I need help and my rights have been violated in every aspect. I am going through the courts in Norwalk,CA. I need help because CPS refused to take my daughter out of the home and it was proven in all aspects that there was abuse. I would like to sue the state and CPS for what they have done. If it wasn't for the Commssioner trapping us by court ordering us to stay in CA and my daughter to remain in his care W/O no prior involvment in my daughters life she would have never been sexually assualted. Its pretty sad when you have to see your 4 year old going through A RAPE KIT and a CPS worker threatning you. Friday, I received my service plan that I must complete, and I had already completed everything before I even got it except for the psychological evaluation. The psych eval is suppose to be set-up and paid for by DCFS, and I am still waiting on that to be set up. I have also been taking drug tests for DCFS which have all been negative, and will continue to be negative. The disposition hearing is set to take place 60 days from now. What are the chances of my child being returned home at the dispositional hearing? My daughter informed me in 12/20/2010 that a former neighbor (who hasn't lived anywhere near me in 4 yrs +) had attempted to sexually abuse her 5 yrs ago. When I contacted the police, they informed me that they would assign it the classification of "child annoyance" and assign it a report asap, well, during sex ed class (my daughter is in junior high now) my daughter mentioned this incident from her much distant past and voila DCFS was contacted! When they showed up at my house..I let them in and access to all 4 of my kids as she told me it was mandatory. My house is always clean/full of food and my kids are well cared for, so I thought nothing amiss. When she saw each of my kids, (2 weren't even born at the time of the "incident") she asked them if I touched them..allowed people to touch them...beat them and everything...called each of their schools & happily notified them it was an abuse allegation (conveniently forgetting to tell them who the abuser truely was). The social worker swears she's trying to close the case, however I am tired of hearing her lies, and have her humiliate me in front of school staff, etc all in the name of finding out what she already knows (that I had no idea or controll over what happened to my daughter) It makes me sick...the police are referring to us by our first names/last initial..for protection and privacy...yet these people go around making a mockery of our pain!!!
