Child Protective Services, CPS, has devastated and destroyed hundreds of thousands of families in America during the last thirty years leaving a trail of broken hearts, broken dreams, and shattered childhoods.
Rather than helping families, government agents have used unconstitutional laws in Juvenile Court to rip children away from their loving parents, break asunder God-given, natural, parent-child bonds, and adopt the children of the grieving out to others who profit financially with large monthly adoption subsidy payments.
Child Protective Services must be stopped! The law that started this, CAPTA, must be repealed. We must work tirelessly to inform the public of this very dangerous travesty of justice. We must keep faith knowing that if there is a God, there is an answer and a way to end this heartache.
Child Protective Services Agents - please come to your senses! Family destruction on false or trivial grounds is wrong, reprehensible, and inhumane.
Fosterers - be aware that for the money you get you are holding much-loved children away from their grieving families while the parents are forced to perform a service plan that is anything but a service to them. I call this hostage holding for the government. This is not kindness - to help misguided government agents destroy family relationships and break loving bonds.
CPS workers and fosterers - I ask that you now let the children of the innocent return to their homes where they are truly valued, adored, and loved by the parents God gave them.
Family rights are God-given rights. And they should not be ignored or postponed. Every moment these loving parents and children spend separated from one another is a torment beyond what anyone should ever have to bear.
It is unworthy of human dignity to allow this terrorism and torture of families to go on without saying something, speaking out, and trying to make a change.

CPS Employee on trial for molestation
June 13, 2007 – Cory Heinzman, a man described as a “former Child Protective Services employee” is on trial for molesting two boys, one of whom he confessed to have slept in the same bed with, though he also “denied having anything but professional contact” with the boys.
Excuse me? Since when do CPS employees sleep with 13-year-old kids and call it “professional contact”?
The article goes on to state that the younger boy told his mother about the molestation during the course of a heated argument in 2005. The older boy then saw a news account of this and told his father that he too was molested.

Update! Cory Heinzman – convicted!
June 14, 2007 – Cory Heinzman, a former CPS caseworker, has been CONVICTED on 17 charges, many of them felonies.

I agree, the system is a bunch of money hungry bitches, that no matter what, at all costs will find a way to screw the innocent. If he did it hang him but if he didn’t, then free the man. These kids are notorious for lying and they didn’t allow that evidence. These kids have prior records of related matters, that wasn’t allowed either. That’s the system for ya. No evidence allowed. Fuck the system. Freedom? Yeah right…

You’re absolutely right, Anti-Gov… lots of foster care parents are falsely accused by system-savvy kids. This man too could be innocent; it is impossible to tell from just reading a news story.

Cory Heinzman IS A CHILD MOLESTER and the boys were NOT LYING!!!!!!!!!! If you would only have known…. He was hired to protect children, NOT MOLEST THEM. Cory has another court date October 17th of this year for doing the same thing to a friend of the families son; kind of kinky dink hun???

Thanks for telling us; I like getting follow-up information on these news stories. I’m glad they’re prosecuting him. What a jerk! Of course I think most CPS caseworkers are jerks, but this one who used his position of power to harm children, should probably be on death row, not just in a temporary prison situation.

You all make valid points. It isn’t fun being accused of something you have not done. But too often people do play the poor innocent victim. I do believe all eveidence should be allowed when someone is being accused of such a horrid crime and if guilty…to the chair!
Also I 100% agree most CPS agents are freaks, do not have any kids and have their heads up their ass 99% of the time.
CPS is suppose to help families not hurt them.
Unfortunately Indiana is famous for taking children out of caring parental homes because they are 16, know it all, and mad at the world.

FINALLY IT HAPPENED TO ONE OF THOSE JACKASSES. ITS ABOUT TIME I DONT CARE IF HES TOTALLY INNOCENT THROW THE BOOK AT HIM ANYWAY AND THEN HIM AND OTHER CPS PEOPLE LIKE HIM CAN SEE WHAT A LOT OF INNOCENT FAMILIES LIKE MINE AND MANY OTHERS ARE GOING THROUGH I JUST HOPE IT HAPPENS TO A LOT MORE OF THOSE IDIOTS!!!! I am sadden by what I am reading here, I agree with Tom them people are a nightmare and should take more time before taking people lives from them, I am not going to get into calling names and wishing bad to others I Just wish that they would take more consideration when doing there investagation. And take into consideration the action of the family.I am in need of a Lawyer to help me fight cps If someone will please help our family stay together, We would be so greatful, I think my final date is 9-12-2008 Help 219-884-2618

CPS is trying to take over where they have no reason to.I believe that is where our state money is going.They think they can control the world.There is so much I would like to say about cps.They come in and rip your lives apart and hurt children.These people need to clean their paths because God does not like some one to hurt children.

Just an update..I WON MY CASE.I have been cleared of all charges.We have the kids back.And all CPS Workers have been fired.So its all good.Thanks for everyone that has helped me.God Bless you all.
