating anyone of substance. Before CPS takes your children away, they need to spend more time investigating the right people before acting. Ask teachers, family, neighbors, children. Instead of having four daqy work week, spend some more time doing your job right or get out, Carrie Murphy!!!!

We have managing conservatorship of our 3yr old grandson who has continually been abused by his mother and her boyfriends since his birrth.The judge granted her unsupervised visitation in spite of his knowing of her history of abuse to her son. June 23,2007 our grandson made an outcry of sexual abuse. We reported it to the Sheriff Dept, took our son for a sexual assault exam, and he did an interview at the local children’s advocacy center. CPS got involved when the sheriff’s dept called them. We asked for a Safety Plan for our grandson, to keep the boyfriend away from him. The mom violated the Safety Plan on June 30,2007, and our grandson came home with bruises on his bottom. When he was asked how he got them, he said his mother hit him with a stick on his bottom, and arms, and was screaming at him. The mother had another visit coming up, and CPS said they did not know what they were going to do to keep him safe. We decided to file for a protective order, to keep him safe until we could get back to court to modify the court order. The very next day, CPS,in retaliation, came with three sheriff’s deputies,removed our grandson, and put him in a foster home. We have not seen our grandson since July 6,2007 when he was removed.

Help We have had our children taken away by false accusations sexual by one of them. They have been examined and show no proof of the allegations. CPS continues to make false and made up accuzations. We are losing our children we need help. We are in Ohio and no one will help us not even our court appointed attorneys. This is such a bazarre case anyone able to help us or even listen will be amazed at how this has happened we have a good case against these people but have no legal persons to work in our favor. Every one of our constitutional rights have been violated and abused.Our children have been physically, mentally and emotionally abused by care workers and CPS we have documented proof. We just need somebody to listen. No formal investigation was done before they kidnapped my children, We were told we have no rights by CPS Please help us.

need to talk with an attorney because I feel that my consitutional rights are beinging taken advantage of due to an old cps case and a recent custody hearing brought about by my daughters father which he has failed to appear to for 3 hearings and the hearing was brought by because he does not want to pay child support and has stop paying since. from the last hearing my daughter has been given an attorney and I’ve been left in the cold to defend myself. I am a good mother who suffers from deppression and PTS thus I had a drug problem that I have sincerely rectified and due to matters that involve my ex and the only and old court hearing once before I feel that everyone is bias and with that the fear of my daughter briana will be taken away from me and that would devastate her emotionally and mentally. CPS was brought into my family b/c of domestic violence by my husband. While I was unconscious during one of his attacks, he took our 2 year old son and kept him from me for 2 wks. I asked CPS to go check on my son while he had him. Later CPS forced me to sign a “plan” when he was taken to jail saying we could not be around the children at the same time. He had been keeping the kids for the summer so we could save in daycare costs. He moved out- an hour away with his mother. I didn’t have $600 a week to pay for my 3 children in daycare, so I sent them to the grandparents’ house in a neighboring state. The two older children are from a previous marriage. It was their grandparents. I wanted my husband and I to be able to speak if we could to get issues worked out before the children returned. I am being told CPS has plans to take my children away because I sent them to grandparents’ house for 1 week. These children have never been physically touched. They did see my husband get violent a few times. They are having a great time in Arkansas. I told CPS myself that is what I did and why… do they have a right to take my children for this? These children are not being abused. I acted for their safety. Please advise as soon as possible.

I was wondering I am in massachusetts and my daughter was taken out of a wonderfully safe and happy home. This came about since we did have a accusation of domestic abuse from my husband and since then we have been doing all the classes and the services they have provided. The first time she was removed the courts sent her home with myself in their legal custody and with in their own words a stipulation that my husband could not reside a half mile away and could not visit the home or have unsupervised visits with our daughter. They have recieved several calls that were either screened out or in either way they were from a vindictive friend/neighbor cause i would not let them live in my home. THe last call resulted in removal again since my husband was outside the house next door getting in their car to go for a ride and dropping off some money to help us support out child. The stipulation was not stating he could not be next door and even then it was agreed upon that he could drop off money next door. And furthermore i was not even home at the time the call came in. Now we have court again based on a motion we submitted into court. Hopefully that goes t hrough. But like I said this child is in a great home and has been torn from her mother whom she has resided with since birth.. And just now since the motion has been placed in court we mysteriously get visits….Our daughter is placed with my brother and sister in law who she is now calling Mama…..which breaks my heart it is like she does not even know me….I want her home and this is wrong if anyone has any advice please help me.. even if it is just to talk.. I feel like I am loosing my mind I miss my child so much and Honestly the department said I have done nohting wrong so I dont understand why they took her from me…. Whom they state is a wonderful mother.. It all makes no sense to me…. thanks

My daughter is in a bind. The system is trying to give legal guardianship to their grandmother in buffalo, ny. I am the other grandmother in new york city. The grandmother in Buffalo has the 4 kids right now for about 14 months. They have not work with with my daughter at all in at least in helpng her to get her gives back. She told me that they are trying to take the kids away from her peramently. She has not been given a chance at all to recieve her kids back. My daughter has done all the things she has been ask to do. She is a good person. My daughter is not on drugs and she is a college graduate. What are my daughter’s rights here. Please help. I am Looking for a Oregon attorney to file against DHS/CPS. I have solid evidence of caseworker perjuring herself in court, falsifying statement made by a DA investigator. I also have letter from DA to state Bar that gives the impression DA was lied to by caseworker. My 3 children where illegally siezed under false pretense regarding my ex GF’s pych eval. DHS/CPS has been aware of her mental health issues for last decade. I will disclose more information if contacted by a Attorney who can take this case. This is also a very strong civil case.

HELP! does anyone know what is involved in changing case workers? i feel my case worker is being injust regarding the custody and visitation of my children. i feel that the worker i have now is unjustly byest and that if i do change workers that the new worker would side with the old one. is there any way of getting a fair worker. any information regarding the changing workers would be greatly appreciated. thank you for your time.

Katy, I doubt you’ll get a new caseworker by just asking for one. However you could get your case reviewed by a state administrative law judge if you file a request for a fair hearing on the issue of whether your caseworker is being unjust regarding custody and visitation. You would file this at the welfare department, or phone the state department of social services to file with the state.
Another alternative you might want to try is to appeal in writing to the state legislator for your district. Or you could appeal in writing to your county supervisor.
I’m sure with your children out of your house you’ve got time on your hands to put all these ideas in action if they feel right for you. I felt that way when my child was in foster care. The problem is in getting the right people to listen to your requests.

I live in Wilton, ME cps came to our about 4 months ago at 7:15pm at night saying the got a call from someone. Stating that someone walked in our home and stating that were was a sex act going on with a minor and adult. They left and left my children with us.. All three of my children are disabled as well as my husband and i are. They came back 6 weeks later. Next thing we know they send the fire people the code inspectors to the place we were living with family memebers. We had to move from the house we lived in because of these false accusations to a three bedroom first floor apartment.
As to this day my husband and I have nothing writing to why they came. They interviewed us and taped us and did not tell us we were being taped.
I just need in helping to know if they lawfully where able to do this.

A judge in Fort Collins Colorado gave temporary custody to the sex pervert who molested my 17 yrs.daughter,because a supervisor from C.P.S. adviced the judge that my daughter loves the pervert as a father,The judge and C.P.S supervisor knew that the pervert was a mexican immigrant who had a restraining order for raping his own wife and abusing his children,Also,the judge,and .C.P.S.supervisor knew that the pervert has a psychological evaluation done who he has been diagnosed with serious psychological issues,and has claimed in court that he believes his demon possesed because he was rape when he was 6 yrs. old by 2 teenagers,and after all the information was disclosed to the judge,and C.P.S.,my daughter was giving to the pervert.

Need lawyer to fight cps in torrington, ct. My daughter children taken by dcf and kept because house was found messy after husband let children get out of house (by accident) Neighbor called police.
they are doing their best to make charges. after one by one unfounded. May need services, but at home services. Public defender proves she is working for dcf. My name is Deangila Crumb. I found out that my parents calls cps in thoughts that they will get my children.The CPS workers came on last week and stated that I had to sign my children over to next of kin or they will take my children and put them in foster care. I advised her that they could take me to court and she said they will take the children and then I will go to court and I may not be abke to get them back. I need help and I don’t know what to do. I desperately need a lawyer that can take on cps in Everett, Washington because all three of my special health needs children have been taken from me because the CPS worker hates my mother, and is acting on an abusive father’s behalf, and on false allegations of the children’s medical needs being neglected, and they’re also saying domestic violence as well. They’ve already found me to be unfounded but when I had the abusive father served with a restraining order and then filed a parenting plan, CPS case worker had took the children from my home per the request of the abusive father. I was only trying to protect my children, and CPS was trying to harass me into dropping the restraining order, when I told them that I didn’t know how the judge would decide in that matter. The CPS worker decided that she would trump up this case by including never investigated false allegations against me. In fact, a bait and switch tactic was pulled on me in court the other day ago, and now I fear that two of my children’s lives are in danger because they placed my son’s with their abusive father who never wanted them anyway. My children’s health care needs are also not being met by CPS, and the court appointed attourny isn’t working for me. My kids were taken a year ago for a dirty house. I’ve done all my service plan, but in court it was never good enough. Now a year after them being in custody, I’m suddenly a child molestor, up on molesting charges, which I DID NOT DO! And they want to TPR. Plus, my rights are not terminated yet, but they are letting the foster parents of my six year old son move with him to Texas. We are located in Illinois. The case being heard in Pittsfield, IL. They have done so many things wrong from the beginning, I am begging for help.

Hello, My family and I are in Urgent need of legal assistance so that we can have our babies home again. About a week ago CPS showed up because they were told that we have 3 to 5 children that run around unsupervised daily. The truth is that we only have 2 children. So my Husband and I immediatly came to this site. About 2 years ago we had CPS come to our door and with us not knowing our rights we let them in and then had to fight for 2 months before we finally got them back. So this time we didnt want the same thing to happen so we refused when they said they wanted to view and question our babies. We told them we wanted a full trial the other day and then today they showed up at my door trying to kick it in and at about 4:30pm took my babies away and said that all we could do wait till Monday and call the court. So could someone Please HELP us so we can be a family again. PLEASE!!

Kristina, first of all, I would have let them look at the children. I don’t know where you live, but here where I live, they have to look at the kids and talk to the parents before they can close an investigation. I know of other people who say not to even let them do that. However what’s done is done, and I’m very sorry to hear your kids are being held by them. You will have a hearing - it should be within two days. There you will probably tell your lawyer that the caseworker must prove her case as you will not plead guilty to false charges. Meanwhile keep an ongoing spiral bound notebook with notes about everything that transpires. And get statements (in declaration form) from people you know who will write under penalty of perjury that you are good parents and that whatever the caseworker is accusing you of is false. Write to your pediatrician’s office for copies of their reports to prove your children are in good health. Be prepared with as much evidence as you can get. You don’t know what the caseworker said to the judge to get a court order to take your children, so have your lawyer request a copy of the case file immediately, or request it yourself. Good luck.

One more thing - I too would not let CPS caseworkers into my home. That’s a fourth amendment right; they do not have the right to enter unless they have a search warrant or unless someone invites them in.

I have had our grandson since he was a week old, he is now 7yrs. old. The father has no visit rights & mom has bi-polar disease. She visits when she wants to , has very bad parenting skills . Just last month we lost the fathers daughter to a accendent & she died at 9yrs. So the father has gotten back in touch with us because of this. He is willing to give up his rights to us [ we live in Va.] Can this be done & how mad will the judge doing our case be. We live in one county & the case is in the county where the mom lives not the child. We need to get this settled soon , we have spent all our savings on trying to keep this baby out of fostercare , we provide him a real good home but the Chesterfield judge says he will not turn it lose till it is right. It will never be right. We have been in court every 6months for the last 2 years & nothing has changed . Casa was brought in on the case but nothing changes except the mom gets more time to miss or abuse him mentally. The death of his sister has been hard on him but she thinks she is the one to help him, he only crys. The judge put the mom & I into see doctors to help us get along but that is not happening now. We are getting alone good not argueing ,because she says we do not get along because she knows how to get around the judge. I lost my 4 & 7yr old to Cps. my 7 yr got up early in the morning and decided to take a shower my 4 yr old got in first and was burned. I was at work when this happend it has been 1 year since they were take from me when I took him to the hospital to be treated. PLEASE HELP! MY BABIES DESERVE TO COME HOME!

I have tried numerous times to get help for my 9 year old son through East Texas Child Protective Services. From day 1, they have falsified records, and accused me of filing false reports, and threatened to fine me or put me in jail. They can’t even get my ex-husband’s name right! THEY AREN”T THERE TO PROTECT MY CHILD, THAT’S FOR SURE!! I have a divorce attorney,but he’s not doing nothing for me in this area. our child was placed with us two weeks ago. one week ago my girl and i had an argument and she decided to go to her moms for cooling off time the next day her mom called the hotline and made up all these lies they came and investigated and found none of them to be true but they left the case open and today they took my child again. so confused and looking for help and answers.

I was granted full legal custody of my teenager in may 2007. My ex-husband was trying to conceal our child from me in the state of florida because of abuse he and his current wife were inflicting on my child. CPS in that state had investigated my ex. My ex-husband was also going to be charged with contempt of custody (kidnapping). I went to court to remove my child from that environment. My ex told our child in june that he wanted no more contact and that our child was “your mother’s problem now”. On 8/23/07 cps of dc visited my home to investigate allegations of an abused child. The social worker returned 8/26/07 to chat with my child at about 12:15pm. I was reassured that “there is no evidence of abuse here and you will be receiving a case closed letter” On 8/27/07 the worker left a late voicemail to say that her supervisor had some follow up questions about the abuse in florida. I returned the call 8/28/07 at 9:45am I was again told that the case would be closed, On 8/29/07 my ex-husband sent dcmpd to my home under the pretense that he hadn’t spoken with our child in a while and was concerned. On 8/30/07 I received a call from the social worker who was on route to the hospital with my child she had removed from dc school without my knowledge. The worker had went to my child’s school to request she remove her clothes. My child refused. The worker had instructed me to meet at the emergency and my teen child received a physical. The worker asked me if there is anyone who would be insisting on these allegations. I immediately speculated upon the ex-husband since the recent reversal of custody (the divorce was bitter). I was asked to sign 3 papers for release of info from various sources none of which I was given a copy. I was also offered counseling for my child because of all that had taken place at the father’s home down south (or so I was told by the worker). I was denied a copy of anything other than discharge papers. I was told by the worker that cpsdc had to retain the medical records. I was then told that the case is pending for futher investigation and will be referred to law enforcement as standard procedure. I was then told by the worker that possible outcomes may include closing of the case or future court proceedings. At this point I need to speak with counsel since both my child and myself are now possibly being harrassed and our civil rights possibly violated. My teenager is also very angry over not being believed, and embarrassed at school.

I need a defense lawyer who is not afraid of DCFS and willing to fight with me against them. Many attorneys are afraid of DCFS and many told me that I am being railroad and I have a lawsuit; but I don’t have enough money for them to work my case. I have all my case files, minute orders, videos, audios, telephone conversations, log books, medical records, school records, documents, pictures and proof of evidences against Department of Children and Family Services. I have been working my own case but need an extra hand. I tried not to make it long. I am falsely accused of abuse and neglect without any evidences. They illegally taken my son and placed him in two foster care where is was mentally, physically abused and neglected. With very little help of the court appointed attorney and all my filing done by myself. I was able to get my son home temporary until 12-06-07, the next court date. However, the case supposed to have been closed on May 07. However, the DCFS continue the case passed the due date without any evidence and had it amended. However, they open a new case without a referral and with more false allegations. DCFS are trying to put my son in a mental institution and keep him on meds for financial gain. There is nothing wrong with my son. DCFS are violating our rights, the privacy right of 1974 and their are violating their policy and regulation guidelines when interrogating my son who is 13 years of age during school hours. I am through of shedding tears, sleepless night, weight loss. I have written to organizations, I have seen attorneys over and over, I have talked to attorneys. But, everybody is afraid to fight with me. I don’t have much money but I can give what I can to help me fight them. I am in desperate need of an attorney that can fight DCF. The case is in west palm beach, FL I am accused falsley of sexual abuse, and my wife is accused of not protecting. This case has been going on for over a year, and was in limbo for 7 months between 2 jurisdictions. My son, wife and I were all evaluated by a renowned forensic expert, and he knows that these allegations are false. DCF had a evaluation done on my son over a year ago, and purposely held back this report. I have ammunition that proves that this report is nothing but lies, but the judge presiding ion this case is either predjudist and/or bias. My wife is also 7 months pregnant and they told us that they are going to take our baby away from us too. I am so desperate, the thought of my son in a strangers family will kill me, i need to fight these people and have the truth come out. All DCF is are legal kidnappers, and us as parents do not have rights, what about our children. They use doctors that fasify reports and twist statements. My child is in danger and in a another state- please help! I had a case with D.C.F.S. in CA. because my baby’s father did not want me in the house. His girlfriend called D.C.F.S. on me with false accusations of neglect The worker came and saw that they were false and the dad was only trying to get me out. He was crazed and saying I had to go, so the worker had me call my sister and i gave her the kids temporarily but shortly thereafter she gave them to D.C.F.S. I thought they were going to help but they were urging that i couldn’t have my kids. My kids were seperated and given to each of the fathers. Both fathers were collecting welfare and one lived in a motor home at an automotive shop. I was a good parent and they were not. The one living in motor home took my 2yr old baby girl to Arizona and left her there. I showed up for a scheduled visit and my daughter never showed. I finally got ahold of someone who told me that she had been put on a plane to stay with her dad’s ex wife and husband on a trial visit. Recently, I was told that the dad sold her to his ex for thousands of unpaid child support and CA. D.C.F.S. allowed this probably to save themselves from a law suit. That is why they told me the lie about being on a trial visit. The court made them bring her back and have the people checked and in the record it shows how this was not approved and was with out proper notice. I went to the D.C.F.S. office and was frantic I told them the people who they gave my daughter to had fled the state amidst molestation charges in 1992. I got a lawyer, and was getting custody, but my dad’s accident had made him lose the house. i was suddenly homeless and thought I had little chance of getting her back with these circumstances. The DCFS and adoptive family convinced me the allegations wernt true and that I cant have my kids because of a time line, and I was again homeless. I agreed to let her stay there because I had no idea if I could do her any good and they were giving me the false security that I could see her whenever I want, they said they are Christian’s but they lied. Now I am finally able to provide for my kids. I have a permanent home. The people adopting are guilty of molesting there son. but D.C.F.S. said it was not proven, but I have talked to the person that brought the case against them. it was true, i am so sick with worry and scared for my now 5 yr old ,

we were lied to telling us we were going to be abel to adopt the girls and now they are saying that we talked negatively about ther parents,by telling them the truth that ther mom and dad left, and went to another state.but it is ok for them to lie to take childern.from there family.the kids were well taken care of they were not neglected or abused and were told they would get to see there mom and dad when we got to adopt them.

