My husband was in a similiar situation. My daughter was fifteen at the time. She accused her father of sexually molesting her when we lived in North Carolina. The only reason my husband wasn't arrested was because Michigan didn't have any jurisdiction. She has torn our family apart. CPS has ruined our lives. They believe the children no matter what.
