Linda, didn’t see ur response to my post. Thank you for e-mailing christina simmons for me last year. never heard from her but i do appreciate u trying for me.

Also there is going to be a Nationwide Protest against DCFS/CPS, Family Courts and the abuse of Title IV funding for the kidnapping and abuse of our nations children. We are also trying to insure that anyone who abuses a child (actual abuse not false allegations) kidnaps a child or kills a child is punished to the fullest extent of the law…no matter who they work for.

My son was taken from his mother at age 6 months. He was placed in a foster home where he was raped and contracted an STD. Cps tried to cover it up and I tried to start a law suit but got nowhere.
they threaten to take the other four children if I continue to push a case. HELP!

Hi Lori, I am so sorry, and yes, I think you were definitely a target because of being a foster child yourself. Your poor kids are their victims too. Housing here in California is hard to pay for. If I needed to move I’d be considering living in a trailer or RV. As it is, I’m in a cabin in the mountains… low cost, yes, but I don’t care about not having access to city life.

I am a former foster child, I ran away when I was 16, dropped out of school to start working to pay rent. by the time I was 18 I had to work two jobs to make it with 4 hours of sleep a night and no time for school. I had my first child at 23. I was scrutinized by DCFS as they saw I had an open case in the 90′s and jumped to the conclusion it was me being investigated, not a former foster child. For years I suffered their intrusive examinations of coming into my home to inspect only to be deemed fit not 1, 2, 3 but 4 seperate occasions and have a mandated report. I lost my job, my house andd had to give them to their dads who only care about not having to pay support. now my kids are more neglected than what i was accused of and found fit on all occasions. i strugled with welfare and their lack of understanding i have no family to rely on leading to the loss of 3 different homes. I was once told i should sue due to insufficient care and stability or proper education. I also feel i was harrassed unfairly by DCFS because I was a former foster child. I want my kids back from their dads, so I can care for them the way I used to before losing my house and job, to anyone who’s had calworks and lives in cali you tell me where I can find a house to rent for 80% of $579? And they took every dime in child support as well more than $10,000 in back support from both fathers. even though they refused to aide me for my MFG exempt child for 2 years.

I have read each entry. I am also a grandmother enduring DCFS tortures as I watch my daughter jump through flaming hoops to get my 3 year old granddaughter back. She fell into their hands due to the ignorance of my soon to be ex-son-in-law (have been separated for 2 1/2 years) who was ill-advised to place his daughter in DCFS custody to make his custody case stronger in divorce court. My daughter was accused of placing my granddaughter at risk due to an argument with a boyfriend. Ironically, the one accusing her was the reason she fled the marriage; unlimited documentation of physical abuse and mental towards her and his son (now age 9). I am action-oriented. I will sell everything I have to get my granddaughter into a safe place. I have good job, a 4 bedroom home, and passed the background screening to take temporary custoday of my granddaughter until the parents could work through their differences. Without giving an explanation, DCFS social worker stated that I could no longer supervise visits and the child could not be placed with me. DCFS has documentation from DCFS in another state where father admits that his son was sexually abused by a teenaged family member (unprosecuted by father’s request) and kicking his son. DCFS in California disregards the report. The social worker has a chip on her shoulder and has purposely not established a family reunification plan for my daughter yet has required that she attend several classes. What can we do????

I was dealing with Child Protective Services and Childen Social Services of Orange County since 1984. I became a foster mother in that year. I soon discovered the fightening truth about harrassment, constant demands by Social Workers to attain to many Psych. Evaluations and make to many Psychology Appointments. Complaining about something will also get you in hot water. In the 80′s and 90′s Children Service Worker’s had big fat ugly ego’s. I learned about railroading and dirty cops that assist in wrongful coustody cases. So please stop this web site from plagerism. I begged, wrote and asked for help by people who ignored me but copied every word I said in their books. They have profited from my pain. Beware!

I am the person that won my a case against Children Services in 1997 And Dr. Patrick Bezdek was the Court Appointed Psychiatrist that was instrumental in proving that my son should never have been taken into custody. I did now sue anyone. I had 8 years of experience as a foster mother and several years experience working for the state government. The people to blame the most are the people that make false accustaions and continue to do while your child is in custody with them. The heading on this web site: Patrick Bezdek is misleading.
