Just an update..I WON MY CASE.I have been cleared of all charges.We have the kids back.And all CPS Workers have been fired.So its all good.Thanks for everyone that has helped me.God Bless you all.

CPS is trying to take over where they have no reason to.I believe that is where our state money is going.They think they can control the world.There is so much I would like to say about cps.They come in and rip your lives apart and hurt children.These people need to clean their paths because God does not like some one to hurt children.

I am sadden by what I am reading here, I agree with Tom them people are a nightmare and should take more time before taking people lives from them, I am not going to get into calling names and wishing bad to others I Just wish that they would take more consideration when doing there investagation. And take into consideration the action of the family.I am in need of a Lawyer to help me fight cps If someone will please help our family stay together, We would be so greatful, I think my final date is 9-12-2008 Help 219-884-2618

FINALLY IT HAPPENED TO ONE OF THOSE JACKASSES. You all make valid points. It isn’t fun being accused of something you have not done. But too often people do play the poor innocent victim. I do believe all eveidence should be allowed when someone is being accused of such a horrid crime and if guilty…to the chair!
Also I 100% agree most CPS agents are freaks, do not have any kids and have their heads up their ass 99% of the time.
CPS is suppose to help families not hurt them.
Unfortunately Indiana is famous for taking children out of caring parental homes because they are 16, know it all, and mad at the world.

Thanks for telling us; I like getting follow-up information on these news stories. I’m glad they’re prosecuting him. What a jerk! Of course I think most CPS caseworkers are jerks, but this one who used his position of power to harm children, should probably be on death row, not just in a temporary prison situation.
