Yes,San Joaquin County,CA CPS =
social “workers” Egi ,Holden,Schmidt,attorney who is suppouse to protect children Mazerra – very cruel jokers. Perjury ,lies,manipulations – that is their game. My daughters were kiddnaped by these creeps for nearly two years,they have been back now since spring 2008,damaged but alive.I have a law suit pending (since 4-08) against these subhumans in US District Court in Sacramento,2:08 -cv- 0853-GEB-JFM

I did everything cps wanted and passed all the classes given to me and never got my kids back the judge laughed and ordered me to forget about them and have more

Mike, sorry to hear you’re having such a hard time. I hope for parental reconciliation for the good of the children. When that can’t happen, I hope the children get to live with the most loving and capable parent whether that is Mom or Dad.

This is exactly why the state of CA sucks! I left 2 years ago because of their CPS system allowing things to happen to my daughter (& her siblings) while in her mom’s care, and because her mom “passed” their program, she was allowed to keep her children (and because of that, still has my daughter’s siblings-not my children-). My daughter has been assaulted 3 times while in the care of her mother, I removed my daughter from the house in 2008, and am fighting tooth and nail to not only prove my daughter was “actually” assaulted, but as to why her mom isn’t fit to have her in her possession. Believe me, there is a string of other things that warrant my daughter’s mother to be an unfit mother (like the 10 inch thick CPS folder the judge pulls out before we go up before her), and the fact that my daughter receives counseling, & therapy (as well as takes medication for her severe anxiety, fear, and depression resulted from her time with her mother and her assaults) seems to be for no reason what so ever huh? Basically the child has to be either near dead, or dead before CPS will get involved!! I know it’s not law enforcements fault (as I’ve been working with several detectives and such over my daughter’s ordeal) since they can obviously do so much (and even with physical proof, like in this case, they still can’t do anything about it apparently). The CPS system is a sick joke, all because they’ve been forced to be by this pathetic state, who’d rather worry more about paying their political leaders top dollar, and less about fixing a severe budget crisis, thus caring less for the citizens and residents of it’s own state… thanks for absolutely nothing!!!

I have had the same experiance, got my kids back and they are right back at trying to take them again, and they continue to lie. So I hope this changes the way the government works.

Dear Nicole
I just read your case and it truly gave me new strength to do what I must do as well as restored some of my faith in our legal system.
My famiy has been torn apart and our constitutional rights were violated also. I have not been able to see or speak to my daughter for months and my mom(the foster parent) is practicing parent alienation on my daughter.
I hope to bring charges against Contra Costa DCFS for what they have done and pray that I am as successful as you have been.
I can’t thank you enough for what you have done as it will certainly help my case and I pray one day my daughter will be home with me again where she and I both want her to be.

Charlotta Royal also assisted in taking my children away on 01/03/07. I would love if you would email me so we can chat. CPS and San Joaquin county are destroying my family. My infant died on 01/02/07, I was first told they thought she died of sids. Now their complete story has changed. My daughter had no bruises, marks, etc. on her body and they are now saying they believe she was abused. My other 3 children were kidnapped by that woman without notifying me first. As you could imagine my life has been hell. If you could please email me, I could definitely use your advice.

I knew what happen to my family was wrong and would not give up until I could try to prove it. I am very thankful it has gone this far. I was VERY blessed to find my lawyer (David Beauvais,Oakland CA). I can never thank him enough. I was also lucky enough to get a lot of help from Al White ( http://www.the-facts.com/ ).
Sometime it helps just when somebody will listen and believes in you. Thank you for your kind words.
