My case is closed for the second time, it was opened April 19th, closed May 31st. My daughters dad betrayed her and called CPS after i Legally went to get a full soul custody document and stamped..i called everybody, went everywhere, asked if it was OK to pick up my daughter, Her dad had went and filed motion at Friend of court on May26th the day after she showed up here and totally cross my line by vulgar allegations and accusations on how unfit and unstable I am as a mother, and I was accused of being in denial for drug abuse and addiction..long story, thats been going on since Nov 2009 when i fired the shink after 2 years of misdiagnosis and malpractice. They have a set timeframe of 6 months, and they have to lie to keep it open and my daughters dad was bribed and blackmailed, and she tricked him up until she turned on him too. So…if you make it to the a custody hearing, if your kid is a state ward, and in the care of your “Better Ex Half” **sarcastic humor helps ALOT* GIVE then full custody then and there, and go in there and just be yourself, composed, eyecontact,firm with your words, don’t fight, just go in there and BLOW THEM AWAT..because they have it all ready for you to go blow up in there to fight for custody, so they can reopen the case and take you to their jury trial, and the jury is all the people that accused you of false claims, doctors,lawyers,cps, yes that cps agent is stitting in the back waitinf for it, and…OPPs i got her 8 times in a plot.she aint gonna come back to me…not if she has a lick of sence in her 2 day class course to learn the “guidlines” Its all the same, but the sad truth is…..people are so coldhearted and ignorant to us and blame us for it all and we are innocent, and it don ever stop, thats why its gotten this far into corruption, they just want that 5k paycheck to put your child in a foster home, they are the real victims in all this, we have to get tough and …right now…LETS GO and show em how to be a real loving and caring parent, money cant ever buy them love, but remember, they are our babies, and too young to know anthing worse then the school bully and these guys are sick nasty “beings”i never seen this kind of terror, not from an agency thats Suppose to be protecting our children, they is all ass backwards…smack em straight :)

Whats not wrong with CPS? All I can give for advice that works well, stand your ground with agents of CPS, they are not as smart and scary as they appear in the beginning. Don’t call them, dont update nothing with them, heck they didn’t with us in the case that was patationed to court and put to law as fraud and illegal in every guidline, and the small invisible one too…Silence,observant,awareness,listen very hard for anything, because if your like me, i got a dumb ex husband who my child is living with now, non custodail and was very obsolete all her life, didnt pay child support for years, but anyway, don’t belittle yourself with them and agree, if they show up at your front door pounding it down for 45 minutes and dont get the point to leave, they are only there toaccuse you of something not true, and it always happens on a Friday before a Monday pretrial, waste of time, sit on the bench for 3+ hous and…they get paid by the hour..its all pre written,and stupid. AND I MEAN STAND YOUR GROUND, respond back to them as they presented themselves , questions allegations…but 10 fold…the cps dingbat got a door slammed in her face when she plunged at me and tried to get in my house and she got a good earfull of the 13 holy marys as i went to the back of the house, just cursing up a storm..and grabbing document to prove her fraud, but she left quick and she had a intern with her, i scared the girl straight, she quit that day GOOD GIRL!!! GOODLUCK TO ALL WHO ARE VICTIM TO A CORRUPT GOVERNMENT SYSTEM, AND EVERYTHING ELSE TO…YOUR NOT ALONE..We will get justice for our children who are the victem to a very cruel nasty injustice of…. Adults?

For those of you who live in the state of Pennsylvania, a House Bill No. 1575 is currently in the Judiciary. This bill will make it a criminal and civil offense for those who knowingly make false reports to CYS and ChildLine. Please take a minute and call your local reprensatives and ask them to vote yes to” HOUSE BILL 1575″.

CPS can not conduct an interview of a minor child with out prior consent. CPS has no right to enter your home without a warrant. To seize children CPS needs a warrant. Before a warrant is issued a hearing must be held.
If the warrant contains lies and you have proof, I mean more than just a “he said, she said” argument, PROOF then file a motion for a Franks hearing, see Franks v Delaware to have the warrant thrown out. If they have seized your children with an invalid warrant, USC 42 section 1983, 1985 & 1988.

