Child Protective Services, CPS, has devastated and destroyed hundreds of thousands of families in America during the last thirty years leaving a trail of broken hearts, broken dreams, and shattered childhoods.
Rather than helping families, government agents have used unconstitutional laws in Juvenile Court to rip children away from their loving parents, break asunder God-given, natural, parent-child bonds, and adopt the children of the grieving out to others who profit financially with large monthly adoption subsidy payments.
Child Protective Services must be stopped! The law that started this, CAPTA, must be repealed. We must work tirelessly to inform the public of this very dangerous travesty of justice. We must keep faith knowing that if there is a God, there is an answer and a way to end this heartache.
Child Protective Services Agents - please come to your senses! Family destruction on false or trivial grounds is wrong, reprehensible, and inhumane.
Fosterers - be aware that for the money you get you are holding much-loved children away from their grieving families while the parents are forced to perform a service plan that is anything but a service to them. I call this hostage holding for the government. This is not kindness - to help misguided government agents destroy family relationships and break loving bonds.
CPS workers and fosterers - I ask that you now let the children of the innocent return to their homes where they are truly valued, adored, and loved by the parents God gave them.
Family rights are God-given rights. And they should not be ignored or postponed. Every moment these loving parents and children spend separated from one another is a torment beyond what anyone should ever have to bear.
It is unworthy of human dignity to allow this terrorism and torture of families to go on without saying something, speaking out, and trying to make a change.

If you, or anyone you know (preferably in Michigan, but it does not have to be) has a story, now is the first opportunity for the public to know what goes on behind the scenes of Child Protective Services.
You do not have to provide you name, but try to keep your stories to a condensed 6 sentences, under 60 seconds. WJR is providing you with the freedom of speech and has opened the window of opportunity to redress governance.
Share your pain with the public and elected officials.
Even if you do not have a personal story, or do not know anyone who has had involvement with the state, call in and share your wisdom with the citizens of Michigan who deserve to be educated in the functioning of government.
Let’s let the general media know that we, as citizens, can no longer be silenced. The power of government is at the behest of us.

i am aware of this taken place on monday and i will be one of them calling . i also have friends and family who will be doing the same i agree with you linda i encourage other familys to tell there stories too this is the only way for people to start paying attention to what cps is doing to innocet familys. please people make your stand for your children its time to start fighting back -fight for the children and maybe even save some other parents heartaches.

Hurray !! We are blessed . The chaos is about to be cleaned up because this filth cannot decorate our lives or our children or our future any more. What has been in secrecy is now exposed with a mighty force of people stating the same situations across these states and in our counties and throughout our court rooms. You may have brought us unjustice but we will bring back our rights. We are the people and our children are not your property. Pay back is overdue !! Stand, and Not be Weiry ! Parents against parental alienation is barbaric. Peace. God is watching us do what is expected of Us !! He is happy to see us so resilient and bold. The rude CPS man, after finding out I (36) was unemployed thought our 4 sons had different Fathers, my husband(42) IS the Father of all of them. And he wondered if my Cub Master, T-ball & Basketball Coach husband was involved in our sons lives.
He concluded that I was “suspicious” and that, “If this happens again we WILL take your children away!”
He NEVER showed me ID or any report or made it clear that he has no right to talk to me without an Attorney present.
(If he had taken or asked our sons about what happened without my permission would be considered an illegal “search and seizure.”)
I didn’t know this until after he first came.
He is coming back Monday to speak to my husband about what happened.

This is what happened for him to come and yell at me:
Our 3 and 5 year old sons were playing in our very, large yard with our 9 yr old son.
Our 11 year old son had come in the house after returning from a friend’s home. We were discussing his upcoming plans for camp.
Later we found out the 3 and 5 year old thought the 11 year old was still at his friend’s house and since the 9 year old was frustrated trying to fix his bike the little ones went to find the 11 year old, who was in our house.
The little ones have NEVER left the yard when their older brothers are home. So i was shocked!
I was thankful that this neighbor lady brought them to my home got them back safely.
So I did the only thing I could do and used the “Love and Logic” method to teach the little ones on what is expected of them and to think before they do.

