I never knew it was a crime to love your child so much and to try your best for them...by fighting the courts and begging them to not put her through everything they had...She was forced to go with him..even when she begged and wanted to know why I was making her do it.....He had a very vindictive wife that hated me as he also hated me...for leaving him...My father was sent to prison for 172 years for molesting my sister when we were little...My daughters father found this out...and one day she started telling me how much she was going to miss me..I thought this odd and that something must be going on between her father and stepmother again and she was just insecure...but the whole time through her being home with me, thats all she kept saying....Well a few days later I dropped her off for her visitaiton for the weekend....then when the morning came for her to come home....he was a no show....then the phone rang...he started off by telling me that she wasn't soming home...my heart sank...all I could keep thinking of is her saying "I'm going to miss you Mommy". He then proceeded to tell me when I asked him why....In a cool manner, more like haha..."obviously your husband has been molesting her"....I asked why he was doing this...why would you do this...all he could say is I'm not doing this to hurt you....Then went on to tell me how I baby her to much and hold her to much.....I ask who ever reads this...If you thought that someone was molesting your child, would you have been so calm would you say it like you were just passing time with conversation??? Would you tell the other parent and then yell at them about trivial things like how they baby the child to much!?? Needless to say he took her to the hospital to have them run horrible test on her...and called CPS....and also the police. Which then did an interview with my daughter....and after they got done with her...she was almost ready to blame the Pope! They said that it was this person and that...which in the end they were blaming my little brother....Well everyone knows that this outcome was bad...They took her and gave me supervised visits through a court ordered place...that I had to pay...just to see my little girl! I wasn't able to...I also forgot to state that no evidence was found of this and the stories are conflicting between him and his wife....and also my daughter.....but the courts don't care...I saw her one time after they took her away, and it was only for two hours...but I will never in my life forget when I had to leave....she cried and yelled.."I love you Mommy, I'm gonna miss you'! I have never in my life felt like dieing for her pain as I did that day....I walked away after that...the courts, CPS and police were threating me to stay away or be prosecuted with the help of our trusty CPS... He went behind my back without notifying me and had my rights stripped...and his wife adopted her without notice or consent...So now I'm looking at never seeing my little angel ever again....Because legally I'm not her Mommy any more and my pain grows more and more everytime I hear a little girl yell for her Mommy....I've lost my little girl over just that someone hates me that much and that his wife wanted my daughter that much.....The courts never cared that there was no evidence and that I moved out of the home where my brother~ only 14 lived...That was CPS' stipulation to move out....I did everything they asked of me...But still I lost her....To ruin her little life and her bond with her real Mother....all because of lies. I went through a similar situation years ago with my two oldest daughters going to live with their father because of something someone else did, that I had no knowledge of. Their father's girlfriend wanted my children as she was barren, and loaned him the money for counselors, a lawyer, etc.. My daughters are adults now and one is still so brainwashed against me that she will not talk to me; the other stays in contact with me. From what you said I think your daughter will find you again as soon as she is able. That's such a cruel thing to do to a young child (force a separation from a loving mother).
