This is absolutely sickening.

BTW, folks probably already know that many Fosters, too , hate and revile CPS.

Fosters who are honest can testify that they too, were dissed, lied to and made to feel inferior by CPS.

Is it any wonder there are shortages all over of fosters?

I find it interesting that CO placed an infant with living together fosters who had NEVER PARENTED AN INFANT.

They are scraping the bottom of the barrel, unless you are like some fosters I know who actively cultivate and flatter caseworkers to get healthy, adoptable kids for themselves.

Or are these simply reserved for CPS cw’s and /or their friends?

LE are frequently candidates for fostering, as was demonstrated in the Wenatchee fiasco where over 50 innocent townsfolk were accused of sexually abusing their own children.

CPS= Creating Permanent Sinecures.

Linda, let’s have a section where folks parody the initials CPS to stand for what they often are.

BTW, I believe on FL makes cw falsification of records a FELONY.

Every other state is free for cw to fabricate, make-up or conjecture.

There is some good news out of this horrible story.

20 Brave citizens of Washington state stood at the Courthouse, protesting the sentence that this *adoptive Mom/US attorney paralegal* got.

Somehow, DSHS in Washington just didn’t investigate Ms DeLeon’s record with other children.

So, thanks, Linda. Your mission has been fulfilled by your *children* of the Internet who see injustice and seek to remedy it.

Thanks to the other early pioneers ( often Computer folk) who early on found much to contend with in the guise of CPS.

So your efforts have spawned good change, somewhere.

BTW, DSHS in WA is the MOST SUED AGENCY IN THE STATE.

This makes me sick to my stomach. My daughter’s has an abusive father. He got drunk one night and they were fighting. The boy broke his father’s finger trying to defend himself. The boy was arrested. They called CPS. He had a huge bruise on his face but CPS did NOTHING!!! I want to know why CPS picks and chooses the kids they want to help.

This is the same county and city that took our children from our home because of a custody case and placed one child in the accuser’s home which later was found to be a home he was molested in and the other child refused ALL family contact with her after they took her away from her grandmother (which later a court ruled she was wronged by CPS) oh wait the same judge as this WEIRD!!! Anyways the judge is now adopting out the little girl to strangers. The brother and sister have not and will not be able to see each other again!!!

cps took my children for bogus reasons and it was in ferry co whitch the same people run stevens county Iam looking for a good attorney out of seattle also because these same people run the tri county area (spokane stevens ferry co. it makes me sick some of the stories my kids have told me about their time in foster care

Amanda we have kind of the same story. CPS took my boyfriends daughter due to false alligations by his ex wife and placed the child with her and even though we told the woman about the domestic violance occuring there and that is possible that that is where she got molested the refuse to see either is going on. Now they are just trying to cover things up and cover their collective rear ends. Another woman from an agency that cps contracts out to came for the “parenting” part of the program and stated that 1) we were doing fine and weren’t in need of services and 2) this is such a common situation where one ex makes claims againts the other and gains custody that it isn’t funny! and 3) last year they had a case where the child stated that one person was molesting them when in fact it was another that was molesting them and cps missed that. It is really sickening but your not alone it happens all the time! Sad!

This case has caused Spokane WA CPS to overinvestigate my husband and myself. Despite 3 medical prof and a CASA worker saying the abuse never happened and our adopted son who is psychotic saying it never happened they will not let go.
So our 2 little Foster Boys sit in respite Care for 3 weeks. They told us it would be 3 days.

CPS is an evil entity. Decent, hard working Foster Parents can not stand the evil, coniving, lying tacticts used by Spokanes CPS. They have tried every hook to force a case. So far no luck on their part.
Fortunatley we have an awesome Attorney. Yet, they have made our lives hell and now THEY CPS are abusing our children.
Who will stop them? How can we as citizens rise up and stop them.

They have taken false allegations and slandered our family, and now keep trying to dig up any evidence they can get. Too bad we are the worlds most boring people.

However, I have great faith that they will not prevail.
I know they would love nothing more than to have the head of this Homeschooling Christian Mom on thier wall. Well not on my watch!

Know your rights as parents and Foster Parents.

This is quite sad, because this woman, Florence, is a fraud. She has a nephew from the same family that is in jail being held for TWO child molestation trials in Spokane County Court. She has personally slandered the victims families to myself and many, many other people. Blaming vicitms for being abused, lying and falisfying documents. She is a true wolf in sheep’s clothing. Where is her concern for children when her own family members are the perpetrators?
I was present at a bail hearing for her nephew, and she was told by the judge to sit down as she was so absolutely inappropriate in the courtroom. The judge asked her repeatedly to stick to the subject at hand, bail; yet she could not control her angry tirades and was cut short by the judge.
There are two sides to every story, and I believe this little boy, Steven, should be removed from this home he has been placed in, as there is abuse in it. Shame on this family!!!!