After we expose the truth im getting my son back weather any body likes it or not my son is not going to go through hell because of corruption and thats the bottom line cps didnt have him me and my soon to be wife did he rightfully belongs to us and this is not for only us its for all the victomnized parents out there im sorry i get riled up when it comes to my kids.I think this is a good idea for this radio network to do this its gonna get our children back in our arms where they belong.Jesus said if a kingdom divides it will not stand cps is a kingdom of wickedness and blackness.Cps is the devils disciples so cps better think about what there doing because when they close ther eyes theres only 1 or 2 places they go when its there time to face jesus at the almighty white throne in heaven i know heaven and hell is real the bible clearly says it read 2nd corinthians 5vs6-8. We all are accountable for are sins. I hope this will chang the course of cps and there ungodly actions. In some sense i have to feel a little bit of sorrow for cps there just ignorant spirits that needs prayer.Like i said im sorry for being out spoken but when it comes to my children i do get fired up fast for give me its just the way i am.Im tired of being discrimminated against i thought it ilegal to discimminated but i guess when it comes to cps they get away with everything.If idont get my son back then i know without a shadow of doubt this system is more coruppted than i thought but i will get him back no matter what the cost.

About time they do this to bring awareness to what CPS really does to innocent families. Just when CPS work their hardest to eliminate stories off the media news, because I would find out they are friends with FCC??? mmmm??? I wonder if the CPS will try to eliminate this one? We shall see. I wouldn’t be surprised it would become sealed and cancelled. But then again, if this is an independent business, then there is no damn thing CPS can do to you. Please carry on your message of truths to be out there for all the people to know what CPS are up to their actricious acts on innocent families. We must stop their abusing of the system and its funds, not to mention to bring charges of perjury and for fabricating of reports/files should be sought on the Workers. Crimes are Crimes, so they should answer to the Criminal Charges upcoming fairly soon. One by one. Immunities should be eliminated. So they can act professionally accordingly on their jobs. This is not a fun job to play or toy with children’s lives. Time for a serious accountability.

It is about time someone sees the problem in michigan with the cps and is now joining hands with the parents and children who have been hurt. You better belive that i am calling and saying what i have on my mind. Cps has personally came and hurt my family for noreason what so ever and took one of my children away from me. i moved to another county in michigan and go some insight and the said that ogemaw county had no grounds to take my child and that i needed to file an apeal so i did but still waiting for an answer. thank you all for listening to michigan parents prayers.(((hugs)))) Calub williams mom Ashley

ashely you are right it is time for parents to step up and yes. you are just one of many who has had your child talken away by cps for no grounds at all thats why we need to keep speaking out every chance we can. i live in tuscola county and my son was wrongfully taken from me as well so i totaly understand your pain but dont give up please ill keep on fighting with you -you are not alone- but i will keep hope and prayers in my mind and heart for you -keep fighting-

That is the best news that I have heard all day!! I am glad to hear that there is a radio station that wants to help people who are being harrassed by CPS. I would love to hear how this comes out. Please keep me posted.

There’s no way they’ll be able to fit it all in an hour. Maybe if they just have the stories from families whose kids died in foster care in MI- that horror alone would fill up an hour.
People in MI complain about constantly hearing about kids getting killed in foster care, so maybe they’ll get off their butts and do something about it.

I have to agree with Eleanor i think it should be aired at least 2 hours at 5 to 10 min. a person it will get it out there mor efficiantly. But it its a start. I watched an episode on Montell Williams he made a mind boggling statement approx. 1 and a half years ago he did a survey on the foster care system he said about 90% of children that goes into foster care in the U.S winds up missing, dead our being abused thats when i woke up and thought about my son being ward of the state of Mi. in foster care. This issue needs some looking into ASAP. before other children becomes another statistic in the eyes of our government.

