CPS Evil Kidnapper

One of my goals with this site is to enable people to find the help they need when fighting a CPS false accusation. Lots of my site visitors come from search engines, so for the last few years I’ve been working on making it easier for people to find Fight CPS. To do this, I use a software program for keyword research. It tells me what people are actually searching for, when they enter something into a search engine box, for example, at Google or Yahoo.I’ve never had this site show up on the first page for “CPS” at Google, mainly because there are so many other things the letters “CPS” can stand for, most of which have nothing to do with Child Protective Services. So I’m considering using an advertising program like Google Adwords to offer this site to people using CPS as a search term.

Today I got my keyword research software out and put in “CPS” as a search term, and got back all kinds of phrases people use when entering “CPS”. See the graphic below.

I was floored when I saw that in Overture searches, 39 people per month enter the search term, “CPS Evil Kidnapper”. And that means that three times that many are using the same search term at Google every month.

That’s a lot of people coming up with the phrase, “CPS Evil Kidnapper” every month! Wow. That many people feel about CPS the same way I do.

So I was curious. When they write “CPS Evil Kidnapper” in the search box at Google, what do they find? I Googled it. The first site that came up was one that encourages parents to stay together because children need both parents. The second site was a message board.

Naturally, I’m hoping that next time someone puts “CPS Evil Kidnapper” in the search box, this article will come up. Anyone who feels that desperately bad about CPS certainly deserves to find a community of like-minded friends such as the people who use the message forum here at Fight CPS.

If I can help more than 150 desperate CPS afflicted parents or grandparents find help every month because I wrote this article about the “CPS Evil Kidnapper” search term, I can go to bed happy tonight. May the families be reunited and the children and parents find joy and peaceful happiness in each others’ arms.

Thanks for mentioning that, Melissa. I’m starting to use Google Adwords to advertise this site and want to find out all the diffierent terms used for CPS in all 50 states so I can target those keywords. Anyone else with terms different than CPS? Please post them.

I am so scared that they are going to keep my son from me for to long. I am going to inpatient, and they tried to say I could’n get my son there for three months. The paternal g.parents have set me up beyond any reason, and they have my son,Jovian, he is to young to be away from me this long. I am hopefully going to Evergreen over in Snohomish county. Please, do you know if they will send him to me, or is this a trap? The father of mu child has done unbearable things to me and he has everyone fooled? Help, here in Colville Wa. The worst place on Earth

I need help fast. I am in Orange county and the OC “protective services” just took my 16 year-old girl today against her will–I know this because she was hanging out with neighbor friends who reported that first cops came by at 9:30 and after talking to her left assuring her that they “didn’t need to be there”, and then they returned at 2:00 and took her with an OC Social Service worker. I went to the Child HOme to pick her up and the social worker based their reasons on complete false statements. I KNOW MY DAUGHTER AND SHE NEVER SAID THE THINGS THEY SAID SHE SAID.
So I called 911 to get a Sheriff to go in and verify the statements and they said they couldn’t even after the supervisor said that they could.
This is the second time they have done this to US. the first time was in 2000, and I had to fight for 10 months to get her back and pay out over $5000.00.
I need a lawyer ASAP to interview her and our neighbors within the next 2 days and to represent her and me Thursday. I am supposed to go to court Thursday Feb. 7.
HELP ME PLEASE.
I asked the Sheriff to take a report so I could file charges against them and all he would do is write something in a little notepad.
This is obvious abuse of both of our rights.
I am positive she didn’t want to go, doesn’t want to be there, and I know she hasn’t broken any laws.

september10,2008

my 15 year old son was taken on monday 9/8/08 by new yorn ,westchester county cps charging us with neglet, i also have an 18 yeard old nightmare son who got into a fight with his dad. someone called the police and cps . cps told me i had to choose between my kids the one who needs help and the good son, they took my good son saying that i did not proect him from his brother. how can a mother choose betewwn her own kids , now i have to go to court to get mt good kid back anf kick my older son who needs help out.cps never served us with court papers saying there was a hearing so we were not there,i belive they did this just to get my kid.i ant to sue them for wrong doing i need a lawyer to do a civel case

My children have been away from me for too many years to count.

The childrens mother moved to another state and accused me of child abuse.

I could not appear in court and her request for custody was granted.

Now years later the girls are in foster care and CPS has custody.

I have reunited with my daughters and i have finally proven that i did nothing wrong.
Now the girls have admitted that the mother abused them on the day that i waas accused but now there has been multiple times that the girls have been abuse by the hand of her mother.

My daughters want to live with me and the state on MN. allows me to traves the 1200 miles any time i want to visit.

At this time my oldest daughter is almmost 18 and the youngest is 13.

THe state makes me continue to pay child support but will not let me have custody because they state that they wat to reunite the girls with their mother.

THe girls are terrified that they will be be made to ove back to their abusive mother.

