Child Protective Services, CPS, has devastated and destroyed hundreds of thousands of families in America during the last thirty years leaving a trail of broken hearts, broken dreams, and shattered childhoods.
Rather than helping families, government agents have used unconstitutional laws in Juvenile Court to rip children away from their loving parents, break asunder God-given, natural, parent-child bonds, and adopt the children of the grieving out to others who profit financially with large monthly adoption subsidy payments.
Child Protective Services must be stopped! The law that started this, CAPTA, must be repealed. We must work tirelessly to inform the public of this very dangerous travesty of justice. We must keep faith knowing that if there is a God, there is an answer and a way to end this heartache.
Child Protective Services Agents - please come to your senses! Family destruction on false or trivial grounds is wrong, reprehensible, and inhumane.
Fosterers - be aware that for the money you get you are holding much-loved children away from their grieving families while the parents are forced to perform a service plan that is anything but a service to them. I call this hostage holding for the government. This is not kindness - to help misguided government agents destroy family relationships and break loving bonds.
CPS workers and fosterers - I ask that you now let the children of the innocent return to their homes where they are truly valued, adored, and loved by the parents God gave them.
Family rights are God-given rights. And they should not be ignored or postponed. Every moment these loving parents and children spend separated from one another is a torment beyond what anyone should ever have to bear.
It is unworthy of human dignity to allow this terrorism and torture of families to go on without saying something, speaking out, and trying to make a change.

that is right you shouldnt of crossed out stealing. i wonder if you can file kidnapping charges on them. i know you can report them to the fbi. lets face it this is kidnapping

Tha is the truth they are child kidnappers and there foster parents are damn child rapers also they are no use to society they give drug heads and child molestors there kids back but the ones that want and love there kids that work and support there children they steal them. I have no use for CPS nor DHS

It is pretty bad I had tumor surgery in October 2005 I spent a month in the hospital when I got out I took my kids to school that morning of December 04 2005 I got a call from my kids school saying that I needed to go to the school so I went to the school and DHS was there taking my children there was no investigations or anything. I had visits with my children when DHS was cancelling my court dates I have been to court every month for 2 and a half years I have not been able to see nor talk to my kids for over a year now My case worker has been making excuses my son has been sexually mllested in DHS custody and my kids have been beaten in DHS custody and when I confronted DHS about it and after that I could not see my kids that was the last visit that I had with my kids. I had another baby on april 04 2007 and DHS took him when he was 5 hours old I have not seen him since he left the hospital. He is a year and a half old now Iand I don’t know how he is where he is nor if they even take care of him nor with my girls all my girls are in one home and my oldest son is somewhere they will not tell me anything . Oklahoma DHS is the worst DHS in the world they are sopposed to help put families together but here they want to destroy families the don’t want to help anybody the are all self consieded and not worth
I have finished all my classes they had me go through 8 months of classes and I passed every one of them I always went and seen my kids never missed nothing with them and now I can’t find out anything It is like

I have had my 7 year old and my 11 year old gone since feb 2008, cps has done everything to make me look like a bad mother, and person, i never hit my children, i dont have a ticket to my name, or a record of any kind, cps new from day one that cps was going to take my two beautyfull boys away from me to adopt them out to my ex husbands parents, who have tried to take my little boys since 2002, cps never took the time to get to know me, and who i am . and how much my children are my life, always has been, always will be, cps worker has abused me and my two little boys mentally at every visit, and making sure this cps worker out of the victorville ca cps office ruined every visit, by telling me my boys were never comming home, i drive every week from las vegas nv 3 hours there for a 1 hour or 45 min visit and than drive three hours home, and attended parenting,counseling, safe nest classes. i realize that my little are probally never going to come home for me to just hold, all night long and tell them its ok, cps is abusing my children, cps has hurt the innocent, to get these money bonuses, cps can not have the control that they have been given, they are abusing are children, and taking away the bonds we have with our children, my 11 year old left school in applevalley ca to get to vegas to find our home and take care of me, i could have lost my son for ever if a kid napper grabed him, my sons hold on to me when i go to the visits and wont let me leave after the visits, i cry for 3 hours while traveling 3 hours home to las vegas nv, knowing i cant even hold my babies to tell them mommys here and everything is ok, i cant even comfort them, or protect them from this nightmare i am in, and when am i going to wake up? There is a god, i believe god will do to those who are destroying are children, i have also decided to back to school for an attorney, so that i can fight for my boys with relying on myself. and to know all the law, and than to continue on this cps journey of helping to stop cps in their tracks, i will never stop with cps till we the people stop this stealing our children away from us, i am going to make every day reading up on the information put here on this sight, and getting the knowlege i need to help stop these thieves (cps). and star courses to become an attorney, because i will never stop the fight to get my boys away from those monsters, and every one of these cps workers at the victorville office in ca need to be accountable, knowledge is power, i hope i can make them regret stealing my two little boys, i wont stop going after cps till the day i die, and hopefully i can help another mother hold her babies like i hope to do some day, god bless, and lets all pray for us to be able to change things , i am also looking for4 anybody out there with any problems with workers at the victorville cps office in ca, we need to talk and pull together, terrijeff92@yahoo.com