Please hear my cry for help! My children were taken from me on June 29, 2007. I went to CPS for help because my son told me he had been molested by my ex-husband’s son, his previous stepbrother who is five years older than him. My ex has custody of this older boy and now CPS has given him my two younger children! I can’t fight these people every time I turn around they are requiring more and more from me. My son is 4 yrs old and on August 7,2007 he was taken from daycare for bruises that he DID NOT have when I got him dressed that morning. Upon my own investigating at the daycare with his teacher she had bruising on the inside of her arm from holding my son in her lap. CPS did not know of this bruise on her until I told them! I still don’t have my son and court for me is tomorrow. My life is on hold and I don’t know what to do! I am a single mom and widowed at 27. I am all my son has left and I’m so lost without him. I attempted to get my grandchildren due to an arrest which by the way was a false tip as stated by the newspaper, at first the children were left with their mother and two days later they took them out of the home. I went to get them and I was told I had an old BCW case on me, after my son and i investigated we found that there was stuff in the transcript that never happened a document for turning over custody had two paragraphs typed in after I signed, which is fraud and not to mention slander. I keep telling my daughter that going along is not going to get her children back however, she feels compelled too, just to keep them from writing something negative, we need an attorney i and my son need to file suit for the past, and she needs to file suit for the present is there a class action suit out there, here in new york that we can get involved in. DCF (FL) came to my house and said someone made a statement that I drink everynite until I passout!!! Now DCF wants me to take a UA and blow test. Also said my house needed to be cleaned, which I was in process of reorganizing girls rooms and had only CLEAN laundry on couch to fold!! DCF also said my b/f was not suppose to be at my house, but there is no court order for that!! DCF also got dates confused in the report (investigator was upset about that). I feel that DCF is harrassing me and I will loose my kids over someone making false reports. They want me to take the test next week and said they will come check my house out again. HELP!!

I live in Washington State, I went to go pick my three sons up from daycare on Wednesday and they were gone (CPS took my babies). The daycare is in trouble now too, because CPS came to take my kids and the daycare told cps that they could not have the children. They are now facing loosing their liscense. I have proof to prove that most of the allegations are false. Documents proving false statements from the old daycare, Hospital documents, proof from work, BHR documentation, a witness from Worksource, and proof from W.I.C., but, I don’t think it’s enough. I’m truly scared.They are determined to not let me have my babies. CPS keeps bringing up the fact that I’m 22 with three children with twins on the way. They really feel that I’m unfit because of my age even though they won’t completely come out and say it. I have court on Tuesday, October 2nd to decide where my children will be placed (hopefully with me). If my baby boys don’t come home on Tuesday, then we won’t have court again until November. Please help me. I’m a wonderful mom and this situation isn’t fair to my babies. I’m worried how my boys are being taken care of in the home they have been placed in and CPS said that they are acting up in the home and they are thinking about seperating my children. My children can’t go through this alone, they need to be with eachother. Please help.

They tried to take him in court. they called us an hour and 20 min before court and told us to be there. They said we won’t take him from you. Well that’s what they were trying to do.

I had CPS walk through my home while I was NOT THERE!!!! Isnt’ that a violation of my fourth amendment rights? They were let in by an ex husband who doesn’t live here!
Now, they’re baaaaaaaaack. My ex or his evil family constantly are looking for ways to make my life miserable and becaue I’ve now decided to homeschool they’re up in arms. There are two reasons why I decided to homeschool. One is because I’m suspicious of vaccines being a healthy thing to do. Every time I have gotten my youngest vaccines she breaks out all over her skin with pustules red and white. And she’ll sleep all day. Its frightening!
The private Christian school I would like to put them in is too expensive for me right now. And I can’t rely on my ex because last time I put them in a private preschool he defaulted on the payments. He’ll do the same with this private school and then he’ll get what he really wants and that is for them to be in FREE, operative word, public school all day. I do NOT want them in public school and that is MY RIGHT as a citizen of a free country or at least it used to be free.
I plan on contacting my representatives, every newspaper or newstation that will hear me. I’m SICK of it! I’m sick of the injustice and being pushed around and feeling TERRORIZEd by my own government. The man who came to talk to my children this last time had tarter so caked up on his teeth they looked like secondary teeth. Then in a Sesame Street voice he started talking about their private parts and I was totally shivering how disgustingly GROSS all of this was. When you put that voice on children immediately start associating that with this “okay, this adult is trying to get a yes response from me like I’m understanding what they’re teaching me.:
Of course my children told him no about anybody ever touching their private parts or having owies or if mom spanks them but you know what if they had been bored and weren’t listening to what he was saying and had just immediately said, oh sesame street voice, I’ll just give him the yes he’s looking for…..
This is sooooooooo FRIGHTENING. I really can’t believe I’m in America after reading the THOUSANDS of posts of other women/men who have been terrorized by these agencies. Even on the political conservative news blogs I go to have hundreds of mothers and fathers talking about how much FEAR they have of CPS or some HORROR story. One lady had her son taken from her because she didn’t WANT HIM ON DRUGS. This country is EVIL by forcing children to be on drugs. This is OUTRAGEOUS!
I would like to get some legal help in my caSe particularly about CPS going through my home when I’m not there. That is unconstitutional!!!!

My son needs a lawyer for his Riverside case. He has been falsely accused and my grandchildren are going up for adoption in Dec. 2007. He has gone to court 65 times but he has not had a preliminary hearing yet. He needs help!

I was falsley accused by my mother that I was growing copious amounts of Marijuana in my home and that I was neglecting and abusing my child. One day CPS and 2 officers came to my door asking if they could come in. Naturally since I’m innocent of growing anything; I let them in. They searched me and my home and found nothing but a brand new clean house. Since they found nothing they asked if they could drug test me and I said I would do it but I already know it’s going to be positive because I recently smoked at a rock show here in town. They told me that I would need to go some place for an assessment and they wanted me to make the appt. So I did the Assessment place told me they would get back to me and lt me know the date and info. Well almost 30 days pass since the beginnning of the investigation and they never call me. So i start leaving messages with my caseworker about getting the assessment over with and two days later she calls me and says since I was privately insured through my employer I wasn’t qualified for an assessment. She said ” I’m just going to close your case and I’ll send you all the paper work soon.” I asked her if there was anything else needed from me and if she was sure… she said “no that’s all sir.” Well not even 3days after her telling me that she sends over another worker to inspect my home again. I refused her entry based on my caseworker telling me I was complete with the case. I call my case worker now she tells me she did that to catch me off guard and she wanted to investigate one last time. Since I told her no the last time I have no clue as to what is next… I really need help. Please contact me anytime of the day.

I am looking for an attorney in the Yadkin County, NC area. My two grandsons have been kidnapped by DSS and doesn’t want to give them back. I have been fighting for over a year to get placement. But DSS doesn’t want us to have them. They even stopped my visitation a few weeks ago. Both of the babies need to be with their parents, not in fostercare. I have a very good case against Yadkin County, but I have been waiting to see what the judge decides before I start any lawsuits. Also I am looking for an attorney to handle that. Someone please help us bring these babies home, and to put DSS in their place!!

omg i read these posts and know iam not alone.I also need help iam in oklahoma.I have a great case an the evidance to back it up.cps has broken federal law state law an has broke anouther judges cort order in my case.there is also a school district involved an health department.I also have an x pross in my case who tells me cps done every thing wrong an has broken many laws in my case.i have a parraleagel who has been helping me prepare every thing.I need a lawyer who isnt scared to take my case to federal cort.i know if my case is herd it will help many outhers in the state of oklahoma.you can e mail me at acoustic_shawn_guitar@yahoo.com

i need someone to help for that my girls ranaway and got caught and now they are lying and they took my son for no reason at all .they took advantage and now they are saying that they were taken away and they were not my daughters learned that if you say one thing that they thought that their dad would go to jail and they would come home an in fact they lied and it hurt and tore the family and now the cps is doing is lying to them to make me look bad and i need help here in tucson arizona why because my daughter is a trouble maker and took her sister out to see there boyfriends and when we woke up and we found they got scared and now we look like the bad people and their dad is facing prison and me iam not sure i wish i can get good advice and not to be tricked/

El Dorado County, CA. — I am a disabled person, medically retired from law enforcement. I appeared in an EDC court on Friday, Oct. 5th at the behest of a family to give testimony on their behalf. Within 5 minutes of entering the courthouse I was arrested for making “terrorist threats” and lodged in jail. The investigator stated a CPS worker claimed that I threatened to murder the worker by hanging. I have never spoke to a CPS worker, I have no kids and appeared as a friend of the court.
I have no criminal history and now face a strikeable felony charge. Need help!

I heard from my children a few weeks back they had been taken out of class and asked questions by a cps worker. She then called me and scheduled an appointment with me and never advised me of my rights. She then questioned me of my whole life. Who lived at my home where I have lived esc esc. I explained that the father has had assalut charges against him in the past few months, dui esc. She stated for the girls not to see the father, grandma and the teacher for the youngest child should be changed. She then stated I was doing all the right things and she would be done with her report shortly. She is now going back and forth telling me I am a good mom and then not and then yes. At this point she says no. She also says for me to kick out my partner from the home. I am so confused on what to do and am looking for any assistance to fight them. Please help me. My children are happy, healthy, and in a wonderful enviroment. What can I do.

cps are all apart of a sick twisted version of the black market!!!! they took my children for no reason then blame me when my oldest develps problems..ofcourse she is gonna have issues after they remove her from her home and then split her apart from her baby sister!!!! now i have a third baby they want to keep and sell!!!! my oldest they gave back just to turn around and take again and my middle child i havent even been allowed to see since she was about 18months old…she is now 3yrs old!! and my baby could be facing life in hell by being sold to some money grubbing scum that are only in it for the money…..my attorney isnt helping much and these people make me out to be the bad one…..the only thing i am guilty of is loving my chicldren and providing for them and caring for them and protecting them……i need help to fight this and i dont know where i can go it get help..i feel my babies are going to be lost and sold into this system for the rest of their lives and they will blame it all on me……

live in manchester nh. got a first contact from dcyf on friday. didn’t let her in without the warrent. she is coming back this following week. the report was for a dirty apartment. place is clean and getting cleaner by the minute, but i’m scared and want a lawyer so i don’t do anything stupid.

I have been searching all night on internet. My husband and I just moved to Texas from California. We have four children, all boys. We received a message at 5:00pm Friday evening from a representative at CPS that our 2 older children had a “referral” and had been interviewed this past Wednesday. We are devastated, confused, stunned and don’t know what to do. I tried to find out if my parental rights had been violated because they put my two children in a room ALONE with a stranger and did so on school grounds in front of other people but told me it was “confidential and they can’t tell me anything”…and on the info I found it read that ANYONE can accuse you and be protected. I am just devastated. I want to prosecute the person who did this to my family…it has caused me to become suspicious of everyone wondering why someone would do this and I have not been able to get a call back from the person who went to the school. I have called twice to no return call. Please help me. I don’t know where to turn for guidance and if I have any legal rights. It is like a rape case where the victim can accuse anyone and the victim is protected but the accusor is assumed guilty. This is how I am feeling and I have no way to fight back. I am so angry. Please help me.

My name is Melissa Winell. I am writing to you because I am trying
to help my brother, and all involved, to establish their rights to their
children. You see, these two children come from one mother and two
different fathers, Jason Winell (my bro.) and ironically, another man named
Jason. This young woman has managed to put my brother’s daughter in
imminent danger, on several different levels… She has flown from West
Virginia to Florida, with my brothers daughter, to be picked up by a 47yr
ex-convict she met online playing spades, with no prior introduction by
either party. This could have been a potentially dangerous situation…
Not only did she put my brother’s baby into a strangers car, she brought her
to the strange mans home to carry on a rendezvous in front of my niece.
Although my niece was just 11 months old at the time, now 1, this mother
possessed unsafe behaviors for my niece to have been subjected to. My
brother can prove countless acts of selfish, unsafe, and careless decisions
this young woman has made for my niece, all awhile abandoning her child by
the other man named Jason, in West Virginia with his very elder great
grandparents and his grandfather, a registered 3rd degree sex offender.
This little boys Dad is from Virginia and went to W. V. to get his little
boy. The St. Albans Police in W.V., handed over his son to him and a few
days later, dad was arrested for kidnapping his child from the great
grandparents, inspite of proof that he is the little boys father. Aside
from these two children, this woman has already lost custody of another mans
baby to the state of Virginia for drug use and neglect, as to my knowledge,
she is currently imposing on my niece. I am afraid for the safety and well
being of these two innocent sweet babies, and no justice can be served nor
safety posed for these children by CPS, Police, and or like authority. My
brother is now residing in the state of R.I. and desperately seeking help to
bring his daughter home to a well rounded safe environment. Please, Please,

I need an attorney to sue Illinois DCFS for defamation of character. I am a graduate of Illinois Institute of Technology and a school teacher. A DCFS worker who was visiting the family home of my childrens father while I was there, told me that she was going to take my children then told that she didn’t have to talk to me when I had questions of why she thought might children were at risk. The worker then made a report in the county in which I reside stating that I placed my children at sever risk of physical injury. Then the situation got even more complicated by the behavior of the Kankakee County workers. I have been publically embarrassed and humiliated and I need an attorney to sue them for false report and defamation of character

