Child Protective Services, CPS, has devastated and destroyed hundreds of thousands of families in America during the last thirty years leaving a trail of broken hearts, broken dreams, and shattered childhoods.
Rather than helping families, government agents have used unconstitutional laws in Juvenile Court to rip children away from their loving parents, break asunder God-given, natural, parent-child bonds, and adopt the children of the grieving out to others who profit financially with large monthly adoption subsidy payments.
Child Protective Services must be stopped! The law that started this, CAPTA, must be repealed. We must work tirelessly to inform the public of this very dangerous travesty of justice. We must keep faith knowing that if there is a God, there is an answer and a way to end this heartache.
Child Protective Services Agents - please come to your senses! Family destruction on false or trivial grounds is wrong, reprehensible, and inhumane.
Fosterers - be aware that for the money you get you are holding much-loved children away from their grieving families while the parents are forced to perform a service plan that is anything but a service to them. I call this hostage holding for the government. This is not kindness - to help misguided government agents destroy family relationships and break loving bonds.
CPS workers and fosterers - I ask that you now let the children of the innocent return to their homes where they are truly valued, adored, and loved by the parents God gave them.
Family rights are God-given rights. And they should not be ignored or postponed. Every moment these loving parents and children spend separated from one another is a torment beyond what anyone should ever have to bear.
It is unworthy of human dignity to allow this terrorism and torture of families to go on without saying something, speaking out, and trying to make a change.

Fighting Child Protective Services False Accusations

Find out what happened to CPS caseworker Gary Sanderson and CPS Director Jill McVey after Daddy Justice Films interviewed them. According to the baby’s mother, Sanderson stole her baby, rudely throwing his paperwork into her face, on the basis of a false allegation that she was using drugs. She offered to take a drug test, but a negative result on that wasn’t enough. Her baby was held in a foster home for nearly two months though there was no evidence against her.
I recommend this eight-minute video to whoever wants to know a little about what it is like to be involved in a CPS case, but bear in mind this family was lucky – they eventually, after much heartache and trauma, got their child back – while many others do not.
Because I run a website for parents facing false accusations of child abuse or neglect, I occasionally receive angry comments from people who don’t understand how I can help accused parents. They seem to have missed the keyword: FALSE accusations. Someone has to help these parents and too often their county-paid lawyers won’t take the time to do an effective job. What’s wrong with giving the parents a bit of legal knowledge that could help them get their kids back? Where would the child in this video be now if the mother and grandmother didn’t have someone to help them?

i am so glad that it worked out for this family. people dont listen because the first thing they say is why would cps want to take your kids that makes no sense! the reporter hit the nail right on the head because they made a mistake and now they want to dig deeper to find something wrong!!!!!! Our admin had a judge reassined off her case(removed)because he didnt listen to the appeal and now the superior court has jurisdiction over the case because they want her to reunite her with her kids. but cps still still still wont obey the higher courts.they are getting out of control they think they are above the law. they refuse to obey what the courts tell them. the superior courts told them to release certain documents in her case and they only had seven days they still havent released them yet! whats next!!! TELL ME THEY DONT THINK THEY ARE ABOVE THE LAW!!!!! how can they be so COLD!!! as children we were taught to say sorry when we made a mistake maybe they missed that stage of development!!!! and now these are the people who are going to tell us how to be good parents!!!!THIS MUST END!!!!!THEY REFUSED TO OBEY THE WHAT SENATORS (IM NOT SURE) TALKING ABOUT ITS CONFIDENTIAL!!!they dont want the truth out! JUSTICE WILL COME TO ALL GOOD PARENTS AGAINST CPS!!!!

my case is so similar to this one and i am so glad someone got thier child back.
They are putting my children up for adoption, we go back to court aug. 6. I am currently looking to sue CPS.