In 2005, I was TRICKED in signing CHINS PETITION of my nearly 17 year old in Vermont after abusive EX Doctor found us. This is a NIGHTMARE. As a disabled service connected mom I can hardly go on. I wrote a comment in the 2007 guest book, I have just gotten the internet, t thought by having the internet all my questions would be answered. But now, after reading everything that I, myself had just written, almost word for word, and has been said over and over and over again, I am devastated. So please someone, answer me this,
1). whats the most important thing in your world? Is’nt it your children? your family? Please tell me, why is it that there are so many families that CPS has destroyed, and no one does a thing? Take Wenachee washington,, that sex scandle, CPS workers were told to go out and get babies so they could meet their quota. and recieve their bonus. They were not going to lose that money at any cost.
Web site after web sight, letter after letter, thousand’s of parents with the same problem, and why?
CPS has been doing this for how many years? And what? we are letting them. Even when it is documented that what CPS is doing, is far more worse than what the parents are being accused of. Why havent they been stopped? If someone has’nt stopped them by now, 20 years later, how am I to believe that they can be stopped now? Today, I feel defeated. There is no answer, is there? And if there is, it may take another 20 years to find it. Long after I am dead and gone, will I see my granddaughter ever again? I feel sure that CPS already has their adopted parents picked out. I would have died for my Children, I would die for my Granddaughters, I need to know what to do. Now, before we lose them forever in the hands of CPS. When the Judge said he was going to agree with CPS, to keep the girls at this time, The CPS woman investagating our case, turns her head and looking me right in the eyes, smiles a huge smile, what? like she won? What happeded to keeping the family togather? I don’t know what to do. what would happen if we just walked in and took our children back? Until that Judge or paper is signed, they are still our children, our grandchildren, we still have our parental rights, Why can THEY miss our visits? why can THEY give candy to the child that they just took away from the mother that gave too much candy, resulting in rotting the baby teeth. SOMEBODY PLEASE TELL ME. How do we fix this? What they are doing is so wrong, so very wrong. why are WE the only ones that see it? Why has’nt someone changed the law’s? I know the Judges are not blind or stupid, Our Judge knew they lied, Yet why did he allow them to keep our babies? WHY? WHY? WHY? Somebody please tell me why!

Hi my name is Chynnah Diaz and CPS OF MICHIGAN have taken my children without investigating my case . My children have been taken away from me and split up CPS has lied to me and my family and about my case ( Crystal Bloodsaw CPS WORKER) and others. I have not been able to sleep peacefully for a half a year. My older children have been placed with abusive foster parents that let other children in the home beat my 6 and 4 year old daughters. I have never abused my children. Hell iI dont even swear at them.

Hello I am writing because I am a mother of 4 in the State Of Michigan and my children have been taken from me for neglect and not protecting my children I was never told my children were being abused. CPS have lied to me and my family reguarding my case no investigation was ever done and my child was taken from school and I didnt see her or my other children for a long period of time. I have never abused my chilren I love my children more than life its self

Hi I am the mother of 3. I love my kids and would never hurt them. The police took my kids because of cluttter? It wasn’t but whatever it is his opinion. My children are 12 11 and 5 and were given to my ex husbands who were abusive. They are split up ad rarely able to see each other or myself. This makes me sick. My ex husband encouraged my 12 year old to hit me. He threatened me and screamed at me pushed me picked up kids against court ordered visitation, all in front of the kids. I called the police because I was scared. He has ppo served in the past. My 5 year old little girl was scared of him and when my son hits me. How can they say I was neglecting them. I have physical custody of all of them. Since they were toddlers they have been with me. What are they teaching my child? That abuse is fine. It is sick. I need help. 734 775 3018 please

My children have never been abused by me now my oldest child has been beat with a belt by a foster parent. Ennis Center 4 Children says it was unfound.Today I visited my children I thought I would have a good visit to find out that the foster parent that have my newborn cut the tip of his finger trying to cut his nails. OMG who dont konw not to clip a newborns nails this is day 544 away from my babies someone help!

C.P.S. has more power than The Sate Police, like NAZI’s, Our case was closed out months ago, then just last week they went to our kids schools asking them if their father was Drinking and beating them. I haven’t ever beat my children, and i haven’t had a Drink in over a year.
My point is, if someone get’s mad at you and are wanting to mess with you and your family..Simply call C.P.S. and they’ll be at your door! Sadly, C.P.S. is not required to tell you who called in the referral, and even if you F.O.I.A. for records they will still refuse to inform you of who’s making the bogus calls.
I shutter at how many families have been torn apart by a Government Agency that we The People of The State of Michigan Fund.

David and Connie, you could petition the court to find out who made the false accusation. Sometimes the court will open the record so the accuser can be brought to justice.