Ad Litem “played†by Eileen Lackey, her last name fits her to a tee. I wonder if she earned a little extra on this one?
Job & Family Lawyer Miranda Tavares-Pirich provided for james cresswell’s at the taxpayor’s expense, no one informed the court or me as required this opposition, she had no business in this so-called private case Miranda T. Pirich. I wonder if she earned a little extra on this one too?
Mr. James Garvin the Lawyer J&FS referred for mr. cresswell, need I say more $, for mr garvin’s character.
Objection presented to Judge Lipps Head of Juvenile Court Judges, don’t know yet, but sure did get a bad feeling, you know the one you feel when your bank account is empty.
I obtained some of this feeling when I was denied my right to make a closing argument, again at this hearing too after hearing Mr. Garvin and Miss Pirich spit out numerous lies and twisted statements again, again having the last word saying mother has had time to coach her, meaning daughter Sabrina, which was not their right according to trial procedures.
I subpoenaed Sabrina to court twice over the last two months, the court also disregarded this, with Mr. Garvin and Miss Pirich stating again in their final argument Sabrina was lying and I had coached her into saying all the things she said, this was a false accusation as well as calling Sabrina a liar instead of talking to her.
Everything I have to say, I have obtained the transcript for, the (one-hour) rushed trial.
Local Rules state I have the right to view and have transcribed Sabrina’s in-camera, this was requested but was not included for some odd reason with the transcript at a cost of $400.00
I have original and other documentation to support everything this statement says.
Topic This is a completely unfair decision according to the evidence.
Specific Purpose I need to inform the court that this decision was based on violation of Rules and Procedures and negligence of duties. Children’s Services, the Ad Litem and the Court all played parts in this.
Thematic Statement This has been a complete injustice and is not in the best interest of the child.
** Over the last year, Sabrina has begged to come home through tears, and the help of friends through 3-way calls (being cut off from all communication with the only family she has ever known in Ohio, she states James Cresswell verbally and mentally abuses her.
Sabrina states James Cresswell made her sit before the family and forced her to eat a number of cigarettes and she did not mention this in court because she states her dad convinced her no one would believe her because she already smoked. Imagine this after being told on and off you can smoke and then you can’t throughout the past year, with cigarettes even being bought for you
In July of this year 2007 Sabrina was home, it was getting close to the time she was supposed to return to Louisiana, she adamantly did not want to do this. Even threatening to run away.
We arranged a meeting with Miss Lackey July10 2007, Sabrina told her all that this man had done to her over the past year of knowing him. Again Sabrina was disregarded.
Sabrina wanted to runaway and hide from him, I talked her out of this, this was at least the forth time over the past year since meeting her dad, and I talked her out of running away.
Sabrina then asked me to file for a restraining order.
** I have never abused or neglected my children.
All of them know they are loved.
Investigation revealed no abuse or neglect in our home.
It was determined that Sabrina needed grief-counseling 5-06. Children’s Services Miss Annie Hauck took over our case at this point, instead of arranging in-home counseling, she came to me two weeks straight, the 1st, telling us she contacted James Cresswell, the next week saying if I did not let Sabrina meet him and go there she would put Sabrina in a foster home.
I went to her supervisor Mike Battle about this, he did nothing about it and has since been fired from his position with Children’s Services for allowing his caseworkers to mishandle cases even to the point of helping Trustin Blue be abused and killed.
Our problems last year were brought on by lack of finances.
Although I do have 50,000 saved right now from back child support owed. I just don’t know when we will get it.
This situation started over finances and a time of grieving with two loved ones passing away.
** 1. I intend to show the court that the decision made here is completely unjust.
2. And that it came to be through violations of court rules and procedures.
3. And negligence of duties, and false information.
1 Rights Violated/ Right to Counsel denied
Sup. R. 3 States a Childs right to be represented by counsel at a hearing may not be waived
Juv. R. 30 States that a child must have representation, no one told Sabrina this or even asked her
If she would like to have counsel.
Sabrina specifically asked that Miss Eileen Lackey be taken off her case and not speak for her, this
request was denied.
Sabrina was denied any representation at this hearing and so was I
I had no counsel because Sabrina’s case was immediately closed after she left July 29th of 2006; Even though Children’s Services was supposed to follow-up on Sabrina’s mental health and make sure her new dad did what he said he would. This left me with no choice but to represent myself, I was told twice that Public defenders can not handle private custody cases, and of course since this situation was in part due to financial difficulties and could not afford a lawyer. I had went to legal aid but this case was rushed through in one hearing, by the time legal aid got back to me, the decision was already made.
We were at a great disadvantage, Mr. Cresswell had two lawyers fighting for him, Miss Pirich fought
harder for him than his own attorney Mr. Garvin. I was never informed she an opposing lawyer in this
custody case.
Juv. R. 19 States that this case was to be filed under a different case number, when siblings have different parents
Sabrina does not have the same father as Erika, Andrea and Nina.
Our Judge was not chosen at random as Rule states it would be. Miss Annie Hauck made sure this would be heard by Judge Milazzo, knowing he had already let the fact that she threatened us with foster care slide and he did not even hear this. Sabrina does not have the same father as Erika, Andrea and Nina.
2 The entry for this decision was based on false evidence and Mr. Cresswell’s 90% purgeress testimony under oath. The Judge decided later in the one-hour trial to contradict himself and decided I could not call Sabrina as a witness and after stating he would assign a new ad litem, he did not do this either.
The weight of evidence in this custody case was absolutely contrary to the decision made.
1 The court ignored the fact that Sabrina cried through the entire in camera at the preliminary hearing, this is not normal.
2 The court completely ignored the fact that in writing and witnessed, this man neglected getting Sabrina a Psychological Evaluation and counseling. James Cresswell did not get Sabrina into counseling until he was cued by the Judge he should do so February 27, 2007, eight months later.
4 Mr Cresswell contradicted himself on the stand stating Sabrina was doing great emotionally and then deciding eight months later, because of her emotional issues that he got her into counseling.
5 This decision was based completely on James Cresswell’s word, he had brought no documentation of Sabrina’s evaluation or counseling in fact he did not even know the counselors name.
6 And the fact that Sabrina was doing well in school again was used against her. I guess I should have never told her time and time again how important it was for her to do well in school again.
7 Sabrina’s shots have never been neglected as Mr Cresswell claimed, he never asked me about it getting her complete shot record. I was not allowed to obtain her complete shot record.
8 The court ignored Sabrina’s discharge diagnosis from May 2006, and ignored the fact that James Cresswell had discontinued Sabrina’s medication without a doctor’s order as soon as she left home July 29, 2006.
9 Mr. Cresswell Purgered himself on the stand under oath, saying he never gave Sabrina alcohol, when in fact Sabrina and the court entry stated he did. In fact Sabrina stated he gave her a ½ bottle of wine to get drunk on, Sabrina’s brand new step mom said goodnight drunkie after she drank it.
10 He also purgered himself stating he does not let Sabrina smoke, when Sabrina told me even during the break this very day of the one- hour hearing he and his wife offered her a cigarette downstairs outside the courthouse before she went into see the judge.
Sabrina stated sometimes she is allowed to smoke and sometimes she is not, when not allowed and caught she is severely punished, she is forced to eat cigarettes.
11 James Cresswell purgered himself under oath stating he does not use physical punishment, Sabrina states one of the times she was not allowed to smoke, he caught her doing so, he took a big wooden board to her.
12 Again he purgered himself saying he has always paid his child support, the court was given IRS statements withholding money for back child support, Court contempt charges and a balance right now of 27,000 owed in back child support, dated 3/07 by the director of CSEA.
13 The court ignored the fact that Mr Cresswell violated the court order to let me pick Sabrina up on Spring break. No big deal and excepted mr. cresswells lame excuse.
14 It was established that Mr. Cresswell had never filed a visitation form to meet his daughter, he had abandoned her her whole life, 14 and ½ years.
15 This decision was based on false accusations of untreated mental issues on my part, and the false neglected shot record for Sabrina, and the false statement that that I received $10,000 of the 37,000 in back child support owed, when I did not if the court checked this further, the director of CSEA Miss Barbara Yuegling can verify this, J&FS confiscated it, because around 4 years ago I had received public aid on and off for a total of about five years.
16 I was told I had the right to submit documentation as evidence, and yet J&FS lawyer Miss Pirich objected to almost every piece including the contempt charges against Mr Cresswell and sworn statements all relevant to this issue.
17 At the beginning of the trial I was told I had the right to call Sabrina as a witness and yet when I wanted to call her, The Judge changed his mind, maybe Sabrina would have discredited mr. cresswell’s testimony. Also the court stated we don’t have time, it was inconvenience to Mr. Cresswell, he had to get back to Louisiana.
18 The court told me all the circumstances and evidence would be taken into consideration, this did not happen.
19 Sabrina’s grandpa and uncle dying last year, both of whom she was very close to, was not considered, the fact that she had recently entered her teens on top of this was not considered, the fact that this happened over financial difficulties was not considered. The fact that this is the first time in over 14 years of parenting we had ever encountered these problems was not considered. The fact that I had had established employment with St Joe’s MRDD facility for almost eight months made no difference, the same with establishing new residence for eight months.
20 Sabrina, according to Miss Lackey’s report was found to be competent. Sabrina was adamant about wanting to come back home with her mother. She is 15 years old and was denied the right to have any say about this.
Court Rules were Violated
Ham. Juv. R. 19, B Requests to modify pre existing orders shall be by motion.
Mr. Cresswell did not file required documents when filing for custody, he omitted original court orders of child support, and supervision and counseling required of him and custody orders. And he never filed and affidavit identifying missing documents or efforts to secure them.
Mr. Cresswell has never complied with the court order to have supervised visits with Sabrina and parental counseling for up to six months.
There was never a dispositional hearing on Miss Hauck’s threat to place Sabrina in a foster home.
There was never an order of temporary custody from the court and yet Sabrina and I were threatened time and time again by Miss Hauck, her supervisor Mike Battle and Mr. Cresswell if I came to get her out of this environment.
Loc. R. 1.10 States that in a custody case, within 75 days from the date of service the Plaintiff must file A request for custody investigation or on the 76th day the case would be subject to dismissal.
Loc. R. II 2 B states an investigation by a parenting specialist must be done in custody cases.
Mr. Cresswell never filed this required motion and this investigation was never done.
Loc. R. 1.18 There must be a motion filed to terminate a child support order, upon conduct of an oral hearing by the court in review of support.
James Cresswell has never filed a motion to modify change or terminate his child support order, and
yet Miss Hauck stopped his payments for him July 19th 2006 and since then the court order has been
terminated with a balance of 26,000 due even before this decision is made final. There was never a
oral hearing on this.
3 Ad Litems negligence of duties
Our case has also been neglected and mishandled by Eileen Lackey the appointed Ad Litem.
Juv.R. VI 30D states that the Guardian Ad Litem has the responsibility of reporting conflict between the desires of the child and her recommendations to the court.
Miss Lackey met Sabrina February 27, 2007 she watched Sabrina sob through the in camera at the preliminary hearing.
15 minutes later she watched Sabrina literally drop to the floor sobbing uncontrollably, at the thought of going back to Louisiana with this man.
Sabrina still was not allowed representation.
Miss Lackey met with Sabrina in Louisiana for 15 minutes, Sabrina told Miss Lackey she was supposed to and wanted to come back home. Sabrina states she was not allowed to be alone with Miss Lackey.
Miss Lackey neglected her duty to tell the court of this conflict and Sabrina was still not offered representation.
Sabrina stated Miss Lackey had her mind made up already, Miss Lackey told Sabrina she was not going home and that her mother is mentally unstable.
Sabrina specifically asked that Miss Eileen Lackey be taken off her case and not speak for her, this request was denied.
I never had a chance to read the report by Miss Lackey; she laid it in front of me immediately before we were seated before the judge.
Miss Eileen Lackey has had my daughter’s (Temporary due to financial difficulties) Andrea and Nina’s case for 12 months, she has never attempted a conversation with me, she has never sent me a piece of mail, she has never attended a visit between me and my daughters, Andrea and Nina, she has never attended a family meeting either.
The same thing is true of Children’s Services, they have never attended a visit with me or my children, Children’s Services were told in two different court entries to get Andrea and Nina into counseling, and two different entries to investigate contacting my sister. Neither of these was done until 11 months later, July 2007. Melba Marsh’s court apparently frowns on this sort of thing, but not Judge Milazzo’s.
I had talked to Eileen Lackey for the first time February 27, 2007; I approached her after the preliminary hearing outside after
She told me the only reason Andrea and Nina could not come home was because, she had no discharge information from Greater Cincinnati Behavioral, and I told her the case was closed, please check on it. She refused to follow up on this and left the court believing in her report I had undressed mental issues.
This Discharge Summary was accepted into evidence August 7th of 2007.
Sabrina requested a restraining order against Mr. Cresswell August 17th 2007, Miss Lackey and Miss Pirich attended this hearing on Mr. Cresswell’s behalf and Miss Lackey called Sabrina a liar.
4 Children’s Services negligence of duties
This case was immediately closed even though it was agreed that Sabrina’s biological father would get her into counseling during this temporary placement and it was to be followed thru with, it was not done or checked on. Sabrina was left alone and isolated 1200 miles away and cut off from all communication with her home and family here in Ohio.
Letting Sabrina meet her biological father, as an alternative to putting her in a foster home was never addressed by the court. The record will show in August of 2006 that all the court (Judge Milazzo) stated on this matter was I trust Miss Hauck I have worked with her. The hearing for this threat was overlooked for Miss Hauck’s sake.
To back all of this up for Mr. Cresswell, Miss Hauck and Children’s Service workers have made sure I have been maliciously persecuted over the past year.
Mr. Cresswell could have never filed for custody of Sabrina by law if Miss Hauck had not orchestrated this whole thing for him, three weeks after meeting Sabrina.
Summary
We have been maliciously persecuted over the last year and punished for going through a difficult
time. I have had to do everything i.e. (specifically intended for my daughter Sabrina, in the temporary agreement) I have done all of this and the Ad Litem and J&FS have attacked me for a year now keeping me under supervision with Andrea and Nina and hiding them from me, and more than likely completely neglecting their duties here too. Thank GOD Erika’s dad kept his word, this was to be temporary and Erika is back home.
The agency that was supposed to help has neglected their duties and so has James Cresswell. And yet they are both rewarded.
James Cresswell has no problems purgering himself under oath, what else is he capable of?
He has violated the court order of April 20, 2007 stating Sabrina is to have communication with her mother; he has cut all communication with all family here in Ohio.
He has traumatized Sabrina, and she does fear saying anything anymore about his actions.
There is an undeniable foreseeable risk in leaving Sabrina 1200 miles away and isolated with this man and leaving him completely unaccountable.
Remarks
Sabrina’s sister Erika is back home the last entry for Andrea and Nina states when my lease is up
next month, I just need to get a bigger apartment.
Sabrina was promised by Annie Hauck there would be no problems in returning home July 27th 2006,
Mr Cresswell Promised Sabrina there would be no problem in coming back home July 29th 2007, with
Sabrina’s grandmother and my sister witnessing this in our living room
After Miss Lackey and Miss Pirich helped Mr Cresswell avoid a restraining order, James Cresswell
told me August 17th to come and pick Sabrina up and take her home. He had had his child support
order terminated, this was all he was concerned about.
I could take Sabrina home on the condition that I filed no more paperwork for child support or
custody.
Of course I could not get Sabrina in school because of the custody issue, this episode was also
ignored.

CPS Has forced me to sighn adoption papers, lost them for the date sighned and now suddenlly has found then…3 months and 2 days after I sighned out of frear of not ever seeing my child agine. My son is in the custody of CPS in Somerset. The Foster Parents and We the Natural Parents reside in Cambria. They refuse to transfer the case, they have made false accusations against us, even about my son. I am very low income and can not afford a lawyer. My boyfriend and I are trying to get custidy of his daughter. She was taken away from the mother, who abused and did drugs the whole time. She told lies to the OREGON CPS for years. It took them 6 months to finally call him to say his daughter was in foster care. He doesn’t do drugs, and only record he has is speeding. He has custidy of his son. The oregon CPS lady will not return his calls so he can see his daughter, she lies to him. He has a steady job of 5 years, and helps raise my 3 children. He is a great father. We need help.

I am a foster parent who hired an attorney for a child in my care. DCF in Florida retaliated by removing the rest of the foster children. They are going to try to take my license by saying that my name has been mentioned 3 times in 5 years, so even though there were no “findings” there’s a pattern. my daughter ran away, i reported her to the police. They found her the next day after a night of partying and was asked where her bruises came from. She told them that I gave them to her. Now DFS is involved and has filled the court with a bunch of lies (along with the psych eval) which is making me look like a monster. Please, I need a lawyer in Montana that will help me. The DFS worker is making my life a living hell and I cannot take much more.

1. our son was removed from our custody at birth, 12/24/2005. I have in a safe place evidence of fabricated drug tests, perjured court reports filed by DSS social workers, and evidence of malice in that the social workers deliberately set out to create circumstances that would result in harm to me–in this case, taking my own life. The evidence is supported by documentation provided by Stanford University/Lucille Packard Children’s Hospital’s Compliance and Ethics department, the result of a two year investigation, i.e. fabricated drug tests and court reports submitted cps social workers and used in court to terminate our parental rights.

i can’t even think about how to begin. we are devistated as grandparants and my daughter has been almost destroyed. she did do something wrong16 years ago, and she has jumped through every hoop they told her too including defaming me so that she had no support, making her think if she did that she would get her children back. but the fact that they have made her sell out on everything to try and get her children back is gastapo tactics and just compleatly humiliating with no hope . she has also had many situation made to look as if they were something horrible , and when exposed as nothing it was just brushed over and things went on as if it was nothing had been said at all but these accusation would turn up later in other court documents. there has to be away to stop them.

Family in Washington needs help!!
My Husbands niece was placed in foster care 10/02/07. Since then, we have done our finger prints, FBI background check, a home study and all the paperwork CPS has requested of us. Somehow, we cannot get our niece placed in our home and CPS is siding with the mother’s family. They have suggested that the little girl be placed with the aunt (who is an undocumented alien) and once the mother gets out of rehab, she can move in as well. The sister has not done nearly as much paperwork as we have. Does that sound like CPS is taking sides?? I don’t know what to do & any legal advice would be most appreciated. God bless!!

My cousin’s 3 month old was taken into care 20 months ago. He is currently in a foster to adopt home and my husband and i have completed all home evaluations and IMPACT training classes trying to obtain custody of the child and adopt him. I was told that because the child is in one counties custody and I live in another county that i could go to the court house where i live and file a petition for custody and because i am a family member, i will get the child. Please help in anyway possible. We have a TPR hearing set for Feb. 12 but I want the child in my home and in my custody as soon as possible. this has been going on for too long!

Greetings! To whom it may concern I lived in the Bay Area most of my life and I am 50 years old, originally from South America, became a citizen yrs. ago. About twenty years ago I was falsely accused of child molestation to my son, and my children were taking away from me to foster homes and this ruined my life. When my children became adults they came back into my life and my son specially wanted to clear up this false accusation / felony the cps had given me. When my son Jr.grew up he came back and said he was going to the courts to tell them that they had framed me and set me up. unfortunately he was drowned a few days before he could do anything, but he did mentioned it to his family mother and sister that the accusation was untrue and unfair, and that they had done wrong! cps had told him what to say, and made him lie, and he felt very bad about what they had done to me, I didn’t even know he had told them this, thank God! this has been a living hell for me since the accusation took place, things are not the same probably never will be! Also the other day I ‘ve seen a program on television about the” falsely accused” with ( John Stoll’s appeal) and many others that were falsely accused of child molestation, there was about 50 or 60 cases that were overturned, This is great News! Thanks to the Northern California Innocence Project. / Thanks to Kathleen (Cookie) Ridolfi, Proffessor at Santa Clara University School of Law… I pleaded guilty when I shouldn’t have, the attorney I had at the time advice me to do, but I pray daily so I can overturn my case one day like others have done so. I was giving about six months in prison, and have been in jailed twice after this due to this false accusation, once by the immigration Dept. and once by regular police when I was involved in a auto accident. two yrs ago. there is more information to this… Please help me… I am on a fixed income at present time, but can compensate with monthly payments if given a chance. The courts gave full custody of my daughter to my ex, after i was in trouble with Iowa DHS. They gave her to him cuz my bf at the time had a domestic with his ex wife 4 years prior. I was close to getting her back, then they pulled that. Oct 2005 is when he got custody. Everything was going fine, i was getting my visitation, then he goes to mexico for vacation in August 2006..I havent seen or talked to my daughter since. He is living in Iowa now, with my child living in Mexico with his mom. He keeps saying he is gonna bring her back, but he has been saying that for over a year now. I now live in Wisconsin and have been married for 10 months now, and have had my current job for 9 months. My Husband and I have two teenage daughters one 15 one 16. They are both pregnant. No we did not want this to happen but yes we will support , help and love them regardless. As soon as we found out we took them to the Dr for the best care possible. My husbands Ins will pay for the deliveries but not the babies once they are born so we got them on Medicare. All our goals have not changed the gilrs want to continue school graduate and go to college. My husband has been an RN for 15 years and I have worked with special needs people for 10 years social worker first went to the school to talk to the girl’s without our knowing it. Then she came to the house to talk to me . My husband was at work. After she expained to me who she was she said she was just hear to ask a few questions. I was nice told her that I did not approve of this but we were going to make the best of it . The main concern was to care for the babies so the Moms could continue school. That my older children ages 34 and 30 were going to help me while the younger ones were in school. We live in a two story house with six bedrooms but did not feel comfortable with the babies being upstairs so are building another bedroom downstairs. I showed the social worker the room where it is already in progress. Signed a paper to let them get the Dr records Told her time and time again that I did not want or approve of this but was in no way not going to help and support the girls.The 16 year old told the social worker that it happened here.But that my husband and I were not aware of it.I don’t remember telling my mom and dad the first time I had sex either. Nor do I hear of it now. It has always been hidden from the parents. The social worker came back in a couple weeks and said there was going to be an investigation that she would come twice a month and make unannounced visits also. I hit the roof. I was not nice. I ask her what had changed before she said she expected to close it in 30 days and that would be the end of that. She said it was because it happened here. My oldest daughter told her right then that there was no way I could have prevented it.
After reading the information found on this web sight I know now why they are doing it. We are easy prey. I think we now need a lawyer. We live in Fitzgerald Georgia. Please help us keep our babies.