I would like to talk to someone or have someone contact me with regards on doing a story on the abuse of power by CPS, and how they handle clients,

I know that most of the cases are on the up and up, but I have been made aware of a horrible ordeal of a young mother trying to get her son back who was removed at birth, and who has done nothing wrong, but they are still not planning on returning him, but moving for termination of her rights so that he may be adopted by the foster mother, and in her papers, I have read they removed him for something some one who does not even live with her said.

Furthermore, her ISP states how she has been fully compliant, and CPS has also required her to have three psychological evaluations, all recommending her son be returned to her, and they have not followed any of the court ordered parameters surrounding her visits.

This can not go unchecked,.

My nieces and nephew have been in CPS care for over a year now. They were neglected in CPS’s care recently. The mother Ashley M Jolly has not been charged for anything and has passed every drug tests for over a year now. As well as completed extensive outpatient treatment for the last nine months.

CPS took my nieces and nephew into custody I believe this was unreasonable because the children were not being neglected or abused. Recently Isaac (6) and Alyssa (5) who is in a different foster home than Trinity (4) and Breanna (3) were being abused. After many reports to the CPS case worker. The children had a very strong cat urine odder and Isaac had a temp of 103 the preschool tried to contact the foster parent with no answer. After school Isaac and Alyssa went to a visitation with their mother Ashley Jolly where these conditions were observed by her as wells as her consular and office staff. The CPS supervisor Teresa is very difficult to work with and unhelpful with resolving the case. The caseworker is changed every few months and the left had has no clue what the right had is doing. They have finally been placed in a new foster home. I believe this case has been handled incorrectly from the beginning and would like a review of the case starting with the initial case worker Jackie Bircher who place the kids in custody. I children’s Doctor has not been consulted in regards to the case as well.

We went and retained a attorney by the name of Lee Roy Peterson in Spokane about seven months ago. He told us all kinds of untrue thing we would do for us he would act as the attorney on the case and we could tell the public defender we have retained representation. He never did this or anything else to help us.

What are we to do from here

My exinlaws paid the judge off to go in their favor they wanted to adopt my children they lied to the courts since my exhusband died in 2005 my children got his ssi the only reason why mu exinlaws wanted my children because they get my childrens ssi and my child support plus whatever the federal government is giving I can’t even talk to my children my evil exinlaws tried to get me arrested at my son graduation they made a big scene so when my daughter turns 18 they will put a no contact order on me against my daughter like they didi my son because on my son 18 birthday I contact my son that night my exinlaws called the police on me the police couldn’t do anything because he was of age my exinlaws where mad so 2 months lateer they and county attorney charged me harrassment 3rd degree I was arrested and spent 2 weeks in jail the judge put a 5 year no contact order on me against my own son my daughter is 16 and my son is 19 my exinlaws called my own bioligical family and told my family if I go to my son graduation they are going to have me arrested that the Rotes and Sheehys are going to be scattered all over the place with binoculars on me my exinlaws and my exhusband when he was alive went to my low housing they wanted my files low houing wouldn’t give them my files so they kept calling low housing on me low housing knew it was them also my exinlaw would come to my door with a camcorder on me they also told my children teacher that I am going to jail at the funeral myexinlaws where talking bad about me in front of my children my children wanted to be with my family and my exinlaws got jealous and told the courts that my children wanted to be with them it was a lie they have punish me because I divorce my exhuband years ago and that i am alive and he is dead I have it on tape have my exhusband and his not real family where abusing my children and the courts didn’t want to hear it gor 3 years month after month DHS and county attorney aattorney general casa guardian of litem children therapist my exinllaws was friends with the therpist all sat toghter nobody want to hear my side the courts heard what they wanted to hear you wouldn’t believe all the stuff what my exinlaws has done to me nobody would let my children talk in court because my exinlaws where afraid that my children would tell the truth and my exinlaws would gotten in to trouble my exinlaws name are Kathy Sheehy and Phyllis Rote and Kathy Sheehy runs a dayarre she gets mad at children and smacks little in the mouth Judge Cohen told my exinlaws if they wanted to adopt my children they can she would help them why did Judge Cohen and the rest of the names that where mention going to my exhuband funeral and why did my exhusband going over to a Judge home my exinlaws would come to my work and make a scene my exinlaws as well my exhusband has harrassed me threathen me torrimented me terrizod me etc and that is ok people to have my children that evil family will do anything and everything to me they would all ganged up on me especially at the courthouse.
