Child Protective Services, CPS, has devastated and destroyed hundreds of thousands of families in America during the last thirty years leaving a trail of broken hearts, broken dreams, and shattered childhoods.
Rather than helping families, government agents have used unconstitutional laws in Juvenile Court to rip children away from their loving parents, break asunder God-given, natural, parent-child bonds, and adopt the children of the grieving out to others who profit financially with large monthly adoption subsidy payments.
Child Protective Services must be stopped! The law that started this, CAPTA, must be repealed. We must work tirelessly to inform the public of this very dangerous travesty of justice. We must keep faith knowing that if there is a God, there is an answer and a way to end this heartache.
Child Protective Services Agents - please come to your senses! Family destruction on false or trivial grounds is wrong, reprehensible, and inhumane.
Fosterers - be aware that for the money you get you are holding much-loved children away from their grieving families while the parents are forced to perform a service plan that is anything but a service to them. I call this hostage holding for the government. This is not kindness - to help misguided government agents destroy family relationships and break loving bonds.
CPS workers and fosterers - I ask that you now let the children of the innocent return to their homes where they are truly valued, adored, and loved by the parents God gave them.
Family rights are God-given rights. And they should not be ignored or postponed. Every moment these loving parents and children spend separated from one another is a torment beyond what anyone should ever have to bear.
It is unworthy of human dignity to allow this terrorism and torture of families to go on without saying something, speaking out, and trying to make a change.

Fighting Child Protective Services False Accusations

A foster child confided in her teenage cousins about sexual abuse she endured. The abuser was a man paid by the government to take care of her: foster parent Ronald Lee Pence, 49, of Prunedale, California.
Child abusers, especially sexual predators, have an open invitation to get close to children by becoming foster parents. As foster parents, they have daily round-the-clock access to the children of others, and can victimize them at will. To add to this sick situation, many CPS workers seem to ignore reports of foster parent abuse of foster children, as it will not increase county funding when a child is removed from a foster home. The county gets more federal funding only when they remove children from natural family homes and place them in foster care.
In this case the foster parent also pleaded guilty to dissuading a witness as when the girl said she wanted to tell her mother and the police about the abuse, he tried to talk her out of it. Pence will be sentenced on August 29. In the meantime, they’ve let this predator go free. He’s out on bail.

This really makes me angry! He pleaded guilty, and they will probably give him a reduced sentance because of it. They should increase his sentance simply because as a licensed foster parent, he is supposed to be protecting these teens from abuse. This is the worst type of child abuse, and I want strickter governances. I want foster homes to be a safe place; a place that parents are not scared to have their children in. They should never be a place perpetrating abuse. This gives ALL foster parents a bad name, which is simply wrong. We need stronger laws against child preditors! Stronger/harder screening of Foster parents.

The Archdiocese of LA recently concluded a settlement with abused children by priests.
Perhaps when CPS discovers the many lawsuits pending against fosters they will be more inclined NOT to kidnap children.
The Church settlements may mirror what will be a tsunami of lawsuits v CPS for the same uncaring negligence against helpless children, taken into *stranger FC*

My childeren were in foster center Polinsky Center. I was surprivised when i would change them told the superviser the my childeren were bleeding from there privites and they would check and make note of it and notify the work and blah blah blah nothing happened. My son had more marks and bruises on him in the center then he has ever had at home. he had a kids hole mouth inprinted on his face. The kids in the forster center beat on the kids li ke they were beat on at home. I have pictures of my son while in there and he looks so bad and this was 3 months after they took my kids from me for a mark on his forhead. They told me and my husband that there is no excusses for a brusies on them but they made so many up when he was getting them while in their care