My daughter had to relenquish her parental rights on her daughter she is going to be adopted to her fathers aunt, whom she doesn’t even know besides a few visits prior to wanting to adopt her. They are going to take her back to CA during her Christmas break to see how she likes it. my granddaughter doesn’t know who these people are as her father was not part of her life. I feel the state of OR kidnapped my daughters little girl who is 7 yrs, she got into some trouble In OR and her daughter was put into foster care in the last year and a half. She had to relenquish or face terminaion of her rights, at a dead end she relenquished and now deeply regrets it but felt she was up against wall,she was on a deadline with CSD and she wanted to make her desision in the best interest for her daughter I miss my granddaughter and my daughter and it tears me apart to know that this is happening and i can’t do anything for them. They are in OR but the little one she is going to CA to and adopted by her aunt I guess I am asking is their anyway to reverse the relenquishment? 1. I DO NOT represent parties in juvenile court custody proceedings. Sometimes, however, I will take appellate cases.
2. You (your case) must be in Southern California, preferably L.A. or Orange counties. I do not practice in other states or localities. If you don’t say where you are, or you’re not in California, I’ll delete your email.
3. The only types of cases I handle at present are 1) warrantless removals and 2) actual injury or death to a child or children. This could possibly change depending on the outcome of certain currently pending appellate cases.

I have submitted what now is my 4th clean hair follicle test and saliva test this year. CPS has not done there job and continues to not do it. PLEASE SOMEONE HELP! They have no proof and are basing this on things maliciously told to them. They have no case. But my daughter was taken and not with me on christmas or new years. My daughter is suffering for what amounts to hear say. I don’t want a hand out just a hand up. Thanks

My then 4 year old daughter was put in “safety placement” in tennessee. It has been over 6 months and I haven’t even been offered a court date or anything. I’ve done everything they’ve asked me to do, and was told by a government worker that I “DIDN’T WANT TO MAKE THEM MAD AT ME” by being too overbearing with them on the phone. I cannot afford much for an attorney, but will pay what I can. Please help me. My daughter cries when I leave her and this is hurting both of us.

Is there anyone that can help me in Dallas,Tx? I dont have the best job to pay someone good money, but long story short, my 7 month old daughter was taken away because we had taken her to the dr for her shots and she had a couple of bruises, shes in the stage with toys, but anyway, the DR reffered her to Childrens and they did xrays and fiound she had 6 healing rib fractures….. My family and I are being harassed by a New York City Police Officer. After I evicted him from my home, he and his girlfriend called ACS on me on December 22. These people know the system so they are banking on remaining anonymous. For a police officer to blatantly use the system to seek revenge is abusive and does not deserve to remain anonymous. My husband and I currently have court-appointed attorneys and need advice only about the Juvenile Dependency Court practices and procedures. We are willing to pay for consultation.
Also, we have a civil case against Kaiser, a pediatrican from Kaiser, CPS, as well as the Emergency Workers individually. Our newborn baby was taken from us right out of Kaiser Hospital without reasonable cause. The baby tested negative for all substances, CPS performed a saliva test and lied to me and the court about the results. I have a hair follicle test which I paid for myself but the one from CPS was positive (both hair samples were taken at the same facility then both went to Quest Diagnositcs but the one CPS provides is from a company called CDT. There is legitimate reason to question their legitimacy and I have proof of why). The case is a surefire against Kaiser and the pediatrican. i have been found by the department of social services of indicated child neglect against 13 children was an employee at a day care facility. I was hired to open the facility at 6:30 in the morning. I was there by myself-with up to as many as 26 children at a time- until another employee clocked in at 7:45. It was at this time 11 of the children were to get on a school bus. There were several times this other employee failed to show up on time. The owners, when called, didn’t seem to care, so I did what I thought best to do. I would have the 11 children wait in the lobby , while I watched the other 13 children until the bus came, which was maybe a couple of minutes at the most. None of these children were ever left unattended. But, because when standing in the lobby of this facility you are out of the camera’s view, Social Services is assuming I left them alone for that minute or two. I am 23 years old . I have an associate degree of arts and am still in school to get a bachelors degree in child psychology. this however has all changed as Social Services has informed me that I will no longer ever be able to work with children. I have had to resort to seeing a therapist and can not seem to be able to overcome the devastation that I feel of being falsely accused of something so horrendous. I have sent in my appeal papers and am now just trying to live with this nightmare I can’t seem to wake from. Please, Please, I pray there is an attorney that will be willing to help me.

Hello, I am the grandmother of the children who were taken from my daughter mentioned above (Jennifer Armijo). My oldest grandson who is 13 was given to his bio-father who had nothing to do with him since he was 6 yrs. old, that father has now refused any rights to me, his aunt, or his mother. Cps is behind this, stating in documents filed in court, that this father was fit. Alto’ he has no criminal record, he didnt care about this boy for the past 8 yrs. And, my younger grandson who is 5 has been put in foster care and is having great difficulty coping. He has been acting out in school and taking his frustration out on other children. My daughter and her husband have no criminal background. I would have the kids stay with me, but CPS seems to be making an invalid case against myself and my other daughter, the kids aunt. Please help us fight this as time is running out. Next court hearing is in March 2008 and then the judge said if he isnt satisfied with things then the younger boy will be up for adoption by Sept.2008. This will break my heart. I have very recently discovered how corrupt DFPS in Texas really is. My husband is currently serving in Iraq and prior to his deployment his 2 nephews were placed in our care. After the older of the 2 had repeated acted out sexually on the other(which I reported) I asked for the older to be removed because the behaviors were acted out on my daughters. I was then accused of “repeatedly using duct tape” on the younger boy and he was also removed from my home. I want to fight to clear my name. If I can manage to get the younger boy back the would be icing on the cake, but I am not getting my hopes up. If any one can help please let me know.

So the story goes with C.P.S.
C.P.S came out and said they were there for a call of spots on Beau my son that looked like chicken pox and that Stephany showed no concern for the spots on him. The C.P.S worker stated to me and Stephany that the nurse at Beau’s school stated that Stephany showed no concern about the red spots. Stephany then explained the day before when he got home she did in fact call the school and ask about the spots and the school stated maybe there was a virus going around then Stephany called her doctor which her doctor said “ I really would not worry about it is probably a allergic reaction to something†She set up a appointment anyway for the next day, also she stated he showed up to school once or twice with dirty clothes on (which is false) she would of never let him got to school with dirty clothes on Either me or Stephany bring him to school and he never had dirty clothes on. And also being numerous times late to school and numerous times absent. I explained to the lady that Beau was in fact most of the times on time but because he would go into the cafeteria instead of his class that is why he was late and a week prior the school had a over the phone interview with me and Stephany and we all agreed that that was most likely reason he was numerous times late to school. The absences to school were due to them Leaving Beau and losing Beau at school twice and she was looking for a different school to enroll him in. We went to the doctor and it was in fact stated that Beau Mitchell had a allergic reaction to Strawberry milk. The dirt on their faces that Kristen said they were dirty before she got there they were playing out in the back yard and then when they came in they had pizza so there faces were dirty,. She took Karley in a back room and gave her a piece of candy and told her to pull her shirt up and took a picture of her stomach (and then later she denied the candy, denied that Karley had a shirt on). She took pictures of the kids the house etc. Then she stated we did not seem surprised that she was there and we explained Dodie Thompson our landlord told us she was going to contact C.P.S. We told our landlord we were moving and she is crazy got mad and told us that. Stephany then told her to give us drug tests because Dodie Thompson was probably telling her we did drugs she said no and Stephany again asked her to give us drug tests and she gave me my roommate and Stephany one. We explained to her Stephany had been taking a lot of medication due to medical crap and she been in and out of the hospital numerous times in the past 3 months for pregnancy issues, nose bleeds, cancer things etc. Then Stephany sent her 2 girls to Dallas 2 weeks before Christmas due to not having child care and Beau was in school all day for work. The last week before xmas she drove to Dallas to get the children while she was there Kristen knocked on the door told me that my roommate and I passed the drug test but Stephany failed the test and had “cocaine metabolites†in her system she said she had failed the drug test. I told Kristen there was no friggin way she ever had done drugs before and that we both either worked together or were around the children so there was no possible way for her to do drugs. I had Stephany on the phone and Kristen said can I speak to Stephany and Kristen told Stephany she could not bring her kids back to Austin she had to leave them their in Dallas. And to come back to Austin. She also told Stephany I would have custody of Beau until they gave her back custody and that Stephany could not be aloud alone with her son. Kristen told me that the prior night before on her off time she went onto the internet and was looking up the medications Stephany had taken and in fact there was multiple ones that Stephany had taken that could of made a test show positive she told me that if she comes back and does a 2nd test and goes and collects all her medical records as well as Kristen said she would go around collecting it also that if it comes up negative then they would be able to drop the investigation and she could go get her kids in Dallas. Stephany came back the following day and she went to do the drug test and then we spent the next 3 days trying to get all of her medical records. Stephany gave Kristen her medical records that she had and stated that there were a few papers missing because the hospital would not give them to her and Kristen said no worries she would get them. The next day C.P.S went with Stephany to her probation officer and her probation officer tested her on the spot and she came up negative also her probation officer told Kristen that over the course of 2 years she gave Stephany multiple random drug tests and she never ever failed any of them. The test in her office came up negative also. The next day Kristen stated that that drug test came up negative also that C.P.S had done but she would need to do a hair follicle test. I stated that you told me Kristen after it showed up negative you were going to drop the case and she said now we need this. So C.P.S again told Stephany she could not go get her girls in Dallas Texas for Xmas and she had to leave them in Dallas. Stephany did not get to see her children for Xmas. Stephany took the hair follicle test and failed for Methamphetamine and cocaine in the last 3 months. Stephany stated that she did not know where the methamphetamine came from but the cocaine was already established as prescription drugs and over the counter flonaze for her nose. So they wanted to know where the meth came from. Kristen set up an appointment with both me and Stephany to come in and talk with them and Kristen stated she was in the process of getting her medical records from Round Rock hospital.
* Kristen denied that Stephany asked for her to give drug tests. She stated that she knew she was giving us drug tests before she came out to our house that’s why she brang them but we have a roommate that she knew nothing about and she had one for him also.
* Kristen denied telling us that after the first drug test that came back negative that the case would be dropped and that Stephany could go get her kids.
* Kristen denied that she gave Karley a piece of candy and made her lift up her shirt (which the 3 yr old child told us she made her lift her shirt up and she gave her candy) *
* Kristen denied that she told us the school told her that Stephany acted like she didn’t care about the red marks on Beau.
(The school had Kristen on the phone when we showed up at the school and told us to be quiet and said that Stephany told us that you said we told you she did not care about the red marks on her Beau’s body and Kristen denied it on the phone and said I never told Stephany that)
* Kristen also told us that the reason for the investigation was because the school told her that Stephany appeared “ Jittery “ ((The school denies the claim)).

There for these were all the reasons that they felt the children were in neglect. The dirty drug test and hair follicle test and these other items that are or will be discredited.
So after that Her mother called me from Dallas and stated she could not keep the girls any longer and I thought well I already have been approved from C.P.S. to watch one child well I went and got the other children. C.P.S freaked out and told us that they would either take the kids or they had to go to her ex husband. Her ex husband was going to court on charges of abuse to Stephany Mitchell and her newborn baby, also he was being investigated for running a escort service also he was living in a motel with know prostitution going on a slummy motel Days Inn Round Rock. C.P.S felt that was a safe place for the children or Stephany would never see the kids again from the mouth of C.P.S. So then at this point Kristen closed the case said she found no reason of neglect to the children and that was it. Then Round Rock C.P.S picked it up and re opened it for the dirty drug test. We went to their office they told us it did not matter why she failed the drug test and she refused to look at the medical records stating we really don’t care you failed a drug test and that is all that matters. I stated The only reason she is not aloud to have her kids is because of the dirty drug test correct. The lady said yes and we stated well Kristen never got all of Stephany’s medical records Kristen lied and said she got them all. She didn’t and that These hospital records show the drug afrin was used to pack Stephany’s nose the 2nd time from bleeding and that afrin will make a drug test come up positive for meth. The lady again refused to look or see the papers from the hospital. She again repeated that she could care less about the hospital papers and that if we wanted to fight the dirty drug test that we had 2 options 1) to wait until the C.P.S investigation is closed and fight it or 2) to get an attorney but either way Stephany would not be able to get her kids back. She stated it does not matter why you got the dirty ua except you got one. I became hostile to them because I said you are accusing her of something and you are telling her you are taking her kids from her from the dirty ua and she has proof to stop it and you don’t care. As we were leaving her office she told us that she and C.P.S was only looking out for the best interest of the children and that Her and C.P.S does not appreciate people that lie and make up stories about drug use that it would be better to just tell us you did meth or cocaine than to lie. They also made us again do drug tests She also stated that C.P.S does not help or do any dna testing to find out if I am the father (which The Taylor office told us she is lieing) She also stated because I have not had a dna test done that I was nothing to my daughter and that they could not disclose anything or tell me anything or let me see my daughter Karley) Said Stephany could come visit the children but not me………………
So then we Went to a attorney, The attorney said C.P.S. did not have a leg to stand on but unfortunately to fight the case would cost 3 to 5,000 dollars. So we agreed to hire an attorney and when we called C.P.S back to find out when we could see the kids they told us they were not aloud to speak to us anymore because we “lawyered up†and she hung up on us.
C.P.S has lied to us numerous times, we have taken off of work numerous times to do the several drug tests, hair follicle tests and the numerous times she wanted to meet us and the numerous days it took us to get all Stephany Mitchell’s doctor records. They lied to us about the whole investigation with in the reasoning as stated below:

The problem was they told me to shut up and quit causing trouble or they would throw me out of their office. So they never aksed me a question so how could I of lied???????
C.P.S has called her mother, her father, numerous relatives and numerous friends and told them lies about Stephany Mitchell. Both Offices Round Rock and Taylor.
They have also told me lies and they have not once helped us we went and got all the stuff ourselves.

I need someone to get in touch with me regarding how to bring a lawsuit against social services for illegally removing my children. It is long and complicated but essentially they said they took them because I used a kerosene heater so I fixed that situation and then they said neglect. The caseworker also said that my children needed to be with a black family because they look more black than white and that white people dont know how to care for their kids. Please help.

I am in need of an attorney in houston. I was just served this morning to be in court next wednesday. My daughter died when she was 8 weeks and 3 days old of SIDS May of 2007. CPS said it was a standard call when a child dies in the home. They wanted to place our children with family members until my daughters autopsy came back. I need an attorney that could help me fight to prove that my child’s privacy rights were violated, both by Hillsborough County Sheriff Office Child Protective Investigation and Hillsborough school district Tampa Fl. I was threatened that my child was going to be taken into custody because my 6yrs old son refused to undress himself for them to observe that there were no visible marks or bruises. Needless to say the investigator did not have any substantial evidence and investigation was handled corruptly. My son was interviewed by three people, brived to talk by school official and investigator. The investigator interviewed my son twice, which is against procedure. I believe that this was done because I was a former investigator.

I am the mother of 10 children, grandmother of 12. I knowed from a very young age that I wanted to be a mommy and wanted to have lots of children .I married at avery young age and had my first child when I was 17. But I had been taken care of my little brother and sister long before that . I was sexually abused at the age of 11 and phisically abused untill I Married at the age of16,and for 13 years of marriage was abused by husband james bowles but the cheating destryed our marriage long before the abuse did. I am a resident of Tenn but was born in ky I have a sister who has cancer and I went to visit in may of 2007 I had moved away 14years ago right after I had My son micheal and my divorce was final. My ex husband claimed he wasnt his and would not have eny thing to do with him, until that awfell day, alligation were made against me of child abuse and sexually abuse charges were made against my three younger childrens father ,who had rasied my older daughter from the age of 4 and micheal who was5, he would never hurt his children he adored them and they adored him these alligation were made by my ex becouse he found out that my son micheal was on disability and drawed 700dollars amonths and only then wanted to claim him. They came and tore my babies from my arms , tears running down there face crying in silence and my 8 yr old beging me mommy dont let them take me I will be good,they wouldnt let me hug them or let me tell them that every thing would be okay My heart was broken that day and my crys for help go unheard.That was seven months ago The investigation was closed my daughter was checked by a docter who said she wasnt molested ,but They still have me jumpping thru hoops like a trained seal and yet I still fighting to bring my children home to tenn. But warren county social service hold my children hostage and I only get to see once every two weeks for one hour restricted visits. They handed my special young man over to his biological father who has never been in his live,whosexually abused young girls starting with me ,than my 12 yr old sister and moved on to his step sister who was 15 and now his new pofession meeting ladies on the internet who are on disibility and living off them . He has never payed me my child support and has children by 4 other women. I found out that the foster father in the home where my daughter is has been turned in by other foster parents of inapproiate behavior toward my daughter and I made a report against him and they told me I was just trying to cause trouble. Child protective services in ky knowed as the common wealth state has devastated and destryey hundreds of families leaving a trail of broken hearts,boken dreams and shattered childhoods,rather then helpping families in crisis they use unconstitutional laws ,false alligations to rip children away from poor,but loving kind and caring parents. Breaking GOD given bonds and adopt the children of grieving parents out to others who proffit financeally with large monthly subsity payments. I need a attorney who has the balls to take on the government and sue the state of kentucky and bring our children home! The law that started thisCAPTA must be repealed. We must work tirelessly to inform the public of the injustice against our familiy structure. We must keep faith and know there is a God who cares,there is a answer to end this heartache and bring our babies home. CPS closed an investigation that I started against my ex husband. My kids are exposed to pornography while they are with their dad. CPS interviewed him in a McDonalds… didn’t even go to his apartment. (Part of my complaint was porn on the internet in plain view of the kids, sex toys left in plain sight, and a video camera in the bathroom set up on a shelf). The CPS investigator SHARED the file with him by opening it and sliding it across the table for him to read. They had ALREADY decided that the kids had been coached by the mother, and that I was a vindictive scorned woman. The case was closed due to lack of evidence. I am scared for my children. They still go to his apartment every other weekend and report a new girlfriend every time with other children usually. They don’t even remember the names anymore. My oldest is 10 (female) and she tells me that daddy has been exposing her to porn (after I went to bed when we were married) since she was 8 yrs. old. How do I protect my children??? How do I dispute CPS’s investigation??? My children stand in the snow and refuse to get in the truck with him when he comes to pick them up… he calls the police and forces them to go with him. SOMEBODY give me some resources to fight this…. please, and also please pray.

