My daughter was 11. I just know that she is just a child and now DSS has made her think she can get away with anything by lying. They are the bad influence on my children. My husband was in a similiar situation. My daughter was fifteen at the time. She accused her father of sexually molesting her when we lived in North Carolina. The only reason my husband wasn't arrested was because Michigan didn't have any jurisdiction. She has torn our family apart. CPS has ruined our lives. They believe the children no matter what. My daughter has done this several times while in foster care, messing up other families as well. Thankfully, she has a foster mother now, who has nipped that lying in the bud. It didn't work while in her care. I say good for her. But, if it did happen I can just imagine all those children suffering just from being without their families and having to be put through this with their foster parents.
