Child Protective Services laws and agencies are abusive to families and children. This site provides support and information to parents falsely accused of child abuse by Child Protective Services.
FightCPS does not advocate or condone violence or illiegal activities of any kind.
FightCPS is intended to help people learn enough about the law to be able to successfully defend themselves and their families against false accusations using legal documents and strategies that put parents in a stronger position when they go back to court.
For more information, see the FAQ.
Child Protective Services, CPS, has devastated and destroyed hundreds of thousands of families in America during the last thirty years leaving a trail of broken hearts, broken dreams, and shattered childhoods.
Rather than helping families, government agents have used unconstitutional laws in Juvenile Court to rip children away from their loving parents, break asunder God-given, natural, parent-child bonds, and adopt the children of the grieving out to others who profit financially with large monthly adoption subsidy payments.
Child Protective Services must be stopped! The law that started this, CAPTA, must be repealed. We must work tirelessly to inform the public of this very dangerous travesty of justice. We must keep faith knowing that if there is a God, there is an answer and a way to end this heartache.
Child Protective Services Agents - please come to your senses! Family destruction on false or trivial grounds is wrong, reprehensible, and inhumane.
Fosterers - be aware that for the money you get you are holding much-loved children away from their grieving families while the parents are forced to perform a service plan that is anything but a service to them. I call this hostage holding for the government. This is not kindness - to help misguided government agents destroy family relationships and break loving bonds.
CPS workers and fosterers - I ask that you now let the children of the innocent return to their homes where they are truly valued, adored, and loved by the parents God gave them.
Family rights are God-given rights. And they should not be ignored or postponed. Every moment these loving parents and children spend separated from one another is a torment beyond what anyone should ever have to bear.
It is unworthy of human dignity to allow this terrorism and torture of families to go on without saying something, speaking out, and trying to make a change.
Site mission: To provide information and support for families attacked by Child Protective Services and child welfare agents, especially those families facing false or trivial accusations of child abuse or neglect; and for researchers working to protect natural family rights.

Fighting Child Protective Services False Accusations

May 1, 2007
Here’s more proof that some CPS social workers don’t care at all about the children they pretend to protect.
According to the lawsuit:
Three girls were placed with a man known to CPS social workers as a cocaine addict. He was allowed to adopt one of the three girls. For ten years there were complaints of abuse. The girls say he hit and/or raped them, and gave them drugs.
After the two foster children were transfered out of his home it took CPS another year and a half to rescue the adopted daughter. It looks like they just didn’t care.
According to the article by Susannah Frame:
This is what finally got Monica to safety: Redmond police confiscated hundreds of photos and videos of child pornography, and obscene images of Fabregas posing in women’s lingerie, some with guns. Police identified him having sex with two of his daughters in the evidence.
CPS, it looks like your true colors are shining through. If you cared about kids, you would leave them with family members who cared enough to try to protect them from this kind of abuse. I hope the kids win their lawsuit. Nobody deserves to be treated that way.

Tekla has got to call home every night, untill May 31 2007 , she called her mom crying saying that she had a secret to tell her ,crying Tekla said only you and me mom, my sister trying to get the secret out of her,Tekla said i cant tell you right now, my sister said is it because some one is watching you , and Tekla said yes. The foster dad then got on the phone and told my sister that they (cps) had to give him a twenty four hour notice before they took Tekla out of his home and then said that he needed to figure out where he stood in Tekla’s life (only having her for a week) Phone calls were made to supervisors, caseworkers, and the 1-800 abuse line , today is june 6 2007 and Tekla is still in this mans home and is still in danger. I’d be asking for an emergency court order. It sounds like something terrible happened there and a judge needs to be informed since CPS apparently isn’t doing anything about it. You might also want to contact your state legislator’s office immediately in writing. They will get the state CPS office involved, most likely.

Thank you for your advice , I did contact the governor and the children were placed with the daycare owner (good friend) five hours latter , Now we are working on getting the children home. The secret was that (that boy smoked and drank beer all the time) Tears of joy rolled down my face !!!!!

My fight with CPS was in Washington State. It frusterates me so much that CPS “helps” children by removing them from innocent families, but ignores the children in truely abusive situations. http://www.angelfire.com/film/4tyler

All Parents need to keep an eye out on the laws that CPS lobbies for, such as:
For partial birth abortion.
Children as young as 12 can have an abortion without the parents consent or knowledge.