I live in the Springfield MA area. My son is sitting in a foster home as DSS tries to terminate my parental rights. They took him in Feb. ‘07. Got him back Aug. 27th 2007. They took him again October 16th 2007, claiming I abused prescibed medication after surgery on Oct. 12. Judge found them to be arbitrary and capricious and sent him back home to me Nov. 22 2007. DSS took him AGAIN Dec. 6 2007 and he’s been gone ever since, almost three months now. Reason changes every week. No one will help us. I guess maybe I should go it alone, pro se, so at least I’ll have a clue as to what on Earth is going on here. Any advice would be so greatly appreciated.

San Antonio, Bexar county. I am a foster parent who believes that a TPR was done prematurely.
We have finally reunited all the siblings that are in CPS care. There are a total of 5. We are understanding that Mom did not have a fair trial, and that she did not get good counsel. I would greatly appreciate a good family law lawyer that could give advice. We don’t have money, and don’t even know where to begin to seek help (I am a little on the wrong side??) We work for reunification in all possibly curcumstances. These children’s parents rights were terminated before we had placement.

Claims were substaniated about me by CPS. I am a teacher of 17 years and the claims say I am a sexual abuser of my students. The investigation was one sided and I Have been suspended now for 3 months and still haven’t gone back to work. A crimminal investigation was conducted which found no evidence of a crime. I would like some help.

CPS took my daughter into mediation on 1/23/08 and told her she had to voluntary sign her rights away to her 2 children because the judge was going to automatically terminated her rights. That she had no choice, her choices were (1) that she vouluntarily give her 2 children up and they would allow her to keep the unborn child she hasn’t had yet. (2) that if she didn’t give up her parental rights the judge was definitely going to terminate her rights, CPS told her that the judge terminating the rights allows them to come to the hospital and take up newborn child and any other child she may have in life!
I need help I don’t know what to do, can a CPS appeal be filed to return the parental rights of my daughter? Please someone call me to help me at (972) 302-4330.

My husband and son (16yr) got into an altercation one evening about 45 days ago. My son ran over to the nieghbors house and called the sheriff’s dept. Charges were filed and my son was taken into emergancy costody and my daughter stayed with us for the nest 4 days. Then CPS found out about her and asked if we would voluntarily place her w/friends for a few days while they investigated. Since then we have had a hearing and were assigned services for the incident that happed with my son. We have had 2 more conferences asking to please let my daughter come home. The incident did not involve her. There is NO danger to her. She is begging to come home and now they want us to sign another 30 days. This whole thing revolves around my son and his behavior. We have asked to relinquish our rights as parents of him because we just cannot have him live in our house and do the things he does(long list). CPS said they wouldn’t let us do that, yet because of his age they wouldn’t let him come back anyway. With my son out of the home I want to have my daughter return and they won’t let her. She is crying, My husband and I are dying inside and NOONE at CPS cares about anything we have said. Please help!!

I have a teen daughter that has been misbehaving. She was being disciplined and was accidently injured. I have three other children that are being caught up in CPS investigation. My teen has gave falsefied statements to the CPS that prompted them to remove all of the children. I have been working with local programs with my daughter for behavioral issues for 2 years. The programs did not produce results. I am adamant about a positive solution with my daughter for reunification but the CPS has presented false info to the courts to grant a no contact order. I have not seen or spoke with my children for two months, and CPS has not gave any reasonable explaination as to Why? Please help me with this case. Also CPS took possession of my children from a family emergency contact and gave temporarily custody to my teen’s boyfriend, mother.So, My daughter and her siblings spent two days with her boyfriend. Can some one please help me sort through the Madness.

2 of my teenaged daughters ran away and gave false accusations to muscogee county DFCS. there was no investigation and i have 3 other children in the home around the same age who told DFCS the allegations were not true. DFCS said the can go where they want to and both girls admitted to lying. i lost my job and numerous things. i need a lawyer who would be willing to sue the state of georgia DFCS office. for civil rights violation, and continous harrasment, slandered, loss of employment and public humiliation. thank you. i have evidence and numerous witness to my plight.

I am writting you in regaurds to a case in Willissont North Dakota that has been on going for the last 5 years concerning myself and my children. I have three children that I currantly do not have custody of and are as of Thursday February 21st, 2008 are not at home with me where they belong.
My oldest son is 15, my daughter is 12 and my youngest son is 10, they are very good children that are doing the best that they can to get by in a world that has been very cruel to them in so many ways.
My oldest son was born on time but there wrer many difficulties in his birth and he was resesated, at a young age he was diagnosed with ADHD but aside from that he has never been a problematic child until he started skipping school this year.
My daughter has always had both physical and emotional isses, having severe Asthma and only resently being diagnosed with ADHD along with major depression. The school has not worked with me to create an IEP that works for her no matter how matter how many time I have tried to get someone to help me.
Last here but not the least, is my youngest child of 4 who is 10. He is overall the sweetest child that you will ever see in all of you life as far as I am concerned, his diagnosis is ADHD, depression, anxiety and PTSD. I have tried to get the school to work with me but to date of their removal had no luck in doing so.
I don’t know where to turn to and do not know where to send this letter to but am hopping based on it’s contents you will be able to help me or send it to someone that can.
This is not the first time that they have been taken from me and I don’t know that with all the work we have done in the last few months we can handle this for long one more time.

I am a 34 year old mother of 2 boys (16 and 12) that were removed from there father for a total of 10 times over the last 10 years and this time they have been in custody for 4 years. I have liited contact and I have done everything that DCBS has required of me and still I cant not seem to get my children home. They have made false accusations and still have not given me reason as to why they will not let me children come home to me. They kept sending these kids back to their abusive father and now it is gotten so bad this time they are trying to TPR my rights along with his and I do not know why. I am desperate at this point and I need some help. Legal aid doesnt help. Please advice. Desperatley need guidance. I do not know where else to turn to get somone to hear my case. PLEASE HELP. I am desperatley trying to get my children home and if there is anyone that can guide me into the right direction. I lost my children when I was living in a spouse abuse shelter 12 years ago to their very abusive father and DCBS in Frankfort Kentucky has removed these children from their father 10 times yet to place them back with him when he completes his case plan. I as well have completed these case plans continuously but yet the keep giving them back to their father so he can abuse them again. Never once have they given me the opportunity to raise these children in my home. This last time they were reoved was 4 years ago and now they are trying to TPR my rights along with the fathers. I do not understand as I have never done anything but try to get custody of them. I have limited contact with the children and my visits are sdtill supervisded after 4 yearsd. I have done everything on the case plan that they ahve asked and once completed then they make anothe case plan. I have been advised that I need to sue them for false accusations and just alot of particulars in this case to know that something just doesnt add up. They have been several wrire ups in the local newspapers about the DCBS here reovong children for no reason and terminating parental rights without reason. I really need to speak with someone before this happens to me and my children. I have never done anything wrong for my children to be in placement. I do not understand why they kept giving my children back to their abusive father over and over again but will ot give me one chance to let me raise them. I am a good mother and I have never even raised my hands to them. Please someone refer me to someone that can help before my children become another statistic by DCBS. All I want is the opportunity to raise my boys the way I should have been able to from the beginning. I believe they are at fault for continously putting my kids in harm way by sending them back to their father. Please someone help…

i need help.dcfs removed my 2 children currently 9 and over 10 1/2 yrs of age from my home.because i didn’t know the law here in california they made false allegations against me and my ex-fiance.they didn’t have a search warrant nor did they take pictures to back up the allegations they lodged against me.i went through all the things they wanted me to do(drug tests,parenting classes,etc.)my last court date is on 4/21/08.dcfs failed to notify me that my children are going through counseling(the foster parent informed me not dcfs!!!!)50% of the time i did not even receive the minute order from court nor the statements of what the social workers were going to submit into court.please contact me at 661-949-7040.i am on a fixed income and i can’t afford a lawyer on my own.any help or info is greatly appreciated

Please, I need an attorney who can represente me and have a knowledge in a medical malpractice, and CPS falses accusation. I am a low income mother, this 27 of March 2008, they said going to put my son Ethan for adoption. Please I need your help. I have 2 pair of twin and Ethan is one of the last pair, CPS gave me 3 of my children but they accusme to hurt Ethan because since bird he was vomiting even after diferent milks. How they can accusame to hurt him. I have been ask for the files from the hospital he born and I am in the process to get the files from Loma Linda hospital, witch is the place they said I hurt my son, I took him to a gastroenterogy, and the doctor toll me take to the hospita, witch was admited because the bomiting continuoslly, after that the CPS came to my house, and the CPS representative after see my house and said everything was OK, half an hour later coll me and came with 2 polices car and CPS representative to my house, traying to take my 4 children from me at that time my father came and took all my children with him. They have giving me one by one three of them, and I had my son Ethan on the weekend, but my father have been so attach to Ethan than he want to keep him. Ethan is my son and I have done everything to have him with us, and his brothers and sister. Ethan have some desability and I have ask the Regional Center than test him for Autisim, I am his mother and can see the different from the others 3. We trying to give him all our love and his brothers and sister playing with him and they doing ok together. I have made a lot of of research to see how we can help him to normal as possible.
Please help me to have my son back, the CPS do not want it, that is what she said this next 27 of this month, want to put my son for adoption. I never hurt any of my children and I can give you a list of persons can said how good mother I am, I have more to explein to you and how wrongly the dept. of CPS have falselly accusedme.
Day Care can give you any feet back about me and how clean and healthy my children are.
Please answer me soon as possible, I need somebody represente me and not the lawyers the Dept. of CPS have assigment to me they do not leave me explain nothing in court. I am not able to speak out only cry. My husband and me do not have a saiding in court.

My four children were taken from me and placed with my mom. My husband had a past case where he hit our son with a belt causing a bruise in which he served time for, now our kids don’t like being grounded for months at a time and not having fun they told school they were scared to come hoe because they got in trouble again. They said my husband hit them and left a bruise but he hasn’t hit them we’ve been grounding them not spanking them. My oldest has a friend in foster care who brags about all the stuff they buy her and how she gets to talk on the phone to boys, go out to play till late at night and go on outings whenever she wants. So my daughter lied and said she got hit to be with her friend. Now my husbands in jail and they are threatening to terminate my rights and I haven’t touched my children. Please help! California Attorney Wanted. Our case is currently being appealed in Riverside. Our case was terminated in January and our son was returned home, after 8 months. We were denied due process and our civil rights were violated. Our appeallate attorney has advised us to seek an attorney for a civil lawsuit. Three months after moving to Newaygo, MI, my daughter’s two children were taken by CPS after accusations by a disgruntled apartment manager.
Her court appointed lawyer kept telling us the case was still in pretrial. He had actually pled her out in chambers without her consent. CPS has been holding her to these allegations saying that she will not take responsibility for her actions.
She has done everything asked and more. They took her newborn the day after he was born. Her replacement court appointed lawyer says they cannot back track, that she just has to please CPS. She is pregnant again, and due the first week of May. She has been having home visits FINALLY and was about to be getting unsupervised visits, when the CASA worker made a report and CPS rescinded the unsupervised visits.
The foster mother is picking baby names for the unborn baby with my daughter’s 8 year old daughter.
After 20 months of being in custody, going to therapy, the children’s stories are still NOT consistent. They also took away the SSI my daughter was getting for the children, yet she is expected to provide a meal twice a week during her visits. She does not have enough food for herself, which is not good for she and the baby she is carrying. Out of her SSI, she pays for rent and utilities of a three bedroom apartment so she will have a place for the children to come home to.
She has done parenting classes, DBT Group, Parents As Teachers, Wrap Around and now they have her taking cooking classes. One of the charges was that the children were not being fed, yet they were healthy when taken into custody. The children are VERY bright, intelligent and manipulative.
We know they are planning to take the new baby too. I live 911 miles away and had a home study done for the ICPC. The ONLY reason for denial, is that I need bigger housing. I just got on section 8 housing this past September. I cannot move from this residence for one year unless I have documentation stating that I will need the bigger housing which the court will not do, because they cannot get a report of suitable housing. I am already raising a granddaughter I adopted a year and a half ago, not a child of the daughter in question.
We asked for the case to be moved here so that my daughter could have family support and they keep saying that cannot be done.
They told my daughter yesterday, that she had been found guilty. How can one be found guilty when no trial has occurred. She said they also told her yesterday that she only had the two choices to begin with, to plead guilty or no lo.
Is there any way to straighten out this mess….please? This is half of my family, one of which I have not even seen yet and one I may never see.

Please help me, I live in Louisville, Ky my daughter’s two children were taken from us in Nov 2006. because of her baby’s father’s drug addiction, and domestic violence between her and the baby;s father, My daughter and the two kids lived with me, and had lived with me since the oldest child was born. So I know that the kids were taken care of, and loved, but this is where the problem is coming in at. Because they were lving in my home when they were taken, I too was chareged in the abuse/neglect case. Three court appearences later the charges against me were dropped by the family court judge, saying that they coud not find anything to substantiate the charges. Although I was summoned to court all of the 3 first times, I was never allowed to speak in my defense against the charges, or even go into the courtroom with my daughter, everytime I tried to go in the courtroom I was stopped at the door and told that this was for the parents. Then they came out of the courtroom the 3rd appearence and said that I was no longer needed in the case, and the charges had been dropped. Now mind you, I’ve been asking cps to let the children live with me until my daughter can do what she needs to do to get them back. But the worker that they assigned to my daughter said that she wanted me to do some things first before she considered placing the kids with me. She said that I needed to enroll in some parenting classes and go to some al-non meetings. Make my daughter move out of my house, and then she would consider letting me have the kids. So I enrolled in a place called Chidrens and Families First for the parenting classes, my daughter and her boyfriend moved out of the house, and I went to the al-non meetings, Then after I had went to about 4 or 5 of the parenting classes, I was told by the cps worker that I was wasting my time going to Childrens and Familys First, because cps didn’t approve of the classes that they offer. She said that she wanted me to take the classes that the Home of the Innocence had for parents to take. So I called and enrolled in thier classes. Since their classes weren’t going to start up again for another 4 to 8 weeks, I went on to finish the first ones so I would have a certificate from both to show cps. The worker told me that after I finished the parenting classes and had gone to several of the al-non meetings, and had gotten my daughter and the boyfriend out of the house to let her know and she would scheldue a home study and what-not. She let me believe that there would be a chance that I would get custody of the kids. i did what they asked and then called her to let her know that I was ready, this was like a year later. Because the worker also had kept putting me off about my being ready for her to consider me for placement. She kept saying that I hadn;t gotten rid of the boyfriend , trying to say that he and my daughter were still living with me. IT did take me a while to get rid of the boyfriend, he wouldn’t leave and stay away, it finally took him getting arrested and now facing prison to keep him out of our lives. But a year later when now there is not much time left to get the babies home. Now cps is saying that just because the judge dismissed the chargesss against me, and the courts didn’t want to mess with the charges against me didn’t mean that cps dropped the charges on me, they are saying that on my record with national cps, it still says that I am guilty of neglect/abuse! And I will have to appeal that finding to get it off of my record and cannot be considered suitable placement for the kids until that is off of my record. Please is there a lawyer out there somewhere willing to help me, they are going to take away my daughter’s parental rightts on May8 this year, When that happens, I lose my rights as their grandmother, this isn;t right, I kept those babies with me at all times no one ever hurt them, I let my daughter and her boyfriend live with me so that I could make sure that the babies were loved and taken care of, but cps says that I failed to protect the children. This is so wrong. They don’t even know to what extremes that I was forced to go to, to make sure that my two beautiful grandchildren were taken care of and safe from all harm. I don’t have much money to give to an attorney but what I do have you are welcome to if you can save my grandbabies from never being able to remember the one that loved them the most. My life will not be a thing if those two babies are gone from it. No one else in thier families can get custody of them either, because both of the children have different fathers and even though each child’s father’s mother’s are willing to take custody of their grandchild, cps is saying that they are not going to split the children up. So they can’t go to the father’s side of their families either. This is so sad that they are losing everyone that they know and love. My 5 year grandson had lived with me for almost a year while his mother underwent detox and rehab programs. He suffers from ADHD, for which he was been prescribed two different medicines and several different dosages and they still haven’t settle on one that works. He also suffers from abandonment issues and goes into towering rages during which he cries uncontrollably attacks anyone who crosses him. During these he must be distracted somehow. During one of them, had been pummeling me in the face for about a minute and I finally freed a hand and smacked him on the butt to snap him back into coherence. It’s a routine that works.
CPS decided he was receiving corporal punishment at my hand and took him away. These were not spankings and were not administered in anger but only to snap him back to reality before he damaged himself or someone else. Now I’m branded a child abuser and not allowed to have anything to do with him and I have no idea how to get a fair hearing on the subject.

