He pleaded guilty, and they will probably give him a reduced sentance because of it. They should increase his sentance simply because as a licensed foster parent, he is supposed to be protecting these teens from abuse. This is the worst type of child abuse, and I want strickter governances. I want foster homes to be a safe place; a place that parents are not scared to have their children in. They should never be a place perpetrating abuse. This gives ALL foster parents a bad name, which is simply wrong. We need stronger laws against child preditors! Perhaps when CPS discovers the many lawsuits pending against fosters they will be more inclined NOT to kidnap children. The Church settlements may mirror what will be a tsunami of lawsuits v CPS for the same uncaring negligence against helpless children, taken into *stranger FC* The Archdiocese of LA recently concluded a settlement with abused children by priests.

Perhaps when CPS discovers the many lawsuits pending against fosters they will be more inclined NOT to kidnap children.

I am sorry if the child was really abused, but I can't point fingers anymore, since I have experienced it. And of course their was no finding. Thankfully, my daughter was pulled out of that home.
