Child Protective Services, CPS, has devastated and destroyed hundreds of thousands of families in America during the last thirty years leaving a trail of broken hearts, broken dreams, and shattered childhoods.
Rather than helping families, government agents have used unconstitutional laws in Juvenile Court to rip children away from their loving parents, break asunder God-given, natural, parent-child bonds, and adopt the children of the grieving out to others who profit financially with large monthly adoption subsidy payments.
Child Protective Services must be stopped! The law that started this, CAPTA, must be repealed. We must work tirelessly to inform the public of this very dangerous travesty of justice. We must keep faith knowing that if there is a God, there is an answer and a way to end this heartache.
Child Protective Services Agents - please come to your senses! Family destruction on false or trivial grounds is wrong, reprehensible, and inhumane.
Fosterers - be aware that for the money you get you are holding much-loved children away from their grieving families while the parents are forced to perform a service plan that is anything but a service to them. I call this hostage holding for the government. This is not kindness - to help misguided government agents destroy family relationships and break loving bonds.
CPS workers and fosterers - I ask that you now let the children of the innocent return to their homes where they are truly valued, adored, and loved by the parents God gave them.
Family rights are God-given rights. And they should not be ignored or postponed. Every moment these loving parents and children spend separated from one another is a torment beyond what anyone should ever have to bear.
It is unworthy of human dignity to allow this terrorism and torture of families to go on without saying something, speaking out, and trying to make a change.

Fighting Child Protective Services False Accusations

Three-year-old Julia may have been taken from her parents, not because of abuse, but because of a brittle bone disease. The appellate court ordered for Julia to be returned to her parents but as of this time, she’s still in the kinship care foster home of her aunt and uncle. Saratoga County, New York, is requesting that the case be reviewed by the state’s highest court.
Apparently when she was younger, Julia suffered broken bones and had red splotchy-looking marks on her. Some doctors claimed this could be evidence of child abuse but the family says it could be a brittle bone disease - osteogenesis imperfecta (OI).

I have a child with Type 1 OI I know what you have gone through. I have gone through it twice I am fighting for my son as we speak.
On the evening of January 30th 2006, while playing in my arms my son fell back against me, and I heard an audible pop. He was crying and in pain, so we took him to Wise County Regional Hospital Emergency Room. The X-Ray showed a spiral fracture of the right femur. He was transferred to Cooks Children’s Hospital on January 31st by ambulance.
On February 1st 2006 Texas Children’s Protective Services removed my son Incubus Rollins from my care under the mistaken impression that I was physically abusing my child.
On June 5th 2006 while in the custody of Texas Children’s Protective Services my son was diagnosed with a rare genetic disease. The disease is Osteogenesis Imperfecta ( aka brittle bone disease, OI, chalk bone. ) My son was returned to my loving arms on June 28th 2006.
On Aug 25th 2006 my son was yet again taken into the custody of Texas Children’s Protective Services. This Time the explanation was because of a bruise he had on his right leg. I was yet again being accused of physically abusing my son. He has been in Texas Children’s Protective Custody since then. While in their custody all of this time he has had four broken bones and two fractures.

I have O.I. as does my son. He is now 31 years old. Once he was taken from me at an E.R. in Chicago. Thank God I had a Doctor who was able to vouch for my character. Keep strong and keep fighting.Educate yourself and everyone close to you, even the Doctors. Suprised at how many still don’t have a clue! Best Wishes

I need help! First my grandchildren where taken away from my daughter and then the next day the same cps worker took my 4 youngest children from me. i have been a mother for 20 years and my children ages range from 20 to 7. I have never had my children taken ever for anything i did but my daughter got in a fight with her brother and they took my kids. Now in order to get my children back i have to throw my 18 year old daughter out of my house before they even consider giving my children back. They are making me choose between my kids, I have to make my 18 year old leave so i can have the other ones back. They know i have no other family to take her and she is not finaically able to live on her own. My daughter who had her 2 children taken has been so distraught over this that she doesn’t eat or sleep and shes lost so much wieght that i am afraid for her, shes not as strong as me and is having difficulty functioning lately. We are only allowed a 1 hour visit with our children in a supervised room in the county building, that means I get to share a whole hour a week with 4 children. My children call me up and tell me things that the foster mother does to them (such as they have cameras in thier bedroom and my 11 year comes to the visit always hungary, I tell him to tell the foster mother he wants a snack in between meals and he tells me she said i should have eaten enough at mealtime. He shows up to the visit with sneakers ripped wide open so i tell the caseworker and she saids my son will get shoes yet 4 weeks later he is still wearing the ripped shoes!) Aren’t the foster care parents getting money for my children (you know thier getting plenty!). So why is my child wearing ripped shoes. I would never let my son go around with shoes like that but they take my kids away cause I occassionally go to bingo! I have to go to gamblers annon as part of the plan to get my children back (I by the way I haven’t been since they took my children away, but my boyfriend who goes with me when I go doesn’t have to go to gamblers annon). They are also making my boyfriend go to for drug testing even though he is prescribed narrocitics by the government because he is a Veteren. His tests have never shown him to be taking anything but what he is prescribed. Then cps tried to get the judge to order him not to take his drugs. He gets painkillers for his back and bipolar medicine. Would it be better for him to be in pain and not have his bipolar medicine. What is wrong with these people! If there is someone who can help us please we are deseperate!