We are looking for a new lawyer in Roundrock Texas our lawyer is not doing his job he is just merely going to each court hearing telling us to do whatever cps tells us to do or we will not get lour children back we have paid him over 3,000 and now we have a court date coming up again on April 13th and we spoke to two other lawyers that both agreed he is not doing anything for us. I need a lawyer that has had cases with cps and won or at least know civil laws and what they can do and cannot doi and is not afraid or is honest enough to take our money and actually defend us. i need a attorney who works in the philadelphia pa. area. i need someone who is strong and aggressive to represent me in this situation. my son was removed from our home by dhs social worker that used the system to do his dirtywork. he falsified documents,twisted stateements give to him by doctors school nurse and counsler,teacher ad primary doctor. he also mispresented his true intentinons my son has type 1 diabetes and takes insulin shots 3x’s a day.after the social worker had been making visits to my childrens school .(all this without our knowledge) trying to find something to use. he tried to get them on truancy.but could’nt because they went to school.he found ot my son was diabetic and a couple of times his blood level was 400. he used that as a means to have him removed.even though he was told that was’nt bad.he was given all the information necessary for him to close his investigation and leave us alone.but he did’nt. please help me as a.s.a.p.

Our daughter was taken by CPS in Montana after birthing her child. Took both. We took her to the hospital ourselves, but they are trying to claim neglect. We are in Spokane,Wa. Any help please. Our child had a hard labor an lost a lot of blood and when we found out that they were going to give her a blood tranfusion, We ask about dangers to her as a result there of. They said that she could have an adverse reation to the transfussion. We said no. Cbc was 9 and pose no medical problem. We are good parents. Thanks.

my son is a year old i have been fighting cps for six months. i have done everything they have asked…but still no progress. My attorney isnt helping AT ALL!!! i am a single mother with no family. I recently got back from iraq and now they r saying im mentally unstable. The VA wont help…me and I REALLY need some.

Hello my name is Lisa and I am writing to all of the families that are going threw this junk with cpc and am wanting to try and set something up with everyone who can take the time and stand up for what is right. I think it would be very good for us all to try and set up a date and time to go to D.C and rally. Our rights have been taken and we all need to stand up for our children. I dont think that the goverment really knows what is going on inside cps. So many families have been destroyed and children have been torn from the ones they love. We all know this is wrong and they cant get away with what they have done. Please stand up for what is right. In Northern Nevada, my 2 yr. old daughter was removed from me, from a +thc, urine test. from a brief visit to the emergencie room while traveling through town. Allegations consisted of breastfeeding while high, breastmilk was pumped and tested clean,neg.for drugs, at that time two days after they took her from me. since then the cps social worker makes new allegations all the time. Cps had their own sphychologist evaluate me, for a brief 40 minuets or so, since then trying to get the Judge to terminate parental rights. Not even Identifieying our home doctors eval’s, saying I was healthy and mentally stable enough to parent my child..baby’s pediatric doctors show she was always healthy and well taken care of, in my care. Needing lawyers help, as to what to do from here, have followed case plan for 7 mo.s moved here from home, baby’s and my stuff in storage. in another state. attending school for employment.I have money, income! will pay anything to have help to investigate me, my lifestyle, to prove baby would be safe in my care, back with me. Judge is wiling to put baby with Maternal grandmother or my cousin, where does this leave me to live? would this case be transfered to that other state of mother or cousin? this is my fourth child and Our home state of Idaho was willing to give me the chance of being a mother to my last child. judge wanted Idaho to take the case only now, because of CPS’s allegations of being mentally Ill, Am stuck in Nev. working my but off to make enough money to have someone represent me. While CPS Social worker makes up more false allegations about , aginst my motherhood. And my daughter cries leaving each visit with me.

The case worker on my sons case the only thing that ever came out of her mouth was a out right lie how can these people get away with this. If that were us we would be inmprissoned. Please help somebody i am starting to hate this god forsaking country. Its all corrupted if you ask me. We need to do away with c.p.s. They are nothing but leagalized kidnappers.

My son accidentally dropped his 3 month old son during bath time. His head hit the side of the sink and it made a large welt on the back of his head. He took his son in to the hospital and CPS charged in and took his son away. My son was scared and didn’t understand what was going on and didn’t tell the whole truth what happened. When he told them everything that happened they decided to label him a “Severe Child Abuser” and said the child had injuries as if he was dropped out a 3 story building, then it was as if he were in a car accident going 75 mph., and so on. They haven’t charged my son with a crime but have taken his son away and it has been 7 months now. He and his wife had case workers they felt comfortable with but have since been removed and now have 5 new ones. He is now having to pay child support to the foster parents, he has done everything the court has asked him to do, he has a better job and is keeping a roof over their heads, passed drug testing and so on and so on and so on. The court appointed attorney isn’t doing her job to help them and the more my son does the more it seems to upset the CPS office. It’s like they want him to fail. He made a mistake in not telling the whole story but in no way did my son harm his son on purpose! He loves that little boy with all his heart and it is putting major stress on his marriage, and on his health. This CPS office from what I’ve witnessed and learned, are as crooked as a snake. They are railroading my son for an accident. This is taking too long to resolve and my son and his wife need help desperately. He doesn’t have the money needed up front and is in need of a lawyer that is willing to work with him on payments. I cannot help since I’m on a limited income. His son is as healthy as a horse and his head healed. He is doing normal activities for his age..which by the way he will be turning 1 in May 2008. If this precious child had been as injured as they say he was he would have been hooked up to a ventilator, etc. He wasn’t! He went home with foster parents that very night. Now something needs to be done with this CPS office! They are dragging this out for way too long. The city is Lawrenceburg Tennessee in Lawrence County. I need help. I have maticulously kept tract of every thing associated with my case. My children were taken away from me on 10/12/07. I posted a comment on the prayer request that gives some background. Please help me. Its been 6 mths and I have completed my case plan. I know they are breaking laws in my case. I have a court appointed attorney that is not helping me. They filed a criminal charge against me and I have a pro-bono attorney that took that case but I need help with the juvenile proceedings. Please, help me. I can provide anything needed but a lot of money. I lost my job of 5 yrs and I just started a new one 1/21/08.

In July 2007 my abusive ex-husband and his wife called our local Department of Family and Children Services and made a false report against me. When DFCS came to our home to investigate the report of abuse and drug use, we informed them of the conflict of interest. My fiance’s sister was a case worker for that same DFCS and the aunt to two of my children. According to the GA Dept. of Human Resources guide lines, the case was NOT supposed to be investigated by that county when there was a conflict of interest but instead it was supposed to be sent to another county for investigation. They still investigated even though it was going against the DHR rules. After the illegal investigation, we never saw the case worker again until 08/30/07, my 25th birthday. The case worker came back to our home and told us “due to lack of evidence, and a clean drug screening there WOULD NOT be a case opened” we thought the nightmare was over but little did we know that it was just the beginning. Here is my heart breaking story of how two childless women along with my abusive ex husband were able to team up and use one of the women’s abilities as a case worker to conduct an ILLEGAL investigation and take four happy children from a very loving family in order to have them as thier own.
My fiance’s sister (the realitive case worker) was able to pull her weight as a case worker and keep the case from being sent to another county, even though it was going against DHR rules. She knew the children would remain with us if the case was sent to another county and her chance at getting her two nephew’s would be gone. On 09/04/07 I delivered a healthy 8lb 2oz baby boy. Another drug test was done, me and the baby tested positive for the horrible drug meth. I had NEVER done meth and couldn’t understand how this could happen. I later was told by the lead nurse at the drug treatment place that the OTC cold medicine I had been taking was an ingreidient used to make the drug and that was how me and my baby tested positive but it was too late, the damage was done. They took my children on 09/05/07. My baby was healthy and had NO signs of being a “drug baby.” I didn’t get to bring my baby home. He went with the realitive case worker, along with his older brother. The realitive case worker tried to say the baby went through withdrawls but what she described were very common, normal newborn reflexes. Things anyone who has children would know about. If my baby had withdrawls I’m sure the doctor wouldn’t have allowed him to leave the hospital. It makes me sick to know that me and my children have to go through this from OTC cold medicine used to make some stupid drug. The court papers were full of lies to cover up all the steps they had skipped. They even claimed they wasn’t aware of the conflict of interest, they claimed they were working with us to keep this from happening (remember the case worker only came to our home for the illegal investigation and again to tell us there was NO case) and they claimed that there WAS a case afterall. They placed two of my kids with my abusive ex husband and his (unable to get pregnant) wife and the other two with the childless realitive case worker. My oldest son has only known his dad and his dad’s side of the family since he was 4 years old, he just turned 7. He’s been with me and my family since the day he was born. So why did him and the baby go with the realitive case worker? Because the realitive case worker accused my family of making and supplying me with the drugs that I NEVER took. My parents who have seen their grandkids their whole lives haven’t seen them at all since 09/05/07 based on lies told by the realitive case worker. Since then I have gone 1-2 months at a time without seeing the two with my ex and on the days I do see them two, I see them at the same time that I see my other two. So, that’s 1 hour a week to visit with my four children, who always ask “Mommy, when can I come home? Why can’t I see Mema and Papa? They said I can’t ever live with you again” I haven’t even had the chance to bond with my baby who is almost 8 months old now and thinks the realitive case worker is his mother. I have missed birthdays, and all holidays since sept. I didn’t get to see or talk with my children on Christmas, imagine how that felt, not only to me but to them. They are 7, 5, 4, and 7mths. I don’t have ANY photos of the two with my ex husband, I don’t know about school or things they have been doing everyday. I only have one photo of my baby and none of my oldest (the two with the realitive case worker) but she has lots of new photos of them all over her walls. She doesn’t keep us updated on anything. When did my baby roll over? what was his first baby food? what was my oldest son’s grade on his first spelling test? Things get worse everytime we go to court. The realitive case worker lies about the visits and everything in-between to keep things from going forward and since she IS a case worker, the court believes her. They finally sent the case to another county but it doesn’t matter now. We have done everthing DFCS told us to do but they keep coming up with other stuff to add to it like due to my abusive marriage, I have PTSD and now have to see a thearapist for that before things can go forward. They gave two of my children to the man who caused me to have PTSD and Battered Womens Syndrome. How screwed up is that? I have passed ALL drug screenings and attended parenting and drug classes. DFCS has failed me and my children. They have allowed a childless case worker to lie and use her ability as a case worker to take our children as her own. I miss them and they miss me. I miss seeing them everyday. I miss the hugs, kisses, and the “I love you’s” PLEASE SOMEONE LISTEN, HEAR MY CHILDREN, HELP OUR FAMILY. This could be your family, don’t let it happen to anyone else. My soon to be ex wife was arrested for 2 counts of child endangerment and my kids were placed in foster care. I am now getting out of the Army to try and fix what my wife broke. I may not have much money but what I do have is yours. I am being painted as the bad guy but I haven’t done nothing wrong, I am trying but don’t know what to do. Please help, as my kids and myself are Native Americans, I feel like no one is trying to save my kids. Why would a person who’s job is to protect kids, try so hard to place them back with the person who is the biggest danger to the?

EVERYONE LISTEN UP!!!!
The court appointed is not going to help you. They with the DA and DCFS, CPS etc., to get paid. YOU have to be your own attorney and advocate for your child/ren. What I about to tell you will be time consuming but it’s worth it.
1. Get a LOGBOOK: record EVERY THING and I mean everything from every person that you talk to. And, that Anybody from DCFS, CPS, court appointed etc., and thats including phone calls. 2. Get ALL schools, medical, police records etc., 3. Get phone, video and tape recorder. However, informed everyone that you are recording. (especially DCFS, CPS etc.,) If you talk to them on the phone let them know because they are recording you as well. 4. DO NOT HOLD A CONVERSATION WITH THEM. THEY ARE RECORDING YOU AT ALL TIME. ANYTHING YOU SAY CAN BE USE AGAINST YOU IN THE LAW OF COURT. That’s a true statement. Do not give any new information to them. If you can don’t say nothing. 5. There are people called “SITTERS”. These people will follower, talk and watch you. They would approach you from anywhere just to get information to relay back to the social worker. DO NOT TALK TO NOBODY! 6. If you receive visitation rights. If you can take pictures of your children especially if there is a bruise or whatever take the picture. Listen to everything you children say and put it in your LOG BOOK. For example: on 4/12/07 at 12:30p.m. I visited Susan at the park. She had a bruise on her leg that look like etc., She told me etc., Also, write down everything the foster parent said and did to you. 7. Record the social worker when she/he tried to make you sign a case plan. Tell her that you would like your attorney to look over it first, If it’s okay with her. (but use your best judgment. If you sign the case plan. You would be considered of the crime that they said you did.) 8. Get the DCFS Policies that is very IMPORTANT. (you can download it from your computer.) You can use their own policies against them. 9. USE THE CHAIN OF COMMANDS AND DON’T STOP! Also use outside sources that deals with DCFS, CPS etc., Go to the top of the branch if you can. 10. Write letters to the judge about the issues of visitation rights and threats that they applies on you. (make your request to the point and how you want the judge to intervene.) 11. If the court appointed is not filing any papers for you. YOU have to file them yourself. In some states it’s called “Declaration”, “Visitation Rights” etc., You can look on the computer for “courts form” for Dependency. 12. You have to file these papers before the next court date and especially before the social worker and DA files theirs. I hope this help you some. Retta, this is good information - except for one thing. You should not write a letter to the judge directly. That is called Ex-Parte Communication and is not allowed. Your letters should be channeled through your attorney, and all parties to the case should get copies if your attorney plans to use your letter in the court file. Documents placed in the court file are what the judge is supposed to read when deciding what to do about your case.

I am, and have been in the Child Protective Services eyes cense I was 8 years old in the year1977, now I am 38 years old. I was tanked from my mother at 8 years old. They put me in 3 foster homes, then they placed me in Orchard Place Group Home, where I got violet, I stared to bang my head. Then I was sent to Cherokee Mental Health institute and they diagnose me with paranoia skis franc at the age of 9 years old the years was 1978, until I was 13 years old the years was1981. Then they sent me home. I tried to go to a normal school they put me in special education and kept passed me.
They told my mother the where going to put me back in Cherokee Mental Health institute for the rest of my life. I got married at the age of 15 years old, because they could not touch me. I was wrong; the sent Orchard Place Group Home papers to New Jersey and had my first child remove from me. The judge gave him back. I came back to Iowa.
Iowa ordered me to parenting classes, I gave my baby a bath and their where no marks on him, they took him because he had a nail mark on him, and they sad I did it. Ever cense I can remember I have bite my fingernails until they bleed and I still do. I was only 15 years old and this happed in the years of 1985 and 1986.
Then I had second child, I had taken good care of my baby girl, in the third month.
Some one called in and said I was beating and burning my baby. One worker came out and had me strip her down; I have just got her to sleep. The a second worker came out and had me wake her up strip her down, I told the worker that their had been anther worker here earlier that day she gave me a cared and told me if another worker came out to refer them to her card. Anther worker did come out she demanded to see the baby I gave her the cared, she would not look at the card. She wanted to see the baby.
I looked at her and said you people are not going to leave me alone are you until you get my baby. She said no we will not, I said fine and I packed all my baby’s stuff, I put her in her car seat, I handed her over to her, then I packed the baby’s food, dippers, close, baby bed, toys, baby books, extra. This happed when I was 17 years old the year was 1987.
Then I got with my third child at six months pregnant Angela Roth told me, as soon as you have that baby we are going to take it and you will never see it again. So, with out telling any one I left for California, they sent papers as soon as they found out I was their.
California told Iowa we do not need your papers, if there is a problem we will handle it.
I was 18 years old, the year was 1988. I did not know they said I banned my two kids in Iowa.
Then I had a nether child a boy in Oct,2 1989 ten days after he was born I got 3rd degree burns to 25% of my body, I stayed 2 week in the hospital, and was skin graphed on both lags and one arm. I got out of the hospital and went home. Two days later I asked William Guest also known as Bill to give L.A. (Little Linda Guest) a bath and leave his underwear on,
You see I could not give my baby a bath because I hurt too much. I hobble around to get her close together then I went in to the bathroom, and I could not believe my eyes. Bill was laying back and owner baby was sucking him, I took a hold of Linda and removed her, she was 15 moths old. I was 19 years old.
I was in a ketch 22, I could not fight him, the DR. told me I could not cut the skin graphed open if I did I would be back in the hospital, and I could not protect Linda from him. I tried to report him but they did not believe me. So I weight six long weeks to be release from the Doctor and we drove home and I laid in to him and fought with him.
I have not seen him cense that day because I told him if I ever seen him again I would kill him. But it scared Linda for ever. I moved to Joshua tree, CA in 1990 I was 20 years old.
I would not go out at all; I would pay the bills then came home. I was mentally beet down by Bill. But a friend came and took me out, I kept my back to the wall and I watched every one. Them my friend took me over to meet this guy Peter Moran, I was scared, but mine you I have been alone for six months. I gave in to the urge to have sex I never had done that before. Nov, 4, 1991 I gave birth to my fifth child. I was 21 year old. That same year I figured out I could not read of spell. I went to literacy program they tested me my reading, spelling, math, levels was that of a second grader. So in the hands Child Protective Services I got no education. I started literacy program it took me eight years to get my GED. I was able to divorce Bill July 26 in 1992 I was 22 years old.
Then I Marred Peter Moran Oct, 2 1992 things went well. In May 24, 1994 I had my last child I was 24 years old. I sill lived in California, then we moved to Canon City Colorado in Sep 6 1996, we were the only a day we had a 48 foot rider truck we was unloading, Child Protective came out an gave us 24 hours to get the truck unload the big truck and get the kids beds up and other stuff done. We did it, we put the kids in school and L.A. stared to act out because of that Child Protective came out again, but Todd Hindenburg
Was the worker and he helped us, and gave us resources. He did not pass judgment. We work with him for years, I trusted him with my families’ life, and he was not there for the power trip. I went to the United States Truck driving school for my CDL license in 1998 I was 29 years old, I got these endorsements, Tankers, doubles, triples, Hazmat, air breaks, bus. I was license to drive all of these kinds of trucks and all vehicles over 29,000 LB. I got my GED in the years 2000 I was 31 years old. I left Pete and move back to Iowa to prepare to see Edward my first born when he turned 18 years old.
I got in to Iowa on July 5, 2002 two weeks later I found a house to rent in Centerville Iowa. I let all involved know I was back. I got a call one day from Edward; I have a cousin named Edward he always needs help with so thing. I thought it was him that called for help. So I call the number I got back. I asked for Edward, and Edward got on the phone. To my surprise It was my son Edward, after all the years I new his voice. We started crying. And then my little girl got on the phone my Rose they took at three month, I feet blessed. But Edward became a drug dealer among other thing I will not mention. Rose is vindictive attitude then had a baby.
Then in 2007 I was taking care of a friends 5 years old, we was out side playing. Me Christian, Chris my youngest boy and Tinker (Peter Moran # 2) I went inside to set the table and turn off the food. I started back out side when some one knocked at the door it was the sheriff asked if I know the five year old boy crossing the street. I said yes.
He calls Child Protective Services and made a report on me.
They came out the next Tuesday. Then they came out again and told me they are putting my kids on china. I said get off my property. I will beet you in court. I did just that.
But now they are telling my friends they can’t get rides form me and they are not to associate with me. I am tried of being beat down. I do not have right. I want to bring a law suite against Child Protective Services for a life time mental anguish, harassment. I am 38 years old now. I need help!!!!!!!!