Mom has not been charged with any crimes she refuses therapy.

the state refuses to press charges and makes everything impossible.

Way to go Wright County….The girls and my family are the only ones suffering.

After 8 years of foster parenting, no sooner had my foster sons been forced back into custody by the Orange County Children Services of Califonria. Did my own biological son become a victim to their stupidity. A disturbed Los Angeles County Worker named Bonnie came pounding at my door a year later for my 5 year old son. After telling her that he was safe at school, he was arrested by three Devonshire Division Cops in Granada Hills Calif. and taken under distress to the old Van Nuys Children Services, He told me he was abused there. Scared and sitting on the floor crying for me( his mommy.) He said they made mockery of me and made fun of him. No one held him or tried to console him. He ended up going to a family members house. My family member did everything to keep my son from coming home. And I went through a railroad of abuse including psychiactric for 4 years. My child was devastated. 1) Make sure you have at least on reputable witness on your side. I had my grandmother. They usually won’t allow anyone to testify on your behalf.
2) Your witness can make statements to your Attorney. Your witness will be necessary as a character witness to a Child Psychiatrist.
3) File an appeal in order to disclose false statements or medical reports that may have been conspired against you. You can do it on your own downtown. A free Attorney directed me there. Mrs. Claus.
4) Request that your Appointed or Court Appointed Attorney ask the Judge for a Court Appointed Child Psychiatrist for the purpose of and Evaluation and Reunification. (you will be tested and you and your child will be evaluated in Sessions with the Psychiatrist. Your best and only defense.
(Use your Insurance if you have it) Your best defense is your calm cooperation, a reputable family witness, and your child. Your witness makes the best impression to the Psychiatrist. Mine was my gandmother. She was witness to my love and labor. And did not defend plaintiff accusation.

My three granddaughters have been in CPS custody and fostercare for a year and a half. The caseworkers have told us so many lies and I hate to think what they have written in their reports. We have not seen the girls in over two months and the oldest one was separated from her sisters because she told the fostermom and the caseworkers she didn’t want to be in the foster home. She wants to be with her mom. The caseworkers told their mom and me a few months ago that they were thinking of bringing the girls to stay here with me and their mom and my youngest daughter. They felt it is a stable home for the girls until mom can get a place to live with the girls. Now I think that was just lies to give us a false sense of hope. During one visit the middle girl was not acting like herself so I asked the caseworker if it was possible that she was being drugged. I guess I shouldn’t have asked her that. It wasn’t too long after that the visits stopped and they told my daughter they couldn’t bring the girls to my house anymore because of the transportation costs and time for their travel. I wonder!!!!
We need some help!!! Someone please give me an idea of what we can do to get these girls back home!!!

God I wish there was help for victims of cps workers in the 1980′s.
Being a humble American cost me my 3 children The corrupt cps worker and a barren couple set me up real good. cps sold my healthy white children to this couple and stuck my dark skinned daughter in foster homes where she was beaten and abused. My children did find me when they became adults,The damage is already done, but Thank God we have overcome d .

You have my sympathy, Connie! My only CPS case was in the 1980′s … starting in 1989, so I know how little help was available to most CPS victims in those days. Those truly were the dark ages. Thank God for the internet!

On March 2011 my son six months and one week and half went to the emergency at children hospital in Boston with a skull deformities and his face change completely. They have him done an
X ray, then they said to me everything was fine I can go back home. I brought him back on May 2011, 9 months old, they have him done some X ray, later one they said to me he has been abused. I was shock because I will never abuse my son, either my closest family member. They took away my child away from me on May 31 2011 at three o’clock. I reminded the social worker my son either has a genetic disorder or a rare disorder. At that time I could not figure out what was the problem but for sure I know my son never have any physical abuse, he is happy, he likes to play. From my experience in early childhood, I can say when a child has physical abuse they most likely retreat, they don’t like to play, they always screaming my son is the opposite. So the day at the court I heard the Dr from children hospital stated my son has vitamin D deficiency. I started to get really worried, when I get home I went to yahoo search I typed Vitamin D deficiency it gives directly Rickets. It was the first time in my entire life I read the Word Rickets. I conclude is a 90 % chance my son has this rare disorder.
First of all, my son has been (almost) exclusively breastfeeding. Anytime he gets formula he throws up. Remember the first time I went to children hospital he was six month and one week and half. Rickets starts in children at six months to 24 months. Plus I am a dark skinned mother which means my breast milk has zero vitamin D. I live in Massachusetts where we have sun only three months a year.

It has been more than seven years I worked as an early childhood educator. Remember is one of the most under pay job in America. If I choose to work as an early educator certainly is not for money, is to provide the best for children to be better intellectually, physically, and social emotional activities. Today I will never hurt my own child and less likely my closest family member. So doctor need to be informed about the Rickets is back, they have to stop with false allegation on parents, this unfair. Like the late Senator Nancy Schaeffer from Georgia said <>
