LAVONNA I AM SORRY YOU HAVE HAD TO DEAL WITH THE SYSTEMS BUTI CAN HONESTLY SAY THE PAIN DONT EVER GET BETTER. SOMEDAYS ARE BETTER THEN OTHERS BUT THE PAIN WONT EVER GO AWAY UNTIL MAYBE THE DAY YOUR SONS COME BUT EVEN THEN YOUR GOING TO HAVE ALOT OF FEELINGS AND ALOT OF EMOTIONS TO GO THROUGH WHEN YOU SEE YOUR BOYS AGAIN. IM SURE THAT WHEN YOU SEE THEM AGAIN WHEN YOU TELL THEM WHAT HAPPENED THE WAY THE SYSTEM STOLED THEM FROM YOU THEY WILL HOPEFULLY UNDERSTAND BUT WHATEVER YOU DO DONT GIVE UP ON THEM THAT WILL COUNT WHEN YOU FIND THEM. I want leave my e-mail lavonnabaird at yahoo.com, i now know im not the only one out there,its had to keep it together.i have had to keep room made up for the boys.it makes me sad.how do you stop hurting.?I WANT MY SONS to know i didnt give them up.i know theres something i can do.thats why im posting.maybe i can get answers.if the lawyer wont do their job, i will,got to get the information.to the judge before NOT after trail .So i need to find someone to help me write a letter that i can send out. help please

HEY THANKS FOR YOUR POST AND YES I DO PRAY EVERYDAY FOR A MARICEL AND THE PHONE WILL RING AND SAY COME GET YOUR CHILD.AND I HONESTLY THINK THAT GIVES ME HOPE MAYBE FALSE HOPE BUT ITS BETTER THEN NO HOPE I GUESS BUT I HAVE A QUESTION FOR EVERYONE MY SON TYLER IS NOW 6 YEARS OLD AND HE IS NOT ADOPTED OUT YET AND TYLER IS THE BIRTH NAME I GAVE DO ANYONE THINK THEY CAN CHANGE HIS NAME NOW OR WOULD IT BE TOO LATE ? That just makes too much sense, doesn’t it? Why would the state take kids away from families who are doing the best they can and pay out money to other people to care for them? Maybe because they are a bunch of little neo nazi’s running around in disguise — hiding behind signs of “child protection” and ” well-being of the child,” when really they are greedy little pigs who need to keep busy to earn their $40,000 + a year. They drive nice cars, wear nice clothing, and get their nails and hair done. And why shouldn’t they — don’t they deserve it after all the hard work they do of protecting children from their wicked, evil parents. Shouldn’t they sit back and enjoy the fruit of their labors (may it rot in their deceptive mouth). May the typical DCF worker know that another child is heartbroken and another mother is crying after they have finished the task they set out to do. DCF doesn’t help anybody, but themselves- to government money and they use innocent children as pawns in their filthy scemes. Many social worker’s hands are greased with money so that the mother’s chidren will slip as far away from their loving moms as possible. They are dirty dogs. They are liars. God hates liars. God loves children and knows where they belong. Trust in Him to bring your children back –as I trust Him. (Fred —I hope I’ve given you some insight)

There’s no need to be baffeled. Not everyone has the same life experiences or encounters. You only have to read enough stories to realize that DCF workers can be twisted liars and that their system does deprive children of their parents and vice vera. Obviously, you haven’t experienced a social worker harassing you, which is very good. I’m sure there are some good dcf workers. But the percentage is very low in the dcf profession. I hope you aren’t with your child’s father anymore. I’m glad you and your child made it through and don’t look back. From my experience and many others dcf does a lot of irreperable harm. Look at the large number of children that are abused and even killed in foster/adoption care. No one could tell me $$$ isn’t behind their motivations. The open up federal funds when they place a child into foster care and get up to $8,000 bonus for finalizing an adoption. There are no perfect parents, but even imperfect parents are entitled to live their lives and raise their children, without fear or threat of losing their most precious, irreplacable children. It becomes unbearable when a parent is denied of their own flesh and blood and simultaneously demeaned in the process of a hoax of court hearings and legal lies. God Bless Mothers who have lost their children due to DCF liars and fraud. God bless the children and return them to their mothers!!! God is in control.

i feel so bad for you lisa i know what you are going through when i was reading your story i was thinking omg its the same thing they did to me but cps went behind my back an adopted my babies out to some lady i didnt even no they was adopted i was waiting for my new trial an well waiting thats when they did it i will never give up no matter how long it takes me my babies need to be back home with mommy not a fake mommy good luck if i find any thing new out i will let you no

Why is it that CPS/DHS agents do not care for the well-being of the child?
Our child used to get all As/Bs and now after he was taken away 1,5 years ago, he has changed his school twice, got all Fs in his report card and is depressed, uninterested of any school work…
This was the result of the CPS procedure.