I am in desperate need! I have been fighting social services for over a year now. My kids were taken from me and coached by their obsessive grandmother into lieing and saying they witnessed a fight between me and my husband. The children couldnt tell them what happened because they were in another room! We signed a voluntary placement with social services and my children were placed with my husbands mother. Then I was slandered by claims of “bipolar disorder”. I have been through so many classes and have has 3 positive evaluations. Social services said they cant accept them and refered me to shield assessment center in los angeles. SHe twisted my words and put things I didnt say on paper and made an assessment result that I needed to take more classes. I have already takenm these classes! I have a newborn who is 3 months old and they are trying to take him from me based on the shield assessment results. I NEED HELP NOW! 562-899-8391

To Whom It May Concern,
Hello my name is Katie Young. I am the mother of Antonio, Serenity, and Lorenzo Young. At this time my children are in CBC custody for no probable cause. Sandra Gonzalez who is my case worker and her supervisor Patricia Edmond have made this my worst nightmare for me and my children. The lists of complaints are not all in chronological order, but I will do the best that I can with the information I’ve kept myself. Here is my list:
• Ms. Sandra Gonzalez has given out my case information without my consent. I called Ms. Gonzalez for the third time on June 16, 2008 regarding this matter. Ms. Gonzalez stated that I, Katie Young signed a paper allowing her to release information regarding my case. When I told her I did no such thing, Ms. Gonzalez stated she would shred the paper as soon as we got off the telephone. I asked her please not to shred the paper, and make a copy for me to see for myself. Ms. Gonzalez hung up the phone. I know I never signed a paper of such nature, because this once was a big issue between us. I know I did sign a confidentiality paper in regards of my case.
• Ms. Gonzalez has come to my home and disrespected to the fullest. On April 28, 2008. Ms. Gonzalez came out to my residence at 800 N. Fiske Blvd apt 416 in Cocoa Fl. When she arrived my anger management counselor Ms. Dina Spikes was having a session with me. I came to Ms. Gonzalez in calm matter and asked her about an unpleasant message she had left on my answering machine earlier that day calling me a liar. Ms. Gonzalez ignored me and walked pass me going straight to the back bedrooms, at this point I am a little irritated of this continuous behavior from Ms. Gonzalez, and then repeated the same question, she then look at me and stated “ Oh well Mrs. Young you have your opinion and I have mineâ€. I then told Ms. Gonzalez that when she comes to me as her client, she needs to be walked pass me went to my kitchen table where Ms. Spikes was sitting and spoke professional and respectful just as she wants me to do the same. Ms. Gonzalez to Ms. Spikes. At this time I feel very disrespected , I then come to the table were she hands me a whole new case plan, and I asked her “ Why do I have a new case plan when I am 4 classes from completing my original case plan. Ms Gonzalez refused to answer my question, placed the case plan in front of me and told me to sign a piece of paper stating I did receive the case plan from her, she also stated by me signing the paper I am not to the case plan. I began to ask her another question and she got up to leave. I then told her that I will not allow her to be disrespectful in my own house, and I told her if she could not come to my house in a professional manner, than she needs to send someone else in her place. Ms. Gonzalez walked out the door, and has not returned to my home since that day.
• On May 22, 2008 CBC removed my children again. I was never contacted from Ms.Gonzalez of the removal. The next day in court it was stated that I have a visit with my children within 72 hours. That was May 23, 2008. I got to see my babies for the first time June 16, 2008 at 12pm at the CBC in Rockledge. I did everything from calling to coming up to the CBC office to see my kids. In chapter 39, (39.402 Placement in a shelter) If visitation is ordered, but not commenced within 72 hours of shelter hearing the department shall provide justification to the court.
• On June 11, 2008 my daughter Serenity had an appointment with the audiologist. I was never given a report of what happen at this appointment, after calling and leaving messages with Ms. Gonzalez. On June 16, 2008 (the day I seen my children) I asked Ms. Gonzalez what happen at the appointment with Serenity, she stated that Serenity will need tubes in ear, because she is losing her hearing. I then asked why she did not inform me of this major health issue with my daughter. Ms. Gonzalez stated she is telling me now, and she will call me when Serenity goes into surgery. The point of this is that my daughter losing her hearing, and going through surgery is a major issue that should of have been brought to my attention immediately.
• Since January 2008 I have reported on numerous occasions to Ms. Gonzalez supervisor Ms. Patricia Edmond about the problems I have been having with Ms. Gonzalez. Ms. Edmond has not made one attempt to resolve the problems. I have even given Ms. Edmond some options on how we can resolve these problems, but nothing has been done on her part.
• There were a court date I can’t remember, but it was prior to the April 18, 2008 court date. Judge Griesbaum ordered my case plan be completed by April 18, 2008. Prior to this court appearance I was on track with my classes and have not missed one anger management or parenting session. All of sudden my classes came to a holt, my counselors was not coming to our scheduled appointments. I would call Ms. Gonzalez every week that nobody showed up, and Ms. Gonzalez would tell me this is not good, because I have to have these classes done before court, and she would call the counselors to see what’s going on. One Friday I finally got in touch with Ms. Spikes and asked her why have she not been coming out to the house, and she clearly stated that she was ordered by Ms. Gonzalez not to continue the classes with me until after we have a Family Team Conference, which was schedule after my court date. I told Ms. Spikes I have to have these classes done before my court date, she then stated she will make an appointment on the following Monday to come see me, and speak to Ms. Gonzalez. (I can provide specific dates to you.) As a result of this incident I am behind on my classes, and feel that Ms. Gonzalez did this on purpose in order for my classes not to be completed before court.
• Ms. Gonzalez has given my children, and myself the impression that they will be home on a certain date, and than goes to court and say something different. That leaves me to explain to my children why Ms. Gonzalez lied to them and why they are not home.
• Ms. Gonzalez has spoken about her supervisor Ms. Edmond enforcing some things in regards to my fiancé Jose Reyes that she did not agree with, but told me if she witnessed anything in regards to what Ms. Edmond disagree with she would not care, I would just have to watch out for anybody who could report it to Ms.Edmond. (This was told to me the first time the kids was ordered to spend the weekend with me, and I dropped them off to Ms.Gonzalez at Barnes and Noble in Palm Bay on 1-92.) I have spoke to Ms. Edmond of this matter and was supposed to been contacted of a meeting to be scheduled between Ms. Gonzalez, Ms. Edmond, and myself. That meeting never happen.
• Ms. Edmond has done absolutely nothing in this matter, let alone my case, but put me down and tried to make me feel less than a mother that I am. During the one Family Team Conference that she did attend which was May 21, 2008. Ms. Edmond was very unreasonable, did not want to hear me out, or take my feelings in account. In previous conversations Ms.Edmond stated this was all my fault, and there was nothing I could say, or do to change her mind. I have never seen Ms.Edmond or was properly introduced to her this whole time my kids were gone (Sept.07) until May 21,2008 at the Family Team Conference
• The original petition from Sept.26, 2007 has been altered from the petition in May 2008. If you can get copies of the two petitions you will see for yourself, or I can provide you with these copies. ( Case number 05-2007-DP-303)
• My fiancé’ has been told not to come to the home because of disagreement that took place between Ms. Gonzalez and himself. This was not court ordered at that time. Mr. Reyes has been visiting with the children during the time of the removal, and was forced to stop after this disagreement. My children love their Papi and asked about him constantly. Jose is the only father they have; he has not abused them or mistreated them. I was presented for the first time on May 21, 2008 of what was the reason for Jose not to be around the kids, after requesting that information for months. The information that Ms.Edmond presented to me at the Family Team Conference was a written statement from Jose previous wife of false allegations. I have tried to present paperwork and proof of the truth, but for some reason my attempts have felled. On this matter there is really too much to list, so if possible I would like to sit down and have a face to face talk on the matter, with my paperwork.
• Ms. Gonzalez has written e-mails that are very untrue about myself to my counselor I have read the e-mail myself, were Ms. Gonzalez states she removed my children by accusing me of spanking my oldest son, Antonio, and leaving a belt mark on his upper thigh. But the initial reason for the removal was Ms. Gonzalez stating Jose Reyes was in the residence against court orders. From what I am informed this was not the first e-mail Ms.Gonzalez has written about me in an unpleasant manner, and discriminating my character.
• I have had several court appearances were I had no legal representation. At my last court appearance May23, 2008 changed the small legal representation I had and till this day I am unknown how to get in contact with my lawyer. I was instructed that my case manager Sandra Gonzalez, and her supervisor Patricia Edmond were the only people who could give me this information. I have continuously called left messages, and even came to the office for this information and still have nothing. My court date is schedule for July 11, 2008@ 10 am.
• During a visit with my children June 23, 2008. I have reason to believe that false information is given to my children about me. During the visit I left to go to the car to get my camera to take pictures of my oldest son, Antonio, because he seems to have two black eyes, and when I asked Ms. Gonzalez what happen to my son she stated,” He’s been swimming”. When I came back into the office from getting my camera the children were not in the room were we were having our visit. I heard them in a different part of the building and came to were Ms. Gonzalez and my children were sorting through some toys. Ms. Gonzalez assisted that my oldest son Antonio give “MOMMY WENDY” a present, which was a gift basket full of woman supply (lotion, body wash, etc.). I know this was done to get under my skin, and to get me upset. I just can not believe a person would go to the extent Ms. Gonzalez has gone with me in the last 9 months.
In conclusion of this, I feel my rights as a mother was not taken into account, and I was done very unfairly, which in result my children suffered a great amount. My children has lost their older sister, and lost their biological father. Jose and I are the only thing these kids have. This whole matter started out with me trying to provide for my children, and looking out for their best interest, by making one if the toughest decision a mother has to make, in result of me simply asking for help I ended up in this situation. I was told by Ms. Gonzalez that my children would be returned to me as soon as I obtain residence, which was done within 4 days of me calling the Haven. My children are in CBC custody based off lies, and deceitfulness. In last result the children has to see counselors and emotional behavior analyst from what I am told because of this. Due to what we been through our lives has changed, we can never go back and get the time we missed as family, nor non of these situations can never be fixed. My children has experienced some things a child should never have to experience, I as a mother has had enough of being ignored and allowing my children to go through this. im looking for some legal advice.My children was taken by cps 1995 for child neglect.I was found not guilty for the charged i just left my children with an irresponsible teen-ager who left them. I cooperate with the cps intervention plan and my kids return to me within 9 months. Now in 2000 i was invetigating for child of abuse for my six year old for spanking him with a switch and left marks the switch was small and thin.they only offer counselin for that. Now i thought my son was having some issues regarding his father ws not in his life. So i made arragements where he can be with his father. Now mind this that his father was marriedto a woman who parental rights was terminated for all 5 of her children. now cps never object my son living there.Now 2008 im arrested for jumping on my 15 yr lod daughter let her tell it. And CPS is now threaten to remove kids away from my home and have charged me with child-neglect.I did not jump on my 15 r old daughter i refrain her from going out after her curfew and took her celphone. Her and her boyfriend went and told authorities all these lies on me. I need some legal advice here. What is child neglect under North Carolina Laws.

My fiancee and I were recently targeted by CPS and our children were placed with their grandmother on the first visit. There was no call prior to the visit they just showed up, interviewed us, and then took the children. We were falsely accused of beating our two year old daughter and our 7 month old son. Toni was stabbed in the back of the neck with a fork three time , and then sent to her room for the rest of the night.

my second visit
I had to take Little Aaron for an emgency dent ice to get his tooth fixed ,do to his mother lack of care
He had 11 cavities and almost had to have a root cannel, I asked him when he bushes his teeth he told me he don’t remember,
he thinks the last day I was living with him.
also she sent the kids to school without jackets , and it was the first coldest day of the year.
Toni told me that the little girl ally was beating her up and when she would hit back she would be the only one in trouble.
I told her to protect her self .
she didn’t have them do their home work this again I had to catch them up again
my third visit
Big Donnie sent a message with my son told him to tell me, if I tell my kids to protect themselves again, he would come
over to my home and kick my ass, that night he showed in front of my home.
they sent the kid again to school in dirty clothes, and even after they knew I was taking them to the dent ice
the kids have not been brushing their teeth
also Toni teacher told me that Toni gets out of school at 2:30 and her mother has been making her sit out side till her brother get out of school
for 45 minutes. I told the teacher that I cant talk to Cindy that she would have to call he and tell her that Toni needs to be
picked up at 2:30

Toni was sent to school in Little Aaron clothes, and was dirty again
and she had torn shoe’s , even after I bought them new shoe’s not more then three month ago
today the teacher was very upset with me telling me Cindy is still not picking up Toni on time
I told her my hand were tied I only have them two days a week , and they will be picked up on time
on my days and I am sorry for Cindy not picking up Toni on time.
she also made the commit that Cindy might want to wash her clothes sometime.
Aaron has only taken one bath since last week when he was here, this is what he told me

Toni only took two baths since the last time she was here.Toni said the same thing

today when were in court again Cindy sent Toni to school with out a coat again , so she gave the coat the lawyer filling in for Ernest.
she said Toni forgot to take it with her, it’s not Toni Job to remember it’s her mother or father job.
Cindy didn’t have Toni do any home work, I had to ketch her up again
this week Cindy chopped off Aaron hair, ever after Aaron asked them not to.
big Donnie said Aaron looks like a girl, and he has gum in it any way we could take care of that long hair.
Donnie should have nothing to say about my son, and what he wants something needs to be done about this man
He should be told to stop making decisions where my kids best interest is
Cindy scared that she don’t want to upset him she went along with cutting off Aaron hair.
Aaron has been trying to grow his hair to the way it was for over a year. He look at me and starting crying.

Toni told me she has not brushed her teeth sense last week when she was here.

this is a very cold winter , this is not summer you don’t cut a kids hair off and make them bold.
I bought them a video game system today, I think we could all play together and take turns.
in October Toni couldn’t even play ’s now she better then me ???
I limited them to one hour a day , Aaron told me this is all they do.
I asked him if he goes out side , he said no. I play on the x box most of the time.
this is not healthy for them, they should be out side with the other kids,
I made them go out side at least 1 hour a day , Aaron said he like’s playing game’s better.
Cindy told Aaron and Toni to act the way daddy showed them, when there are with me
or it would look bad on her, and I could take them away from her.

Little Aaron got up this morning , after breakfast he said I love coming here ,We get to eat before we go to school.
I said you don’t get breakfast?? He said no they just say eat breakfast at school, you don’t have time.
a parent makes time it the parent that wakes up the kids , they said the have the food but Cindy does not get them up in time to eat.
she wake them rushing out the house saying your going to miss the bus. She could miss an extra 45 minute sleep to make sure
the kids get off with the right start, food feed the brain, if they don’t eat they will not think as well. Is this good parenting I think not!
on the way taken them to school ,Aaron told me he was going to run away me home last week, he walked about three blocks,
and then turn back because him didn’t know how to get to my house. he told me he does not to go back that house and those kids.

the First thing out of Little Aaron month Was Big donnie made them sleep in the car,last Sunday night.
Cindy told them that she was going to kill her self and end this night mare,Toni was sent to school again with a jacket.

To day when I pick up my kids the first thing Aaron said was that his mother said, that she wish that he was with his father and at that he was not wanted,
at that house donnie and adona wish he was with me, things would be smoother for them.
the only thing she wanted , was Toni .things would be better with out him,
Toni had a scratch on her face , she told me that, alie, or aaron or the cat did it she don’t remember.
this is a horrible thing to say to your owe son.
also spoke with their teacher about the way the come to school, she has notice Toni and aaron coming to school dirtier then normal but were in a
poor area so its common that kids come to school dirty, I asked if she been been picked up on time
the teacher said Cindy has been better about it, I asked about Toni and her coming with a jacket, she told me she has extra in the class
and that Toni use’s it often, I told her Cindy was to send her with a jacket, and to please let me know if the is not happening.
she also said that there is some sign of neglete, but giving the area these thing happen.
as I was washing toni’s hair , I notice sign’s of hand fringer print bruses on her legs, she told me they can from the other kids in the house draging
her down the hall way , all three hitting her, she told her mother and she did nothing about it.
I have pitchers. They told me that they are beging sent to bed with out eating, when donnie, addonna said they were bad.
kids need food to grow, it helps them think, At this point if my kids are being treated this way , while going thru court.
how do their kids being treated, are they being feed, bathed, ?????? You take game’s away/ tv away / put them in the corner, but you always feed kids,
then snd them to bed early. Kids have to eat, to help them grow
also cindy keeped toni home work so I could not get her home work done per court order.

this week thing seem to be a little better, because Cindy had two complaints at cps, said they were made to take a bath every day
and brush their teeth. Aaron seem a little more aggressive then before, and Toni has wet her self 3 time in to days.
they told me that they were moving very soon but he does not know how to get there but it a far dive.
they also told me that they all cleaned all last weekend because they didn’t want to look
bad in front of cps. Aaron told me they had gone to the store and finely they have food.
cps came to my home ,and asked me a ton of questions, and talked to the kids again.
the lady from cps told little aaron that her told her two different story’s the one when she went to his school.
and then the one in front of Cindy, I told little aaron to tell the truth, even it hurts daddy but tell the truth.
her told that his mother made him lie to the court, and what he told Stacy was not the truth.
his mother talked about the story over and over with him, so he would not fore get.
again cindy keep Toni’s home work this is noq the second time this has happened

this week aaron said he only took a couple of baths, but had been brushing his teeth.
Toni was made to take a bath, because she was coming here , she was not made to brush her teeth.
Aaron told me Cindy was in the hospital, because she a vain in her leg burst, while she was taking apart her bed
getting ready to move. I asked him if they found a place he said he thinks so but not sure.
when I asked where it was he told me they were the car forever and very close to Marsha house.
this is the out side of Sacramento.
Aaron told me that Donnie , and Adonna have been punishing them .
these people have no right to punish my kids , they have no relation to them, Cindy should be the only
one that is punishing this is giving mixed messages to my kids.
again Cindy keeped Toni’s home work and again toni did not do her home this week.
I can not be held acountable for their home work if its not been sent with her.
spoke with the teacher about the problem, she said she wood send the pkt with her
on wensday.
29-Feb
on the way taken the kids back to school, Toni started crying saying daddy please don’t let me go back there.
Aaron said he hate’s them, I asked why she cry’s when I let them off on Friday.
she said Adonna puts her in cold shower’s, Aaron replied and Donny too ( this Male should not have any right to touch my daughter let along she has been
molested by her uncle that Cindy let go for over 6 months before I caught him ,and made him turn himself in to the police. )
Cindy should never let him give her a bath in any way.
these two people should never man handle my kids, and Cindy cant say anything or they will walk on her.
these people can do any thing they want to and she will give in to what they want from her.
or they will walk on her. My kids are being hurt in so many way I can not protect my kids from this.
All three of the adults sleeping together will this make these kid normal???
I was taken to jail for assault on Cindy on her word alone, why is the court looking away ???
the court needs to listen to my kids. They don’t want to live with those people.

