My husband and I have been clean for over 2 years! Yes we made mistakes, we needed help, we werent getting it! We have since had a third child and we lived out of state when we had him. I got sick after I had my baby and I asked to move back to Michigan to be closer to my family! When we did CPS took our third child, we went to court faught the fight and Little Jeremiah was returned to us Dec. 2010 a whole year after the date they took him. Fred and I have over 2 years clean, we dont drink, and we dont even smoke ciggerettes so we have totally changed our lives! CPS and the COURT gave us the credit we deserve for all our hard work! Please dont say we deserved getting our children taken from us forever......thats a long time we would love to be raising our children as christians who dont talk down on people and shove them away because they dont live like us.....I believe Jesus is coming and is here and lives in everyone Im sorry my children wont know just how painfully sorry I am and how much I miss them! I had a hospital in Flint call CPS, because they gave my child an unacceptable medical treatment for diabetes, they tried to turn the table. CPS found nothing. The next day, at a follow up visit, a social worker called her sister, an off duty Flint police officer, told her this was not my child and there was a warrant in another state for my arrest for molestation and kidnapping. It was all found to be false, but according to police & CPS, this social worker did not do anything illegal. A few months later, Saginaw CPS received a call saying we were homeless & my child was not attending school. I was publicly humiliated in front of co-workers and was drug through the mud to prove that we had a home and my child was in school. The CPS worker filled her report with lies, that now coupled with the Genessee county report, I look like a poor parent. If there is another report filed, all the negatives in the lies for the first two reports come into play. I have no recourse to challenge the reports, as the Saginaw County director of CPS said "These are our reports and we can put into them whatever we want." I asked if this meant including lies, he just repeated his statement, confirming that lies are allowed to be included in their reports. I live in Michigan. NEAR HIS HOME WHERE ME AND MY FIANCE AND 1 YEAR OLD WERE HAVING DINNER.. AN HOUR WENT BY I CONTINUED TO CALL HIM HE FINALLY ANSWERED , NOW DURING DINNER ME AND MY FIANCE HAD 1 GLASS OF WINE EACH WITH DINNER MY EX TOLD ME I SOUNDED INTOXICATED AND TOOK MY 6 YEAR OLD TO OUR LOCAL POLICE DEPT. WHEN I ARRIVED MY MOTHER AND MY AUNT WERE THERE WHOM THEY ALL DISLIKE MY FIANCE BECAUSE THEY DO NOT WANT HIM TO ADOPT MY 1 YEAR OLD WHICH HE PLANS ON DOING HER FATHER LEFT ME WHEN I FOUND OUT I WAS PREGNANT AND I NEVER HEARD FROM HIM AGAIN. THE COPS SAID ME AND MY FIANCE WERE INTOXICATED I BEGGED FOR THEM TO GIVE ME AND MY FIANCE A BRETHALIZER THEY REFUSED THEY SAID MY EYES WERE BLOOD SHOT EVEN THOUGH I HAD BEEN CRYING FOR OVER 20 MINUTES I EVEN ASKED IF BEFORE THEY TOOK MY CHILDREN THEY WOULD TAKE ME TO THE HOSPITAL TO PROVE I WAS NOT INTOXICATED THEY AGAIN REFUSED. THEY ASKED IF I WANTED MY KIDS TO GO TO A FOSTER HOME OR WITH MY MOTHER EVEN THOUGH I HATE MY MOTHER I OF COURSE DIDNT WANT MY CHILDREN WITH STRANGERS . SO THEY WENT WITH MY MOM .