What is your web site for people who are falsely accused? We have been falsely accused of abuse/neglect. I lost my teaching career of 27 years! I have not worked since may 18th. My son, who we adopted as a 17 month old toddler is mentally ill and hopitalized for 5 years thought that he would get out of moving to another state if he did this. His lies and web of tales really got the attention of two woman at CPS… BUT>>>>> to this day I have never ever been asked anything, or questioned as to what happened. The judge in the case asked them to not have any contact with the state we now live in and they did it anyway! As a result…I lost my job. We are going to loose our home, a vacation home, two cars and all we have worked hard for to give our children a better life is being ripped away.
The worst part is that they sent in thier finidings to Albany for an indicated report, the child 17 yrs. old was in foster care for 6 weeks until an order to bring him home was done, the judge agreed their was no evidence and no wrong doing. The child agreed he lied and made itall up, but these two woman were on a witch hunt we were told by three county attorneys. No one there said they ever saw anything like this.
So Friday all charges were thrown out dismissed the boy went off with his girlfriends fathers friend who agreed to house him for 12 weeks until he is 18… but in the meantime our lives are destroyed, my other two children are nervous wrecks and afraid what their brother will do next. He is a very disturbed boy with a very violent history.
But…how do we get our report to be unfounded??????? How do we get our lives back?
My lawyer told me to write a book while I am waiting . Ok… I am but I want to sue these woman for filing false instruments and all and I have no idea what to do next.
Our lawyer does not handle that part he said.

I believe this is the correct URL.
If there is, in fact, no case, then you should be able to appeal to NY. I would get in touch with my legislator in my NY county who handles DSS.
You paid taxes in NY. Get your legislator to make those calls for you.
It would not be indicated if the Judge said there was no evidence against you or family members.
Folks might remember that the person in California who caused the notorious McMartin case was supposedly mentally ill, herself.
Cost the taxpayers of Calif. 15M in trial costs.
Take a look and register for message board at this Website and try to connect with someone living in NY. Our strength is founded on networking with other folks who have gone through this, too.

No we had no case, in fact today a few minutes ago we were express mailed from the court in NY two (one for me and one for my spouse) two raised seal letters stating that there was no findings and case was dismissed against us.
What they did though prior to the court hearing was dirty….they (two CPS woman) turned in thier investigative report to Albany as indicated. The judge was furious and demanded (I have that letter) that they cease immed. and refrain from any contact with employers and the state we live in now.
They did not listen and did it anyway… snce my spouse was workng for the school in NY, and I in Fla. each school contacted by CPS and we were asked to leave. Classified in the category of child abusers…imagne! I was floored. 27 years gone in the system & I worked for DSS as a private cntractor and a CASA for the court myself, I was the parent educator for a DSS paid program. I was really done dirty.
My friend on the inside (a worker) told me what would be happenng with us each day, these two woman were out for blood. But…………to this day, I have never been asked my side of the story, any story… no ne has ever contacted me. They put in a indicated report on me without ever contacting me to investigate anything, just took the word of a 17 year old disturbed boy who was in and out of hospitals from age 10 until the week of June 18th!
I want my life back! My husbnd and I still have our NY house and my school is wiling to take me back with the raised seal letter unti lfingerprints are due again in a year. My husband is afraid to apply for work here in FLorida as we are not certain what the report will show when they do a background check. Where he would like to work (our ages are 46 and he is 58), he wants to work in a certain place and we were told by a friend here that if you are not cleared first you will not even be given the application to fill out. This is the largest employer in Florida with excellent benefits and he relaly wnats to work there.
Our kids are devastated! They see us looisng things since no salaries have come in snce may.
I had no idea how big this was with people being falsely accused until I got on the web site and wow, I was really blown away at the stories.
Does anyone know what comes up in the registry from state to state? Our appeal was put in to reverse to wording from indicated to unfounded based on the judges findings, I wonder how long that will take, wonder if they even do such things in ALbany. I never dealt with anything like this before.

i appreciate what the reporter did for this family putting their dirty tactics out in the open i have lawsuit pending because the state was in such a hurry to take my girls they placed them in a home where the brother was molesting his sister and they knew of the situation because it was reported by the family and the brother my home is child focued,loving and caring it is like they don’t want your child in a friendly enviorment 16 months later cps is just now putting them with family every .time i saw my babies they had bruises a black eye and when i ask what happened they would say i fell the state tried to get me sign a gag order saying i can’t ask my girls about their injuries it is sad seeing my girls they don’t have that twinkle in their eyes anymore something has to be done about how they handle cps cases i am at my wits end i wrote our governor and no response

I went to the web site that you put up. But from what I read that is just for NYC. Did I read wrong? If not do you know anyone like that in the upstate NY area? I am curently fighting CPS and false reports that a Case worker in Tioga County stated was founded when in fact it was never investigated. My 2 girls were taken away from me and placed with their father in an abusive home. When I have taken them to CPS myself because of the bruses and such on them the case worker doesnt investigate that either and states in her report that it is unfounded. And then comes up with some other crazy report about me and finds it again with no investigation! So I am wondering if there is anyone in this area that can help me stop this? If you know and can point me in the right direction that would be great!