Toni came with a massive burse on her leg, and again no home work for Toni Aaron had his home work.
Aaron told me Donnie was yelling at him and then Toni told me her mother hit her really hard
because she would not go to sleep. Now Cindy is hitting the kids!!!!
and their clothes were very dirty, had to wash them twice to get them clean again.
she also came with out socks, and under ware.

last night I seen Toni in her room playing with her private part, I didn’t say anything I walked away
then she asked to sleep with me I said ok, she wet the bed she started crying and said please daddy don’t be made at me
don’t put me in a cold shower, I changed then bed gave her hugs told her its ok these things happen
I told her that daddy had wet the bed when he was little she smiled gave me a big hug ,and said daddy I love you.
I took Toni to see the doctors she was not acting right , I took her to the Kelly center, I didn’t know where to start.
so I went back there , the lady there told me this was not the dept I wanted , and to take her to her
regualer doctor, so I went from there straight the her doctor.
I told him I not sure what is wrong with her she is not acting her self.
I told him where I took here , he did a once over, and said how did she receive the burse.
she replied my mommy did it last weekend, she picked me up off my bed by my leg and beat me.
Little Aaron said the same thing, Cindy was arrested for child abuse, she is now in Jail.
Friday the 7th

Aaron and Toni both told me, Cindy had told them she don’t care if I get custy of they them . they don’t care about her any way.
then on Saturday 3/30/08 they told me their mother tried to jump out of their car to kill her self, going over the dumbarton bridge.
she said she didn’t want to live any more,donnie had to pull her back till they could pull the car over
then she got out and started walking , and donnie pulled her in the car man handling her.
telling her she is going with them.
this is turning out to be like a colit.
and had not sent toni home wor for the last two weeks, it inpossible for me to take care of it if I don’t have it to do with her.

Cindy did it again, she tried to get Little Aaron put on a seventy two hold to cover up what she had done.
cps Interviewed her and she amitted that she in deed shit in little Aaron face and held him down.
then tried to have him put in the hospital.
cps told cindy that was over the top, and that was asalt, and she could have gone to gail.
I choose not to do what cindy would have to me. I could have call the police but did not.

she let me tell my kids we were going on a picnic, @ 9 or 9:30 last night she texted my sister telling her that the kids cant go
per orders from C.P.S, and the court orders state she needs to pick them up at 10AM
we all took the day off to have this picnic.I am not sure if C.P.S realy told her not to let me have them for the day
I have called Gary , and Renee about this issue they have not returned my call as of yet.
she is using the court order when it fit her needs, and throwning the kids under the bus when it don’t.
she again is bringing them into our problem ( She needs to see they are kids and leave use out )
I let her go to southern california with them and it cut in to my visit and said nothing

31-May
Cindy got kick out of the program, now our kids or on the street when is the court going to see.
sence then she has interduced my kids to yet another guy, and CPS placed her in the same place she was in before.
I have found out that she helped the bennets that have a restraining order (they can not be any where around my kids)
the same week the we were in court, she helped then get in the home less shelter she is in.
Cps was in full knowlage of the restraining order and still placed my kids in harms way..
I have informed the county manager office, and they are not doing anything about CPS actions.

Last Friday and this last Monday Dorothy Torres told me that I was not in voialation of the court order.
That I was doing what I could, by Following the case plan as ordered.
they prommised that they were going to take care of the phyic eval and the therpy order by the court.
I signed the case plan that stated that they would take care it it a month ago.
Gary Beasly has put the hold on he is in brech of contract.

I got Dorothy To addmitt that they do talk to the home less shelter system.
I told her that I gave her enough time to make other Accomadition and that my kids did not have to be at that unit.
she replied she does not make those dessions, I told her I grow up on the wellfar system.
and I know how the system works.
I told her that my syster and my mother was do on hud, and I know how it works.
I told her that the social worker places the person in the shelter, and put the on a case plan.
then slowly works on getting them housing.and work.
the worker works hand and hand with the shelter.
his replied that was how it works , I asked then why did you put the kids back in the shelter with those people.
In full knowlage of the protective order. She replied she was not going to commet on that.
I told Her about the court order in enough time so my children could be place in a safe place.
She keep saying Gary is stopping every thing, and she want to help but her hand are tide.
she is stuck in the middle and I fell sorry for her.
Something needs to be done about Gary Beasley, and his abuse of power

I’m in need of a lawyer, My son was taken from medec, 07,2007. He’s been away from the family of a total of almost 3 years now. We’ve accomplished all case plan needs and still they are making excuses. My son has had bruises on him from the foster parents and other foster kids. I have reported it and they only took it out on my son (the foster parents did) He finally transferred him into a new foster home he’s doing much better and has done a tramendous turn around but now they are slowing things done because we are getting closer and closer to the court date for unification in Oct-Nov of 2008. There’s many morethings to list but too little space.
Something needs to be done and justice to be made. I need help please!!!!

1. Cindy has yet to return my mother belongings.
2. She has brought yet another man in my kids lives, that is touching Toni, and Aaron
Even after they have both expressed to me they don’t like it.
3. The older sister was aloud to choke Little Aaron.
4. Cindy Helped the bennets get in the same shelter as the Kids.
5. Cindy was kick out the program, I informed Dorothy Torres (CPS)
That there was a court order in place keeping the bennets away, and CPS
Placed my kids in harms away. Dorothy Torres said she had no control over where
The kids are placed. , And she not aware of the court orders.
I faxed a copy of the court order to her, Nancy at CPS said Dorothy was miss informed that there were many shelters that Edith could have place them in.
CPS was not going to tell the court that this had happened.
Nancy Morrison had no knowledge of this happening till I informed her.
6. Cindy is concerned that the Kids will not get their homework done.
But when the kids were in school I had to catch up Monday, and Tuesday home work because she was not doing it.
7. I asked if I could take the kids the canceller, because Mom was not doing it.
That was order by this court.
8. She ganged up on my son with his first consoler, trying to make him admit
He had touched the bennets little girl, and that made him sad.
9. My son told me mommy is still smoking, but they were black, and smelled funny.
They are called blunts (pot)
10. Cindy told the court that her credit is so bad that no one would rent to her.
11. The court told Cindy to keep the kids in the same school till the court has settled
This mess. She is now trying to take them out of the school they have known all their life, and yet cause more instability in their life.
12. CPS has placed the person that started this mess (Nichole Hayes) Back on this case, as the case supervisor. Nichole told me she was going to try to take my children from me.

14. Garry Beasley was told by Rene smiley to take care of the canceling, and the psyche eval he just ran the clock out.
They sent me to the same consoler as Cindy, I told her my concerns, and that I was there to go thru with the eval. (Dorothy Edith, Martin and Nichole were discussing my case plan with Cindy, and Cindy Told my niece Raquel that the court was going to take to kids from me. The consoler cut the eval, All along Dorothy lead me to believe that this consoler was a separate consoler, in full knowledge that I would fill unconvertible in having her do my eval.
15. If the court would like me to take urine test on a regular basis, I will be willing to
Do so (at the county expense) but I would like to remind the court that Cindy said the same thing about Todd, Terry, and now me.
16. I want to add that Cindy has put in false acquisition against all three of her last
Major relationships
17. I would like to ask the court when Cindy will be held accountable for her lies.
When is this court going to make her do what the court has asked of her?
You told her to take the kid in for concealing, you told her to return my mothers
Things, you told her not to take the kids out of San Mateo and she was going to
Anyway, you told her never to bring the kids around the bennets she did any way
You told her not to move the kids out of their school she is trying to any way.
When will She be stopped??
18. She took my daughter and gave her all of her ammunitions shots over,
So she would not have to face the kid’s doctor, because she knows she was wrong. All she had to do is go there and get a copy of the records.
And they have had insurance thru my work all the time. But she took them to a homeless shelter doctor. Her doctor said this could have made her sick.
19. Nancy Morrison told me that Cindy told her that I evicted her from the apt.
Cindy Lied to her face, Nancy also told me that she was going to write the recommendations as they were before even before we began talking.
She implied I was a liar before I got out the gate.
She said I call the mom a liar, the only time I did was when the mom told my children that I was a murder, and I replied that is a lie.
20. Nancy is getting very forget full, I asked her to help me get CPS to do what was
Order by the court, and what I was promised by CPS and she did nothing to help me, she said that she would call over there and try to get them moving, And call me latter that week, she never did. I think she forgot or didn’t care.
21. Cindy told Nancy that she has beening seeing a canceller all along, she started in late June she has only been see five times. I would have started when my case plan was singed, But Gary Beasley ran the clock out, and I could not afford 75 dollars a week.
22. Little Aaron was sick for almost three weeks, I follow what the home less shelter
Asked from us, Cindy knew about his medication, she didn’t have him finish his
Prescription.

My lawyer was brought involved in this matter, she had been calling Ernest office (at the last minute) Monday the start of their spring break. Trying to get me to take the kids for the week.
I had asked the kids two weeks before when it was because I had a feeling she was going to have me take them. I was going to take the time off.
When I said I had to work, Cindy set my son up, and tried to put him in the hospital 72-hour hold, she called Ernest (my lawyer) said Aaron was trying to hurt himself. And he was on his way to the hospital.
What came out was Cindy was trying to get he to dump the garbage he refused.
She pushed him to the ground and spit in his face. I took the week off so I could watch them, and get them out of Moms hair, then in court she said he was just trying to give me visitation Really the Bennets wanted the kids out of the house for the week. Debbie Crandall said went way over the top but did nothing about it.
24. Nancy said Cindy was breaking no court order to speak of what about this list.

Back in 1999 my Kids were talked to By CPS Coming to my front door.they wanted to talk to my kids so I let them even though I did’nt.They told me they were gonna take my kids if I did not leave this house.So I did becsue believing and trusting my two kids that their father was emotionally abusing them and me. he is schzoprenic.he can’t work casue of it.the welfare department said he would have to take care of the kids while I work.well now its 2008 my kids live and in their custody in Texas. My kids are 17 and thirteen.They really don’t have anyhting to say to me whehn I talk to them on every other sunday,its becasue thier aunt is on the other line. their aunt won’t talk to me,I have tried to be there,she won’t have it.I never done drugs and I don’t drink alochol. so why is it CPS just comes along and wrecked our family,.We were doing just fine without them.even thought this marriage is long gone now casue he made me unhappy and with the kids gone i was even unhappier.So I left him. Why be so unhappy when I am better off alone.I see many parents who are on drugs but they get their kids back,its just alot of B.S. I want to just get past this marriage even though he can’t be found.this is why I will not live in california becasue of this.now im trying to get a divorce form their father,he is not present in my life at all and I can’t find him.I want this divorce and I live in albuqerque,NM.is there anyway or anybody that can give me the papers and not so pricey? Hello, My name is Jen and I live in Yakima, WA. I am a single mother with 4 children. I have been going through a voluntary placement for almost a month now. I agreed to this because if I didnt they said they would ask the court for temp custody. This way they got to go with my sister. Since our meeting they have started saying things that i have alledgedly done that was never mentioned in our initial meeting. They promised to help me get things straightened out and help me so they could come back. But now all I have got is crazy allegations about things Ive never done. The 30 days will be up this week and I have a feeling I will need a lawyer. I requested a copy of my file to see what they are trying to say I did, but they said it will take 60-90 days to get me a copy. Please help me. My kids are my life. I cant lose my babies! Someone please help me.

My name is Winona Sully i live in Tacoma,WA . I have 5 children but at the time 4 of my children being forcefully removed from my home from the tacoma police my other child who i reported as a runaway was in involved in a prosituiton raid in a motel. The police knocked on my door i thought they was there to let me know they got my daughter that i reported as a runaway but they said they was there to remove my children and forced there self in and accused me of prosituiting my daughters out .
i made serveral runaway reports.
Cps was unaware of what was going on , so now i went to court gave up voluntary custody.
i need help on all these accusations.all lies ,even my daughter that was in involved in the raid told the tacoma police thats not true.

We need a bulldog of an attorney to sue Santa Cruz County CPS in California. They are not listening to the children who are telling unspeakable acts that the divorced father is doing on his overnight visits. A qualified counselor has provided evidence time and again and CPS is choosing to think that the mother is making it up. She has fought for over a year with CPS and now they are allowing the court to give even more overnight time with the daughter ( there are 2 children who were molested, but only one is his and is four years old and seeing him alone) The police defer to CPS, the DA defers to CPS, the judge defers to CPS………no one will stop them and they refuse to even hear any more reports. 2 counselors, 2 neighbors and her family attorney have made reports and CPS will not even go to meet the reporters and investigate, The mother, who is my daughter is remarried, 7 months pregnant and trying to move to Colorado with her husband who has new employment so that they can afford to live and have better schools. Please help us protect these children

My name is careena. My husband and i have only been dealing with cps and riley hospital for about 3 months now, and i would like to thank everyone who plays a role in stopping the unfair acts of these people. We despirately need a criminal and defense attorney. Our rights have been violated, we have been pushed around long enough. Our 6th amendment has been violated, by a detective, tainting the jury pool, and slandering our names in the local paper and on the internet. How are we supposed to have a fair trial when everyone is jumping at the lies printed in this paper. People need to get their facts straight and know just how much these people are lying about. we would like to make sure that this stops here! just a little bit of what we feel will buid our case: violation of 4th, 14th, and 6th amendments, the judge failed to place a gag/ protective order, to protect our rights, loss of wages, loss of family love and support, violation of kinship care rights, discrimination on behalf of my parents, for my mothers PAST medical history and the fact that they live in a ” trailer” . Cps violated a court order, stating that our daughter should be placed with my parents, instead, they placed her in foster care for 2 months until we filed motion to show cause, possibily fraud? How about forgery, yes, riley hospital forged my name, stating that i gave verbal permission to do so… TRY AGAIN

Hey need HELP fast. I have an attorney but I am not sure if he is doing enough. On August 5, 2008 it was a hot night so we decided to run around naked the children and us. My husband was brushing my daughters hair before we put them to bed when he noticed outside my daughter’s windows that their was a man with two dogs peeking in our window. My husband immediately jumped off the floror and came into our room. Then we thought about inimate stuff and started messing around just the two of us. (my husband and I) and our daughters walked into our bedroom of course we told them to get out and they did but…… they came back in about the time the cops decided to look in my windows. THey investigated. found no reason to remove the children out of my care at the time but less then 24 hours they were back. They took the kids, gave me supervised visits, told my husband that he could no longer see them (which he did nothing wrong) and placed them in foster care. Now the kids are with their biological fater in colorado. They have no proof of anything yet but they are wanting me to do a change of custody. Im scared I want my kids back. I am the one that has physical custody

I am looking for a Lawyer who is not afraid to go up against CPS. I have 2 wonderful, beautiful daughters, ages 2 & 4 yrs old, and have been trying diligently for the last 9 months to get legal custody of my daughters from their Mother. I have proof of child abuse, neglect and child endangerment from living with their mother, the mother’s boyfriend(a known drug criminal and other charges too numerous to address). I have filed several police and CPS charges, but now CPS said that if I file anymore charges of child abuse, neglect or child endangerment against my ex-girlfriend, they(CPS) will take me to court for harassment and filing false accusations. PLEASE HELP! I need to get my girls out of this environment before something terrible happens. Since the mother was given temporary custody back in April 15, 2008, I have noticed that my girls have drawn within themselves and are not the same happy little girls that they used to be. I have been clean now for 8 months, am going to Welding school to get my associates degree and want to give my girls the good life that they deserve. Please help me get my girls .
This is about the safety and care of my daughters, not about my ex-girlfriend and her ‘clean UA’s. we both took Hair Folicle tests ordered by the courts and my was Negative and her’s was Positive! and the girls are still living with her! something is wrong here. Also the Mother lost her Grandfather’s home due to Drug Contamination and Drug Manufacturing! and CPS still came back with ‘unfounded’ claims against the Mother…

Please refer me to a Lawyer in charlotte NC, my granddaughter has been given shared custody to her father one week and one week with her mother, we have taken him to court for beating her badly, the judge order her back with him. She ran away, we found out in her journal that he made her take her clothes off in front of him, have touched her butt, made her kiss in in his mouth, and other things she was afraid to tell us. Every time we take this child to court the Judge sends her back in this pervert’s custody. please refer us to a lawyer.
