Child Protective Services, CPS, has devastated and destroyed hundreds of thousands of families in America during the last thirty years leaving a trail of broken hearts, broken dreams, and shattered childhoods.
Rather than helping families, government agents have used unconstitutional laws in Juvenile Court to rip children away from their loving parents, break asunder God-given, natural, parent-child bonds, and adopt the children of the grieving out to others who profit financially with large monthly adoption subsidy payments.
Child Protective Services must be stopped! The law that started this, CAPTA, must be repealed. We must work tirelessly to inform the public of this very dangerous travesty of justice. We must keep faith knowing that if there is a God, there is an answer and a way to end this heartache.
Child Protective Services Agents - please come to your senses! Family destruction on false or trivial grounds is wrong, reprehensible, and inhumane.
Fosterers - be aware that for the money you get you are holding much-loved children away from their grieving families while the parents are forced to perform a service plan that is anything but a service to them. I call this hostage holding for the government. This is not kindness - to help misguided government agents destroy family relationships and break loving bonds.
CPS workers and fosterers - I ask that you now let the children of the innocent return to their homes where they are truly valued, adored, and loved by the parents God gave them.
Family rights are God-given rights. And they should not be ignored or postponed. Every moment these loving parents and children spend separated from one another is a torment beyond what anyone should ever have to bear.
It is unworthy of human dignity to allow this terrorism and torture of families to go on without saying something, speaking out, and trying to make a change.

Rarely have I read anything so poignant and moving as the day-by-day account a loving mother is writing of the TPR trial she’s enduring. See: TPR Trial Blog. You may have to be logged into MySpace to read this. Get an account if you don’t have one already. This is really worth reading.

For those who don’t know, TPR means “Termination of Parental Rights”.
I ask that this weekend everyone who reads this who is inspired to do so, please say a prayer for this family to be reunited, send positive energies, pray for the judge to make the right decision, and so on . . . because next Monday the trial continues.
This mother, who is a nurse, deserves our support and love and good wishes. Please keep praying that she’s able to bring her children home.

Linda, I urge you to google Roska v. DCFS (Utah) 10th Circuit Court of Appeals which is now deciding on damages for Roska family whose pre-teen son was spirited away from family on kooky ( and not a medical ) dx of MSBP.
It directly contradicts the 9the Circuit ruling this week from your Calif. Court of Appeals.
Both cases cover faulty MSBP diagnoses and the kidnapping of kids based on such.
Difference is: 10the Circuit (Utah, MT, WY, NM) took a pre-teen when not even their family doctor supported or agreed with diagnosis.
Currently the court is holding on DAMAGES, AND PERSONAL LIABILITY OF CASEWORKERS, SUPERVISORS.
However, in your neck of woods, Calif 9th Circuit declined to hold cw personally liable in the kidanpping of infant on MSBP charges.
The rulings are or were announced this past week.
Very important, especially for families in WEST, with dx of MSBP.

Thank you so much for posting this. I hope that it helps in some way, to show what they have done to so many familiets. Thank you so much and everyone for their support. I was on the verge of giving up.

I read the blog.its so scary to think this could happen to anyone of us at any time. Since our involvemment with CPS we are leary of anyone my kids have contact with including teachers (especially teachers and school staff) it seems they are the ones to jump to quick conclusions about things.

Sorry, I did remove this blog. Bad luck with a reporter caused this… I ended up moving across the US to try to get over my loss. It is hard, but I am trying to live day by day. My page is the same and if you need support I am willing to give it.