I believe that when making a complaint to DHR (CPS) that the accuser has to give Name,SSN and there address . That way if everything checks out they are not liable but if it is found out that it was a false accusation they could be held accountable . Florida law now states that if you knowily make a false accusation .That it is 3rd degree felony up to 5 years prison and know more 10,000 dollar fine .Per false accusation. I think ever state needs to start following suit on this and it will stop this non-sense of false allegation across the country !!

My children were removed from my care 3 months ago because of allegations a third party made against my boyfriend. Guilty or not, I made him leave my home. I told DHR this time after time, but the worker said she would have to come to my house and see. She never did. No home visit has been made at all. Now there are ridiculous lies being told about me and allegations that I have abused my kids. Which, I have never!! I have passed drug test after drug test, but I am still documented as having a substance abuse problem. The only time I get to see my kids its supervised by DHR. What a visit!!!!! I am scared to say anything to my children because everything is being twisted and turned against me. DHR is talking like they are giving my ex custody, and he does’nt even have his own home, a steady job, and he is a severe alcoholic. And he absolutely HATES me. I have recordings of him threatening me, but no one seems to care. DHR is believing everything anyone else says about me, and nothing I say at all. There is so much more to this, but its all BULL#*%&!!! I feel totally helpless, and I am worried that I will lose my children just because the system is corrupt and money hungry!!!

I searched for my runaway daughter for over two months. She was found March 13. She was taken by DCFS because she told the police she was denied access to the home. She was reported as a runaway. In the court papers there are three pages of false allegations against me. My court apponted attorney said I will need to provide proof to fight the allegations. I am an innocent parent who has done everything possible to help my daughter with her drug addiction, and now I am being punished.

Eric, there’s no law stating that CPS workers have to tell her about her rights before interrogating her. They are deceivers and liars, as your message clearly shows.

Does she have an attorney? Would she like to register at our message board for feedback on her case?

my gf was arrested and the police would not allow or make arrangments to have a caregiver pick up her 10 month old son. They called the cps to have a foster parent pick up the kid. The following day when she was released from jail (she was later found innocent) she spoke with dhs. They asked her to talk about the domestic and she said ''i dont wanna talk about it'' dhs said ''well why not?'' she said ''i just dont wanna talk about it'' dhs said '' well if u talk about it, it will make the process go faster'' she proceeded to talk about what had happened (which was minor issues) and at the end of the meeting she was given a booklet that included information of her rights with in regard to cps. It stated she has a right to an attorny at anytime when dealing with the cps. The information she talked about was wrote up and slightly falsifyied in a cps report and used against her to with hold her son from her. does anyone know if dhs should have notified her of her rights to an attorney present before questioning her and is it harrassment since she told dhs twice that she didnt want to talk about it at the initial meeting?

Hello, I am trying to fight a false cps report and could not fight it as we had no way to fight it, CPS takes the report as is…. My Case is really related to my young adult daughter one of her friends filed a CPS report that my daughter was using drugs in the presence of her Child, my daughter admantly denies this… The girl and my daughter were friends but my daughter had gone to rehab to get off drugs and no longer wanted to be friends with the girl that made the report. Long story short the report was made 9/21/09 police didn’t show up to our house until 10/21/09, I asked them why it took a month to come and investigate, their reply was because the report was just made although the allegation was a month before the report, I asked them why is that the officer replied I asked the reporter the same questions, she said she didn’t know what to do….. I now have legal documents that the father filed against my petition for Grandparent rights that clearly shows in writing it was all made up….. In all of the above the Judge Granted the Father full legal sole custody of my Grandchild it sent my daughter in to a very bad place, depression relaspe etc, as she felt she had no way to prove her innocense and now she does, we have not seen my grandchild in over a year, I feel these people should have to pay and there should be some way to make them remove that report based on our new evidence but I have no idea how to do that….. Now the even crazier thing is the Father was abusive to my daughter when they were together abusive to the child would yell and scream at her at three weeks old, his girlfriend uses drugs and they both drink and his entire family has a criminal history, that is CPS at its finest. We need help in California, thank you
