Child Protective Services, CPS, has devastated and destroyed hundreds of thousands of families in America during the last thirty years leaving a trail of broken hearts, broken dreams, and shattered childhoods.
Rather than helping families, government agents have used unconstitutional laws in Juvenile Court to rip children away from their loving parents, break asunder God-given, natural, parent-child bonds, and adopt the children of the grieving out to others who profit financially with large monthly adoption subsidy payments.
Child Protective Services must be stopped! The law that started this, CAPTA, must be repealed. We must work tirelessly to inform the public of this very dangerous travesty of justice. We must keep faith knowing that if there is a God, there is an answer and a way to end this heartache.
Child Protective Services Agents - please come to your senses! Family destruction on false or trivial grounds is wrong, reprehensible, and inhumane.
Fosterers - be aware that for the money you get you are holding much-loved children away from their grieving families while the parents are forced to perform a service plan that is anything but a service to them. I call this hostage holding for the government. This is not kindness - to help misguided government agents destroy family relationships and break loving bonds.
CPS workers and fosterers - I ask that you now let the children of the innocent return to their homes where they are truly valued, adored, and loved by the parents God gave them.
Family rights are God-given rights. And they should not be ignored or postponed. Every moment these loving parents and children spend separated from one another is a torment beyond what anyone should ever have to bear.
It is unworthy of human dignity to allow this terrorism and torture of families to go on without saying something, speaking out, and trying to make a change.

 Sean’s mother, his most loving advocate, created a MySpace page for him: Foster Care ABUSE~Political PRISONER ! HOSTAGE CPS
Now do CPS workers want to suppress evidence by trying to force her her to take down Sean’s MySpace page?
According to a June 28, 2007 message she sent to her friend’s list at MySpace, CPS workers are mad as fire because they found out about the MySpace page on which Sean’s mother recounts details about her experiences with CPS.
Why?

they was upset about my website and flyers that i didnt even put out my grandmom did. she posted flyer and said that cps kidnapped my child and put my website on it! they tried to get our admin to take down her page as well at www.goodmomsfightdyfs.com
she didnt either! they dont want people to know the truth about cps!!

Please facilitate and help defend freedom in America so our troops will be proud of the mission of freedom abroad… I believe my topic of RULE 53 reform is very relevant… It is relevant to the current impeachment issues and the cartoon with the topic, “The Fourth Branch of Government”, which in all reality is the Child Protective Services. CPS Agencies are a law unto themselves and answer to no other Power. Which is also a Separation of Power’s issue…
Judges have become dictators against every Natural and Legal Right against our First, Sixth, Fifth, and Eighth Amendments, their Canon, and the Rules of Court…
I have spent the last three years knowing this is a real topic that relates directly to why we should ‘not be over there’. I sent the song I told you about to the Independence Police Department way back in July of 2005…I have posted my song, ‘SOLDIER MAN’, on Blogs in MySpace. CPS Reform is relevant to the “Fourth Branch of Government” cartoon. I was listening to Greg Pound a good friend of mine who is fighting forhis four kids too on the Radio. What Greg filed a motion it took the thunder away from the judge. Your Lawyer, the county commissioners, the clerk of courts and the local prosecutor all signed a contracts behind the scenes for money with out public knowledge to launder kids for federal money. If I were you I would write your state department of revenue and get all these contracts they signed because it is public record. Your case is scripted by these contracts to get as much federal money as they can. These contracts pose a conflict of interest with the judge, sheriff, the DA and your lawyer. These contract and corporative agreement are also breach the separation of powers between theexecutive, legislative and judicial branches outlined in your State Constitution. Now you know why they act the way they do in that courtroom. Ask Greg how to get a hold of Ralph Winteroowed. He is not a lawyer but he is brilliant on showing how to use they own play book against them and win

Judge, I have to ask you to not send non-veteran/troop related emails and issues to our list as our list is specifically for veterans issues and issues related to extricating the U.S. from the Iraq war and congressional action on these and Constitution-related issues… You are new to this list and probably didn’t know
about our fairly limited emphasis (I am not even sure where you are located, or if you are a veteran, as I added you at the request of another list member.). Occasionally we send out posts related to Oregon issues, but not other states unless relevant to our overall mission, even as worthy as those other causes might
be (such as child abuse)… We vets have picked niche issues we feel we are knowledgable about (veteran/troop/war/Constitution issues) and that we can be
intense about and have an impact, and we largely restrict our activity to our core issues. Only on an individual basis to we get involved in other side issues. Thanks

Im sorry about Sean my son had bruises simular to Seans i gave the picture for evidents that my son was being abused in foster care but the retart judge didnt want to have it see the corruption its out ther in broad daylight im sorry for being outspoken i get like this when it comes to my children right there and then ive had suspicion of child trafficing. Oh by the way im from Michigan cps has alot of dirty laundry to air out.How would cps workers feel if it was them that lost there children maybe they should for a while to see how it feels on the other hand i dont think it would bother them because robots dont have feelings. Whats strange about all this cps workers can discriminate and slander others and get away with it but if that was a civilian they would go to jail sad but true. There is no equelality in this country when it comes to us and cps workers thats what i call an unjustified country. Another thing whats wrong is our government is slowly trying do away with the constitutional rights we have as being parents. The cps worker that took my son was talking perverted to my son in my own house how she dreams about my son how she loves my son her demeanor when she was saying this was not very positive isnt that sexual harassment if that was one of us we would be charged for being a petafile. Our cps system is becomming a mockery of itself. If somebody from the Army came to my door asked me to fight for this country in iraq id look him square in the eyes and say hell no this country took my son and it wants to me fight for it yeah right. To Seans mother keep fighting Ill fight with you cps workers go back to were you came from not your mothers womb i mean the robot factory.

I have victory! Thank you fightcps.com. Because of all the encouraging things I’ve read, because of the thunderous fire and glorious souls and strengthened hearts of courage from everyone who has ever written their story and given advice thank you. And now for the even greater news, I am going to Austin, TX capitol to help in reforming CPS. It will be a long road for me so keep up your fire and strength, I will need it I’m going to take this nationwide for all those who were wronged. Yours and my freedom from bureacracy will be fought for. Together we all stand as many voices but all with one common interests, our children.

I could have never made it through my battle with CPS without the sight of fightcps.com…….. Now is the year I feel it to strong.. GOOD always overcomes EVIL and GOD dont like UGLY!!!!.. This sight has helped so many… THANK YOU and I SPREAD YOUR SIGHT TO ALL !!! Sean and ROBBIE both are HOME!! and now im ready to SUE the dickens out of these Horrible People who USED US and ABUSED us.. they really messed up!!!!. When my Goal is REACHED I plan on reaching out to others by internet and by Foot educateing people about CPS.. no doubt NONE!!