Hi to all,
I am, and have been in the Child Protective Services eyes cense I was 8 years old in the year1977, now I am 38 years old. I was tanked from my mother at 8 years old. They put me in 3 foster homes, then they placed me in Orchard Place Group Home, where I got violet, I stared to bang my head. Then I was sent to Cherokee Mental Health institute and they diagnose me with paranoia skis franc at the age of 9 years old the years was 1978, until I was 13 years old the years was1981. Then they sent me home. I tried to go to a normal school they put me in special education and kept passed me.
They told my mother the where going to put me back in Cherokee Mental Health institute for the rest of my life. I got married at the age of 15 years old, because they could not touch me. I was wrong; the sent Orchard Place Group Home papers to New Jersey and had my first child remove from me. The judge gave him back. I came back to Iowa.
Iowa ordered me to parenting classes, I gave my baby a bath and their where no marks on him, they took him because he had a nail mark on him, and they sad I did it. Ever cense I can remember I have bite my fingernails until they bleed and I still do. I was only 15 years old and this happed in the years of 1985 and 1986.
Then I had second child, I had taken good care of my baby girl, in the third month.
Some one called in and said I was beating and burning my baby. One worker came out and had me strip her down; I have just got her to sleep. The a second worker came out and had me wake her up strip her down, I told the worker that their had been anther worker here earlier that day she gave me a cared and told me if another worker came out to refer them to her card. Anther worker did come out she demanded to see the baby I gave her the cared, she would not look at the card. She wanted to see the baby.
I looked at her and said you people are not going to leave me alone are you until you get my baby. She said no we will not, I said fine and I packed all my baby’s stuff, I put her in her car seat, I handed her over to her, then I packed the baby’s food, dippers, close, baby bed, toys, baby books, extra. This happed when I was 17 years old the year was 1987.
Then I got with my third child at six months pregnant Angela Roth told me, as soon as you have that baby we are going to take it and you will never see it again. So, with out telling any one I left for California, they sent papers as soon as they found out I was their.
California told Iowa we do not need your papers, if there is a problem we will handle it.
I was 18 years old, the year was 1988. I did not know they said I banned my two kids in Iowa.
Then I had a nether child a boy in Oct,2 1989 ten days after he was born I got 3rd degree burns to 25% of my body, I stayed 2 week in the hospital, and was skin graphed on both lags and one arm. I got out of the hospital and went home. Two days later I asked William Guest also known as Bill to give L.A. (Little Linda Guest) a bath and leave his underwear on,
You see I could not give my baby a bath because I hurt too much. I hobble around to get her close together then I went in to the bathroom, and I could not believe my eyes. Bill was laying back and owner baby was sucking him, I took a hold of Linda and removed her, she was 15 moths old. I was 19 years old.
I was in a ketch 22, I could not fight him, the DR. told me I could not cut the skin graphed open if I did I would be back in the hospital, and I could not protect Linda from him. I tried to report him but they did not believe me. So I weight six long weeks to be release from the Doctor and we drove home and I laid in to him and fought with him.
I have not seen him cense that day because I told him if I ever seen him again I would kill him. But it scared Linda for ever. I moved to Joshua tree, CA in 1990 I was 20 years old.
I would not go out at all; I would pay the bills then came home. I was mentally beet down by Bill. But a friend came and took me out, I kept my back to the wall and I watched every one. Them my friend took me over to meet this guy Peter Moran, I was scared, but mine you I have been alone for six months. I gave in to the urge to have sex I never had done that before. Nov, 4, 1991 I gave birth to my fifth child. I was 21 year old. That same year I figured out I could not read of spell. I went to literacy program they tested me my reading, spelling, math, levels was that of a second grader. So in the hands Child Protective Services I got no education. I started literacy program it took me eight years to get my GED. I was able to divorce Bill July 26 in 1992 I was 22 years old.
Then I Marred Peter Moran Oct, 2 1992 things went well. In May 24, 1994 I had my last child I was 24 years old. I sill lived in California, then we moved to Canon City Colorado in Sep 6 1996, we were the only a day we had a 48 foot rider truck we was unloading, Child Protective came out an gave us 24 hours to get the truck unload the big truck and get the kids beds up and other stuff done. We did it, we put the kids in school and L.A. stared to act out because of that Child Protective came out again, but Todd Hindenburg
Was the worker and he helped us, and gave us resources. He did not pass judgment. We work with him for years, I trusted him with my families’ life, and he was not there for the power trip. I went to the United States Truck driving school for my CDL license in 1998 I was 29 years old, I got these endorsements, Tankers, doubles, triples, Hazmat, air breaks, bus. I was license to drive all of these kinds of trucks and all vehicles over 29,000 LB. I got my GED in the years 2000 I was 31 years old. I left Pete and move back to Iowa to prepare to see Edward my first born when he turned 18 years old.
I got in to Iowa on July 5, 2002 two weeks later I found a house to rent in Centerville Iowa. I let all involved know I was back. I got a call one day from Edward; I have a cousin named Edward he always needs help with so thing. I thought it was him that called for help. So I call the number I got back. I asked for Edward, and Edward got on the phone. To my surprise It was my son Edward, after all the years I new his voice. We started crying. And then my little girl got on the phone my Rose they took at three month, I feet blessed. But Edward became a drug dealer among other thing I will not mention. Rose is vindictive attitude then had a baby.
Then in 2007 I was taking care of a friends 5 years old, we was out side playing. Me Christian, Chris my youngest boy and Tinker (Peter Moran # 2) I went inside to set the table and turn off the food. I started back out side when some one knocked at the door it was the sheriff asked if I know the five year old boy crossing the street. I said yes.
He calls Child Protective Services and made a report on me.
They came out the next Tuesday. Then they came out again and told me they are putting my kids on china. I said get off my property. I will beet you in court. I did just that.
But now they are telling my friends they can’t get rides form me and they are not to associate with me. I am tried of being beat down. I do not have right. I want to bring a law suite against Child Protective Services for a life time mental anguish, harassment. I am 38 years old now. I need help!!!!!!!!
